What are we doing as property managers to keep you safe in these times?

Hi everyone. Dax Stanley here again from HERA Property. Thought I'd jump online and give you a couple of tips on how we are managing this current time with that C word. And look, we just wanted to assure you that a lot of the principles and values and processes that we have in place at HERA here are already prepared for it. There's a couple that we've implemented over the weekend and make you aware of those. But some of the things that we've done already, before this even came up was we're paperless, we're environmentally friendly, we get people to sign on screen, we get all the documents on system up in the cloud so there's no handling of paper that could cross the infection or anything like that. The second one is like letterbox keys. So we've got a lockbox on every tenant of the house so that any of the trades or inspection people that need to come, and they don't come to our office, they go to the lockbox at the property so there's less connections and keeping the social distances there. Also, some of the things we do is a virtual 3D tour of our properties so that tenants can qualify themselves in and that means that they don't have to go and they can go around the property in 3D. It's really interactive, it's really special. You can have a look. I'll put a link in the notes here. And thirdly, some of these routine inspections can be done virtually. So that's really great. And if we need to meet face to face, we, we can do a one on one. We're leaning towards that at the moment, one on one inspections so you don't have to bump into other tenants and make sure that we can work together. Also, we use this technology here, which is Zoom, for most of our meetings now, so that we can connect. It's high resolution so you get the best of both worlds face to face and video, keeping the service social distance and keeping that C word away from everyone. So I hope that helped.
