Cohort 12 - Day 3 - 6/11/2025

John Cheney demos building AI assistants with custom GPTs and 11 Labs voice cloning, then shows how to deploy them via APIs for sales agents, social automation, and internal tools. ChatGPT's custom GPTs can't be directly API'd, so you rebuild with your chosen model or pull prompts into your own app. Voice agents run for pennies a month; he also covers Meta ad automation with dynamic creative testing and connecting everything to scheduling tools like Buffer and Zapier.

And live in. All right, guys. So welcome to day three, final day here in this course. This does not mean this is the end of our relationship. I hope it's just the beginning. My goal with this course, by the way, is not, you know, I've taken lots of other course, sat in, you know, courses with Russell Brunson, you know, other, you know, Grant Cardone and all the. All the people that do all kinds of stuff out there, and they're always trying to upsell you to, like, hey, come into the inner circle and it's $25,000 a year and you'll have access to me. I'm not doing that. I don't have that. And I don't know, maybe I should, but that's not really my point here. This. For those of you that may or may not know, this is actually almost a side gig. It's becoming. It's actually from a time perspective, taking more of my time now than my other business. But I have another business called Velocity Access that I'm working on. It's a tech company, and I'm going to tell you guys about it here in a minute. Kind of back to this surf don't swim concept and why I built my business wrong and spent $3 million doing it, and we're starting over. But. But anyway, bottom line is, as soon as this course is done, I'll invite you guys into. There's a private Facebook group that's only for people that have taken my training here. There's a good amount of activity in there for people that are, you know, building projects and saying, hey, what do I do here? And so it's a good place to get support from other people, other students that have taken it. I've even had, you know, other students work together and hire people. And anyway, there's lots of good opportunities there. And then I. I monitor that group. If you post something in there, I will almost certainly see it and respond to it, so feel free to do that. Yeah. You also have my. My cell phone number. A couple of you have texted me and I've responded back. If you have questions that are, you know, relatively simple, you know, or like one or two or three responses kind of going back and forth on some little topic. I'm happy to do that if you do want to hire me. I've had a lot of people ask to hire me. I've said no to most people because they want me to come and, like, build something specific for them or they want me to, you know, work for their company and whatever And I just, I just don't, I mean, if, if you've got a million dollar offer for me, that's fine, you can, we can talk. But other than that, I'm probably going to be busy doing that. I had somebody offer me a $350,000 a year job to go be their chief AI officer. And I, I, that's not enough. So it's a, I love it. I love helping you guys, would love to help you. I am willing to do some consulting. There's a couple of you that I've talked to be, prior to this call that said, hey, let's take, come take this and then, then we'll do some engagements there. And I'm certainly happy to come and train your company and work with you, but my goal in all of this, whether it's this individual training or if I come and do some private stuff with your company, my goal is really to empower you to be able to do it right. Or maybe in Brian's case, to understand what's possible and then know, okay, we need somebody on the team that, that can do this, that can dive in, that can, can make this happen. So, so anyway, guys, yeah, we'll, I'll provide all that content to you. I'll give you guys really quick, I'll give you the, the Facebook group. You can feel free to just click on it right now from the, from the chat here. I'll just drop it in chassis chat right there and send. Okay, so feel, feel free to click that. I'll approve you guys. I might not do it till the end of the call, but, but there it is. So I wanted to kick off. Actually, you know what, I want to kick off today with any questions you might have not related specifically to your projects or maybe, maybe there's something specific. But I want to kick off with just a little bit of a discussion and keep going a little bit on this surf don't swim thing and talk to you about my other business. And the reason I want to tell you that is just, it helps you understand the more examples you see of like, okay, this guy's doing a business this way. This is why it's probably a really bad idea. And, and hopefully you can then, you know, apply it and here's how we can do it differently to surf more instead of swim. So first off, any questions before we dive into that? Okay, I'm not seeing anybody's. Oh, sorry. I heard one. Is it Mark?
I've dove into a project I'm having a lot of fun with It. One of the things I've noticed is that when using replit, it's able to build out the entire infrastructure very, very quickly. But making like the small tweaks is, is chat is I find challenging. You know, it's not like the drag and drop. So I don't know if you have any insights and how to maybe do that. But I'm, you know, I'm getting better at it as I play with it. But yeah, I don't know if they're.
Yeah. So today one of the things that we're going to go over one of the documents, you know, I've shown you guys a couple documents that, that have kind of come through. You know, one of them is mastering replit. Right. I have a really amazing replit document that will be one of the things that we go over tips and tricks, ways to, to really what you have to do in the short answer is you have to limit its scope. Right. Very specific or target its scope very specifically. Hey, I need you to work on my blog system on this little element. This is what I need to work. And right now it's doing this. I need it to do this. Don't work on anything else. Just do this. Right. You have to like stop it from going other places or from trying something else. You said like, nope, I need you to just do this. So again, it's going to come down to being good with AI guys. Comes down to being a good leader and a good communicator. Right. Your employees might be digital, but they're going to respond quite similar to how a normal employee would. They're going to guess when they don't know and they're going to, they're going to have to, you know, they don't hallucinate anymore. But again, they're going to just kind of make their own plan if you don't, if you don't kind of corral them in. Right. And that's part of what that, you know, readme MD and the Progress md those files are supposed to be there so that you're regularly updating them and having the system update them. And so we'll be going over all that stuff today and that will help you probably a little bit. Martin. All right, Sean, I had it. Good stuff.
I had a question that kind of goes along line with what Mark is asking. I was, I was working on a project for a client actually in building out a website and it's, it seems like it's really good, like Mark said, building out that infrastructure and getting everything going I don't want to repeat some of the same processes. So I almost want to modularize, like have it say, okay, this is my login that I want to use. This is my different OAUTH or role based access control, RBAC stuff. Is there a way to modularize these components where I can say, oh, hey, I like this. I want to containerize it, for lack of a better explanation, put it somewhere and be able to pull it in and say, use this for this so I don't have to have it reinvent the wheel every single time.
Yeah, it's a great question and there's unfortunately not a great answer what I would maybe do. And I realized that somebody asked a question yesterday and I started to answer it, but I didn't finish. You can ask Replit to summarize the architecture or to put together a document that shows the architecture of exactly what's happening for specific systems. So you could go through stuff and say, all right, I love the way the login works here. I want to be able to use this again. Will you please put together a document that shows exactly how this is put together? Right. And ask it to do a MD that MD file. It's really good at creating a nice beautiful document. And then it'll just create it and then you just copy it, paste it to put it in Google Docs, whatever. But then you'll be able to just grab that in and say, okay, hey, I want to build the login system now. Here is exactly what I want. Right? And so now you have repl it telling repl it what to do. You know, exactly what system is there. So that's what I would, that's what I would do. It's not, it's. It's. It's possible some of, some of what Replit is trying to do, like corporate, like the team that they're trying to do is they're trying to make, they're trying to find things that work really well for lots of users. And so they're analyzing all the code and everything that's being built and what people are trying to do. And so they've started to add into the, into the kind of integration section, like me. Let me just click over here and, and look at that. So right here, just this whole, all of these different things that are going on in here, like for example, security. Where's security? Security scanner right here. So of course you can go in and you can ask Replit, hey, you know, please check my app for any security flaws and anything, you know, whatever, right? And, but, but they just decided to create something where it just says, hey, you know, you can run a scan and see what's going on here. Right. And so I have a couple little things. And so they're building, they're building some of these tools that used to just live inside of my document, right? And I even shared this document with the Replit team and they said, wow, some of these things are really good. Can we use them? And I said, yeah, absolutely. Right. And so they've started to put some of those things into, into this. And it's not that, it's just all me, right? There's lots of people that are doing great things and sharing that with their. But, but they now have, they have a whole auth system, right? So let users log into your app using a pre built login page. Right. So they're starting to modularize a little bit of it. And basically what happens is it's actually just a prompt, right? If you tell it to do this, it will tell the agent. All right, Use this, use this, use this and look at the prompts and figure that out. So anyway, so yeah, it's coming, it's coming along. All right, guys, so let's talk about Velocity Access. So my, my company, Velocity Access is. It's supposed to be basically a, your master control center for a venue, right? Like let's say a ski resort, right? A complex venue, right. One that's going to have ticketing, one that's going to have restaurants and parking and concessions. Maybe like a theme park almost, right? Think about all different things you need. So you need passes, you need season passes, you need individual tickets, you need waivers, you need, you know, lift operations, you need concert tickets, you know, all these different things that are all working together. Most venues today, like if you take something like Sundance Ski Resort, they operate off of about 10 different systems. They have a separate piece of software for each one of those things, right? They use Toast for their restaurant operations and they'll use Ticketmaster for their concert hall. And they'll use, you know, hotel management software for their, for their, you know, lodging. And you know, you have all these different things. And then so Sundance is a perfect example of things that work just okay, but they're not great. The only place where all of their information comes together, they have like an overall database that, where it's just like, hey, here's all the names of people. And then they sync that with like mailchimp and that's it. Like, it's really like if you spend $10 at Sundance because you bought, you know, a sandwich when you were up there one time, or you spend $10,000 because you booked a nice room and you stayed there for a week and you had a season pass and you eat at the restaurants and all these things, right? They're sending the exact same messaging to everybody, and they're categorizing basically everybody the same. And, and, and, you know, the, the idea behind Velocity Access is, well, if you understand your customer better and you can segment them and do all this, what if you had one master control system where all of the data came in, and when one of your top 1 percenters, you know, books a room, you can have their favorite, you know, wine or whatever hanging out on their, on their, you know, bed when they show up, or on their little side table, their nightstand. So, you know, being able to provide much more personalized service in person and digitally and email and all these different things and very, very popular concept, right? When I talk to a venue, they're just like, oh, my gosh, we need this. We want to be able to do this. Right? And so started this back in 2023, as I left my, my other companies, we did a little acquisition from my, from my other company, Seek. I left with that to go and build this with another company called Velocity. And the, the idea was, okay, we're going to build, like, we're going to build a ticketing software that competes with Ticketmaster, and then we're going to build hotel management software, and then we're going to build this where it's all going to be inside the same system. And you'll just have kind of all these apps, right? You have all these apps, and then you'll be able to go in, but all of the customers will share the same database. And so we'll really understand the customers because we'll be able to see patterns, we'll be able to see, you know, which customers are using multiple systems, which are not, and that will then lead to all the data we need to be able to run incredible or to, to. To build a better customer experience. Right? Good idea. Great idea for a business. Right? And so here's why. Well, let's. Let me ask this. Why. Why do you guys think this is a good or bad idea? I want to hear, you know, and I want you to consider this surf don't swim concept. What do you guys think? Why. Why is the way that we've chosen to do it by building all of these little apps that control everything? It seems like a pretty like you guys have probably used systems that are like this. But why is it maybe not a great idea?
One concern I have is onboarding your client, you know, is getting that actual client to commit to jump off these legacy systems and you know, confirm that they can actually migrate all their data over to you. I think there's a big delta there, you know, for even like your sales team. Um, not that the technology has an issue, but you know, at the same time I think that even, even in like my world, in hospitality, like we're so fragmented as well. I, I understand this problem intimately, you know, but you know, I tried making a jump to a all in one platform once and it was a disaster, you know, because it shut.
What was the disaster? I'm curious what your disaster was. Was it just too complicated and it wasn't able to, you know, you just lost all your data basically? I mean, what was the.
Yeah, the, the, the one to one data sync. So going one, one to one didn't match. And so we lost a bunch of data. On top of that, like going over, we had to retrain our entire team, you know, and in retraining our entire team, I felt like we, we wrecked, we went backwards in, you know, progress. And so, you know, I think when I look at that is just saying, you know, I think. I don't know. I, I don't have a solution here, but I'm. What I'm just verbalizing is the issue I see is we have these big, huge databases that we're operating on, we're relying on and we need them to migrate to these new, you know, geni. Gen AI type database systems. And we're not. I, I mean, this is the way I'm thinking about it right now. I'm dealing with this issue. I'm trying to port data over into this app I'm building and I have to keep rebuilding all the databases to match and pick up all these different pieces, you know. And so, you know, I think one of the issue, one of the questions I have is, you know, how are you guys going to link into old systems but bring it into the new generation? You know, and I think that's something that we don't talk about enough.
Yeah, all very good points. And obviously, Spencer, you're in the, in the hospitality business, right? So you kind of get a lot of this. But, but to summarize, you're basically saying this is a rough idea or a difficult idea, right? Simply because switching pain and associated therefore associated costs is pretty high, right? Switching pain is high. And so that's going to cost. What else? Why else is this maybe not a.
Great idea from a business perspective and selling B2B software for a long time? I like the idea because you are creating enough stickiness that clients are going to get integrated with you and they're not going to want to leave because it's just going to cost too much. And that kind of coincides with what you were just saying, like with the legacy technologies, it's just going to cost too much to rip and replace. When you're a Swiss army knife and you do everything, you might just need a hammer as a client. And so you'll end up building out this complex system and realize, no, actually I just need something much more simplified or whatever. So I think while it's a great idea and I think you could make an impact on the market, I worry about longevity of the product and stickiness. But having the ability to quickly adapt and innovate will create that stickiness. So I'd like, you know, I'd like to see how you guys solve that problem, like the innovation and being, being the market leader with going up against something like Ticketmaster. Everybody knows who Ticketmaster is, right? How do you compete with Ticketmaster and innovate more than what they have and integrate with all of the vendors that they're already in bed with?
Yeah, right. Very spot on stuff. I love your thoughts. Coming at it from a sales perspective and having just been in that world and. And yeah, taking on the incumbents is hard. Now, how many people here raise your hand if you love Ticketmaster as a consumer? I hate them. Right. Ticketmaster is one of the reasons why I started Velocity Access, the whole concept, years ago. I started thinking about it probably about five years ago because I bought some tickets to go to an Andrea Pacelli concert. And the tickets were about 800 bucks a pop for my wife's and my wife's on my 10th anniversary. And my total, it was supposed to be $1600. My total was $2400. And I was just like, what the freak? Like, how can you charge this kind of fee and feel okay about that? So anyway, that was ridiculous. And so I was like, there's got to be a better way. There's no way that venues like this. And I started just kind of looking into it and started innovating, actually, while I was inside my old, my old company, Seek, and we started doing some Web3 stuff and ended up going a little bit different direction. But anyway, long story short, there's definitely room to do it. But, yeah, it's really hard now. Um, thank you guys for a couple thoughts. I'm gonna move on. I'm sure others of you have thoughts, but I want to just kind of jump, jump forward here. So here's one of the big problems. I raised $3 million as I exited my other company to build this new thing. And, and that's great. And we've spent it all, we have none of it left, right? And now we have, we have, you know, other money, we have other ways to do it. But, but we, we, we spent $3 million building the system and we got it working. We got ticketing working, we got concessions working, we got restaurants working, we got a bunch of these things working, you know, analytics and marketing, we got a lot of. But here's the problem, here's the strategy, the business strategy problem, okay? Why, and why it is a terrible idea because we have each of these. Just imagine, you know, here's, here's us here in the center, and then we've got all these little, you know, spokes coming off of the hub, all these little businesses, right? If you were to take any one of these individual spokes coming off, like let's take Ticketing as an example, right, because we all know these, these brands pretty well. And you look out and you've got Ticketmaster and Seatgeek and StubHub, and you've got all these different, you know, competitive companies. How much funding and money do all of those companies have together in just that one category? Billions. Billions, for sure, right? And so here's my little $3 million startup competing against the billions and the Juggernauts and all these, you know, five year contracts, seven year contracts where they're locked in with those things. And man, it's crazy. It's crazy. Especially when you get into like, professional and university arenas where they're big, big, you know, 20, 30, 40 hundred million dollar a year of tickets, you know, being sold. And they lock those people in, right? And they'll even pay them up front. They'll say, hey, we'll give you $500,000 right now to sign this contract for seven years with us. And they say, oh great, we can use that money for this and this and this. And so it's crazy. It's crazy competitive. Okay, that's the ticketing. Now let's go to lodging. Well, how many competitors do you think there are there? And how much, how many billions of dollars of work and stuff, you know, capital that's being put into building the best software there? So basically what we've decided to do as a company is start a war on 10 fronts. Right. We've got 10 different businesses we're trying to fight, you know, with our little $3 million versus $50 billion, you know, all around the, all around the, the globe. Right. And it's just ridiculous. We are going to lose that battle. You know, stuff said something that was important too. Every time Ticketmaster comes out with a new feature. Well, what do we have to do? We got to come up with that feature too, right? Because Ticketmaster's sales rep is going to write the, you know, our, our client and say, hey, we just came out with this new feature. We'd love you to switch over to this. And then our client's going to say, hey, Ticketmaster just came out this really awesome thing. Do you guys have that too? We really want it. Yeah, of course. We'll take care of it. We'll build it. Right? And now here we are building it and now listening to the client. Now we're getting drug around and you know, whipped around by the client itself and on all fronts from all competitors. Absolutely ridiculous. Okay, so we are a hardcore swimming. We're building other people are passing this up as AI gets better and stuff like that. Yeah, we might be able to do some things, but we're really just fighting all these battles. So can anybody think of a better way that we could construct our business and rebuild the software, rethink the strategy and the business model so that we stop swimming and we start surfing?
Well, you come back to being like the data issue of the sync and you become the zapier of the connection and you become the connection point. So they can go integrate the best version of PMS software and then the best version of front end restaurant software. But you're going to go make all those speak to each other.
I like that. Bingo. That's exactly right. We threw away every line of code except maybe our logo. Right. We are completely starting over and becoming, call it the Domo of venues. Right. Because Domo is just a big. For those of you that know Domo, maybe you do, maybe you don't, but they're a company in Utah that, you know, basically does business analytics and they're basically, you know, a huge API farm. Right. I mean, it's just connect all the systems in here so we can get business analytics. Right. And so. But we're going to be. For the venues, you can actually operate the operating system behind it all. But yes, that's exactly right. Now we're sitting ourselves on top of Ticketmasters technology and improvements or Seatgeek or whoever. Right. All we have to do is maintain an API connection to each of these things and we're this central hub that pulls all customer data in. Still allows us to give customers a way better experience in terms or sorry, the our customers to understand their customers. Right. More better. Get that, get that end goal of data and analytics that drives better decisions and better customer experience. We can completely shift our business model, guys. So you can see how trying to fight against that is crazy. So now we have billions of dollars working for us right now. As they get better, well, our solution's going to get better and the switching cost becomes way less of a problem because we're not asking them to switch, we're actually asking them to just add a layer that just helps them deal with all of their systems better because they're lost. They're lost in reports and all these different formats and all these different things. Data isn't normalized. It's all over the place. That is, that is a much, much better approach and we're really excited to finish this and start selling it to other people. So I have a team that works on that and we're not really in sales mode yet for that. So that's why I'm doing a lot of AI stuff because it's just fun. Anyway, here I am. Stuff. Go ahead.
So back to what you're saying. The way that you guys rethought about this and what Spencer was saying, you know, kind of rethink about how you're doing this. The. I. I was employee number four at a San Francisco startup. My career was kind of tied to early startups, tech companies out of Silicon Valley. And I just recently, I left it like 4 years ago for a better offer. And I just recently rejoined about a year ago or about a month ago after a four year break because they were kind of in some dire straits. And when we started, everything was blue ocean. We were innovative, we were the pack leader. There was nobody else that was in the waters with us and we could just have our pick of customers because we solved a very, very unique problem that was very difficult to do without our solution and people needed to do it. I come back now, four years later, there's five or six players with like what you're talking about big bucks. They have other solutions. They saw the opportunity and they jumped in on it. And now everything. There's sharks in the water everywhere and it's slim pickings on getting a customer today for this company. So to kind of sum up what you're talking about, the way you think about how starting a business, it's that red ocean, blue ocean idea and how you want to think about it, your idea and what like Spencer was talking about like slamming, you know, getting rid of all the code and being the innovator amongst all these technology. That's blue ocean thought. Right. So I just wanted to add that. Sorry.
No, no, this. Thank you so much for sharing that. I mean it's. Yeah, you're, you're spot on. You know, we need to, we need to make sure that we don't create more battles than we deserve. Right? Startups are hard, guys. Right? This is the class about building a business in three days. And that means that you guys are startup minded. You're thinking about how can we get ahead, how can I position myself for success. Think about Jeremy, my buddy's startup that he's doing and he's not trying to raise any money. He's making a million bucks a year. He's pulling in 80,000 in profit. That's his profit, guys. He's making a little bit more than that. But at this point he's making a million dollars in profit a year sitting back, letting AI call a bunch of old people. He's surfing on other people's technology and doing just incredible things. Now I mentioned this yesterday, but I'm going to say it again. Not everybody can be surfers. You got to have the swimmers, you got to have the builders, the Elon's and the, you know, the AT&TS that sacrifice their, their, their life to build the infrastructure. Right. And, and that's, that's awesome. And they do get rewarded for it, right? I'm not saying AT and T is a bad business. They're making plenty of money and doing good things and they'll innovate, try to stay ahead and we'll see how that, how that all plays out. But if I'm an entrepreneur with and I want to avoid risk, if you're an entrepreneur and you want to pursue risk, well, you're just an idiot. But if you want to avoid risk as much as possible and give yourself the best chance of success, don't fight against the tsunami. Surf it, okay? Find those waves, those tsunamis, those trends that will allow you to push forward. So, so anyway guys, I hope that has been helpful or this discussion has been helpful, this kind of thought, thought process here. We're going to do some fun things today, guys. We're going to bounce through a lot of stuff. I want to, I Want to dive in? As I mentioned in my email last night, by the way, if you have not been getting my emails, I'm sure you have, but if you haven't, just make sure, make sure you go in and I don't know, put me on your safe sender list so that I don't go to junk mail and make sure you click on. I sent out the YouTube video last night from day two and I'll send the follow up today probably for, for everything and it will have a bunch more information kind of post course stuff. I'll ask you guys for reviews and things like that right now. We'll talk about that at the end. So let's see here. Okay, hold on. We're going to click on this button here. So I want to start today guys with a couple of you showing some you're doing. So let's, let's do that. Who wants to share? This is volunteer, volunteer based. Anybody have something cool they want to show they've been building? All right, I saw Mark sand first, then Spencer. We'll do YouTube.
Yeah. So I originally had started off with the, the Go high level integration and automation but I decided to get off of that because it required me to like spend spend. Basically I had to upgrade my GO High level account. Had to do a bunch of stuff I didn't really feel like doing. So I got that and I was just kind of thinking like what would be a fun project and something that I believe strongly in is reading. I think reading is really important, especially for young people. Most young people are not reading. And my daughter recently. So I got this idea from Patrick Bet David because he gives his kids rewards for reading. Right? He doesn't give them like a free laptop. He said if you read you get points and then when you earn enough points then you get a reward. And I tried it with my daughter recently and she loved it. She was just, she was, she was just loved it. Also as I mentioned yesterday, I'm a Christian so I wanted to kind of say hey, read a book and you know, what are the values behind it? Let's kind of think through your worldview, et cetera. So this is where I'm at as far as like the kind of like the sales landing page. I started this yesterday by the way. My thought was to make it free but be donation focused. We'll see how that evolves. You know, it's kind of a way to go about it. So again it still needs a little bit. I kind of evolved the about page to kind of show like, this was what happened with her. Now she's excited to read, she's excited about it. And let's see if I can get to the back end here. It's a little tricky to find the back end after someone gets logged in.
Should contact Babylon be or not. The Bee, they do a lot of stuff like this. They have a great, you know, in terms of market, we're talking about marketing today. That's a great audience for this type of thing. I got, I got a email yesterday about, you know, Christian based banking or whatever. You know, like they just do this stuff all the time. So. Yeah, I think that's an opportunity there.
Yeah, for sure. I mean, you know, to start to really think about how to get it out there. And then here's kind of like what the reading dashboard looks like. And I told my daughter, like, she's like, when is this gonna be ready? I'm like, next week you're gonna, we're gonna be able to use it. She's like, oh, I'm so, yeah, you know, in here you kind of like choose. Okay, this is the book that I'm gonna read. Probably wanted to have some sort of like integration with Amazon. So if someone clicks it, we get like an affiliate commission for. If you buy Amazon.
