Cohort 13 - Day 2 - 6/18/2025

John leads a workshop on AI image and video generation tools, building a Cougar IQ dashboard and logo designs live. He shows how creators and small businesses can ride platform waves instead of fighting them, using examples like his mom becoming an influencer and Jeremy Witt's AI care-calls business.

This computer. All right, guys, welcome to day two and in this case, the final day here. Really excited to, to go over a lot of fun things today. We're going to do some really valuable things today. We'll go over image generation and I would say more advanced image generation. I would guess most people on this, on this call have, have built an image or made an image with AI, asked ChatGPT to make something for them. But we'll go over a bunch of other fun platforms that I like to use and how to use AI to get even better results from those. And we'll do some video generation stuff as well, which is really exciting and scary for a lot of industries for a lot of reasons, but, but, but very, very fun as a, as a consumer, as a user, you know, as a business, you know, person. I need, I need a video made on something cool. I can, I can make it right. So that'll be fun. We'll go over some sales and marketing strategies. That is always a favorite section for me. Just really understanding how to not, not just, you know, how to have AI actually do sales for you, but, but how to even, even, you know, set up ads and, you know, the fact that you can create, you know, add content, add language, test it, iterate all these things and refine it based on the best principles out there. You know, it's like having, having a perfect, you know, coach. I, I don't know if any of you guys have ever followed Neil Patel. Neil Patel's amazing at SEO and, and, and really just kind of making sure you have a good presence online. But one of the things that he's done a lot of, and so is Gary Vee and so is Dan Martell. And so a lot of these, you know, gurus out there, right, they have, they've published so much AI knows everything that they do. And so you could just say, hey, I need you to act as Neil Patel, as my coach. Help me build a strategy here. Boom. And then it will directly refer to that type of content and build a custom, specific plan for you, right? So just like we built, you know, a business plan yesterday and we built a development plan, we built a customer journey. Whatever you can, you can build all of these things, all of the things that you would imagine your best team members would produce for you if you said, hey, put together a new plan or a new strategy for X, right? They can do it, and they can do it better than probably most people out there. Definitely better than I would say 90% of people out there. I still think that humans think outside the box a little bit better. But, but heck, you can ask, you can ask to do that too. All right, so that's just a little preview of what we're doing today. Any questions before, you know, as we kick off the day? Go ahead, Gabriel. First question is very tactical. Did for, for your website. Sorry, my website? Me. Did you, you have like this little quiz? Yeah. Did you build it also in the same website? Let me think. I'm trying to think. If I built. I think the questions were built inside of actually with a combination of Grok and ChatGPT kind of going back and forth to refine them and get the answers just right. It was still built with reprint or something. I can't remember the name now. Replit. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So the quiz itself. Yeah, if you tell your tell. Tell Replit. Hey, build me a quiz that helps for onboarding or, you know, a free tool or free whatever. Yeah, they can do that just fine. Okay, that's awesome. Second one is more philosophical. So what can humans do that AI cannot have experiences and connect? No, actually I watched a 10 minute CBS clip. I saved the link. I'll send it to you guys. I'm gonna, I'm gonna chop it up and post it. It'll be one of my posts that you see here on LinkedIn in not too long. But, but yeah, I'm gonna, I'll just copy this for you guys and drop it into the chat here. But this is a news, a news post by CBS Morning News about, you know, people falling in love with their AIs, having relationships with them and you know, know, one guy like saying, hey, I might, you know, if, if, if my wife asked me to, you know, give up ChatGPT, I might, I might leave her, you know, which is very sad. Obviously if I want to go show up and watch Rebecca, you know, perform a, some, some amazing piece that she wrote or some big classical concerto with a, with an orchestra behind her or whatever that's, that's gonna, you know, AI AI is not going to replace that. People are going to long for those types of things even more, I believe. Adventure, right? Getting out in the world, getting out doing things. So really getting out and being alive. The things that we call hobbies right now, right, are going to become a lot more people's jobs. They really will. As you know, Amazon, I just barely posted on Amazon, on LinkedIn. Amazon's CEO just came out and announced to their 1.5 million employees that they're going to do a lot more cutbacks and he, and he said it wasn't, it wasn't like, oh yeah. And AI is one of the reasons. The entire letter was about how AI is the reason they're already using over a thousand different agentic AI apps at Amazon across the, across there. And he said, and we're just getting started. He says he thinks many more will come and they will replace the humans needed to complete various tasks throughout the, throughout the value chain. And so humans are going to continue to get replaced. And I think it's good, guys. Like I. Yes, yes, the transition is hard, but I really do believe that humans are meant to do more than look at a spreadsheet and crunch some numbers. Right. If you can get AI to do that mindless, not really adding any value to humanity type stuff. Not that accountants are not adding value to any. They are because without AI, they're very important. But now you can have AI do that kind of stuff. You can have that person now turn to, hey, how can I, how can I go and connect with people in a different way? And, and it's going to be a transition. It's gonna be hard. But, but I do believe it's overall a good one. You know, it's, it's, it's a good way to think about this is to jump ahead a hundred years, right? What, what will the world be like in a hundred years? What will people be doing with their time? That's an easier way to think about it, right. It's hard to imagine all this transition in the next three, five, 10, 15 years. That's going to be really, really crazy. Um, but, but if you jump ahead a hundred years, okay, what. Obviously AI will be able to out code anybody and everybody. Obviously it will be able to do financial statements better than everybody. Obviously it will be able to do legal work better than everybody, you know, whatever. So there's, there's. Yeah. Anyway, think about it that way. But really quickly, John, I just wanted to add, Hollywood created a film, it's called her with Joaquin Phoenix that was back in 20 about this whole relationship, what Drama's also talking about and you about how this man just couldn't have any relationships and he ended up having this complete relationship with his computer AI, which was her. So if you haven't heard about it or, you know, I had some friends working on that. Yeah. So it's interesting, people, again, this has been happening for a long time. I remember when that movie came out, I said, ah, interesting. I'm going to watch because in sometime in this next decade, something's Going to explode like, like that. And look where we are today. It's pretty amazing. That's great. Yeah. I'll have to try it again. And Stephen, you're right. You know, getting people, employees to the trades is going to be big there. Even that will be replaced with robotics. Right? You're going to have, when you do go, AI plus robotics, whether it's humanoid robotics or other types of robotics, they're going to be able to do everything that humans can do. And quite frankly, look, guys, I will buy the first Optimus robot if I know it can pull weeds in my. On my farm. Like, I will get back. Sorry, I will get back hundreds and hundreds of hours a year just from that. Right? And I'm not, I'm not gonna miss it right now. Will I still be able to garden? Yeah, of course. We'll be able to go 10 to 10 to the gardens and tend everything we have on our farm here. Right? But I don't have to do the repetitive, mindless task of pulling a weed. Right. I do believe that we as humans, I think that one of our callings in life is to work. So we will figure out how to work. There will be something that we need to do, but it's going to be just, it's going to be a higher level. Right? When you think about, when you think about this, you know, I was reading something again this morning, again, just, I was on, on Instagram, just going through my feeds and reading this stuff and I stop and I read and I think, and that's how I learned this stuff. But one of them was talking about research, scientific research, about how scientific research is now at the point where it can discover things literally. And I know this number is crazy, a thousand times faster. And so things that 10 years ago we were saying, oh, we won't see that until the year 2200, we now literally might see in the year 2035, right? And so, because it can, what it can do is it can take the same thing the humans can do, but it can take millions or billions of data points and find the patterns and solve things and figure out cold fission, figure out nuclear whatever, and figure out how to do things that, you know, cure cancer, all this stuff that, that, that probably the answer is probably there. It's probably in the research somewhere. But being able to make those connections and actually turn them into something real is where, you know, the real magic will happen. So. So anyway, really exciting, really exciting times to be living in, guys, where, where things are going to change dramatically. So all Right. Welcome. Clint and Jeff's camera. And I think we've got most people here. I think we're missing one person, but when they join, they'll join Brandon. All right, guys. Yeah, yeah, it is Brandon. Thank you. So. And he did message me. I think he is at the doctor, so that's fine. But we are. Trying to decide. I have a pretty, another kind of philosophical discussion. We've been doing it for the last 15 minutes, but a pretty, pretty big one that I want to hit. How about we do this? How about we do this? How about we do some, some photo and video stuff really quick here and then we'll come back to that. So we'll take a break from kind of just talking. We'll dive in. First of all, I want to show you guys. So I sat here last night. I don't know why. I sat at the computer forever. Like, I finished up our class and then I just kind of kept going for whatever reason, and I just kept working on this BYU thing. And then I was playing chess and I was watching the news and I don't know, I just kind of got into, into a mode and I went for like two hours, maybe, maybe even three. And not quite three. I think it was probably more like two hours. But anyway, just working on this BYU idea and I started getting really excited about some of what I was seeing. But I, I, I really focused on the past games element. Like, I haven't, I haven't done anything with social feed, right. But you can see it's starting to come together. It' kind of nice. None of this stuff really works yet. Like I said, I still need to, I still need to work on that. But I built this past game section here that and I'm just doing football and basketball right now. And I'm only going back three seasons at the moment, right. But, but look at how cool this is, right? Like, I can come to, you know, we could go to like the, the Buffaloes game, right, which was postseason for byu. And you know, we've got the summary, we've got key plays. I can look at the box score, what happened here? I can look at team stats. I built this thing out that shows all these things. You know, the, the color, you know, the, the school color goes to. Anyway, you see that black to blue, you know, along the bottom, that cool thing. It's. I like, made that look really nice. Anyway, so I can compare what's going on here. Pretty cool. I can look at individual players, look at the quarterbacks and their ratings and all the different stuff that's happening there. So lots of really amazing stats, which is neat. And then one of the things that I really like, all of this guys was automated and built directly through the API that came out of espn. It's free and part of the API is all of the highlight videos. And I just had it organize it and put it all together here. And I can literally just click play here and every possession started. I've built my own right around the 50 yard line, BYU, ESPN thing or whatever, right? And so we don't have to sit here and watch this. Super exciting. And I would love to do that now. I can also click here and it bounces me over to espn. I can, I can do that. But, but guys, like I built this in like a couple hours. This is crazy. And it's super useful. I can also, by the way, I, I figured out you can just download these videos directly. I can just click on that and download it. I could then post it to my social. If I have a, if I have a BYU or whatever, you know, whatever your team is, right? If I have a BYU Instagram page or whatever. Now I've just got that video, it's done, it's ready to go, it's ready to post. And so pretty, pretty crazy, pretty cool. And I can do that now for all football games, all basketball games for the last three years. And I could easily just say, all right, make it for the last 15 years. All I do is tell it to do it. And it would just add this in and every time it loads one of these things, one of these games, it's going to follow the same. It's pulling the APIs. I'm not storing any of this data. All of this data is being pulled directly from espn. It's built these nice stats things for, for this I had to do a couple adjustments to, to the score because it was showing, you know, Q1 or like quarter 1, 2, 3, 4 and then the total. So it's following the same pattern as football. And I was like, hey, that, that's messed up. For basketball, make sure you do half, you know, first half, second half total and you know, just, it fixes it, right? It just fixes all kinds of things. And so it's like, as well and, and just in a, in a moment be able to, to build out this cool, you know, personalized, you know, way to explore sports is super, super fun, guys. So I don't know, I'm excited about it. You know, I don't know if I'll ever do anything with it, right? But I built it, it's there, it's up and running and, and I've been going through, right? So, so one of the things we could do here this morning is for, for me to make this even just a little bit better, right, Is, you know, we need a logo. We need a good logo for Cougar iq, right? So this is one of the things you can use AI for to help you generate ideas. You know, you might, you might not actually end up using exactly what it gives you, but, but it's, it's pretty dang good. Okay, so first off, guys, Chat GPT is, is very capable of, of building or of creating images. Way more capable than it was even two months ago, right? So let's go to the BYU fan Dashboard and say, help me build logo for your iq. Okay, so I'm going to have it do this and we're going to have it do a few things here. Now obviously ChatGPT is a great, is a great source for, for images, but there's a lot of other websites out there that can, that can create images as well. And I'll show you a few of the tricks and things that I did for Gen API. I think, I think my Gen API logo is pretty sol. And, you know, for a few reasons, my goal was I wanted something that was circle. First of all, because a circle logo is really good for profile pictures, LinkedIn, whatever, all those different things. It's also very simple. I wanted something that looked kind of like a brain, but with circuits, and this accomplished that. And, you know, I went with a green color. That's just the theme that I went with in the beginning. And I was like, yeah, let's just stick with it. And so I did that and this accomplished it. This is pretty good. This will look good on a hat, this will look good on a shirt. This would look good on a billboard. It looks good pretty much everywhere I put it. It looks great in a propos proposal. You know, I built a proposal yesterday for someone or. No, this was a, this was actually a press release. But, you know, it looks, it looks good in the wild, right? So, so anyway, it also, I, I have it. I have it in a, in a vector format, right? So I can infinitely zoom in on this. It will never pixelate or anything like that on any of the curves. So I can blow this up super big and I have all those different things now. It's, it's hard to get all of that stuff directly from AI. Okay, but let's say, yeah, so let's. Let's go. All right, which concept? So first of all, gives me a few concepts. Let's go. I have to do something that won't be, you know, infringing on BYU's. BYU's thing, but modern mascot plus, that could be cool. Okay, let's go with. Let's go with Visual Concept 1. Just try that. Okay, so we'll sit here. We'll let it. We'll let it do this for a second. While it's doing this, I can. You know what? I probably should have clicked something else, but I'm. I'm gonna. I'm gonna do this for a second here. We'll go like this. Oops. Where is GPT or not ChatGPT. I need mid Journey. How many of you guys have used Mid Journey before? Anybody? Yeah, Gabriel, just a couple of you guys. That's good. That's good. Occasionally I have glasses where no one's used it, which is just surprising to me. Let's go to when they first came out. It was, like, the only thing anybody was talking about on X, but not really so much anymore. Yep. Yeah, for sure. V7. Okay, let's go to explore. Create. Okay, so. So Mid Journey guys is specifically made for. For pictures. They. They are venturing into video now, which is super cool, and I'm excited to see that because they just have just amazing styles. I mean, look at these images. I was. I was working last week on a. On a. You know, on an RV rental site, right? That was my. That was my business idea, right? Fake business idea. Right. They're all fake business ideas until. Until you decide to pursue it. But. But anyway, couple. Couple logo ideas, you know, that were circle. And anyway, then I needed some hero images, things like that. So Mid Journey is done a little bit differently. Instead of saying, hey, will you please create me this? Right? You actually just describe the image directly. And. And so I can say, you know, logo for a company called. No, actually, you know what? I'm not even gonna. I'm not even gonna say what. It's logo for a sports. For a BYU sports IQ company. Simplistic cougar head with tech or wiring routed. Let's just. Let's just try that. Let's just see what happens here. So every time you. You. You put something in, you'll get. You'll get four different examples there. Let's go back to ChatGPT here and see what we've got. Okay, so this one's interesting. It did a. It's. It's. It's all white. It's actually kind of, kind of cool. That's impressive, guys. That's really impressive for an AI to do on a first shot. Now, it's not super high resolution and. And you know, obviously if I'm zooming in here, that's. That's not great. That's kind of crazy, though. Here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to say please upscale this. Please upscale this 4X. Let's see. I want to see what happens. If it can do it 4x getting started. I know it can upscale at 2x, right? But I just want to see what happens if it does that. That's pretty impressive. There's a couple things I like about it, a couple things I don't. But having a cougar with just kind of this different feel and the cougar iq, it's got this. That's pretty impressive. There's a couple things I like about it, a couple things I don't. But having a cougar with just kind of this different feel and the cougar iq, it's got this little circuit almost thing looking here that kind of reminds me of Gen API a little bit. That's pretty good. This is not a bad logo at all. One of the things that I like about it is this. This head is very recognizable. Like it's not confused with. With BYU's, but it's, you know, so it's different enough that it's not going to have any sort of like patent infringement or anything like that or trademark infringement, but you'll be able to recognize this cougar and this is kind of unique and this is something pretty fun here. So, yeah. Now put on a blue background this time. I wonder why. I wonder why it did that. The transparent background the first time. I kind of want it to be the transparent one. Actually looks even better when it's on the blue background. So pretty cool. Kind of a cool idea. Now, here's the thing. I bet if I were to poll you guys, some of you would say, I don't like that logo. And that's fine, that's cool. If I were, you know, if you have 10 people in a class, you can have 11 opinions. I've done this. If anyone's ever been through a rebranding at a company, like, it is a sure way to cause, you know, strife. People are going to. People are going to be upset at you. All right, I want to use Mid Journey. Just everyone has a different opinion and that's okay. Your company's not going to live or die based on the logo. You got to have something. But. But it's, you know, do what you like on these. Mid journey. To create some options here. Give me a good prompt using. Okay, so I just asked it to use Mid Journey v7, the line with this direction. Right. So it already knows, obviously it understands the context of everything that we're talking about here. And it is going to add vector logo at the start if you want to flat them or icon ready. Result. That's crazy. Can it actually do that? Let's see what we got here. So let's go back to here. All right, so here are some of the options that it gave me with my little. With my little prompt here. Let's go like this. And we actually don't need this Imagine prompt. You used to have to do this forward slash. Imagine if you were using Discord. Discord is another way you can, you can do this. All right. It doesn't know what this flag is, so we'll just delete it. Go. Okay, but you, you can. Another way to do this is through Discord. It's kind of weird. It's kind of a weird. You know, just for those of you that aren't familiar with Discord, it's just like. It's almost like a chat system basically. Kind of like Slack maybe, if you're familiar with that. But for. It was made originally for gaming and. And so it's kind of has that feel in there and. But you can use it to run, you know, scripts and commands from. From the chat itself. And so I'll show you what that looks like in a minute. I am shocked at how fast V7 is going. So here's a few more options. You know, that one, that one is, you know, very different. Looking right at the camera, more focus on the. On the IQ thing there. It's not bad. Not bad. It's got the brain. What do you guys like? Which one's the best for you? Out of these four? Top four. One, two, three or four? Three. Three. Rebecca says two. I would say one. Personally, I actually like 11 opinions. Second row, three. Second row, three. Yeah, I like that one. Yeah, I'd say second row three as well. Second row. Second row three, in my opinion, is the best out of all of them. 3. You like. You guys like this one? The best simplistic. Yeah. One of the things that's good about this that you guys are. Are feeling without maybe knowing why you're feeling it, or maybe you do know why you're Feeling it doesn't have a lot of small parts. Right? And a lot of small parts especially. Guys, this is an important thing to look at. How small are these icons up here? Right? They're super tiny, and you have to be able to recognize it. Right. And when you have lots of small parts like. Like these little dots and all these things are going to disappear when you zoom way out. Right? If we just save this image and then we go to. We go to, you know, look at it at a fave icon size. Like. Yeah, I mean, you can still kind of see it. It's not bad. It's not bad, right? But it's funny, you know, like, you all had. You all had a bunch