Okay, the data's in. Team's done the work. We found two locations in Australia that have the maximum amount of increase in listing in a suburb in Australia. What does that mean? It means that a lot of sales, a lot of supply, the demand is low, so what happens to prices? So these areas do have good numbers long term. But right now what we're finding, that area's got a high number of investors, about 50% in both areas for homeowners and 50% of investors. Now, those 50% of investors may have done the no money down scheme or strategy. And that strategy is pull the equity out of your home and put it into an investment property. But you still got to pay interest on that equity that you pull out. And now the interest rates have gone up, they can't afford it and they're dumping their stock on the market. This is a danger, but also it could be an advantage to you. So if you're looking out for these two areas, Logan and Ipswich, give me a shout, I'm happy to help.
