AI Advantage Summit Day 3

The third day of the AI Advantage Summit, hosted by Dean Graziosi and featuring Tony Robbins, Rachel Woods, Amjad Massad and others, blends motivational storytelling with practical frameworks for decision‑making and AI adoption. Dean uses a high‑speed "spin car" metaphor to illustrate how focusing on the desired outcome, rather than fear, prevents loss of control. He outlines a three‑step decision process—Decision, Commitment, Resolve—emphasizing immediate action to turn intent into results. The concept of "proximity" is reinforced through a personal story about moving his daughter to New York to pursue a Broadway career, showing that surrounding oneself with top talent accelerates growth. The session repeatedly promotes a 30‑day AI Advantage bootcamp that promises a personal AI copilot, a 15‑hour‑per‑week time‑saving guarantee, and a money‑back guarantee. Metrics such as 7.6 million hours saved and 2 million meals donated to Feeding America are highlighted. Throughout, Dean engages the live audience with interactive polls, chants, and calls to commit to specific actions, reinforcing the message that knowledge must translate into decisive, energetic action.

Welcome back to day three of the AI Advantage summit. Who's ready for an incredible final day? Who's ready?
Yeah.
Day three.
There we go.
I love it. Okay, well, like I said, on day one, this is the largest AI event in history with over 632,000 people registered. 632,000. And on day one, you committed to showing up, to playing full out, and you've done exactly that. You followed through on your word. And as with all things, it's not how you start, it's how you finish. So who's up for finishing today strong? Who's up for that? Yes. If you're up for finishing strong, I want you to put. I'm all in in the chat, but I'm all in in the chat. Let's see who's still in this thing. Let's see it. There we go. Alicia's in it. There we go.
Tamsen's in it.
There we go.
Love it.
Okay, so as we take a moment, I want you to really start to look at what's going on and what's happening inside of this Community, the love, the dedication. And also, can we take a moment to congratulate everyone who took massive action yesterday and and enrolled in the AI Advantage boot camp? Can we give it up for him? In fact, the group has already collectively saved over 3 million hours. So let's give it up for him right now. Let's give it up for him. Now. We're not done yet, okay? Not even close. We've got a jam packed day ahead that's going to get even more tactical and strategic. And by now you can see it clearly like AI isn't optional anymore. It's essential. It's the new skill set that will define who stays ahead. And I want to ask you something important right now. How are you going to implement what you've learned? How does your life change because of the insights that you've gained? And what will you decide right now so these three days don't go to waste? And if you know you already want support with your next steps as well, we'd love to serve you. Alright? But most importantly, remember this, the time is now. Like Dean showed yesterday with that chart, the early adoption phase is over and we're standing right at the edge of mass adoption. And that's what the AI Advantage really means. It's the difference between being ahead of the curve and being left behind. So don't let anything hold you back. All right? And as we jump into today, a few quick reminders as we head into the final day. First and foremost, be present. Okay? Close the extra tabs, silence the notifications. This is our last day, so make it count, okay? And second, keep lighting up the chat. Share your breakthroughs, share your aha moments. Because what you share might be exactly what someone else needs today. And lastly, remember, we're here live, okay? So keep those cameras on, keep your energy up, right? Engage with the speakers. They feed off of your energy. And what do you say as we start today off, what do you think? We jam a little bit of music? Let's get some finish strong energy going. Who's up for some finish strong energy right now? Anybody up for some finish strong energy? Let's get that finish finish strong energy going as we welcome back to the stage, our guide, the one and only Dean Grazioski.
Everybody give it up for Dean. Green.
I see a Linda Laurianne, David Lou, cg rocking it out.
I see you.
Look at this crowd on it. Come on, Rigo. I know you can put a smile on that face. I know, I know. All right, what's up, Isabelle? I see Lewis, sue hey, wait a second. Show up on day three.
Wow.
I have to say, this has been the most fun event I've done. I've been blessed to be able to do this for almost 30 years. And you guys, I was up so late. If you hear it in my voice last night, it's your fault. Because I was up in the communities. The communities were on fire. Breakthroughs. Aha. Moments. People already taking massive action already inside saving time. Listen, this is why we do this. You know, day one, we showed why time and leverage and started talking about how to get it back and utilizing it. Yesterday. Wasn't yesterday just freaking magical? Is it me or was it magical? And I do want to share something with you. I asked you guys yesterday morning to trust the journey that we're not here just to show you a couple prompt tricks or a hack. You can learn that stuff online. You go to YouTube and find a video, but that's not working for you. I asked you to trust the process that Tony and I know how to build frameworks. And I learned from the man. I've been doing it almost 30 years. Him 46, heading towards 47. He might be at 47 years. We understand that it takes a balance of the right mindset, the right strategy, right the right context and then the right tools. That's the magic combination where real shifts happen. Real shifts happen. Who's up for that kind of shift, right? And I gotta tell you, we witnessed it yesterday, right? We started. I gave you that day in the life. Wasn't that cool with the refrigerator picture? Oh, my God, that was so much fun and all the other things, right? And we had that great opening and we set some goals and then wasn't Dr. Arthur Brooks just freaking amazing to remind us that AI is not going to take us away from being human? In fact, if we use AI to get time and leverage back, AI can make us more human. More of the things that our right brain can do. Who's up for that, right? Yeah, me too. And I am so excited for those of you who have joined the AI Advantage bootcamp. We start next week. Oh, my goodness. You can't believe what you have in store. I know some of you are beginners and I got some questions I'll answer here in a little bit. But I can't wait for you to see what we created for you. It is going to be magical. It is the foundation for all shifts. Things will never, as Tony Robbins says, after the 30 day boot camp, life will never be the same. So I want to get to Just a couple, because you guys were. You posted so many incredible comments. I want to share a few and highlight people who are taking action. So let me read a few from the community. If you could bring those up. This is Jessica. Jessica said, AI has been in my toolbox for a while now. But cloning, that's a new obsession. But what I didn't expect to gain was the reminder that no matter how advanced, text becomes human connection, that brings us alive, real in person. It's exactly what I said. Use the tech so you can get the time back to make the heart even bigger. All right. Maria said, today, I'm taking away something powerful. I have no more excuses, only reasons to start and create because I'm no longer alone. I have my personal AI assistant. Like having my own dream team beside me. I am so happy that you're a part of us. I can't wait for you to see what we do in 30 days. Let's go to who's next. Amir. Biggest takeaway on day two was about understanding how valuable our time and leverage is to amplify. Next, we had tia. I was so impressed with all three of the panel speakers, and my eyes were opened even more. I see areas in everyday life, such as taking the picture of the refrigerator and getting immediate recipes to actually having a silent partner in AI to finally make my side hustle my main gig in ways I still can't even imagine. My husband and I want to do this together, and I can't wait to be cloned. I thought that was so cool. Jan said his lessons talk about Dr. Brooks. His lessons gave me the confidence that if I can create my AI partner to be the one dealing with complex tasks, then I'm free to focus on the right brain, complicated and creative aspects. Karima, isn't that so cool that we get to do that? We'll go deeper in our right brain. Okay. Just wanted to read those. Can we give a shout out for people leaving comments, taking action? There you go.
Knit.
I see you, Brian.
What's up?
All right. All right. Okay. So today is about scale. What does that mean? Here's the truth. Your ability to scale. Your income, your company, the company you want to start. Your life is directly tied to your ability. Write this down. Your ability to simplify. You see, scaling isn't louder. Marketing, more chaos. Scale is. It's the invisible work. In big companies, or companies, we call it operations. Right? The systems that make your business and your life and your career flow a lot of time. The things that people can't see. They always see your marketing, but they don't see the systems behind the scenes. And with AI, those systems become faster, they become lighter, and they become even more human. Because when they can, when AI can help you with the systems, it gives you more time for you to work on the things only you can work on and more time obviously to do and spend time with the people you love. And we've got an incredible lineup today. You're going to meet Rachel woods today. If you've loved all of our speakers up until now, wasn't Sabrina amazing yesterday? Oh my God, she rocked our world yesterday. Wait till you learn from Rachel. She's going to be equally as amazing. She'll show you how to turn process into playbooks and playbooks into AI systems. So you think about a process. I do this every day. Okay, write down what you do every day. How does AI help you do it every day? Faster, quicker and amplify you. Pretty cool. You're going to love that. Then we have Amjad Massad. He is the founder of the $3 billion company Replit. I did an interview with the guy. Just a really great dude. I really enjoyed it. And he's so smart. And what Replit did and what he's done is show you how to use your voice to create code, to create so many cool things. That's a next level one. You are going to absolutely love it. And of course, Mr. Tony Robbins is back today. He's going to help close this. And yeah, we should give him a little hand for that one. He's going to show one of his most powerful decision making frameworks. Where are we? Where are we with how many hours? I want to see. How many hours? Can we put that up? I want to see. We are at 3.277. That's how many hours this group is going to save. Yeah, that's pretty awesome. I love it. And. Remember, the goal was 4 million. So let's get to that today. Listen, I read so many of your comments and like I said up way too late. I shared some of those but there was a lot of them and maybe this is you. You could show by a raise of hands is I'm excited. I just hope I don't give up again or I hope I don't lose track or I hope I don't get lost. Somebody said, dean, help me stay hungry because I need to do this. Anybody ever feel that way? That you know you want to do it but then life pulls you? You have other distractions. It's like the train coming down the tracks. I see Anna Louise, right. Luca. I see you, Julie. I see everybody raising their hand. It's like the train's going down the tracks. And you're like, I'm going to go. Wait a minute, should I go? And then it goes. And you're like, how? How can I be hungry? Hungry. But I want to get. I want you to give yourself a little bit of a break here. Remember, we are the only generation that is before and after AI. So it's the toughest for us. But our children and grandchildren will not know a life without it. It's like they grew up with a phone in their hand. Right. Some of us that are a little older, mostly enough. We started with a rotary dial phone with a cord on it. Right. We used a map to go places. Right. Our children will grow up with it. You didn't. So give yourself a little grace. We're the first generation, has to learn it. And how do we learn it and stay the course? Well, you need grit. But I want to give you a little secret here. Grit. Grit creates resourcefulness. And resourcefulness, in my opinion, evolves from hunger. Ask my dear friend and partner, Tony Robbins, what is the common thread of the most successful people in the world? What will he say every time? He'll say, hunger. Hunger. Because hunger keeps you driving. But here's my belief. And again, Tony taught me this 30 years ago. Hunger. If you go upstream, hunger comes from your why, the reason why you're doing it in the first place. Because I promise you, setbacks will happen. Confusion might happen. I'm not sure what makes one person continue, what makes one person persist until they succeed, and what makes other person try twice and then give up. It's hunger. But the thing foundation of hunger is purpose. It's the secret behind it all. And it's been the biggest secret of my life. So before we get into tactical, before we get into Rachel, who's going to blow your mind, I wanted to spend just three, four minutes here together. And I want to share you the secret that's shifted my life to give me my purpose, my why. Who'd like to have that little secret? So you keep moving forward so you don't stop, no matter what obstacle. And here's what I want to tell you. If you're new to this, first you're like, yeah, I can't wait for Rachel. Know that this is the combination for success, right? Read any successful book. It's not just I found the thing. You have to stay diligent. You have to keep working you have to stay hungry. And these are the things we discovered after doing this for decades. So about 20 years ago, I hired a consultant and I hired him to help me get my customers more successful. And when he came in, it was expensive. At the time, it was $10,000 for half a day of consulting. And he came in and he just said this. Have you ever done the seven levels deep? Now, I'm not going to go through all of them today, but I want to give you this little secret that you can hold on to the rest of the day, because we're going to go a little deeper today. We're going to go a little faster today. And I want you to have a purpose so big in your heart that you're like, bring it. Open up the shirt and there's an S on it. Superman. I'm resourceful. I'm relentless. Right? It comes from purpose. So let me tell you what he said to me. He said, this will change your life and your client's life. I'm like, great, give it to me. He said, no, we got to go through it. So I want to give you a little glimpse of what that is. If you're part of my family, you know this. If you're new to it. What he said was, why did you pay me $10,000 to come here? And I said something like, you know, I want my students, I want everybody who I work with to have more results. He's like, great. That's bold. That's amazing. That's noble. But why do you want, hence the seven levels deep? It's asking why seven times and letting your heart go open. He said, why is it important that your clients have more success? And I remember saying something like, you know, there's good people in this industry. I want them to rise, and I want to. I want to raise standards so high that the people that aren't they get out of this industry. And I remember him saying, wow, great answer. And here's what I didn't know at the time. Those answers were coming from my head. They were logical. I wanted to have my students more. I wanted to raise the standards of the industry. He asked me why again. I said something. I want to leave a legacy. I don't even know what I said the next couple of times, but I want you to engage with me for a minute. I want you to think about why you're here, why it's important that you learn AI. Why it's important that you go deep. Why is it important to free up time and leverage? Because when he asked me the fifth time why it was important, all I know is I remember saying, I don't want to go backwards. I had never said that before in my life, ever. Why do I. I don't want to go backwards. And I started thinking of my mom working three jobs, and we had no money, and I'd go to school without lunch money. I don't ever want to go back there. I know what it felt like. I