🚨 URGENT PRE-MARKET ALERT: DELL & NFLX Trade Setups!

In this pre‑market video recorded on February 27, 2026, trader Dave Barnhart delivers two detailed intraday and swing trade setups for Dell Technologies (DELL) and Netflix (NFLX). He bases his analysis on recent earnings, large dark‑pool prints (e.g., a 5.4 M‑share block in Netflix), and a suite of technical tools—including 4‑ and 8‑period exponential moving averages, 200‑period simple and exponential moving averages, Camarilla pivots, ATR‑based risk ranges, and support/resistance zones derived from historic dark‑pool activity. For Dell, Barnhart recommends a bullish stance above $139.75 with tiered targets up to $150 and a bearish stop below $133.87, citing institutional conviction shown by multiple 200‑K‑500‑K‑share prints. For Netflix, he advises buying above $93 with targets extending to $104.28 and a bearish stop below $90.87, highlighting a recent 5.4 M‑share purchase at $85.30 that signaled strong upside. He also promotes his dark‑pool weekly newsletter (claiming 91 % accuracy since Dec 2024), offers additional educational content, and notes a partnership with TrendSpider/MobyTick to provide real‑time institutional trade data. The video’s purpose is to give traders actionable entry/exit points, risk management guidelines, and resources for ongoing dark‑pool analysis.

Good morning, traders. It's Friday, February 27th at 4:17 a.m. Well, Dell earnings dropped. We're going to be trading that and massive prints on Netflix, uh, 5.4 million shares yesterday. So let's see what that means. There's massive moves in the market. Pre-market's heating up, so we're going to give you your trade setups for today, explain how that works, entry points, exits, targets. Let's make some money. We've got a 91% Accuracy in our trade callouts since December of 2024. So hopefully you can make some money with these videos. Let's go ahead and get started. So Dell, I've gotten about 60 days on these ones instead of the standard 30. So any of you who've been watching my videos, we wind up seeing where the dark pool influences the stock, and that's how we trade. We don't trade things without the dark pool. So this one's going back to January. 280K print that's here. We've came down. This is a 400 moving average here. I've got my 200 and 200 simple, 200 exponential. We've been below that for a while, but we've gone sideways, and we can see here the sideways consolidation around the 120 level. We pull back and see the institutional interest in here since January 23rd. We've got these prints, or these are This is about average for Dell. 200,000, 300,000, 500,000. No, this is a lot of money. 500,000 shares at $116. That's that's a lot of institutional conviction. So what happens here is we have a bit of a splash accumulation of shares in this area. Then we gap up, test this print again. Remember, this one was over here in January. And this is February 11th. We tag this print, come back down through these other ones, and then back into this accumulation phase. So we're back here, and then earnings— this pulled back into earnings and then pushed off of these prints. When we look at this, we're still above all of these prints. Earnings come out and Dell absolutely kills it, right? So we opened at $121. Yesterday, and we're at, uh, or well for today, and then 136. So we are up 15 points so far. So Dell is a bit on fire. So let's map this out for intraday. So we look at the 5-minute chart on this, and I have my person's pivots and my Camarilla Pivot Boss. If you want some more information on that, just leave a comment in the comment section below. I can do a whole video If you need any of this educational stuff spelled out, let me know. I will do specific videos and some some webinars on that. So this one's moving already. I was bullish above 137. We're at 137.34 already. What we're gonna do is let's get above 139.75 here. So I'm just going to change this a little bit. I'll put bullish above 139.75. So that we want this R4 to actually be support, and this is a little bit extra because it's so early in the morning. We've got this high over here, so we'll probably bang our head on this, pull back, and then if we can get increasing volume moving up, that would be our entry point. So $139.75, target $140, $142.50, $145, $145.35. And then we can go 147.50 and then 150. And then, so here the ATR is about $5.90 on Dell on a $137 stock. After earnings it can really move, so we map this out up to, uh, 150 to see if it's going to continue. Now while it's moving, you'll hear me say this all the time, this is the 4 and 8 exponential moving average. The 4 is the red one and the 8 is the blue one. We have this momentum moving. If we come back and just touch this 4, start moving up, then it's— you just stay in, right? If you're, if you're in here, there's no reason to get out for a while because look at this, uh, look at this momentum on that. Okay, we're gonna be bearish below 133.87, which is— we got to get below this 133.97 to 133.87. Then we've got 133, 132, 130, 128, 28. 