So do those books work yet? Can you click on them and go into the content or do they, Are they not there yet? Not yet.
Not yet. I kind of like chose some books. I also chose some books of the Bible too.
Sure.
You know, but no, this. So this is kind of like the, you know, by the end of the, by the end of, you know, maybe today or tomorrow I should have this, this workable. And then again, they can add books. You've got your rewards page where, you know, the parent can see, okay, this is, these are the rewards that my kid, my kid has earned. You can add your own reward if you want to add like whatever, laptop or something. And then you can get, and then to get book reports and we're using AI so once the kid has read the book, they, they have to write out a report. They submit the report into the app, they take a picture and submit the report. And then AI gives them a grade. And it says, I like, you know, reading comprehension, formatting, understanding comprehension, and all the, all the different phases of that make a good writing. So anyway, that's the, that's kind of where the project is at right now. And pretty cool to be able to see it be like almost functional after, you know, less than a day.
That's crazy. How many people here have any of you ever paid software developers to build stuff for you? Like expensive. It's crazy expensive, right? Like I know I've talked about some of my startups, right? But you know, I wanted to run and I wanted to do this. I have this idea and I built it. I could show it to you guys in a second here because I built it with Replit but I wanted to build a social network around travel, right, that, that focuses like it's kind of like a digital pin board, right? Show everywhere you've been in the world, right? And then you can like zoom in and you see where your friends have been and you can look at their pin boards, things like that. I always wanted to build this thing and, and I got a quote from Ukraine, you know, dev shop I've used in the past actually. And they're like, yeah, about $110,000 to build this out. And I was like okay, well let's let me see if I can figure out where to get that. And you know, I was about ready to do that and then I discovered Replit and then I built that. I was like, yeah, let's see if I can do this. And I built it in, you know, I don't know, maybe a week or so. And it was kind of complicated and Replit was not as good back then and so I was, you know, lots of loops, lots of circles, getting stuck with things. But, but I built it and I was like, okay, I don't need you anymore, Ukraine. I'm done. If I'm a dev shop in Ukraine right now or in India or Bangladesh, the US wherever the heck you are, I'm terrified. My business model is broken. So. Yeah, anyway, that's crazy. It's crazy. That's awesome. Mark. Thank you for sharing. It's, it's, it's amazing. You did that for probably less than $20, right? It's just. Oh yeah, it's like 15.
It's got stripe integration, it's got chat GPT integration and like I said, by next week my kid is going to be able to test it. I'll go to my church group and test it there, blast it out. So I think it's pretty cool.
So cool. Spencer. Yeah. Let's see here. Share you here.
So one of the issues that we face in the short term rental or hospitality world is we have all these legacy systems called property management systems that are built on really just plain CRM. They don't really integrate really well with any, you know, modern sales softwares. So you know, what I did is we built an AI driven sales suite. So essentially what's going to happen is this comes in and ties into all of our data in the short term rental world. And the idea is it pulls in all past guest lead, all that data and essentially it's giving me a little update here. But essentially what it does is.
You.
Know, it, it looks at a confidence score. It says, okay, this guest booked at this time last year, here's their lifetime value, here's how many times they booked, here's when they're most likely to book again. And it basically just like augments our sales team and it says, you know, get out and talk to this person. You know, we built this whole thing called a virtual agent that essentially it says, okay, the Sarah Thompson, you know, has this lifetime booking value of 2008, 47. Historically she stayed at this time. Here's an urgency to go out and have her rebook because we're confident she's going to rebook within the next week, you know, if you can, you know, put this in front of her or sell her these opt ins. And so, you know, I've kind of gotten this little thing called abe, you know, which is essentially this automatic booking engine which runs in the background and it basically is doing raw outreach to our corporate clients, our family, guest clients, all of that, and allowing them to see, you know, like, hey, here's what's available, here's what you booked last year, here's why it's the right time for you, you know, and just kind of helping people get through that sales cycle. In hospitality we get a lot of repeat bookings, but in historically we've just kind of waited for them to rebook. Now we're actively going out, using the data to put it in front of them and move that booking cycle a little faster, fill updates and make sure we don't have expiring inventory.
It's awesome. Very, very cool. And obviously I'm thinking about it some, you know, in terms of velocity access and some of the ideas you're doing here are great. But yeah, being able to have individual like, like analytics and predictive analytics down to the individual is really, really cool. Yeah, I love it. Crazy. It's crazy. That would cost you easily, easily $50,000 to have a dev shop.
Yeah, well we've actually had it priced out by a dev shop. They price like base features without even all of this over 80 grand. I'm into this $24.
Guys. I just want you to think about how crazy that is. It, this is changing the world in a way that most people just don't get. They just don't understand how software development and the tools that we use are going to just get so much better, so much faster. Now. Now look, guys, if I'm not saying that the world is over and you know, I, I really believe that AI is going to just accelerate humanity's progress at a, at a, you know, with a curve that is going to be just tremendous, but with that curve is going to come huge, huge societal disruption because half the jobs out there are going to all of a sudden say, wait, we aren't, we aren't needed anymore. How do we either adjust our job so that we're using AI to produce 10 times, 100 times more output? I mean, the cost difference between that $80,000 quote and 24, it's 99.99% cheaper. Right? It's, it's going to change the world. All right, very good. Anybody else want to show what they're working on or get feedback? Right. Anybody have any, any, you know, problems they're running into and they want to look at? We can. What I want to do now is probably dive into the Replit Tips and Tricks document. I think it's really helpful. It's a really fun document and it's very.
I might have a little bit of advice I could use help with. Go ahead, Brian, if you got a second. My website is about 1/100th of the way along as our friend who just showed his, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting it. It kind of reminds me of when I first started using ChatGPT. Let me get into it so I can show you guys. One second.
Yeah.
I, I almost feel like we're at a place now where you could be building a brand new business every, every month. Although you need to get the users and the marketing.
Yeah, we'll talk, we're going to talk about that today. Yeah, it's, it's very easy. So I used to, back in the day, I used to play World of Warcraft and loved, you know, and what. One of the things I would do is I had something called Altitis where instead of just playing one character and making it really, really awesome all the way through and taking it to level 60 or 70 or 80 or whatever, I would, I'd play and I'd get like level 35 or whatever and it'd be like, I want to try a mage, I want to try a hunter, I want to try whatever. Right. And so I just kept Getting distracted. But I never would take one character really, really far. And anyway, I don't. I don't play that anymore. I don't have time for that anymore in my life. But the same is very true of businesses. Right? You can start a business and then not take it far enough and then be like, I want to try this. Right. But you're not giving. You're not giving your startup a chance. We're going to talk a lot about sales and marketing today and how to actually move forward, so. Good thought. All right, what do you got, Ryan?
So you can see my screen, right?
Yeah. You're breaking up a little bit. Your voice. Maybe turn off the video again. That might help. Okay, go ahead.
I've asked it in about 10 different ways and 10 different times to make these look the same. And I've snipped, you know, screenshots of it. I've said the circle above systems has a white thing right there.
And the.
The circle around, it's not the same color as that. That's not the same color as this. And it just won't get it. It keeps on saying, I fixed it, I fixed it, I fixed. I fixed it again and again and again. And I just can't understand it's.
Try asking it this. Use that. Use. Use the element selector. Okay.
Where's that?
Yeah, actually, you know what? Sorry. Unselect that. Sorry. I want you to take a screenshot of the five. Okay.
And then.
Just move you guys out of the way.
One second. Yeah, you're good? Yeah, go ahead and do that. I know Windows isn't as easy as Mac for doing the screenshot, but it still works. Okay, there we go. Go. Yeah, just grab that little snippet. Drag it into there. Drag it into there. All right, perfect. Now select the Systems one. Systems one.
Do that again.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Now do the select thing. Yeah, yeah. And select the one you want.
Sorry, it's still thinking.
No, no, don't you. Yeah, you don't need to do the snippet thing again. I want you to select it. I want you to select it with the element selector down at the bottom. Yeah, there you go. Okay, now ask the agent. Say, can you please explain to me, Explain to me why this white gear or why this gear symbol is white while all the other ones are black. It's okay if you make typos. Doesn't matter. It'll understand you. And then. And then say, don't write any code. Just tell me. Okay, Send. All right, so guys, this is a. This is one of the tips and tricks we're about to go over in my document here, asking the AI to explain to you why something is. Is working like that. Okay, hold on. Let's see here. The gear icon has text, white class, which makes it white. Meanwhile, the other icons, target, encompass, have text. I have some black class, which makes them black. This creates visual contrast pattern. Okay, great. Now I want you to say make. Now, are you saying that the. The kind of orange color is different also?
Yeah, like, that's a darker orange than this.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I can see that. All right, now say. Now say this. Can you explain to me why the orange circles are different shades of orange? All right, just. Just send that.
You can also change the hex code when you select it.
Some of it you can. Yeah, sometimes you might be able to do that. Yeah, try, Try. I want. Actually, I want you to try that. Click the. Select the element selector thing, then click on that gear. Just the gear. Well, I mean, maybe try the whole thing first. You've got your background color and then your text color there. See that? See that? Huh? Yes. You should be able to change those. Change that to black or something. Yeah, if you.
That little drop thing is cool too.
Just.
You just like click on a black color on the screen. On the screen.
Pick color from the screen.
Yeah, right there. You just choose a black and. Yeah, it's not changing. It's not changing that.
I don't.
Because you're not. You're gotta click on the favicon, I think.
Yeah, yeah. Click on the smaller thing there. Yeah, even. Even smaller. Can you get in there? Yeah, there we go.
It's grabbing the white.
Anyway, you should be able to change the background color for sure by doing that. Okay, so what I want you to do now is now that you've asked the agent a couple questions, I want you to go back to the agent again and just say, please make all of the circles the same color and the icons inside of them the same black color. Okay, let's try that. You have to just push escape or something to get out of that. All right, let's see again, guys. Sometimes just asking it to focus in on specific, you know, spots will. Will fix this issue. If it doesn't, we're going to. We're gonna get mad at it, get bad at it. AIs have a weird thing. This is a cool thing to learn when you use, let's say, mean language. Right. I personally don't swear at my AIs, but I'll be like, you're an idiot. I'LL say stuff like that and it responds. Right. Because the AI is trained to work harder to avoid that type of thing. It will make. But hey, it worked. At least the black one's black now, so that's good. So we did fix that issue. Now let's see if it can work on those circles and make sure they're all the same. Okay, so it said it made it the same, but they don't look exactly the same. They still look just a little bit off. But you should be able to go in, use the element selector and make sure. You could check. You could say, hey, what color is the clarity one? What color is the discipline one? And then just change it. Just do it manually sometimes. Right. I don't know why it struggles occasionally, but you should be able to fix this problem now, right now. So. All right, thank you for sharing. All right, we're going to dive into this replit tips and tricks document and see we can figure out here. So there's some things you guys have already seen me do. We've already talked about it. We just kind of went over one actually live right there. But, you know, one of the big ones, guys, just at a high level, I really. Most projects, I would say 99.9 of projects. Well, I would say almost no projects have a readme and a progress file. This is something that I came up with.
It's coming from Brian's mic.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Brian, could you just mute. There we go. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you, guys. Yeah, I kind of learned to just tune it out, you know, So I have four kids. You can just tune them out and keep talking. So anyway, the. Read me in the progress file. I think very, very few people are doing these things, but this allows you to really keep your, your agent on task. One of the things that we haven't talked about is, you know, when you, when you are moving towards the next step, right, you're going to do a new chat or whatever, right. You have to say please. It won't update it automatically, but you can say, please update the progress MD file to reflect the current state of the. Of the platform. Right. That's something that's really good and allows you to keep those, you know, all those checkboxes, things like that. So this is my Gen API project again here. And if I come in here to my progress MD file, it's, you know, it's not as organized, the checkboxes, but it's got tons and tons of data. I've obviously built a ridiculous amount of things in Here. And so anyway, update it regularly so that it knows what's done. And you can go and you can look at it and be like, oh, yeah, we haven't built that system. We should, we should work on that, right? The readme file really isn't going to get changed unless as you're going along, you decide to add a completely new feature or change a direction or change something. But if you do, just say, hey, let's update the readme file with this new goal, right? So that we, so that we, you know, reflect that in the, in the plan. But going back and having it and say, hey, I want you to build this new feature as you do it, I want you to refer to the readme file so you understand the reasoning behind it and build it in a way that will give us results we're looking for, et cetera, et cetera. Right? So just give it context, right? Give it more context. You can use files to give it context. Okay. All right. Reference these files in every interaction. Ask the AI to plan before coding. Right? This is a big one. And we kind of did this a little bit with Brian just now, right? Please create a plan to build this feature. Don't write any code yet. Just outline the steps and I will approve before proceeding. I've found that when it, when it thinks through and then shows you, and then you give it some feedback and then you make a little plan. You say, okay, now do this right. It does. It kind of nails it, right. Someone was asking earlier about, I think maybe it was Mark about how, like, you know, I can't get it to do some little things or I can't get it to do specific things. If you, if you get stuck, just start asking it about it specifically, like we just did with Brian, and just kind of work through it and say, okay, tell me what's going on here. Tell me what's going on here. Okay, great. Now that you understand exactly what's going on, do this. Right? So this is similar to the next one, right? Do not modify anything except the front end layout and logging page. Right? Just don't modify anything except this. Right? I want you to just do the gear icon. Now I want you to only look at the circles. Don't do anything else. Make them all the same color. Right? Make them all a uniform color. They don't want them to be different. You can also do this, right? And this is, I think, a really an underutilized prompt by me and, and probably by a lot of people. But is there a simpler way to do this when you, you know, consider efficiency and scale and speed when you, when you're building something, if you plan on having more than 10 users or 100 users or even a thousand users, you need to think about what this is going to do to your servers, right? And it's going to get expensive if it's not efficient and you might be building it in a way that will not work in a million years, it will not work for a million users, right? It will crash your servers, but lookups will be impossible. It won't be able to do it. And so, you know, or you'll just have ridiculously massive server costs that will make it unprofitable. And so you need to ask it occasionally, right? Like, hey, this, this feature is going to scale a lot. You know, is there a way we could do this better? Now the reality is, guys, I'll say this. If you are building something that you do anticipate having millions of users, you know, on, it's very likely that you're going to be hiring somebody by that point. A good cto, good developers that are going to be working on now, they'll be AI powered developers, they'll be working hard, right? But, but the bottom line is, you know, you're probably not going to be the developer anymore, you're going to be the CEO. But understanding how to ask these questions even if you're on developers, right, is really, really important. But there are definitely some amazing things. Sometimes it's as simple as like loading a dashboard. Like one thing I have not optimized on here, when I go on to, when I click on my dashboard here, watch this dashboard. 1, 2, 3, 4. Yeah, that took four seconds to load this data and I don't love that right now. Four is better. It used to be 13 seconds. So I've gotten it down. I still need to work on this. But 13 seconds of not having this data is like, wait, something's broken. At the very least what I should do is have a little loading thing, right? A little symbol, so icon, so people know, oh, there's something else is still loading here, right? So anyway, there, if there's a lot of things that could be done to make my dashboard better and I just have to dedicate the time to work on it, all right? Detect hidden bugs. The next thing I was going to ask, and this is right along Brian's problem here is sometimes there's duplicate or conflicting code and it will say, hey, I made all the circles the same color. And you're like, no, you didn't they're different still. Right. And so what you have to do is you have to say. You say you just did it, but you didn't. I can see that you didn't. Is it possible that you're looking at the wrong spot? Or is there duplicate or conflicting code that might be causing this issue? Do you think? Are you. Are you trying to change it somewhere where you're not actually. And it might be like, oh, yeah, I just discovered there's two instances of this. Let me delete one of these and actually do this. It'll occasionally do that. Do something stupid like that. So duplicate code or conflicting code can do this. Like maybe there's some instruction that says, hey, make all of these this color. And it's trying to do that, but. But then underneath it, it's wrapped inside of something else that's telling it. And the inner wrapper, sorry, the outer wrapper is overriding something. You never know. Right. So you can wrap code and do some weird things if you're not careful. Take a step back and analyze what you just wrote. Right. So I'll again, to just keep using Brian's example here, I would say this. That didn't work. Right. Why do you think that you fixed it? Right. Because it didn't work. It's still this color. This button still is doing that. Or when I'm clicking this, it's still happening. Right? What's happening here? Right. Really just get it to stop coding and get it to explain itself and then say, okay, now that you understand what's going on now actually fix it occasionally, guys, the UI will freeze. Basically what that means is, you know, let's close out of some of these things. We don't need them open. But you'll be, you know, Right. Right down here. It normally says like, agent is paused or agent is working. If I click refresh here, that should show up again here. Hey, that was right on cue. That was perfect. So agent's waiting for your response. Right. Sometimes this little thing disappears and you don't know if it's working or something. You know, it might even be working. It just kind of freezes for whatever reason. You can click refresh in the middle of a task and it will not mess up the agent. The agent is working on its own thing. This is just a UI displaying what the agent is doing. And so if you refresh it, it won't. It won't ruin it. Okay. So don't worry about that. Okay. This one is. Is really crazy. So I was working one time, I was Working on the Gen API. I probably would have launched Gen API much sooner had I not had this problem. It took me three hours to fix. And it was a stupid little thing, and I don't even know why I cared about it that much, but it was related to this favicon that was talking about yesterday with the logos, right? Trying to get it to show up in the browser. I could not, for the life of me get replit to show the dang favicon properly. And it would say, yep, I did this and I did that and I did this. And it would, like, make new icons that look terrible and put it in the wrong spot. It still wouldn't work. I'd be like, no, just use this and make it work. You know? And I could not get it to work. So what happened is I finally found it, right? It said the error is directory name is not defined. This is because we're using ESM modules with TypeScript, and directory name is only available in common JS modules. All right, number one, I'm not a developer, and there's no way I would have ever known what this even is, right? And I'm relying on my AI to know what that is, right? And again, here's one of the. This is one of the downsides to trying to be a developer, if not a developer, right? But sometimes there's things that just happen, you don't know. And so what I did is I screenshotted this, and I've used this screenshot many times when I'm asking it to do something, it appears to be stuck. And I'll say, like, look, are you writing in a language or are you trying to adjust something that isn't compatible with what you're doing? And I'll literally copy this screen or I'll paste this screenshot in and I'll just say, is it a pro? This is not the problem. But is it a problem like this, right? And I've had it come back and be like, oh, you're right, I'm doing this in this lane. You know, whatever. I've had to do that a couple times. I will say that I have not had to use this in a couple months. So that's good. I think the. I think the system is getting better. All right, so let's see here. Yeah, this is a big one, actually. Pause and question. AI actions. I'm not going to go over all of them. You guys will have access to this. You can do this. But if the AI starts going off track, right? You could just be like, dude, what are you doing? Like, sometimes you'll watch it and be like, hey, you know what? I can't figure out what's going on here. So I'm going to build a separate test system and it'll be like, I'm going to rebuild this entire thing, but it's going to be a test one, and then we're going to try to test it over there. And I'm like, no, just use the real system and tell me why it's not working. Use that one to test it. Don't build a separate system to test it anyway. That one's pretty ridiculous. But pause it and just be like, dude, what are you doing? And you can pause it, by the way. You can be. It can be in the middle of something and you just push pause. Ask it a question. Okay, Resume. Right. Get back to work. Okay, Mark, go ahead.
Along those lines, sometimes it'll. It'll make changes. And I'm like, I don't like the change you made. I just wanted to go back.
Is there.
What's the prompt to make it just go. Go back to where it was right here.
Roll back here. Cool. Yeah, yeah, you'll just roll back. So I. I literally just did that, actually. I finished reverting, which I do now. So I asked it to change my home page to do some different things. I want. I'm kind of. The homepage for Jenny API is very focused on individuals as opposed to businesses, and I'm really working with a lot of businesses. And so, you know, it's working, right? Maybe I don't need to change it, but I was trying to have it just kind of do a whole new feel and. And I hated it. And so I was like, yeah, let's not do that. So I just clicked rollback and boom, done. Yeah. So, yeah, the rollback feature, guys, I'll talk about it more in a minute. I think it's an important one, actually. You know what? I'm going to talk about it right now while just. While it's just here. So the rollback feature, you can. You can roll back to things that are inside of your existing history. You can go back in, you know, even further. You can go back seven days of history. Although it's saying checkboit made 26 days ago. I don't know. I don't know if it can do. If that works. That's interesting. Maybe they've improved that. This might be a new thing. Maybe you can roll back to any time. That's pretty cool if they did. But it Used to be that if you started a new chat, you couldn't roll back, and now you can. This is different than deployments, though, right? If you deploy something and you just want to go back to, like, your last deployment, then, you know, you can go ahead and, you know, just push, push that over here. This will change different things. This changes the production environment, the code that's actually out there. It does not, you know, going back to a previous deployment does not change any code in your dev environment. Okay? So deal with that as you see fit. Okay. All right, good question. Okay, the prompt. So replit is an AI agent and it has a prompt. We're going to go over custom prompts today and how to really set up ChatGPT or GPTs and things like that for your own, Your own use. And that's, that's really fun. But it has, it has been updated now to actually include this so that it won't go and override data. I, I had a system one time that I was working on, and it had all kinds of data in it, and it completely just deleted it. And it was ridiculous. And I was really, really sad that I lost all of my data and I had to just kind of start over. So the database, you know, make sure you protect it. If you're doing something. Sorry, if you're doing something with the database, you can explicitly tell it, protect it, protect the database, do not touch it. You can also create a backup, right? All you do is you just say, hey, please make a backup of the database and put a date stamp of, you know, 61125 storage project. Right, whatever. So it'll create a new file over here and it'll be. It'll be a backup of your database, right? And so then you'll be able to, you know, something happens, you're going to work on the database, change structure, change things. Then you can say, hey, you know what, I want to revert the database. And then here's all the data, here's the backup. Now, one of the cool things is if I click rollback, you can also have it roll back your database. Your data will be restored. So pretty cool. You can roll back to that and then also to the database. So that's. Again, some of these things are getting better and easier in Replit. All right? When you're setting up some APIs, they're very complicated. Stripe is can be a complicated one, right? There's a lot of different webhooks and things like that. And so you can ask it, you can just say, hey, Help me, help me figure out how to do this, right? So if you're in the middle, it gives you a few instructions for that API key, and then it'll pull up that little purple thing here that says, hey, enter your secret here. And then add to account secrets, things like that, right? If you do that and you don't know what's going on, you could just ask it to be like, hey, you know, there's. I have all these options. I clicked on that. But now I have tons of options. What should I click on? And they'll tell you, right? API storage. We talked about screenshots. Screenshot debugging trick. We've done that a lot, right? Just screenshot it, show it, do it. You guys see me do that a bunch of different times. You can create unit tests, which is really fun to say, hey, you know what? And we did that yesterday. We kind of played with that a little bit. But, hey, just check on this, right? I want you to see if this works, right? Let's see if. Let's see if we can set up an automated test to make that happen. Yeah, so make it. So sometimes AI will overwrite code. It will completely, you know, do something that it shouldn't have done. Obviously, that's easy to detect if it's on the front end. Like my, like my homepage that I was talking about here that I wanted to redo. Sometimes it's back and stuff. You don't know it. So just, just kind of pay attention to it. If something already exists, right. Sometimes it's helpful to say, hey, you know what, have you already built this system yet? Or anyway, that'll be. That'll be one. This is not correct. Why I have that there. AIs will get stuck in loops sometimes. Guys, what I do when I get stuck in a loop is I just click new chat. It's like, I'm going to fire the old developer. I'm. I'm bringing in the new developer. Remember, when you do the new chat, you got to do that prompt that, you know, hey, let's bring you back up to speed, right? Reference these with the project, but it doesn't remember what it was working on. And then you could say, all right, go back to that. Go back.
Drop that in the chat again.
