So, Kris, can you even understand what's going on with that turnkey property in Dayton? The property's almost doubled in value. Are you talking about the one on Suman? Yeah. Yeah. That's a pretty cool story. I couldn't believe it. They said, hey, we're looking at buying this property on Suoman, right? And I knew that. I knew the street right away because some of the properties from a few years ago, they're stuck in my head. And I said, well, we have a property on Suoman already. I grabbed the property, ran comps on the property. I'm like, this seems kind of high. And I'm like, well, I wonder if we still have that property in Suman. So I reached out to you. Yeah. I said, do we still. Are they 1654 Suman? Yep, exactly. And so we had a quick conversation. I was like, yeah, look, we managed that property and a couple others on Suman that weren't turnkeys through us. And then he told me about the comp, and I was like, wow, well, we gotta. We gotta tell the owner about this.