know how embarrassed my mom was driving an old car with the back window busted out and plastic on it. Oh, my God. It hit my heart. I'm like, wow, this guy's good. I don't want to go backwards. I'm like, I got it. He's like, dean, that's only number five. He said, why don't you want to go backwards? And for those of you that are parents, I got tears in my eyes. I said, I want my kids to have choices. Because in that moment, I could get emotional thinking. I remember in that moment thinking, I didn't have choices. My parents didn't have money. I didn't have choices. I had to do what they did. And I'm like, oh, I don't want to raise entitled kids. We don't need more of those. But I want them to have choices. So now I'm like, I'm emotional. I'm feeling it. And he said, but sorry, that was only six. Got one more. Why is that important? Something came out of my mouth that's changed my life forever. I said, I need to be in control and not a control freak. What I meant was my parents. I love them both. Both of them are watching right now. My parents were married nine times. I moved 20 times. By the time I was 19. I had different stepbrothers, stepsisters, step grandparents. Leo Rizzo was in my life as a grandpa. Then he was gone. All these changes. I was never in control. I come home from school, love my family, and there's a moving truck outside again. And all of a sudden, this started flooding back into my life. And that moment, I realized I need to be in control of my decisions. I need to be in control of my calendar. And the reason I'm sharing this with you today, before we get into more AI, is because that kind of discipline, that kind of hunger, that kind of purpose, that why for me, has driven me. Because my new my why, want to be in control. I have four children. I cook breakfast for them every single day of my life. I take them to school until the older ones got their license. Every single Day. I don't miss dance recitals. I don't miss baseball. I don't miss date night with my wife. I need to be in control. If someone said to me, sorry, you can't go to the dance recital because you got to finish that project. I know this sounds dramatic. I would die first. No one's going to tell me I can't do that. Because life is going by too fast. And if that sounds overly dramatic, that's the reason at 57 years old, I get to be here with this much hunger. Because I still have that purpose driven. Why? And it's evolved through the years. But that why was so strong. And if you find that why. And I'm going to ask yourself to start putting in chat. Why do you need to learn AI? Why do you want more time in your life? Why do you want more leverage? Why is it important at the deepest part? And if the first answer comes out, more money. Know that it's deeper. If the first answer comes out, I just need time. Know that it's deeper. Because when you find it, the hair stands up on your arms. When you find it, you get emotional. When you find it, you realize, I will do whatever it takes. I will move forward scared. I will take uncomfortable action. I will do stuff I've never done before. I will get resourceful. Look at this. I want to clone myself before my kids get one. I want freedom and growth. To be able to leave a legacy. My home. To spend more time with the love of my life and family. Not to be dependent. Thank you, Alex. Peace of mind. Because we only have one life. And I want to live it. To feed more families. Family. To help my mom with her illness. One of mine was retiring my mom. So I get it. I did it at 27 and she's still with us. I get to pay her every week, which is amazing. Gain fulfillment, inspire others. All of them. Saves lives. I want to prove myself. I'm going to retire my parents. I did that, Ryan. It be should shifted my life. It's the greatest gift in the world to you. Not even to them. It's. You think about that day, that purpose. Drive every day. Learn this. Go deep. Imagine the day you get to walk in and say to your parents, quit. You see, these are the little things that are actually the big things. These are the things where some. Somebody might say, all right, Dean, great. Let me get to the AI. No, because you could go on YouTube and find some AI videos. This is about a whole system to get you engaged. So keep writing down your why create beauty? Look at all this and do me a favor. Bring up the lower third with the timer on it. I just. Or the amount of hours, leave it up. I want to see. I want to see that. Today's our goal to pass 4 million. And collectively we want to do that because that's the time you get back so you can use that why to shift your life. Now, before we bring on our first guest, I want to address some things that we caught in the chat. Questions about the 30 day boot camp. And before I go on, before I go on, who enjoyed that little thing on why and finding purpose? Raise your hand if you enjoyed that? Here's what I'd say. Do it. I did it in seven minutes. I usually take a half hour to do that, maybe even 40 minutes. Here's what I'd say. No matter what you do, no matter where you go, and that's all Tony and I wish for you is the best life. Find that purpose deeper. Find the purpose that puts a tear that stands up your hair and never again feel like you missed an opportunity. Never again let an opportunity pass you by. Make the why so strong that it overcomes your fear. It overcomes imposter syndrome. It overcomes the fear of technology. Because when your purpose is big enough, fear is nothing. All right, let's go to this questions about the 30 day boot camp and the AI system and how to clone yourself, about whether it can work for you. So I just want to take a few minutes and clear up any questions that you have because here's the thing. This is an event only offer and the opportunity for you to join. We start next week and if I miss something and you don't have clarity because of me, then that's my fault and I would absolutely hate that. So you cool? I go over a couple answers and then we'll get to our first guest. All right, number one, are there any extra costs once you join the boot camp? The answer is zero. No other costs. There's no hidden fees. There's nothing you have to buy. We are teaching you to build this. And then the second question is, what happens after 30 days? Do I lose my clone or keep it for life? I'm sorry. I never even thought. To think that someone would think that it was like hundreds of that. Of course it's yours forever. Once you build your clone, it's yours to use in any way you want. Even once the clone is built, you could take that and put it into any other platform. So you start off on third base, right? So it is yours and it is a proprietary system. It is not just going to chatgpt and typing a few things in or a prompt. It is a six layer deep process. A lot of you asked about your clone's security. Now here's what I want to tell you because they were asking if you own it. No, no, no. We don't own it. We don't see it. Your clone is 100% yours. You own, it's yours. And we'll show you during the event how to protect your data while you're using it. So I hope I cleared that up. What can I expect? This was a big question. You're awesome too, Starla. What can I expect to have at the end of the boot camp? You'll have a clone. You'll have a co pilot, a thought partner, a coach, a mentor, a business partner. You honestly can call it whatever you want. Can I tell you something? We were going nuts on thinking of the name. First it was Copilot. Then we're thinking thought Partner. Really. It's a brilliant genius clone that works 24 hours a day, seven days a week to work for you, that saves you time and allows you to leverage, can do things that you don't want to do. It will do things that took you hours and do it in minutes. And in many cases, just being honest, I experienced this personally, it does it better. It will free, yeah, it will free you up to do more of what you love and give you time to work on the things that can grow your life, grow your business, grow, grow your career. This was, Tony said this yesterday, but it's like having a genius AI assistant that is just obsessed and their whole goal is to save you hours, decisions and scale your thinking. Because this proprietary system, like I said before, it's not a prompt trick, it's a multi level deep system that we've put together by working with Igor and Sabrina and so many others that we interviewed. That collective wisdom allowed us to create something magical in 30 days. As Tony Robbins always says, life will never be the same again. And no, you don't need to be technical and you don't need to be an expert or a coder. Absolutely not. I'm not. Wherever you are in this AI journey, we'll meet you there and we'll teach you how simple this could be. And finally, for those asking, what does the 30 days actually look like? I'm going to go over the whiteboard and share and I want to see the hours. Can you just leave that up? I want to see how Many hours. I want to know the moment we get to 4 million. Okay. I know this looks sloppy. I personally wrote this this morning. Try not to look at all of it. I go over it really quick and I hope this clears it up. And we'll be done in a few minutes. And get to Rachel. The AI Advantage Boot Camp. The trainings. There are six boot camps. This is two hours. These are 90 minutes each. This one lasts is three hours. If you think of it, Igor and the team would explain it. Way deeper in the build. It's really starting your DNA. This is training your clone, your copilot, your genius partner to know you intimately and deeply. And launch it. It will start saving you time here. This is where you start building it. In the second workshop, Activate doesn't mean anything, but we're really doing is activating in your life. It starts finding what. What you're doing and working with you to get that time back. This is where you actually implement. This is where you actually take it to another level. And it's helping you find the areas to buy the time back at. What it could do for you in number three, Accelerate. Ooh. This is where one input shows you how to get multiple outputs. You know who was a prime example of that? It's Sabrina. Yesterday she showed the old way. Did you see that? Of posting on social media? Go do this, go do that, go do this, go do this, go do this. And then you could do that. And then she said, oop, I do over here. This one thing does all of it. That's what you learn in three. In Accelerate. It shows you how to do one input that could take you minutes and it does hours worth of work as your partner, your genius partner. Usually faster. Definitely faster. Usually smarter. Right. I know the team would give you much more detail, but I'm just trying to give you a high level number four, amplify in that 90 minute workshop. That's when Igor and the team will take you past it. Just being a great assistant. This is where it becomes your true business partner. This is where it knows your details, it knows your metrics, it knows your desire, it knows your goals of the company you want to start or the business you have. And through the process this thing, it will get to know you so much that you get. That's where it gets fun. That's why Dallas could talk to his. His clone. And in seconds it knew him what to talk because it's trained so deeply. You know, a great analogy. This is like your first date if you met someone on a First date and they're a really good person. They might give you good advice, right? They might say, yeah, this is some good stuff. But this is like being married for 20 years and your wife or your husband knows so much about you. They can give you real deep answers. That is the, that is the depth. And the next one is augmented. This is where it goes in place. And if you have a team, this is where the team gets involved. If you don't have a team, it's really helping you build your own virtual team. This is where you do deep research. This is where you have a partner that's strategic and smarter and faster than anybody ever could work with. And then launch lab at the end, the three hour, that's when we launch it. That's when we scale it. That's where myself and Igor are going to show you how to implement it in different parts of your life and business. So the time and leverage multiplies. Does that make sense? I hope I cleared this up. I hope I cleared this up. Thank you, Luca. Thank you, Bob. I just want to make sure. Because if I miss something, I was excited yesterday and you don't get involved and you miss it and we start next Thursday without you. I'd hate for you to be left behind. You get resources, accountability and the replays, all the homework, all the pieces. Then I wanted to clear up one more thing. You also get three months bonus. You get three month bonus of the Amplifier Club. If you think about the Amplifier Club, it's like having a 90 day gym membership. It's a place you can go every day and work on your AI muscles, right? It's a place with amazing prompt libraries, tool recommendations, AI hacks and hands on community and even a live zoom call with experts every single month. This, you get free 30 days. If you love it, you could say. If not, one click and you still everything here is yours. But one thing to know, this doesn't build your clone. The Amplifier is like your gym membership, right? The AI advantage Boot camp. That's where we build your clone. And the outcome is simply this. We're going to build your AI clone, whether it's a thought partner, a coach, a genius assistant, whatever you want to call it. In 30 days, you're going to do it with us and you're going to buy back 15 hours a week guaranteed. Meaning if you put it in place and it doesn't work, will happily refund your money. Listen, technology adoption isn't waiting. You know, the last question people asked was when do I have to decide the answer is for you without anything else. You should decide now because it's not slowing down before the curve hits. But lastly, this is an event only offer because we start Thursday and once we close this cohort, everybody who knows us, you know, once it's close, closed, it's gone for good. All right, that's it. I hope I was able to clear up. I hope I answered all the questions. If I missed one, feel free to put in the chat. I would hate. We're already at 3.48 million hours saved. Let's get. I want to give you a hand for that. All right, we're going to hit that 4 million. Go get your hours saved. All right. I hope that was awesome. But now who's ready to actually start learning from our first guest? Thank you, Sharon. Thank you. All right. She's going to rock this stage. Our next guest is someone who truly understands the invisible engine of every business, which is operations. Well, most people focus on what's flashy and external. Rachel woods has been building the systems and processes that make companies scale behind the scenes. She spent nearly a decade in AI. Think about that. And long before it was cool she was doing this. And today she's one of the leading voices showing businesses how to turn AI into operational leverage. She has a gift of making the complex simple and showing us what really matters and what's really possible when you put AI to work behind the scenes. Let's watch this quick video and then we'll bring out Rachel Woods.
If I could define what I wanted done, if I could define how I wanted my business to run, then I could get AI to go run it that way, operate it that way. And that's just been the path we've.
Been on since Rachel woods, who I consider one of the absolute leading experts on what I think is going to be an incredibly important field of AI.
Rachel woods, founder of Divvy Up Agency.
An AI operations agency on a mission.
To help you build your AI strategy implementation and training roadmap for your agency to ramp up and get ahead.
It's just so important. And that's like where I create content from is like, if someone can not feel concerned about the future of their business because, like, they watched a few videos. I started, started my career at Facebook actually working in their R D department, literally doing AI in the ads ranking stack. So, like the perfect blend of marketing and data science.
You may have seen her on TikTok.
Covering tips for AI. I've been following her very closely, trying.
To stay up to date what's going on.
She does a really good job of breaking this stuff down. What is unlimited time about?
So I think we're entering a new era where time is just no longer going to be the bottleneck, because once you define what you want AI to do, it can go do it. And so you don't have to spend the time doing that.
Everyone, give it up for Rachel Woods.
Hi.
Awesome.
Thank you.
Wow.
