Good morning. Hey. Heard some amazing news. So I think two years ago, the Victorian government announced that they'd won the Commonwealth Games and it's going to be regional. So it's going to be Geelong, Shepparton, Ballarat, Bendigo. And we didn't invest in that area. None of our clients did, but I know a lot of people did. Expecting growth, expecting workers to go out there, all that sort of stuff. Commonwealth Games is not as big as the Olympics. You have to be careful of that. You have to also do your research and see how much money the government's putting into each of those towns. They weren't putting much, but here's the news, they've reversed it. There's no Commonwealth gains in Victoria anymore. That is a disaster for investors that ran with that advice and bought in those areas very different to the Olympics. So if you want good quality data, if you want quality insights from the macro level down to the micro level on your investments, give me a shout comment below. I'd love to help. Don't make that mistake.
