The Property Hunters Mindset

Hey, I just got off on a phone call with a client and it was really interesting call around. You know, really, they're struggling with finding the property that's ideal for their strategy. And, you know, with 15,000 suburbs straight wide, it is hard to find that right property at the moment. You know, some markets are booming, some are flattening out. It can be really daunting to go through all those suburbs and try and find them with the actual tools that are available to the general public. So I thought I'd jump on. Hey, I'm Dax. Hey, everyone. I just wanted to go through a few things around that. And what really astounds me is that people start by just jumping onto realestate.com or domain and just start hunting for property. What I really stress for a lot of my clients is we need to take a step back and really fix the mindset first. And it's really interesting when I bring this up, because people think mindset's about motivation and positivity and all this sort of stuff, but the mindset of a property investor is a really clear, defined mindset, especially a successful one. And when you've got that successful property investment mindset can really accelerate it. And working with clients that have that mindset, you can really tell the energies there, the vibrations there. We find the ideal properties for them, close them, and make success. So just a couple of things around the mindset, you know, yes, it's daunting. Yes, it can be an issue around trying to find the right properties, but having that clear intention, having that clear understanding of exactly what you're trying to achieve and what type of property or type of asset you're looking for, and really honing in on that and having that drive and thought around, this is what I can find. And I need the experts or the tools to find those can really accelerate your wealth and your growth. So I hope that's helped, really, you know, hone in that mindset.