Hi, everyone. I am so excited to be here today and to get to talk to you guys about one of my favorite topics. Of course we're going to talk about AI today, but really, we're actually going to start by talking about operations. And the reason is because if sales and marketing are the face of your business, I'm going to be honest that operations really is the heart of it. And that can be either a really good thing if your operations are working well and they're strong. But for many of us, we've been there where we felt where it's kind of a bad thing, Right? Because if your operations are out of shape and if they're not strong, then everyone can feel it. Your clients can feel it, your team can feel it, you can feel it, and you really get stuck in this zone. Now, when it comes to operations, if you read really any business book on the topic, what you'll learn and they'll tell you is, oh, you just need to sprinkle some systems and processes on there, right? And that's what's going to help you get out of that funk and help you scale. Well, to be honest, if it was really that easy, we would have all already done it. Right. And I think that that's one of the things we forget is when we have this intention, and then how do we actually go and get there? So I want to start by telling you guys a really quick story about my experience with operations. This was actually one of my first companies where, from the outside, everything looked really great. We had a really amazing team. We actually raised millions of dollars, and so we had plenty of resources. And so you could see from the outside that it seems like, wow, everything was really on track to be successful in scale. But the reality was, on the inside, it was truly pretty chaotic, and we were drowning in a lot of operational debt. And you may have been here with either a team you're on, the business you're running, or even just an experience you've had. And I want to know if some of this sounds familiar, because with operations, what's really hard is, again, if they're not strong, you get stuck in this zone of feeling. You're constantly reacting, you're then reinventing the wheel any time that you're trying to do a new project or have new deliverable for a client. And then oftentimes, I don't know about you, but I remember having days where it felt like, wow, I'm just going nowhere. We're not even making progress towards our goal or treading water. And so then you go and you try to build these systems and processes. But the hard part about that is it's actually so much harder to align people or even yourself on one way of doing things. It's kind of our human nature, isn't it? And then even if you do create the process, oftentimes what happens is that your day to day is too busy, too chaotic, and so you're too slammed to even follow the process. So you don't even get the benefits of the thing that you set up. And then let's say you do overcome both of those and you have processes. We all know business changes, what we're doing changes, the market changes. And so when that happens, you have to reinvent your processes and then you end up back on square zero. And I'm going to be honest, all of this sucks, right? This is why a lot of us were like, we want systems and processes, but it's really hard to get there. The real issue, I'm going to be honest, with systems and processes, especially in the pre AI era, is that the work doesn't finish once you create the process. You have to actually do the process. And so what ends up happening is you have your people or yourself that are stuck in that zone. And so you really struggle to get the full benefit of what that system or process could do for you. But that's where today I'm so excited to share and talk about the new way, which of course, because we're at the summit, you probably have guessed, is that AI really does solve a lot of those problems. And the reality is that none of those issues are true if you just create a process that AI does instead of you. So what I'm going to talk about today is kind of this new way and this new era, and it's what we call AI operations, which is basically how do you not get stuck making those versions of operations and systems and processes and how do you do it the new way where you're creating these systems and processes that once you've created it, you don't have to do it? AI is the one actually going and running and doing the steps in the process instead of you. That sound good, everybody? Awesome. All right, so I'm going to start by giving you guys, really, the core of all of this, which is something that we call your AI Playbooks. Now, Playbooking is not a new concept. You might have heard of Playbooks before, right? In traditional operations. But I'm going to tell you what's so special about setting up these Playbooks in a slightly new way so that then AI can follow them. So throughout this whole summit, you guys have learned so many different ways to use AI and prompts to get AI to start doing things for you, right? Individual tasks where it's like, okay, we want AI to edit this email. I want AI to summarize this thing. I loved Igor's demonstration of how you get AI to save you all this money on all these subscriptions. I need to go do that. But the challenge is with these, you're still kind of in this one task thing, which is great and has a lot of value. But I'll be honest, you can really unlock a next level if you take that same mindset of writing these AI prompts, and instead of just doing it for individual tasks, you actually write out an entire AI playbook where you can think of this as instructions for how to do a series of tasks that make up a process. Then now you've expanded the impact of what AI can do, and you can start getting more and more things off your plate. And that really is this next level of getting AI to help with a lot of the issues that I was talking about at the beginning. And so I want you to think about these Playbooks. I want you to think about the fact that you can start to plug these into different processes and parts of your business. Because in our experience, when you start doing this, you're not just going to have one playbook. You're going to get, I'll be honest, a little addicted. And you're going to be like, oh, my gosh, I can Playbook that, I can Playbook that. I can playbook that. And you'll end up with Playbooks across your business. But then again, you create it, and AI goes and does the actual steps in the Playbook for you. So what does this look like? And I really want to show you guys the potential, especially when you start to add up all these Playbooks, because that's really where, again, the power gets unleashed. So thinking about this audience and just connecting to our business, we provide services to our clients, and probably a lot of you guys here today are either consultants or run agencies, or maybe you've hired one. And so this might be something that's pretty familiar to you, which is this idea that you could have a service that is like a diagnostic, right, where you go into a business and you do a bunch of research and you analyze it and you build a bunch of recommendations and you make a really, really long deck like this one. So that process, right, is one that oftentimes is a really, really lengthy and time consuming process. So for us, when we had this process, what we ended up doing, and just to give you the high level overview of what our specific version of this looked like, is we had first we would go and do discovery meetings inside the client to collect a bunch of data. Then we would do different analysis steps of creating like a map of all their processes, identifying opportunities. And then we would get into creating the strategy and building the deck and presenting, as you can see, this is a pretty involved process. When we were looking at how much time we were spending on this, just the analysis steps alone of sifting through all of the data and information that we had collected was taking our team an average of 30 hours every single time. And that was even once we had a process. And so it was like, pretty tight. This is just how much manual time it took to do this by hand. And so, of course, being in the business that we are, we thought, hey, let's playbook this. And that's exactly what we did. And so what we did is go through each part of this overall process and build a playbook to explain to AI exactly how it could do those analysis steps, mirroring the process that our team was doing by hand. And once we did this, we saved a bunch of time because now AI can run all of these for us. It can run it all at once. It can be done while we're going and making dinner or whatever, but AI is actually running these steps. And so we're no longer needing to spend the manual time of these. But what we didn't do is just stop there. What we actually reinvested that time into is thinking about, hey, what else? If we had almost unlimited time, which it kind of feels like, what else would we be adding into this process? What else could we playbook that would add to this service? And so that's what we ended up doing. And we keep doing that with this process. Every single time we're running this, we're experimenting with other playbooks and other parts of this. And the reason I share this story is, again, this is a series of playbooks that you can combine together to do a whole big part of our business and again, an entire service. So you could picture this for something that you do, but it really shows, again, the compounding effect of if you take this that used to be done by hand, teach it to AI, then again, save time, and even be doing so much more. And this story is really not uncommon. I just share this today because I know that hopefully this is something you can relate to. Either you do this service or you've seen something similar. But going from the old way, which took us 30 hours in that process, to this new way saved us 25 hours every single time we're doing this process. Plus on top of that, we're delivering more. And so just from the fact that we took the process, made a playbook, and then now AI is doing it, we're getting these benefits. And that is really what I want to encourage you to think about when you think about the next level of what you can be doing. So if you're sitting here and like, okay, that's great, Rachel, I want to do this. How do I get started? So I'm going to walk through exactly how you can start creating your first AI playbooks for either processes in your business or services that you provide. Sound good? Awesome. So I'm personally an example person, so I'm going to walk through this with an example, which is let's say that you write a weekly newsletter and you want AI to take over that process and do that process for you. At least draft it, right? So all you have to do is do little edits before you hit send. The first step in getting AI to do that is to get really clear on what are the steps in the process. So for this example of writing the newsletter, let's say that every single week, what I want to do is take my topic that I want to write about in that newsletter, and my process is that first I write an outline of that newsletter, then I write the first draft from that outline, Then I edit to make sure it's on brand and sounds like us. And then I create the subject line. What I would need to do is really just outline and get really clear that these are the steps of my process. That's all you need to do to start. Then the benefit as you get into the next step, which is where the since you're doing this process, you know that there's a lot more to the story. And so you go into step two, where you actually dig into how do you actually do this process? How do you do each step. And Sabrina talked about this yesterday. What this looks like is writing super clear instructions. My favorite tip is write it so clear that an intern could follow it. And you write that out for each step. What you want to do is provide examples. So make sure that you're not just telling how to do this step. You're showing how to do it. And then one of my favorite tips is that you can provide actually success criteria, which think of this almost as like a little checklist that you're going to include in the step that then it tells you, what does success look like for doing this step. Kind of how would I grade how well we're doing this step? If you get really detailed in how to do each step, then you're going to be taking the right steps to turn this into a playbook. So for our example, what this might look like if we take even just that last step in the process is that we say, hey, the instructions for this one is that we're going to take the newsletter draft and write out a compelling subject line that would make, in our case, entrepreneurs want to open the email. Then we also want to include examples. So we might include examples of really compelling subject lines that have worked in the past. Then we go down and we look at the success criteria. So, again, think of this like you are really outlining what does success look like for doing this step. And you can be really, really specific in here, and it works super well. But if you go through and build this out for your process, again, get this detailed, that is exactly what you need to do to build your playbooks. So the result of all of this, when you're done and you've gone through all your steps and gotten that detailed, is you end up with a document that is your playbook. But we don't stop here. This is where it gets really, really exciting. And I'll be honest, this is one of the things that when people start seeing this and have this mindset shift, it's like, oh, my gosh. And this is where you kind of start getting a little addicted. So if the old way of if you were to write out a process and write these playbooks, is that, okay, now I'm gonna go write the newsletter. Let's open up the playbook, and I'm going to follow the steps, and that's going to be how I write the newsletter. Whether it's you're following your playbook or your teammate is following your playbook, then that might be how you used to do it. The new way is you can actually just give that Playbook to AI and have AI do all of the steps in that Playbook. So there's a million ways that you can set this up. You can actually use really pretty much any type of tool on the market that does chatting with AI or some of the automation tools. But to give you the simplest way out of today for you guys to start doing this, it really can be as simple as take your Playbook, download the document, upload it to something like ChatGPT, and then just tell the AI, hey, this is my Playbook. You might say something like, this is the Playbook that I want to use each week to write our weekly newsletter for a topic that I provide to you. And then you just tell AI, hey, I want you to review the Playbook attached, go through starting with step one, and execute all of the instructions. That's all you need to do to tell AI, this is the Playbook that I want you to run for me. And then whenever it comes time to write a new newsletter, all you need to do is put the topic that you want to include for that week, click go, and then AI can start doing that process. And again, we're moving from just having AI do one task because it's actually going through and doing multiple tasks, multiple steps. This becomes super powerful when you think about, again, services or more complex processes that you are doing inside your business. And I'll say for my more advanced people out there, this approach even works when you plug into tools like Zapier, other automation tools. You could take these Playbooks and plug them into agents. You can connect them to your different tools, to your CRM, to your task tools, and a lot more. The key is really in writing the Playbook. So if there's one thing I really want you to focus on if you want to get to this next level is that if you can get to the place where you've written out not only what you want AI to do, but how you want to do it, then you get to the level where you have AI able to actually execute the process, and you're taking yourself out of it so you don't have to be the one doing it. And one last thing here that I'll share is my favorite tip about the sign of a really good Playbook is if you read it and you feel like you're being a little bossy with it, like you're getting really, really detailed and really specific, then that is a sign of a really good Playbook. So as I mentioned earlier, you can do this across anything. You can do this in different parts of your business, in your processes. You can do it in your services. Just to give you some examples of what that can look like in your sales process. You can playbook tons of stuff. So let's say you have a new sales demo booked. That could be then the start of when you want to run a lead research playbook that, let's say, goes out on the Internet and researches that person for that sales call, maybe even takes it to the next level of writing out what would be a good fit in your service for that person. Another idea of where you can playbook is in your content process. So you could take things like your webinars, download the transcript, put that in a content repurposing playbook, and have AI go through steps to figure out what are interesting posts in here and put that in your content calendar. That could be a playbook. You can do this all across your services. Like let's say you have client reports that you give every single month. You could have a reporting playbook. You can do this across every single thing that either is a process or you think could be a process. It can all be a playbook. And so when I think about this, the number one thing that I really want to help everybody center in is that you guys sitting here, you're all really starting to think about how AI is not only shaping today, but also shaping the future. The future of business, I'll be honest, is really not going to look like it used to. It's not going to look like operations and processes where we are all the ones doing all of the steps. Instead, the future of business is really going to look a lot more like this, where you can create the playbook, but then AI is the one doing it. So then you're freed up to figure out what you want to do next. And that's what gets me so excited about coming and being able to be here with Dean and Tony and everybody. Because I think that they've really collected this amazing set of people, all of you guys here today, who are not just thinking about AI, but you're really leaning into it. And I think this is the time to really do that. Because out of the summit, you've probably learned AI is not just some tool. And what I talked through today is really also not just some hack. This does take time and it's a skill set to learn, but this is a skill set that as you develop it, is really going to set you up for the future. When we talk about this and we're going even deeper in this. We really call this the AI operator skill set. Really is this work of going through business mapping processes, writing playbooks, and then doing that over and over and over again across the business so you can build up a ton of momentum of AI doing the work and you designing and deciding what you want to do next. But the last thing that I want to leave you with here today is because everybody here is here because you want more time and more leverage and to get those accelerated results. Right. Well, the next time you're doing a process or even thinking, I think this could be a process, I want you to remember that you can playbook that. Thank you so much, everybody. This was so awesome to be here. I'm so excited for you guys. For what's next.
Rachel Woods. Don't go anywhere. Don't go anywhere. That's so good. All right, all right. So you gotta. This is so cool. So I got. We've. We met through social media when we. When my wife and I sat down and we had hundreds of people looking through that we wanted to interview. I just want to give you a little insight of how we met and how I met Sabrina and how I met Igor and how I met everybody.
And.
And we started DMing all the people we respected. And then between Tony's connections and my connections, we did 50 interviews. And then the interviews were amazing. But then we wanted to find the people that had a huge heart, that cared, that could simplify things. Can't you tell this woman's amazing heart and her depth of knowledge? Right? But here's the cool part. All the speakers, even Arthur Brooks, everybody came early. And we've been hanging out in the back room for three days, getting to know each other. And it's been so cool to say Tony and I both agreed the other night. We got so blessed. We chose the right people because they're here to serve. And I just want to say, because we built a friendship, we were backstage, we call it the green room, but it's our big room back there. And I twisted Rachel's arm and I asked her if she'd be willing to share the resource of creating your own playbook. For those of you who are joining the AI Advantage Bootcamp, Rachel's agreed to share her Quick Start Playbook template. How cool is that? Can we give it up for Rachel for being so cool?
Awesome.
Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you.
Thank you.
Rachel woods, everybody.
Yeah.
So good. So good, So good. I hope again you're trusting the day. I know we Set the tone of why I want that anchored into your soul. So as you learn these things, it might seem like a little stretch, but with the right hunger, can't we achieve anything? With the right hunger, right, somebody, you say, if your child needs something, where would you stop to get the answer? Nowhere. If you can apply just a portion of that to learning AI, to going all in, life will never be the same again. Like Tony Robbins always says, now listen, I think what she shared and what we're doing exposes the truth I shared earlier even more. Your ability to scale, your ability to grow is directly tied to your ability to simplify. You can't scale complexity. I have a dear friend, Ethan Willis, who says that all the time. That's why I love the opportunities you have to use AI to create simplicity in your business and in your life. Faster, smarter, and create even more freedom. If you felt that spark from day one or felt the spark from day two or today, then I just would say commit to this. This is not one of those things where it's like, hey, maybe I should do that or maybe I shouldn't. There's life before and there's life after. There's no way you get the opportunity to stay ahead without being a part of this. And yesterday you set your 90 day goal. You wrote it down, put it in the chat. What was your 90 day goal? You guys wrote down yesterday morning? There was a lot of so many good ones. I'd love to see them as they come in, right? And we went early. I'll let you. $100,000 a month reoccurring revenue. Create my first course. Finish the rough draft of my book. Love it. Financial freedom to scale 3 of my offers. 50,000amonth in revenue. Double my income using passive income. Have success from December Launch lab. I love it. My first, My first scale up my SaaS. 42 billion meals donated. You and Tony should talk. $50,000 a month. Launch my second business. Create more jobs. 50,000 a week. Complete video training, video video courses. Scale my architect business. Create my new real estate course. Figure out if I can pay for this or someone else, someone else to pay for it too. Either way, you need to get in, right? Develop my drone and photography business. Finish my book. Take control of my life. Start my foundation. Complete life transformation. I love that. David. Maximize my coaching process program. Generate 30,000 more leads. Launch back into social media. Right. Find owner finance buyers. Replace my current income. You're welcome, Joel. I appreciate you too, man. Create all my playbooks and get my operations going to Double scale, right? Each of you, and you notice how each speaker you bring, you get something different. Different. Different way they approach, different things. They do, right? And here's the thing. Earlier today, I took the time to say why. Because if you have that goal and you don't have a deep enough why, it's something off in the distance, right? When you wrote down your why, who felt that? Why today? Who went a little deeper and felt it in an emotional way, right? Because when you know what it is you want, when you have a compelling future, something you can stare at, something you can focus on, the next part is, why? Why do I want that when things are wrong? Why? When it goes wrong? Why? Because that's the thing that keeps you going. That creates momentum, that makes you not stop. If it takes two times, five times, or 50 times, that why will keep you going. Tony taught me a long time ago that you must attach an emotion to any why. So yesterday, we set your goal. We've been doing all these amazing trainings, see what's possible to amplify, to leverage, to go faster, to get that time back. If you know where you are and you know why, you know why you want it and you know your outcome, the only thing left is how. How will you save the time? How will you leverage it? And how will you reach your goals? And I can confidently say that those of you who have already joined and those that are going to join before this is over, the 30 day AI bootcamp, it gives you the ultimate unfair advantage to achieve it. So I guess the question to ask yourselves is, if you had a clone working beside you, helping you buy back time and energy, how much faster could you hit that goal? Could that be the path to go from where you are to where you want to be? Faster? Instead of taking five years to get to where you want to go, can you get there in six months? Can you get there in a year? How much sooner could you step into the version of you that you're meant to be? That's the real power of what we built. It's designed to help you close the gap faster. So let's just dream for a minute. We got an amazing rest of the day today, but I want you just to dream for a minute because we're going to get stronger and deeper as we go today and more tactical, and you got to be having the right state of mind. Let's dream for a moment and imagine you say this. In 30 days from today, your clone is live. It's helping you go faster. It's Reducing repetitive tasks that drain you. And you feel out front. You feel in control, not left behind. You feel lighter, maybe more creative, maybe clearer, more energy. And in 90 days, you have invested those hours into what really matters the most. Maybe it's your business, maybe it's your health, maybe it's your family. Maybe it's just peace of mind. You're already ahead of 95% of the world. And whether that time goes into scaling your business or being present for dinner with your family, you win either way. Maybe take just a moment here and put in the chat. Where would you at this state after Arthur Brooks, after the why this morning? Where would you spend that extra 15 hours a week? Let's just say it's happened. It's 35 days from now. It's in place. It's getting things done for you. It's got workflows. It's helping you build operations. Where would you use that extra time? In nature. I love that. The best investment. My grandchildren, my children, finding love and friendship. I love that beautiful Craig. Exercise in nature. To be creative, to study more.