of opinions. I do like that. You know, we kind of, you know, honed in on this one. That's cool. So we'll click on this one more time and see what we get here. Oh, come here. Dang zoom controls. Just killing my experience here, but, yeah, pretty recognizable. It's got a couple, you know, thin lines right in here that kind of disappear, but they're fine, right? It's. It's almost like this. This cougar with this power that's coming from behind it. So we'll. We'll use this one. We'll use this one. Now, I could keep going, guys. Obviously, tons more, you know, images. That one's actually kind of cool. I actually kind of like that one. Like, that'd be cool as, like, an led, like, light thing that you put on your wall, you know? You know what I mean? What are those called? Like, you see in a bar. I don't know what those are called. Anyway. Neon sign. A neon something or other. Yeah, that. That thing. So now I'm going to upscale it, and I'm going to upscale it creative. Okay. Which means I need, you know, really high resolution. That's all it's going to do. So we'll just do one version of that, and it's just going to give me. It's just going to give me really nice versions. Now. I can't. One of the things I can't do in here, which is just kind of interesting, is I can't talk to it and say, improve the. Improve the image this way. Right? Do this. Make this change. Right. I can only do a new prompt if you use the. The other thing that you said on ChatGPT. No, no, no, no. If you use from, like, the other ui. Oh, from Discord. Yeah, from Discord. Like you have. I haven't done it for a while, but like you used to be able to like zoom in into like one section and be like, hey, there's one extra finger. Can you remove it? Or something like that. Yeah, there are a couple things you can do. You can go in, you can edit, obviously. Right? You can come in and edit something. It won't, it doesn't allow you to. It doesn't allow you to. Here, I'll just. We'll do it really quick. We'll do it. I think it's worth just doing really quick while we're talking about it. Let's save the image here and then we'll edit and we'll upload and go to downloads and we'll go to the upscaled one here. How's it going? And so you can erase or restore, you can smart select different things or whatever, but you have to tell it what you're going to do. Right. And it doesn't always do it exactly as you want. You can just say kind of reimagine. This retexture is interesting. It's kind of fun. And obviously they're getting different, right? They're getting better here. But you know, I don't really have anything that I want to do here. Maybe I, maybe I want to. Let's smart select this. Yeah. So can you not at minimum feed in what you've got right now to a new prompt? Like maybe it doesn't continue the old prompt, but yeah, it doesn't. Yeah, you can't, you can't start with something in mid journey different. It is a little bit weird. So I, I can say, you know, make these lines a little thicker. I don't, I don't know. Like I'm trying to, I want that to these. Isolate, remove or cancel your mask first. I thought that's what I was doing. Erase selection, erase background. Yeah, that's smart selecting. You can only erase. It's very, very limited in the types of things you can do. Right. You have to. Yeah, like you couldn't, you couldn't get any of your images from ChatGPT and then say, hey, I started with this. Can you not with this variation, not with this tool, Undo. I did not mean to do that. And now I'm stuck in it. Back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back. So what I can say is this, you know, keep this image the same, but make the circuit lines a little bit thicker. Let's just try that. No changes. Submit, please make at least one edit. Yeah, it's, it's not even letting me do it. Paint, erase, restore, yeah, you have to actually change stuff. It's. Yeah, it's, it's really. Oh, you know what it is? You know what it is? I think what I have to do is this. Let's just try erasing these and then trying that. I'm just seeing if I can make an edit. But as you can see, it's not as simple as, you know, chat gbt. You can do. You can do some amazing things. Here's Brandon. Let's let him in. So, yeah, it changed it a little bit. It did make this a little bit thicker. It is kind of cool. I actually, I actually don't mind the change. You know, it kind of got rid of the, the small things. I think it's actually going to look a little bit better this way. So we'll, we'll, we'll roll with this one. Looks like it gave me four different options for that edit. This one's pretty good. This one has smoother lines. Cleaner, Cleaner ideas. It does have one weird. This gray spot right here. Right. But sorry, I wonder if I can smart select that element and then just say erase and then say, you know, keep this same but without erased section. Just want to see, want to see if we get that done. If not, then I'll just use this other one. I'm really impressed. I'm really impressed with how fast it's going. Welcome, Brandon. Okay, yeah, so I got it most of the way, right. It's got this little tiny. This little tiny thing sticking out there. And you know, I could keep that. I think I probably. I think I probably want to erase it. Yeah, I needed. I need to make it smaller. Paint. Did it give you multiple options again, like. Oh, yeah, you're right. You're right. Right. Let's look at it. Good point. It's got that line in there. Just kind of a random line. This adds some, like, mountains to it a little. All right, we're going to just roll with this one. We'll upscale to gallery. I think that's doing something. Use this. Create a final full quality version of your image and add it to your gallery. Upscale. Okay, so we'll go to create. Yep, here it is. Oh, I clicked it twice. I wonder if I can stop this. It's okay, but yeah, it'll upscale it. But anyway, so Mid Journey is a really fun tool to use, guys. But using the important thing here is I was able to create a really nice, you know, prompt here with, with ChatGPT to get it. To get it just right. And when we go later into. Into VEO3 and play with some video stuff. We'll do the same thing, right? Use AI to help you build a nice complex prompt that's going to get you the exact desired result. And then as you iterate, go back and forth and say, hey, that didn't exactly work. I want you to focus more on this and hey, let's make it a little more simple or let's make it whatever it is, right? Or hey, you know, with, with video, say hey, make sure the audio, make sure there's a soundtrack that sounds like Thomas Newman or you know, whatever you want to do. Okay, so yeah, that's, that's the mid journey stuff there. I, I really like. So what I did for Jenn API guys is I went like this free AI logo generator. That's what I just googled, right? And the top result was design.com and I went and looked down at a few things and then I just ended up clicking on it and this is where I ended up. Right? So let's just log in here. I ended up on this and it's really, it's really easy in here to, if you go to. Let me just go to design.com proper and then say, you know, Cougar IQ, create logos and then I'm going to change this to Cougar AI sports. Sure, do that. Okay, so now here are some other options, right? And I could just jump in and I could just pick something, I could say tech circuits. Give it a few more keywords here. And, and so yeah, it's, it kind of got rid of the cougar itself. I want the cougar. Let's get rid of the circuits. Word. So lots of options here obviously guys. And, and again we could go through and, and you know, we'll all have our different opinions and that's totally fine. That's kind of old school. This is a little bit too close to the actual cougar for byu. This one's kind of like a cougar cougar's face but like with a, with a, you know, fully tech type thing. That one's actually kind of cool. Looks like the eyes and the nose, right? See a little lion in there. Anyway, so that's fun. But what I can do with these, what I can do with design.com is I can just say, okay, hey, I need my JPEG or my PNG or my svg. I need a transparent background. I need my vector file, whatever. I need the icon only, text only. You know, whatever I need, it's there. I can quickly Go in. I can edit it. You just basic edits, right? I could add shapes or things like that. But I can also just say, hey, you know what, I need a color. Here's my logo colors, right? Let's grab this, just make this like that or whatever we want to do. And I can, I can change all of that really, really quickly, save progress and, and then I can download, you know what I need to download. It'll take me back to this page and give me everything that I need. So this cost me is that it was free logo, whatever. Yeah, you generate for free. But then when you want to download it, you're actually going to pay about 30 bucks or so. But for me, when I'm in the middle of building a business in a weekend with three days and I'm like, okay, I need a logo. Like, yeah, this is going to get done. What I need that we, we did get this, we did get this other, this other logo made here. And I'll go ahead and download this file. But the problem is it is a png, right? And you know, which is fine. Where's, where's my logo? It's PNG looks pretty decent small. It'd be, it'd be nice if it was a little rounder like, like just compressed a little bit. You know what I mean? The mid journey can't export vector files. No, they cannot. And so I mean there are like conversion things you can do. There are, yeah, so there's a couple, a couple ways to do that, right. Obviously you can go like PNG to the EPS converter or whatever or, or vector file. You just say that, right? But a vector file. Guys, is this math based. It's a math based file, right, that allows you to, to zoom in, you know, infinitely. Right. And so need. It's really good to have that if you, if you, if you can. So obviously you can go and you can try. All right, PNG to EPS converter, select file and we'll see if we can do it really quick. Let's see here. I think that is the correct one here. And convert. Right. So we'll see how it does. Most of the time this does not work well. Right. So let's see, let's see how it did. Let's just check it out. EPS opening this in Photoshop. But there are other ways to do it. There are other ways to convert to an eps. I'll show you really quick. If this actually even if it does work, I'll, I'll still. Yeah. Image size 302 megabytes. Goodness gracious. That is crazy. How did I download a 300 megabyte file that fast? There's no way that file is 300. Yeah. 27. Okay. At least I'm not insane. Hey, that did pretty good. We've got a vector file now. It's not a complete vector file, though. It kind of converts it to a fake one. That's what I've found at least. Right? So if I were really converting this to a vector file and I wanted it to be really high quality, guys, number one, I'm not an expert. And so there are other, you know, one of the things that we do, one of the reasons why we turn to AI, that we've learned in this class and that, you know, I hope you guys are taking away, is AI can help us do things that we're not great at doing, right? And so. And it can do it for a fraction of the cost of hiring someone else to do it. But there's another place where you can already do this and it's been around for a long time, and that's called Fiverr, right? Many of you guys have maybe used Fiverr, but if you just go like PNG to vector, right? You could, you could do that same search right there, jump in, and for 5 to 10 bucks, you know, it'll be done in, you know, whatever. Top rated, 25 bucks if you want them to do it. Just amazing. But, but especially for something that's as simple as what we just, you know, we're seeing here. You know, this guy's got a thousand reviews. Five star, like five bucks. Yeah, let's, let's go. Oh, it looks like this one's. Looks like this one's messed up, not working. So click on the next one. But either way, $10, one day delivery. I can just forget about it and move on to the next thing and start working on my social and working on whatever else. And I can upload my image when I, when I receive it, but then I've got a vector file that I can use to do whatever I want. And quite frankly, you can use the PNG in the meantime, right? The PNG here is going to be, is going to be more than fine. All right, we're going to close this because it's a big file that's using a lot of memory and. Okay, I don't want to see all your cool new stuff open. And we're going to do this anyway. Now I've got this file here. I could create a, I could create a, you know, I could I could erase all of the white area around it so I can make this transparent background. Delete. Is that actually deleting it felt like it was deleting. Do, do, do, do do. Content aware foreground, color blending. I just wanted to delete it. Doesn't look like it's actually deleting it. Maybe I have to rasterize it first. Export as quick new. What is happening with this? That's all right. Either way, we're going to export it as a. You know, what I do want to do is I do want to at least crop it. So we'll get a. We'll get a square here. Let's see here, man. Come on. Anybody know the shortcut for a square on Photoshop? I know there is one. You have to like hold shift or control or something while you're dragging. But I'm just going to go 1740 by 1740. All right, got it. And we'll just get it centered there. That's perfect. And then crop. How do I crop? How do I crop? I know that Photoshop isn't as easy as everything else layer. I need to just crop it. Crop right there. Yes. All right, so now at least I have something that's semi, semi, you know, square and it's in the format that I need. And so we'll call this Cougar IQ logo png. We'll save that to downloads and that's fine. I do want to see how big it is. Really quick get info. These are the types of things that matter. Guys, when you're building a website is you do care about, you know, speed, site optimization, all those types of things, right? 400 kilobytes is going to be more than fine. So now let's, let's show how to. How to dive in. So, guys, I know that was a lot of really kind of fast, basic stuff there, but. But really that's how I'm working when I'm trying to figure something out, right? I'm going to try a couple tools. I'm going to take my best thing. I'm going to move forward. I can always come back if I really care about getting the logo just right. And I can do that. But my app stop running. But let's drag this in here. So now I can just drag this logo in and say, all right, please install this logo everywhere relevant on the site. Also set it up as the fave icon. Lastly, be sure to properly set up all Open graph. Open graph settings for the shareability. All right. Shareability. Shareability. Is that a Thing, not shareability. All right, we'll send that. We'll send that off. So I. A couple things here that I want to bring up and just let you guys see really quick. So it's going to start installing this logo. It'll put it probably right there. This is byu, so I'm not sure what it will. It will do there, but it will definitely install it as the fave icon that will show up as this piece here. By the way, I wonder if cougariq.com works now. Hey, Boom. I hadn't checked it, but remember I set it up yesterday and godaddy at the end of the class it hadn't propagated yet and now it has. So now it's actually working. Now it doesn't have the past games element yet because I haven't redeployed, right? All the stuff, all the changes that I made are still inside of Replit. I still have to wait until I get it to a point where I'm happy, then I can redeploy and then I'm starting to share this cool new thing. Okay. All right. And you can see by the way right now there is no favicon. It's hard to see, I know, but. But there's. It's just like a little like symbol that says like, hey, I can't see it now. One of the things I talked about there is called the open graph, right? The open graph settings, guys, are like, if I go to. Let's see here, let's go to Facebook and let's just try sharing cougariq.com right? Like this. Cougariq.com come on. Normally it shows a preview. Show me a preview. There we go. There's my preview. So Cougar iq, BYU Sports fan companion, right? So all right, that's kind of cool. It's whatever, but it's really boring. There's no image to it. It's not tied to it. If I Instead show this genadpy.org right? Wait for the preview to show up. Boom. Look how pretty that is, guys. Right? So that's just another one of those little things when I'm building a business. What I'm trying to do all the way through is I'm trying to have as few paper cuts as possible in the user experience, right? And there's just little things when that little open graph. This is called the open graph settings, right? When it's set up properly, it looks amazing when you share it. And they're like, wow, this, you know, this is awesome. Right? Like, hey, you know, boss, I found this, this AI training, you know, I'd love to, I'd love to try it out. And he sends a link of this and it looks all official and nice, you know, immediate, like whatever the opposite of a paper cut is. There was just, that was just a tiny positive experience there, right? And as you go through the entire experience inside of whatever your product is, if I, if I go down and click on like the privacy policy and you know, I built it really quickly in replit, I, you know, it put a link there and I forgot to set it up and it doesn't exist or it goes to a 404 and it's just an error. There's a paper cut, right? And then if I click on, you know, the, the blog or something and, and something doesn't load correctly or there's a little, a little error, like if I click on, you know, a category and you know, hey, boom, I found an error, right? I actually know this error existed and I've left it there on purpose because not a lot of people, I think, click on this specific thing. But look, it's not loading the author properly for whatever reason when you click on a category. If I click on AI education doesn't work. Enterprise AI doesn't work. If I click on AI proficiency, here is a tag, it works fine. So when I click on tags, it works. When I click on categories, doesn't. If I just go back to the main blog, it works great. I can see all these different things I can click on on these different topics here. They're fine. But for whatever reason, when I click on the categories, it messes it up. But I'm not going to stop as a business from doing business with these guys if, if I find one little paper cut, okay? But if I find five, oh, the privacy policy isn't there. I know it can upscale at 2x, right? But, but I just want to see what happens if it does that. That's pretty impressive. There's, there's a couple things I like about it, a couple things I don't, but, but having, you know, a cougar with just kind of this different feel and the cougar iq, it's got this little circuit almost thing looking here that kind of reminds me of Gen IPI a little bit. That's pretty good. This is not a bad logo at all. One of the things that I like about it is this, this head is very recognizable. Like it's not confused with, with BYU's, but it's, you know, so it's different enough that it's not going to have any sort of like patent infringement or anything like that, or trademark infringement. But you'll be able to recognize, oh, this is Cougar. And this is kind of unique. And this is something pretty fun here. So, yeah. Now put on a blue background this time. I wonder why. I wonder why it did that. The. The transparent background the first time. I kind of want it to be the transparent one. Actually looks even better when it's on the blue background. So pretty cool. Kind of a cool idea. Now, here's the thing. I bet if I were to pull you guys, some of you would say, I don't like that logo. And that's fine. That's cool. If I were, you know, if you have 10 people in a class, you can have 11 opinions. I. I've done this. If anyone's ever been through a rebranding at a company, like, it is a sure way to cause, you know, strife. People are gonna. People are gonna be upset at you. All right, I want to use Mid Journey. Just everyone has a different opinion, and that's okay. Your company's not gonna live or die based on the logo. You gotta have something. But. But it's, you know, do what you like. I want to use Mid Journey to create some options here. Give me a good prompt using B7. Okay, so I just asked it to use Mid Journey v7, the line with this direction. Right. So it already knows, obviously, it understands the context of everything that we're talking about here. Discord is another way you can. You can do this. All right. It doesn't know what this flag is, so we'll just delete it. Go. Okay. But you. You can. Another way to do this is through Discord. It's kind of weird. It's kind of a weird. You know, just for those of you that aren't familiar with Discord, it's just like. It's almost like a chat system basically. Kind of like Slack maybe, if you're familiar with that. But for. It was Made originally for gaming. And. And so it kind of has that feel in there, and. Which one's the best for you out of these four? Top four? 1, 2, 3, or 4? 3. 