Yeah, yeah, I will, I will. Yeah. Please reference this chat. Here we go. And yeah, Mark, you commented in the chat that this is going to get better and better. That's exactly right. But guys, the AI will get stuck in loop sometimes. You just got a new chat now here's another big thing, and I meant to talk about this yesterday. Usage, right? Your usage on a chat. How is usage with AI calculated.
Per token?
Tokens. Per tokens. Thank you. So what if you have a chat that's 25 pages long and every time you talk to it, it considers that entire chat? What's that going to do to your usage? Yeah, you're going to go way, way, way, way up. So you want to start new chats. Like I like to start new chats almost with every feature, right? If I'm in the middle of doing something that's a repetitive task, I'm going to stay there. For example, yesterday I wrote a few more blogs after we hung up and I was sitting here and, you know, it was kind of hot in the afternoon, whatever. I just said, hey, let's make a few more blogs. So, boom, AI is doing the cost of starting up. That's a good thing. I'm obsessed with these AI systems. New Aaron video, you know, whatever. I just started creating these and I just, I knew my structure and the format I wanted, whatever. So I just, I, you know, I gave it some more SEO content, right? So anyway, if I'm working on that, I'm going to do it all inside of one chat. Once I'm like, okay, now I want to work on the homepage. You know, I'm going to, I'm going to start a new chat. I'm going to start working on that. Okay, so that's really, you know, all for this document. Guys, I think this is really important security. I'm going to do it really quick because we're here, and then talk about why it's maybe not as important as it used to be, but there's a few things like API keys, guys, environment variables instead of hard coding secrets, right? That means we're not exposing those secrets and putting that. You know, many of you may know this and many of you may not, but let's, let's click on something here. Yeah, here's the thing. I literally clicked on this Christian thing. That's why it was on my mind. So. And I'm not going to sign up for it. I was curious just about what they were doing on something. So when I look at developer tools, basically what a lot of people might not realize is that every single one of these, if I click on Element selector right here, you can look at the coding behind every single thing here, right? It shows all of the code, right. It's all exposed. And so if you have an API key that you Accidentally throw into the front end here, People can see that and they can exploit it and they can steal your money and use your credits and use your APIs or break them or try to inject things, do weird stuff. Okay, so don't leave that open. Okay. Make sure that you just ask it. Hey, can you just check and make sure that all of our API keys are private? It'll automatically do HTTPs. You should be good on that. Protect your database. So there are a few things. So one of the things that people can do is it's called a SQL injection, right, where, where basically somebody can kind of hack your database where they, they can add data into your database right? Now typically you have to have a signature and you have to have authentication and things like that. And so if it's set up properly, but if you don't have it set up properly where it's just built like a, you know, a basic one and you haven't, you haven't really built out the, the robustness of it, you might leave yourself exposed. And so again, when you have this document, guys, you can literally just copy this, right, and say, hey, could you just check and make sure we're covered here? Right. And I, I'm not sure exactly everything that security scanner does over here, but, but anyway it should be able to do, it should be able to do quite a bit. Where's my security scanner assistant secrets database? I couldn't see that. Anyway, there it is. So yeah, it's going to scan my thing for vulnerabilities right now. Okay, API keys, that's good. Front end basics, you don't need to do that. Hash password, Hashing passwords, guys, is something that your system should do now automatically. It used to not, it used to just do plain text. And so if you went in your database, you'd be able to see all of your users passwords, right? They'll sign up and now you can see all their passwords. And you know, if you're an honest person, that's great, but you still probably shouldn't have that data. You don't want to, you don't want to know that you don't want that liability. Okay. And so you can ask it to hash passwords and make sure that your system does that. But hashing basically just turns like if my password is admin, right, it will change that to a long string of characters that it understands. You know, it kind of encodes it encrypts it basically. Let's see if there's anything else I need to do. Yeah, I mean, yeah, so this is a big thing, right? Security is not a one time thing. As your app grows, so do your risks and sometimes it will re expose something that was a problem before, it'll change something. And so you just need to go through and do security scanner or security scans. Need to ask IT questions. Hey, are there any vulnerabilities in my app? Okay, great. Usually what it will do is it will say here are high, you know, high priority threats, medium and low priority, right? And, and I'll be like, okay, great. I, I will immediately, whatever I'm doing, I will stop and I will fix a high priority threat. If that's a public website that has customers on it, people on it, users on it, nothing else that I'm doing matters at that moment. I'm going to fix that high priority threat. I'm going to get it done. So I really take security. You don't want to, you don't want, you know, any sort of data breach or anything like that, like that's going to slow you down, guys. It's going to cost you money with lawyers and things. And even if no damage is done, it still just sucks. And you're legally required to tell people about them and all that kind of stuff. So just don't let it happen, right? Put things in place. Now if you grow guys, and you get to where you are, you do have a million users. Well, congratulations, you're now a target. People are going to try to hack you, they're going to try to overload your system, they're going to try to do all kinds of things. And so besides doing security, you know, like data leak protection, you also are going to want to ask your replit, your agent, say, hey, can or you know, is there, is there any way that people can, you know, you know, attack the system with traffic, right. And there's a lot of different technical terms for those things, bdos, attacks and stuff like that. But you don't need to, you don't need to worry about those things. So it found a couple things that's an outdated dependency little potential vulnerability. There's an API key in my progress MB file, but actually it's an old one. I already know what that is, so I'm not worried about it. And there's potentially something here. Yeah, this is like a little tiny thing. But what happens guys, is I want to, I want to show you what happens if I click this fix with agent button. What it will do is it will take the, it will take the, you know, problem and it Will put it into a prompt for you and then just automatically start the agent. Okay, this says, hey, here's the problem I found. Here's what I want you to do. Then this is really cool. It says, decide whether the reported issue is real. Use execution path, context and impact to judge if you have high confidence that confidence that it's exploitable. Give the smallest safe patch. Tell the user it is important to test their app before continuing with their deployment. Otherwise, make no code change and reply with the reason. Okay, so after analyzing the code, I can see this is a false positive security alert. Here's why it's not exploitable. No user input, controlled execution path. We're good. Awesome. Okay, so that's done. So see how simple that is? It's very, very easy to just click on that and let it. You know, I think I actually have done this in the past and it's going to give me the same answer on this one. There's also some good things you can learn here, right? Like give the smallest safe patch, right? That's a great little prompt, a great little snippet to say, hey, fix this in the simplest way possible instead of having to just go off and do a bunch of other crazy things. Okay? All right. Any questions about replit? There's so many more things here, guys. We're going to go through a few of these extra things over here today, but any, Any other questions about how to. How to do stuff, go ahead.
Martin, you mentioned creating a separate chat. I guess that's just the. You just hit the plus sign next to the agent there. New chat. Okay, cool.
Yep, new chat. Yeah, if you go here. Yeah, yeah. So again, another false positive over here. So we're good, we're good here. So, but yeah, new chat, it, you know, it just starts a new one and you know, hey, I want to add this, I want to do that. I want to change this. You know, just kind of get started, right? We haven't gone over the assistant, guys. The assistant you can find over here in a new tab. The assistant is. Instead of 25 cents per, you know, fix or whatever, the assistant is 5 cents per fix. Now, that might sound like a really good deal, but oftentimes it's not. But the assistant can do some really amazing things for you, right? You can, you can ask it questions. You can actually click on here and say, hey, I want you to use, you know, sonnet, or I want you to ask questions with chat GPT. And I'm going to just ask questions about my project. If you Switch over to basic. It's basic, it's free. You can talk to your, you can talk to the assistant about your project a bunch. You can figure out what's going on, come up with ideas, whatever, and then say, okay, great. Now put this into a plan. Now let's take this over to the agent. So the assistant can help you work with the agent really, really well. Now the assistant can generate code and apply that code. Okay. But it's manually done step by step. So your agent, as you guys know, will just get busy and it will say, I did this. Okay, now I'm going to do this and now I'm going to do this and I'm going to do this. And it just kind of deploys. It goes and goes, goes, goes. And it might do 20 things without you even talking to it and then charge you 25 cents. To have the assistant do that would be 20 things times 5 cents. So it might seem like the assistant is cheaper, but it's not necessarily. It's not usually what a lot of people will say is Bill. Like if you look going to replit, you know, replit forums, it will say build with the agent, tweak with the assistant. Right. So if you want to change some little thing like hey, you know what, I want to change the layout of this or I want to, you know, when I click on this, I would rather it do this, have the assistant do that. I have not used that workflow. I use the agent for everything. I have used the assistant. Let me change this. I have done hundreds and hundreds of edits with the assistant, but I have come to like the agent better now. And so I very rarely use the assistant.
Go ahead, mark the question here. One of the things I found working on the project is that certain pages would have not conflicting information. But like on one page it might say this is the mission. On another page it might say a slightly different mission. Yep, I'm assuming. And maybe in the future mission changes or core features change, whatever. I'm assuming we what's the best way to update that so there's consistency throughout the responses.
Yep, great question. And that's a tough one. And it's kind of a weird one. Right. And you could do something a little bit strange to fix it. But yeah, you kind of want to know where your mission is. Usually your mission is going to be maybe towards the top and then it's probably going to be in the footer. Right. And then it might be on an about page. Right. So there might be a few different places like, here we go. Here's our mission. To revolutionize AI skills development through innovative assessment. That's not our mission. This is actually my mission. This is actually what I want it to be. And so, hey, you just identified a problem I have on my site that I need to do, but without actually going and checking, you're not going to know. Now, you could do something a little bit weird and say, hey, you know what? I want this element. I want the mission to be database driven, right. Then you just say. And then, okay, okay, great. I'm going to create a separate table for the mission and a couple other things on there, right? And then, okay, here's the mission, here's the text, here's this, here's that, right? Whatever your. Your mission, your vision, your goals, your whatever, I don't know what they are, Right. But you could use the database to do that. And then anytime you change it, you would just change the database. And then you just have, you know, this spot and this spot pull from the database. That's how you would maintain consistency. Not a lot of. Not a lot of website builders. In fact, probably zero website builders work like that right now. But doesn't mean you can't. You could build an admin. You can say how I have a few core messages that show up in several places throughout my site for whatever reason, and I want to make sure they stay consistent instead of having to go in and change them in five places every time. So that would be just kind of an individual thing you would want to worry about. Yeah.
Anyway, depends on the complexity of the.
The app too, right? It's absolutely. If you only have, like, my. I don't feel like I need to do that here. I do feel like I need to get my mission right here. I'm actually okay with this little sentence here. The reality is I haven't read every sentence that's in every word that's on here. I actually found something yesterday that I did not like. I don't like fake reviews, and I think I have some fake reviews here. These are fake reviews. These are not real people. And it just made it in the thing. And I just have never scrolled down here, looked at, but I found it yesterday when I was looking at the homepage and trying to evaluate it. So, you know, if you come here in a week, you won't see this stuff anymore. Right. So anyway, I don't like fake reviews. I like to be honest with my people. So. Okay, good, Good questions, guys. All right, so we've gone over security. We've gone over some of these documents here. We've done really, really a lot of this stuff in here. We've gone over most of these things. I want to take a moment now and do a couple fun things with. Yeah, yeah, let's do it. Let's go. Let's dive into some video creation for a minute here. Just for a minute. We're not gonna take a lot of time. I want to get into sales and marketing. I think that's really important. But what happened here? Sign in. I think it's this one. Yeah, here we go. All right. Welcome to Vao3. How many people have tried Vao3 here? Anybody? Yeah, Mark, You've done it. But yeah. Okay, awesome. So a couple of you guys have. This is inside of a new tool that Google has released called Flow. And Flow is basically a system that lets you create videos. And you know, there's a lot of different things that you can do and it's pretty, it's a pretty amazing system. You can go text to video, you can go frames to video and you can go ingredients to video. Right. And there's a few things that you wanted to do. Outputs per prompt. Which model do you Want to use? VO3 fast text to video and VO3 quality beta audio. Also right now we're going to do fast. Right now we'll do a couple prompts. By the way, each of these prompts are going to cost me a couple bucks. So we're not going to do a ton of them, but I want to just do a couple. We're going to do just one prompt. I'll put per prompt here, text to video. But you can create. And by the way, you can create, you can create some pretty cool content by using obviously, you know the, the thing that I like to do, which is come over here and say, hey, help me. Let's see. Help me create a good prompt.
Or.
An 8 second scene to be created with VAO 3. I want it to be of a group of people standing around large pile of wood pallets and then lighting a line of gasoline that goes to the pallets, makes them explode because they were covered in gasoline. See if we can recreate what happened last night. I don't know. I don't know how it'll do. We'll see proper three fire races down the line. That's disclosure. Please add the audio audio prompt as well. There should be tense or there should be music and audio of people excited as the line. The fire goes down the line and then screaming when the pallets Explode. All right. Okay, so here's a nice. A nice prompt. Just gonna copy this, okay? And we'll see what happens. Okay, let's make sure we've got our settings right again, just to be sure, real fast. Okay, so this will start while this. While this goes. I hate sitting around waiting. And so I'm going to show you guys another tool. It's called Runway ML right here, Dashboard. So Runway ML, why am I not logged in, logged into these things? I might have done a cache refresh or something. Okay, that's working over there. So Runway ML is another video editor, another video system. You can do all kinds of stuff. You know, controllable and consistent media is a new thing now where you can. You can provide context, you create references. So you say, I want to upload a character or a location, and so I can upload a picture of me, or I can upload a picture of my backyard or whatever it is that I want to create. And then I can create consistency, right? So you can see this guy. There's four different scenes that were created. And it can. And it keeps that. That character the same all the way through. And you can do real. You can do cartoon, you can do anime, you can do whatever the heck is your. You know, whatever floats about. You can. You can build. You can build really cool stuff there. Okay, so I'm not going to actually do this. I'm not going to do this one. I'm going to go back. Just go back to Dashboard and we go to all tools. There's lots of tools in here. Stuff that it can do. I use the generate video a lot. The generate image in here is also pretty dang good. You can also lip sync videos, right? If you take a character either animated or real, you can have it lip sync to audio that comes out of that. We'll be using 11 labs later today a little bit to look at some audio capabilities. Okay. But you know what we'll do? We'll give it the same prompt, and we're gonna get rid of the audio prompt here, because this cannot do audio. Please upload an image. I don't want to upload an image. Oh, you know what I have to do? I have to give it a starting scene. Here's what we'll do. Give me an image for the starting scene. It's kind of cool. This is where I get really excited. I'm a creator, guys. Like I said, I love to do this. All right, here we go. It looks like the palette doesn't look exactly like mine. And who knows how good this will be? It's already different than what I wanted it to be. Come on, get rid of this annotate button. I just want the play button. Not bad for a first take. Okay, now I'm gonna take off. I'm gonna take these off really quick here so you guys can hear this. Light it up. Here it goes. Light it up. So it's kind of okay for a first. For a first. There. You can hear the audio there. I hope you hear that. All right. But, but anyway. Yeah, so that's, that's that scene. Let's see if we can. Let's see if we can get a starting opening scene here.
The, the selfie vlog style videos are.
Those are really popular. Yeah, you see like Bible characters or like caveman or like I saw one of an ape walking down New York City and talking about stuff. And yeah, there's, there's some really creative ways people are using this. Guys, if you want to see lots of VAO3 content, just get on social media and just, you know, search VEO3 video. The videos are becoming so realistic, guys, that it's going to be very, very difficult even almost now. Right. But give it a year. It's going to be almost impossible to tell that a video is made by AI and that's going to cause some other societal problems, obviously. All right, this is not perfect, but that's okay. It's not broken for a few reasons, but we're going to just save it. And could you, could you just comment.
On video editing for a moment? So, like, yeah, what if we, like, want to showcase real life content that we've got, but we have like zero editing experience. Does this have the capability to drop in real clips and then stitch them and edit them more accurately?
This does not, but other systems do. Yeah, there's some really like automated video editing. Just say AI, whatever. There are a couple. There are a couple systems out there that are really, really good that can, that can break things up and do all kinds of really cool stuff. Cap Wing is actually pretty dang good. Trying to see if there's ones that pop up here that I know I've, I've vid. Might actually be one that I've seen some things on. I haven't tried a lot of the AI editors, but I've seen a lot of stuff on it. You wouldn't use any of these generative AI things in the same way. All right, now we've got this uploaded, let's drop it. Let's do like take the fire out. I haven't tried a lot of the AI editors, but I've seen a lot of stuff on it. You wouldn't use any of these. Let's start like that crop. But yeah, so generative AI things in the same way. All right, now we've got this uploaded. Let's profit. Let's do, like, there's two ways to do this to. To do what you were just talking about. One is, you know, go find your AI video editor and see if you can find one that works really well. Or two, fiber it, man. I'm telling you, Fiverr is the real life AI and you can get amazing. There's so many amazing video editors, and it's so available now. Almost everybody has a phone that can, you know, in even third world countries, like in the middle of a rice, you know, field in China, they pull out their iPhone, right? Or the thing that's capable of doing incredible video editing already. And so there's a lot of people. And for 10 bucks, you can get something edited, 20 bucks, something edited. And, you know, if you consider the cost of the resources and stuff that you were going to be buying, as well as the cost of your time, which is always something you need to consider when buying a building. I. I do a lot of video editing with fiber because it gets done. It's not a really nice way. All right, so guys, we're not going to spend a lot of time on video editing, but Runway ML is great. VO3 is great. Cling is another one that's really great. Cling. AI just let this pop up.
This one computer was glitching out. You said Veo is through Chat GPT. Is that how you find that?
Nope, Veo is done through Google. So it's. And. And Veo 3 is expensive right now. It's about 250 bucks a month to be able to use it. Right? They don't have any sort of lower consumer end version. It's 250 bucks. That's what you got.
You get. You get a certain amount of credits for that, and then you can spend above.
Okay, that's exactly right. And that'll renew every month and you'll get more credits and all that stuff. Okay, so CLING is excellent. I mean, look at the quality of video. I mean, think about, like, this is like a Lord of the Rings scene almost right here. Think about how much money that would have cost to make 10 years ago, right? It would. It would take forever. I mean, even just this cutscene right here of this, you know, cute Girl or this, this or the computer girl. This little, you know, whale in sand. You get more credits and all that stuff. Okay? So cling is excellent. I mean, look at the quality of video. I mean, think about like this is like a Lord of the Rings scene almost right here. Think about how much money that would have cost to make 10 years ago, right? It would, it would take forever. I mean, even just this cutscene right here of this, you know, cute girl, or this, or the computer girl, this little, you know, whale in sand, like creating these things is that take forever. And now it's a prompt. Creating videos like this AI is very, very good at doing it really, really slowly. I don't know why, but we'll. We'll keep checking on it and keep. Keep looking at other things. Gling is very good. And then you have Sora, right? And like creating these things is. That takes forever. And, and now it's a prompt. Creating videos like this AI is very, very good at doing Sora AI video. This is made by OpenAI and really, really slowly. I don't know why, but we'll. We'll keep checking on it and keep. Keep looking at other things. Bling is very good. And then you have Sora, right? You know, I have. I. I have access to Sora as well because I pay for pro. But. But anyway, creating video from text, same type of thing, creates awesome stuff. The only the one that's really, you know, causing problems. Sora AI video. This is made by OpenAI. And you know, I have, I have access to Sora as well because I pay for pro. But anyway, creating video for tech right now is VO3, right? Is this one right here because it can create same type of thing, creates awesome stuff. The only the one that's really, you know, causing problems. Video with audio, right? It can create unbelievable things, right? Best videos created with VO3, right? Let's do this right now it's VA3, right? Is this one right here? Because it can create. So this is a 20 minute release VO3 just a few days ago. And in this video I'm going to show you video with audio, right? You can create unbelievable things, right? Best videos created with, right? Let's do this. So this is a 20 minute release VO3 just a few days ago. And in this video I'm going to show you 20 stairs over.
Six, six months ago. This stuff was terrible.
Not literally every aspect of the prompt, right? This first one, a girl told me we're made of prompts like the stairs over.
Six, six months ago. This Stuff was terrible.
Literally every aspect of the prompt, right? This first one, a girl told me we're made of prompts. Like, seriously, dude, you're saying the only thing standing between me and a billion dollars is some random text? Seriously, dude, you're saying the only thing standing between me and a billion dollars is some random text? Honestly, the biggest red flag is when the guy believes in the prompt theory. Like, really? Honestly, the biggest red flag is when the guy believes in the prompt theory. Like, really? We came from prompt. Please don't finish writing that prompt. I don't want to be in your AI Movie. Please leave me alone was the love of my life. That ad is for humor, obviously, but it is scary knowing weren't impressed by the dinosaur singing. How about this one? That type of, like, aesthetic. Wow, you're hot today.
Hey, then why do you treat me like dirt?
Kind of funny. All right, so guys, I, I, we're not going to spend all day doing this, but do it. Go figure out what's possible. That's really a huge amount of what this course is about, is understanding what's possible. Because when you know it's possible, you can prepare yourself for it, right? All right, let's see if this. Yeah, this one's terrible. They all duck and whatever. Okay, so it kind of got it right. This is a terrible video. Getting prompts right takes, takes effort, right? And you can clearly see the difference between Bayo 3 and you can see that in those video examples I gave you. Those were all created right here with just good prompts. You can create news cast. You can create all kinds of just incredible, incredible things that are going to cause problems in the fake news world. They're just gonna cause problems, right? You can make anybody say anything. You can do that. And, and obviously, you know, Google VO3 does have some, you know, limitations as to what it can do. Like, if you try to make Donald Trump say something, it'll probably say, sorry, I can't do that. That's a protected person, whatever. But, you know, in not very long and probably right now, you can take people that don't, you know, take that same LLM, that same training and put it in an unprotected, you know, environment where you can then do anything you want, make anyone say anything, okay? So just be aware of what's capable. Use this, obviously to your advantage, right? Make in not very long. And probably right now you can take people that don't, you know, take that same LLM, that same training and put it in an unprotected you know, environment where you can then do anything you want. Make anyone say anything. Okay. So just be aware of what's capable. Use this obviously to your advantage. Right? Make videos for your. For your whatever. Right. You can take a starting. A starting image. This was a pretty bad example. It's kind of. It was kind of a hard one and I actually took something that was. Yeah, honestly that should have been. That should have been pretty. That should have been pretty good. I'm. I'm pretty disappointed with Gen 4 doing that there. Maybe I should have done Gen 4, the most consistent model. I did Turbo. So it's not quite as good. But there's other things. I wonder if I could just pull up a couple. The car drifting scene. I don't even know if this is a good one here. So what I did with this one actually and this one, this wasn't a great output, but I took the. I took a couple videos for your. For your whatever. Right. You can take a starting. A starting image. This was a pretty bad example. It's kind of. It was kind of a hard one and I actually took something that was. Yeah, honestly, that should have been. That should have been pretty. That should have been pretty good. I'm. I'm pretty disappointed with Gen 4 doing that there. Maybe I should have done Gen 4, the most consistent model. I did Turbo. So it's not quite as good. A couple things. In fact. This is one of the things that I like to do in the course. I like to show this off. So. So let's. Let's just do it. So let's take. Picture of Bear Lake images and we're going to go. Save this image. Okay. And then picture of ski boat. But there's other things. I wonder if I could just pull up a couple.
Johnny, mind if I share something real quick?
Go ahead.
I made. I made this video.
The car drifting scene. I don't even know if this is a good one here for a client with VO3. Okay, go and click share again. You'll have to do that one more time. So what I did with this one actually and this one, this wasn't a great output, but I took the. I took a.
This is. The prompt is just make a video of a 30 year old male e commerce seller. He's so glad he went to this event. He's at an airport and he says if I wasn't AI, I would have gone to Camp Ecom. I wish I could watch the virtual replay to grow my Amazon business even faster. That's all I wrote.
We can't hear it. You might be on. Are you on headphones or maybe not. Oh, yeah, you get your headphones in.
Yeah, I'll mess with it later.
But anyway, a couple things, in fact. This is one of the things that I like to do in the course. I like to show this off. So let's. Let's just do it.
It sounds. It sounds perfect.
It sounds amazing and it looks amazing. It's. Yeah, let's take picture of bear like images and we're gonna go. It's. It's crazy what you're capable of doing there. No, I love it.
