You know, we were able to drive down our marketing costs from really a 17, 18% on the shower side to the 13, 14% overall, which really, you know, just ended up driving profit down to the bottom line for the company. So before Clever came in the picture, we had just lost one of our primary lead sources and we had a big vacuum of leads to fill for our shower and bath remodeling campaigns. Once we got the ball rolling, the efficiency and the marketing costs that we had was so strong that I just pretty much increased the budget and gave them trust because the results were so consistent and so strong. With Clever, the consistency is there, and I think that's mostly because they stay on top of the campaigns. I can only assume that when they say that they care and that they're staying on top of it, that they're actually doing it, because there is a level of consistency that you just don't find with a lot of other companies, even though they say the same things. The proof is really in the results. With Clever, if they don't get communication, they really push it and make sure that they're getting the meeting with you so that they're getting the information and the data they need to maintain the consistency of the campaigns. If something's not working, they make changes quickly. They're proactive and reaching out to try to get feedback from you. That's a little bit different than some of the companies I've dealt with before. What's so unique and what's great about the Clever program is they're all branded under our umbrella, the Alenco brand, and a lot of times they're exclusive leads. Our reps go out on them and they've seen our brand via Clever and they aren't having anyone else out and we get to control the story and. And that really ends up leading to a higher conversion on the sales, the sales side.
