Do you know that property investing should follow the same processes exactly how your doctor does it? It's amazing how so many people think there's one step approach, one focus, one way of property investing, but that's not the case. And it's a real shame that when clients come to us and say they've tried this course and they've tried this process, just doesn't work. Well, we know here one approach doesn't work for everyone. So it's really key to understand that everyone's unique and each way of approaching it has to be done the right way for your success. Now the best thing about this is we follow the same processes pretty much what your doctor does when you go to see a doctor. And that's what I want to explain to you today, which is really cool. So you know, when you first go to your doctor, what do they do? They don't just go straight into trying to fix you, do they? They ask clarifying questions. Clarity is the first step that we want to know where you're at, what you want to achieve, what's going on with you in life, how is that affecting you, what's going to look like for a self funded retirement plan? And that's really key to make sure that we understand where you're at. And like a doctor, they, you know, test you, check you out, see what things are. We look at some of your financial records and things like that. Then what does the doctor do? They've got all the information. They evaluate, they evaluate the situation, your situation, against all their expertise, their knowledge, their understanding, their experience, and they evaluate your current situation to see what, what strategy and what, what things can be put into place. Okay, so that's the second step. Evaluate. The third step is building a plan for you, plan for success, plan to get you where you are. You know, if you've got an issue with the doctor, with your health, he'll put a plan together or she'll put a plan together to get you back to status, back to your health. And that's what we do there. We build that plan out to get that self funded retirement plan in place. Okay, so then once the doctors put that plan to you and you all agree that that's the right thing to do, the fourth step is implementing that plan. Okay, you leave the doctor's office, you probably may go to the chemist, you might go to physio, you might go all these other different places and implement the plan that you put together with your doctor. And that's what we do. We, we start implementing the plan, we find your next property, we start your structures. Right. We get all the finance in place, we start building that, implementing that. Okay. And the final thing that your doctor will probably ask you to do is they want to manage the process, they want to come in at different points and check how you're going of course correct. Or add a few more things to help you get back to health. And that's what we love doing that, those six monthly reviews to make sure we're on track, where you're at, where the current market is, course correct at that time, to make sure that we're on that path to success and self funded retirement.
