In this pre‑market YouTube segment, host Dave Barnhart opens with a brief macro snapshot—mentioning the upcoming release of initial jobless claims and existing home sales—before diving into detailed technical analyses for two equities: the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY) and Palantir Technologies (PLTR). For each ticker he reviews recent price action, identifies key support and resistance zones, and plots Camarilla pivots. He then outlines a 5‑minute trade plan, listing bullish entry thresholds, incremental price targets (e.g., SPY bullish from 570 up to 580, PLTR bullish from 88 to 95) and bearish downside targets (e.g., SPY below 567.5 down to 560, PLTR below 87 down to 83). The commentary highlights “pockets” of profit potential on both sides, notes the ATR‑based volatility for PLTR, and emphasizes the importance of closing above/below specific prints to confirm trade direction. The video concludes with a standard call‑to‑action encouraging likes, subscriptions, and a promise to review trade outcomes after lunch.

Good morning, traders. It's Thursday, March 20th at 5:38 AM. All right, some news this morning. We have initial jobless claims at 8:30, and then at 10 we have existing home sales. Let's go ahead and look at our 2 stocks that we have for today. We have the SPY and we have PLTR. So the SPY did relatively well yesterday with the Fed news. I guess everything is staying the same. So we had 3 million here at 568.83. and 563.93, which is another million. We're above that. You can see these prints consolidated here. This is a longer term, this 10.1 million. This has been support for a while. So let's see what happens there. We need this to make a decision to close higher or close below this print to go short. Let's look at the 5-minute. So the 5-minute here, we're bullish above 570 with a target of 570.50. Now the 570 level is here. This is 569. 70, so we'll get up to the 570 level. And, uh, we'll get up to 571, 571.51, 572, 572.26, 573, 574, 575.89, 576.54, and 580. So we have a really nice pocket there. The 570 to the 571.50 is a nice $1.50. And then if we get above this 572.26, we have a really nice pocket up to almost 576. So there is room on the upside there for a fairly decent trade. It's a little bit tougher on the downside, but let's see. We're bearish below 567.50 with a target of 567, 566.57, 566.28, 566, 565.42 down here. This camera will support 565, 564.57. $564, the dollar level. And then $563.93, we have a 1 million that's there. And then $562.19, $561.50, and $560 down here. Now this is going to be huge support, this S1, $562.19 and $562. That's a dual pivot right there. And then we have prints below us, so that's, um, there'll be some support here. If we don't hold this, then $560 is a $10 level. And then we would just continue trading it down should things go down that way. All right, next up, PLTR. Okay, this one looks similar to the SPY in a way. So we've, we've had some volume, not, not bigger than the previous day, but this seems to have made a higher high. And then pre-market today, we're already at $87.45. So this one looks pretty good on the upside. We've got a pocket up here all the way to $95 if things stay If things stay bullish, and then if we break below this print here around 80.50, if we close below that, we could have a retracement maybe back down to this 75 level. Okay, let's look at the 5-minute. So for PLTR, we're going to be bullish above 88. So let's get up here, giving us a little bit of room because it's so early that you guys get in that on the trade. 88. $88.44, $88.92, $89.50, $90, $90.50, $90.78, $91.43, and $92.50. So there's some great pockets here, $88. Once we get above $89, then there's massive room here, and the ATR is about $8, so PLTR can move. That's almost 10% of the price of the stock. So on the downside, we're bearish below 87. So there's this, there's this, uh, Camarilla here at 87.04. So we need to get down below 87 with a target of 86.57, 86, 85.65, 85.16, 85, 84.69, 84.50. Right here, that's 50-cent level. 84, 83.50, and 83.31. So this is very similar. 83.28 and 83.31, there's 2 pivots sitting here. This is a, an S1, which is quite major, and a Camarilla here, pretty much within pennies of each other. But there are some nice pockets on both sides here to be able to trade. Okay. Trade. Okay, there you have it. Please like and subscribe, leave some comments in the comment section below, and happy trading. We will see you after lunch to see how we did. Take care.