3. Rebecca says two. I would say one. Personally, I actually like 11 opinions. Second row three. Second row, three. Yeah, I like that one. Yeah, I'd say second row three as well. Second rest. Second row three, in my opinion, is the best out of all of them three. You like? You guys like this one? The best simplistic. Yeah. One of the things that's good about this that you guys are feeling without maybe knowing why you're feeling it or maybe, you know, why you're feeling it, is it doesn't have a lot of small parts, right? And a lot of small parts, especially. Guys, this is an important thing to look at. How small are these icons up here? Right? They're super tiny, and you have to be able to recognize it. Right? And when you have lots of small parts like. Like these little dots and all these things are going to disappear when you zoom way out, right? If we just save this image and then we go to. We go to, you know, look at it at a favicon size, like. Yeah. I mean, you can still kind of see it. It's not bad. It's not bad, right? But it's funny, you know, like, you all had. You all had a bunch of opinions. I do like that. You know, we kind of, you know, honed in on this one. That's cool. So we'll click on this one more time and see what we get here. Oh, come here. Dang. Zoom controls. Now I could keep going, guys, with obviously, tons more, you know, images. That one's actually kind of cool. I actually kind of like that one. Like, that'd be cool as like an led, like light thing that you put on your wall, you know? You know what I mean? What are those called? Like, you see in a bar. I don't know what those are called. Anyway. Neon sign. A neon something or other. Yeah, that. That thing. So now I'm going to upscale it and I'm going to upscale it creative, which means I need, you know, really high resolution. That's all it's going to do. So just do one version of that and it's just going to give me. It's just going to give me really nice versions. Now I can't. One of the things I can't do in here, which is just kind of interesting, is I can't talk to it and say, improve the. Improve the image this way. Right. Do this, make this change. Right. I can only do a new prompt if you use the. The other thing that you said on ChatGPT. No, no, no, no, no. If you use from like the other ui. Oh, from Discord. Yeah, from Discord. Like you have. I haven't done it for a while, but like, you used to be able to like, zoom in into like one section and be like, hey, there's one extra finger. Can you remove it? Or something like that. Yeah. There are a couple things you can do. You can go in, you can edit, obviously, right? You can come in and edit something. It won't. It doesn't allow you to. It doesn't allow you to. Here, I'll just. We'll do it really quick. We'll do it. I think it's. I think it's worth. Worth just doing really quick while we're talking about it. You can just say, hey, kind of reimagine this retexture is interesting. It's kind of fun. And obviously they're getting different, right? They're getting better here. But you know, I don't really have anything that I want to do here. Maybe I. Maybe I want to. Let's smart select this. Yeah. So can you not at minimum feed in what you've got right now to a new prompt? Like, maybe it doesn't continue the old prompt. But yeah, it doesn't. Yeah, you can't start with something in mid journey different. It is a little bit weird. So I can say, you know, make these lines a little thicker. I don't, I don't know. Like I'm trying to. I want that to these Isolate, remove or cancel your mask first. I thought that's what I was doing. Erase selection. Erase background. Yeah, that's smart selecting. You can only erase. It's very, very limited in the types of things you can do. Right? You have to. Yeah, like you couldn't, you couldn't get any of your images from ChatGPT and then say, hey, I started with this. Can you. Not with this variation. Not with this tool. Okay, undo. I did not mean to do that. And now I'm stuck in it. Back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back, back. So what I can say is this, you know, keep this image the same but make the circuit lines a little bit thicker. Let's just try that. No changes Submit. Please make at least one edit. Yeah, it's, it's not even letting me do it. Paint, erase, restore. Yeah, you have to actually change stuff. It does have one weird, this gray spot right here. Right. But sorry, I wonder if I can smart select that element and then just say race and then say, you know, keep this same but without erased section. Just want to see, want to see if we get that done. If not, then I'll just use this other one. I'm really impressed. I'm really impressed with how fast it's going. Welcome, Brandon. Okay, yeah, so I got It. Most of the way. Right. It's got this little tiny. This little tiny thing sticking out there. And you know, I could keep that. I think I probably. I think I probably want to erase it. Yeah, I needed. I need to make it smaller. Paint. Did it give you multiple options again, like. Oh, yeah, you're right. Right. Let's look at it. There you go. Good point. It's got that line in there. Just kind of a random line. This adds some like, mountains to it a little. All right, we're going to just roll with this one. We'll upscale to gallery. I think that's doing something. Use this to create a final full quality version of your image and add it to your gallery. Upscale. Okay, so we'll go to create. Yep, here it is. Oh, I clicked it twice. I wonder if I can stop this. It's okay. But yeah, it'll upscale it. But anyway, so Mid Journey is a really fun tool to use, guys. But using. The important thing here is I was able to create a really nice prompt here with. With ChatGPT to get it. To get it just right. And when we go later into. Into VEO3 and play with some video stuff, we'll do the same thing, right? Use AI to help you build a nice complex prompt that's going to get you the exact desired result. And then as you iterate, go back and forth and say, hey, that didn't exactly work. I want you to focus more on this and hey, let's make it a little more simple or let's make it whatever it is, right? Or hey, you know, with. With video, say, hey, make sure the audio. Make sure there's a soundtrack that sounds like Thomas Newman or, you know, whatever you want to do. Okay. So yeah, that's. That's the Mid Journey stuff there. I. I really like. So what I did for Gen IPI guys is I went like this free AI logo generator. That's what I just Googled, right? And the top result was design.com and I went and looked down at a few things and then I just ended up clicking on it and this is where I ended up. Right? So let's just log in here. I ended up on this and it's really. It's really easy in here to. If you go to. Let me just go to design.com proper and then say, you know, Cougar IQ create logos. And then I'm going to change this to Cougar AI Sports. Sure do that. Okay, so now here are some other options, right? And I could just jump in and I could just pick something. I could say tech circuits. Give it a few more keywords here. And. And so, yeah, it's. It kind of got rid of the cougar itself. I want the cougar. Let's get rid of the circuits. Word. So lots of options here, obviously, guys. And, and again, we could go through and. And you know, we'll all have our different opinions and that's totally fine. That's kind of old school. This is a little bit too close to the actual cougar for byu. This one's kind of like a cougar. Cougar's face, but like with a, With a, you know, fully tech type thing. That one's actually kind of cool. It looks like the eyes and the nose. Right? See the little lion in there? Anyway, so that's fun. But what I can do with these, what I can do with design.com is I can just say, okay, hey, I need my JPEG or my PNG or my svg. I need a transparent background. I need my vector file. Whatever. I need the icon only, text only. You know, whatever I need, it's there. I can quickly go and I can edit it. You just basic edits, right? I could add shapes or things like that. But I can also just say, hey, you know what? I need a color. Here's my logo colors, right? Let's grab this, Just make this like that or whatever we want to do. And I can, I can change all of that really, really quickly, save progress and. And then I can download, you know what I need to download. It'll take me back to this page and give me everything that I need. So this cost me is that it was free logo, whatever. Yeah, you generate for free. But then when you want to download it, you're actually going to pay about 30 bucks or so. But for me, when I'm in the middle of building a business in a weekend with three days, and I'm like, okay, I need a logo. Like, yeah, this is going to get done. What I need that we. We did get this. We did get this other, this other logo made here. And I'll go ahead and download this file. But the problem is favorite count and propagate that everywhere. You have to specify that somewhere. Like if you've got a main image somewhere, great, you just tell it to use that as, as your key image. Yep, it is a png, right? And you know, exactly. So, yeah, that looks. That's a pretty good logo right there, guys. It'll do. It'll absolutely do for now, right? Like could it be better? Yeah, probably. Could I zoom in a little bit? Yeah, probably, whatever. Right? Which is fine. Where's. Where's my logo? PNG looks pretty decent. Small. It'd be, it'd be nice if it was a little rounder, like just compressed a little bit. You know what I mean? Mid Journey can't export vector files. No, they cannot. And so I mean there are like conversion things you can do. There are. Yeah. So there's a couple, a couple ways to do that. Right. Obviously you can go like PNG to the EPS converter or whatever or vector file. You just say that. Right, But a vector file. Guys, is this math based. It's a math based file, right? That allows you to. It looks like actually it should be able to zoom in a little bit more. I could say that. Let's see what happens if I try to click on this image. Can I make it a little bit bigger? Wonder if Penn State would come after you for that. Yeah, yeah, that's true. It does look a little bit like that. You know what, I don't really care about Penn State. Them and if they want to come after me, they can to zoom in, you know, infinitely. Right. And so need. It's really good to have that. If you, if you, if you can. So obviously you can go and you can try. All right. PNG to EPS converter, select file and we'll see if we can do it really quick. Let's see here. I think that is the correct one here. And convert. Right. So we'll see how it does. Most of the time this does not work well. Right. So let's see, let's see how it did. Let's just check it out. Eps and I can change my logo and it'll just take me five seconds. I do it opening this in Photoshop. But there are other ways to do it. There are other ways to convert to an eps. I'll show you really quick. Every time they email you, I don't know what you guys are talking about. That's not my logo. That's right. That's right. Although they'll, they'll have Doc, if they're really coming after you, by the time they, they do, they'll have documented the history and say, you owe me yours. 500 bucks. Yeah. And you know, if this actually, even if it does work, I'll. I'll still. Yeah. Image size 302 megabytes. Goodness gracious. That is crazy. How did I download a 300 megabyte file that fast? There's no way that file is 300. Yeah. 27. Okay. At least I'm not insane. Hey, that did pretty good. We've got a vector file now that happened when I accidentally used like an official Olympic logo and. Oh, nice. It's not a complete vector file, though. It kind of converts it to a fake one. That's what I've found at least. Right. So if I were really converting this to a vector file and I wanted it to be really high quality guys and yeah, I had to go pay like 250 bucks or something. I've received exact same letters throughout my career because they find some little thing like I'll, like, I'll use an image that I downloaded from Google somewhere and put it on in an article or something, a blog that was on our side whatever whatever. Number one, I'm not an expert. And so there are other, you know, one of the things that we do, one of the reasons why we turn to AI, that we've learned in this class and that, you know, I hope you guys are taking away is AI can help us do things that we're not great at doing. Right? And so. And it can do it for a fraction of the cost of hiring someone else to do it. But there's another place where you can already do this and it's been around for a long time and that's called Fiverr, right? Many of you guys have maybe used Fiverr, but if you just go like PNG to Vector, right? You could, you could do that same search right there, jump in, and for 5 to 10 bucks, you know, it'll be done in, you know, whatever. Top rated, 25 bucks if you want them to do it. Just amazing. But, but, and they, oh, you owe us 400. You know what you do with those? You just put it in the garbage. They're not going to sue you. They're not going to come after you. They can't come after you. First of all, they can't prove anything. Second of all, it's not worth them. It costs more money for them to go after you for it. So anyway, some things you can worry about, some things you don't have to worry about. But anyway, so I. Especially for something that's as simple as what we just, you know, we're seeing here. You know, this guy's got a thousand reviews. Five star, like five bucks. Yeah, let's, let's go. Oh, it looks like this one's. Looks like this one's messed up. Not working. So go to the next one. But either way, $10, one day delivery. I can just forget about it and move on to the next thing and start working on my social and working on whatever else. And I can upload my image when I. When I receive it, but then I've got a vector file that I can use to do whatever I want. And quite frankly, you can use the PN could get picky about it. I could have them. Have them work a little bit harder on it. I can't test the favicon until I deploy. Right. And so let's try that. Right? Let's go. Actually, you know what? I want to try something. I want to see if I can go like this and test the favicon. You can. Oh, my gosh. All right. So I just learned something new, and I've. That's so much faster. G. In the meantime, right. The PNG here is going to be more than fine. All right? We're going to close this because it's a big file that's using a lot of memory and. Okay, I don't want to see all your cool new stuff open. And we're going to do this anyway. Now I've got this file here. I could create a. I could create a. You know, I could. I could erase all of the white area around it so I can make this transparent background delete. Is that actually deleting? Felt like it was deleting. So favicon works now. Is it a great favicon? Like, if you look at it compared to all the ones around it, I would say it's just kind of okay, right? It's not. It's not amazing, but it is, you know, recognizable. Right. If I remember. Oh, yeah, I was on this one. It says CEO, right? Google iq, byu, Sports Intelligence, whatever you. Sports Content Aware foreground, color blending. I just wanted to delete it. Doesn't look like it's actually deleting it. Maybe I have to rasterize it first. Export as quick. What is happening with this? That's all right. Either way, we're going to export it as a. You know what I do want to do is I do want to at least crop it. So we'll get a. We'll get a square here. Let's see here, man. Come on. Anybody know the shortcut for a square on Photoshop? I know there is one. You have to, like, hold shift or control or something while you're dragging. But I'm just going to go 1740 by 1740. All right, got it. And we'll just get it centered there. That's perfect. And then crop. How Do I crop? How do I crop? I know that Photoshop isn't as easy as everything else layer. I need to just crop it. Crop right there. Yes. All right, so now at least I have something that's semi, semi square and it's in the format that I need. And so we'll call this Cougar I logo png. We'll save that to downloads and that's fine. I do want to see how big it is. Really quick. Get info. These are the types of things that matter. Guys, when you're building a website is you do care about, you know, speed, site optimization, all those types of things. Right? 400 kilobytes is going to be more than fine. So now let's. Let's show how to dive in. So guys, I know that was a lot of really kind of fast basic stuff there but. But really that's how I'm working when I'm trying to figure something out, right? I'm going to try a couple tools. I'm going to take my best thing. I'm going to move forward. I can always come back if I really care about getting the logo just right. I can do that. But my app stop running. But let's drag this in here. So now I can just drag this logo in and say all right, please install this logo everywhere relevant on the site. Also set it up as the favicon. Lastly, be sure to properly set up all open graph Open graph settings for the shareability. All right. Shareability. Shareability. Is that a thing? Not shareability. All right, we'll send that. We'll send that off. So I a couple things here that I want to bring up and just let you guys see really quick. So it's going to start installing this logo. It'll put it probably right there. This is BYU so I'm not sure what it will. It will do there but it will definitely install it as the fave icon that will show up as. As this piece here. By the way, I wonder if cougar IQ.com works now. Hey, boom. I hadn't checked it but remember I set it up yesterday and GoDaddy at the end of the class it hadn't propagated yet and now it has. So now it's actually working now it doesn't have the past games element yet because I haven't, I haven't redeployed, right? All the stuff, all the set it up yesterday and GoDaddy at the end of the class it hadn't propagated yet and now it has. So now it's actually working. Now, it doesn't have the past games element yet because I haven't. I haven't redeployed. Right? All the stuff. All the changes that I made are still inside of replit. I still have to wait until I get it to a point where I'm happy, then I can redeploy, and then I'm starting to share this cool new thing. Okay? Changes that I made are still inside of replit. I still have to wait until I get it to a point where I'm happy, then I can redeploy, and then I'm starting to share this cool new thing. Okay? All right. And you can see by the way right now, there is no favicon. It's hard to see. I know, but. But there's. It's just like a little, like, symbol that says, like, hey, I can't see it. Now, one of the things I talked about there is called the open graph, right? The open graph settings guys are like, if I go to. Let's see here. Let's. All right. And you can see by the way right now there is no favicon. It's hard to see. I know, but. But there's. It's just like a little, like, symbol that says, like, I can't see it. Go to Facebook and let's just try sharing cougar iq.com, right? Like this. Dot com. Come on, normal. It shows a preview. Show me a preview. There we go. There's my preview. So Cougar iq. Now, one of the things I talked about there is called the open graph, right? The open graph settings guys are like, if I go to. Let's see here. Let's go. I use sports fan companion, right? So, all right, that's kind of cool. It's whatever, but it's really boring. There's no image to it. It's not tied to it. If I Instead show this genapi.org right? Wait for the preview to show up. Boom. Look how pretty that is, guys. Right? So that's just another one of those little things when I'm building a business, what I'm trying to do. Go to Facebook and let's just try sharing cougariq.com, right? Like this. Cougariq.com. come on. Never mind. Shows a preview. Show me a preview. There we go. There's my preview. So Cougar IQ all the way through is. I'm trying to have as few paper cuts as possible in the user experience, right? And there's just little things when that little open graph. This is called the Open graph settings, right? When it's set up properly, it looks amazing when you share it. And they're like, wow, this, you know, this is awesome, right? Like, hey, UAE sports fan companion, right? So, all right, that's kind of cool. It's whatever, but it's, you know, boss, I found this, this AI training, you know, I'd love to. I'd love to try it out. And he sends a link. Really boring. There's no image to it. It's not tied to it. Good. If I Instead show this genadpy.org right, wait for the preview to show up. Boom. Look how pretty that is, guys. Of this. And it looks all official and nice, you know, immediate, like whatever the opposite of a paper cut is. There was just. That was just a tiny positive experience there, right? And as you go through the entire experience inside of whatever your product is, if. Right? So that's just another one of those little things. When I'm building a business, what I'm trying to do, if I go down and click on, like the privacy policy and, you know, I built it really quickly in replit, you know, it put a link there and I forgot to set it up and it doesn't exist, or it goes to a 404 and it's just an error. There's a paper cut, right? And then if I click on, you know, the blog or something and something doesn't load correctly, or there's a little all the way through is I'm trying to have as few paper cuts as possible in the user experience, right? And there's just little things, little error. Like if I click on, you know, a category and, you know, hey, boom, I found an error, right? I actually know this error existed and I've left it there on purpose because not a lot of people, I think, click on this specific thing. But look, it's not loading the author properly for whatever reason. When that little open graph. This is called the Open Graph settings, right? When it's set up properly, it looks amazing when you share it. And they're like, wow, this, you know, this is awesome, right? Like, hey, when you click on a category, if I click on AI, education doesn't work, enterprise AI doesn't work. If I click on AI proficiency, here is a tag, it works fine. So when I click on tags, it works. When I click on categories, doesn't. If I just go back to the main blog, it works great. I can see all these different things I can click on on these different topics here. They're fine. But for whatever reason, you know, boss, I found this, this AI training. You know, I'd love to. I'd love to try it out. And he sends a link of this and it looks all official and nice, you know, immediate. Like, when I click on the categories, it messes it up. But I'm not. Whatever the opposite of a paper cut is. There was just. That was just a tiny positive experience there, right? And as you go through the entire experience inside of whatever your product is, if gonna stop as a business from doing business with these guys if. If I find one little paper cut, okay? But if I find five, oh, the privacy policy isn't there. Clearly this isn't done. This was probably all written by A.I. you know, whatever, right? Like, or. Or you just. You click on this and it, you know, it doesn't work. And if I. If I go down and click on, like the privacy policy and you know, I built it really quickly in replit. I, you know, it put a link there and I forgot to set it up and it doesn't exist or it goes to a 404. You have to go through. You have to test every single thing here, right? You got to test everything that you're going through as you, you know, as you get ready to launch, right? And that's what we're talking about a lot today, right, is sales and marketing and how do we actually get to that first dollar now, right? And what's going to happen when someone lands on your website? What is the actual experience like? Okay, so we'll come back to my little. My little. And it's just an error. There's a paper cut, right? And then if I click on, you know, the. The blog or something and. And something doesn't load correctly or there's a little test here later. But that's part of my. Part of my funnel. So open graph is really critical. You want to get that? You want to get that, right? Okay, I need my. This thing. Okay, so is that the similar thing? Like, you have to tell replit, like, hey, use this image for my open graph. Kind of like you do this little error. Like if I click on a category and you know, hey, boom, I found an error, right? I actually know this error existed and I've left it there on purpose favicon and propagate that everywhere. You have to specify that somewhere. Like, if you've got a main image somewhere, great, you just tell it to use that as your key image. Yep, exactly. So, yeah, that looks. That's a pretty good logo Right there, guys. It'll do. It'll absolutely do for now because not a lot of people, I think, click on this specific thing. But look, it's not loading the author properly for whatever reason when you click on a category. If I click on AI, education doesn't work. Enterprise AI now, right. Like, could it be better? Yeah, probably. Could I zoom in a little bit? Yeah, probably, Whatever. Right. It looks like actually it should be able to zoom in a little bit more. I could say that. Let's see what happens if I try to click on this image. Can I make it a little bit bigger? Wonder if Penn State would come after you for that. Yeah, yeah, that's true. It does look a little bit like that. It doesn't work. If I click on AI proficiency here as a tag, it works fine. So when I click on tags, it works. When I click on categories, doesn't. If I just go back to the main blog, it works great. I can see all, you know, but I don't really care about Penn State. Them. And if they want to come after me, they can. These different things I can click on, on these different topics here, they're fine. But for whatever reason. And I can change my logo and it'll just take me five seconds the time they email you. But hey, I don't know what you guys are talking about. That's not my logo. That's right. That's right. When I click on the categories, it messes it up. But I'm not. Although they'll. They'll have Doc, if they're really coming after you, by the time they. They do, they'll have documented the history and say, you owe me yours 500 bucks. Yeah, and you know, they had that happen when I accidentally used like an official Olympic logo and. Oh, nice. And yeah, I had to go pay like 250 bucks or something. I've received the exact same letters throughout my career because they find some little thing like I'll. You know what you do with those, you just put it in the garbage. They're not going to sue you. They're not going to come after you. They can't come after you. First of all, they can't prove anything. Second of all, it's not worth them. It costs more money for them to go after you for it. So anyway, some things you can worry about, some things you don't have to worry about. But anyway, so I could get picky about it. I could have them. Have them work a little bit harder on it. I can't test the favicon you have to go through. You have to test every single thing here. Right? You got to test everything that you're going through until I deploy. Right? And so let's try that. Right? Let's go. Actually, you know what? I want to try something. I want to see room as, you know, as you get ready to launch. Right. And that's what we're gonna be talking about a lot today. Right? If I can go like this and test the fib icon. Oh, you can. Oh, my gosh. All right. So I just learned something new and I've. That's so much faster sales and marketing. And how do we actually get to that first dollar now? Right. And what's going