It's shocking. And as someone who's been in the. The video influencer podcast editing world for a long time, this is why I.
Was like, it's all. When.
When you share your screen, there's a little button on the far right that says share sound that you have to click.
Oh, all right, let me see. Share sound. Okay.
Yeah. All right, so here's what we're going to do. We're just going to drop this. Save this image, take the boat, okay. And then picture of ski boat. From this. From picture and put it in the 1. Put it in the water and the one that has. So you can take two totally separate pictures and you can combine them. And so I did that. While this thinks for a second. I did that with where's my Runway? Here it is with this one. Right? So I took just an empty parking lot. Take this was a car working with a group called Private Auto. And they wanted to be able to, you know, automate a way that they could show, you know, better images of cars. Right? And then it said, hey, why don't we take that and, you know, show the car drifting into the spot, whatever. And so we tried to work on that a little bit.
Johnny, mind if I share something real quick?
Go ahead.
I made. I made this video for a client with VO3.
Okay, go ahead and click share again. You'll do that one more time for just a few prompts. And. And anyway, we. There. There was one of them that's pretty decent. But. But you can just. You can combine so many things that used to take forever and used to require skills. Now it's just, hey, do this. Move this over here. And it's incredible. It's incredible the capabilities that it has. The. You know, I did an. I did another one where I said, hey, take like a picture of a picture of a woman holding a pie, right? And so you could take like this right here, and you could. First of all, you can actually ask AI to remove watermarks. Now that's.
This is the prompt is just make a video of a 30 year old.
Pretty cool. So you remove the watermarks. But let's say you take this one right here and then you could take a different cake.
E commerce seller. He's so glad he went to this event. He's at an airport and he says if I was an AI, I would.
Have got or something and put it. And then say hey, I want you to take this cake and put it in her hand. So she's showing it. Right. So I did that one time in a class where a lady was. She wanted to create an awesome.
On the camp E com. I wish I could watch the virtual replay to grow my Amazon business even faster. That's all I wrote.
Yeah. You know, baking website with AI and stuff like that. Anyway. And to create a bunch of images she just started taking stuff that she'd made but putting it into other pictures and doing some really, really cool stuff with that. So being able to combine pictures is a really neat capability of AI. Now let's see if this pops up something really cool. And then of course you take this, take it over into VEO3, take it over into cling or Runway or whatever and create whatever it is you're trying to do. You know, we can't hear it. You might be on. For those of you that are trying to create new content or it's really. I would say that headphones or maybe not. Oh yeah, you get your headphones in. A lot of it is really good for B roll type stuff. Right. You've got your real footage and then you can bring in some B roll stuff that can be created with AI. That's pretty neat. And some of it, you know, there's something.
Yeah, I'll mess with it later. But anyway, it sounds. It sounds perfect.
It sounds amazing and it looks amazing. It's. Yeah. That are pretty dang good. So look at how good that image is, guys. Right from one prompt we took this picture. Let's look at this whole picture, right? Whoops. What happened to it? And this picture right here of the boat that's in a totally different lake. And we drop it in here. Pretty dang cool. So you can see obviously for product. For product photography. It's huge, guys. One of the things that's really interesting here is, you know, it's crazy what you're capable of doing there. No, I love it.
It's shocking. And as someone who's been in the Video Influencer podcast editing World for a long time. This is why I was like, it's.
All when, when you share your screen, there's a little button on the far right that says share sound.
A lot of people thought that AI was going to replace, you know, very. In fact, if you go back 20 years, a lot of people thought that the first jobs that were going to be replaced by AI were going to be things that were like construction, warehouses and you know, so there's definitely robotics and stuff, warehouses been done. But, but nobody predicted, nobody predicted that creatives were going to be replaced first. That was a big surprise to even the people that were developing AI. Right? Songwriters, book writers, novelists, you know, music producers, audience that have to click.
Oh, all right, let me see. Share sound.
Okay. Obviously images and marketers and agency, you know, agencies now just have to completely change their, you know, what, what they're doing and. All right, so here's what we're going to do. We're just going to drop this again. It's not that they have to go out of business and say, well, we're done, but. Take the boat. If you don't know how to do this and your competitors do, you are done. That's really what it comes down to. Right? You have to be able to adapt there. So. All right, very cool, guys. All right, let's dive into some sales and marketing discussion here. I don't talk about sales. Just for a minute. I've been in sales my entire life. It's actually my core skill. I've sold things since I was a kid. Selling miss from this, from picture door to door, five bucks pop around Christmas time, as you know, an eight year old. I would, you know, when I was in high school, I would go around and I saw a pianist and I, I, you know, I, I composed a new album and, and, or a couple albums, I guess. And then, you know, sent them into CD baby, and got them all, you know, burned up. Put it in the one, put it in the water and the one that has. So you can take two totally separate pictures and you can combine them. And so I did that while this thinks for a second. I did that with under discs and all these beautiful things. And then I literally just went door to door and sold them. Right. Hey, I've got, you know, music, I write music. You want to buy it? 20 bucks? Sure, why not? Right? So I would sell that. I'd go to door and I'd sell, I'd make flyers, whatever. I'd go sell video editing services. Back when it used to be really hard to edit videos back in the early 2000s, you know, before it was super easy to do on your phone and before Premiere existed, right. I was using like Pinnacle Studio, if anybody remembers that. But really fun, really fun things. And so I'd go and I'd sell that for a thousand bucks, five hundred bucks. Where's my Runway? Here it is with this one, right? So I took just an empty parking lot. I think this was 2000 bucks to businesses or, you know, other people. And I was just, I just have always been selling stuff. I've always been entrepreneurial. And anyway, then you know, post, you know, before a car, working with a group called Private Auto and they wanted to be able to, you know, automate a way that they could show, you know, better images of cars, right? And then I said, hey, why don't we take that and, you know, show the car drifting into the spot, whatever. And so we tried to work on that a little bit. Went on a mission. I selling to small businesses, credit card processing systems, things like that. And then came. And coming back, I, I did door to door for years and I was really good at that. Ended up being a manager, that regional manager and all that kind of stuff. And then dove into SaaS sales and then, you know, ended up starting my own company. But I've always known how to get deals done at Seek. My company that I started, you know, we had, we had, you know, over $10 million in revenue over, over the years we did that and I sold about 80% of it. Even though I hired VPs of sales and other people, I just, I've always been able to do it. Now obviously as a founder, you have a little bit different capability of selling things, but I've sold to Google for just a few prompts and, and anyway, we, there, there was one of them that's pretty decent. But, but you can, and to Meta and to Walmart and to, you know, huge university. Just, you can combine so many things that used to take forever and used to require skills. Now it's just, hey, do this, move this over here. And it's incredible, it's incredible the capabilities that it has the, you know, I did, I did another one where I said Hades and all kinds of stuff. Throughout my career I've done a lot, so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to sales. I've also, I've also sold, you know, hundreds of employees to come work for me. Right, that's, that's a sales skill, right? To convince somebody to come work for you I've sold over 70 investors to, you know, hey, give me some money, right? This I've got a project so I'm going to do. And so I've done it all through that. And, and when you bring it, I, I just want to talk about one principle, right? That, that everything in sales comes down to. And this applies to your landing page, to your call outs, to everything you're doing, right? It all comes down the way that you can be, take a, like a picture of a picture of a woman holding a pie, right? And so you could take like this right here and you could. First of all, you can actually ask AI to remove watermarks. Now that's pretty good at sales. Anyone can do it is to just sit on their side of the table. That's it. That's all it takes. Sit on the custard. Cool. So you can remove the watermarks. But let's say you take this one right here and then you could take a different cake from your side of the table and act like them. You're on their side. You don't care if you get the sale at all, right? You sit on their side of the table and say I want to understand what your problem is right now. Hey, I feel like I understand what your problem is. I've had this problem or other customers that we've had, have had this problem and I think I understand it, right? And what we've done is we've figured out how to, how to overcome this so that you don't have to worry about that at all anymore, right? It's not about your product, it's about them. It's about their, their problem or something and put it, and then say, hey, I want you to take this cake and put it in her hand. So she's showing it, right? So I did that one time in a class where a lady was, she, she wanted to create an awesome, right, you want some decorations for Christmas and so I'm going to give you missing so right. You know, baking website with AI and stuff like that anyway. And, and to create my house feels better than this and I know yours will too. So it's, it's not that complicated, but it's very, very powerful. A bunch of images. She just started taking stuff that she'd made but putting it into other pictures and, and doing, right. So if I was selling, if I had a, Let's see here. I'm just trying to think of a good example here. If I had a business I was starting where I wanted people to, I wanted to Use my, I wanted to use my AI therapy program. Right. I just made a new JGPT whatever which we're going to do here in a minute. Right. I would be, It's a really, really cool stuff with that. So being able to combine pictures is a really neat capability of, of AI. Now let's see if this, one of the things I might do is on my landing page I would have a video. I actually a lot of companies, a lot of tech companies, a lot of people are doing this these days, putting pops up something really cool. And then of course, you know, you take this, take it over into VEO3, take it over into putting a face to camera video right on the landing page. And I'd say, I'd say, hey, you know what I used to circling or Runway or whatever and you know, create whatever it is you're trying to do. So you know, with this, this and this and you know, always looking for the solution. You know, I've had, I've had a therapist before and, and, and I love when I can sit down and talk to him, but he's just not always available and sometimes I just need to talk to somebody for a second. And so I created this tool that you know, that understands everything that my therapist did and these therapists, this therapist, this therapist and all the best therapists in the world. And it's been trained on all of its data. And so now I can, you know, whenever I have a problem, I can just talk to it. For those of you that are trying to create new content or it's really, I would say that I just love it. It's really helped me. Right, and so that's your sales pitch for your AI therapist, right? It's right. A lot of it is really good for B roll type stuff, right. You've got your real footage and then you can bring in some B roll stuff that could be created with AI. That's pretty neat. And some of it, you know, there's something there on the video. You're, you're sitting, hey, this guy understands me. This guy gets me. He understands what I feel because he felt it too. Right? That type of an approach is insane. That are pretty dang good. So look at how good that image is, guys. Right? From one prompt. Productive, guys. Okay, so that's all I want to say on the sales front in terms of just concepts and then you know, we can dive into some AI stuff here and how we could use it. So one of the things, guys, that is really, really fun to do with AI and We did this at the beginning of the course. Course is to strategize, right? We did the interview system and we built a business plan. So what if we went back into Chat GPT? And I want you all to do this right now. We all take five minutes right now, okay? And we're going to build a sales and marketing plan. We took this picture, let's look at this whole picture. But I want you to do it a little bit different way. I want you to say, interview me one question at a time. And I want you to help me, you know, to help me build a. Right. Whoops. What happened to it? In this picture right here, the boat that's in a totally different lake. And we drop it in here. Pretty dang cool. So you can see, obviously, for product photo sales, plan to get my first customer in the next 24 hours, right? What are the things that I can do, right? And interview me. Ask me everything you know, and then let's help me make. Help me make a plan, okay? So for your business or whatever it is you're doing so I can get my first customer in the next 24 hours. If you're working on an internal tool or something like that, then, you know, do your best to figure it out. Figure out a way to make money in the next five minutes with Chat GPT. So go ahead. It's 10:48 right now, 10:53. This is a hard, hard stop at five minutes. But I want you to just do this for product photography. It's huge. Guys. One of the things that's really interesting here is, you know, I think it's very, very valuable. And, you know, you're asking it something that sounds really, really tough, right? And then we'll see what, see what people say. I'm going to do the same thing with my RV renting site. A lot of people thought that AI was going to replace, you know, Very. In fact, if you go back 20 years, a lot of people thought that the first jobs that were going to be replaced by AI were going to be things. I will drop my prompt here. There you go. Why don't you interview me one question at a time about how we can make a plan to get our first customer within the next 24 hours. So you should be able to just ask that in the project, okay, Like construction, warehouses and, you know, so there's definitely robotics. Somewhere else has been done. But. But nobody predicted. Nobody predict. It, Guys. I would take maybe three minutes having IT ask you a few questions and say, great, give me a plan. Let's do this. You don't have to do 10 or 15 questions on this one. Do three or four just so it understands the context. And then, boom, let's go. All right, take another, take another second here, guys. And you should be reading through your, your, your little plans here. So I have a plan. I'm just gonna. You guys keep reading on yours, but I'll start talking through mine just a little bit here. But, you know, mine is again, related to RV Match. Now, again, I'm not building this actual business, but if I was, this is what I would be doing. Exactly. Okay, I'll share my screen so you can just kind of see what I ended up with. But basically, you know, here's the offer creation, right? Hey, become a founding host on. I decided, hey, the first thing I need to do is I need to get, I need to get RVs. Nobody can rent if there's no RVs. So I need to get my first RVs on there, right? No platform fees, premium placement, early adopter perks, right? This is what we're doing. Okay, so why this works? It's great. So we've got a hook. So how are we going to do this? First, post on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Personal tone, include an image of a beautiful RV. Use urgency. We're only onboarding 10 founding hosts in Utah, right? Then we're going to go to Facebook groups. Posts like Utah RV owners, Utah RV buy and sell. It also said it's so cool because it knew it was in Utah and it came up with KSL classifieds by itself. So it did the research for me, found out that KSL was even a thing, right? Message these owners directly. Hey, I'm launching a platform fee. Amazing. This would work for sure, right? And then in person or personal network, call or text, three to five people, you know, with RVs, I do know a few people, so I could certainly do that, right? So that's, that's the first thing, right? And I guarantee you guys, by the end of today or by the end of three hours from now, if I did this and I posted on social media, on Facebook, on Instagram, on LinkedIn and did these things, went into a few Facebook groups, went into KSL classifieds and messaged, you know, 10 or 20 people, I would have people listing their first things and then, hey, give me some photos, manually add, listing, whatever, and you just do it all for them. And then, boom, right now. Now, phase four. Hey, now we've got to get some. Now we've got to get some base we got to offer discounts and you probably have a different plan to do that. So again, I have a two sided marketplace. It's harder. I have to market to the RV owners and the RV renters, but, But I believe 100% that I could have my first RVs on the site within three hours. Absolutely. With that plan right there. And so, you know, Chat CBT allows you to quickly organize thoughts, it does research for you, it pulls that together. You can do this with any tool. But ChatGPT does a good job here and I like it. I want to show and guys, you've done your own plans. I want you to actually, for those of you that can or you're brave enough, I want you to actually do it. Or maybe your product's not ready. Maybe it is, I don't know. But giving yourself really crazy goals I have found is really awesome. Right. Like I'm going to get, I'm going to get a $10,000 client today. That's the only thing I'm going to do today. And I'm going to do. Nothing is going to get in my way of stopping that. Right. So go give yourself challenges like this. It's really, really fun. So I want to show you a few things that I've done in marketing here with, with ChatGPT that have worked really, really well and how I actually went to build my first campaigns with, with Meta and, and go towards that first, you know, that first sale with gen IPI. So I said hey, just make some 10, 10 posts with you know, images of social media that can talk about power, which is doing this is many conversations in. And so it already knew everything that's going on. And so hey, creates, creates a bunch of different posts. Global AI standard for AI proficiency. What if AI proficiency was measured like iq AI skills. AI is the most powerful tool you manage. So lots of cool content, right? And then it says, hey, you want to generate the images? Yes, please do that. Okay. I hated all these images, all of these images. And so I didn't use them. I said hey, you know, let's add more females. Because there were no, this is all dudes up here and like computers and anyway, so okay, now we got females in here. Still hate, hated all these. They're, they're too out there. They're not relatable. They're just, they make you feel weird. Right? So I went over to Mid Journey and created some images over there. And I also use Canva. Canva has a lot of good stock imagery that you can use. And then you can just use the text content, right? So then I also said, hey, I want to create a slide to carousel, right? That I could use on Instagram and LinkedIn. So when I was building, when I'm building the business, guys, I want to back up for one second here. When I'm personally evaluating a business, there are a lot of things that I look for, okay? One, does the website load, right? Is there any misspelling? Is anything weird? Does anything, you know, is anything, you know, do the links work? Right? What I'm looking for is paper cuts, right? If I click on something, I'm like, oh, yeah, I want to click on enterprise solutions and that doesn't work. Or I could learn more and that doesn't work or whatever, then I'll be like, oh, was kind of weird. And if I get enough paper cuts, right? Death by a thousand paper cuts, right? Or maybe even by just six or seven paper cuts. If I click on a few things, I might be like, you know what? I don't know if I trust putting my credit card into here, right? But if I can click on about and I can click on X and it shows up and there's posts, I don't care if they don't have a lot of followers. But, you know, are there some posts? Oh, you know, I actually haven't put any posts on social or on. On X yet. So that's. There's a paper cut for me, right? But there are on Instagram, there are on Facebook, right?
So this.
Hey. Oh, hey. This is a real page. There's actually real people here. There's people following it. I click on Facebook page as well. It's there, you know. And so part of what I had to do in creating a business in three days, in a weekend or whatever was to go through and create a bunch of content, right? And so I used, of course, to do that. And so one of the things I wanted to do is create this carousel post. Slide one, it's going to do this. Slide two, is this all the way through? And then I went to Canva to put it all together. I can even pull that up. Let's just pull this and go to. Here it is. Yep, there's the carousel. And so I just literally copied the content that that it gave me, right? Here's this. And I just format it. Took me a minute. But this is like in between working on replit prompts, right? Hey, replit, do this. Okay. Hey, now I'm gonna get back to working on some of this stuff. And I'd Create it and then I bounce back over and be ready to post it. Right? So here's why we did all this then. I wanted to create some ads with this, right? So I said, hey, five powerful clickbaity, but still professional, right? I wanted it to be like, what? Click on this thing so you can check your iq, Right? Because that was my idea in the beginning, right? What's your AIQ? 92% of businesses are invested in AI. Take the AIQ test today, whatever. So I had all that content made. I asked it to make a few adjustments so that it just worked a little bit better. I had it made even more adjustments. Hey, it needs to be more inspirational, right? I really want to be compelled to click on this, et cetera, et cetera. Right? So, so these are all, this is all the ad content I created. Then I went into. I'm sorry, I've got a billion things open. Let's go to your. And let's go to this one. Yeah. So here's a bunch of that content that I created. So, so I again, I came into CANVA to do a lot of this stuff and you can see, you know, a few of the things that I created here, right? This is just like, hey, AI is taking over critical business processes on a nice kind of, you know, nature type background here. I, I did a video here. Canva can do, canva can do a lot of AI stuff. How do I play this? Why can I not see the play button? This is a video. Zy play. Oh, here we go. I don't know why it's not playing. Where's a, where's a play button? There's the normal way to play button here. Anyway, that's a video and it's just like, hey, you know, distant future. Just. I know, I just kind of, I kind of just went with some of the things that gave me and then I just took different things that, you know, that I wanted and so I just built all this content and uploaded it into. So one of the cool things about Meta now is it's using AI for a lot of things. So it will do. It uses something called Advantage and it's. And it's really, I would say a low level AI. It's meta's actually moving to way, way more AI. But they use something called Advantage plus Audience. Now you literally don't even have to set your audience at this point. You just say just use Advantage plus Audience. And then what Meta will do is it will just push things out and have it just start crawling and figure out what actually is going to work. Okay, and then I upload all of that content, right? All the images and text created by AI and by canva, right? Some of them with no tech, some of them. Them with text. Then I took all of the different ads here, right? So you've got like, you know, AI is changing everything. Will you lead a. Is reshaping industries or whatever. Your future with AI is limitless. I took all of those headlines and dropped them into primary text, right, right here. Five different variations here, then the headlines, right? Your job, your career, your future depend on AI. Your AIQ isn't just a test reality check. Your skills don't evolve, neither will your whatever, whatever. That's supposed to be your career. Okay, then a description, right? All of these different things came from, from here and I just, I just kind of broke them up into, into little different pieces so that I could then do this. And then what, what this, what, what Meta will do when you upload a bunch of different variations, right, You've got, you've got six different. That creatives were going to be replaced first. That was a big surprise to even the people that were developing AI, right? Songwriters, book writers, novelists, music producers, obviously images and marketers and agencies. Agencies now just have to completely change what they're doing. And again, it's not that they have to go out of business and say, well, we're done. But different images. You've got five times. Five times five, right? So five is 125 times six is what, 750. So 750 different variations of ads can now be tested here. Now that's a lot, that's a lot of different variations. But what Meta will do is it will then find the audience and the variations and it will just dig deeper. Now you have to give Meta time to do this, right? If you're only spending $5 a day, which is, by the way, your limit if you go $5 a day for seven days, right? So 35 bucks, that's the, that's kind of the minimum amount of money you need to spend to figure out if an ad works, right. With basically one variation, one whatever, right? So if you really want to see if a lot of these work, I don't know, I'd be putting more like maybe 20 bucks a day and I'd run it for two weeks, right? So you got to just commit to him and spend a little bit of money to run this test and see if this works. And you know, depending on your. If you don't know how to do this and your competitors do. You are done. That's really what it comes down to, right? You have to be able to adapt there. So. All right, very cool guys. All right, let's dive into some sales and marketing discussion here. I don't talk about sales just for a minute. I've been in sales my entire life. It's actually my core skill. I've sold things since I was a kid. Selling mistletoe door to door, five bucks pop around Christmas time as, you know, an eight year old, I would, you know, when I was in high school, I would go around and I saw the pianist and I, I, you know, I, I composed a new album and, and, or a couple albums, I guess. And then, you know, sent them into CD baby, and got them all, you know, burned onto discs and all these beautiful things. And then I literally just went door to door and sold them. Right? Hey, I've got, you know, music, I write music. You want to buy it? 20 bucks? Sure, why not? Right? So I would sell that. I'd go to door and I'd sell, I'd make flyers, whatever. I'd go sell video editing services. Back when it used to be really hard to edit videos back in the early 2000s, you know, before it was super easy to do on your phone and before Premiere existed, right, I was using like Pinnacle Studio, if anybody remembers that. But really fun, really fun things. And so I go and I'd sell that for a thousand bucks or five hundred bucks or two thousand bucks to businesses or, you know, other people. And I was just, I just, I've always been selling stuff, I've always been entrepreneurial and anyway, then you know, post, you know, before I went on a mission, I, I was selling to small businesses, credit card processing systems, things like that. And then came, and coming back, I, I did door to door for years and I was really good at that. Also ended up being a manager, then regional manager and all that kind of stuff and then dove into SaaS sales and then, you know, ended up starting my own company. But I've always known how to get deals done at Seek. My company I started, you know, we had, we had, you know, over $10 million in revenue over, over the years we did that and I sold about 80% of it. Even though I hired VPs of sales and other people, I just, I've always been able to do it. Now obviously as a founder you have a little bit different capability of selling things, but I've sold to Google and to Meta and to Walmart and to you know, huge universities and all kinds of stuff. Throughout my career, I've done a lot. So I know what I'm talking about when it comes to sales. I've also, I've also sold, you know, hundreds of employees to come work for me, right? That's, that's a sales skill, right? To convince somebody to come work for you. I've sold over 70 investors to, you know, hey, give me some money, right? This, I've got a project, so I do. And so I've done it all through that. And when you bring it, I just want to talk about one principle, right, that everything in sales comes down to. And this applies to your landing page, to your call outs, to everything you're doing, right? It all comes. Now, the way that you can be good at sales, anyone can do it, is to just sit on their side of the table. That's it. That's all it takes. Sit on the customer's side of the table and act like them. Act like you're on there. Some risk tolerance and your budget. And you might have to adjust that in different ways, but I often will. Instead of doing this many variations, I often will just do like maybe two variations on a couple of things. And so you don't care if you get the sale at all. You don't have to run it for as long. In seven days with $5 a day, it should be able to figure it out and then you could see if it starts converting, right. And you, and if you're smart, you'll add some good analytics to your website so you know how many people are landing on your page and things like that. And you can also add a Facebook pixel, right? Or the meta pixel, I guess is what it's called. Now the meta pixel allows you to do tracking, right? You sit on their side of the table and say, I want to understand what your problem is right now. Hey, I feel like I understand for different events that happen, right? So I have metapixel installed on here. Your problem is I've had this problem or other customers that we've had, I've had this problem and I think, tell me about. Actually, you know what, let me see if I can do this. Let's go here, let's go to genaipi.org I should be able to look at metapixel helper right here. So it looks like there's a problem with the page view, right? I understand it. Right. And what we've done is we've figured out how to, how to overcome this. So you don't have to worry about that anymore. Right. It's not about your product, it's about them. It's about their. Their problem. Found your pixel, but it's not been activated for this event. So no information been sent to Meta. Okay, yeah, so this is that. So nothing happened that really matters yet. But you could, you could add. Maybe I maybe should add a page view for the home page because I think that's kind of interesting. But if I click on this, I should see something. Start the test. I should see a pixel here for this one. Maybe it's not on there. Right? You want some decorations for Christmas and so I'm going to give you missing. So. Right. My house feels better than this and so. And I know yours will too. So it's. It's not that complicated, but it's very, very powerful. But you can install something, guys, called metapixel Helper that will let you track to see whether or not it's set up correctly. I might actually need to debug it. I know, I know, I know that when someone signs up or signs in, I'm getting some sort of something, but it's not reading it right now. I don't know why. Maybe I, maybe I changed something. This is why you keep checking it, guys. But if you set up meta. So if I was selling, if I had a pixels. Sorry, let me go back to here. Then you can have your metapixel's not active. What's going on here? I need to figure that out. So I'll click on that. I'll do that later. But if you set up pixels, you can actually have it track specific outcomes, right? So an outcome might be they register or they purchase something, or they add something to the cart or whatever it is. And then. Let's see here. I'm just trying to think of a good example here. If I had a business I was starting where I wanted people to. I wanted to use my. I wanted to use my AI therapy program. And you can have, you could have Meta then say okay, or you can then tell Meta, hey, I want you to keep working towards this goal, right? I want purchases. Purchases. That's the goal, right? If you're not getting that goal, you're not doing your job. And so it will keep adjusting the targeting, adjusting the messaging, until it can get the highest conversion rate for that thing for you. And it will just automatically do it now. Right. I just made a new ChatGPT whatever, which we're gonna do here in a minute. Right. I would be what Mark Zuckerberg has said, you know, meta AI ads, they.
