Most everything that you do and start is going to be a struggle. And if you're doing it with other people, you get to laugh about some of those roller coaster rides that you've been on, especially when you get past them, when you get to look back together about where you were and now, how far you've come. Something really cool about working with investors. Investors, you get to have that repeat relationship. You can sell them 10 houses, not one, or they can sell you 10 houses and not one. It's this collaboration of you are on the same journey doing similar things. I love that you always say working with buyers and sellers as a realtor, that's like a one time transaction every seven years. This investor relationship relationship really taught us, hey, this is something that we want to do.
