If you don't schedule time and get yourself in a place to think about the things that can move the needle in your life or solve the problems in your life or fuel the opportunity, then you will continue to be busy. You will continue to do the busy work and the needed work, and then you could just use a planner. Planning doesn't move the needle in your life. Being in flow state and thinking how you could solve a problem or fuel an opportunity does.