Are.
Ads will soon be handled entirely by AI. He just said this. But basically what he wants to do, he wants, he wants. Where's his cool quote? There's a quote in here, basically where he says, we just want people. One of the things I might do is on my landing page I would have a video. I actually, a lot of companies, a lot of tech companies, a lot of people are doing this these days, putting bolt to give us their, give us their goal, give us their assets, connect their bank account, and then we'll just do it, we'll just go from there, right? And then we'll create infinite creative, right? So AI powered advertising, it will basically do all of the combinations that ChatGPT was doing that we're doing manually right now, using all these systems, putting a face to camera video right on the landing page. And I'd say, I'd say, hey, you know what? I used to. It will just start creating its own versions of AI. So for example, if you're a car dealer and you're selling a new suv, okay, and I'm then a user and I live in Aspen, Colorado during the winter, it will struggle with this, this and this. And you know, always looking for the solution. You know, I've had a therapist before and, and I love when I can sit down and talk to him, but he's just not always available. Give me an ad for that new Jeep or whatever it is, showing the Jeep driving on a snowy road through the mountains. Whereas if it knows that I live in New York City, then it will show a city view of that Jeep. It will take the same car, it will create it with AI and it will generate different ads for different types of people automatically without you having to do anything that well. And sometimes I just need to talk to somebody for a second. And so I created this tool that, you know, that understands everything that my therapist did and these therapist therapists, this therapist and all the best that is happening right now. They said they want it live, like fully working by 2027, which is 18 months from now, year and a half from now, you'll be able to do that. I'm sure we'll see little iterations along the way. So right now, yes, it's awesome. The advantage plus and all these targeting, all these creative and dynamic creative things. And I'm not going to take time to figure out or to show you guys in the world. And it's been trained on all of its data. And so now I can, whenever I have a problem. I can just talk to it. I just love it. It's really helped me. Right, and so that's your sales pitch for your AI therapist, right? It's right to do this. I'm sure many of you have done some of it. If you haven't, it's very self explanatory at this point. You don't have to hire agencies to run ads anymore. You just kind of start a campaign, you say, hey, what's the campaign name? You know, whatever the heck you want. You go through, what do you want? You know, awareness, buying, type auction. You don't even have to do this. You just kind of leave it as default. Then you'll go through and you'll say, hey, this is what I want to do. Dynamic on the video, you're, you're sitting, hey, this guy understands me. This guy gets me. He understands what I feel because he felt it too, right? That type of an approach is insane. Creative is on, right? Here's my daily budget of $30, whatever it is, I want an advantage plus audience. Here's my ad, Creative Publish, right? It's super, super easy. Now you do need a page, you do need a Facebook page to do this. And that's part of why I have to set up a page, right? And so not only does it help with, you know, being a good, a good thing to have, you know, productive guys. Okay? So that's all I want to say on the sales front in terms of just concepts and then, you know, where is it in the about section. I don't even see the about section out. I'm logged in. I should probably put some social, some social things down in here as well. But, but being able to click on that and say, okay, yeah, this is a real business. It has a Facebook page, it has an Instagram page. They're posting, they're commenting, right? These are real people. Their page works. It seems to do what it's doing. You also have to have those things to run ads, right? We can dive into some AI stuff here and how we could use it. So one of the things, guys, that is really, really fun to do with AI and we did this at the beginning of the course is to strategize, right? We did the interviews. And so you can, based on your audience, run them on TikTok, run them on Snapchat, run them on, on whatever the heck you want. Meta, in my opinion, is the best one for a beginner, right? There's also a lot of other cool things you can do right now. Like if you go to like Paramount Ads system, we built a business plan. So what if we went back into ChatGPT and I want you all to do this right now. It'll take five minutes right now. Okay? And we're going to build a sales and marketing plan. I spelled that wrong. Okay, so here you can for $50 a day and you have to commit to a month, so your minimum spend on this is fifteen hundred dollars. But you can do amazing targeting and you could be sitting there. I want you to do it a little bit different way. I want you to say, interview me one question at a time. And I want you to help me, you know, to help me build a right on top of some, you know, amazing, you know, amazing things that are happening. Right. March Madness or whatever it is, right. You can be right in there with other big commercials and stuff like that for 1500 bucks a day. And it can't be skipped. It's seen all the way. Obviously, creating the content is a little bit tough, but you can actually use AI to create the content inside of Paramount Ads Manager. We sales plan to get my first customer in the next 24 hours. You go when you dive in here. And I actually haven't done it yet. I've. I've, I've played with it and I've done a little bit of stuff. Right. What are the things that I can do right. And interview. But I haven't actually launched an ad is what I mean. I meant to do it about a month ago and then summer vacation hit and all these things and I've been traveling and doing different things, but. And just kind of trying to stay on top of like 10 things. There's my. Yeah. April 17th. So two months. Yeah, two months. But anyway, you mean, ask me everything you know, and then let's help me make. Help me make a plan. Okay. So for your business, whatever it is you're doing, so I get my first customer in the next 24 hours. If you're working on an internal tour or something like that, then, you know, do your best. You can actually come in here and when you create a campaign, you can go into the creative and have I actually do it for you. Wonder if I can jump to creative or. It's going to make me do that. Yeah, I wanted to try to click on that. Let's just go next. Next. Come on. Give me to the creative here and you can choose your. Figure it out. Figure out a way to make money in the next five minutes with Chat GPT. So go ahead. It's 10:48 right now, 10:53. This is a hard, hard stop at five minutes. But I want you to just do this. Wastements, all this type of stuff here, but AI video, right? So basically what the AI video here in Paramount's AZ Manager will do is, hey, I want to, you know, import. I actually haven't tried doing this yet. I think it's very, very valuable. And you know, you're asking it something that sounds really, really tough, right? And then we'll see what, see what people say. I'm gonna do the same thing with my RV rent, see what happens here. Okay? But using AI to be able to launch these things is cool. Logo, colors, assets, about industry. Right? So I'll pull that stuff and then it will actually create a video for you and can do the voiceover, right? Could do a lot of really, really cool stuff. So, guys, the world is becoming more and more automated. It really is only going to come down to what insight. Can you imagine? What can you do? Right, Assets, One. Item requires your attention. What is that? Consider filling out the missing information. What's the missing information? Oh, 10 images. It wants some images. Okay, so yeah, I could upload, I could use. I could up. So I got the business name, here's the about. Got all this stuff here. Industry. Whoops. AI proficiency assessment certification. See, I don't like that. I want it to be training. I need, I need to, I need to do that better phone number, address. I could fill out a couple other things, whatever, and, and then add a few images, footage if I had it, fonts, if I really wanted to be, you know, really, really specific. And then it. I will drop my prompt. There you go. Why you interview me one question at a time about how we can make a plan to get our first customer in the next 24 hours. So you should be able to ask that in the project. Okay. We create a video for you, right, that could run with professional. And it would be, you know, be just kind of videos or images and things like that. You'd have maybe someone talking over it or whatever. But that's amazing, guys. Right? Go ahead, Mark.
So you're. So you're not setting up like any sort of complicated. Funnel, email, nurturing system or we. Are we gonna. Are you gonna.
I am doing that. I am doing that. And, and I. Yeah, we're gonna do that next year. We're gonna talk about social automation, right? How to build an entire system that generates AI content or generates social posts for you and post them for you. Right? All with AI. So Yes, I do that as well, and I have. Great workflows to do that. But, but really, guys, what it comes down to is just getting out there, right? Get your ad out there, do it on tv, do it on social, do it on whatever, and use AI to speed up the process by, I don't know, 500% or so, maybe even more than that. And all of these things. One of the things that is trending, That all technology has been trending this way for a long time, right, Is things that used to be only accessible to professionals that had all the tools and all of the connections and all these things. People are just making everything more available, everything. Anybody now can run an ad right alongside March Madness. That used to be a really expensive thing that. Only, you know, millionaire, you know, businesses that could, could spend a million dollars on could do, right? Or $500,000. Now you can do it for 50 bucks a day. It's crazy. That's crazy. Okay, so now there's obviously certain types of ads. You know, you're not going to have a pixel, you're not going to have as good a tracking with this, right? But if you can put together a really good ad, do it, man. You could do a, a face to, you know, a face to video ad like this, where you're just talking directly at the camera like, hey, is your, you know, is your business keeping up with AI? You know, this is what's happening. I want to help you do this. You know, you can obviously, better than what I just said there, use AI to write a script, figure it out, record the video. You know, just make sure it's a good background or whatever. Don't be sitting in an RV like I am right now. And. I guess I would take maybe three minutes having it ask you a few questions and say, great, give me a plan, let's do this. And then, you know, put that around some of these other things and give it a, you know, give it some of the footage that you want, right? Give it, you know, some of the images and let it go nuts. Okay? So really cool, really cool stuff here, guys. All right, so let's talk about social, right? Social and automated. Okay? So you don't have to 10 or 15 questions on this one. Do three or four, just so it understands the context and stuff and, and how to use AI to really speed things up. And boom, let's go. So personally, I don't like using AI for my, for my personal social, right? Like, I want, I want to talk to people about the things that I want to talk about. I want social to actually be real. When I'm scrolling down, Down when I'm commenting, whatever it is I want, I want it to be me. I don't even use AI to write my posts, right? Occasionally I'll try a little thing, but it's still, I'm really pulling it from here. And in fact, I'm going to show one thing. So I wanted to sell a bunch, Two courses on this and I said, hey, let me make a viral LinkedIn post. And you know, Anyway, here's a viral LinkedIn post, Paris with your PDF, whatever. So I wanted people to, I wanted, I wanted to do a, a viral LinkedIn post that talked about this AI business course or whatever. And so I went through, I said, hey, make it more powerful. Do this. Hey, this is, this is not right. I want to adjust it. I just kind of went through and, and then we created it and then it. Said, hey, you know, here's, here's what we do. And then I changed it to this, this is going to be my final version, Okay? And, and then it, I asked it to. Let's see here. Maybe I didn't do it with this one. Maybe I didn't do it this one. That's okay. But there was one, there was one of these where I did one time. And I could find it somewhere in here where it said, hey, do you want to, do you want me, do you want, do you want me to create a plan for you and show you how you can make this go viral or give yourself a really high chance of going viral with all of your follow activity, follow up activities, right? So, you know, get other people to comment on it for you at what time you should comment, you should ask some questions every few. Minutes for the first 15 minutes, right? Just do your own comments on your own things, right? When you see people comment, Comment or like their own post, it's actually because the platform likes it and does it. I will like all of my LinkedIn posts and I know it feels weird, but I do it because it promotes it, right? It just pushes it a little bit further because it sees fast engagement and for whatever reason doesn't care that you're. The one engaging on it. And so talking to it and building this, this post that I did here got something like 25, 000 views, right? And ended up in like seven or eight signups for a thousand dollar course or 1250 course, right? So one discussion with, with this, with a good product turned into $10,000, right? That's, that's how you use AI to make money today. Right, Quickly. Okay, all right, back to social here. Where was I? So the, you know, automation guys, I don't like using automation for my personal stuff. I do love it though for business stuff, business related things, right, Because I just, I don't care quite as much. But you can set a brand, voice, you can get your, your GPT and everything to do things just right when you're creating a, a GPT. So there's a few things you can do. We're going to take a tiny detour because this is kind of part of it. But you can inside of chat GPT, you can create your own custom GPT. All right, the way that you do that, here. I am just on the main GPT page. I've got my little sidebar here. You've got GPTs, right? These are, these are a bunch of custom ones I've made. You can just click on GPT and then up here in the top right, you can click on, you know, my GPT. Obviously just click create. Right. And the part of the reason I want to show you this because this is going to help us create a tool that will allow us to automate social for us because we're going to make our own GPT and then we're going to learn how to do this. Outside of chat GPT. So here we call this, you know, social media, social media, you know, toolbox. I don't know, whatever description helps me make or helps helps you make social posts, right? Instructions. This is the prompt. Now this prompt, got. Eyes can be one sentence or it could be 15 pages. I personally like the 15 pages option. Okay. You can also upload instead of putting all of your content in here, but tell it everything about your business, what it should be doing, how should it behave, what's, what's happening here? You can also just upload a bunch of knowledge, right? Upload files, right? When you upload files. Here, you're just giving it a ton of context, a bunch of information so it can review that every single time it does stuff. And then you can create some conversation starters, right? Like help me create a LinkedIn post, help me go viral, whatever, right? And so I can give it, you know, helps the user, Right? Awesome social media posts. Anyway, whatever. So you could do that. You give some capabilities, web search Canvas, Canvas is obviously that document creator that used. You can have it do image generation, et cetera, et cetera. You can even create other actions that some time into APIs and things like that if you want. But it. All right. It's really APIs pulling in, not going out. And so I'm going to talk about what that means here. So once you're done, you just, you can, you know, you can have it create an image for this thing. You can have Dolly create an image for it really quick. And it, you know, it's the social media toolbot. You could do this for your own business, by the way, guys, if you have a business and you want there to be a tool for your business. Take another, take another second here, guys. And you should be reading through your, your, your little plans here. So I have a plan. I'm just going to. You guys keep reading on yours, but I'll start talking through this on chat GPT. Right? Creates a cool image. Awesome. Then I can come in here, I just click create and I can publish it either for only me, anyone with the links. I could share it maybe with my team, or I can even publish it to the GPT Store. Right. By John Chaney. Category, writing category, whatever, whatever it is. Right. Mine just a little bit here, but you know, mine is again related to RV Match. Now. Again, I'm not building this actual business, but if I was, this is what I would be doing. Exactly. Okay, I'll share my screen. And so you can then do this. And it's free, right? If you, you know, anybody can use this, it's unlimited usage, right? You just push it at the store. All you've done is make a custom prompt. Brian, go ahead.
So as you were creating that, I created one. It's called Mortgage Assistant. I'm going to upload the FHA guidelines, everything that my loan officers need to ask questions.
So you can just kind of see what I ended up with. But basically, you know, here's the offer creation, right? Hey, become a founding host on. I decided, hey, the first thing I need to.
So in theory, I could just share this with all of them and they could have unlimited access to ask it questions about how to structure a loan or what the guidelines are for the.
Yes, as long as they have access to chat GPT. So they're going to have to pay their 20 bucks a month to have access to GPTs. Okay. And it's their own personal thing. But I need to get, I need to get RVs. Nobody can rent if there's no RV. So I need to get my first RVs on there. Right. No platform fees, premium placement, early adopter perks. Right. This is what we're doing. Okay, so why this works? It's great. So I'M going to show you guys this is what's really critical. Right. So I'm going to do only me and I could save this. This isn't a great one. So I'm. Yeah, I mean it's whatever. I can delete it later. But this allows me to create a quick, a quick tool now that's going to act. It's going to understand all of my knowledge. Obviously, if I had uploaded everything so I can view that GPT and I can got a hook. So how are we going to do this? First post on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Personal tone. Include an image of a beautiful RV. Use urgency. We're only onboarding 10 founding hosts in Utah and I can then play with it. Right. So then I hey, help me create a LinkedIn post. Okay. All right, great. Hey, let's do this. All right. What's the main message? And then it's gonna start. So it just kind of gets you into somebody, you know, somebody there. Now here's a really cool thing. Pocket Travis. This is Travis Chambers. Okay. Story cell powered by Travis Chambers created method. What's golden message? This Matt Matson. Right. Then we're going to go to Facebook groups post like Utah RV owners. Utah RV buy and sell. It also said it's so cool because I knew it was in Utah and it came up with can make Travis funnier. That's funny. Can you help me create viral videos? Okay, great. And Travis has uploaded a bunch of content to here. And so if you want to learn how to make good viral hooks, things like that. Right. This is how I'm going to do it. And it's pretty cool. He shared this, he made it public. If you want it, you can just do it. I saved it because it's actually pretty dang good. And Travis is really, really good at what he does here. Here are the different foundational ad types that KSL classifies by itself. So it did the research for me. Found out that KSL was even a thing. Right. Message these owners directly. Hey, I'm launching a platform fee. Amazing. This would work for sure. All the different stuff. Test creatives double down on two that hit whatever. Right. So once I have that, I can help you do this. Help me tell these things. This is so cool. This is really actually quite valuable. Guys like Travis puts on workshops and he charges two or three thousand dollars to have you come out to a workshop and do this with him. Right, Right. And then in person or personal network call or text three to five people. You know, with RVs, I do know a few people. So I could certainly do that. Right. So that's, that's the first thing. Right. And I guarantee you guys, Rob's on here, right? Rob, didn't you go to one of these? Yeah, I, I thought I saw you in one of his videos. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Is this not all the stuff that he talks about? Like this is this, this is the stuff you went through. I didn't know this was available for free. Yeah, he didn't publish until after you took the course. He just did it recently. But yeah, it's a really valuable. Guys, by the end of today or by the end of three hours from now, if I did this and I posted on social media, on Facebook, on Instagram, on LinkedIn and did these things, went into a few Facebook groups, wanted to KSL Classical course. Oh the course is totally valuable. Learning, learning from Travis in person is awesome and just knowing it was great. But, but being able to do that is just incredible stuff. Go ahead. This is like messaged, you know, 10 or 20 people. I would have people listing their first things and then hey, give me some photos manually add listing, whatever. You just do it all for them. And then boom. Right now. Now phase four.
Hey, now almost exactly what I'm looking for. This. Creating my own GPT. Is this available through automation in the API? So can I call my own Zapier, make an Aiden and have it talk to this, this particular one?
