There's a lot of you that work hard, as hard, if not harder than everybody else here. But if you're in the wrong boat, you don't get to increase your value in the marketplace. So I want to share this this morning to start thinking through that lens. You are smart. You are enough. You know enough. You can do this. But maybe you've just never had the right guidance. Maybe you've never had the right path, the right tool. And once you do, you can get out of the wrong boat and get in the boat and row in the right direction. It is definitely in time to increase the value, your value in the marketplace. Listen, we know you want to change your life. That's why you're here. We know that you're meant for more. We talked about that. We know that you have skills, experiences, and passions that are extremely valuable in this marketplace. You just got to learn to know how to package it and deliver it, and that's what we're doing. If you don't have the confidence or the capabilities yet, that's why you borrow it from us and borrow our skills.