to happen when someone lands on your website? What is the actual experience like? Okay, so we'll come back to my little. My little. So favicon works now, is it a great favicon? Oh, yeah, I was on this one. It says CEO, right? Google iq, BYU Sports Intelligence, whatever. UAE Sports test here later. But that's part of my. Part of my funnel. So open graph is really critical. You want to get that. You want to get that. Right? Okay. I need my. And companion. I think I like BYU Sports Intelligence better. So what I could do is this. I could just say change the tag or change. Yeah, change the. Let's see here. Where can I see the open grass thing? Okay, so is that the similar thing? Like, you have to tell replit, like, hey, use this image for my open graph graph. Kind of like you do this bag settings in the project. Don't want to teach you guys. Another thing here. As we look at this obviously open graph. All of these things are done. It's probably going to be somewhere in client public. Yeah. There's the favicon itself. It Might be just in the index. Yeah, there it is right there. Let me show you exactly where it is located starting at line 21. So I can come right in here to the index and I can go down to favorite con and propagate that everywhere. You have to specify that somewhere. Like if you've got a main image somewhere. Great. You just tell it to use that as your key image. Yep. Line 21. And I can see. All right, Cougar IQ, BYU Sports Fan Companion. So again, guys, I'm not a developer. You guys might not be developers, but this doesn't have to be scary. It's not that hard. Exactly. So, yeah, that looks. That's a pretty good logo right there, guys. It'll do. It'll absolutely do for now, right? Like, could it be better? Yeah, probably. Could I zoom in a little bit? Yeah, probably, whatever. Hard to change some little text here, right? So you can just go in here and say, you know what? I actually think I like BYU Sports Intelligence. Sports Intelligence. Okay. So now I have a new. A new little thing. Right. So I've changed the. I've changed that. And all I have to do, I've changed it. Once I've done that, I can close it. It looks like actually it should be able to zoom in a little bit more. I could say that. Let's see what happens if I try to click on this image. Can I make it a little bit bigger? It's done. I've made a manual change. A little M will show up right here. I don't know how long it takes for that M to go away, but yeah, real time BYU sports scores. AI powered insights from Cosmo fan. Penn State would come after you for that. Yeah, yeah, that's true. It does look a little bit like that. And polls and community features for Cougar fans. Never miss a game. So this is a problem here. I don't have the right to use Cosmo for branding. And so I got to make sure I. I don't do that. Right. Because you know what? I don't really care about Penn State. Them. And if they want to come after me, they can't. Is Cosmo AI. I could probably keep it for now because I'm not charging any money for it. Especially if I'm going to approach BYU and say, hey, I want to. I want to do this right? If I actually wanted to do that. And I probably will with this. Just for fun, just take it over to them and see what they think. But so I'm not going to actually remove it, right? Now and I can change my logo and it'll just take me five seconds. By the time they email you, hey, I don't know what you guys are talking about. That's not my logo. That's right. That's right. Just kind of keep it. But that would be something you would potentially want to worry about. Now, here's an interesting thing. The open graph Facebook information is different than the Twitter and different from other things here. Although they'll have doc, if they're really coming after you, by the time they. They do, they'll have documented the history and say, you owe me yours. 500 bucks. Yeah. And you know, you had it. Right. And so you might have to go and do this a couple places. Right. So the, the Twitter one, I'm gonna need to say BYU sports. That happened when I accidentally used like an official Olympic logo and. Oh, nice. And yeah, I had to go pay like 250 bucks or something. I received intelligence. Yep. And I'll just go completed it for me. I just push tab to complete that for me. And now I've adjusted this. Right. So now that I've gone ahead and made those changes, I'm going to go ahead. There's been quite, you know, I haven't deployed the last 21 hours. There's a lot of really cool new stuff. I'm going to go ahead and click redeploy. And so now my business is starting to turn into something kind of real. I mean, you guys saw where it started yesterday. It was crack same letters throughout my career because they find some little thing like I'll, like I'll use an image that I downloaded from Google somewhere and put it on in an article or something, a blog that was on our side or whatever. And you know, with a couple hours of work, a little bit that I did with you guys, a couple hours just last night, kind of randomly in between things, I would just say, hey, work on this thing. You know, fix this and make that work better. And, you know, it worked for a long time trying to figure out how to get the scores to display properly, which was kind of a weird problem that seemed like it shouldn't have been difficult. A lot of this stuff doesn't work yet. We're gonna. And the bike. Oh, you owe us 400. You know what you do with us? You just put it in the garbage. They're not going to sue you. They're not going to come after you. They can't come after you. First of all, they can't prove anything. Second of all, we're going to get it working now, soon. But anyway, images. So that's. That's just the logos. We'll do some more images later. Image generations later, because we're going to want some more images inside of the platform. But for now, we are going to jump into VEO3. We're going to do some video stuff. And VAO3 guys is very fun. It is. Is expensive. It's expensive to use, but, you know, it's freaking cool. So technically, it's in a couple places. Flow is the best way to do it if you want to use. It's not worth them. It costs more money for them to go after you for it. So anyway, some things you can worry about, some things you don't have to worry about. But anyway, so I could get picky about it. I could have them. Have them work a little bit harder on it. I can't test the favicon until I deploy. Right. And so let's try that. Right? Let's go. Actually, you know what? I want to try something. I want to see flow. You have to pay $250 a month to be on, like, the higher tier of Google services. Now what that does give you, though, is it gives you YouTube Premium. It gives you a bunch of other things like Google one and like, like extra space in your. In your drive or whatever. So it's kind of cool. But it gives you access to flow and it gives you a certain number. If I can go like this and test the favicon. Oh, you can. Oh, my God. Credits per month that you can use inside of. Is it cheating? Panawana actually might be channel. All right, so I just learned something new and I've. That's so much faster one on this one. I'm pretty sure. Pretty sure I am. Right. So favicon works now, is it a great favicon? Like, if you look at it, compared to all the ones around it, I would say it's just kind of okay, right? It's not. It's not amazing, but yeah, yeah, that's good. Okay, so quick new project. And, you know, text to video is what you can do. You can also go frames to video or ingredients to video, right? So you can say, hey, you know what? I want to create something and I want to make sure I use, you know, you know, this frame right here, this is me on stage, right? This. Let's see here. Man. It is, you know, recognizable, right? If I remember. Oh, yeah, I was on this one. It says CEO, right? And talks on stage about new technology. Lighting is intense and the scene is vibrant. Whatever. So let's just. Let's just try this. This is a picture of me on stage from Companion. I think I like BYU Sports Intelligence better. So what I could do is this. I could just say change the tag or change. Yeah, change the. Let's see here. Where can I see the open graph tag settings in the project? Uber iq, BYU Sports Intelligence. Whatever. Ui, Sports Fan Companion. I think I like BYU Sports Intelligence better. So what I could do is this. I could just say change the tag wherever. Hold on. Switching you to a compatible model. This feature. Okay. Submit again. Submit. Okay, so I. There's a couple settings here that you can jump into. You've got quality, you've got text to video. You've got fast. And then you have audio. Right. The audio stuff is. Is where VEO starts to get. Is where video, in my opinion, starts to get. Really, really, really, really. Yeah. Change the. Let's see here. Where can I see the open. Graphically exciting. It's crazy. It's crazy what it can do. Okay, let's try this. Let's replace Rebecca with one prompt. Bag settings in the project. So I want to teach you guys another thing here as we look at this. Obviously, open ground. Okay. Woman plays a beautiful concert on the piano with an orchestra. All of these things are done. It's probably going to be somewhere in client public. Yeah, there's the favicon itself. It might be just in the index. Yeah, there it is right there. Let me show you exactly where it is. Find her. The orchestra is playing music that accompanies the piano. Piano. It's the main event. Wide shot. I want to teach you guys another thing here as we look at this. So obviously open graph zooming in with a boom. Okay. All of these things are done. It's probably going to be somewhere in client public. Yeah, there's the favicon itself. It might be just in the index. Yeah, there it is right there. Let me show you exactly where it is located starting at line 21. So I can come right in here to the index and I can go down to line. So, John, sorry to interrupt. You said it's expensive. How do they located starting at line 21. So I can come right in here to the index and I can go down to charge. Is it per prompt? Is it for. Yeah, I mean, you get. Yes, you get a certain number, 921. And I can see. All right, Cougar IQ, BYU sports fan companion credits. And then it costs you. It shows. Yeah, 100 credits. Each generation uses 100 credits based on your current different settings. Right. So, yeah, anyway, we'll see how this does. So I don't know how many credits I get. I get. I get a lot of credits. So again, guys, I'm not a developer. You guys might not be developers, but this doesn't have to be scary. It's not that hard to change some little text here, right? So you can just go in here and say, you know what? I actually think I like BYU Sports Intelligence. BYU Sports Intelligence. Okay, so now I have a new. A new little thing, right? So I've changed the. I've changed that. And all I have to do, I've changed it. Once I've done that, I can close it. It's line 21 and I can see, all right, Cougar IQ, BYU sports fan companion. There's. There's a good number and there should be somewhere obvious that shows me, where am I? It's done. It's. I've made a manual change. A little M will show up right here. I don't know how long it takes. Where are my credits? Like, I think it's on your profile picture. I have it. It's on my profile picture, but only when I'm in VO3. So again, guys, I'm not a developer. You guys might not be developers, but this doesn't have to be scary. It's not that hard to change some little text here, right? So you can just go in here and say, you know what? I actually think I like BYU Sports Intelligence. Not in. When I'm in flow, it doesn't show me for some reason. But you can burn through some credits for that M to go away. But yeah, real time BYU Sports scores. AI powered insights from Cosmo fan polls and community features for Cougar fans. Never miss a game. So this is a problem here. I don't have the right to use Cosmo for branding. And so I got to make sure I. I don't do that, right? We've got this Cosmo AI. I could probably keep it for now because I'm not charging any money for it. Especially if I'm going to approach BYU and say, hey, I want to. I want to do this right? If I actually wanted to do that. And I probably quickly, the first day I got it. Yeah, I got 12,000 credits. I think when I was done playing around, I had 4,000 with this. Just for fun, just take it over to them and see what they think. But. So I'm not going to actually remove it right now. I Wasn't left. I was like, oh, I better. That's about what I did on day one. I think I went to about 5,000. So you used a little bit more than me. But, but it's really, really amazing guys like and, and you can, you know, if you don't want to pay for this right now, you don't have to like, obviously it's going to get cheaper. All of these things start expense and sports intelligence. Okay, so now I have a new. And it'll just kind of keep it. But that would be something you would potentially want to worry about. Now here's an interesting thing. The open graph Facebook little thing, right. So I've changed that and all I have to do, I've changed it. Once I've done that, I can close it. It's done. I've made a manual change. A little M will show up right here. I don't know how long it takes for that M to go away. But yeah, real time BYU Sports scores AI powered insights from Cosmo fan Information is different than the Twitter and different from other things here. Right. And so you might have to go and do this a couple places. Right. So given then this model will become cheaper and Veo4 will be super expensive and then you'll have access to the Twitter one. I'm going to need to say BYU Sports into it so that that shift is just constantly. That pattern is happening across every industry. Although I have to imagine this, the cost for this is going to remain at least it might not be. $250 in intelligence. Yep, it just completed it for me. I just pushed tab to complete that for me. But it might be 50 or 80amonth because it's using a lot of resources to actually do. And now I've adjusted this. Right. So now that I've gone ahead and made those changes, I'm going to go ahead. There's been quite, you know, I haven't deployed for the last 21 hours. There's a lot of really cool new stuff. I'm going to go ahead and click redeployment polls and community features for Cougar fans. Never miss a game. So this is a problem here. I deploy and so now my business is starting to turn into something kind of real. I mean, you guys saw where it started yesterday. It was I don't have the right to use Cosmo for branding. And so I got to make sure I, I don't do that. Right. We got. And you know, with a couple hours of work, a little bit that I did with you guys a couple hours is Cosmo AI. I could probably keep it for now because I'm not charging any money for it. Especially if I'm going to approach BYU and say, hey, I want to. I want to do this right. If I actually wanted to do that. And I probably versus last night, kind of randomly in between things, I would just say, hey, work on this thing. You know, fix this and make that work better. This. Right. It's using a lot of GPU power and, and a lot of. Yeah, a lot of stuff to make that happen. You know, it worked for a long time trying to figure out how to get the scores to display properly. Which was each clip like a set length or do you tell it how long? Yeah. So right now each clip is eight seconds, right. And you can have it do, you know, outputs for prompt. You can say I want to give you one prompt and I want you to do four prompts. That's a fast way to use up your credits really quickly. It's kind of a weird problem that seemed like it shouldn't have been difficult. A lot of this stuff doesn't work yet. We're gonna, we're gonna get it working now, soon. But anyway, images. So that's. That's just the logos. We'll do some more images later. Image generations later because we're going to want some more images inside of the platform. But for now we are going to jump into VEO3. We're gonna do some videos and so I've switched it to one now. This does not look like me. Even though it was me, I wanted it to use. I wanted to. To use that exact thing. But now I. This, this first model is. It's just like me. It's so funny. And that's the state it looks like. Totally looks like that's me. Like. Like the place that I was standing giving that. Giving that keynote when I was doing that. That's crazy. Go with this just for fun. Just take it over to them and see what they think. But. So I'm not going to actually remove it right now. Stuff. And V3 guys is very fun. It is expensive. We'll just kind of keep it it. But that would be something you would potentially want to worry about. Now here's an interesting thing. The Open Graph Facebook. It's expensive to use, but you know, it's freaking cool. Information is different than the Twitter and different from other things here Leap mine Veo. So technically. So this one does not have audio, right? Obviously you guys couldn't hear any audio because only VO3 can do that, right? If you want to use wrinkly, it's in a couple places. Flow is the best way to do it. If you want to use reference images, you can't get audio out of it, right? So obviously there's some flow. You have to pay $250 a month to be on, like, the higher tier of Google services. Now what that does give you, though, is it gives you YouTube some limitations there. It's really hard to get consistency between scenes. But one of the cool things Premium, it gives you a bunch of other things like Google one and like, like extra space in your. In your. You can do here is I can say, all right, I want to add to scene, right? And when I click that. Come on, I pushed add to scene. Show me the scene. There we go. Drive or whatever. So it's kind of cool, but it gives you access to flow and it gives you a certain number of. So now what I can do though, is I can say, all right, I want to add something. Let's extend or let's jump to something else, right? And so you might have to go and do this a couple places, right? So the. The Twitter one, I'm going to need to say BYU sports credits per month that you can use inside of. Is it cheating Piano one? Actually might be cheating Piano one on this one. I'm pretty sure. Pretty sure I am right. Intelligence. Yep. It all just completed it for me. I just pushed tab to complete that for me. And now I've adjusted this. Right. So now that I've gone ahead and made those changes, I'm going to. Let's extend this, you know. Yeah, yeah, this is good. Okay, so we'll get new project and, you know, text to video is what you can fixture balls in the background. You can also go frames to video or ingredients to video, right? So you can say, hey, you know what? And the speaker reacts startled and steps away quickly. I want to create something and I want to make sure I use, you know, you know, this frame right here. This is me on stage, right? This. See here, man. To avoid getting hit. Okay, so I can now create a scene. Talks on stage about new technology, lighting in, you know, an additional scene Doing this I can extend. I can do different things there, but the scene builder is pretty powerful. It's pretty fun. What it's able to do there is intense and. Go ahead. There's been quite, you know, I haven't deployed the last 21 hours. There's a lot of really cool new stuff. I'm Gonna go ahead and click. All right, so that's gonna keep working there. Let's go, boy. And so now my business is starting to turn into something kind of real. I mean, you guys saw where it started yesterday. It was. Crane is vibrant. Whatever. So let's just. Let's just try this. This is a picture of me on stage from wherever. Hold on. Switching you to a compatible monitors feature. Okay. Submit again. Submit. See if we can open two windows here so we can be looking at that. And, you know, with a couple hours of work, a little bit that I did with you guys, a couple hours just last night, kind of randomly in between things, I would just say, hey, work on this thing. You know, fix this and make that work better. Other one. There are other. I'm going to open up another thing as well here. Let's see. Okay, so I. There's a couple settings here that you can jump into. You've got quality. You've got June 11th. Hey, there's our. There's our text to video. You got fast. And then you have audio, right? The audio stuff is pianist. Let's see how this looks. Is where Veo starts to get. Is where video, in my opinion, starts to get really, really, really, really exciting. It's crazy. It's crazy what it can do. You. Okay, let's try this. Let's replace Rebecca with one prompt. So it's just okay. That one's just okay, right? That's a pretty complex prompt to have an orchestra actually accompanying some music. But it sounds kind of okay. Okay. WOMAN plays a. But it worked for a long time. Trying to figure out how to get the scores to display properly, which was the. The. The way that she was playing was not matching exactly what the sound was. But it's kind of a weird problem that seemed like it shouldn't have been difficult. A lot of this stuff doesn't work yet. We're gonna. We're gonna get it working now, soon. But anyway, images. So that's. That's just the logos. We'll do some more images later. Image generations later. Because we're gonna want some more images inside of the. But pretty dang good, guys. Like, that's completely AI Generated. Like, if you. If you ignore the sound. Full concert on the piano with an orchestra behind her. The orchestra is playing music that accompanies the piano a little bit. And just kind of try to look at, you know, people playing and moving their bows and, you know, some people are sitting and resting maybe. And, you know, you had an. You had a, you know, conductor Back there. Piano. It's the main event wide shot. It's pretty cool. You can do here. Now you can obviously zooming in with a boom. Okay. Obviously also do do some fun things here. Let's go to, you know, VO3 with some audio. So, John, sorry to interrupt. You said it's expensive. How do they charge? Is it per prompt? Is it per. Yeah, I mean, you get. Yes. You get a certain number. A reporter talks about Gen AI now it talks about the general platform. But for now, we are going to jump into VO3. We're gonna do some video stuff. And VO3 guys, is very fun. It is expensive AI proficiency institute and how it's expensive to use. But, you know, it's freaking cool Mind veo. So technically it is quickly changing the AI education landscape, whatever. In business you could give it very specifically. It's in a couple places. Flow is the best way to do it. If you want to use flow, you have to pay $250 a month to be on, like the credits. And then it costs you. It shows. Yeah, 100 credits. Each generation uses 100 credits based on your current settings. Right. So, yeah. Anyway, we'll see how this does. So I don't know how many credits I get. I get. I get a lot of credits. Like, there's. There's a good number and there should be somewhere obvious that show me, where am I? Where are my credits? Like, I think it's on your profile picture. I have it. It's on my profile picture, but only when I'm in V3. Like, not in. When I'm in flow. It doesn't show me for some reason. But you can burn through some credits. A higher tier of Google services. Now what that does give you though, is it gives you YouTube Premium. It gives you a bunch of other things like Google one and like, like extra space in your. In your. Quickly. I. The first day I got it, Yeah, I got 12,000 credits. I think when I was done playing around, I had 4,000 left. I was like, oh, I better. That's about what I did on day one. I think I went to about 5,000. So you used a little bit more than me. But. But it's really, really amazing, guys. Like, and you can, you know, if you don't want to pay for this right now, you don't have to. Like, obviously it's going to get cheaper. All of these things start expensive and then this model will become cheaper and Veo4 will be super expensive and then you'll have access to it. So that. That Shift is just constantly. That pattern is happening across every industry. Although I have to imagine this. The cost for this is going to remain at least. It might not be $250 a month, but it might be 50 or $80 a month because it's using a lot of resources to actually do this. Right. It's using a lot of GPU power and a lot of stuff to make that happen. Drive or whatever. So it's kind of cool. But it gives you access