ORCL & COIN Price Targets Decoded | Risk Management Strategy

Dave Barnhart breaks down swing-trade setups for Oracle and Coinbase using dark-pool prints and technical levels. ORCL has bullish targets from $156 to $166.69 with support at $150-$153; COIN targets $206 to $220.36 with support at $203.75. Both trades rely on the break-retest-move pattern and strict stop-loss discipline.

Good morning, traders. It's Tuesday, March 10th at 4:22 a.m. All right, big market reversal yesterday, so things are looking a little green today, which is not bad. I guess everybody was bearish, so there's a little bit of a squeeze, it looks like. But anyway, we've got two stocks today where you can trade intraday, make some money. We've got Oracle, who has Earnings, and we have Coinbase. Crypto seems to be lifting up a little bit, at least maybe in the short term. So let's go ahead and have a look. These are the largest trades here since January, and I've put them in because the market has moved so much on the downside. Oracle not so much. I mean, it's come down and consolidated, but when we looked at the SPY and the QQQs, we had to actually go back a few months and then. SPY bottomed out. The low of the day yesterday was— were large prints from a few months ago. And then at that point, it tagged that, took off to the upside. And so you have that massive reversal. But anyway, let's go ahead and have a look. Clearly here on Oracle, they were selling back here. Uh, we had prints here. This is back in January. So we had a print, new print down here. The Then we come up, tag this one. Looks like they're adding to their position, and we move down and we test the prints here. This is the break, retest, coming back down, more prints, and you can see how it's holding here on the bottom. So this is the accumulation portion of it. There's the break sitting on the print, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 days, coming back, holding support here, back up to the prints, back, and now we're breaking above. On the prints here, and so this is pretty much open. If this clears, it's clear all the way to 171. So that's, uh, about 15 points or something like that, that we would come— probably come back up and test these. And then on the downside, if we close below this 141, which is about $10 below, then we could have a break and retest and move lower. But it's a little bullish at the moment. Let's go ahead and have a look. So here on the intraday, we have the prints overlaid on the chart. We're going to be bullish above 156. Let's get above this R2. We want this to be support. So break, retest, move up. And so target 156, 156.56, 157.32, 158. Then we've got 160, 160, 113 is R3. Then we've got 162, 162.50, 165, 166.69 is R4. So the ATR here on Oracle is about $7.45, so we're almost halfway to it. Okay, let's look at the downside. We're going to be bearish below 153.50, so we've got to get below here. Let's break below. This needs to be break, retest, start moving down. This is the consolidation here. This is the 4 AM open. And look at this. This opened here right at 4 AM, comes down, tags this print, 1 million, and starts moving up. So this is the— this is the idea that we're in a bit of a long position. This can— this can definitely come back and test it again. But whenever you're asking, it's like, oh, what's the deal with 153.07? Other than being the dollar level, we've got this print here and we've got this scan. So this is from February 3rd moving forward. Okay, so, uh, 153.50, 153.09 right here, like we had mentioned. 152.58, 152.07. Then we've got 151.05 down here, and this is the post-market up till 8 PM. 150.54, and then 150.03 and 150 is the pivot and the cam. And also in this area, I've got my 200 simple, 200 exponential, and 50 simple moving average. So this is support as well as these pivots and cams. And then 149.50 is this 2.5 million share trade that's there. So yeah, the downside, I've only mapped it back about $3 on the downside. But if this continues, comes back, bounces, continues down, then yeah, you can definitely stay in. But right now you can see all of this, uh, this support— well, this, this cluster of things that would be difficult to get through. So that's why the upside is much better on that. Let's go ahead and look at Coin. Okay, so crypto seems to be moving a little bit. These are the largest trades as well, and you can see where they were selling off on this. So this is going back to January. You can see up, up here, and then it just melted down, and we had lots of prints on this day, and there's the There's the break. It's kind of the retest, and this continued to move lower. It didn't come up and test the print. We had the 4 and the 8 exponential moving average running together here, and this is very bearish, right? Because look, it just ran along the 4 exponential moving average the entire time, and they— it looks like they were just selling down the hill. But then what happened is we got some prints down here And when this occurred, came back, tagged again, moved up, and when we're breaking above prints, this was the day. Look, waning volume, massive volume. That's a great entry point with the print as support. And then if we got in here at 184, then we're up here to 208. So what's that? 14 points already. We've pulled back and it looks like it's moving up again. So we are going to be bullish above 206.12. We're getting close to that, and so I started mapping this out right about here. So 206, 206.12, I wanted to get in. 207, 208, 209.50 is our, is our R2, and we've got 211.05, and we've got, uh, 212.50, 215, 217.43. We're getting into some prints up here before R3, which is usually overbought, and 218.03, 219.73, and 220.36. So this is 550,000 shares here, which is quite a bit of money as well. So this one, the ATR is about $13.58. On the downside, we're going to be bearish below 203.75. Let's get below here, uh, 203.75. Target 202.78, 201.78, 279. You can see that these are targets here with the cams. We need these to actually be resistance, so we expect bounces here, right? Then we've got 200, 198.79, and 198.64. So we're getting into this mess Right here of my 200 exponential, 200 simple pivots and cams, and the post-market here. So this gap could fill with the the gap up on that. Okay, there you have it. Those are your two trade setups for today. So please like, share, and subscribe. We've got a weekly dark pool report that comes out as well. So if you sign up for that, you'll get the current week. So we have a bunch of swing trades. There's some educational material in there, explain everything what we're doing for bullish entries, bearish entries, bullish above, bearish below for longer-term swings. Sometimes you might be in overnight, a few days, things like that. But anyway, the results are quite good on that. This is our 5th week doing it. And, um, yeah, it's, uh, quite profitable so far. All right, happy trading everyone. We'll be back later this afternoon with our results video. Take care.
