About $134,000
Yeah. So I looked it up and we sold it in August of 2018. And that was back when it was just me and Danny slugging everything. But no, I was just kidding. We had at least two other people back then. But I couldn't believe it because I remember when we sold that property, I was struggling to get that property over $70,000. And we actually sold it for, I think it was $72,600 in August of 2018. And the value now, did you remember from. You said it was 130. 334. We have 134, almost doubled in value now. And the weird thing is, and we tell people this all the time, it's Dayton, Ohio. Right. You do not buy for appreciation. No, no, we sell properties for cash flow. Exactly. Because cash flow is king and that's going to be there. The appreciation is. I just said it a second ago. The appreciation is the icing on the cake. The icing on the cake. That's exactly right.