to flow and it gives you a certain number of credits per month that you can use inside of. Is it Cheney panel one? Actually might be Champ. Cheap one on this one. I'm pretty sure. Pretty sure I am right. Yeah. Yeah, this is good. Okay, so quick new project. And you know, text to video is what you can do. So each clip like a set length or do you tell it how long? Yeah. So right now each clip is eight sexific things to say. In fact, let's do this. Let's use Chat GPT, right? And you can have it do you know, outputs for prompt. You can say, I want. This is a prompt for fail 3. Please improve it and create the exact line that the reporter says. I want to give you one prompt and I want you to do four prompts. That's a fast way to use up your credits really quickly. And so I've switched it to one. Now this does not look like me. Even though it was me, I wanted it to use. I wanted to use that exact thing. But now this first model is. It's just like me. It's so funny. And that's the state it looks like. Totally looks like that's me. Like, you can also go frames to video or ingredients to video, right? So you can say, hey, you know what? I want to create something and I want to make sure I use, you know, you know, this frame right here. This is me on stage, right? This. Let's see here. Like the place that I was standing, giving that. Giving that keynote when I was doing that. That's crazy. So this one does not have audio, right? Obviously you guys couldn't hear any. And talks on stage about new technology lighting audio. Because only VO3 can do that, right? If you want to use reference images, you can't get audio out of it, right? So obviously there's some limitations there. It's really hard to get consistency between scenes. But one of the cool things you can do here is I can say, all right, I want to add to scene, right? And when I click that. Come on, I pushed add to scene show me the scene. There we go. Is intense. And let's see. Okay, let's do that. Let's say that really quick. And I'm going to say, note that this clip. So now what I can do though, is I can say, all right, I want to add something. Let's extend or let's jump to something else. Is vibrant, different, whatever. So let's just. Let's just try. This is a picture of me on stage from wherever. Hold on. Switching you to a compatible model feature. Okay. Submit again. Submit only. Be 8 seconds long. Okay, so I. There's a couple settings here that you can jump into. You've got quality, you've got. But let's extend this, you know, a light. So now it's going to understand how fast this person's going to talk. Fixture falls in the background and the speaker reacts startled and steps away quickly to avoid getting hit it. Okay, so I can now create a scene, you know, an additional scene. Doing this I can extend. I can do different things there. But the scene builder is pretty powerful. It's pretty fun. What it's able to do there, text to video. You got fast and then you have audio. Right? The audio stuff is. Is where Veo starts to get. Is where video, in my opinion, starts to get really, really, really, really. All right, so that's going to keep working there. Let's go. Really exciting. It's crazy. It's crazy what it can do. Okay, let's try this. Let's replace Rebecca with one prompt. See if we can open two windows here so we can be looking at that other one. There are other. I'm going to open up another thing as well here. Let's see here. June 11th. Hey, there's our. There's our pianist. Let's see how this looks. General AI is reshaping how businesses learn and lead with AI Perfect. Okay, so here's the refined reporter line. Here's the prompt. We're going to copy this. It's going to paste it here. And then I'm going to take the exact reporter. So it's just okay. That one's just okay, right? That's a pretty complex prompt to have an orchestra actually accompanying some music. But it sounds kind of. Okay, fine. Copy exact. Okay. Woman plays a beautiful. The. The. The way that she was playing was not matching exactly what the sound was, but beautiful. Concert on the piano with an orchestra behind her. The orchestra is playing music that accompanies the piano. But pretty dang good, guys. Like, that's completely AI generated. Like, if you ignore the sound a little bit and just kind of try to look at, you know, people playing and moving their bows and. And you know, some people are sitting and resting maybe and you know, you had an, you had a, you know, conductor back there. It's pretty cool. Like, that's pretty cool. You can do here. Now you can obviously also do. Do some fun things here. Let's go to, you know, VEO3 with some audio. A reporter talks about piano. It's the main event. Wide shot, zooming in with a boom. Okay, so John, sorry to interrupt. You said it's expensive. How do they gen AI now it talks about the general words for reporter to say paste charge. Is it per prompt? Is it per finish video? Yeah, I mean you get. Yes, you get a certain number. AI Proficiency Institute and how. Hey, so now I've got my prompt here and I'm going to bounce back over to wherever this thing is right here and we're going to give a really nice prompt baby. It is quickly changing the AI education landscape. Whatever three quality and go. Okay, so we'll let that look in business. You could give it very specific things to say. In fact, let's do this. Let's use ChatGPT. This is a prompt for Bayo 3. Please improve it and create the exact line that the report of credits and then it costs you. It shows. Yeah. 100 credits. Each generation uses 100 credits based on your current current settings. Right. So yeah, anyway, we'll see how this does. So I don't know how many credits I get. I get. I get a lot of credits. Says like there's. There's a good number and there should be somewhere obvious that shows me where am I? Okay, let's do that. Let's say that really quick. And I'm going to say, note that this clip can only be eight seconds long. So now it's going to understand how fast this person's going to talk. General AI is reshaping how businesses learn and lead with AI perfect code. While we then look at this, let's see if we can watch this clip. Now obviously we could add audio in. Okay, so here's the refined reporter line. Here's the post here. We could add some, you know, whatever, you know, text. Maybe we could use 11 labs to create audio. So I'm still talking something prompt. We're going to copy this. I'm just going to paste it here and then I'm going to take the exact reporter. Where are my credits? Like what? I think it's on your profile picture. I Have it. It's on my profile picture, but only when I'm in VO3. Like, not when I'm in flow. It doesn't show me for some reason. But you can burn through some credits quickly. The first day I got it. Yeah, I got 12,000 credits. I think when I was done playing around, I had 4,000 supposed to fall. It didn't listen to me. I'm surprised at how terrible. 9 copy exact words for reporter to say paste. Okay, so now I've got my prompt here and I'm going to bounce back over to wherever this thing is right here. And we're going to give a really nice prompt, payo3 quality and go. Okay, so we'll let that load while we then look at this. Let's see if we can watch this clip. Now, obviously we could add audio in post here. We could add some, you know, whatever, you know, text. Maybe we could use 11 labs, 2,000 left. I was like, oh, I better. That's about what I did on day one. I think I went to about 5,000. So you used a little bit more than me. But. But it's really, really amazing, guys. Like, and, and you can, you know, if you don't want to pay for this right now, you don't have to. Like, obviously it's going to get cheap. All of these things. Start expense, create audio. So I'm still talking something to. And then this model will become cheaper and Veo4 will be super expensive and then you'll have access. It's supposed to fall. It didn't listen to me. I'm surprised at how terrible that was. My prompt was pretty good. I thought, I thought it was clear, like, hey, a light falls. There's some stuff going on in the back. That was. My prompt was pretty good. I thought, I thought it was queer. Like, hey, a light falls. There's some stuff going on in the background. Wanted like this light to fall all. So that's fine. We can, you know, we can try something else if we wanted to, but you can keep extending the seam. You can see how we can just do it so that that shift is just constantly. That pattern is happening across every industry. Although I have to imagine this, the cost for this is going to remain at least. It might not be $250 a month, but it might be 50 or $80 a month because it's using a lot of resources to actually do this. Right. It's using a lot of GPU power and, and a lot of. Yeah, a lot of stuff to make that happen. So Each clip, like a set length, or do you tell it how long? Long. Yeah. So right now, each clip is eight second this. And we can add audio. We can do whatever the heck we want. Let's go to another one that I like, which is called Runway ML. Let's just go, dudes. Right? And you can have it do, you know, outputs for prompt. You can say, I want to give you one prompt, and I want you to do four prompts. That's a fast way to use up your credits really quickly. And so I've switched it to one now. This does not look like me. Even though it was me, I wanted it to use. I wanted to use that exact thing. Yeah, that's fine right there. So this. There's a lot of different things that Runway can do. Generate video, generate image audio. It can ling. But now I. This. This first model is. It's just like me. It's so funny. And that's the state it looks like. Totally looks like. That's me. Like. Like the place that I was standing giving that. Giving that keynote when I was doing that. That's crazy. So this one does not have audio, right? Obviously, you guys couldn't hear any OP sync. And by the way, it shows an animated character here, but you could have it be a real person as well. You can have it lip sync to audio that you create or that you give it, right? And so if you wanted to create an audio, because only VO3 can do that, right? If you want to use animated character and then you wanted to voice it, boom. You are now Pixar. You are now creating awesome, you know, awesome content here. All right? So being able to do this, you know, there's a lot super reference images. You can't get audio out of it, right? So obviously there's some. Some limitations there. It's really hard to get consistency between scenes. But one of the cool things you can do here is I can say, all right, I want to add to scene, right? And when I click that, Come on, I pushed add to scene. Show me the scene. There we go. So now what I can do, though, is I can say, all right, I want to add something. Let's extend or let's jump to something else, right? But let's extend this. You know, a light fixture falls in the background. Click that, come on, I pushed add to scene. Show me the scene. There we go. So now what I can do, though, is I can say, all right, I want to add something. Let's extend or let's jump to something else. And the speaker Reacts startled. That's rapid. Let's extend this. You know, a light fixture falls in the background and steps away quickly to avoid getting hit. Okay, so I can now create a scene, you know, an additional scene doing this. I can extend. I can do different slow motion in paint. You can change a lot of things. You can. You can drop so many things in here. We're just going to try really quick, quick things there. But the scene builder is pretty powerful. It's pretty fun what it's able to do there. All right, so that's going to keep working there. Let's go. See if we can open two windows here so we can be looking at that other one. There are other. I'm going to open up another thing as well here. Let's see the generate video piece. And you know, I'll. I'll. I'll drop the same image in select assets. June 11th. Hey, there's our. There's our upload. Where was that image of me on stage? I'm going to see if I can pianist and see how this looks. So it's just okay. That one's just okay, right? That's a pretty complex prompt. And the speaker reacts startled to have an orchestra actually accompanying some music. But it sounds kind of okay. The way that she was playing was not matching exactly what the sound was, but pretty dang good, guys. Like, that's completely AI generated. If you ignore the sound a little bit and just kind of try to look at people playing and moving their bows and you know, and steps away quickly to avoid getting hit. Okay, so I can now create a scene. People are sitting and resting maybe, and you know, you had an. You had a, you know, conductor back there. It's pretty cool. That's pretty. What you can do here. Now you can obviously also do. Do some fun things here. Let's go to, you know, VO3 with some audio. A reporter talks about Gen AI now. It talks about the General AI Proficiency Institute and how it is quickly changing the AI education landscape. Whatever. In business, you could give it very specific things to say. In fact, let's do this. Let's use ChatGPT. This is a prompt for a 3. Please improve it and create the exact line that the reporter says. Okay, let's do that. Let's say that really quick. And I'm going to say, note that this clip can only be eight seconds long. I just want to see the comparison here. I don't know where I had that. That image coming from. So many fun things that I've created here. I can't wait until search. Let's see here. And so now it's going to understand how fast this person's going to talk. General AI perfectionist is reshaping how businesses learn and lead with AI. Perfect. Okay, so here's the refined reporter line. Here's the prompt. We're going to copy this. It's going to paste it here, and then I'm going to take the exact reporter on that stage. So, John, I'm not familiar with Runway yet, but I have been using, obviously, copy exact words for reporter to say paste. Okay, so now I've got my prompt here, and I'm going to bounce back over to wherever this thing is right here, and we're going to give a really nice prompt. Bayo three quality. And go. Okay, so we'll let that load while we then look at this. Let's see if we can watch this clip. Now, obviously, we could add audio in post here. We could add some, you know, whatever, you know, text. Maybe we could use 11 labs to create audio. So I'm still talking. Something's supposed to fall. It didn't listen to me. I'm surprised at how terrible that was. My prompt was pretty good, I thought. I thought it was clear. Like, hey, a light falls. There's some stuff going on in the background here, almost like a TV up there. But I wanted, like, this light to fall, so that's fine. We can, you know, we can try something else if we wanted to, but you can keep extending the scene. But you can see how we can just extend this and we can add audio. We can do whatever the heck we want. Let's go to another one that I like, which is called Runway ML. Let's just go to. Yeah, that's fine right there. So this. There's a lot of different things that Runway can do. Generate video, generate image, audio. It can lip sync. And by the way, it shows an animated character here. But you could. You could have it be a real person as well. You can have it lip sync to audio that you create or that you give it. Right. And so if you wanted to create an animated character and then you wanted to voice it, it, boom. You are now Pixar. You are now creating a Google's video creator. Yep. Just dabbling. What would you say the advantages of Runway are over VO3 or where do you see the distinction between the two products right now? Awesome. You know, awesome content here. All right, so being able to do this, you know, there's a lot in super slow motion in paint, you can change a Lot of things. You can. You can drop so many things in here. We're just going to try really quick the generate video piece. And, you know, I'll. I'll. I'll drop the same image in select asset. Yeah, it's a good question. And the reality is you have to try multiple models. So sometimes it's going to work better than others. A lot of people will say Runway ML is the upload. Where was that image of me on stage? I want to see if I can. I just want to see the comparison here. I don't know where I had that. I had that image coming from. So many fun things that I've created here. I can't wait until search. Let's see here and on stage. So, John, I'm not familiar with Runway yet, but I have been using, obviously, Google's video creator. Yep. Just dabbling. What would you say the advantages of Runway are over VO3 or. Where do you see the distinction between the two products right now? Yeah, it's a good question. And the reality is you have to try multiple models. So sometimes it's going to work better than others. A lot of people will say Runway ML is the best video creator. Some will say cling is. Some will say Veo is for audio. There's no question that because Veo has audio, in my opinion, it is the leader, Right? It is absolutely the leader. You know, let's. Let's. How about we just try this? How about we just do something fun here? Because why not? So I created this image of a little baby elephant in someone's hand, right? So now we can give it a shot. You know, the elephant. Let's see here. The elephant looks up at the best video creator. Some will say cling is. Some will say Veo is for audio. There's no question. The person holding him with kind eyes and wags its trunk. Okay, so we'll do 10 seconds there, and we'll. That. Because Veo has audio, in my opinion, it is the leader. Right. It will generate it. Okay. Why does it do that? The best video creator. Some will say cling is. Some will say Veo is for audio. There's no question that. Because Veo has audio, in my opinion, it is the leader. Right. You know, let's. Let's. How about we just try this? How about we just do something fun here? Because. Why not? For some reason, sometimes when. When you. When you start a new. A new thing, it just. It gets rid of it. Why is it. Okay, let's go back to where I want to Go. There we go. All right. Wow. What the heck? Gen 4 Turbo. I guess I. I picked. I picked a model that's really fast. That's. That's crazy. There's different things you can do. Lots of fun settings to try. Let's see if this. And. And by the way, you know, you. This is one of those things. Yeah. It's not even moving. Why is the elephant not moving? It's. I created this image of a little baby elephant in someone's hand, right? So now we can give it a shot. You know, the elephant. Let's see here. The elephant looks up at. Almost like it's barely shaking. So that's terrible. Let's try Gen 4. Vibrant and dynamic movement Generate. Okay, so we'll let that work for a second while we come and we check on this reporter. The General AI Proficiency Institute is quickly transforming the AI education landscape, giving business leaders the tools they need. The General AI Proficiency. Imagine just making your own, you know, news report for your business, even if it's clearly AI generated. Like, who cares? The person holding him with kind eyes and wags its trunk. Okay, so we'll do 10 seconds there, and we'll generate it. Okay. Why does it do that? This is cool content that people will watch. And you could. In fact, I actually have this idea, and that's part of why I did it. I'm going to do this, where I start with this. This clip here, and then I'm going to cut to a bunch of people saying how it changed their life. And like. Like, you know, and it's going to get kind of more ridiculous as it goes with, like, explosions in the background and people while people are talking about it and, you know, to try to keep it very engaging. But I promise you guys, I will make $40,000 from that video. For some reason, sometimes when. When you. When you start a new. A new thing, it just. It gets rid of it. Why is it. Okay, let's go back. Right? Because it will end up getting shared. It will end up getting put on different places to where I want to go. There we go. All right. You know, it will get shared by people. It will be talked about a lot. I bet the LinkedIn video alone gets over 20,000 views. Do you know how much marketing I've done for Gen ipi? Like, paid marketing? I've done, like. Yeah, yeah, it's. I've tried a couple things and I'll show you, but basically zero. I've gotten no sales from paid marketing. It's all organic. Everything is organic. It's referrals. It's me posting regularly on LinkedIn, on Facebook, on Instagram, talking about it, you know, mixed in with all the other things that I do. But wow, what the heck? Gen 4 Turbo. I guess I picked a model that's really fast. That's. That's crazy. There's different things you can do, lots of fun settings to try. Let's see if this. And by the way, you know, you. This is one of those things. Yeah. It's not even moving. Why is the elephant not moving? It's lots of referrals, right? Like I. Have you seen how many views people are getting out of these short AI generated vlogs? Like there's the Gorilla vlog or there's the bible ones. So crazy they're going nuts, right? There's so many things. And so, yeah, make your own vlog, right? We're jumping ahead to marketing now, guys. And that's okay. Make your own vlog about your new product or about your existing product. People will watch that because they know it's this cool AI trend. They will watch your content, make it funny, make it edgy, make it whatever, right? And it's almost like it's barely shaking. So that's terrible. Let's try Gen 4 vibrant and dynamic Movement Generate. Okay, so we'll let that work for a second while we come in, which you're. If you don't think you're a funny or edgy person, that's okay. Use your chat GPT companion to help you do it. Right. Here's what I'm do, right? I don't, you know. And then you make your judgment call as to how far you want to go. I check on this reporter. The General AI Proficiency Institute is quickly transforming. I like pushing limits. Personally, I don't like offending people. Right. There's a limit. But I do like pushing limits and saying stuff that's like, oh, that's funny, or like, oh, that's kind of crazy that he said that, you know? But. But anyway, yeah, use. Use this content. We don't even need to do a whole lot more, you know, testing here. Let's see if we got a second better. This hasn't even started yet, so that's fun. I just started yet. Refresh the AI education landscape. Giving business leaders the tools they need. The General AI proficiency. Imagine just making your own, you know, news report for your business. Even if it's clearly AI generated, like, who cares? Well, we'll let that finish when it finishes. This is cool content that people will watch and you could. I, in fact, I actually have this idea and that's part of why. But you can, you can immediately see how you can use this. Guys, there's so many ways you can, you can bring these ideas to life. Use ChatGPT, use Grok, use whatever other thing you like to come up with. Grok will give you edgier stuff, I'll tell you that. That's one thing that Grok is capable of doing is it has a few less controls, I guess placed on it. Elon likes things to be free and you know, so take that for what it is. But, but anyway, any questions about this, this, this video stuff, guys? There's, I mean it's, it's really just kind of a toy almost to play with. And you just have to, you know, use it a bunch and try it, see what works, see what works well, see what doesn't work well. And, and then, you know, put stuff together. Let me show one other cool thing here that you can do. Yeah, so I was working on this with my, with my boy, my little seven year old and you know, I, I started with just saying, hey, you know, I want him. Well, hold on, let's see it started, started. Where's the beginning? Where's the beginning shot? Oh, here we go, here we go, here we go. So I basically started with him looking. Let's see. Yeah, there's an eagle. Okay. So what I did is I took a picture of him that was, let's hear, select an asset. Let's see if I can find it. It's probably in here somewhere. Maybe, maybe, maybe. I don't see it anywhere. I don't see it anywhere. That's okay. But this was a picture of him actually we were at the Mormon Battalion visitors center thing in San Diego if you've ever been there. And it's a really fun thing. You do all this fun stuff. But he was standing, actually putting his hand on the. There's a little thing where you can pan for