To.
Be with my nephews with my business, enjoying life, helping others to get outside. More meditation. I want to travel family with my elderly mom and son. The best version I can be. I love that. Way to go, Elmer. Way to go. Jill, Christian, Bryce, Ashta, Tara, Todd. Be more love. I love that adventure adventuring with my hubby and my dogs. That sounds amazing. Peace and love. Walking out my purpose, travel, connect, serve. See. Keep writing these down. These are absolutely beautiful. And these aren't magical pie in the sky. We're not telling you that this is some magical money machine that you hit a button and money produces. This is truly the foundation of it all. We have these golden age. You heard Marc Benioff yesterday. We're in this golden era where we have the opportunity to start or scale or grow without having to raise money, without having to hiring a lot of people. And the only reason you're not doing is because you don't know how. And when you see all these tools and a million videos, it gets overwhelming. And that's what we created. Because you see, it's not about the tools. It's about a new way of business and life. You see, I believe without it, in 90 days from now, you might still be grinding, reacting, wondering why others are pulling ahead with it. In 90 days from now, you'll be proud of the person you chose to become. That's the only question that really matters. Which future fits better for you? So don't Just let this inspire you, let it transform you. That starts with a single decision today. Because the truth is, when the event ends, the doors close on the opportunity to be about a part of the 30 day program. Training starts in just a couple of days. Now listen, you don't need to hear the whole offer again. You know exactly what it is. But I want to go through a few highlights for those of you who are asking to make sure. Well, first of all, you know how cool it is, and secondly, that you don't miss out. I shared this yesterday, but the AI Advantage Bootcamp is a 30 day virtual experience with the six interactive workshops that I shared on the whiteboard, led by myself, Igor Pagani, that you met and top experts, where you'll walk away with an AI, a custom AI clone system built to think like you, to work for you and give you back time for what really matters. And just know the foundation, the depth, going all the way deep. The foundation is built on ChatGPT, which most of you already have. That costs nothing and it's yours for life. The AI Advantage boot camps, I went over them on the whiteboard. But you know, we build it, we activate it, accelerate it, amplify it, augment it, and launch and scale. Listen, when Tony and I first were talking about this, we started at 90 days and we said, no, it's got to be 30. People don't have time and if you wait, you might not finish this. 30 days will not feel overwhelming because it's step by step. And the truth is you don't even know yet all the things it can do for you, because once it knows you through this proprietary system, it'll help you discover things you don't even know. You need help with that you don't even know. Could be done better in automation or augmentation. You'll get the resources, the assignments, you'll get all the replays. So don't worry. I know we're doing these live, but you'll get the replays in case you can't make it. Plus, we threw in two incredible bonuses I want to remind you, the AI Amplifier Club, like I said, it's like an incredible gym membership with prompts and weekly reviews and weekly hacks and live monthly training with the experts. Plus you'll be a part of the coolest community on the Internet. You get 90 days of that. You love it, stay in it. If not, you hit one button, you don't have to keep it, and then you get the billion dollar Blueprint playbook. The team named it because for the first time ever, AI was able to take so much of the training and the tactics that Tony and I did and find our secrets, find our through lines. To go through everything we've done would be hard. When we did this, it's a game changer. This might be worth the entire program. And it's how we were able to build billions of dollars in revenue and finding those secrets. It's such an amazing playbook. It's such an amazing blueprint. And it's our gift. And like, you know, I think this would be worth $3,000 any day to have this for a lifetime. The foundation of all AI success. You get it today during this event by going to joinap.com youm can get it for $995 and we have a three pay option. And remember, what is your time worth? And you know, we're doing a big old guarantee. If you show up, do the work, and you implement and you don't reclaim at least 15 hours a week, we'll refund your investment. It's that simple. There's no risk, no excuses. Listen, this is an event only offer and this is the last time I'll go through that today. Now we'll get back to training. Plus. Plus, oh, my God. You get Rachel's bonus that she offered, which is so freaking cool. I might have to hit up some of the other speakers for some cool bonuses for you guys. But we have Rachel's. But we have Rachel's. And before we get to Amjad, the CEO of Replit. Oh my God, you're gonna love this. And Mr. Tony Robbins, who's gonna close out so freaking strong, There are a few things I want to share to make sure you don't miss out. Because as I was sharing some questions earlier, a lot more came in. Hey, this is new to us to offer it. We've thought through all of it and sometimes you just miss the obvious. So over the past three days, you've seen how AI can give you back time. Of course it can give you back leverage. And I want to make sure you don't miss this. So right now, there are two kinds of people here, and I just want to share this before I go a little deeper. Those who've already said yes and are already starting their momentum and those that feel it in their heart but still have a few questions holding them back. So before our next guest, I'm going to stay on here for just a few minutes and I'm going to. I know this is just things I always say. I'm going to slay those dragons. I want to kill those final doubts, those hesitation, the what ifs, the things standing between you and the future you've been envisioning. Because this is it, right? This is the last day. This doesn't have to be the last day of three days. This could be the first day of the rest of your life. So while I go through this. Oh, my gosh. We just hit 4 million. 4 million hours. Oh, my gosh. That's what I'm talking about. Go get your hours, Anthony Gamble. You're right. Four million. How about we make it five? I'm always reaching. Let's make it five. Add your hours. Listen, I'm gonna go through some questions. If you're ready, you can lock in your spot right now while I help others in this classroom. Cross that bridge and cross it with confidence. So let's finish strong. Let's get clear every. Let's clear every last doubt so you can move forward with courage and clarity. Okay, number one. And I'm sorry I missed this question. I should have hit it this morning. What will your clone actually look like? Like, I didn't visualize that. Like, so many people asked what it looked like. You watched the AI surfer talk to his right? Who in here who saw a Dallas chair? And that's a. That's a highly trained deep clone, right? A deep genius partner, whatever it is you want to call it. So to be a hundred percent clear, we will build the foundation DNA in your six workshops on chat GPT because it's what most of you use. You might have other ones, but it's already there. You do not have to pay for anything. We can build this on the free version. And when we combine that with the strategic tools that we're going to put in over this 30 days, you'll have a version that just changes the way everything works. You'll have a version that's going to do stuff for you that you don't even know yet. What does it look like? It's like having the smartest person that's aligned with you, that knows your values, your goals, your desires, your dreams, but access to infinite intelligence here in a moment to talk to or type to. And when it knows you like being married for 20 years compared to your first date, it gives you different answers than you'll ever get by just asking a prompt. Does that make sense? Did I clear that up? I hope I did. We had a lot more. People still ask, what exactly will it do now? At any time? Go join. This is the Little break. Usually. Again, we'll take a little break here in a second before we bring on Amjad and Tony. But this is your call to action. This is the day. Go to bed tonight on Fire knowing that you're in. The question is, what exactly will it do? This is kind of hard to answer because it's 100% customized to you. It can do anything. It can help you write the book, it can help you lay out your podcast that you want to do. It can help you with operations, it can help you do daily tasks. It can help you automate stuff, get your laundry picked. I mean, there's so many things it can do. And the cool part over those six events, it's going to be so customized to you and start asking you questions that you don't even know to think of. Number three, will the trainings be recorded? That's an easy one. Absolutely, yes. They'll be uploaded immediately and you'll have access to them. Belinda said, I'm worried I'll buy this and not use it. Heck no. We're not going to let that happen. I know that's a real fear, but we designed this to be hands on and simple. Here's what we believe. This is what Tony and I believe. And those of you that are in already, put I'm in in the chat. We're now 4,179,000. If you're in, put it in the chat. Here's what I want to tell you. We thought if we made this program a year. First off, you don't have a year, but if we made it a year, like, maybe I'll do it, maybe I won't. No, no, no. We are going to knock this out. While you're in this state of mind. Who's feeling good today? Right? Who feels more confident? Who feels different about AI? Let's keep this. Okay, Let me ask you, raise your hand if we can can keep this energy for 30 days. Right? That's why we're doing this. In 35, in 40 days from now, this is up and running. So don't be worried about that, Belinda, don't be worried about that because you'll be 30 days. You'll be thinking that you missed out. Felipe said, I feel like I need more clarity before committing. The truth is clarity comes after you take action, not before. Waiting won't make things clearer. It's just going to cost you time, money and opportunity. This program gives you the clarity. That's what you're paying for. You want because this is about implementing this Is about getting it done. This is not just the gym membership. This is the trainer who makes sure you get it done. And is there every week saying, let's do this make sense so you're not out there guessing, trying to figure it out on your own. Aliza asked, do I need a team to make this work? The answer is not at all. That's what Marc Benioff was saying. This can be your team. We designed this so solopreneur, small business owners and even professionals and those ready to start their own business can launch without hiring, can launch without raising money. That's the whole point of having a clone. It's giving you that leverage. Last question. Patty asked, what if I wait until next event or next time you make this offer? And here's the answer. There won't be a next time for this. This is an event only offer. I know I've been saying that, but everybody who knows Tony and I know this to be true. When we close it, it's closed. But we have 78% new people here. So I want to tell you, we drive the desire to do it now, and we're starting next week. So this isn't fake hyperbole, you know, hype. We close the doors. So if this is for you, this is the time to make a decision to go to Joina Bootcamp.com. let's get to 5 million hours saved. Go save your hours. It's guaranteed. So here's what we'll do. We'll take a quick break right now and let you get enrolled. This is the last enrollment break, the last time. Soon as we come back, we got Amjad, the CEO of a $3 billion company who's gonna blow your mind. We got Tony Robbins, who's on fire, ready to deliver massive energy. Go get enrolled. Let me know when you're in in the chat. I'll see you right back here in 10 minutes. Don't be a second late.
Sam. Sa. Sa. It.
Eyes I can see you keeping me wavy you are made of dreams I went to it just moving like a shot in the dark My heart, it goes crazy too much symmetry fall into it I want to drift asleep tangled in your sheets I wanna hear you say my name forever tell me your masters everything you need I wanna know you chase me to the clouds I can see it in my head it's.

All right, all right, all right. Welcome back, everybody. Welcome back. If you're hearing my voice from afar, you're going to want to get back to your seat as soon as you possibly can. Okay?
Okay.
Okay.
Well, we are at 5.9 million hours saved right now. We're getting ready to cross the 6 million hour mark. We went from 4, then we went from 5, and then we went from 6. And it's unbelievable because not only is that changing the world, like changing the world and getting your work out there faster, simpler, easier, but it's also changing your world, right? Because it's freeing your time to be able to do what it is that you love. I love seeing in the chat earlier all the different things. Getting out in nature, enjoying my life, spending time with my wife, getting your life back. And we are at 5.9 million hours. We're getting ready to go over the 6 million hour mark. So with that being said, why don't we do a countdown from 3, 2, 1. And let's celebrate us taking our life back and making the impact that you are meant to make. So with that being said, why don't we count down 3, 2, 1. And let's create some serious energy and finish this day strong.
Here we go. As we got 5.9 million hours. Who's representing? Who's representing? 3, 2, 1. Let's see it. Let's see it. There we go. Finish strong. Keep that energy going. Keep that energy going. We're getting ready to cross six right now. Here we go. Six million. Six million hours back. So good. So good. Oh, yeah. And let's keep that energy going as we bring back to the stage our guide through this entire journey. The one and only Dean Graciosi. Everybody give it up for Dean right now. Six million.
Thank you, Mike. So good.
Oh, so good.
Listen.
I want to say congratulations to you. I know what it's like to take uncomfortable action. I've been in your chair before. I've had thought through things before. Should I take that action? Should I do the thing? Will it work for me? I've been in your seat. I've spent millions of dollars on my own self education and it's the fastest way to get to where you want to be. But I want to just tell you, for those who said yes, I know it took being bold and being brave, but I want to say this is one of the greatest things we've ever created. You're in good hands. At the end of 30 days, you're going to say, I'm so glad I made that decision. Thank you for having faith in me. Thank you for having faith in Tony. Thank you for having faith in our team. And holy crap, 6 million hours. How freaking amazing is that? We might as well shoot for eight. Let's just go for it. All right, so who's ready for the rest of the day to finish strong? What I love about our next guest is you're going to see a glimpse of not the future. You're going to see a glimpse of what's here. You're going to see what once was a dream has now become a reality. And you're also going to see that those of you working with us to build this foundation, this deep genius partner, this clone, this co pilot, it's the foundation to do all of this. Our next guest is not just riding the wave of this new technology. He's surfing it. He's the founder and CEO of Replit. Amjad Massad is making it possible to build software with natural language and a browser. Just meaning I can talk to it as long as I have an Internet connection. He's turned coding is hard into create with your voice and ship it to others in hours, not months or years. Let's talk about. Talk about taking uncomfortable action in the front of this wave. He has done that. It's like training. Let me. Hold on one second. Hold on one second. They're not ready. Okay. Sorry. I never used to get tripped up, but I do. I wanted to say Amjad's introduction properly. And I asked him to create a slide that didn't show up. So here's what I want to say. I met Amjad doing an interview to pick his brain as I was trying to get smarter, to be here for you, to build the greatest thing ever. And when I was on the phone with him, you know, when you just meet somebody in three minutes, just like all the speakers here, I just knew he was a guy that cared. I knew that he was a guy that. And you'll hear this. He was two years ago, was ready to quit the company, laid off a whole bunch of people thought he was going to go, thought the company wasn't going to make it. And then AI saved his life. And now he's transforming an entire industry. His heart is deep. He's a good man. He's got a great company. And here's what I want to say. His schedule. He runs a three billion dollar company. He couldn't make it today live, so we filmed it two days ago. Just like with Marc Benioff, it's only for here. You'll never see it anyplace else. In fact, we can't play it after this. So I would love for you, hopefully he gets a chance to watch it today. I'd love for you to give a warm and huge welcome to Amjad Massad. Amjad, so awesome to have you here again.
It's such a pleasure to be here, Dean.
You know, I have so many great questions I want to ask. And we got hundreds of thousands of people from over 100 countries all around the world learning how to make AI a part of their life, a part of their business, to get back time and to leverage it. And before we get into what you've created and it's fricking amazing, along with your team, I want to talk about something because I love the entrepreneurial journey. You called in one of our calls that we had prior to this, you called the last 12 to 18 months of roller coaster. You had pivots, you had pressure, you had thoughts. Do I do this? Do I go all in? Do I back out? As an entrepreneur, as somebody who was, who is inspired to do your own thing, Take us back to those moments. Maybe back to the beginning of why relet or maybe even the time that you thought about quitting. But something inside just said I have to keep moving forward.