Not yet. Not yet. Yeah. So I'm that that's what we're going to do next. We're going to build. We're going to show you how this works. Okay. So the last thing I'll show is I'm going to show this John Cheney's writing style. This is a pretty cool one. So this one writes like me and I train. We've got to get some. Now we got to get some base. We got to offer discounts and you probably have a different plan to do that. So again I have a two sided marketplace. It's harder. I have to market to the RV owners and the RV renter by uploading a bunch of different articles that I've written in different places. And then this shares CSV is everything I have ever. But. But I believe 100% that I could have my first RVs on the site within three hours. Absolutely. With that plan right there ever said on LinkedIn everything. And that's thousands of posts. So it really does know what I think and how I write and all those types of things. And so I, I actually created this because I Hired somebody to run my social media and was like, I want it to sound like me. I don't want it to sound like other people. I want it to sound like me. And so you can use your whatever, but you're going to make it sound like me. And I gave it to them. I hated what they were doing. I didn't like it. I took it back over. So I canceled that. But I can now have this, right? Just like me, right? And so if I just. Okay. And so, you know, ChatGPT allows you to, you know, quickly organize thoughts. It does research for you. It pulls that together. You can do this with any tool. But ChatGPT does a good job here, and I like it. I wanted, hey, write a LinkedIn post for today that's relevant to. To today's news or to current events, right? So it will search its knowledge. It look at current events, search. I want to show and. And guys, you've done your own plans. I want you to actually, if for those of you that can or you're brave enough, I want you to actually do it. Or maybe your product's not ready. Maybe I. The web, it searches all the knowledge and boom, let's see what happens. Right? So it just picks something here right now. Okay, now it's talking about U.S. china, trade framework. Right? Happy Wednesday, LinkedIn, friends, whatever. Underscore some truth. Strategic variety. I don't know. This is kind of a little flowery. I probably wouldn't talk exactly like this. This is good. And I could say, hey, you know what, make it, make it a little less, you know, whatever. But. But the bottom line is it just did something quickly that search the web for something that's happening, it's relevant, and it does actually kind of sound like me right now. No, but giving yourself really crazy goals I have found is really awesome. Right? Like, I'm gonna get. I'm gonna get a $10,000 client today. That's the only thing. There are a couple things in here that do sound like me, you know, map your investment. Right? You're going with the pucks, going cloud data automation. These are some things I would definitely say what's standing out in your corner. It. So it does sound gonna do today. And I'm gonna do. Nothing is going to get in my way of stopping that. Right? So go give yourself challenges like this. It's really, really fun. So sound like me. But it could. It could do even better. I've had it. I've. I've had varying success with this one. Right. But I, I Have another one here. Velocity Raptor sales guru. This is for Velocity Access, right. When I hire a sales guy and he needs to write an email really quickly to Tuacon to try to get them to use our ticketing system or to Hell Center Theater to try to do that. Right. I can just say, hey, do this. And it already knows all of our pricing. It knows why we're better than others. It already. You can have it your research on that venue and then it quickly creates an email and it understands it. I want to show you a few things that I've done in marketing here with with ChatGPT that have worked really, really well and how I actually went to build my first campaigns with with Meta and everything about what we do at our company. Right, so you can create internal tools. Now again, to. To two people have asked this, how do I use this for my business? Okay. And. And go towards that first. You know, that first sale with Jenny API. So I said, hey, just. This is stuck inside of Chat GBT and can only be accessed if it is made to make some 10, 10 posts with, you know, images of social media that can talk about the power of Jenny API. Is doing this public or. Yeah, it's got to be at least public. Even if it's not listed on GPT Store, you can share any more of the link and share that with people, but they have to have access to ChatGPT plus, right. They have to pay at least their 1999amonth to be able to use it. So what if you just want to put something like this on your own website? Okay, well, why don't we just rebuild it? Why don't we just come here and go edit GPT? There's many conversations in. And so it already knew everything that was going on. And so hey, creates. Creates a bunch of different posts. Global. A standard for AI proficiency. What if AI proficiency was measured like so we see. All right, here's the name, here's a description, here's a prompt, here's potentially some conversation starters. And Then here's an IQ. AI skills. AI's most powerful tool. You manage. Great. So lots of cool content knowledge base. Great. Does anybody here know how we could maybe put together something that does these things? Replit. Let's go to replit. Right? And then it says, hey, you want to generate the images? Yes, please do that. Okay. I hated all these images. All of these. And let's build something that does that. Right? So let's jump over to my roadshare rental. I've got my. I'VE got my AI that I've built in here, right. And I was just playing with. Yeah, I actually did that, that image thing. But we'll go to the trip planner here for a second and see if I can, see if I can talk to it and, and learn about it, right? Learn about how it's actually builds images. And so I didn't use them. I said, hey, you know, let's add more females. Because there were no. This is all dudes up here and like computers and anyway, so, okay, now we got females in here. Still hate this out. Okay. But when you install now I'm using Perplexity, right. So what I'm going to do is this. I have to be logged in, I think in order to access all these. They're. They're too out there. They're not relatable. They're just. They make you feel weird. Right. So this my trip planner. Okay. But you know, and I can still change a few things here. But when I, I went over to Mid Journey and created some images over there. And I also use canva. Canva has a lot of good stock imagery that you can use. Let's, let's, let's do this. Let's do this. Teach me about geometry. Okay. So it's now asking Perplexity to teach me about geometry. Let's see what it says. I'm very curious. It has access to the web. It has the ability to, you know, go and go and search things. Let's hope, hopefully this works. I think we got it to where it was used. And then you can just use the text content. Right? So then I actually doing this now. Okay, here we go. So this is really important. Geometry is a fundamental. So said, hey, I want to create a slide. It's a carousel, right. That I could use on Instagram and LinkedIn. So branch of mathematics. It deals with this. Lines, rays, line segments, angles, whatever. So when I was building, when I'm building the business guys, I want to back up for one second here when I'm personally evaluating a business. Okay. There's a couple things that are problems here. First of all, the formatting is crazy. And I know why it's marked as there are a lot of things that I look for. Okay, One down formatting. And we just need to tell it to, to display better. So we'll do that. You know what? I'm actually not gonna worry about that right now. What I'm gonna do is this. I'm gonna do, I'm gonna say, okay, I just asked my AI Trip planner about geometry and it gave me a great answer about geometry. Does the website load right? Is there any misspelling? Is there anything weird? I don't want it to answer questions about anything. You know, is anything you know, do the links work? Right? What I'm looking for is anything. I want it to stay focused on paper cuts, right? If I click on something, I'm like, oh yeah, I want to click on enterprise solutions and that doesn't being a tool for RV match customer work or I click on learn more and that doesn't work or whatever, then I'll be oh, that was kind of weird. And if I get enough paper cutters as related to this to. To the topic of a website, I also want answers to be right. Death by a thousand paper cuts, right. Or maybe even by just six or seven paper cuts. If I click on a few things, I might be like, you know what? I don't know if I trust putting my credit card into here. Right. But if I can click on about and I shorter and more actionable. Try to make it have a great and meaningful. Whoops. Meaningful conversation with the user. Okay, I can click on X and it shows up and there's posts. I don't care if they don't have a lot of followers. But you know, are there some posts. Oh, you know what? Actually, so what I'm doing here is I'm actually giving it prompt instructions. Okay. And what it's going to do is it's going to start editing the AI prompt in here and we're going to see if we can find it. It's probably server, maybe it's in client public. Nope, I haven't put any posts on social or on. On X yet. So that's. There's a paper cut for me. Right. But there are on in. Why is it doing it in routes? It's kind of weird. Yeah. So here's the API, Instagram, they're on Facebook, right? So this. Hey. Oh, hey. This is a real page. There's actually real people here. There's people following it thing right here. I click on Facebook page as well. It's there, you know, and so part of what I had to do in creating a business in three days, in a weekend or whatever was. Logic, structure, syntax error. Okay, fine, whatever. Don't do that, do that. I just want to see this. To go through and create a bunch of content. Right. And so I used of course AI to do that. And so one of the things, there's got to be another spot here where is show Me prompts that you are using or the AI chatbot. So I wanted to do is create this carousel. Post slide one, it's going to do this. Slide two, is this all the way through? And then I went to Canva to put it all together. I can even pull that up. Let's just pull this and go to. Here it is. Yeah. Normally what it will do is it will create. And really a good way to do it, guys, is to create a separate document that actually handles all this stuff. You just say, hey, AI whatever. And then have. Have the prompt look at that place and you can change the prompt whenever you want. But here's the prompt. Okay. You are RV Matches AI Trip Planner exclusively focused on helping customers plan this, right? Only answer questions about RV travel, camping destinations, rousing trip planning. Keep responses under 150 words, highly actionable, whatever. So, yep, there's the carousel. And so I just literally copied the content. Now it's updated my prompt. I should have been able to see it somewhere. I don't know where it's saving that, but. But you can actually see it in there. So now if I say, you know, teach me more about triangles. Let's see if this works. That. That it gave me, right? Here's this. And I just format it. Took me a minute, but this is like in between working on replit prompts, right? Hey, Replit, do this. Okay. Hey, now I'm going to get back to some of this stuff and I'd create it and then I bounce back over and be ready to post. It works. If it's already updated, I might have to refresh it, but it should be. It should be looking at the. At the prompt now. And it should not. It should not talk about triangles anymore. Say, hey, sorry, I can't do that, but how can I help you plan a good trip? Yeah, see, it's not doing that. It's teaching me about triangles still. So we'll refresh this for a second. It might take a second to finally do that. But what you have to do, guys, is you have to add these barriers around it. Otherwise people will come to you and say, hey, I know that this AI bot over here has no barriers around it. And so I can use it to do anything I want. I can search and use their AI credits. So here's why we did all this. Then I wanted to create and do that. I don't even have to subscribe to ChatGPT anymore because I have RV matches some ads with this, right? So I said, hey, five powerful clickbaity but still professional. Right? I wanted it to be like, what, click on this thing so you could check your iq. Right, because that was my idea in the beginning. Right? What's your AIQ? 92% of businesses are invested in. I take the IQ test today. Whatever. So I have Trip Planner that's available to anybody for free. Okay. So, so anyway, you've got this prompt. Then another thing you can do is you can come in here and you can say, all right, I'm going to upload. I'm sorry, I'm going to create a new folder and I'm going to call the folder. I don't want the folder to be in server, but whatever. We'll call it Knowledge Base. Okay, Enter. And then we're going to move this up to here. I want it out. I don't want it in. Git. You know what we'll do? We'll actually put it in. We'll put it in. We'll put it in Client. That's fine. Okay. But the Knowledge Base, guys, I can then add any files or other folders or other things that I want to do in here. And all that content made it. I asked it to make a few adjustments so that it just worked a little bit better. I had it made even more adjustments. Hey, it needs to be more inspirational, right? I really want to be compelled to click on this, et cetera, et cetera. Right? So. So these are all. This is all the ad content. And so I can. Again, what we're doing is we're recreating this. We've got a prompt that you guys just saw. You can give it a name that's super easy. You just put that in the prompt, and then we're giving it a knowledge base. And so by doing that, you've now created your own custom custom thing here, right? So now if I do this and I say, all right, teach. Oh, what was it doing? Your app crashed. Well, that's perfect. Debug before we can test it. But I should be able to ask it about geometry now or tell me about the sun or whatever. Right? And it should redirect back to say, hey, sorry, you know, I need to. I need to teach you. I'm here to. To do this. Right? Database connection issue. That's weird. That was probably just a timeout. Come on, just run. I created. Then I went into. And I'm sorry, I've got a billion things open. Let's go to here. And let's go. That was weird. Trip Planner. Okay, Teach me about triangles. There we go. This one? Yeah. So here's a bunch of that content that I created. So. So I again, I came into Canva to do a lot of this stuff. So I'm here to help you do this. Great. Tell me about, you know, Zions. Now. It's not even doing what it's supposed to do. I don't know why it's doing this, guys, but it should. Okay, this is not. And you can see, you know, a few of the things that I created here, right? This is just like the AI systems, not what it's supposed to do according to the prompt. Hey, AI is taking over critical business processes on a nice kind of, you know, nature type background here. I did a video here. Canva can do. Canva can do a lot of AI stuff you showed me above. It's obviously not configured. Okay, it should be doing that. How do I play this? Why can I not see the play button? It's not. I've never had this happen. This is causing more problems than it normally does. But basically, guys, I hope this makes sense. Does this make sense on how you would build this? You build a prompt, you set it up, you give it a knowledge base. You tell it to look at the knowledge base anytime it has questions about anything. Right. Where you. Or you can say, hey, you know, if you. You want it to be able to search the web, you use something like Perplexity to do it. Part of what the video. That's. Yeah, it's giving generic responses. Part of my problem maybe here is I've never actually used Perplexity's API until right now. This is my first time doing it, so it might be a little bit more play. Oh, here we go. I don't know why it's not playing. Where's a play button? There's the normal way play button here. Anyway, that's a video and it's just like, hey, you know, distant future. Just. I know, touchy. Than chatgpts. So anyway, but it's making a few fixes here, and it should actually work in a second. But any questions about this, about how to build? Because I know there's a couple people in here that just kind of. I kind of just went with some of the things that it gave me, and then I just took different things that want to be able to build chat assistants and things like that. Go ahead, Dave. Sorry, real quick. So if we simmer all that down, I just want to make sure I understood you correctly. So if I say someone from our company already went through this course, we're already you know, that I wanted. And so I just built all this content and I'll be building a portal in repl it. Before I knew about any of this stuff, I created a custom GPT acting as an AI assistant. Assistant for people in our portal. So are you basically saying uploaded into. So one of the cool things about Meta now is it's using AI for a lot of things. So it will do. It uses something called Advantage and it's. And it's really. I would say, I'm saying that it's not the best thing to pull my custom GPT into the replit portal. It should be built in here or what do you think? Yeah, you can't, you can't pull the custom GPT low level AI. It's. Meta is actually moving to way, way more into there. If you build it with the tool I just showed you inside of ChatGPT, you can't pull it in, you can't API into it. So you have to build your own thing. Now you're using OpenAI, right? You're using ChatGPT, or you're using Perplexity, whatever, whatever API you're using, you can do that. But. But you're going to want to take all that content and build your own little custom thing inside of this. And it's really easy. It only takes a few minutes to set it up, like for AI, but they use something called Advantage plus Audience. Now you literally don't even have to set your audience at this. Theoretically, this should have been done, you know, a while ago. But let's ask it one more time, Right? Tell me about triangles. Okay, point. You just say just use Advantage plus Audience and then what Meta will do is it will just push things out and have it just start crawling and figure out what actually is going to work. Okay. And then I upload. Yeah, I was doing just a generic response. Let's see if it actually follows my limitation here. That's not. I don't know what the heck's going on. Yeah. Anyway, I'm not going to try to keep all of that content. Right. All the images and text created by AI and by Canva debugging it right now. It absolutely should be working. Like, I've done this on other ones, I've done this on other apps. Let's see if I can open up another app that I know works right where I've built an assistant to actually do this. In fact, here's Outpost X Amir. Actually, know what? That's a voice. One that's going to be hard to Show. It's really cool though. Cinema. All right. Some of them with no text, some of them with text. Then I took all of the different ad cinema experience. See if this one does. I think this is one about movies. I think I threw an AI chat bot into this to talk about movies. But yeah, you cuts here, right? So you've got like, you know, AI is changing everything. Will you lead or a is reshaping industries or whatever. Your future with AI is limitless. I took all of those headlines can't API into ChatGPT's GPT. So you have to go and build your own. What you guys may or may not know is chat GPT itself is actual and drop them into primary text. Right. Right here. Finally, just an interface that is using OpenAI's API. It's a product that uses OpenAI's API. You could rebuild ChatGPT, a clone of it in 20 minutes. You really could. So yeah, theoretically this one should work. Yeah. Hey there film fan. I'm cinepal, your cinematic sidekick. Right. So teach me about the sun. Okay, this one should have. Correct. You know, I have different variations here. Then the headlines, right? Your job, your career, your future depend on AI. Your AIQ isn't just a test reality check. Your skills don't involve. Neither will your whatever. Whatever that's supposed to be your career. Okay, then a description, right? All of these different things. This one's not. This one's not doing that here. But it is working, right? Right. Tell me what's the. What's the best movies came from. From here and I just. I just kind of broke them up ever. Right? So it has. It has like topics that it can talk about things like that. I don't know why my. My prompt little guidelines are not working here. Maybe I didn't install it on this one. But anyway, you should be able to create a quick thing that is able to pull from whatever, you know, source database you want. Okay. So Spencer, go ahead.
So can we talk a little bit about like voice agents? I know that like AI has gone the direction of voice. You know, we obviously field phone calls all the time. You know, how does that start to.
Into. Into little different pieces so that I could then do this and then what, what this? What?
Play in with GPTs and our own things and integrating into our apps.
Yep. Let's do it. Let's do. Let's do 11 labs right here. It is time. What meta will do when you upload a bunch of different variations. Right? You've got. You've got six different images. You've got five times. Five times five, right? So five times five is 120. Five times six is what, 750. So 750 different variations. Go to go to app. There we go. Okay, so I'm going to take off my headphones. I know it's a little bit noisy in here with the AC. Hopefully the sound kind of works. But 11 Labs is the AI voice platform of choice. It is absolutely the best one you're going to want. You can do a lot of really, really cool things in here. Versions of ads can now be tested here. Now, that's a lot. That's a lot of different variations. But what meta will do is it will then find the audience and the variations and it will just dig deeper. Now you have to give meta time. First of all, you can. You can do voices, right? You can come in here. You can actually create your own voice, right? Go into my voices, whatever. Just create a voice. You can design your own voice in less time to do this, right? If you're only spending $5 a day, which is, by the way, your limit if you go $5 a day for seven days. Right? So 35 bucks. That's the. Than a minute. Okay, you literally just click voice design or sorry, not voice design. You don't want to do that. I wanted to do clone, instant voice clone right here. And you literally just say, record audio start. 3, 2, 1. All right, I'm just going to go ahead and talk for a minute here. I'm going to try to say a bunch of different words and let's see if it can figure out what I sound like. Okay, Next. That's kind of the minimum amount of money you need to spend to figure out if an ad works, right. With basically. John12 Confirm basically one variation, one whatever. Right? So if you really want to see if a lot of these work, I don't know, I'd be putting more like maybe 20 bucks a day and I'd run it for two weeks. Right. So you got to just commit to him. I'm going to spend a little bit of money to run this test and see if. If this works. And, you know, depending on your language is English and save voice, it might not let me save the voice. Oh, let's preview it. Oh, here we go. Here we go. So let's generate some speech. And books are magical worlds waiting to be discovered. Right? So there it is. I, you know, and obviously I could then go use this and put risk tolerance in your budget. You know, you might have to adjust that and get different ways. But I often will. Instead of doing it somewhere, I'm not actually going to keep this one because it's not a great one. The longer, if you do like a five minute, you know, speech, it will get it even better because it will hear how you say every single word. Z's and Q's and T's and this many variations. I often will just do like maybe two variations on a couple things. And so P's and all the different things and different expression stuff like that. You can also use other.
Middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.
Yeah. So this one's pretty. You don't have to run it for as long in seven days with $5 a day it should be able to figure it out. And then you can see if it starts converting. Right. And you. And if you're smart, you'll add some good analytics to your website. So you know, in the middle of.
Every difficulty lies opportunity.
So here's what I did for this one. Oh, how many people are landing on your page and things like that. And you can also add a Facebook pixel.
Welcome traveler. I'm Amira. How shall I guide you?
Hey, what's the WI fi password here?
The network is Outpost X and the password is a capital O for outpost followed by a capital Right?
Or the metapixel I guess is what it's called. Now the metapixel allows you to. To do tracking letter X and then.
Followed by the number one outpost zone.
For different events that happen. Right. So I have Metapixel installed on here. Tell me about. Actually, you know what, let me see if I can do this.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Yeah, I want to go try out the. The speeders. What do I do for that?
Ah, the sand cruisers. Those high performance relics from the N Margin resistance are quite a thrill. They are available on a first come, first served basis with the keys conveniently located inside each cruiser.
Let's go here. Let's go to genaipi.org I should be.
Able to look, just turn the key to start. There is a QR code inside that you will need to use when you are done. We do recommend daytime use only for safety. Will there be anything else?
Yeah, could you tell me a story about like the. The people that live here? Look at Metapixel Helper right here. So it looks like there's a problem with the page view, right? You found your pixel, but it's not been activated for this event. So no information been sent to Meta. Okay. Yeah. So this is that so nothing happened that really matters yet. But you could. You could add maybe I. I maybe should add a page view.
Of course. The Outpost X is more than just a settlement. It's a tapestry woven with the threads of many lives, past and present.
So I've given it a bunch content, right. I've given it a bunch of feedback so that it can go in and. And it understands. And I'll show you. I built it right in here. I haven't even transferred it over to Travis's account yet. Right. But he gave me a ton of different information. All of their customer service, all their. For the homepage. Because I think that's kind of interesting. But if I click on this, I should see something commonly asked questions and answers, all those things, right? And I follow that. And I'm using what's called their conversational AI or their agents. Okay. And so I built Amira right here as an agent so we can look at this one. And so when you go in and do this. Hey, first message. Welcome, traveler. I'll start the test. I should see a pixel here for this one. Maybe it's not on there. I'm a mirror. How shall I guide you? Right. That's its first prompt. It's going to say that every single time then. But you can install something guys called Metapixel Helper that will let you track to see whether or not it's set up correctly. I might actually need to debug it. I know, I know, I know that. When someone signs up, here's the system prompt. You are a mirror. You do all of these things. Here's what you know. Here's system knowledge. Sand cruisers. Keys are in the cruiser, right? Daytime use only, right? At your own risk. Returned original spot. Here's pet policy. Lore knowledge. It understands all of this stuff. Then I had it add in knowledge base, right? So I gave it. Hey, there's a bunch of signs like if you go around Outpost. Extra signs everywhere that tell stories for signs in. I'm getting some sort of something, but it's not reading it right now. I don't know. So here's all the text from all of that. Here's a podcast that's like 45 minutes long that you listen to on your way in as you're driving into that. And so it's all about this, this. This fake world, right, that's been created, that Outpost X is supposed to be. You're right in the middle of it, right? So it understands all of the lore. Maybe I. Maybe I changed something. This is why you keep checking it, guys. But. But if you set up meta, it understands all that and it understands everything about the customer service side. And they gave it a cool voice that sounds kind of like this. Pixels. Sorry, let me go back to here. Then you can have your metapixel's not active. What's going on here? I need to figure that out. So I'll click on that. I'll do that later. But if you set up Pixels, you know, the one that you heard, right? Sounds really awesome. So this is the same type of a setup as ChatGPT. It took me about an hour to set all this up right now. It took me maybe another hour or so to build it inside of replit and to get the system and everything working kind of just right. But I've got. It's the same general idea. You can actually have it track specific outcomes, right? So an outcome might be right. You've got a starting prompt, right? Here's your first message. You've got a system prompt. Here's who you are. And then you've got a knowledge base. They all basically work like this. You can build your own custom one. If you want to integrate voice use 11 lab, they register or they purchase something, or they add something to the cart or whatever it is. And 11 labs has an API. You just say, hey, I want to use 11 labs to create an AI agent. And you can have, you can have meta then say okay, or you can then tell meta, hey, I want you to keep working towards this goal, right? I want purchases. Purchases. That's the goal, right? If you're not getting that AI voice agent done, couple hours, you've got it up and running and it will set it up for you. Wow. Yeah, Pretty awesome. Mark, did you have a question? I saw, I saw a hand, but maybe, maybe that was my question.
How do you incorporate it into replit and you use the API to, to pull it in.
You just, you just tell it. You say, now you do want to be goal, you're not doing your job. And so it will keep adjusting the targeting, adjusting the messaging, until it can get specific. You want to be as specific as possible. With 11 labs, I found if you want to build an highest conversion rate for that thing for you, and it will just automatically do it. Now agents say, I want you to use the conversational AI, you know, thing, and then I have this agent. And then what you'll do is you'll snag the agent id, it'll ask for the agent id and you'll just Drop it in there. So if I go in here in what Mark Zuckerberg has said, you know, meta AI ads. They are ads will soon be handled entirely by AI. He just said to Outpost X, Amirah. And I look at my secrets. I've got an 11 Labs agent ID and an 11 Labs API key. Let's just pull in my API key and the agent ID and I could obviously just copy this or I could change the API key over to a new one for Trav at this. This. But basically what he wants to do, he wants copy the prompts over and it would work exactly the same, right? Super, super easy. So I could just move it to his account so that he can do that. Because right now, every time it's used by somebody, I'm getting charged a couple penny. He wants. Where's his cool quote? There's a quote in here, basically where he says, we just want penis for it. But. Or maybe fractions of pennies, but ultimately that's. That's all you do. Right? And so I've got. Here's the assistant. I can change things. I can jump in and pull to give us their. Give us their goal, give us their assets, connect their bank account, and then we'll just do it. We'll just go from there, move stuff around. But that's how simple it is to create, right? And people are charging guys, 5, 10, $15,000 to build these things for people. Wow. A couple hours to do that.
This also function as like a real time sales agent on a phone?
100%, absolutely. I mean, think about it, right? I mean, this is the example that I gave with Trev, right? And then we'll create Infinite Creative, right? So AI powered advertising. It will basically do all of the combinations that ChatGPT was doing that we're doing manually right now using all these systems. Travis, with my buddy Travis, he's doing phone calls to old people, right? And they're asking about how was Lucy's, you know, ballet recital or whatever, you know, and trying to remember these conversations that they're having with old people. And. But it's, it's having a conversation. You can have it talk about anything you want. It can do. Like there's a. There's a. Anybody heard of it Will just start creating its own versions of AI. So, for example, if you're a, a car dealer and you're selling hex code, the new AI sales agent that's out there. Yeah. You can rebuild company. Yeah. You can rebuild it in about an hour now. That's all it Is that's all he did. He connected a prompt up to 11 labs and built an interface for it. You can rebuild it today. So a new suv. Okay. And I'm then a user and I live in Aspen, Colorado during the winter. It will.
What, John, what are the overall, like, costs to run an 11 AI conversation agent?
Very, very, very cheap. So 11 labs to have a, you know, a subscription to it is a whopping $5 a month. And then you have OpenAI usage. Give me an ad for that new Jeep, or whatever it is, showing the Jeep driving on a snowy road through the mountains. Whereas if it knows or, sorry, not open it, you have API usage. Right? And I don't know, man, it's so cheap. It's so freaking cheap. Where's my. I need to go home. I need to go here. API keys. These are my keys. Workspace invite profile. I don't even know how to look at it, guys. I'm not even getting charged enough that I even know how much I'm getting charged. I can have used it for a bunch of little places, but it's gotta be pennies per month. Dollars per month. Like, that's how low it is. I'm not noticing big charges coming through. Subscription pay. Oh, payouts. Become an affiliate. I should do that. Webhooks. But I live in New York City. Then it will show a city view of that Jeep. It will take the same car. It will create it with AI and it will generate different ads for different types of people automatically without you having to do anything that is happening right now. They said they want it live, like fully working by 2027, which is 18 months from now, year and a half from now. You'll be able to do that. I'm sure we'll see a little iteration.
There's the credits at the top that has a little circle.
Yeah, there was that. I did see it right as I was clicking. Yeah. Credits total remaining. Yeah, I'm on $5 a month right now. And so I have all these credits that I haven't used. It looks like they're rolling over because I get 30,000amonth and items along the way. So right now, yes, it's awesome. The Advantage plus. And I'll have tons here, so they're probably rolling over. And then I could bounce up to $22 a month. I want to go nuts. But like, guys, you're not going to use these. Like, it's so cheap. This is surfing. This is the surfing world right here, guys. These targeting all these creative and dynamic creative Things and I'm not going to take time to figure out or to show you guys, okay, you're spending by surfing. You eliminate risk and the primary risk. And to do this, I'm sure many of you have done some of it. If you haven't, it's very self explanatory at this point. You don't have to hire agencies to run ads anymore. You just kind of start a campaign, you say, hey, what's the campaign name? You know, whatever. The startups is money. That's it, right? Very rarely are you worried about getting sued or dying or other things like that. The only risk with the startup is money. Am I going to waste money? Am I going to put myself into debt by going and raising money from other people and making people mad at me? Right. If you eliminate the money risk from startups, you can do anything and that's what AI has done. It's the heck you want, you go through, what do you want, you know, awareness, buying, type, auction. You don't even do this. You just kind of leave, eliminated that risk. It's gone. You can do it for almost nothing.