127.80 is a 280K print. That's this one over here that we broke above. You can see how this was resistance before. We broke above that. Let's see if we pull back, maybe that'll be support. 127.19, 126, 124.86, and then all the way down to 123.01. So it gets tighter in here. All of these lines are support lines, and I've got my 200 exponential, 200 simple moving average. Put those on your chart if you don't have them and watch them on the intraday as well. They're very powerful for support and resistance. All right, let's go ahead and look at Netflix. Okay, so Netflix story yesterday Now, if you're following me on Twitter, I was all over this. 5.4 million shares, 85.30, right about here. And so we called that out and we're like, oh, 5.4 million shares out of the blue. Going back, there's 4.9 million January 30th, 1.5 million February 9th. Let's see what this actually looks like. Netflix has been on a downward move. We can see these prints here consolidated, started moving down, more prints, and then tagging this print and moving down. That's also bearish. Then we have a bit of a consolidation here with a couple prints moving down, retracement up. Now I mentioned the 4 and the 8 exponential moving average here on the, on the intraday. On the daily There's no reason to get out of this as well. This is riding the 4 and the 8 exponential moving average on the way down, so there's no reason to get out until you close above one of them, the 4 or the 8, depending on what you're, what you're looking at. And so this one sold off, and now this is great accumulation on the bottom. February 13th, 2.3 million, and you can see what happened here. We've got— it came in here and we were still below the 4 and the 8, and then it started turning around. That closed above the 4. This one closed above the 8. Now, if you were in this down here, you'd probably get out about this time, and then this pulled back, tested it again, and then in all increasing volume the next day. But this was almost an engulfing. And then we started moving up, massive volume through these prints. This is a great accumulation pattern at the bottom. So we had this increasing volume here, increasing volume again coming up almost tagging these prints, pulling back, but then we got this 5.4 million and then this took off. So Netflix is above all of these prints except this one from December 31st, 93.60. We're, uh, we're at 91.95 at the moment. That would be a target here, and then the 100 up here up to 98. So let's see what happens with Netflix here. There was news overnight, so you can't tell me that they didn't know yesterday for somebody to buy 5.4 million shares at $85.30 because they're already almost $7 in the profit on 5 million shares. So let's see now on the intraday, you can see all the support that's here. So we're going to map this out on both sides. We're going to be bullish above 93. Let's get above 93. Target 93.60, 94.64 gets us back up here, this R3. And you can see how this R3 is resistance, and it has been through the, uh, through the pre-market. So 94.64 is this R3. We want this to actually be support. Then we've got 95, 97.50, 99.46. We've got 100. That's the even $10 level, multiples of, uh, of 10. 102.50, 104.28 is R5. So I've mapped that out to there. So you've got almost a 10-point move here if it continues. And mind your, mind your psychological levels— $2.50, 5s and 10s. We're going to be bearish below 90.87. Let's get below this print here, this 1.4 million from January. Target 89.82, 89.51. This is a 50 simple moving average. This will be support here. This is a huge— this huge candle, we'll see what actually happens. That's quite the fair value gap all the way back down here to 86. So let's continue mapping this out. We've got 87 87.98. This 1.2 million, 87.24. You can see how this one here right at 4 o'clock tagged that cam and moved up. So 87.24, 87.21, 85.92. You can see this 85.47 and 85.30. And I mapped this out to 85.03, which is this pivot and the cam all the way down here, which would get us back down and fill this fair value gap at least to about here, this $85.70 level. So this one's starting to sell off a little bit after this massive move up. Okay, there you have it. Those are your 2 trade setups for today. We also have a dark pool weekly report that comes out.