It happened last year in 2024. Right now, Ravlot is one of the hottest companies in Silicon Valley. But that wasn't the case early in 2024. We have built a platform that solves a lot of aspects of coding. You don't have to download any software, you don't have to set up much. You still had to learn the code, though. And so although the platform was really powerful, you can launch applications, not many people knew how to use it. And so we got a lot of users just exploring it or learning a little bit, but people didn't get all the way to making useful applications. And we went into a room, all of us, and we said, okay, we, what do we need to do in order to make this business survive? And we identified this one problem, which is we got to solve coding. And it's such a big idea because, you know, computer scientists, since the dawn of computers, been talking about this idea of, like, making it easier to program. And we're like, that's the only thing. That's the only thing we can think of that could save the business. And so we spent the next three, four months building what would become replit Agent. So when you're using replit, you're talking to this entity that could build software for you. It's like a software developer replacement, essentially. And it was the first of its kind. And we built it and we launched it in September 2024. And our revenue immediately went like this. Didn't go. Didn't grow like this. It went like this. And it's because. It's because the software so, so empowering. And the kind of stories that we started to hear from entrepreneurs about how transformative this is, and it saved the business, and now we're growing again.
Explain this to me like, I've barely ever used AI before. Now. I know most of our people watching are. Are dabbling. They're using it. They want to go to another level. But explain to me like, I've never used AI before. I have zero coding experience, and I'm super pressed for time, as most all solopreneurs and entrepreneurs are. But I'm looking to add back a couple of hours a day into my life so I can get back into creative mode, back into innovation mode, not just in the operations. What's one way Replik could help that? Maybe that's too big of a question, but I really want people to understand where they could start.
Now, the really exciting thing about what we call AI today, which is also called Large Language models, products like ChatGPT and others, is that it can really understand human language. And so for the first time, this is something that computer scientists have been thinking about since, again, since the dawn of computing. And it was called the Turing Test. Can you get a computer to be able to talk to you like a human would talk to you? The other property of these systems is that they can write code. So now we have an interface between us and the computer because the, the language of the computer is code.
It's a translator, right? I mean, not to oversimplify it, but it's a translator.
It's ultimately a translator. As an, as an entrepreneur, I use all sorts of software in my life, right? I have maybe my to do list, whether that's Asana or something like Trello. I have obviously my email. I have my Google Drive for drop, Dropbox. And often these tools are not really talking to each other. I want to be able to create automations or you know, have a certain system. When I get a customer prospect, it kicks off a workflow that enriches that customer. Just make sure it fits. My business allows me to prioritize which customers I can go after. So that's like one example of something you could do with replit is make software that could replace a workflow that you naturally do on your own.
But when someone says you type it in or you code, what really is, and please help me with the, with the communication model is it's context. If I say I have five salespeople and they get emails that do X that go to an email that could go to a calendar account and then there's a follow up sequence, the job is just communicating with replit, giving it context in the language that you speak. And then it deciphers it, translates it and builds the code and builds the program on the other side that helps you save time, leverage that time. And what I love is when I got done and I was like, wow, could it still, could you make it do this too? And it, it changed, thought changed and made it happen. Then I said, hey, that one part, I'm not sure that's clear, changed. And all of a sudden I was like, wow, in an hour and a half I coded something amazing. So am I right by saying communication, context what my end goal is and then it translates from there.
Yes. I would treat it as I would treat an employee. So I assume I hire a, you know, an executive assistant. And that executive assistant is often helping me with workflows like the one we talked about. The first day I would sit down, the first thing I would do is I would give her the logins. Like I would say, here's my Gmail login, here's my Dropbox login. And then I Will exactly describe it with as much detail as I can. When I get an email, I want you to go look up the company, I want you to put it in this spreadsheet, I want you to score it, and then I want you to send them the calendly link and so on and so forth. And so it really benefits from as much detail, as much context you can give about the company, Even if you can describe that your company. You know, when I have a new employee, I usually talk to them about, here's what we do at repl. Here's our values, here's our culture, here's our values. Yeah, exactly. And I think, you know, a lot of times where I see some people kind of struggle with replet and, and that they think they need to talk to it in a different way. They need to talk to it in a more coded way or more concrete way. And no, I would really encourage you to assume that you're talking to a person.
It's amazing how far we've come. In high school, I barely had computers. So to be here, to me, it amazes me every day. And as an entrepreneur, as someone who lived in a trailer park as a kid and, you know, went to school without lunch money some days and know what it's like to fight, to fight for what you believe can be possible for yourself and for your family. We're kindred spirits, and so are the hundreds of thousands of people watching because they're all. They're not just talking about it. They're not just thinking about it. They're here gaining skills so they can live into their full potential. That, that's the drive that drives myself, drives Tony, drives all of us to be here. And, and I see that in you. So I'm. This, this is such a fun conversation, but I'd also love to give some real life examples. When we were on the phone a couple times, you talked about a mom with a rare eye disease. You talked about someone in sales. If you have a couple real life stories of ordinary people who gain back time and leverage any come to mind.
We have this company called Greenleaf. It's a real estate agency. And they, they have to store a lot of information about the properties they manage and they own and all of that. And typically you would need some kind of database to store that in. Now there are databases specifically made for that, but they tend to be very, very expensive. So Greenleaf went down that path, found it too expensive, and found the software to be too complex and actually slowing them down. And a lot of entrepreneurs in the audience will know what I'm talking about. Exactly. Because oftentimes we buy software to simplify our lives and we end up working for it.
I don't mean to interrupt. I'm just so excited about this. I can future pace because I've been at all phases of business, right? There's this time whenever you need a software, you need a CRM, a customer relationship portal, you need communication. There's a time when the team comes to you and says, hey, we can get an off the shelf version, but it doesn't have all the things we want and it's really expensive. Or we could take the next 18 months and a million dollars or whatever level you're at, could be 10,000, could be a hundred thousand, could be a million, could be 10, right? And we'll take the next 18 months to two years. We'll roll it out and perfect it. We could make our own. Neither one of them have been good choices for the last 10 years. Amjad.
That's right.
What I love, for those of you just starting a business or those in business, this gives you the opportunity to build exactly what you need for your company with your language, with your outcome, with your desires, with your goals, what you're currently doing for a living. We are in a new era, you know that, that's why we're here. But the time of customization is now. The time to not have to wait 18 months and spend an insane amount of money or the time to have to settle for something off the shelf. We have this opportunity. It's why I love what you do so much. Amjad.
Yeah, and the other thing, Dean, that's really exciting is that Relet has the opportunity to solve business problems like we talked about, and replacing SaaS, software that might otherwise not fit your need, but it also opens up the Internet as a new entrepreneurship avenue for a lot of people that, that have ideas but don't know how to code. You know, for example, we have a doctor who, who built an end to end platform that he always had imagined. You know, there, there's software out there such as Zocdoc that allows you to book appointments with doctors. But he wanted the entire light life cycle of managing a patient, not just booking the appointment, but also in terms of constant communication with the doctor. He also wanted to keep an eye on his patients. You know, he saw the what's happening in wearables, for example, you know, people are wearing these fitness trackers and whatnot and he wanted to kind of slurp that data into the platform so that there's an AI that, that keeps an eye on his patients and can. Can look at their data. He wanted a place to manage medications, to, to put in the prescriptions, and so that he has a complete profile of the patient, and the patient has a complete profile of themselves and the different prescriptions and everything that they had talked to their doctors about. And so he went out and got a quote, and it was going to cost him over $100,000 to build that thing. And that's his dream, right? Like, he, you know, he's a practicing doctor, not a coder.
And.
And instead of putting off your dreams until he could afford it, he had the opportunity to come and build it with you.
Yeah, and not only that, typically when you go out and outsource software, it's actually, you don't have a lot of control. You know, you're talking to typically, you know, offshore developers, and they may not understand the thing you want. And sometimes you'll get an idea in the middle of the night and you want to go implement it or do it or talk to someone about it. But with, with replit, they're able to. He's able to do it on his own. It didn't cost him much, I think a couple hundred dollars. So, you know, multiple orders of magnitude of savings from $100,000 to a couple hundreds of dollars. And he has complete control over his software and he was able to launch it. And that's amazing. You know, that's, you know, that's, that's an entrepreneur that wouldn't have been an entrepreneur otherwise.
Exactly, exactly. You know, I see it happening every day. As someone, you know, my partner Tony and myself, we have 76 years of helping entrepreneurs between the two of us. 30 for me, 46 years for him. So we're 76 years between the two of us. And the reason we still work so hard is because we see more opportunity over the next three years than I've seen over the last 30. And it's unbelievable, the opportunity. It's why we did this event. It's why we have amazing guests like you. It's why this might seem far like next level for somebody great, that's fine, but it's where you're going. We're all going there. It's like when electricity came out. Some people resisted, but everybody ended up with electricity. Everybody ends up with a gasoline car, not a horse and buggy. Everybody's going to be using AI, and those that use it wisely are going to buy back time Buy back, leverage and thrive over the next decade. Those that wait might not. And it's why we're kind of shaking the trees. One quick question I want to ask you though, before we move on. As people go, I've interviewed almost 50, as I'm talking to you at 50 or 49 or 50 right now, of interviews. And I've also interviewed a lot of people who are struggling to get AI in their company. And I watch. It's when you have a conversation like this, sometimes your brain goes into overload. Oh my God, I need to build a CRM and I got a, it's like, like, it's like shiny object syndrome. From all your experience, are there any guardrails that you would set to help people avoid being overwhelmed so they can just embrace it one day at a time?
Yes. So when we go into companies, big or small, we explicitly tell them, just don't worry about it, don't think about it too much. Let us come and do what we call hackathons. So in programming terminology, a hackathon is when programmers get together and for the next 4, 8, 12 hours, just hack, just, you know, build software. And so we're using the same concept, but instead of, you know, working with programmers, we work with everyone. You know, for example, I talked to this company out of India called Hexaware that decided to invite not just their designers and developers and people who are used to making software, but, but their front end desk person, their secretaries, their executive assistants there. And they told me that the software that, you know, they told everyone, hey, you know, they explained replit, you can go there, you can put in your ideas and it'll make software for you. And we want you to just be as creative as you want. Just come in and play with it. And the, the most useful software that came out of that exercise is software that the receptionist created.
Wow, that's so cool. Yes.
She created software to manage her work, to automate parts of her work and something that they could roll out to multiple offices around the world. And so I would say do this exactly. You know, bring in your employees or whether it's maybe only you. And you know, as part of this program, we're going to give you a one month trial of, of replit, so you don't have to worry about the cost and just go there and you know, bring out your curiosity. Just remember yourself as a kid playing with a toy and just don't have a lot of expectations for yourself. Just come up with an, with an example app, come up with a Game. You know, you've always had an idea for a game. Just put in something and see how the AI interact with you. They will ask you for clarification and it'll just be a fun process. So just go in with an, with a fun idea and don't have such high expectations. The system will just guide you through it.
So I gotta tell you. So after our first call, I teased about this later, but I want to tell the details. You know, AI. I've been using AI every day of my life for years. And Tony and I decided a year ago it's time to help the world have breakthroughs, to use it to go as fast as they can, to buy back time, all the things we've been talking about. But after our first conversation and you went deep on sharing replit, I'll be honest, I had not built my own software yet. But I got off the phone with you, I'm like, I have no more excuses. I went and got an account to replit. And what I wanted to do is someone had said to me, you know, I bet you your best knowledge about sales, about marketing, about operations, about finances is with, you know, I have hundreds of employees is when you're with your team, with your, with sales team, when you're in operation, when you're in leadership, what are your values? What is your culture? Somebody said, I bet your best stuff is in your internal zoom calls. So I thought to myself, all right, this is what I'm going to do. So I went to repl it and I got an account and it was like 9 o' clock on a Saturday night and I started playing. And what I said is exactly that. I have these probably golden nuggets inside my internal zoom calls. There's probably processes and thought patterns and mental models that I don't even see because I've been doing it for decades. Could you create a system where I could dump in the zoom calls and you spit it out in categories. Marketing, sales, operations, leadership. And then help me create playbooks based on how I, how I do all of these things. And could you give me some quotes for social media and some bullets for YouTube channel? I had no idea what I was doing, but I went down the rabbit hole before midnight. It was done and I sent it to my team. Right now they're using it, they're taking my zoom calls, they're dumping it in the top. Like I look at it like a funnel and it comes out and says, here's what, here's the playbook, here's what you do for YouTube. Here's what you do for Instagram. And my team is like, you did this Dean. Anyway, it's one of the reasons I'm so excited that you're here and I see the evolution for all of you. If you're not ready for that, it's on the way, it's coming. And that's the next thing I wanted to share is yes, I've been using AI forever and I think everybody should end up using replit or tools to build your own software. But what's a good first target for everyone to focus on to get time back maybe to move the needle the.
Most Right now the first thing I would do is I would create a thought partner. I would create a digital double as it were of myself. So, so one thing you could do is you can put an, like we talked about the context on your company yourself, all the data, all the information into a chat box, something like ChatGPT and have that be sort of the expert on your business and have it be a brainstorming partner and you can always have that chat window open and you can talk about ideas for business, things you can build. And because that the chat is trained on, on, on yourself and your information, your data, maybe your writings, other things like that would know you deeply and it will help you kind of brainstorm and build businesses.
So good. And I'm so glad that you answered building a clone or building a co pilot or a thought partner because it's exactly what we're teaching people. Out of all the interviews I did, Amjad, it has been the foundation again. Some people call it a sparring partner, a digital partner, a digital clone co pilot, all these different names. But the fact of the matter is everybody should have that foundational piece to allow you to have someone help, take time, give you time back to leverage what you do to have the intelligence to make great decisions and be there for you every step of the way. This has been so much fun. Before we wrap up earlier you told me you want to make it easy for people to say yes to themselves. Say yes to working with Tony and I in our 30 day program to build a clone co pilot. So you, you offered to give 30 days free on replit to anybody who says yes today. Is that true?
Yes. We're going to give you 30 days free. That'll come with, with credits for, for the agent, for everything. So you, you can just go in and again don't overthink it, just be over communicative, just go and talk to the agent about what you want to build. If you want to build a clone, which I think is a very good new project, you can just explain that and you can put in all the data and information into the AI and the AI will help you build it. So risk free you can, you can try it and if it, if it works for you, you can keep going.
Amjad, I'm so grateful. So everybody listening? Hear what Amishad just said? So if you enroll in our 30 day boot camp, you get our program the 30 days to build your clone copilot. Plus you get 30 days inside Replit with Amjad's. And we're also going to create special education around it. So our team, Amjad is going to supply the 30 days for free at replit because I've used it and our team has used it, we'll wrap an education specifically for this around it. So that gives you the speed, it gives you the clarity, it gives you the leverage, and you do it at no risk. Amjad, thank you so much for being here today. I know how crazy your schedule is. Congratulations on all the success you're having. Any last words for our hundreds of thousands of members all over the world?
I just want to say that it's an incredibly exciting time to be an entrepreneur. For so long, the ability to make software was something that was only available for the. The few that have, you know, the ability and the means and the talent and. And now anyone can do it and it just opens up new horizons. And the one advice I want to leave you with is be bold. You know, it's the time to be bold. Go in with an open mind and explore these tools. And again, I keep coming back to this idea of being playful. Just play around with these tools, don't overthink it. And I think you're gonna find a lot of excitement and enjoyment in it and hopefully profit as well.
