A short YouTube segment by Dean Graziosi recommending three books entrepreneurs should read: Rocket Fuel (on visionary vs. implementer roles), Deep Work (on focused, undistracted work), and The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer (personal/spiritual growth). Graziosi emphasizes knowing whether you are a visionary or implementer and surrounding yourself with complementary people, and warns against shallow, fragmented attention online.

What books are interesting you right now? Some of my favorite books. If you are wanting to start or you're in a business, read the book Rocket Fuel. So you really understand the difference between a visionary and an implementer. You know, if you look at Walt Disney, he was the visionary, his brother was the implementer. And so many Henry Ford had an implementer, Bill Gates, implementer, visionary, implementer, visionary implementer. It's really good. When you start a business, you got to be both. I'm both, but I know I'm the visionary. And if I surround myself with people who get stuff done, everything changes. But if you know the difference, it's really huge. The name of the book is called Rocket Fuel. I suggest everyone, there's a great book I'm reading right now called Deep Work. Deep Work. That book is amazing. To realize that we're in such a fragmented world. We're all checking Instagram and Facebook and social media. We're checking all these things and we're checking text messages and we're going shallow on too many things. The way to be successful is pick one thing or a few things and go really deep. Do deep work. Great one. If you feel like you're just bouncing around and all over the place and distracted, Deep Work is a great one. And I always recommend the Untethered Soul. I love that book. I think it's a game changer. The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. It's a really great one.
