Number two, you must meet people where they are live inside their mind. Finish their sentences. You might have evolved. You might be in a different place. Meet them where they are. Know their fears, know their goals, know their desires. Meet them where they are. Finished of sentences and number three, people buy from you when they feel understood, not when they understand you. Which means is it's not about showing how great you are or what you've done that's great. You need your your authority. But more so let them know that you understand them. You understand where they are at this very moment and you have the opportunity to take them from where they are to where they want to be. Influence is everything. Do it right.