Amjad, thank you so much. This was awesome.
My pleasure. Thank you for having me, Dean.
Well.
That was so much fun. It's hard to get. It's hard to. There's so many rabbit holes you could go down. Replit is the next evolution. It's beyond the clone. Once you have that clone and you start understanding when you want to code something, they call it vibe coding. That that's what he made, something really simple. So the cool part is all of you, I hope you caught that, that if you're a part of the AI boot camp, Ahamjad told his team and we have a link waiting for those of you in it, you could find it you get 30 days free. He's even going to pay for all the credits. Here's what I'd say. Maybe you're not ready for it, but go have fun with it. Believe me, I'm 57. Well, I am in two weeks. And I didn't grow up on technology. I went there that night after talking to him, I felt almost guilty and I had so much fun. You learn as you go. So it is completely different. It is totally next level. But all of you are going to end up there someday. So for those of you who said yes, you have the opportunity to get a 30 day free trial. Go play with it. And I'll make sure Igor and the team will bonus an incredible training wrapped around it. All right, who's ready to bring up their energy a little bit? You guys ready for a little more energy? Yeah. Yeah. Somebody said you got to realize something. Rachel's gift, Amjad's gift. Just look at those as like extra Christmas presents and you can open up whenever you want. Listen, over the last three days, we've covered a lot. How to buy back time, create leverage. You've heard that so much, you're probably sick of hearing it. But isn't that the foundation for all success? Accelerated success? And AI is we're here in this golden moment to be able to make it happen. But there's one thing that separates the people who think about change and the ones who actually transform and do change. And that's a decision. Because every breakthrough in business, in life, in love, in growth, begins with a choice. And there's no one better on the planet that understands that better than my dear friend, the man you're about to hear from. You know, he's helped millions of people make decisions, and now he's gonna do it for you. But before we bring out Mr. Robbins, I know he's gonna want the energy up. Let's bring the energy up. Maybe stand up and give Tony a little love. Let's give it up for Tony Robbins.
Make some noise if you're enjoying yourself this week. That's the energy. Well, thank you for the warm welcome. Here we are, day three. How many have had a great time so far? Gathered a lot of great information? Save yourself some time. Get some leverage. That's awesome. Look, I just want to wrap up here with a little focus on what we really came here for. You know, I mentioned on day one, what are you really after? What do you want out of AI? What do you want out of your business? What do you want out of your life? And then people give me all kinds of answers. I want to make more money. I want to have more time. I want to have a better relationship. All the things that you want. But in essence, whether you're trying to make your body better, your mind or your business or your finances or your family, what really all of us want is a greater quality of life. Not just a good quality of life, an extraordinary quality of life. Who's with me on this? Make a little noise if that's what you want. So what I want you to do and what take in, if you would, is in order to get there, we talked about on day one, you have to move from being stressed out. What makes people stressed out, if you recall we talked about, is trying to manage your circumstances. Like, all this stuff's happening. I'm trying to manage it all. That'll make you stressed. We're not meant to be managers of circumstances. We're designed to be creators. Like, we were all created by something. I'm not here to tell you what to believe religiously or not, but I would agree. How many people agree something created you and got you here, Right? And I would argue that something created us and that we are now able to create. We can create frustration and anger and unhappiness. We create love and joy and excitement. We create a business. We can create results. We can create whatever we want. But you have to make a decision to be a creator. And then the question becomes, how do you go from saying, I'm a creator to actually getting things done? And the number one skill of every great leader, whether you're a parent or whether you're somebody running a business or affecting the community, is decisions. Decision is the tool that shapes your destiny. And for most people, decision making is not something they're really good at. And it's one of the reasons that they get frustrated and overwhelmed and stressed out. And so I really think just a quick little session here on just some fundamentals around decision as we start to wrap up. Because you don't want to leave here with just more information, because if you do that, your life doesn't change. Like I remember my original teacher was a man named Jim Rohn, and he used to say, don't let your learning lead to knowledge. You'll become a fool. Let your learning lead to action, and you'll become wealthy, you'll become impactful, you'll make a difference in the world. And I really believe that's critically important. And so my focus in taking information is always to figure out, okay, so what am I going to do with this because knowledge by itself is not power, it's potential power. You know, execution, action, Trump's knowledge every day of the week. But you're not going to execute, you're not going to take action, especially not massive action, unless you make some decisions. And for most people, they have weak decision making muscles. They haven't made enough. Now let's take just for a second, what is decision? Well, it is the power to change everything. As I said on the first day, if you don't like something in your life, change it. You don't like your body, change it. You don't like your relationship, change it. Maybe change you first, because otherwise you'll take you to a new relationship and mess it up. You know, if you don't like your finances, change it. There's nothing you cannot change. But to do it, you have to start creating. You have to take on the power of saying, I'm going to make a decision. How many of you have had a place in your life where you were frustrated? You're not where you wanted to be. Could have been in a relationship, could have been in a job or a business or with your family. And then one day you finally said, enough of this, and you just made a decision, a real decision, and you changed it all. Who's done this before? Say I.
Say I. Say I.
So look, you know what it feels like when you take charge, when you finally say, enough of this, when you finally say, this is how it's going to be. Now, people do that sometimes when they're in a relationship way too long and they've rationalized for one day, they go, it's been painful in the past, painful in the present, painful future, I'm out of here. They decide. But decision is what changes everything. And so what does it mean to make a decision? The real word decision, from its initial Latin root desider, means to cut off from. Well, if you make a decision, you're cutting off anything except what you've committed to. But most people's idea of a decision is like, okay, I'll try this. That's expressing a desire, a preference. If you're going to take the island, I always tell people, you better burn your boats. That's what I mean by cutting off anything else. Because as long as there's a way out, your brain, right, the rationalization part of your brain gets a little fearful and will look for the way out. But if there's no way out, you will move forward. And in my life, most of the growth that I'VE had personally in my businesses, in my life. And my ability to serve people was because I had no net. I didn't have the ability, like I had to succeed or it was over. You know, I get. I get in front of these generals years ago, and I said, I can cut any training time that you have in the army here, I can cut it in half and increase the competency. And they said, you're crazy. I said, no, I'm expensive. And we negotiated. And then gradually I made a deal with them that I didn't get paid anything if I didn't deliver this result in this ridiculous short period of time. And if I failed, everybody would know it. I wouldn't just not get paid. Everybody know it. So I found a way. I did that when, you know, all of a sudden Serena Williams comes to me and she can't get on the court. Her sister died. And I got to turn her around right now. And everybody knows I'm working with her. If I can't help her succeed, it's over. She goes off and wins. Those things are where you build muscle. So you gotta learn to make real decisions, not just express interest. And so the question becomes, why don't people make those decisions that'll move them forward? Well, the obvious answer is, because everyone's afraid of failing. Everyone's afraid if I fail, it doesn't look good. If I fail, it looks like I'm not enough. The deepest fear most people have, the two deepest fears they have. I don't care who they are. I've been with presidents of countries, prime ministers, princesses, kings, you know, the greatest athletes in the world, the greatest actors in the world, multi billionaires. Everyone has a fear that they're not enough at some point. Not strong enough, not smart enough, not beautiful enough, not rich enough, not funny enough, not something enough. Who's ever felt not enough for someone you wanted to feel enough for? Ladies and gentlemen, it's a horrible feeling. And you may not feel that now, but everybody feels it at times. But the deeper fears, if I don't, if I'm not enough, is I won't be loved. And love is the oxygen of the soul. So people are always coming up with a story like, you know, I would really do this, except I have adhd, or I'd really do this, but, you know, my partner kind of screwed me in the past, so I really can't do this now. What we do is we come up with a reason to protect ourselves, that it's not I'm not enough, it's not that I'm not worthy of love, it's just this thing. But the problem is the wall that protects you, imprisons you. And so most people, perhaps most people, hard time making small decisions. And it's really important in life that your brain has so much willpower and energy. You don't want to waste your time on little decisions. Have you ever been with somebody, I think I mentioned the other day, like, you're at dinner and they're like, always the last person to give the order, and everybody's sitting there waiting, and the waiter or waitress is like, you know, losing it. And then finally they decide, well, if you can't decide what you're going to have in your dinner plate tonight, and you make that such a big deal, you're going to have a hard time making big decisions that can change the quality of your life or your business or your finances or your family. So one of the things that I found to be really useful is to get in the habit of making more decisions more quickly. I mentioned the other day, the study was done decades ago where it showed that the most successful people make decisions quickly and they change them slowly, if at all, because they get clear what's really true. They don't wait and think forever. They gather the information and they decide they know they're not going to get all the information. If you have all the information, the opportunity is already gone because everybody else knows it too. So it's like decisions quickly from the gut with knowledge. But then the second part is people that fail tend to be very slowly, and they tend to change them very quickly. So it's like, make more decisions more often. So what stops people from doing that? What stops people making those decisions is that fear. And everybody has it, even the people that act like they don't have. But he has some fear. But the best way to get through fear is just you do it anyway. Courage does not mean you're not afraid. Courage means you're afraid, but you do it anyway. You don't need courage. Courage is like a muscle. You don't need courage if you're not scared or if it doesn't feel stressful. But the more you make those decisions, the stronger you get. It's like lifting a weight. And then pretty soon, what used to be hard to lift is easy. Decisions become easier and easier. And if you ask me personally, like, of the skills you have that have helped you grow your businesses to over $10 billion in business, or the contributions I'd be able to make to feeding people or the work I've done with my family or the athletes or the business people. Like, what's one of the top three skills? It's decision making. In fact, on day one, I said to you, if you're going to be a creator, you need to have high levels of energy and keep building it and train yourself to be there. But you also have to be decisive. Because if you're not decisive, you're going to take information in. Like you come through these three days ago. That was a great experience. If that's all you do, you made a giant mistake because you're going to get nothing. You're going to get a little bit of knowledge and nothing will really change. Life changes with the decision. So how do you get over those fears? Well, the biggest fear is I'm going to make the wrong decision. But I've discovered the only wrong decision is not to decide. Now I'll give you a really good example. Some of you are too young to remember this, but originally there was a war that we participated in. We had a general named General Schwarzkopf, Norman Schwarzkopf, he was known as Stormin Norman, big guy. And the President, United States back then sent him out to try and solve what was happening. Iraq was invading Kuwait and we went to go support them. It's called Operation Desert Storm. And General Schwarzkopf was known as an incredible man because he was able to make like a guy that went from Princeton feel connected to him and a kid from the barrio. He just had this knack of communicating with people and connecting with people. But one of the best things about him was his decision making skills. And if you're going to be a leader, that is a skill. And you got to use it more and more and you got to be able to use it without the fear of making a mistake. Because everyone's going to make decisions that don't work. That's how we grow, that's how we learn. There is no failure, there's just feedback. And if you take the feedback, you learn, you make better decisions. But I remember years ago I brought him out and we had this cool lunch and I was, you know, peppering with a million questions because he was a phenomenal leader. And I said, you know, decision making, you're known for my making really difficult decisions and doing it pretty quickly and pretty clearly. What do you attribute that to? He said, tony, when I was a private, I had the privilege of working for a two star general. And he said, this general was very powerful. Three star general, excuse me. And he said, this general was very powerful, and he was involved with a decision. I'll never forget it was involved where there was a strategic decision the Pentagon was trying to make. And for 10 years, people had argued on both sides of what they should do. I should do this. No, we should do that. And they were split. So no decision made was made for a decade. And it was really hurting the Pentagon's ability to move forward and defend our country. And so they finally said, he's gonna make the decision. And so they started sending all this information, mass volumes of information, he said, binders and biters, information on both sides. And Schwarzkafa, who at the time was just a private, his job was to work with five other guys, get all this information in, help to start to summarize it, get in front of the general so that he could absorb the information and make the decision. Well, about a week before this big decision is being made and they're gathering all this information. They spent two months, he said, gathering all the information. And the summaries were two binders this big and this big. And he said it was almost a thousand pages and was technical. And he said, so all of a sudden, the general had to fly out of the country to deal with something. And he flew in the day before the meeting. And his prep was that night, briefly that night, because it was 8:30 in the morning. He was going to have this meeting. And so Schwarzkopf thought he would call off the meeting and put off the decision. He said, no, bring everyone here. So they all brought him in the room. And Schwarzkopf said he was holding his breath because he said, there's no way the general knows what to do here. He couldn't have read all this. He couldn't have all this information, not even close. I don't even have it all. And I was supposed to be the one summarizing it all. There was that much. And he said he brought everyone in and he put them on two sides of the table. On one side was promoting one approach, the other side, the other. And he said, okay, give me your best reason why we should go with your approach. And he gave them 30 minutes each. the end of an hour, he stood up and he said, do that. And everyone stood up, saluted, general, and stormed out. But General Schwarzkopf, as a private, says to me, antonio, I was freaking out. He just made a decision that affects the entire direction of the Pentagon, our ability to protect our country. And he didn't have all the information. They didn't even have close to all the information, and this is something others have been struggling with for 10 years. He said, it made me so stressed out. He said, I finally knocked on the general's door, got up the courage and said, sir, permission to speak freely. And the general said, at ease. He said, general, I'm the one summarizing this with an entire team of people. Because you're taken out, there's no way you couldn't absorb that. I know you don't know anywhere near the amount of information that's necessary to make that decision. He said, yes, I did. He said, how could you, General? He said, it's very simple. For 10 years, both sides have argued their side, and no one can make a decision. I am a leader. What leaders do is make a decision. I made one. If it's wrong, we're going to find out quicker than 10 years, and we can change it. And if it's right, we'll continue in that direction. Give it up for General Schwarzkopf, The only wrong decision is not to decide. Because again, if you're a fork in the road, take one right? Don't sit on the fence, because if you take one, it's wrong. You're going to find out quicker, and you can always change. In fact, you know, Jeff Bezos Talks about Level 1 and Level 2 decisions. Level 1 decisions are decisions that if you make a decision, you're wrong, you change it easily. You should make those decisions very quickly. And level two decisions are really big decisions. And those really big decisions could have a larger impact, be harder to change, but they're not impossible to change. He said, those you can deliver, you can get information, but you're never going to get it all. You got to give yourself a limited time and do it. By the way, Schwarzkopf said he learned two other principles from this same general. One day, the general was leaving out of town, and it wasn't expected, and he was rushing out the door, and he said, general, I mean, you've got these things to be dealt with, this problem, that thing, and you're going to be gone for 10 days overseas. He goes, what'd I do? And the general turned to him and said, Rule 13. And he started to walk off. He goes, general, I'm so sorry. What's Rule 13? He said, when put in charge, take command. He goes, okay. And he said, but, General. But, General, how do I know what's. How do I know what to decide? He said, Rule 14. Rule 14? He said, yes. Rule 14 is when you're put in charge, do what's Right. And everyone at some level knows what's right. And those are just great leadership principles to think of. So you want to give yourself the gift. Now, why don't people make the decision they want? Because they keep thinking of their. What they're afraid of. Listen, if you were judge and jury, if you go in to a trial and you only let the prosecutor talk, it's over. The prosecutor is your fear. You have to put that prosecutor shut down, and you got to see what's really possible. Entrepreneurs, business people, anyone who's going to succeed in anything in life have to have a vision beyond what's here in front of us. And you have to be focused on what you want, not what you don't want. But when you ask most people, what do you really want, they usually tell you what they don't want. I don't want to feel this way anymore. I don't want to live this anymore. I don't want to have to work with this person. I want to be in this relationship. Well, remember we said where focus goes, energy flows. Whatever you focus on, you feel, you move closer to it, you actually attract it. So one of the ways I learned this lesson is how to direct myself was a couple decades ago, I started racing cars. And I got to go with Bob Bondrach, who at the time