So hello there, Freedom Real estate fans. I am joined today with Matthew Packer. He's our director of acquisitions. My name is Mark Woodring and I am the director of investments for the Freedom Real Estate Group. Today we are going to be doing our vlog 81. We're going to be talking a little bit about why invest in Cincinnati. I know that we've had some other vlogs and podcasts where we said, why invest in Cincinnati? Why it's a hot market. You know, some of the different reports we'll probably get into talking about statistically why Cincinnati is a great place for investors. Maybe we'll probably talk a little bit about market trends and talk about different markets within the Cincinnati that we invest in. What other things you think we'll probably talk about there?
Yeah, we'll probably hit a hit a bunch of different topics there. I'm excited about it. You know, I've been been here in Cincinnati 20 plus years now, so gotta represent my alma mater, of course, Bearcats, all day long. So. But yeah, we should hit a few different topics here and of course, why Cincinnati is a great city here, not only nationwide, of course, you know, here in the Midwest to invest in for sure.
Yeah, absolutely. And then we'll probably cover a little bit about different rents projections, basically the state of the economy and what's going on with rising interest rates and how that's affecting the rental market here. So, yeah, I think we're going to have lots to talk about, maybe some of the different attractions in Cincinnati, some of the bigger schools, some of the best high schools, sports teams, things like that. And so I think we'll touch on, you know, basically the local flavor of Cincinnati and, you know, great place to be in. So we're looking forward to it.
