How many in here have ever done something like this and you overthink every little piece of it and you delay six months, Right? It is so much better. Just get it done. It's all about the messaging. It's all about the marketing. So really the only thing that shifted and this is just a perspective shift, it was the same book. I had the same experience. It was the same time in history, it was the same audience, it was the same name of the book. My employees were the same. Everything was the same except the messaging on why they should get my book. Even if marketing and sales are a part of what you do, I'm going to encourage each and every one of you to go deeper, stronger, harder on messaging and marketing and sales. Because what happens, I think our brains, our subconscious tends to lean into other things around sales for some reason. Like if we have a tiny bit of apprehension or a tiny bit of hesitation about sales or a tiny bit of worry that it's not going to work, we go, all right, let me just make the product better. Let me just hire better coaches. Let me just write the book. Let me come up with a better subtitle for the name of the book. Like, I know with me, my brain wants to go in all these directions and it all needs to focus on why people should get that book in their hands and having that marketing stamina to keep trying and know this, and I'll share this with everybody. Books, stuff, sell, that's it. The people who try and it doesn't work, they just gave up too early. They gave up on the five yard line. It's like, this isn't an easy game. It's like you got to keep, you got to have that stamina, that marketing stamina. But is it worth it? Hell yes. Sell things that you love so much that you know you're hurting people if they're not getting it in their hands.
Amen.
And when you feel about that, man, then, then the gloves are off. If you're selling booze, you're selling gambling, you're selling a half assed book or a half assed coaching program, you should feel bad and you should stop selling and make it the best in the world. But once you know it's the best in the world, then the gloves are off, man. It's time to sell hard, strong and effectively. How many in here have ever done something like this? And you overthink every little piece of it and you delay six months, Right? It is so much better. Just get it done and drive traffic to it because so Many times you go, I don't think that headline's good. I don't think my hook is good. I think my videos suck. And when people tell me that, I'm like, well, how many people do you drive to? Like, oh, nobody yet. I just don't think I have it perfect. It's like, you're not qualified to know if it's perfect. I'm just being honest. I've done infomercials in my past that I'm like, oh, this one's so dumb, I shouldn't even put it out there. And it was one of my best infomercials ever. I also spent a quarter of a million bucks and took a private plane all around the country and stopped at all my successful students. I went to like eight cities in three days and a camera crew. We made it like a reality show. It was the best looking show I've ever seen in my life. I'm like, this is. This is going to set me apart from everybody else. It bombed. I would have bet everything. It was my best show. And I got so frustrated. This is a true story. I turned the camera on, I pulled a bookshelf, I put fake books on it. I stood in front of it. I talked to the camera for a half hour. To this day, it's the best infomercial of my life. There isn't anything better than letting people vote with their credit card. Don't overthink it. Get your course out there. But don't think. I think it's like, I think when we have something done and ready to go, it's that hesitation to launch. Is it the right title? Is it the right price? Is it the right thing? Did I label it right? And we wait and wait and wait. And then we also think, like, I don't want to lose a lot of money. Spend $100 on it, spend $300 on it and just see what if your price and what you do is. Right now you might be sitting on an absolute gold mine that you could spend $1,000, $5,000 a day. But you'll think about all those pieces and say, should I start with ebook? And then I got to create the. And flow. It's like, I have some things that start with a free thing. I have things that go from my book to a middle to another. So I would just suggest to everybody, if you're close and you got it ready, launch it.
