So we all know that 2022, going into 2023 was a unique market. It was very turbulent. But from a seller's perspective, I think.
It'S really important that you understand the market that we're in was not the same market that we were in six months ago or 12 months ago. That's why it's important to work with somebody that knows how to pull comps. What the appraisers are going to look at in a market such as this so that you're pricing your home. Right. I know a lot of sellers that we're working with, they understand it's not the same market. They're going to get less and offer them options where they can sell creatively, where they can sell with different perks and benefits.