was one of the great drivers of the world. And he had a school of his own, and I went to a school, and we went to this place called Laguna Seca. If you don't know California. It's an amazing racetrack. It's a beautiful area. And so he gets me in the car and he says, now I'm going to orient you to what we're going to do in the next four days. And he puts me in the passenger seat. He says, I'm going to show you what a car can do. So, you know, the limits you think a car has are not the limits very much like human beings. We all think our limits are much lower than what they really are, what we're capable of. And he goes, I'm going to show you because I've done this for a lifetime. And you're going to remember this, I promise you. So he gets on the racetrack, and all of a sudden he starts accelerating. And we go from zero to 60, you know, in no time. Then all of a sudden, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120 miles an hour. Now, in Laguna Seca racetrack, there is an area called the Corkscrew, where you're going straight all of a sudden, 100 miles, 120 miles an hour at a wall, and you got to turn around and go through that wall break and go through it full speed. It is an experience you don't want to have. Let me put it that way. You might discover you aren't quite as courageous as you think you are. Right? And so he does this, and he takes the car on the edge. I mean, at the end of this thing, my heart is beating out of my chest. I thought, this is just gonna be a fun ride. And he turns to me, goes, in four days, you're gonna do that. And I looked at him and said, I'm real positive, and you're full of it. I said, I don't know if I even want to do that. He goes, tony, I know, I know it seems impossible right now, but we're gonna train you in a spin car. I said, what's a spin car? He goes, I'm gonna put you in a car, and we're gonna have you start driving. I'm gonna be in your seat. I'm gonna be sitting over there. And he goes, I have no controls. I have no brakes. But I'm just gonna coach you, and you're gonna start driving the car. And what a spin car does is when I'm sitting in the passenger seat, you're here driving. The only thing I do have is I have four buttons, and they're down right here where my hand is, below the seat, where you can't see. And at some point while you're driving, when I think you've lost concentration, because, you know, when people talk about, you know, being an athlete and racing cars, if you never race a car, you think, oh, they're sitting in a car. What's the big deal? But what happens is the level of concentration, the level of focus and energy and testosterone when you're racing, especially at those speeds, it's incredibly intense. And if you lose focus, you can crash. So to train you, he said, when I see you lose focus, I'm going to push one of these four buttons. And what it'll do, depending which button I push, it'll lift up one of the four tires, and we will start spinning out of control. It's why I call it a spin car. And your job is to take us out of the spin. And he said, now, by the way, if you don't take us to the spin, there's a wall there. The worst. The best case scenario is you come out of the spin. The medium scenario is you wreck the car and you get to pay for it. The worst scenario is we get very injured or you can die. He goes, so I want to teach you how to come out of a spin, which, as he said it, I was thinking, this is such a great metaphor for life. How many have ever been in a spin where, like, you're losing it, things are not going well, right? You know what I'm talking. So he says to me, he says, look, he said, all you have to remember is this. Focus on where you want to go, not on what you fear. I thought to myself, I teach this crap. This is simple. But he goes, but this is not what happens. If you ever heard about a guy who's driving his sports car like his Porsche on a country road going 100 miles an hour, and he loses control and hits a telephone pole. There's only one telephone pole every quarter mile. How does that happen? Because he starts to lose control. He goes, oh, my God, I don't want to hit that pole. And wherever you focus, you drive into it. You literally steer into it. So he said, you got to focus on where you want to go, not on what you're afraid of. So I'm thinking, no problem. I get this down. I know this. I teach this. This is easy. I get in the car, I'm driving. I'm constantly. I'm thinking, push that button, baby. Push that button, right? But when you go long enough, there's a moment you just lose a little focus. Boom. We push that button, we start spinning out of control. Now, I immediately turn, and he grabs my head because I'm looking at the wall, and I'm steering. Wherever you focus, you steer into it. So he grabs my head, forces it this way to where I need to turn. But I'm fighting it because I want to see the death happen. And so. So. But he holds my head, and what happens? You don't immediately turn. You screech, screech, screech. And then the last second, it turned, and I literally. My heart's beating out of my chest. And he looks at me, goes, did you look? It felt like it was like a foot from the wall. It was probably 10ft. But I'm a man, right? You make it more dramatic. So sure enough, he looks at me, goes, do you learn? I said, I learned. I didn't learn shit. I got it again. We started doing it again. It's just. It's human nature, right? I, you know, started going out of control. I look there, he grabs my head, forces it. I mean, literally had to force it this way, which made Me turn. Sure enough. But after about 10 times, your nervous system finally gets it. I'm sorry, you gotta control just. And you're looking and you make it and you make it and you make it. Now here's my question. If you focus on you want, if you focus on what you want, are you guaranteed to get it? Yes or no? Yes or no? Put it in the chat box. Tell me yes or no. No, you're not guaranteed. But watch this. If you focus on the wall, are you guaranteed to hit it? And the answer is unfortunately yes. So what life is about is increasing your probabilities by focusing on what you want. It's no guarantee, but most of the time it'll get you there. Focusing on the wall will make you crash. And that's what people do in decision making, they focus on the wall and then it becomes self fulfilling and then they go, when I made decisions before, it didn't turn out good. Oh, I can't do this again. I try. I picked the wrong person. In a relationship, what you got to remember is everything you do is feedback. It's not failure. And the goal of life is learning. And you can't learn if you don't make more decisions. So but I mean decisions you act on. So if you're not acting, here's the other problem besides fear. I believe decisions have a three step process. Most people think of decision, you make a decision, it's done. But I want to ask you right now, make some noise. If you've made a decision before that was really important to you, but then as you went to go implement it, things changed, you felt a different way, things happened and you didn't follow through. Who's made a decision, you might follow through. Me too, unfortunately. So I had to look at it and say why? Why make those decisions and not follow through at the time? And when I began to realize this, wait a second here, this is different. Maybe deciding is not the full thing. Making decisions sometimes could feel like what's a tough decision could feel like a war inside to decide now, the more clear you are about what you want. I always tell people decision making is just value clarification. If you know what's most important, most valuable to you between options, it's easy to make a decision. It gets confusing though when you're not clear. But even when people are clear and they make a decision and don't follow through, why not? Because they're missing the second and third steps. So deciding is like this war you fight. You say okay, I've decided, but Decision is in the moment. So I want to ask you, put it in the chat box, if you will. What's the difference in your mind between decision and commitment? Put in the chat box. What's the difference in how it makes you feel? What's the difference between when you made a decide or when you commit? What's the difference? Okay, stronger. It demands action. I feel like I have to move forward. I believe it. It's a permanent decision, not a temporary one. I'm pulled forward. Lots of actions. Okay. All your answers are great. The biggest difference I notice and see if it's real for you. Deciding is in the moment. But then sometimes you get past that moment. A day away, a week later, a month later, things have changed. You get fearful. But if you decide and while you're deciding, you commit. Commit means you take what you're doing right now and you push it into the future. And what will make you commit is if you see that this is so important. I can't afford to back away. Reasons will get you to stay. If you have strong enough reasons, you'll follow through. But you have to make those reasons happen while you're making that decision. If you do that and commit now, there's greater strength. So right now I want you to think about a decision you might want to make. How many can think of a decision right now from this week? Even something you should make. And by the way, think of something you know you should make but you haven't yet made. Like, I know many of you have decided to join us for the advantage, you know, boot camp for 30 days. I promise you it's a money back guarantee. I promise you experience you will not forget. You will own this when we're done with this. But whatever it is, it could be that or something else. What's the decision you need to make, haven't yet made. And then I want you to imagine making that decision what it feels like. We say, okay, I'm going to do this. And then what's different when you say, not only am I going to do this, but I am committed to doing this and maximizing it. What's the difference in how you feel in your body? First of all, raise your hand and make some sound if you can feel the difference between decision and commit, right? And I'm seeing some of you saying it's like, oh, yes, I feel like I've got certainty. I feel stronger. I feel more energized. There's a strength in commitment that isn't there just in decision. I feel pulled I feel uplifted. Perfect. There is a third level though. Deciding takes energy. Committing takes a lot of energy, but it brings strength. You don't just have it now, you're committing to the future. But the third step is resolve. What does it mean to resolve something? How does it feel when you feel resolved? Put in the chat box. What, what does resolve mean to you? What's different about resolve? It means it's done. It means there are no other options. It means it's completed. It's God's grace. I'm accomplished, it's done. It's done. I'm con, I'm convicted. It's at ease. I feel. What, what emotion do you feel when you feel a sense of resolve? What emotion do you feel? Freedom, Peace. Relief. Happy, joyful. Peace. Peace, peace. Lots of pieces. Relief, certainty, strength. Aligned, identity, Freedom, joy. Yes. I remember my teacher, Jim Rohn told me one time he asked, he was at a little, I think it was a grade school and he was asking some children there, what do you think resolve means? And he said, this one girl stood up. He never forgot. It was such a simple thing. She goes, I think resolve means promising yourself you will never give up, you will never turn back. I think that's true. When you've resolved things, it means it's done. Now. It may not be done in the world, but it's done in you already. And when it's done in you, it'll get done in the world and it brings peace. Decisions like a war. Commitment is a push. Resolve is like now it's done. It takes away all the stress. You just know you're gonna find the way or you're gonna make the way. Who has ever gotten to that place of resolve where you didn't just decide and commit, but it's resolved. It was non negotiable and it felt incredible. Make some noise if you know what I'm talking about. So that's, that's the decision making process in its most simple form. Now I teach a six step decision making process. I don't have time to teach it here to you when it's a really big decision. But the biggest thing is make more decisions. There's no failure, there's just feedback. And think about this. You know, if you think about it, success in life is really the result of good judgment. Making good decisions, right? Good judgment. Where does good judgment come from? Experience. See, if you're going to make great decisions, you need good judgment. To have good judgment, you need experience. But where does experience come from? Often bad Judgment, right Where you learn something. So you don't need to protect yourself. You need to push yourself in this beginning time to just make decisions, push yourself. You know, I remember. I'll give you one last example real quick. So I'm almost out of time here. I. I have five kids and five grandkids. And my daughter Jolie at the time was in college. I think she just turned 19 or about to turn 20. And she was doing really great. She's straight A student. She was in Pasadena and she was studying very various things. But she was also. She had this dream since she was a little girl. She always told me she wanted to be a dancer on Broadway. And she'd been dancing in competitions and winning constantly. And she came home from college at Christmas time. And so a couple days after Christmas, I was sitting down with her and I say, hey, Joe, I said, how you doing in your dream? And she said, what do you mean? I said, you know what your dream is you've talked about since you're a little girl dancing, Dancing on Broadway. She goes, well, you know, I mean, I'm in school, I'm getting 4.0. I said, I'm really proud of you. And she goes, and I'm doing dance competitions and I'm winning them all. I said, that's what I'm worried about. She said, you're worried about that? I said, yes, because you're dancing against people in Pasadena, in la, but the greatest dancers in the world are in New York. There's no Broadway in la. And I said, so the only way you're going to find out how good you are is if you put yourself in an environment with the best on earth. That's how you refine yourself. That's how you become who you are. I. I think you could become a great dancer. I'm your father. Of course I'm biased, but you need to find out. She said, what are you suggesting, Dad? I said, honey, I think you think. I think you think I'm a genius. And of course I am. I'm your father, right? But I said, but my genius is not what you think it is. My genius throughout my life, since I was in my teenage years, is when an opportunity came in front of me. I forced myself because I come from nothing, to grab it by the hair and to push myself to do things that were incredibly uncomfortable, that my brain would say, I don't have the money for it. I don't have the time for it, I don't have the energy for it. And I wouldn't accept that. It's like, no, if it's in front of me, the universe or God's put this here, I need to grab it. Now. That doesn't mean every experience I've grabbed has been a great, life changing one. But because I grab them all with such intensity and I take immediate action, I've learned so much. I've learned from the places where I'm wrong, the persons where I'm right. But more importantly, I don't think the opportunity go by. And that's why I am where I am today. I said, part of that genius is this feeling of urgency that I have. If you're missing that urgency, you'll never become all that you were meant to be by your creator or God. And I think that would be horrible. I said, honey, I'm bringing this up to you because I think you need to take some massive actions. What I teach. And she's saying, well, what are you suggesting? I said, I suggest you leave school, we move you to New York City. I'm not gonna let you just be sitting on your butt. I will put you up for the first four months, get you on your feet, and then I'll pay for your lessons. But you have to be a working actress. You're gonna have to go get a job, do whatever it takes and see what you can do. Because I don't want you to have the emotion most people have in their life. And that's called regret. My teacher, Jim Rohn, used to say, gray faces, Tony, you know, when you think about life, the one thing you don't want to have is regret. He said, discipline weighs ounces. Regret weighs tons. And I said, honey, here's what's different. There's a timeline on a dance. She said, well, you told me to go to college. I said, I was right and I was wrong. It's great you can still go back to college. But I'm suggesting you go and you take advantage of this short time right now and find out if you can do this. Because there is a timeline on a dancer and that urgency is what you're missing right now. She's saying, well, when are you suggesting I do that? I said, when would now be a good time? And she said, now, in the middle of school. It's the middle of the. It's, it's halfway through the semester. I said, yes. I said, tell me how you're going to be any closer to your dream six months from now in June, then you would be today. If you stay there, are you going to be Close to your dream. Oh, no. Then I said, I suggest you go and take massive action. Learn from the best. Learn the patterns like we've been talking about here, and get yourself in the environment and compete and discover who you are. And you'll discover if you're capable or not. I think you are, but you'll discover it. You'll never have regret. At least you'll know. I said, if you go here, you're not going to get any better competing against people you're better than. And she goes, wow, dad, that's. That's a big decision. I said, it is. And that's how life changes, by making big decisions that are uncomfortable. She goes, well, would it be okay if I talk to someone else about this? I said, sure. People pay me a million dollars a year to coach them, but you should reach out to somebody else. She laughs. She goes, no, dad, you know, I mean, like somebody at caa, because we have some friends that were at the top, you know, agency in Hollywood. And I said, great. Who do you think? She goes, she told me she's going to call. And I see he's a dear friend. Call him. She goes, okay, I will. I said, when would now be a good time? She goes, right now? I said, yes. She's saying, dad, you're saying, get up right now. Leave school, move to New York, get an apartment, go learn, go to work and go compete. I said, that's right. She goes, okay. I said, but call. Call Jay, this guy named Jay that she knew, right? He's friend of the family. And so I said, call him now. She goes, okay. She goes off to call him. I quickly pick up the phone, I call Jay. True story. True story. I go, jay, Tony, look, I talked to Jolie. You know, she wanted to be a dancer. She's doing this. She's got straight A student, but she competing against la. I don't think that's the best. If I'm wrong, tell me I'm wrong. But if I'm right, tell her that it's right. What is it? He goes, no, Tony, she'll never become the dancer in la. Broadway. She wants to be a Broadway. She got to get in proximity. It's what you teach. I said, I know. Okay. Tell her that. She comes back a few minutes later. He's busy. His line's busy. The true story. So I said, are you going to give up so easily? I said, you get up that easily in a phone call. How the hell are you going to get. So she goes and calls him again. She's gone for, like, 45 minutes. She finally comes back at the end of 45 minutes, and she says, dad, well, I had a great conversation with Jay, and he said, you're right. So father knows best goes, no, I got to get in the environment. I got to do this. This is a big decision. I said, honey, that's how you get results. So we took my little daughter. I grew up in a very different environment. She grew up on the beach, you know, in Southern California, and a very great life. Not a lot of struggle for her. And I moved to New York in this crappy little apartment on purpose where she was still safe. But then it was the worst winter they'd had in 10 years, right? And so she had to toughen up, and she's taking lessons and she's working her tail off, and she's going for it. And I don't remember exactly the number of months. I think it was about seven and a half months. Maybe eight months later, I'm flying to New York. I let her know I'm coming in a couple of weeks. She goes, well, let me know when you're coming. We got to get to you and have dinner. I said, of course, you know, So I call her. I land at the airport, and there's a car for me. Whoa, that's impressive. How the hell is she paying for this? Right? We're going to do this. And so then the guy says, I'm going to take you to see your daughter. And so we start driving and driving, and then all of a sudden, we make a turn different than where you would normally go to her apartment. And now we go down into the Broadway district, and we pull up, and there's this show called Tommy that Elton John wrote. And on the piece is my daughter's name. She's starring seven months later in Tommy. Ladies and gentlemen.
