In this March 18, 2026 video, the host provides a real‑time market recap focusing on two trade setups: the S&P 500 ETF (SPY) and Micron Technology (MU). He attributes the day’s price action to the recent FOMC meeting, noting a slow‑melt bearish sentiment. For SPY, he walks through the chart, highlighting key technical levels—200‑day simple and exponential moving averages, the 4.8‑EMA, VWAP, and specific price targets (675.60, 673, 662.30, 660, 657.42). He explains how volume spikes and break‑retest patterns triggered entries and how most targets were hit, while cautioning against shorting near the 660 level. For MU, he outlines a bullish gap‑up setup, defines bullish/bearish thresholds ($477 and $473.50), and tracks the trade through volume‑driven moves that hit targets at 458.30, 456.85, and a brief rally to $4.71. Throughout, he emphasizes volume as the primary signal, the importance of following the larger trend, and a bias‑free, dark‑pool‑informed approach (bullish above, bearish below). The video ends with a call to action, a sponsorship mention for MobeTick’s partnership with TrendSpider, and a promise of tomorrow’s setups.

Good afternoon, traders. It's Wednesday, March 18th at 3:46 PM. Let's review our trade setups for today. Well, the FOMC, I don't even know what the minutes were, but the market did not like it. It's been a slow melt. It wasn't a big violent move, but it's just been kind of slow. So we saw this yesterday, this, um, we had this doji here, but we were concerned about getting back to these large prints. We're actually below this one, 662.30. And we're coming down to my 200 simple moving average. We're still melting into the close here. There's only 13 minutes left in the day, but the volume is going crazy. But anyway, we were bullish above 675.60, bearish below 673. So the 675 never happened, but the 673— let me move my chart around here— 673, we wanted to get below this. We wanted this right here to be resistance, and that's what happened. Break. Retest, increasing volume, moving below 673. Now this happened pre-market, but there was no reason to get out. I was talking about this 4.8 exponential moving average, dotted white lines, the VWAP, and right down starts hitting our targets. Look, 670, and then all the way down here, and the low here was 666.90. That was one of our targets, and that hit right at 9 o'clock. We come back up, test the 6.3 million share trade. Oh, I should be on late prints probably. That might have been better. Uh, 6.8 million right here and the VWAP, and then boom, down to this print down here, made a lower low, and then we kind of fizzled out at lower high, just went sideways for a bit, and then the news hit here around 2 o'clock. What we did is we had this increasing volume upthrust, tagged the VWAP, and then started moving lower, and 4 and the 8 continued on the downside. No reason to get out of the trade. Here. So we hit most of our targets. $662.30, this was our target right here. We've actually broken below $662. The next one below that was $660, $657.42, uh, if we could get down here. And I— because we were pretty far gone at this point, so I'm just doing like $2, $2.50, uh, and so we're running out of time for the day, so we'll see if this holds. But look where we're closing, 7.1 million, right on it. 3.3 million, 6.8. So this is from the 16th, from 2 days ago. Going to close right on this print. Be careful going short on this. We've tested it so that we had the big print here. We've come up, we've pulled back to test this print. I would be careful in shorting it continued. It's totally up to you on that. It is a second test, and then but we did call it. The 660 was a target, and then if this fails, we would probably bounce here on the 200 simple 200 exponential, and then move down to about the 650 level if that's the case. So I don't even know what the news was, but the market didn't like it. Let's go and look at MU. All right, so MU will zoom out. What did this one do today? So a bit of a doji today, a little bit less volume than the previous day, but we are above— let me look at our prints. We'll put our prints on. We're still above this print from the previous day and quite a bit of volume there. Not as high as the previous day, but this here, there's not a lot in there, right? Like, for as far as prints are concerned, let's turn on and see what we've got for today. $86K. That's all we have for today that came across for this one. So let's map this out. We were— well, we mapped it out up here, which was crazy because it had gapped up. So that was the top. We were bullish above $477, bearish below $473.50. And so the $473.50 occurred earlier, but we had a couple opportunities here. $473.50. Was right about here. We came down. What's this one? The low was 471.52. What did I have? 471.36. That didn't hit our first target, but came up. So we're always looking for the break, retest, move down. This retested it a second time, moved down. But you see how strong these pivots and cams are. 472 breaking below, increasing volume here. It's pre-market, so it doesn't look like a lot. And then the four and the eight. Really took off, and so this one came down, hit our target here. 9:40 in the morning, the low here was 458.30, and that hit so many of our targets. 458.47 was our target, and then 456.85 was our last target. But this actually held here. You see the print pong move up. Back to support, higher high. So when you see these setups, volume is key. Volume is key. You're not just going to arbitrarily think, oh well, um, it's come down, it's making this pattern where it's going to take off. You need the waning volume. You don't want waxing volume to go long. You want the increasing volume breaking above a level or a print. And I keep this 200 exponential, 200 simple On my chart, look at this on the retracement here. We've got hitting this print 405,000 tagging support closing. This was a little bit less volume, but look what happened. We had a couple candles with no volume, but then we started breaking above the next support, the next cam and the VWAP. And look at the increasing volume. There is a better entry. And where's your target, right? Recent highs, and this one actually shot up all the way back up to $4.71 before fizzling out. So we talk about that when the market overall is bearish. If you're going counter-trend— actually, this one, MU, has been strong, but you're going counter-trend this way— you just have to be careful that you don't get stopped out. You got to go with the trend. The larger trend is on the daily is this But the overall market, you can see for the SPY and the Q's and things like that, are on the downside. Okay, there you have it. Those are your trade setups for today. So please like, share, subscribe. Hopefully you made some money on that. The way we trade is doesn't matter what the market's doing. We follow the dark pool. We don't have a bias. Bullish above, bearish below, and game on. All right, have a great one. We'll see you tomorrow with all new trade setups.
