In this pre‑market video, Dave Barnhart delivers live technical commentary on two immediate trade opportunities for Thursday, Dec 11, 2025. The first setup focuses on Oracle (ORCL) after a disappointing earnings release, highlighting a congested price zone defined by multiple exponential moving averages (200‑EMA, 200‑SMA, 400‑EMA) and recent volume prints. Barnhart outlines bullish entry criteria above $202.50 with target levels up to $220, and bearish downside targets starting at $197 down to $180, emphasizing psychological round numbers and ATR‑based risk sizing. The second setup examines the SPY ETF following the latest FOMC meeting, noting a double‑top formation, supply zones, and delayed volume prints. He specifies bullish breakout requirements above $690 with incremental targets to $688.42, and bearish breakdown levels below $682.50 with support zones down to $670.63, also mentioning scalping opportunities. Throughout, he references a recent webinar on pivot and cam analysis, urges viewers to like, share, and subscribe, and promises a follow‑up results video later in the day.

Good morning, traders! Welcome to Thursday, December 11th, 5:11 AM, and I've got 2 trade setups for you today. We've got Oracle and we've got the SPY, so let's dive in. Oracle had earnings and, uh, the stock didn't like it. So we had this consolidation here, these largest prints in the last month. We have this consolidation print here, we pulled back to— this is a 400 exponential moving average And then we had all of these prints in the middle. This is my 200 exponential, 200 simple. So this is really congested area. We came up, tagged this print up here, and then earnings happened. So now we're back below these prints. And so we're just trading in this box here, but it's dropped quite a bit. It's down $25. So we've got a retracement trade set up and we've got a retracement trade to the upside and a bearish trade if it continues down, usually with Earnings and it's bad, they'll sell three days. So it'll be down today on earnings. They might sell the next couple days as institutions drop their positions on that. Okay, so let's go ahead. We're gonna be bullish above two zero two fifty. Let's get above this. These prints here. All of this is just resistance. You want to get in early? That's totally up to you. I would wait for a break of these prints here to two zero two fifty. Then we can get to two zero three, two zero five, two zero six forty nine, which is this S three. 207.29 is this little 300K, and this is previous support, right? So we'll see if that holds. If we can break, retest, and move higher, then we've got 207.29. 210.211 is the 4 exponential moving average. That's this little red one here on the daily. 212 is the 8 exponential moving average. Then we've got, uh, 214.23 is S2. $215.08, $217.50, $218.62, and $220. Let's see if we can get up into the— up into this area. It looks like it might be a little tight. We'll see if people are selling into the rally there, whoever was long and they're trying to get out. So we're going to be bearish below $197. Increasing volume breaking below $197. Target $196, $195, $193, $191. 01 is S5 here, and there's a little 500K print here at 193.35. So let's see if we— if this holds support and bounces. So after this 191.01, we've got 190, 187.50, 185, and 180, right? So the ATR on this is about $10. We've mapped it out a little bit more. If it's going to continue down, it's pretty much a free fall from here as far as prints and things are concerned. So just mind your dollar levels, your 50 cents, and your 250-cent levels. Those psychological major round numbers. All right, moving on to the SPY. Okay, SPY here. We had FOMC yesterday, and at the top, 688.42, 1 million. Right here at the top, and so we upthrusted. We closed below that. We're retracing back to the eight exponential moving average. Rounded tops are very hard to trade. Get stopped out a lot. Plus, we've got a double topping situation here. This here is all a supply zone, right? By you can see the you can see the crosshairs moving up and down. This is all the supply zones. We got to get above six. We've got to get above 690 anyway in order to continue. We've got to get above this candle right here, 689.70. We need to close strong above 690 to continue, and until then we're just in this bit of consolidation here. And we can see this print back here where they were actually, um, where they were actually selling. Now you notice how this line for the print, this 3 million, does not line up with this candle. This is a late print, which means this belonged in the previous day's volume, and this one got reported 24 hours late, right? So you get this hanging man here, and then we sold off, consolidation here, break, retest, off to the races. But now there's this mess here. So if we're bullish, yeah, we got to get above $690, and then bearish, we'll have to get below here, $679. And then retrace down this way. So let's map it out on both sides. We're going to be bullish above 684. Oh bummer, we just hit our 684. And so let's move this up. 684.51, we'll get above that. That was our target. Let's see what happens here. Maybe there'll be another entry at 684, but 684.51, 685, 685.46 is a cam, 685.95, 686. 687. We've got that up here. So here's the gap down. And then, so we'll fill this gap, hopefully. 680, 687, 687.50, 688.27. And then you've got the 688.42 is that 1 million, right? That's where they were selling yesterday, which we didn't know at the time. And then, um, we've got 689.68 and 690.59 is this R1. That's as high as I went on that, but You get the picture there. On the downside, we're going to be bears below 682.50. Let's get below this 682.50, uh, target 682. 681.60 is a 3.1 million share trade. 680.50, 679.91 is a 3 million here. 678.29 is S2. Then we've got a bit of a drop here, 677.50, 675.14 is a 5.4 million share trade, 672.50 and 670.63 is S3, and this is usually oversold at this point. So it looks a bit of a mess. You can have some scalping here on the upside or maybe some long, um, better trades on the downside. All right, and just so you see, look at this sort of thing. These pivots and cams work phenomenally. We gap down, test a print, have this S1 holding these print levels. These are secret support and resistance lines. I did a webinar on Tuesday, November 25th. It's on YouTube if you want to check it out, where we were talking about this sort of stuff. And here's the print, right? 15 moving exponential moving average holding this print. Okay, so these are very, very important in your trading. And if we come up here, let's see if we bounce off of this, right? All right, there you have it. Those are your 2 trade setups for today. So please like, share, subscribe, do all of that great stuff. And we'll see you later this afternoon with our results video. Happy trading, everyone. Happy trading, everyone.