gold at the end. And he was standing there showing off his. Right in front of his hand on a little table was some of the gold that he had found and panned all this fool's gold stuff, right? And so I just took that picture. He was wearing this game day picture that he has his ready player. One thing. This is exactly what that shirt looks like. And so I just uploaded this image of him and I just said, okay, hey, the boy turns around, looks at the vista behind him. And so I put him in the Grand Canyon and I actually had ChatGPT put him in the Grand Canyon. First. I had him create. I had ChatGPT create that image, and then it did this. And then I just kind of kept going through and I kept trying different things, having him turn around and look at his snake, whatever, and then I just started building a scene and what you can do. I'm going to come down here to where it starts to do this. So he comes over here, Put him in the Grand Canyon. First. I had him create. I had ChatGPT create that image, and then it did this. And then I just kind of kept going through and, you know, I kept. I kept trying different things, having him turn around and look at a snake, whatever, and then I just started building a scene and what you can do. I'm going to come down here to where it starts to do this. So he comes over here and he finds, you know, he just wants to show off this treasure that he has in this thing. And then what you can do is you can say, use frame, right? So I click back right here so I can click use frame input for video. And so I can start from that exact frame and keep going with whatever it is I want him to do. Oh, he turns around and he finds, you know, he just wants to show off his treasure that he has in this thing. And then what you can do is you can say, use frame, right? Like, click back right here so I can click Use frame input for video, and so I can start from that exact frame and keep going with whatever it is I want him to do. Oh, he turns around and hands it to an Indian to buy a. To buy a bow, right? And I didn't like this because it kind of. He walked on top of the chest, and so I had him do it again, right? Got to turn around and do it. This guy's found and hands it to an Indian to buy a. To buy a bow, right? And I didn't like this because it kind of. He walked on top of the chest, and so I had him do it again, right? Got to turn around and do it. This guy's standing on the wrong side of the fence. But, you know, whatever. The point is you can. You can work and iterate and stuff, but you know how fun this is to do with your kids. Like, this is so fun. He. He just had a. A blast sitting here. And, you know, I kept changing it, you know, every single time until I finally got, okay, hey, we've got a decent scene here. And then I could, you know, there was a little bit of, you know, Messed up his hand a little bit, standing on the wrong side of the fence sense, but, you know, whatever. The point is, you can. You can work and iterate and stuff, but you know how fun this is to do with your kids. Like, this is so fun. He just had a blast sitting here. And, you know, I kept changing it, you know, every single time until I finally got, okay, hey, we've got a decent scene here. And then I could, you know, there was a little bit of, you know, messed up his hand a little bit there. So I could. I could switch, like, right as he touches the bow or something. I could, you know, use the frame and then have it cut over to him, actually using the bow and, you know, something that's going through his mind and then it cuts back to this scene. And so you can be a creative. You can be an editor. You can create amazing things. Whether they're animated or even real life. Video is very, very capable and powerful. So questions? Any questions about the video stuff? Guys, we talked about generating brand new videos. Do you also use up there? So I could. I could switch, like, right as he touches the bow or something. I could, you know, use the frame and then have it cut over to him, actually using the bow and, you know, something that's going through his mind and then it cuts back to this scene. And so you can be a creative, you can be an editor. You can create amazing. The tools to help you edit videos faster. Yeah, there's a couple out there. So I haven't discovered any that let you, you know, from a narrative standpoint, like we were doing here, right, where you would actually do that. I'm just going into Premiere. Premiere, right. I'm just gonna premiere or any number of things. But if you want to get into. If you want to get into something like, you know, you're like, if I take. If I take this recording, right, And I find, you know, a really good clip of something I'm saying, and I want to share it on LinkedIn, right? This is four and a half hours long, so it's gonna take me forever to go through and identify those spots. I have to watch it again or whatever. You know, I could. I could be like, oh, yeah, I need to write that down. Down. I have to be like, okay, yeah, we're. It's 10:15, so it's probably about 75 minutes in, you know, so I could do that. Or there's a couple things. There's one called Opus Clips that is an AI. An AI editor, basically, that allows you to tear opus clip, right. One long video. 10 barrel clips create 10x faster, right? So you can drop a long video in here and then what it will do is it will analyze all of the text, everything and try to, to try to identify, hey, these are the things that I think will, will, will be the best, the most shareable, the most viral. It gives you content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, all the right formats and everything that's going to work. It can add subtitles, it can do all of that stuff in an instant for you, right? So, so if I go, look, we'll just take, we'll just literally take the video from yesterday, right? Here's, here's the video from yesterday. Get shareable link and we'll just drop it in. Get free clips. Now this might take a minute. I need to log in here. Let's use this one. Start clipping. Okay. I don't want to do this stuff. I don't want to do this stuff. I want to clip. I don't want to. Oh, that's a zoom link. No, I want a YouTube link. That's what I want. Okay, all right. Yeah, apparently you can do a zoom link too. That's kind of cool. But anyway, you take all this stuff. Works best for talking videos, right? This is what, this is what this is made for. It's made for, you know, taking, for example, a, you know, podcast or something like that, right? And you know, you, you're filming two people talking and then just finds the content and it analyzes it, right? And tries to figure out what's going on here. Yeah. 274 credits. 274 minutes of video processing. I'm not going to have it do this because I'm not going to spend the 274 credits on that right now because it's kind of expensive. But, But I might later, right? I might later go and do that because I'm sure there's some good stuff that we've talked about here and anyway, but it will automatically create amazing things for you. Okay, so that's one. There's another one. I'm trying to remember what it's called. AutoCAD, I think. Oh, cut it. Yeah. So here's your video editor. You know, got hundred, you know, silences in three seconds, five minutes of animated captions in 10 seconds, edit one hour, podcast in one minute, add 50 zooms in three, 30 seconds, whatever. Right, right. So you can see a lot of things happening here. B rolls and stuff. So there is, there are ways to, to edit Here. And tons and tons of people use this. I have not used AutoCAD a lot, but I've heard about it and I think it's. I think it's definitely worth trying. If I did it, I'm going to do this right? Start with this, this clip here. And then I'm gonna cut to a bunch of people saying how it's something that you're gonna need. These things are all so freaking cheap, right? You're talking 20 bucks a month type stuff. I'm a video editor. I love. I'm very good in premiere. I can spend days, you know, editing a 10 minute video down to just be awesome, right. You know, I started with, you know, six hours of content. I'm getting it down to 10 minutes of just incredible awesome cuts. The audio, the video, like everything. I love doing that. And I use lots of, you know, complex masks and stuff. So I, I kind of know what I'm doing. So I haven't really turned to AI to do this for me. But there's no question that you're going to be seeing more stuff here. I just found out about Opus. Opus. I did a. I recorded a podcast on Monday, I think, and. And he was telling me, showing me, and I was like, oh my gosh, I have to do this right? So you'll probably see a lot of, a lot of content coming out from me, from these things because it's just amazing. And I share, I share to all of those platforms. Like I'm very active across the board. Okay, good question. Any other questions on video stuff, guys, or images? We'll do. We're gonna do some more images later, but, but anyway. Okay. All right, guys, we are. Oh, my gosh, I need to. Let's see here. How are we doing on time? We want to take a break. Probably not quite yet. Change their life and like, you know, and it's going to get kind of more ridiculous as it goes with like explosions in the background and people while people are talking about it and, you know, to try to keep it very engaging. But I promise you guys, I will make $40,000 from that video, right? Because it will end up getting shared. It will end up getting put on different places. You know, it will get shared by people. It will be talked about a lot. I bet the LinkedIn. Okay. I just had to make sure my wife supposed to be at a place to get our windshield replaced. We had. So we had somebody. It's just be there at 10:30 and it's 10:19, so she's there. I just Looked at her. I just stalked her on iPhone. But my wife was driving down the freeway like six weeks ago or so, and just like literally in. In cruise control, right? And we drive. We drive a Rivian. She was driving a Rivian. And it's kind of during the time when all of the Teslas were getting burned and stuff like that. That and a motorcyclist just drove around her, pulled a rock out of a bag he had and threw it at her windshield and then just took off, right? And my wife pulled out her camera, got. Got his license plate, all that stuff. We sent it to the cops. And the cops are like, this is a fake license plate. We can't catch the guy. We have no way to find him. Let's see here. How are we doing on time? We want to take a break. Probably not. Not quite yet. Okay. I just had to make sure my wife supposed to be at a place to get our. Our windshield replaced. We had. So we had somebody. And she's be there at 10:30 and it's 10:19. So dumb. So anyway, luckily we have insurance and we paid. I paid the little bit extra for the $0 deductible on windshields. So anyway, cool. Little side, side message there. All right, let's see here. Oh, yeah, Quint, thank you for sharing that. This is pretty cool, guys. It's worth talking about for just a second. So a murdered man, he just shared. Shared the, the link here, right? But a murdered man gives his own victim impact statement using AI. So she's there. I just looked at her. I just stalked her on iPhone. But my wife was driving down the freeway like six weeks ago or so and just like video with audio generation, right? So this guy had been, you know, had been, you know, murdered and literally in. In cruise control, right? And we drive, we drive a Rivian. She was driving a Rivian. And it's kind of during the time when all of the Teslas were getting burned and stuff like that. And, and they, they. Someone put together like someone on the defense or the family or whatever, put together this video using AI tools to say, say here is how you've affected my life, right? And think about how now obviously it's fake and people understand that, and the jury can't take that into account or whatever. But are they not going to take it into account? Well, it's just at the sentencing stage, so he's already been found guilty. They're trying to determine what the sentencing should be. And the family gets to give an impact statement. And the family here chose to have the murder. A motorcyclist just drove around her, pulled a rock out of a bag, say I'm a forgiving person. You should be lenient judge. And how you sentence this guy. Yeah, yeah. Really powerful things. Yeah it, it. He had and threw it at her windshield and then just took off. Right? And my wife pulled out the. Her camera got. Got his license plate, all that stuff. We sent it to the cops and the cops are like this is a fake license plate. We can't catch the guy. We have no way to find him. He's crazy. And I've done some stuff like this. And guys, I want you to think about it, right? And there's right ways to do it and wrong ways to do it probably. But if you can get good at it, you can make people cry in a good way, right? You can bring a deceased one back to life, right? At a funeral to say something. Those animated photos that you did were really cool. Yeah, animated photos are really, really fun. And those are really easy guys. I'll do, we'll do a 30 second demo on it. It's super, super so dumb. So anyway, luckily super easy. In order to create an animated photo, first of all, you take a photo. Let's take a real one. It's. It's insane guys. It really is just insane how incredibly powerful this stuff that we have insurance and we paid, I paid the, the, the little bit extra for the zero dollar deductible on windshields. So anyway, cool little side side message there. All right, let's see here. Oh yeah, Quint, thank you. Video alone gets over 20,000 views. Do you know how much marketing I've done for Gen ipi? Like paid marketing? I've done like. Yeah, yeah, it's. I, I've tried to is here. Let's, let's find see if I've got a picture of a real person somewhere here. You know what we can do? How about we do this? This will be fun. This is kind of fun. Let's go back to here, here and here. And like this. Get rid of this little thing here. A couple things and I'll show you. But basically zero. I've got no sales from paid marketing. It's all organic. Everything is organic. It's referrals. It's me posting regularly on LinkedIn, on Facebook, on Instagram, talking about it, you know, mixed in with all the other things that I do. But thank you for sharing that. This is pretty cool, guys. It's worth talking about for just a second. So a murdered man, he just Shared, shared the, the link here, right? But a murdered man gives his own victim impact statement using AI. Hey, we're gonna turn all over video with audio generation, right? So this guy had been, you know, had been, you know, murdered. And, and they, they, someone put together like someone on the defense of the family or whatever put together this video using an, something cool here. Okay. All right. Turn this image into a, this might fail, but we're going to try it anyway. Tarzan style animation. There a few engines and there's a lot. I mean like Disney just sued Mid Journey, right? Because you can, you know, like a couple days ago for $30 million you can, you can ask Mid Journey to create an image of, you know, Darth Vader AI tools to say here is how you've affected my life, right? And, and think about how now obviously it's, it's fake and people understand that and the jury can't take that into account or whatever. But you know, giving a speech at congress or you know, whatever, right? And obviously, you know, Darth, lots of referrals, right? Like have you seen how many views people are getting out of these short AI generated? Are they not going to take it into account? Well, it's just at the sentencing stage, so he's already been found guilty. Vlogs, like there's the guerrilla vlog or there's the bible ones. So crazy they're going nuts, right? There's so many things. And so yeah, make your own vlog, right? We're jumping ahead to marketing. They're trying to determine what the sentencing should be. And the family gets to give an impact statement. And the family here chose to have the murder is a copyrighted character and there's copyrighted styles and there's all these things. The problem is guys, the, the animated styles are while they are copyrighted, they're, they're out there, right? Like every AI has been trained on it. Every AI knows what Darth Vader looks like, right? And so I'm a forgiving person. You should be lenient judge in how you sentence now, guys, and that's okay. Make your own vlog about your new product. Well, a lot of these laws just haven't been written yet. Yet. That's really what it comes down to, right? Can we use copyrighted material? If copyrighted material is included in the output, do we have to charge more and pay a royalty over here? You know, so, so I, I, I think that it's probably more the latter eventually. Yeah, yeah. Really powerful things. Yeah. It, it right where it's going to detect. Oh, hey, this looks like Woody from Toy Story. And so is crazy. And I've done some stuff like this. And guys, I want you to think about it, right? And there's, there's right ways to do it and, and wrong ways to do it probably. But if you can get good at it because you're using Woody from Toy Story to do something, you're going to have to pay us a royalty on this output. Right? But then you have to say, okay, well, what if Woody's doing something that we don't want Woody to be doing, you know? You know, beating up another toy or whatever it is, you know, or much more serious than that potentially. You know, you can make people cry in a good way, right? You can bring a deceased. What is the level that you would be able to actually license and use a character to do something so you'll put up. There will be a lot of automated controls and protections on that. Sorry guys. My wife is called twice. She's had one back to life, right At a funeral to say something. Those animated this place and I need to just figure out what the heck she's doing. Give me just two seconds here. Well, this about your existing product. People will watch that because they know it's this cool AI trend. Photos that you did were really cool. Yeah, animated photos are really, really fun. We'll watch your content, make it funny, make it edgy, make it whatever, right? And if you're, if you don't think you're a funny or edgy person, it's okay. Use your chat GPT companion to help them. And those are really easy. Guys. I'll, I'll do. We'll do a 30 second demo on it. It's super, super. Who else was building all night last night and playing super easy in order to create an animated photo? First of all, you take, you do it right? Here's what I'm gonna do, right? I don't. You know, and then you make your judgment call as to how far you want to go. I not building. I was like, I went back to like my a photo. Let's take a real one. It's. It's insane guys. Business ideas because I felt like now had better tools to validate them. And so I, I was. Was stuck on that forever. So I haven't built but I was like, let me go back to it. This is Austin. This is Justin up here. Oh, guys, it really is just insane how incredibly powerful this stuff. That's me. I think so. Yeah. Because you're the one talking Here you can see that you're the one talking is here. Let's find. See if I've got a picture of a real. Oh, interesting. That's pretty funny. Look. Let's see if we can put them next to each other. I don't look anything like that. Actually looks like my buddy Ryan. That's funny. And most guys I know. Yeah. Rebecca's eyes were closed person somewhere here. I like pushing limits. Personally, I don't like offending people. Right. There's a limit. But I do like pushing limits most in this picture. I know it's kind of small and hard to see, but that's why her eyes are closed. Here you've got. Who is this? Who is this in the middle? This Brandon. I think this is Brandon in the middle here. They gave you a beard because you've got, like, your hand right here. You can. You know what we can do? How about we do this? This will be fun. This is kind of fun. Let's go back see it a little bit in this picture. Come on, let me see this. I want to see the screenshot back to here and here and here. And like this. It's not. Let me show it. I don't know. But anyway, it's kind of a fun. Kind of a fun one. It kind of tried to figure out. You've got Jeff over here with his glasses on. Right. You've got the U right here for Steven. So anyway, kind of fun. John, did you catch Gary Vee on Iced Coffee Hour clips you. I don't know if you caught that, but get rid of this little thing here and saying stuff that's like, oh, that's funny. Or like, oh, that's kind of crazy that he said that, you know, But. But anyway, yeah, use. Use this content. We don't even need to do a whole. He was talking on this topic about, you know, we're talking about trademarks and stuff, how we're not far along before. You know, just like during the NFT days, like board apes. They were IP ing the board apes apes. Right? So you can then license your board ape to whoever and then you can monetize. Your board ape that you own. He was talking about how we're. We're there basically right now where you're going to create. Hey, we're going to turn all of us. Keep optimizing AI the character or whatever you want to call them. Okay. All right. Turn this image, let's say it's a pretty model, and then be able to license in IP your. Your AI character That you've created your Persona through this ip and then if it, if a company wants to use it because she's a, you know, got a million followers on TikTok and they want to use it in their ad into a. This might fail, but we're going to try it anyway. They would have to then pay you in order to use your AI. Yeah, totally. Tarzan style animation. That's. That's wild to think about. It is. It is absolutely wild. There's so many things are going to be happening here, guys. I'm downloading a couple things. I'm just sticking to the theme of orchestras because we were, I was working on that with or you know, talking about it earlier with, with Rebecca as the example with there a few engines and there's a lot. I mean the, with the video. But, but what I'm going to try to do here is I'm going to say, okay, we're going to take a lot more testing here. Let's see if we got a second better. This hasn't even started yet, so that's fun. We're going to take this image of a conductor like Disney just sued Mid Journey, right? Because you can like a couple, right? And we're going to take this image of just like an amphitheater with rocks. Man. Why is it, why is it not started yet? Refresh. But not pulling this up when I click on it. So kind of a low quality picture even right with the Grand Canyon in the background. That's a. Well, we'll let that finish when it finishes. Days ago. For $30 million, you can, you can ask Mid Journey to create an image of, you know, Darth Vader, you know, giving a speech at Congress or you know, whatever, right? And obviously, you know, Darth Vade, cool place to do a concert, right? And so I'm going to say show this conductor conducting a fire in this amphitheater. Yeah. Let's just say that Vader is a copyrighted character and there's copyrighted styles and there's all these things. The problem is, guys, the, the animated styles are. While they are. But you can, you can immediately see how you can use this. Guys, there's so many ways. So what we're doing here, what I'm trying to show is the ability to combine images and to have, you know, chatgpt fill in the gaps with, with everything else. It's capable of doing just crazy things, guys, right? Like I, I've tried this before where you take an image of somebody like a woman holding a pie or something. Right. And then you get another picture of like a big fancy wedding cake. Copyrighted. They're. They're out there, right? Like every AI has been trained on it. Every AI knows what Darth Vader looks like, right? And so they can say, make her holding this wedding cake instead of the pie. And it just puts it all in front of it and it looks like it is a perfectly real picture. Like it, it's exactly. It erases everything, only takes the, the pieces that you need. And so for product imagery, right, if you have a product, if part of your business is related to, you're selling something physical or whatever, and you need to show a lot of these laws just haven't been written yet. That's really what it comes down to, right? Can we use copyrighted material? If copyrighted material is included in the