The future is now.
So I'm incredibly proud of her. And obviously, it was her talent. God, she couldn't have got there without the talent. But you also have to get in proximity of what you want. I learned many years ago from the richest man in Canada that proximity is power. What that means is if you want to do well, you have to make decisions that put you in the environment to be around what's best. And so, through the use of Zoom and YouTube and other things here, we've been in proximity here for a couple of days. And not just proximity with me and with Dean, but with some of the more brilliant people out there that are actually using AI not talking about it and not Just giant players like, you know, Mark Benioff, obviously. But you see what's happened with replit from 18 months ago to now. You see what Igor can share with you. I mean, this is your chance. But here's the decision I made. That's the most important one. I taught my daughter, and I've taught all my kids. And this is a principle. You should jot it down. Never, never leave the sight of making a decision or setting a goal without doing something in that moment that commits you to follow through later on. I'm gonna say it again. Never make a decision or set a goal without doing something in that moment that commits you to follow through later on. Because what happens is you decide in the moment and you mean it. How many have done this? Like, I really mean I'm gonna do this. And then you get caught up in other stuff and don't follow through. Who's done this? Make some noise. So it's like right now, all right, I've decided I'm gonna do this. Okay, what am I going to do? Who am I going to call? What class am I going to enroll in? Who am I going to hire to coach me? What am I going to do to make this happen Right now? Because you're in state, later on, you'll get distracted. You'll get out of state. And that's why most people end up with a life that's not what they want. So what I did with my daughter that day is I got to do in that moment. We committed and resolved, and we committed immediately. We booked the tickets soon as we was done. Book the tickets. Those days on flying commercial. We're going to the date set. Well, now, you know, if you have little mixed feelings, you've kind of burned the boats. We're moving. That's what you really want to do now. So right now, before I leave you, just make. Stand up just for a second, if you would stand up. Because decision making also should be made with energy, with strength. So just stand up for a moment. If you would shake your body out a little bit. Shake your body out. And then if you would just make a move that makes you feel strong. Some kind of move makes your pistol. Make a move.
Make a move.
That's it. Make a move. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Make the sound you'll be making if you felt unstoppable intensity. Make the sound. There you go. That's it.
Strong.
Put yourself in a decisive state. A strong state. All right, now just stand nice and tall. Feel strong, because decision Making should be made from a strong state. It's a weak state. You're not going to follow through. Say the word yes. Say yes. Say yes. So now in this state, close your eyes and I'd like you to think first of all, what's the decision you've made in the past? That was a difficult decision, but you made it and it changed your life for the better. Maybe it was a decision to change a relationship or do something for your body or something you do get in business. What's the decision you made in the past? That was difficult, but you made the decision and your life is better. Because if you look at where your life is today, not your conditions that have shaped your life, it's your decisions. So what's the decision you made years ago? That if you would have made a different decision, your life would be totally different today. And then think about how good it felt when you finally made the decision. And especially when you got the rewards of that decision. Make the sound of how it may have felt in your body. If you can remember how good it's feels on the other side of decision, That's it. Now, can you think of a second decision you made in the past? It could have been a little decision that led to something. I remember I made this, what I thought was a huge decision to go to a seminar by Jim Rohn. It was $35. It'd be like $250 today. And it was. I was 17 years old. I was making $40 a week. So it was a week's pay to go. It seemed like a giant decision. But I wouldn't be here today if I hadn't made that decision. What's a small decision you made that led to some big results? You can think of a decision where you thought you'd do one thing for one reason. Then maybe you met somebody who became the love of your life or a dear friend. How many can think of a little decision that changed your life for the better? If you can make some noise. And now, now let's. Right now, while you're in state, let's make two decisions. What's a small decision that you can make right now that would change the quality of your life? A decision to learn something, master something, meet somebody. Decision to let go of something. Maybe a decision to change your belief about something. Something. What's a small decision? But you know it's right to make it. If you made it, you'd feel great about yourself. It would lead you in a new direction. How many can think of what that decision is already. Raise your hand if you could already think of that decision. Awesome. And so remember, decision isn't real till you do it, till you cut off other possibilities, until you commit. So before we do that, I want you to think of a second decision you could make. But I want this one to be a bigger one. It might be take more out of you. Might make you face your fear. It might make you have to step up. It might invest in yourself when you don't normally do it. It might be something you're a little fearful of. But you know that if you stepped up and made that decision today, it would make your life better over the long term. You know, if you made the decision, you acted it onto today, it would take your life to the next level over the next year or two or three. My bet is you already know what this decision is, but maybe you've put it off. But now, no more putting it off. Rachel, if you can think of a second decision, a bigger decision, that boy, if you actually did it, though, it would change your life for the better. Here, make some noise if you got that. And before you make the decision, I want you first in your body, feel strong, and I want you, like, think of that decision and why you're gonna make it. If you don't make that decision, what will it cost you over the next 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 years if you don't commit to that, if you don't follow through on that, the little one and the big one, what would it cost you? What will you miss out on? What will you potentially ever grit about? And if you made the decision right now and you got yourself to do it, and you followed through some immediate action, that's, by the way, how you know it's a decision. You take immediate action, right? You book the meeting, you tell the person, yes, you tell them no, you give that. You hire somebody else to do it. You enroll the class, whatever it is. So I want you to think of how would your life be so much greater if you followed through on this decision? How much would enhance your business or your happiness or your health or your relationship or your energy make this sound. It would feel like if you'd already done that decision. That's a. Make that decision. That's it. That's it. That's it. That's it. All right, so now I want you to think of if you'd already made decision number one, that small decision that was. Would change your life and you know the reasons why. What's one or two actions you could take immediately, as soon as we're done here, to follow through and commit to follow through. Is there something you put on your calendar? Is there something you'd schedule? Is there a meeting you'd set? Is there someone you call? Is there a class you'd enroll in? Would you get yourself a mentor or coach? What would you do that would guarantee follow through? So you commit and follow through. What's a little different decision and what's an action that would be the first step to make you follow through? And what would a second action be? If you're going to take a bigger action that really committed you? You what that would be as well. That's it. I know many of you are jotting it down. That's great. Standing. I'm jotting it down. That's wonderful. And then when you made the second decision, if you made that second decision, if you don't make it, what. What will it cost you if you do make it? What can you create out of your life? What will change? What will get better? Your economics, your happiness, your joy, your health, your vitality, your intelligence, your capacity? How much better will your life be a year from now? And then what are one or two actions you could take today, right away to commit? What's one that you do today that would make you follow through? You said to me, meeting. Do you make a phone call right now? Do you book something? You schedule something? Do you enroll in something? Do you hire someone? Do you fire someone? What are you gonna do today? And what's a big action that you can make on that decision that really commits you? All right, and then once you've gathered that, we'll give you another minute or so. What are two actions you could take right away? That's it. Good, good, good. Awesome job, guys. I'm seeing you.
Go for it.
Now, how many got two decisions and two actions that will create momentum right now. Then. Now shake your body out, and we're gonna make that decision in your body. Make some noise, make some sound. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. Say yes. I want you to close your eyes and I want you to actually feel like you're making the decision physically you're deciding. And then see and feel yourself committing to follow through. See yourself today making the phone call, enrolling in the class, calling the person, ending what you need to end. Beginning what you need to begin. Feel both of them. And then see yourself a year from now and feel the benefits being alive in you. See what your life is like a year from now. How proud you Are you made that decision, how your life has been enhanced and then finally take that and attach the emotion to it. Make the sound of what your life feels like a year from now. When you follow through. Make that sound out loud. Go for it. How many have made two decisions you know are gonna enhance your life? Make some noise. Okay, I hope this session's been helpful to you. Remember, don't let your knowledge lead to education. Don't let your learning lead to knowledge. Let it lead to action and your life will change the better. Hope this has been helpful. God bless everybody. We'll see you soon. Here's my buddy, Dean.
I see you. Christine. I see you rocking it out. Robin and Lisa Alexander. I see you, man. Love the hat. Lacy and Paul.
Look at Simone rocking out.
I see you. I see you. I see you. Angela, rocking it out. And Joanne with your daughter. What's up, Augustus? Wilfrid. Tracy's having fun. Ryan Johnson, you got a little groove going on, man. I see you. I see you. I see you, Renee. I see you. What's up, Sandy? Hey, everybody. Wow, wow, wow. What an incredible three days. Seriously, guys, this has been it. You could only imagine how much work it takes to put these on. And I was just sitting back there like finally taking it all in because it's been, it's been six months, but it's been 120 day sprint and be so happy. I'm so happy it came together. I'm so glad you're all still here. I'm so grateful for all our guests and they deliver from their heart. And I'm grateful for the team that helped us put on. Can we give it up for my team? There's a hundred people working on this right now.
100.
You know, Tony's my brother and partner, but still I just sat back there, you know, watching him do this with my daughter, my 18 year old daughter. We sat there taking notes like never before. The man just gets into your soul. And I hope, I mean, what an amazing way to end this, that it's time to decide. And you know, today, day one, we uncovered the truth about time, right? We all know time and leverage, Duh. But when you look through the lens of finally having something. Yeah, Brian. You finally have something that could actually buy you back time. Not some magical money machine. But when we have time and leverage, we can go anywhere. True. Say yes. If we can go anywhere with extra time and leverage. Right? And we have the machine machine. We have the newest technology to allow us to get there. Day two. Oh my God. Like we Talked about. We saw leverage and AI applied. I think Sabrina just rocked the house. Dr. Arthur Brooks. Oh my God. We find time so we can live into being more human. Loved day two. And today we explored systems with Rachel. Didn't Rachel knock it out of the park? These aren't professional speakers. These are successful people with AI. Sh. She killed it today and I'm so grateful. She gave a bonus Amjad from Replit. We feel so blessed that he's done that as well. And you've been a part of history these last few days. This is the largest AI event in history and so far, I don't know. Seven point. We're about to hit 7.6 million hours saved. Can we give it up for all of you? Oh my gosh. So amazing. 7.6 million hours. What can't we do with that time? That's right, Bryce. We're not quitters. You know, one more thing. I didn't share either. Started with Tony Robbins. His obsession to provide meals to those in need because he didn't have food. And of course, partnering with him, I got that same obsession. So we donate a portion of everything here to Feeding America to help provide meals to those in needs. Guess what? We just passed just now. My team just came out and ran and handed me this. We just passed 2 million meals. We're going to donate to Feeding America out of this event. Two million meals. That's right, Katie. Isn't that cool?
Yeah.
Two million meals. How freaking cool. Seven and a half million hours and two million meals. That is a pretty darn good three days. But here's the thing. As we get to the end, it doesn't have to stop here. I said this earlier, but this doesn't have to be the end of a three day event. This is the beginning of a 30 day journey of transformation. A version of you with more time, more leverage and getting back into more creativity. A version of you that lives into your full potential. A version of you that starts the business or scales the business that you have or future proofs your career and becomes bulletproof. Here's the truth. You don't have to figure it all out alone. That's what Tony and I have already done. And bringing so many amazing people together. And let's be real. At the end of your life, you're not going to say, I wish I took two years to figure this out on my own. You're going to say, I'm glad I acted. I'm glad I took that action. I'm glad I bought back my time. To use for the things that really matter. But if you don't try, if you miss the moment, unfortunately, that's where regret lives. Tony Knife would be honored to bring you some of the absolute capabilities you need to buy back that time to work with the greatest minds in the world, people who you'll continue to learn from through our program. And we're more fired up about this than anything else because we are on the cutting edge to help you stay in front of that wave. And we know what it's like for you on the other side. Remember, I know I've said this a lot, but it's true. This is an event only offer because the training starts next Thursday and the 30 days from today, you could have your own AI copilot, your AI clone, your digital double, whatever you want to call it. You saw the common thread and we have the proprietary process to go deep. So it changes everything. And like we promised, we're going to help you get back 15 hours a week, guaranteed. If you show up, you do the work and it doesn't get you the time, you let us know, we'll refund your money. I don't know if anybody on the planet will give you that. This is leverage that multiplies everything you're already doing. The confidence to know you're ahead of the curve, not left behind. And if there's one thing these three days have proven is that waiting never wins. Like Tony said, decide now, join us and let the next 30 days be the ones you look back on in the future as a turning point. And the last thing I'll say is this. Don't let a question you have about this stop you. You might be singing. I'm not sure. I'm not sure that's what the 30 days is for. You have an unconditional money back guarantee. So that's what it's designed for, to give you those questions along the journey. That's why there's no risk, only upside. So join us@joinaibootcamp.com get enrolled and we can't wait to see you inside the live training starting next week. From my heart to yours, thank you for being so amazing. Thank you for all the beautiful comments. Thank you for playing full out. Thank you for making this one of the most amazing events of my life. It's truly been a pleasure of my lifetime to serve you. I can't wait to see your story of success. We'll talk soon. Thank you, everybody.
I never kings are. Know one day we'll come back around.