Go ahead, Mark your, your friend who's.
Doing the it is default. Then you'll go through and you'll say hey, this is what I want to do.
The audio with the elderly.
Yeah.
How are they? Is it like a phone call?
Creative is on, right? Here's my daily budget of $30, whatever.
It is because I know there's phone sales and stuff. Is it a phone call or is it log into the app?
I want an advantage plus audience. Here's my ad Creative Publish, right? It's super, super easy.
Press the button because oh, just call. How do you, how do you incorporate this into a phone call? I like, I understand incorporating into a website like, like via replit and API. How do you, how do you incorporate into a phone call?
You use an API into something that can make phone calls, right? You get a dialer, right? And use an API. Right? Now you do need a page, you do need a Facebook page to do this. And that's part of why I have to set up a page. There's, there's all kinds of dialers out there that do this, you know, bland AI is right. And so not only does it help with you know, being a good, a good thing to have, you know, one Nook's AI is one. There's a bunch of different ones out there. But literally just ask the question, right? This is my answer. Going to be most of my answers to the rest of the questions that we give you, it's not really that I'll, I'll give some, but ask the AI how to do it. Oh, where is it? In the about section. I don't even see the about section. Now that I'm logged in. I should probably put some social media, some social things down in here as well. But, but being able to click on that and say, okay, yeah, this is real business. Hey, I need to be able to make phone calls. What are the options I have? Oh, use these five systems. We recommend this one. It's the cheapest and best. And then you'll hook that dialer into the API with 11 labs and it will do what it's told to do, super easy. So you could have it answer the phone for you. You can have it make out license. It has a Facebook page that has an Instagram page. They're posting, they're commenting, right? These are real people. Their page works. It seems to do what it's doing. You also have to have those things to run ads, right? And so you can, based on your audience, run them on TikTok, run them on Snapchat, run them on whatever the heck you want. Meta, in my opinion, is the best one for a beginner. Right. There's also a lot of other cool things you can do right now. Like if you go on calls for you. Yeah, yeah. So if you give it a list of, you know, like, let's say that, that, you know, I showed you guys that thing that man has found those 2,000, you know, what do you call it? The HOA. The HOA, you know, contacts, right? You could just say, hey, call this entire list. And by the way, it can do it all at once. So like hair amount ads. I spelled that wrong. Okay, so here you can, for $50 a day and you have to commit to a month, so your minimum spend on this is fifteen hundred dollars. But you can do amazing targeting and you can be sitting there, make 2,000 calls at once.
Have you come across like a phone dialer with a great API?
Yeah, I haven't built a phone dialer system. I could ask Jeremy what he's doing if you guys want me to ask him. But honestly, there's so many out there. There's, they're so easy. Like I, I, you do a quick Google search there right on top of some, you know, amazing, you know, amazing things that are happening, right? March Madness or whatever it is, right? You can be right in there with other big commercials and stuff like that for 1500 bucks a day. And it can't be skipped. It's seen all the way. Obviously creating the content is a little bit tough, but you can actually use AI to create the content inside of Paramount Ads Manager when you dive in here. And I actually haven't done it yet. I've played with it and I've done a little bit of stuff even. And you'll find it, right? Or just tell Replit, hey, I want you to do this. And Replit will be like, this is the one that's going to work best for what you're doing. Right. But they're all good. Dialing technology guys have been around for a long time. So this is. That's not a hard right. And it's not even in it. But I haven't actually launched in. That is what I mean. I meant to do it about a month ago and then summer AI, right. It's. It's just you need a dialer that has an API, right. Vacation hit and all these things. And I've been traveling and doing different things, but. And just kind of trying to stay on top of like 10 things. There's my. Yeah. April 17th. So two months. Yeah, two months. But anyway, you can actually come in here and when you create a campaign, you can go into the creative and it can make a phone call. The audio quality is going to come from 11 labs and all that stuff. So don't worry about, don't worry too much about that. About that piece. Other questions, guys, We've got about 10 minutes left here in the class and then you'll be done. Yeah. Any questions? Have AI actually do it for you. Wonder if I can jump to creative or. It's going to make to do that. Yeah, I wanted to try to click on that. Let's just go next. I got a couple other things I could talk about here, but next. Next. Come on, give me to the creative here and you can choose your placements. All this type of stuff here, but AI Video, right? So basically what the AI video here in Paramount's a manager will do is, hey, I want to, you know, import. I actually haven't tried doing this yet. See what happens here. Okay. Using AI to be able to launch these things is.
I mean, can you just keep going over use cases for us that you've seen from other people? Like, I mean this. That's the most helpful for me is, I mean like I'm just now connecting the, the pieces between using like, I just looked it up. Grasshopper, which is a phone system we use using their API with 11 labs.
Tying that in to cool logo colors assets about industry. Right. So pull that stuff and then it will actually create a video for you and can do the voiceover right to do a lot of really, really cool stuff. So guys, the world is becoming more and more automated. It really is only going to come down to what can you imagine what can you do right. Assets 1 our calling system and I.
Can literally have a 247 virtual agent calling out. You know I just. I love these case studies that you.
Can show us and help item requires your attention. What is that? Consider filling out the missing interest you.
Know graph or wrap around mind around it because I think even some of us were information.
What's the missing information? Oh 10 images. It wants some images. Okay so yeah I could upload. I could use. I could upload. So I got the business name. Here's the about got all this stuff here Industry. Whoops.
It's just this is our new brain syntax connections for us here.
100 yep. Any of you guys ever heard of Buffer. The buffer AI proficiency assessment certification. See I don't like that. I want it to be training. I need. I need to. I need to do that better phone number, address. I could fill out a couple other things whatever and and then add a few images footage if I had it fonts if I really wanted to be you know really, really specific. And then it would create a video for you right. That could run with professional and it would be you know be just kind of videos Is an automated scheduler for social media. Right. So you can log in and. Yeah, I don't have images and things like that. You'd have maybe someone talking over it or whatever. But that's amazing guy connected right now to my personal stuff like I said. But basically what I'll do is I'll just say it. I want a new post and I'll. Right. Go ahead Mark.
So you're so you're not setting up.
Like any sort of complicated say hey AI is awesome. Right. And I want it to go out.
To my X profile funnel email nurturing system. Or we. Are we gonna. Are you gonna.
I am doing that. I am doing that and my LinkedIn profile and my Instagram profile and I can drop an image in whatever customize for each network network do what I need to do and I'm ready to go and say you know what? I'm not. I don't actually have an image. So I'm just going to do this. I'm going to kind of and I. Yeah, we're going to do that next year we're going to talk about social automation, right? How to build an entire system that generates AI content or generates social posts for you and post them for you, right? All with AI. So yes, I, I do that as well. And I have customize it. Add to queue. Boom. Okay, if I add this to the queue, then great workflows to do that. But, but really guys, what it comes down to is just getting out. It would get scheduled according to what I do and it will, it will automatically post according to whatever time there, right? Get your ad out there, do it on tv, do it on social, do it on what times. I said maybe I want it to post every day at 1pm and 4pm and 7pm or whatever it is ever. And, and use AI to speed up the process by, I don't know, 500% or so, maybe even more than that. And all of these things. One of the things that is trending, you can post to LinkedIn two times a day and do fine. You can post to Instagram. You know, probably, probably all technology has been trending this way for a long time, right? Is things that used to be once a day on your feed and then. Can you hear me? Okay? Only accessible to professionals that had all the tools and all of the connections and all these things. So you want to automate all this stuff so that you can. People are just making everything more available. Everything. Anybody now can run an ad right alongside March Madness. That used to be a really expensive thing that only millionaire businesses that could spend a million dollars on could do. Push a ton of content. Now obviously using this article that I'm going to do this, I'll just push it out to different channels whenever you set up to do it. But what if you API and create something that uses for $500,000 now you can do it for 50 bucks a day. It's crazy. The John tent pushes it over to a Google Drive automatically. You know, that's crazy. Okay, so now there's obviously certain types of ads. You know, you're not going to have a pixel, you're not going to have as good a tracking with this, right? But if you can put together a really good ad, do it as it does, and automatically does that. Now I can be posting on LinkedIn 10 times a day. Or you could do a face to, you know, a face to video ad like this where you're just talking directly at the camera like hey, on all platforms, 10 times a day signal, right? I could do that for two weeks. Hey, just take care of me. For two weeks while I'm gone, right? You've got an I need a buffer API. Well, if you click on buffer API you will find buffer. Hey, is your, you know, is your business keeping up with AI? You know, this is what's happening. I want to help you do this. You know, you can obviously better than what I just said there, use AI to write a script, figure it out, record the video, you know, just make sure it's a good background or whatever. Don't be sitting in an RV like I am right now. And where else does automations zapier does right. And so if I go explore apps and then you know, put that around some of these other things and give it, you know, give it some of the footage that you want, right? And I look for okay, so then you, you know, Google Drive or whatever I want to do that. And so give it, you know, some of the images and let it go nuts. Okay, so really cool when something happens in here, you're good now you've built something that pulls a Google Drive. Then you say, hey, really cool stuff here guys. All right, so let's talk about social, right? Social and automated stuff and how to use AI to really speed things up. Replit I've over to buffer that will automatically send these messages. I need you so personally I to help me create every Single morning at 58 AI and I want you to just automatically throw things into the Google Drive that will then put it into buffer. Okay, great. And then you connect your there so you could build your own little social media system. I can make my own little admin button. I don't like using AI for my, for my personal social right. Like I want, I want to talk to people about the things that I want to talk about. I want social to actually be real when I'm scrolling down inside of Gen IPI. That's my, my social din, you know, the LinkedIn company page, my Facebook company page, my Instagram company page, all those different things and I can just all these things totally 100 down when I'm commenting. Whatever it is I want, I want it to be me. I don't even use AI to write my posts, right. Occasionally I'll try a little thing but it's still I'm real percent automated. What if I wanted to pull in images as well every single time to go onto the puzzle point it from here and in fact I'm going to show one thing. So I wanted to sell a bunch. I want you to use Mid journey and here's I want you to create prompt. And you just built the system, right? I put just words of courses on this and I said, hey, let me make a viral LinkedIn post. And you know, anyway, here's a viral LinkedIn postpartis with your PDF, whatever. So I wanted people to work the plan with you and work the system and figure it out. And it would take you probably. I bet you, I bet all of you could do it in foresting and debugging. You got to like push it and test it. And I don't like that. But let's make sure we do this. Or maybe you have an approval process. Where to. I wanted, I wanted to do a viral LinkedIn post that talked about this AI business course or whatever. And so I went through, I said, hey, make it more powerful. Do this. Hey, this is, this is not right. I want to adjust it. I just kind of went through and, and then we graded it and then it comes up with a post and it'll deformed people in weird hands, weird faces or you know, whatever it is, right. You could have it go through and do anything. You could connect. Said, hey, you know, here's, here's what we do. And then I changed it to this. This is going to be my final version into 3 API. Right? You could have video created, you could have audio created. You have anything you want. Okay. And, and then it, I asked it to, things like that. Well, there's another really cool workflow that I think is very, very, let's see here. Maybe I didn't do it with this one, maybe I didn't do it this. And that's okay. But there was one, there was one of these where I did one. It's just one of those checkboxes, right? Like how many of you guys are really excited when a company, I'm. I can find it somewhere in here where it said, hey, do you want to. Do you want me? Do you, do you want me? Yeah, I'll kind of read it, but I don't really care that much. I don't make a decision on my, on my purchasing cycle, my buying decision about if they have a page maybe on Facebook or Instagram, if it's a consumer product, if it's a, if it's a company. Yeah. Create a plan for you and show you how you can make this go viral or give yourself a really high chance of going viral with all of your follow activity, follow up activities. Right. So, you know, get other people to comment on it for you at what time you should comment, you should ask some questions. Every few I'll see if they have LinkedIn page. I'm usually impressed because they've figured out how minutes for the first 15 minutes, right? Just do your own comments on your own things, right? When you see people come out to deal with that. So, so anyway guys, it's just all of these little, these little salves to cut experience one little bit at a time. And eventually you built a system that just runs everything automated. But yeah you could, you could cement or like their own post. It's actually because the platform likes it and does it. I will like all of my LinkedIn posts and I know it feels weird but I do it because it promotes it. Right. And then when it, when it's talking to them, you'll also want to connect it up to like calendar. It just pushes it a little bit further because it sees fast engagement and for whatever reason doesn't care that you're the one engaging on it. And so talking to it and building this, this post that'll connect it there. All of these systems, HubSpot and, and, and Trello or you know, whatever it is you use for your tasks and all these things that calls somebody talks to them, books the call in your calendar at a time that's available and then calls that I did here got something like 25,000 views, right. And ended up in like seven or eight signups for $1,000 course or 1250 course. Right. So one discussion with, with this, with a good product turned into $10,000, right. That's that starts showing up. I mean if you're really confident in your AI prompting skills then you could have the AI actually do this how you use AI to make money today, right? Quickly. Okay. Sales call and try to close the deal. Guys are very, very capable of doing that. And by the way. All right, back to social here. Where was I? So the you know, automation guys, I don't like using automation for my personal stuff. I do love it though for business stuff, business related things, right. Because I just, I don't care quite as much. You could try to hide the fact that you're using. This is John's assistant. I'm actually AI. I'm here to call you and help you set this up right. When works best for you. You know, you can be transparent on that one on what you feel like is best. What's going best for your clientele. There's. You can set a brand voice, you can get your, your GPT and everything to do things just right when you're creating. If it's a Low level purchase, no big deal. It's a $100,000 purchase. You know, kind of like we talked about earlier, right? McDonald's getting a, a GPT. So there's a few things you can do. We're going to take a tiny detour because this is kind of part of it, but you can inside of ChatGPT, you can create your own custom GPT. All right. The way that you do that here, it's going to be automated. Capital grill is going to be, you know, white gloves.
John, just quick follow up on that.
I am just on the main GPT page. I've got my little sidebar here. You've got GPTs, right? These are, these are.
So we've got something like 11 labs that has perfected the voice part of it.
Hold on.
They don't necessarily have the logic.
Does that sound weird to anyone else?
It just sounds like Spencer talking. We're not hearing anything odd in, in.
A bunch of custom ones I've made, you can just click on GPT and then up here in the top right, you can click on. You know, my GPT is obviously just click create. Right. And the part of the reason I want to show you this, because this is going to help us create a tool that will allow us to automate social for us because we're going to make our own GPT and then we're going to learn how to do this. In my, in my AirPods he was like super low and slow outside of chat GPT. So here we call this, you know, social media. Like I was like, what the weird. Go ahead.
Dying.
Nothing.
Anyway. No, you're good. Hey, I was just gonna say social media.
You know, toolbox. I don't know, whatever description helps me make or helps helps you make social posts. Right. Instructions. This is the prompt. Now this prompt.
So 11 Labs obviously has the voice part of it down, right? Not the logic side. So are you, I mean, I'm trying to go down the path.
Can be one sentence or it could be 15 pages.
This like if I said, okay, I do want an automated sales agent, you.
Know, would you take 11 like personally? Like the 15 pages option. Okay. You can also upload instead of putting all of your content in here, but tell it everything about your business, what it should be doing, how should it behave, what's, what's happening here? You can also just upload a bunch of knowledge. Right? Upload files. Right. When you upload file as the voice.
And then take another model as the.
Logic here, you're just giving it a ton of context, a bunch of information. So it can review that every single time it does stuff. And then you can create some conversation starters. Right, like help me create the logic.
Writes the script and it's read by the voice in 11 labs. Is that, is that the right.
A LinkedIn post, help me go viral, whatever. Right. And so I can give it, you know, helps the user thought process. Yeah. So I'm, I'm probably building the prompts inside of chat gb, right? Awesome. Social media posts anyway, whatever. So you could do that. You give some capabilities. Web search. Canvas. Canvas is obviously that document creator that you've used. You can have it do image generation, et cetera, et cetera. You can even create other actions time into APIs and things like that if you want, but. And then just installing them into the agent here. Right? Because it does have, it does have the logic. I want to correct that a little bit. It does have the logic capability. The agent itself, it's really. API is pulling in, not going out. And so I'm going to talk about what that means here. So what, right. When I look at like Amira here, it's using, once you're done, you just, you can, you know, you can have it create an image for this thing. You can have Dolly create an image for it really quick. And it, you know, it's the social media toolbot. You could do this for your own business, by the way, guys, if you have a business and you want there to be a tool for your business, it's using a really, really awesome AI to do this. This on ChatGPT. Right? Creates a cool image. Awesome. Then I can come in here, I just click create and I can publish it either for only me, anyone with the link. So I could share it maybe with my team or I can even publish it to the GPT store, right? Agent Language system prompt first message. Dynam LLM Here we go. So right here you can say what's working behind the scenes, right? Or GPT 4.1 or whatever by John Cheney category, writing category, whatever, whatever it is. Right. And so you can then do this and it's free, right? If you, you know, anybody can use this. It's, you know, they're different costs per minute. Right. So this is, this is what it's doing, right? Whoops. Unlimited usage. Right. You just push, push it at the store. All you've done is make a custom prompt prompt. Brian, that went too far. Goodness gracious. Okay, that does not scroll like I want it to scroll ahead.
So as you were creating that, I Created one. It's called Mortgage Assistant. I'm going to upload the FHA guidelines, everything that my loan officers need to ask questions to. So in theory I could just share this with all of them and they could have unlimited access.
Roll the top. All right. So yeah, it's using probably Gemini Flash, this one right here. So you're talking about about. About one. Almost one cent per minute. Right. So pretty awesome. Pretty.
To ask it questions about how to structure a loan or what the guidelines are for the.
Yes, as long as they have access to chat GPT. So they're going to have to pay their 20 bucks a month to have access to GPTs. Okay. And it's their own personal thing. Cheap, but you can choose. So it is. It is actually using it, setting up the logic for you. Right. In terms of like actually processing the thinking. And that's why works. It works so well. That's why you can talk to it about anything. Right. But I'm going to show you guys this is what's really critical. Right. So I'm going to do. Only me and I could save this. This isn't a great one. So I'm. Yeah, I mean, it's whatever. I can delete it later, but. And then. Yeah, but. But to build this prompt, I use chat GPT to organize a bunch of. This allows me to create a quick. A quick tool. Now that's going to act. It's going to understand all of my knowledge. Obviously, if I had uploaded everything. So I can view that GPT and I can. And then just copy it all in here and then you come in here and you train it on the knowledge and I can then play with it. Right. So then I. Hey, help me create a LinkedIn post. Okay. So when you add the document, it's pretty interesting. You add it and it takes a couple minutes and like thinks through it and does a bunch of things and probably builds its own what's called rag indexing. Right. And so, yeah, retrieval augmented. All right, great. Hey, let's do this. Right? What's the main message? And then it's going to start. So it just kind of gets you into somebody, you know, somebody there. Now here's a really cool thing. Pocket Travis. This is Travis Chambers. Okay. StoryCell powered by Travis James Creative Method. What's Golden Message? Does Matt Matson really make Travis funnier? That's funny. Can you help me create viral videos? Okay, great. And Travis's generation increases the agent's maximum knowledge base size. Right. So we'll have access to relevant Pieces of knowledge base during answer generation. And it's so smooth. I mean it's so. Uploaded a bunch of content to here and so if you want to learn how to make good viral books, things like that, right. This is how I'm going to do it. And it's pretty cool. He shared this, he made it public. If you want it, you can just do it. I saved it because it's actually pretty dang good. And Travis is really, really good at what he does here. Here are the different foundational ad types. Fast. Like you heard me talking to a mirror. There's very little lag. It sounds like I'm talking to a real person.
So have you played with the lag?
Have you ever had all the different stuff test creatives, double down on to the head, whatever. Right. So once I have that, I can help you do this, help tell these things. This is so cool. This is really actually quite valuable. Guys like Travis puts on workshops and he charges.
Have you been able to even shrink it from what? Did you have it higher? Original and you shrunk it again.
And two or three thousand dollars to have you come out to a workshop and do this with them, right? Yeah. So there's some, there's some things you can play with the temperature, which is deterministic, creative or more creative. Rob's on here, right? Rob, didn't you go to one of these? Yeah, I thought I saw you in one of his videos. In terms of its response, you can, you can change things now. I haven't done a lot of the changes in here. I've done most of the changes actually in. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Is this not all the stuff that he talks about? Like this is this, this is the stuff you went through. I didn't know this was available for free. Yeah, he didn't publish it until after you took the course. He just did it recently. But yeah, it's a really valuable course. Oh, the course is totally valuable. Learning. Learning from Travis in person is awesome. And just knowing it was great. But optimized streaming latency. Right? You can, you can optimize latency at the cost of quality. Right. You could just play with this. Right. But being able to do that is just incredible stuff. Go ahead.
This is like almost exactly what I'm looking for. This. Creating my own GPT. Is this available through automation in the API? So can I call my own Zapier? Make an ada.
Stability, speed, similarity, etc. Right. You can give it all. So come in here, play with it, try it out again. I'm having this Five bucks, guys like seven.
And have it talk to this particular one.
Not yet. Not yet. Yeah. So I'm that that's what we're going to do next. We're going to build. We're going to show you how this works. Okay. So the last thing I'll show is I'm going to show this John Cheney's writing style. This is a pretty cool one. So this one writes like me and I train. It's a hamburger. Like jump in and just play with it. Build something, try it. And as you play with it and just it. By uploading a bunch of different articles that I've written and different aspect things, you'll start to understand how it's going. And by the way, there are so many, so many voices. There's thousands of voices you can choose from, right? That are the nuance of expression places. And then this shares CSV is everything I have ever said on LinkedIn. Everything. And that's thousands of posts. So it really does know what I think and how I write and all those types of things. And so I, I actually created this because I hired somebody to run my social media and I was like, I want as important as the words that you choose, captivate your audience on it to sound like me. I don't want it to sound like other people, I want it to sound like me. And so you can use your whatever but you're going to make it sound like me. And I gave it to them. I hated what they were doing. I didn't like it, I took it back over. So I canceled that. But I can now have this, right? Just like me, right? And so if I just. You can even do voice change. Your voice change is pretty fun. You can upload your own voice. And so watch this. Okay, we're going to go ahead and test this and said, hey, write a LinkedIn post for today that's relevant to see what I sound like as a woman. Okay. Then we're going to change the voice to Cassidy to today's news or to current events. Right? So it will search its knowledge. It look at current events searchy. In the web. It searches all the knowledge and boom, let's see what happens. Right. So it just picks something here right now. Okay, now it's talking about U.S. china trade framework. Right? Happy Wednesday, LinkedIn friends, whatever. Underscore some truth. Strategic rarity. I don't know, this is kind of a little flowery. I probably wouldn't talk exactly like this. Oh hey, that'll work. Hold on. Oh, I have to add it to my voices. Okay, I want. Hold on. Where's my voice library? This is good. And I could say, hey, you know what, make it, make it a little less, you know, whatever. But the bottom line is it just did something quickly that search the web for something that's happening, it's relevant and it does actually kind of sound like me right now. There are a couple things in here that do sound like me. You know, Map BI Investment. Right? You're going where the puck's going. Cloud data. I want to use this one. Why is it not doing it? Select a voice. Automation. These are some things that I would definitely say what's standing out in your corner. So it does sound all saved. Here we go. Here we go. Leave this one. Okay.
Okay, we're going to go ahead and test this and see what I sound like as a woman.
