In this pre‑market video, host Dave Barnhart delivers two actionable trade setups for the day of February 19, 2026. He first analyzes eBay (EBAY) following its earnings release, reviewing the past 30‑day volume and print activity, identifying consolidation zones, breakout levels, and key support/resistance thresholds. He outlines bullish criteria (price above $89.25) with target zones up to $96.53 and bearish criteria (price below $87.50) with scalp‑friendly retracement levels down to $81.57, noting EMA alignment and dollar‑level cautions. Next, he examines silver (SLV), again using 30‑day volume/print data, highlighting a recent volatility spike, and setting bullish support at $72.12 with targets up to $80 and bearish resistance at $71 with downside targets to $69.12, referencing ATR and recent dark‑pool activity. The video concludes with a promotion for a weekly Dark Pool watch list delivered via email, encouraging viewers to subscribe for institutional trade insights and promising a follow‑up on the day’s trade outcomes.

Good morning, traders! It's Thursday, February 19th at 4:24 AM. All right, 2 stocks for you to trade today. We've got eBay, which had earnings, and we have silver. And silver's been a great trade, you know, it's got some volatility and things like that, so we keep calling it out because it's a decent trade. All right, so eBay, let's look at this. On the right-hand side, largest trades in the last 30 days, we see All of this consolidation at the top, and it looked like it was selling here starting January 22nd. Here you can see these are smaller size shares that move the stock. 300K, 200K. These all add up here. So we had this consolidation. We had this upthrust break below. There's increasing volume, and then tested the prints again, and then moved down here. And so we got more prints here. There's another consolidation area here where it jumped up and broke through again on the downside, breaking below these prints. And now this scooped below, and then we've got earnings, and now it's on its way back up. Let's see if we can get up to about 93. That would be interesting on that one. Okay, so let's map this out on the intraday. We're going to be bullish above 89.25. Let's get above this R3 here. So 89.25, target 90, 91, 92.79. Then we've got 93.50. So we've got this cluster of prints here as well that we were mentioning over here. So 93.50, 94.50, 95, 96.53 is R5. And then if it continues, then by all means, and that's where you would have some strength where If the 4 and the 8 exponential moving average are running together, then it'll probably blow through those. But mind your, your dollar levels, 50 cents and the 250 levels on that. So we're going to be bearish below 87.50. Let's get below here. There's this little 100K print here, but around the 87.50 level, we want to look for retracement, 86.05. Then we've got 85.54, 85.31. There's some prints here that are support as well, and then 85.31, 84.24. This is getting a little bit tight in here. You can see this. Then we've got 83.40, 83.21, 82.87, 82.52. This makes it really difficult on the downside, so if we're going to scalp this Just be careful getting into these areas, $82.38, and then I mapped this out down to $81.57 here on the downside for that. So it looks like it's a little bit easier on the upside, but if we retrace, there would be some scalping opportunities on the downside. Let's go ahead and look at silver. All right, so silver has moved up. We can see here 30-day action. We called this one out here. We've got January 23rd. We had this 1 million. You can see this consolidation at the top: 3, 4, 5.3, 6.3, about 7 million here at the top. We called this one out on Twitter as soon as this occurred. This 3 million here right at the top. Increasing volume, and then it just absolutely tanked about 20-something percent on that. But we do have some new prints here at the bottom— 2, 3, 4, 5, oh, just over 6 million here. And we've been consolidating, so we've moved up, we've tested it, now we're seeing if we can break through again. So we've got a trade to the upside and the downside. Let's see what actually happens here. We're going to be bullish above 72.12. Let's— we need this. This is a double pivot, 71.94, 72.02. So 72, well, we want this 72 to be support. Let's see here. So target 72.50, 73, 73.84 is R3. Then we've got 75, 75.74 is R4. Then we've got 76.25, 70— 76.25. 7.64 is our 5, and then I've got 78 and 80. We've got these giant ones up here at 91, but we'll see. The ATR in this one's about $8, so I mean, it can, it can move. Um, we're going to be bearish below 71, so we can see the downside is a little bit tighter on this one as well. We need this to be resistance. This right here, this is support 71.14 to 71.02. So we want to get below 71. We want this to be resistance target 70.61 down here, 70.44, 70.26, 70.04, and then 69.74 here, 69.57, 69.40, 69.32. We're back into these print levels here, and then 69.12 is the S1. So we can see here that the post-market sat right on these prints, 2.1 million right here, and then gapped up today. So this is still, this is still in control from February 5th and February 6th, this 1.2 million that you have there. Okay, there you have it. Those are your 2 trade setups for today. So we have a Dark pool watch list that we give out every week on Sunday.