output, do we have to charge more and pay a royalty over here? So I think that it's probably more of the latter eventually, right, where it's going to detect, oh, hey, this looks like Woody from Toy Story. And so because you're using Woody from Toy Story to do something, you're going to have to pay us a royalty on this output, right? But then you have to say, okay, well, what if Woody's doing something that we don't want Woody to be doing? You know, you know, beating up enough show it in different ways and you need to create ads around it and all this stuff. You can do so many things because another thing I could have said is, you know, an ad, add, you know, information about an upcoming concert that's on July 4th at this location. You know, give a cost to the tick the price of the tickets. It's $40. Show the website where you can buy the tickets and boom, now your toy or whatever it is, you know, or made much more serious than that, potentially. You know, what is the level that you would be able to actually license and use a character to do something. So you've got your flyer created, right? And, and so instead of having to go into Canva and put all that stuff together, you know, you can, you can just do that. So anyway, kind of crazy, kind of crazy what's possible here. I'm. I'm very curious how it, how it figures this out, like, exactly what it does here. I know that dap you'll put up. There will be a lot of automated controls and protections on that. Sorry, guys. My wife is called twice. She's used to be the image creator for, for ChatGPT, but now you can do it within Chat GPT so does Dall E still offer something that Chat GPT doesn't? No, it does not. It's been replaced. Dall E is still there, and you'll still see it used occasionally, this place. And I need to just figure out what the actually is doing. Give me just two seconds here while this thing loads. So I didn't ask it. I didn't ask it to be. The problem is it took my context of the Tarzan style. I actually wanted it to be photorealistic. Okay. But still, it was able to take, you know, these reference images. It added a choir in. It took the background of the Grand Canyon there and. And. And used this, you know, this girl, you know, conducting the orchestra. Do it again. Okay, so we'll see. We'll see if it's able to. To pull something up there. All right, here we go. All right, guys, what I want to do now, Who else was building all night last night and playing is. While this. While this works, I want to kind of kick off something. I'll stop sharing screen in a second. I want to dive into kind of another discussion that I think is really, really important. This is a discussion called Surf, don't swim ocean. Okay. And let's just ask a question. How many people here have not swam in the ocean? Anybody not swimming around, not building. I was like. I went back to, like, my business ideas because I felt like now I had better tools to validate them. I'm in the ocean before. All right. I think everybody has. The ocean's very powerful. Obviously. Anybody here consider themselves a swimmer? Have any swimmers? Swimmers in the group? Group? Gabriel, maybe. I mean, I can swim, but I've never competed. It's. I like to swim, for sure. I'm the English Channel. And so I. I was stuck on that forever. So I haven't built, but I was like, let me go back. I have not swam there, have I? No. I was probably too cold when I went there. It's a cold place. There's an awesome video. If you haven't. Or awesome movie that came out. I don't know, maybe last. Back to it. This is Austin. This is Justin up here. Oh, here the year before, about the first girl to. To swim across it. Pretty awesome Rolex. You what? Wearing a Rolex? I don't. I don't think she was wearing. That's me. I think so. Yeah. Because you're the one talking here. You can see that. You're the one talking. Oh, interesting. It's pretty funny. Look, let's see if we can put them next to Each other. Rolex. I think that was, like, the beginning of Rolex. Like, the. Where they did that. That was like a stuff they gave her Rolex to, like, when she swam it. And that was like. I know that story more than the actual, like, story about the swimmer. Yeah. That's awesome. Wow. This is crazy, guys. Look at the quality at the. At the match here. Like, look at. I don't look anything like. That actually looks like my buddy Ryan at this image. This is amazing. It's taking that exact, you know, the background here. It made it even better. It made it even nicer. It took that girl that was conducting. Gosh, this dang zoom will not get out of my way. That's funny. And most guys I know. Yeah. Rebecca's eyes were closed in this picture. I know it's kind of small and hard to see, but that's why her eyes are closed. Here you've got. Who is this? Who is this in the middle? This Brandon, I think it's right there's. There's her face. That's what she looks like. She's got this black thing on here. Pretty incredible. Now the choir is all dressed like they're out of the chosen for whatever reason. I think it landed in the middle here. They gave you a beard because you've got, like, your hand right here. You can. It's because. I think it's because it was kind of trying to base it off of this. I need the choir to be dressed more modern. They shouldn't look like they just stepped out of. But chosen see it a little bit in this picture. Come on, let me see this. I want to see the screenshot. Ah, it's not letting me show it. I don't know. But anyway, it's kind of a fun. Kind of a fun one. It kind of tried to. To figure out. You've got Jeff over here with his glasses on, right? You've got the U right here for Stephen Chat. GPT understands that they understand literally exactly my comments. So it's now going to try it again. So I'd like ChatGPT because I really can talk to it and have it redo things and change things and remove things. It's quite powerful, guys. Okay, so. All right, let's. Let's dive in here, guys. So surf, don't swim. So anyway, kind of fun. John, did you catch Gary Vee? How much energy do you think is expended from a human in 10 minutes of swimming in the ocean? Right? You're not like intense racing. You're swimming around what do you think on iced coffee hour clips you? I don't know if you caught that. He was talking on this topic about, you know, we're talking about trademarks and stuff, how we're not. Calories. Yeah, K calories, whatever. Yeah. 10 minutes. Is it a hard current or. No rip tides? No. 500 calories. Nothing extreme. I would say three far along before, just like during NFT days, like board apes. They were IPing the board apes. Right. So you. 300 calories, not much. Yeah, it's actually about 100. It's actually about 100. It's not that much, but it's fun. And. And that's like you're just playing around. I've talked to ChatGPT about this a bunch and, you know, obviously it varies based on, you know, your fitness level and whether or not there's a current and, you know, what you're actually doing. Doing. Are you just jumping down? Are you hanging out, whatever. Anyway, so let's say it's about to then license your board ape to whoever and then you can monetize 100 calories. Okay, now this question's a little bit harder. How much power do you. Your board ape that you own? He's talking about how we're. We're there basically right now where you're going to create an eye, an AI character or whatever you want to call them. Think, you know, and let's just, let's just say relative. How much power relative to that swimmer do you think is created by a tsunami? Is it 100 times 20? Let's say it's a pretty model. And then be able to license in IP your times a thousand times. What do you think is. What do you think is the ratio of energy of that billions of times. Yes, billions of times billions. Very good. 4 billion is the number. Right, right. Again, according to my discussions with ChatGPT and obviously plenty of variation. I get it. But yes, it's definitely billions of times. Right. Four billion times stronger. Does anybody think they can swim against a tsunami and win? I. I personally don't. Right. I'm a kayak. I'm a whitewater kayaker. That is your AI character that you've created, your Persona through this ip. And then if it, if a company wants to use it, because she's, you know, got a million followers on TikTok talk and they want to use it in their ad, they would have to then pay you in order to use your AI. Yeah, totally. Something that I do. It is one of the best things I'm Good at. I can go off of big waterfalls and face very strong currents. And I can tell you this, guys, I have never once won a battle against water. You just. If you fight it, you're going to lose. You're going to lose, right? And so you have to learn as a kayaker, as a surfer, as a, you know, whatever, you have to learn how to harness it, you have to learn how to ride it and how to take advantage of it so that with minimal effort, you can do. That's wild to think about. It is absolutely wild. Incredible things, right? I can kayak most rivers and do most even complex moves without my paddle, right. Just by moving my. Shifting my weight in my kayak and using and turning my head and doing things and positioning myself a little bit. Now you might. Even without a paddle, I could use my hands and I could even just be like, okay, I just need a little right here in this right spot. And it will just push me over here. And I can use it to just maneuver. But the amount of effort that my arms are doing when I'm going through a big rapid is actually quite minimal. And so many things are going to be happening here, guys. I'm downloading a couple things. I'm just sticking to the theme of orchestras because we were. I was working on that with, or, you know, talking about it earlier with the. With Rebecca as the example, with the. With the video. But. But what I'm going to try to do here is I'm going to say, okay, we're going to take. Yes, I have to charge towards something to get some speed to get over it. That's when I am going to engage the hyperdrive and try to go boof over something. But the reality is, guys, back to the tsunami is you're not going to beat it. Now, what's interesting is when tsunamis are coming in, when the conditions for a tsunami are just right, surfers actually will throw on their life preservers. And we're going to take this image of a conductor, right? And we're going to take this image of just like an amphitheater with rocks. Man. Why is it helmets or whatever, they need to be just a little more protected and they'll head out there. Surfers love to get on tsunamis. It creates really good conditions. It's more dangerous because if you get stuck in it. Yeah. You might get sucked out to sea. You might get smashed against the rocks, you know, and, you know, it's. It's not great in general. You don't want to be out of. Of Your boat or your surfboard or not pulling this up when I click on it. So kind of a low quality picture even, right? With the Grand Canyon in the background. That's whatever. In a tsunami, you want to be somewhere safe, dry or controlled, using it like a surfer. Okay, so, AI, let's bring this back to business. AI. This, this AI revolution, right, is not just an AI wave, it is a tsunami. It is a tsunami of unprecedented nothing that is ever cool place to do a concert, right? And so I'm going to say show this conductor conduct hit. The world has ever been this powerful, right? Being a choir in this amphitheater. I remember, Rebecca, if you and I were talking about the other day about how, you know, like electricity was another big wave or whatever, I think you and I were talking about this last week. But, but anyway, the difference between electricity. Yeah, let's just say that as, as a wave, right, or as its own tsunami, right? A smaller one, whatever. Is that electricity didn't have the ability to think, right? It didn't have the ability to think and do things. And neither did the Internet or social media or any of these other waves, right? You've got the industrial revolution. We talked about this some yesterday in our discussion after watching Eric Schmidt talk about what's going to be happening over the coming years in terms of the advancement of AI. But the bottom line is, guys, this is a bigger wave than has ever happened ever before and it's going to transform society in a way that is very, very, very difficult to predict and will be difficult to navigate unless you're following a couple principles. And one of the primary principles that I'm going to encourage you guys to follow is to surf instead of swim. And so let's talk about that means surfing means. So what we're doing here, what I'm trying to show is the ability to combine images and to have, you know, chatgpt fill in the gaps with everything else. It's capable of doing just crazy things, guys, right? Like I've tried this before where you take an image of somebody that as technology upon which your company is built or technology that's around and can affect the company upon which you're built. As that technology improves, does your company get better or does it lose its edge? Right? If it gets better, it means you're surfing, right? You're on top of the technology in a good way. If that technology comes around and goes up around you, then you get left in the middle and you're sinking and you're swimming and you're Going to get smashed against the rocks. Okay, so let's apply this like a woman holding a pie or something. Right. And then you get another picture of like a big fancy wedding cake and say, make her holding this wedding cake instead of the pie. And it just puts it all in front of it and it looks like it is. This is a little bit difficult to understand. Okay. But think about it. As the technology upon which you're built gets better, or as the technology around you gets better, what happens to your business? Right, so let's talk about Netflix. Let's use that as an example. What does Netflix do? What is their company? What is their. Does their IP a perfectly real picture like it. It's exactly. It erases everything, only takes the. The pieces that you need. And so for product imagery. Right. If you have a streaming platform now. Okay, streaming platform. I heard a couple other things. What else was said? Provide content. Okay. They provide content. They stream it as their delivery method. Anything else? I mean, they, they do a product. If part of your business is related to, you know, you're selling something physical or whatever, and you need to show it in different ways and you need to create ads around it and all this stuff, you can do so many things because another curate and try and predict what people want to watch to make them. Thing I could have said is, you know, an ad ad, you know, information about an upcoming concert that's on July 4th at this location. You know, give a cost to the. Keep coming back. Very good, Jeff. That's actually their core technology. Yes. They deliver it through streaming. Yes. They do have a production arm. I'll skip to the end there. Right. They've got that. But. But Jeff nailed it on the head. Netflix's core competency is a suggestion, a content suggestion engine. That's what they do. Take the price of the tickets, it's $40. Show the website where you can buy the tickets, and boom, now you've got your flyer created. Right. And so instead of having to go into Canva and put all that. They didn't invent streaming. They didn't invent the Internet. They didn't invent the movies. Right. They didn't invent the media. They knew that. But what they did do is they nailed content suggestion. They've been doing that so since it was DVDs, right. They changed their delivery method or whatever, but they've always been good at saying, hey, if you like these movies, you'll probably like these. And they do it better than anybody else. They still actually own that crown. That's where most of their IP is. And that's why other people, right, that's why you have Hulu and Disney plus. And you know, there was no moat there because they didn't build, they didn't build streaming, they didn't build content or media or any of that stuff. Right now Netflix says, hey, we're not going to share our content engine. You're going to have to build your own and figure out how to do that. We know how to do this really stuff together. You know, you can, you can just do that. So anyway, kind of crazy, kind of crazy what's possible here. I'm, I'm very curious how it, how it figures this out, like exactly what it does here. I know that. D. Well, you guys are going to have to try to keep up. Okay? And so they obviously use that to not only used to be the image creator for Chad GPT, but now you can inform, you know, what Jeff is watching and what he's going to watch next, but also what their production studio is going to produce next because they understand what's going to hit best, right? And so Netflix has hit after hit after hit after hit. They do really, really well. And they still are the leader in, in streaming. Do it within chatgpt. So does Daddy still offer something that Chat GPT doesn't? Although Apple TV plus is giving them a run for their money quality wise, they've got a lot of money that. So anyway, so now let's, now let's, let's look at this. So what types of technologies are they surfing then, right? Are they, did they build the Internet? No. Are they investing? No, it does not. It's been replaced. DALI is still there and you'll still see it used occasionally in improving the Internet. Are they sending people down to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean to work on cables? Are they, you know, are they, you know, directly investing in SpaceX to, to make the Internet, you know, better, right? Maybe, maybe they own some SpaceX stock. But that's not directly investing, right? I mean like becoming part of. So I didn't ask it, I didn't ask it to be. I. The problem is it took my context of the Tarzan style. I actually wanted it at the cap table of SpaceX and saying, we want to help the Internet get better. No, they're not, they're not paying for that. Did they invent streaming? No. Akamai did, right? A company you guys probably never heard of, right? Akamai is the company that actually builds the streaming technology. And when akamai came out 15 years ago, 17 years ago, whenever that was more like 20 years ago. But when it got to the point where it could handle video, right, Netflix said, boom, let's do it. We're going to use that technology, and we're going to now deliver this way. Right? They figured out, you know, the business model, but to be photorealistic. Okay. But still, it was able to take, you know, they're, you know, they didn't invent media. They didn't even invent movies. Right? They didn't invent any of that. You know, these reference images. It added a choir in. It took the background of the Grand Canyon there and. And used this, you know, this girl, you know, conducting the orchestra. But they're making money. They're riding a bunch of different waves, and so they are surfing pretty, pretty big time on a bunch of amazing technology that other people built. Do it again. Okay, so we'll see. We'll see if it's able to. To pull something up. Okay. They're swimming in the production space, and they're losing a billion dollars a year doing that, but it's keeping them in the lead because they're keeping their. Their services up. So it's, you know, inside of a business, inside of your own, whatever you're doing. You might swim in some places and you might surf in other places, but if you're surfing more, you can move ahead faster. Okay, so let's. Let's figure out the next. The next element here. What let's talk about AT and T is AT and at There. All right, here we go. A swimming company or a surfing company. I never hear anything about them. So I'm going to say swimming. Yeah, swimming. And why Constant? They're just consistent. All right, guys, what I want to do now is while this, While this, you know, works, I want to kind of kick off something. I'll stop sharing screen in a second. I want to dive in Constant. They know I have a good model. People will keep to it. To kind of another discussion that I think is really, really important. Well, and didn't they invent a lot of this technology to start it all? Very good, Clint. What was that? They're the beginners. Yeah. They invented a lot of the technology. Right. Do they invest in upgrading their networks and their telephone poles? 3G to 4G to 5G to 6G to 20G? Yeah, I. That. This is a discussion called Surf Don't Swim. Okay. And let's just ask a question. How many people here have not swam in the ocean? Anybody not. They've got huge infrastructure they got to maintain. Yeah. Billions of dollars spent every year. Massive investment, massive overhead, massive whatever. These guys are hardcore swimming. Swim in the ocean before. All right, I think everybody has. The ocean's very powerful, right. They are building it. They're not surfing on other people's technology. They're building the technology. Okay. And so can anybody think of a technique? You can, you can bring these ideas to life. Use ChatGPT, use Grok, use whatever other thing you like to come up with. GROK will give you edgier stuff. Powerful. Obviously anybody here consider themselves a swimmer. Have any swimmers, swimmers in the biology out there that as it gets better, could potentially sink AT T? I don't know, something like satellite stuff. Starlink esque. Yeah. Bingo. What if Elon says I now have enough? Gabriel? Maybe. I mean, I can swim, but I've never competed, I'll tell you that. That's one thing that GROK is capable of doing is it has a few less controls, I guess, placed on it. Elon likes things to be free and, you know, so take that for what it is. But, but anyway, any questions about this, this, this video stuff, guys, there's, I mean, it's, it's really just kind of a toy almost to play with. And you just have to, you know, use it a bunch and try it and see what works. See what works well, see what doesn't work well. And, and then, you know, put stuff together. Let me show one other cool thing here that you can do. Yeah. So I was working on this with my, with my boy, my little seven year old. And you know, I, I started with just saying, hey, you know, I want him. Well, hold on, let's see it started. Started. Where's the beginning? Where's the beginning shot? Oh, here we go, here we go, here we go. So I basically started with him looking. Let's see. Yeah, there's an eagle. Okay. So what I did is I took a picture of him that was. Let's hear. Select an asset. Let's see if I can find it. It's probably in here somewhere. Maybe, maybe, maybe. I don't see it anywhere. I don't see it anywhere. That's okay. It's. I like to swim, for sure. I'm the English Channel satellites and I want to stick it to AT and Verizon and Sprint and every company out there. There. I'm going to give free Internet access or $10 Internet access to everybody in the entire world. Boom. Phones are irrelevant overnight. That's crazy. I have not, I'm there have I. No, it was probably too cold when I went there. It's a cold place. There's an awesome video if you haven't or awesome movie that came out. I don't know. Maybe last. If I. I can tell you this. I do not have AT&T in my SP stock portfolio. Right. Because they, you know, Rebecca said oh they've been consistent. Yeah. In the last generation, in the new generation they are poised to become a dinosaur. Unless they have some crazy strategy that I haven't heard about. Right. I mean maybe they could just completely change everything to the year before. About the first girl to, to swim across it. Pretty awesome Rolex. But this was a picture of him actually. We were at the, the, at the Mormon Battalion. It's a voiceover ip right. So everything operates off of Internet based stuff and you still have a phone number but it worked. You what wearing a Rolex? I don't, I don't think she was ran us off of the Internet instead of off of telephone lines and cell signal and all that stuff. Maybe I hope they're doing that right. Like I don't know how it works. I don't know how that technology works exactly. I know like kind of high level like no visitor center thing in, in San Diego Diego if you've ever been there. And it's a really fun Rolex. I think that was like the beginning of Rolex like the where they did that. That was like a stuff on thing. You do all this fun stuff. But he was standing actually putting his hand on the. There's a little thing where you can talk around it but. But I don't know how it works so I don't know what they can do. But the reality is SpaceX is an existential threat to every telecom company in the world. Right. They gave her Rolex to like when she swam it and that was like. I know that that story more than the action like pan for gold at the end and he was standing there showing off his, you know right in front of his hand. The biggest telecom company in the world is in Mexico and man, they've got to be shaking in their boots every time Elon sends another rocket up with a bunch of satellites because does it work inside a like story about the swimmer? Yeah. That's awesome building. I thought it only worked outside but receptors put satellite receptors that then broadcast it throughout the building. I mean yeah, there's so many ways to overcome that. That's. Wow, this is crazy. Guys. Look at the quality at the, at the match here. Like look at just a little delivery element there. Right. Maybe AT&T can do that. Right. Maybe someone can do that. They can build this thing that says hey we're going to put a satellite on top of every building and then we have something that. This is amazing. Then send signal through the electric you know so that all lights become. It's taking that exact you know the background here. It made it even better. You know WI fi. You know I know that that technology exists actually I've heard about that. I've read some stuff about it. It exists today. You can have every single night in your building become a WI fi, you know extender. Right. So that's just a little engineering problem. But. But it even nicer it took that girl that was conducting on a little table was some of the gold that he had found and panned all this fool's gold stuff right when you can be passed up because another tech. And so I just took that picture he was wearing this game day picture that he has his ready player. One thing this is gosh, this dang zoom will not get out of my way. Technology improves. You are swimming and you are at risk of being beat. Okay so good. We've got a couple examples here. Let me give another example. Here's a. Here's an easy to right there's. There's her face. That's what she looks like. She's got this black thing on here. Exactly what that shirt looks like. And so I just uploaded this image of him and. And I just said OKR stand example. Let's share my screen here. Anyway, so that picture keeps getting better or worse or whatever. But you guys, you can. You can change pretty incredible images in incredible ways. We're going to go to Facebook here and we're going to look for my mom and we're going to click leave and we're going to click on this. Hey. Hey. The boy turns around, looks at the vista behind him and so I put him in the Grand Canyon and I actually had chat GPT. Now the choir is all dressed like and we're gonna look at her videos here. Okay so my mom is awesome. She does really cool stuff. She goes to you know different. Different countries and. And they're out of the chosen for whatever reason. I think that fat hippo. That thing is huge. I love that. It's a pregnant hippo. Bo. That's fine. There you go. It's because. I think it's because it. It was kind of trying to base it off of this. 577likes 91Shares 1.6kousand likes 1 but all she does here there's me on the piano. All she does is take need the choir to be dressed more modern videos. There's a 5,000, 5,000 like likes on that one and she just posts them, right? 