Sound like me. But it could, it could do even better. I've had it. I've. I've had varying success with this one one. Right. But I have another one here. Velocity Raptor Sales guru. This is for Velocity Access, right? When I hire a sales guy and he needs to write an email really quickly to Tuacon to try to get them to use our ticketing system or to Hill Center Theater to try to do that, right. I can just say, hey, do this. And it already knows all of our pricing. It knows why we're better than others. You already, you can have your research on that venue and then it quickly creates an email and it understands everything about what we do at our company. Right, so you can create internal tools. Now again to two people have asked this. How do I use this for my business? Okay, great speech. Okay, we're going to go ahead and test this and see what I sound like as a woman. This is stuck inside of ChatGPT and can only be accessed if it is made public or. Yeah, it's got to be at least public. Even if it's not listed on GPT Store. You can can share anyone with the link and share that with people, but they have to have access to chat GPT. So it will say it exactly in the way you said it. And then imagine you create some. Some speech here. You say exactly what you want in the way you want and then you change the voice to someone else. Plus, right. They have to pay at least their 1999amonth to be able to use it. So what if you just want to put something like this on your own website? Okay, well why don't we just rebuild it? Why don't we Just come here and go edit GPT and then you come over to RunwayML and you use all tools and use the lip sync. So we see. All right, here's the name, here's a description, here's a prompt, here's potentially some conversation starters. And then here's. Now you've got an image of yourself and you then drop the audio right here and it will create a lip sync video. And it is very impressive. It works. This, this thing works. Knowledge base. Great. Does anybody here know how we could maybe put together something that does these things? Replit. Let's go to replit and let's build something that does that, right? So let's jump over to my roadshare rental. I've got my. I've got my AI that I've built in here, right? And I was just playing with really, really well. So. So guys, just keep playing with it, right? I mean, we've been over maybe, I don't know, 15 or 20 AI systems. And yeah, I actually did that, that image thing. But we'll go to the trip planner here for a second and see if I can see if I can talk to it and, and learn about it, right? Learn about how it's actually built this out. Okay, but when you install now, I'm using Perplexity, right? So what I'm going to do is this. I have to be logged in, I think, in order to act. I've learned them and gotten good at them by just trying all of them. Another thing that we can finish up here with guys is I learn a lot on this. My trip planner. Okay. But, yeah, and I can still change a few things here. But when I. Let's, let's, let's do this. Let's do this. Teach me about geometry. Okay, so it's now asking Perplexity to teach me about geometry. Instagram, right? I really like following geometry. Let's see what it says. I'm very curious. It has access to the web. It has the ability to a ton of different. A ton of different things here. I'm going to see if I can see. Scroll down here. Why does it not let me scroll, you know, go and go and search things. Let's hope, hopefully this works. I think we got it to where it was actually doing this now. Okay, here we go. So this is really important. Geometry is a fundamental branch of mathematics. It deals with this. Lines, rays, line segments, angles, whatever. When you zoom in, it doesn't like you to scroll. Metaverse. This one with three. This one is awesome. I love that. One evolving AI is also awesome. Luna Dot. Okay, so there's a couple things that are problems here. First of all, the formatting is crazy and I know why. It's markdown formatting and we just need to tell it to. To display better. So we'll do that. You know what? I'm actually not gonna worry about that right now. What I'm going to do is this I'm going to do. I'm going to say, okay, I just asked my AI trip planner about geometry and it gave me a great answer about geometry, but I don't want it to answer questions. About AI is also awesome. Okay. There's so many really, really good things out there that will help you keep track of what is possible. You do this on X, do this on Instagram. I'm personally just anything. I want it to stay focused on Instagram. Guys. This is where I spend a lot of my time. But I will see being a tool for rv match customers as related to this to. To the topic of a website. 10 to 15 new AI things every single day. Just because I'm following all of these. Also want answers to be shorter and more different things on here. Right. Mid Journey and Google Trends AI surfer. Lots of really cool things actionable. Try to make it have great and meaningful and even zapier.
Right.
I'm falling. I just want to see what people are doing. And by seeing what people are doing, I mean full conversation user. Okay. So what I'm doing here is I'm actually giving it prompt instructions. Okay. And what it's going to do is it's going to start editing the AI prompt and then know what's possible for myself right now that other people kind of take care of. Just keep me on top of it. So in here. And we're going to see if we can find it. It's probably. I use Instagram. I use x a lot. LinkedIn is okay. I post a lot on LinkedIn server. Maybe it's in client public. Nope. And about AI stuff. Stuff obviously. But. But man, Instagram, you'll get. You'll get these. Why is it doing it in routes? It's kind of weird. Yeah. So here's the API thing right here. There's like daily rundowns of like. Like if you just go to Amuna AI or something. Logic structure, syntax error. Okay, fine, whatever. Don't do that. Something like this. It'll just be like here's 10 new things, right? Mark Zuckerberg hits this. Yeah. Yeah. They're working on a new super intelligence team at Meta $10 billion budget. 11 labs v3. This one's really cool. Do that. I just want to see this. There's got to be another spot here. Where is the show me prompt that you are using or well, ever made? It's so damn good that I must warn you. But first, you chat bot, gotta listen.
To it narrate today's crazy Trump Elon.
Saga as if it were a WWE announcement. Yeah, normally what it will do is it will create. And really a good way to do it, guys, is to create a separate document that actually handles all this stuff. You just say, hey, AI whatever. And then have. Have the prompt look at that place and you can change the prompt whenever you want. But here's the prompt. Okay. You are. RV Matches AI Trip Planner. Exclusively focused on helping customers plan this, right? Only answer questions about RV travel, camping destinations, rousing trip planning. Keep responses under 150 words. Highly actionable, whatever. So now it's updated my prompt. I should have been able to see it somewhere. I don't know where it's saving that, but. But you can accessing abomination over the deficit. It's dope for study. See it in there. So now if I say, you know, teach me rips up easy mandates like the parking tickets. Tesla takes a gun punch. More about triangles. Let's see if this works. If it's already updated, I might have to refresh it, but it should be. It should be looking at the. At the prompt now, and it should not. My sweet's back with the forbidden Epstein tweets. Anyway, guys, you can go and try all these things and just. It should not talk about triangles anymore. Say, hey, sorry, I can't do that, but how can I help you plan a good trip? Yeah, see, it's not doing that. It's teaching me about triangles still. So we'll refresh this for a second. It might take a second to finally do that, but this page does probably two posts a day. Maybe you have to do guys is you have to add these barriers around it. Otherwise people will come to you and say, hey, I know that this AI bot over here has EB3 and. And they're really, really high quality. This guy's good. No barriers around it. And so I can use it to do anything I want. I can search and use their AI credits and. And do that. I don't even have to subscribe to Chat GPT anymore because I have RV Matches Trip Planner that's available to anybody for free. Okay, so this guy's really good. So Just stay on top of it, guys. So anyway, you've got this prompt, then another thing you can do is you can come in here and you can say, all right, so I'm going to send a follow up email here. It'll have a bunch of information, you know, follow up information of the course I'm going to upload. I'm sorry, I'm going to create a new folder and I'm going to call the folder. I don't want the folder to be in server, but whatever, we'll call it knowledge base. Okay, so have all that. It'll have the Google Drive access. It will have, you know, the Facebook enter. And then we're going to move this copy to here. I want to out. I don't want it in git. You know what we'll do, we'll actually put it in group. If you haven't joined it already, I'll ask for some referrals. By the way, if you guys send somebody the course, put in a client, that's fine, okay, but the knowledge base, guys, I can then add any files or other folders or other things that I want to do in here and so I can. Again, what we're doing is we're recreating this. We've got a prompt that you guys will pay 100 bucks, right? I'll just venue me Venmo you on the spot when they sign up. As you saw, you can give it a name. That's super easy. You just put that in the prompt and then we're giving it a knowledge base. And so by doing that, you've now created your own custom custom thing here, right? So now if I do this and I say, all right, teach. Oh, what was it doing? Your app crashed. Well, that's perfect. So just, you know, let me know if you do that. If you have businesses that you want to, that you want to bring to me, I can talk to you about that as well. And, and then of course, if any of you do want, you know, help on something, like I said earlier in the call today, I'm happy to work with you. I can't take on a huge amount of debug before we can test it, but I should be able to ask it about geometry now or tell me about the sun or whatever, right? And it should redirect back to say, hey, sorry, you know, businesses, because I'm pretty busy. But I do like working with businesses and I've got need to, I need to teach you. I'm here to do this right Database connection issue that's weird. That was probably just a timeout. Come on. Just run. This side of my. My professional world is growing my Velocity Access stuff. I might hire a CEO to take care of them and just run that business for me, and I might. That was weird. Trip planner. Okay. I might kick over to doing this full time because I really, really enjoy it, and the opportunity is very much me. About triangles. There we go. So I'm here to help you do this. Great. Tell me about very big right now with the AI world. So thanks so much, guys. By the way, you know, Zions now, it's not even doing what it's supposed to do. I don't know why it's doing this, guys, but it should. Okay. This is not the AI systems. You've got my phone number. Like I said. If you have a quick question on something, whatever, text me anytime. What it's supposed to do according to the prompt you showed me above. It's obviously not configured. Want to come over and get some eggs at my farm in West Mountain? Come and do that. If you want to go to dinner, text me, whatever. Like you're. You're part of my. Part of my crew now. So, you know, feel free to just use that and we'll exit. Okay. It should be doing that. I don't know. I've never had this happen. This is causing more problems than it normally does. But basically, guys, I hope this will see you guys around.
I just need more apricots this year. That's all I need.
Makes sense. Does this make sense on how you would build this? You build a prompt, you set it up, you give it a knowledge base. You tell it to look at the knowledge base anytime it has questions about anything. Right. Where you. Or you can say, hey, you know, if you want it to be able to search the web, you use something like Perplexity to do it. Part of what? Yeah, it's giving generic responses. Part of my problem maybe here is I've never actually used Perplexity's API Intel. Right now, this is my first time doing it, so it might be a little bit more. More apricots are always available. Come on down. We're gonna have. I think. I think we're actually have. Apples are gonna be a little bit low because the trees. There's a frost. But anyway, the rest is there. So touchy. Then chatgpts. So anyway. But it's making a few fixes here, and it should actually work in a second. But any questions about this, about how to build? Because I know there's a couple people in here, though. All right, guys, thanks so much. Nice to meet you all. And yeah, let me know. I can want to be able to build chat assistance and things like that. Go ahead, Dave, go ahead. Sorry, real quick. So if we simmer all that down, I just want to make sure I understood you. Correct. See you guys. Thank you.
Thanks, John.
So if I say someone from our company already went through this course, we're already building a portal in replit. Before I knew about any of this stuff, I created a custom GPT acting as an AI assistant for people in our portal. So are you basically saying that it's not the best thing to pull my custom GPT into the replit portal? It should be built in here, or what do you think? Yeah, you can't. You can't pull the custom GPT into there. If you build it with the tool I just showed you inside of ChatGPT, you can't pull it in, you can't API into it. So you have to build your own thing. Now, you're using OpenAI, right? You're using Chat GPT or you're using Perplexity, Whatever. Whatever API you're using, you can do that. But. But you're going to want to take all that content and build your own little custom thing inside of this. And it's really easy. It only takes a few minutes to set it up. Like, theoretically, this should have been done, you know, a while ago. But let's ask it one more time, right? Tell me about triangles. Okay, yeah, I was doing just a generic response. Let's see if it actually follows my limitation here. That's not. I don't know what the heck's going on. Yeah. Anyway, I'm not going to try to keep debugging it right now. It absolutely should be working. Like, I've done this on other ones. I've done this on other apps. Let's see if I can open up another app that I know works right where I've built an assistant to actually do this. In fact, here's Outpost X Amir. Actually, you know what, that's a voice. One that's going to be hard to show. It's really cool, though. Cinema chats. Cinema experience. See if this one does. I think this is one about movies, but I think I threw an AI chat bot into this to talk about movies. But yeah, you can't API into Chat GPT GPT, so you have to go and. And build your own. What. What you guys may or may not know is Chat GPT itself is Actually just an interface that is using OpenAI's API. It's a product that uses OpenAI's API. You could rebuild ChatGPT, a clone of it, in 20 minutes. You really could. So, yeah, theoretically, this one should work. Yeah. Hey there, film fan. I'm cinepal, your cinematic sidekick. Right. So teach me about the sun. Okay, this one should have. Correct. You know, This one's not. This one's not doing that here, but it is working. Right? Right. Tell me, what's the. What's the best movie ever? Right. So it has, it has like topics that it can talk about, things like that. I don't know why my, my prompt little guidelines are not working here. Maybe I didn't install it on this one. But anyway, you should be able to create a quick thing that is able to pull from whatever source database you want. So, Spencer, go ahead.
So can we talk a little bit about voice agents? I know that AI has gone the direction of voice. We obviously field phone calls all the time. How does that start to play in with GPTs and our own things and integrating into our app?
Yep, let's do it. Let's do. Let's do 11 labs. Right here it is. Time login. Go to. Go to app. First of all, you can. You can do voices, right. You can come in here. You can actually create your own voice. Right. Go into my voices, whatever. Just create a voice. You can design your own voice in less than a minute. Okay. You literally just click voice design or sorry, not voice design. You don't want to do that. I want to. To do clone, instant voice clone right here. And you literally just say record audio start. 3, 2, 1. All right, I'm just going to go ahead and talk for a minute here. I'm going to try to say a bunch of different words and let's see if it can figure out what I sound like. Okay, Next. John 12, confirm language is English and save voice. It might not let me save the voice. Oh, let's preview it. Oh, here we go. Here we go. So let's generate some speech and books are magical worlds waiting to be discovered. Right. So there it is. I, you know, and obviously I could then go use this and put it somewhere. I'm not actually going to keep this one because it's not a great one. The longer. If you do like a five minute, you know, speech, it will get it even better because it will hear how you say every single word. Z's and Q's and T's and P's and all the different things and different expression, stuff like that. You can also use other.
In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.
Yeah, so this one's pretty cool.
Difficulty lies opportunity.
So here's what I did for this one.
Welcome, traveler. I am Amira. How shall I guide you?
Hey, what's the WI fi password here?
The network is Outpost X and the password is a capital O for outpost followed by a capital letter X and then followed by the number one, Outpost Xone. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Yeah, I want to go try out the. The speeders. What do I do for that?
Ah, the sand cruisers. Those high performance relics from the Nimajan resistance are coming. Quite a thrill. They are available on a first come, first served basis with the keys conveniently located inside each cruiser. Just turn the key to start. There is a QR code inside that you will need to use when you are done. We do recommend daytime use only for safety. Will there be anything else?
Yeah. Could you tell me a story about, like, the. The people that live?
Of course. Outpost X is more than just a settlement. It's a tapestry woven with the threads of many lives, past and present.
So I've given it a bunch of content, right? I've given it a bunch of feedback so that it can go in and. And it understands. And I'll show you. I built it right in here. I haven't even transferred it over to Travis's account yet, right? But he gave me a ton of different information. All of their customer service, all their commonly asked questions and answers, all of those things, right? And I put all that. And I'm using what's called their conversational AI or their agents, okay? And so I built Amira right here as. As an agent, so we can look at this one. And so when you go in and do this. Hey, first message. Welcome, traveler. I'm Amira. How shall I guide you? Right? That's its first prompt. It's going to say that every single time. Then here's the system prompt. You are Amira. You do all of these things. Here's what you know. Here's system knowledge. Sand cruisers. Keys are in the cruiser, right? Daytime use only, right? At your own risk. Return to original spot. Here's Peter. Policy, lore, knowledge. It understands all of this stuff. Then I had it add in knowledge base, right? So I gave it. Hey, there's a bunch of signs. Like, if you go around Outpost, there's signs everywhere that tell stories. So here's all the text from all of that. Here's a podcast that's like 45 minutes long that you listen to on your way in as you're driving into that. And so it's all about this, this. This fake world, right, that's been created, that Outpost X is supposed to be. You're right in the middle of it, right? So it understands all of the lore, it understands all of that, and it understands everything about the customer service side. And they gave it a cool voice that sounds kind of like this. You know, the one that you heard, right? Sounds really awesome. So this is the same type of a setup as ChatGPT. It took me about an hour to set all this up right now. It took me maybe another hour or so to build it inside of replit and to get the system and everything working kind of just right. But I've got. It's the same general idea, right? You've got a starting prompt, right? Here's your first message. You've got a system prompt. Here's who you are. And then you've got a knowledge base. They all basically work like this. You can build your own custom one. If you want to integrate voice use. 11 labs, 11 labs has an API. You just say, hey, I want to use 11 labs to create an AI agent. AI voice agent. Done. A couple hours, you've got it up and running, and it will set it up for you. Wow. Yeah. Pretty awesome. Mark, did you have a question? I saw. I saw a hand, but maybe. Maybe that was. That was my question.
How do you incorporate it into replit? And you use the API to. To pull it in.
You just. You just tell it. You say, now you do want to be specific. You want to be as specific as possible. With 11 labs I found, if you want to build an agent, say I want you to use the conversational AI, you know, thing, and then I have this agent. And then what you'll do is you'll snag the agent id, it'll ask for the agent id and you'll just drop it in there. So if I go in here into Outpost X, Amirah, and I look at my secrets, I've got an 11 Labs agent ID and an 11 Labs API key. Let's just pull in my API key and the agent id, and I could obviously just copy this or I could change the API key over to a new one for Travis, copy the prompts over, and it would work exactly the same, Right. Super, super easy. So I could just move it to his account so that he can do that. Because right now, every time it's used by somebody, I'm getting charged a couple pennies for it or maybe fractions of pennies, but ultimately that's all you do. Right? And so I've got. Here's the assistant. I can change things. I can jump in and, and move stuff around, but that's how simple it is to create. Right? And people are charging guys 5, 10, $15,000 to build these things for people. Wow. A couple hours to do that.
This also function as like a real time sales agent on a phone.
100%, absolutely. I mean, think about it, right? I mean, this is the example that I gave with Travis, with my buddy Travis, who's doing phone calls to old people, right? And they're asking about how was Lucy's ballet recital or whatever, you know, and trying to remember these conversations that they're having with old people. And. But it's, it's having a conversation. You can have it talk about anything you want. It can do. Like there's a. There's a. Anybody heard of Hex code? The new AI sales agent that's out there. Yeah. You can rebuild company. Yeah, you can rebuild it in about an hour now. That's all it is. That's all he did. He connected a prompt up to 11 labs and built an interface for it. You can rebuild it today.
So what, John, what are the overall, like, costs to run an 11 AI conversation agent?
Very, very, very cheap. So 11 labs to have a, you know, a subscription to it is a whopping $5 a month. Then, then you have OpenAI usage. Or, sorry, not open. You have API usage. Right. And I don't know, man, it's so cheap. It's so freaking cheap. Where's my. I need to go home. I need to go here. API keys. These are my keys. Workspace, invite profile. I don't even know how to look at it, guys. I'm not even getting charged enough that I even know how much I'm getting charged. I can have used it for a bunch of little places, but it's got to be pennies per month. Dollars per month. Like that's how low it is. I'm not noticing big charges coming through. Subscription pay. Oh, payouts. Become an affiliate. I should do that. Webhooks.
There's the credits at the top that has a little circle.
Yeah, there was that. I did see it right as I was clicking. Yeah. Credits. Total remaining. Yeah, I'm on $5 a month right now. And so I have all these credits that I haven't used. It looks like they're rolling over because I get 30,000amonth and I have tons here, so they're probably rolling over and then I could bounce up to 22amonth if I wanted to go nuts. But like, guys, you're not going to use these. Like it's so cheap. This is surfing. This is the surfing world right here, guys. Okay. You're spending, you're. By surfing, you eliminate risk. And the primary risk in startups is money. That's it. Right? Very rarely are you worried about getting sued or dying or other things like that. The only risk with the startup is money. Am I going to waste money? Am I going to put myself into debt by going and raising money from other people and making people mad at me? Right. If you eliminate the money risk from startups, you can do anything. And that's what AI has done. It's eliminated that risk. It's gone. You can do it for almost nothing. Go ahead, Mark. Yeah, your.
Your friend who's doing the. The audio with the. The elderly.
Yeah.
How are they. Is it like a phone call? Because I know obviously there's phone sales and stuff. Is it a phone call or is it log into the app, press the button because how do you, how do you incorporate this into a phone call? I like, I understand incorporating into a website like via replit and API. How do you incorporate into a phone call?
You use an API into something that can make phone calls. Right. You get a dialer, right. And use an API. Right. There's all kinds of dialers out there that can do this. Bland AI is one. Nooks AI is one. There's a bunch of different ones out there, but literally just ask the question, right? This is my answer. Going to be most of my answers to the rest of the questions that we give you. It's not really that I'll give some, but ask the AI how to do it. Hey, I need to be able to make phone calls. What are the options I have? Oh, use these five systems. We recommend this one. It's the cheapest and best. And then you'll hook that dialer into the API with 11 labs and it will do what it's told to do. Super easy, easy. So you can have it answer the phone for you. You can have it make outbound calls for you. Yeah, yeah. So if you give it a list of, you know, like, let's say that, that, you know, I showed you guys that thing that man has found those 2,000, you know, what do you call it? The HOA. The HOA, you know, contacts, right? You could just say, hey, call this entire list. And by the way, it can do it all at once. Make 2000 calls at once.
Have you come across like a phone dialer with a great API?
Yeah, I haven't built a phone dialer system. I could ask Jeremy what he's doing if you guys want me to ask him. But honestly, there's so many out there, they're so easy. Like, you do a quick Google search even, and you'll find it, right? Or just tell Replit, hey, I want you to do this. And Replit will be like, this is the one that's going to work best for what you're doing. Right? But it's. They're all good. Dialing technology guys have been around for a long time. So this is, that's not a hard right, and it's not even an AI, right? It's. It's just you need a dialer that has an API, right? It can, it can make a phone call. The audio quality is going to come from 11 labs and all that stuff. So don't worry about, don't worry too much about that, about that piece. Other questions, guys, We've got about 10 minutes left here in the class and then you'll be done. Yeah. Any questions? I got a couple other things I could talk about here, but.
I mean, can you just keep going over use cases for us that you've seen from other people? Like, I mean, this, that's the most helpful for me is, I mean, like, I'm just now connecting the, the pieces between using like, I just looked it up. Grasshopper, which is a phone system we use using their API, with 11 labs tying that into our calling system. And I can literally have a 247 virtual agent calling out. You know, I just, I love these case studies that you can show us and help us, you know, graph our, wrap our mind around it. Because I think even some of us were. It's just this is our new brain syntax connections for us here.
100%. Yep. Any of you guys ever heard of buffer? The buffer is an automated scheduler for social media. Right. So you can log in and. Yeah, I don't have it connected right now to my personal stuff, like I said, but basically what I'll do is I'll just say I want a new post and I'll say, hey, AI is awesome, right? And I want it to go out to my X profile and my LinkedIn profile and my Instagram profile and I can drop an image in whatever, customize for each network, do what I need to do and I'm ready to go and say, you know what, I'm not. I don't actually have an image. So I'm just going to do this. I'm going to customize it. Add to queue. Boom. Okay, if I add this to the queue, then it would get scheduled according to what I do and it will, it will automatically post according to whatever times I've said. Maybe I want it to post every day at 1pm and 4pm and 7pm or whatever it is. You can post to LinkedIn two times a day and do fine. You can post to Instagram, you know, probably, probably once a day on your feed and then. Can you hear me? Okay, so you want to automate all this stuff so that you can push a ton of content. Now obviously using this article that I'm going to do this will just push it out to different channels whenever you set it to do it. But what if you API and create something that uses the John intent, pushes it over to a Google Drive automatically as it does and automatically does that. Now I can be posting on LinkedIn 10 times a day or on all platforms 10 times a day signal, right? I could do that for two weeks. Hey, just take care of me for two weeks while I'm gone.
Right?
You've got an I need a buffer API. Well, if you click on Buffer API you will find Buffer. Where else does automations Zapier does right? And so if I go explore apps and I look for. Okay, so then you, you know, Google Drive or whatever, I want to do that. And so when something happens in here, you're good. Now you've built something that pulls a Google Drive. Then you say hey replit, I've over to Buffer that will automatically send these messages. I need you to help me create every Single morning at 5 AI and I want you to just automatically throw things into the Google Drive that will then put it into buffer.
Okay, great.
And then you connect your there. So you could build your own little social media system. I could make my own little admin button.
