Yeah. So what we're looking at and focusing on is needs-based real estate. So we're not trying to project or speculate what's going to happen right now. And there's a lot of uncertainty and fear in the marketplace right now. Yeah. And we've just evaluated everything and we've decided that we're going to focus on the things that are going to, going to be recession resilient and multifamily, B-class specifically, senior housing with the silver tsunami, with so many people aging, and self-storage. These are the things that when you're looking at what are you going to pay for still, no matter what happens in the market, these are the things that are going to keep on going. And that's just where we're focused.
