Today is episode two of our vlog series which is intended to be a day in the life of the Freedom Real Estate Group family of companies and team members. In episode one, we talked about our expansion and took you on a tour of our new 15,000 square foot office. Now today we're going to be talking about so who and what is Freedom Real Estate Group? Now just a quick reminder, these vlogs are just supposed to be three to five minute, just short little snippets basically covering some questions and conversations that we have on a daily basis. Now if any of these actually intrigue you, we are going to be launching a podcast and going deeper into a lot of these topics to answer the questions that we get on a daily basis. So let's get started. Freedom Real Estate Group, otherwise known as FRAG for short, is a group of five companies. Freedom Real Estate Group is our main brand. It's a turnkey real estate investment company that helps investors and busy professionals retire sooner with cash flowing rental properties that produce passive income. The next company is Bulldog Renovations. Now this is our rehab company that we use for all of our investment properties as well. They're available to do rehabs on properties in the greater Cincinnati and main areas. Our third company is Independence Property Management. They are responsible for managing all of our rental properties, including single family, multifamily and also apartments. Next is Independence Realty Group. Now this is our retail brokerage. So whenever we go to list one of our turnkey properties or one of our retail flips, we make sure to use our brokerage listed on the MLS using our realtor team. And our fifth company is Cash4Ohio Houses. They are our acquisitions company that's responsible for buying all the properties that we sell and acquire ourselves. Without them, we wouldn't have any deals. So again, who and what is Freedom Real Estate Group? Well, we are a family of real estate companies that range from acquisitions, rehab, turnkey property management and retail brokerage. So in essence, we're the one stop shop for a full resource for investors who just like us, love to build passive income streams using real estate. And so in future episodes you're going to meet a lot of our team members and we're going to dive even deeper into a lot of frequently asked questions. That's right. And next week we are going to be introducing you to our CFO and Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Randy Brown. And he is going to be covering a timely topic.
