Dean Graziosi argues AI works best as a creative partner, not a replacement. Most people fail because they pick tools first instead of starting with a philosophy about what tedious work AI should eliminate, then building a strategy around that.

The ones that are having success have a different philosophy around it. They see the lens of AI being a partner, an amplifier, an accelerator, something that won't replace them but also can enhance them. It won't take away their creativity. It'll take away the stuff they don't want to do so they can be more creative. So it starts, I believe, with a philosophy, and then philosophy leads to strategy. First. Like, where in my business can I overcome obstacles? Or where in my business can I save money? Or where in my business can I automate processes and systems so it's consistent, it's strong, it keeps maturing? And then once the strategy, then they find the right tool to backfill. And I think the people that are overwhelmed, they're starting on step 3, right to the tools. At least that's my naive, or maybe simplistic approach of those winning and those aren't.
