G' day everyone. This is Dax from Hera property again. You've got this beautiful place up for rent very soon in Stanley Street, Richmond. Beautiful terrace. If you're looking for something like this or know somebody, snap it up quick. Have a look at this. The landlord has put a lot of effort into this. It's got a great low maintenance garden, great entrance way redone all these tiles which is magnificent. As you can see we'll come through the front door. This is a four bedroom, two toilets, a bathroom. This is a big front room, bedroom. Everyone's got heating in the corner. That's a beautiful ornamental fireplace. Really great sizes. And also have a look at these awesome drapes that he's put in place. They're really great. And for winter, keeping the energy costs down, they'll really keep the heat in. So we go down the hallway, out down to the second bedroom. Have a look at the size of this. It's magnificent. Also the old fireplace is now some storage which is great. And it's got an aspect out into the backyard which we'll get to there in a minute. Secret has this off street parking. Amazing. In middle of Richmond you got your entertainer's toilet in there so they don't have to go and use everyone's toilet. The bed, the. The lounge room here you can see. I won't show you too much of it but as as we've got some of the trades working still. And then out to the kitchen which is aspect to the garden as you can see, great space, kitchen, lots of cupboard space. And then the outlook into. Have a look, double car space out here. This is unheard of in Richmond. Also you've got another toilet out there if you want to use and it is serviceable. And let's go upstairs. We love terrorists, they're fantastic. Here we go. Let's go into the last two bedrooms. Master bedroom. Wait for this. Okay. Third bedroom, similar to the one downstairs. Great space, some cupboards. You got the heater really great. And the aspect out, leafy green. Great to have in Richmond. Let's go to the master bedroom. Okay. Come down here, have a look at this. Can you see that? Can you imagine walking into this with a big king size bed, some light overlooking and look at this tree out there is magnificent. You got a couple of trees, bottle brush.