14,000 likes on that one. My mom, I gotta be clear on this guys. She 2 years ago had 171 they shouldn't look like they just put them in the Grand Canyon first I had them create. I had ChatGPT create that image and then it did this and then I just kind of kept going through and you know I kept, I kept trying different things. Stepped out of the chosen followers like or maybe 200. I mean whatever. Nothing. She is not an influencer. She's not an influencer type. She is the nicest, sweetest like non tech having him turn around and look at a snake. Whatever. And then I just started building lady that you can imagine like totally. But a couple years ago I sent chat GPT understands that they understand literally exactly my comments. So it's hey mom, if you post every day consistently to social media you know it will, you'll start now going to try it again. So I like ChatGPT because I really can talk to it and have it redo things and change things, get a following and you might be able to turn some of your videos and pictures and say she's a photographer, she just loves to do this a scene and what you can do. I'm going to come down here to where it starts to do this. So he comes over here and you might be able to turn it into some money, right? She's like okay. And she just started doing it and then she just caught on. And look at this now 2 years later guys 633000 followers. She just keeps posting and she makes about things and remove things. It's quite powerful guys. Okay so all right let's, let's dive in here guys. So surf, don't swim. Somewhere between 15 to 20 grand a month month just shows up in her bank account because she's just posting her cool pictures and she gets to go on on vacations and take pictures. Now how much energy do you think is expended from a human in 10 hour? Do you think my mom is investing in the algorithms of FAIR and he find, you know he just wants to show off his treasure that he has in the book? No. Is she investing in the Internet? No. Is she investing in anything related to any of this? No. She is riding the social media wave of Swimming in the ocean, right? You're not like, intense racing. You're swimming around. What do you think? If she's riding the Internet wave, she's riding the iPhone wave. You know how she takes all these videos, guys, this thing? And then what you can do is you can say, use frame. Right? So I click back. Not with her $30,000 DSLR camera that she has and carries around her neck or stays in the back right here. So I can click use frame input for video. And so I can start from that. My dad's taking pictures while she's using her phone. Right. And she's taking amazing 4K video with technology that she is surfing. I'm. Look at that beautiful picture. That is one picture that she'd take. Like, she. She's good. Like, she knows what she's doing. Look. Look at the colors of calories. Calories. Yeah, K calories, whatever. Yeah. 10 minutes. Is it a hard current or. No rip sides, no. 500 calories. Nothing extreme. Yeah. I would say three. Three. This thing, guys, like, man, she just posted that yesterday and she shared it. That's with her phone, John. No, the exact frame and keep going with whatever it is I want him to do. Oh, he turns around. 300 calories. Not much. Yeah, it's actually about 100. It's actually about 100. It's not that much. This is with her. Oh, you know what? It might be with her phone. I don't know. It might. That's pretty incredible. The. The quality. Even the best quality of the phones right now, whether it's the iPhone. Yeah. New phone, or the Samsung. Like that. That's pretty incredible. I love this DSLR with the bokeh in the back. I think I'm gonna agree with. It's probably her DSLR. She has a beautiful, nice Canon 5D camera that she takes with her with a photo. You know, beautiful telephoto lenses and stuff she carries. You know, she's a. She's a photographer. Like, she really is. She knows what she's doing. But. But. But, guys, this is surfing. Being an influencer is surfing. She has almost zero cost. And here's the bigger thing. When you're surfing, you have almost no risk, but it's fun. And. And that's like you're just playing around. I've talked to ChatGPT about this a bunch, and, you know, obviously it varies based on, you know, your fitness level and whether or not there's a current and, you know, what you're actually doing. Are you just jumping down? Are you Hanging out, whatever. Anyway, so. So let's say it's about 100 calories. Okay, now this question's a little bit harder. How much power do you think? Right? You do have one risk. The one risk is the thing upon which you are surfing goes down, right? If Facebook gets shut down or there's an EMP blast and it destroys all of Facebook's data centers and there was no backups and well, her income's gone, right? So yes, there is that risk. But aside from that, aside from and, and hands it to an Indian to buy a, to buy a bow, right? And I didn't like this because it kind of. He walked on top of the chest and so I had him do it again, right? Got to turn around and do it the world type stuff. She's pretty safe. And she post this to Tick Tock and to Instagram. She's starting to build up YouTube and things like that. And Facebook is definitely her best, but she's got, you know, she's up to 10,000 and 5,020, 20,000 followers on a few other platforms. So. This guy's. But this is hardcore surfing. Okay, so that's another example. I just want you guys to understand, you know, and let's just, let's just say relative. How much power relative to that swimmer you think is created by a tsunami? Is it a hundred times? 20 times? A thousand times? What do you think is, is, what do you think is the ratio of energy of that? Billions of times. Yes, billions of times billions. Understand when you're building on top of other people's technology, you're surfing. Okay? So let's, let's apply this now to, to the AI world a little bit here. So my buddy, guy named Jeremy Witt, he's writing a book called Surf Don't Swim. This is actually all his concept and his idea. And you go toSurf Don't Swim.com. you can sign up when, for when his book releases. He's writing it right now actually. I think it's done, but he just hasn't released it yet. Standing on the wrong side of the fence, but you know, whatever. The point is you can, you can work and iterate and stuff, but you know. Very good. 4 billion is the number. Right? Again, according to my discussions with ChatGPT and obviously plenty of variation. I get it. But yes, it's definitely but. But anyway, Jeremy is the smartest guy I've ever met that. He was my chief strategy officer at my last company, lives in Florida, made about $100 million in, in the dot com bubble back in the day. Super, super smart guy, programmer by trains of times. Right. Four billion times stronger. Does anybody think they can swim against a tsunami and win trade Then turned into the business side and strategy and all that stuff and now manages the hedge fund. I, I personally don't. Right. I'm a kayaker. I'm a whitewater kayaker. That is how fun this is to do with your kids. Kids. Like this is so fun. He, he just had a, a blast sitting here and you know, I kept changing it, you know, every single time until I finally got okay. So very, very smart guy. But he runs on the side of all those other things that he's doing, his hedge fund, all that stuff. He, he runs seven AI companies. AI powered companies, one of them. So when after he, you know, he sold in dot com bubble in about 2010, he. He invest. He bought a. He actually didn't invest in. He bought. Hey, we've got a decent scene here. And then I could, you know, there was a little bit of, you know, messed up his hand a little bit. Nothing that I do, it is one of the best things I'm good at. I can go off of big waterfalls and face very strong currents. And I can tell you this, guys, I have never once won a battle against water. A retirement home, about 200 beds, right? About 200, 200 people. You just, if you fight it, you're going to lose. You're going to lose, right? And so you have to learn. And because he's like, look, this is, this is pretty everything proof, like people are gonna get old and they have to live somewhere, right? And so he, he decided to buy that. He's always about finding things that are going to be, you know, good investments, long term. He calculates the risk and he just loved that. So he's been in the business for about 15 years as a kayaker, as a surfer, as a, you know, whatever you have to learn how to harness. Now he understands what's going on. It's a United Healthcare facility. And he, One of the, one of the things that old people suffer from is they lose their mind a little bit. Their mind slowly goes away. And one of the primary things that causes dementia and Alzheimer's and things like this is they don't talk to people. They're not talking enough. So I could, I could switch like right as he touches the bow or something. I said, you have to learn how to ride it and how to take advantage of it so that with minimal effort you can do incredible, incredible things. Right I can kayak most rivers and do most even complex moves without my power. Right. And so, you know, there are companies out there that literally pay people to go to centers and talk to people or call them up and talk to them on the phone, right? And so Jeremy's right. Just by moving my, shifting my weight in my, in my kayak, I could, you know, use the frame and then have it cut over to him actually using the bow and you know, something that's going through his mind and then it cuts back to this scene. And so, so you can be a creative, you can be an editor, you can create amazing. Like that's interesting. And what's interesting is United Healthcare will pay for that because it's disease prevention and prevention is cheaper than treatment. Right. And you know, using and turning my head and doing things and positioning myself a little bit now you might even. And so he's like, okay, United Healthcare is paying for this AI, I got an idea. And so he says, all right, I'm going to build a system that things, whether they're animated or even real life video is very, very capable and powerful. So questions? Any questions about the video stuff? Guys, we talked about generating brand new videos. Do you also use other tools to help you edit videos faster? Yeah, there's a couple out there automatically calls people, calls old people and talks to them. And it's an AI that's doing everything. The AI makes places, the phone call the AI has without a paddle, I could use my hands and I could even just be like, okay, I just need a little right here in this right spot. And it will just conversation. The AI stores all the information. We're going to work on that today. We're going to do some custom GPT creations and things like that. But it, he created this entire system that operates push me over here and I can use it to just maneuver. But the amount of effort that my arms are doing when I'm going through a big rapid is actually quite minimal. And with one part time person that just handles a little bit of the billing, right. And the communication that's. I have to charge towards something to get some speed to get over it. That's when I am going to, you know, engage there. So I haven't discovered any that let you, you know, from a narrative standpoint like we were doing here, right, where you would actually do that. I'm just going to, to premiere, right. I'm just gonna premiere or any number of things. But if you want to get into the hyperdrive and try to, try to go Boof over something. But. But the reality is, guys, back to the tsunami is you're not going to beat it. Okay? Now, what's interesting is when tsunamis are. If you want to get into something like, you know, you're like, if I take. If I tell me in. The conditions for a tsunami are just right, surfers actually will throw on their. Their life preservers and helmets or whatever. They need to be just a little more protected and they'll head out there. Surfers love to get on tsunamis. It creates really good conditions. It's more dangerous because if you get stuck in it. Yeah. You might get sucked out to sea. You might get smashed against the rocks, you know, and, you know, it's. It's not great in general. You don't want to be out of your boat or your surfboard or whatever in a tsunami, you want to be somewhere safe, dry, or controlled using. Take this recording, right? And I find, you know, a really good clip of something I'm saying, and I want to share it on LinkedIn. Right? This is four and a half hours long, so it's going to take me forever to go through and identify those spots. Have to go watch it again and whatever, you know, I could. I could be like, oh, yeah, I need to write that down. I'd be like, okay, like a surfer. Okay, so, A.I. let's. Let's bring this back. A.I. where it's 10:15, so it's probably about 75 minutes in, you know, so I could do that or between that. But the AI schedules appointments, right? Reaches out to the nurses. It schedules. It places the phone calls. It keeps track of everything. Hey, Betty, how was your. How was your granddaughter's, you know, piano recital? Oh, it was great. It was awesome. Well, that's awesome. What do you want to talk about today? Oh, you know what? I'm really. Bob's causing me problems, and I'm also chess again today. The business AI this, this AI revolution, right, is not just an AI wave. It is a tsunami. It is a tsunami of unprecedented size. Nothing that has ever hit the world has ever been this powerful. Right. Or there's a couple things. There's one called Opus Clips. That is an AI, An AI editor, basically. I don't remember, Rebecca, if you and I were talking about the other day about how, you know, like, electricity was another big wave or whatever. I think. I think you and I were talking about this last week. But anyway, the difference between electricity that allows you to tear. Opus clip, right. One long video, 10 viral clips as a wave or as its own tsunami, a smaller one, whatever is that create 10x faster, right? So you can drop a long video in here and then what it will do is it will. Electricity didn't have the ability to think, right? It didn't have the ability to think and do things. And, and neither did the Internet or social media or any of these other waves, right? You've got the industrial revolution. We talked about this some yesterday in our discussion after, after watching Eric Schmidt talk about, you know, what's going to be happening over the coming years in terms of the advancement of AI. Analyze all of the text, everything and try to, try to identify. Hey, these are the things that I think will. But the bottom line is, guys, this is a bigger way will be the best, the most shareable, the most viral. It gives you content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, all the right formats and everything. It's going to work than has ever happened ever before. And it's going to transform society in a way that is very, very, very difficult to predict and will be difficult to navigate unless you're following a couple principles. And one of the primary principles that I'm going to encourage you guys to follow, follow is work. It can add subtitles, it can do all of that stuff in an instant for you, right? So to surf instead of swim. And so let's talk about. That means surfing means. So if I go, look, we'll just take, we'll just literally take the video from that. As technology upon which your company is built or technology that's around and can affect the company upon which you're built. As that technology improves, does your company get better yesterday? Right, here's, here's the video from yesterday. Get shareable link and we'll just drop it in. Get free clips. Now where does it lose its edge? Right? If it gets better, it means you're surfing, right? You're on top. This might take a minute. I need to, I need to pop up the technology in a good way. If that technology comes around and goes up around you, then you get left in the middle and you're sinking and you're swimming and you're going to get smashed against the rocks. Okay, so let's apply this log in here. Let's use this one. This is a little bit difficult to understand. Okay, but think about it. As the technology upon which you're built gets better, or as the technology around you gets better, what happens to your business? Start clipping, right? So let's talk about Netflix. Let's use that as an example. Okay, I don't want to do this stuff. What does Netflix do? What is their company? What is their. What is their ip? Just a streaming platform now. Okay. Streaming platform. I don't want to do this stuff. I want to clip. I don't want to. Oh, that's a zoom link. No, I want a YouTube link. That's what I want. Okay, all right. I heard a couple other things. What else was said? Provide content. Okay. They provide content. They stream it as their delivery method. Anything else? I mean, they do curate and try and predict what people want to watch to make them. Yeah, apparently you can do a zoom link, too. That's kind of cool. But anyway, you take all this stuff. Works best for talking videos, right? This is what. This is, what this is made for. It's made for, you know, taking, for example, a, you know, podcast or something like that. Right. And, you know, keep coming back. Very good, Jeff. That's actually their core technology. Yes. They deliver it through streaming. Yes. They do have a production arm. I'll skip to the end there. Right. They've got that. But. But Jeff nailed it on the head. Netflix's core competency. You're filming two people talking and then just finds the content and it analyzes it. Right. And tries to fix. Is a suggestion. A content suggestion engine. That's what they do. You're out. What's going on here? Yeah, 274 credits. 274 minutes of video processing. They didn't invent streaming. They didn't invent the Internet. They didn't invent the movies. Right. They didn't invent the media. They knew that. But what they did do is they nailed content suggestion. They've been testing. I'm not going to have it do this because I'm not going to spend the 274 credit doing that since it was DVDs. Right. They changed their delivery, you know, method or whatever. But David's on that right now because it's kind of expensive. But. But I might later, right? I might later go and. Always been good at saying, hey, if you like these movies, you'll probably like these. And they do it better than anybody else else. They still actually own that crown. That's where most of their IP is. And that's why other people. Right. That's why you have Hulu and Disney Plus. And, you know, there was no moat there because they didn't build. They didn't build streaming. They didn't build content or media or any of that stuff. Right? Now do that because I'm sure there's some good stuff that we've talked about here and anyway, but it will automatically Netflix says, hey, we're not going to share our content engine. You're going to have to build your own and figure out how to do that. We know how to do this. Really create amazing things for you. Okay, so that's one. There's another one. I'm trying to remember what it's called autocad, I think. Well, you guys are gonna have to try to keep up. Okay. And so they obviously use that to not only inform, you know, what Jeff is watching and what he's going to watch next, but also what their production studio is going to produce next because they understand what's going to hit best. Right? And so Netflix is says, yeah, so here's your video. Hit after hit after hit after hit. They do really, really well and they still are the leader in, in streaming. Although Apple TV plus is giving them a run for their money quality wise. They've got a lot of money though. So anyway, so now let's. Editor, you know, got hundred, you know, silences in three seconds. Five. Now let's, let's look at this. So what types of technologies are they searching, surfing then, right? Five minutes of animated captions in 10 seconds, edit one hour, podcasts in one minute, add 50 zooms. Are they, did they build the Internet? No. Are they investing? 3:30 seconds, whatever. Right? So you can see a lot of things happening here. B rolls and stuff. So there is in improving the Internet, are they sending people down? There are ways to edit here and tons and tons of people use this. I have none of the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean to work on cables. Are they, you know, are they, you know, directly investing in SpaceX to, to make the Internet, you know, better, right? Maybe, maybe they own some SpaceX stock, but that's not directly investing, right? I mean like becoming part of the cap table of SpaceX and saying, we want to help the Internet get better. No, they're not, they're not paying. Not used AutoCAD a lot. But I've heard about it and I think it's, I think, think it's definitely worth trying for that. Did they invent streaming? No, Akamai did. Right? It's something that you're going to need. These things are all so freaking cheap, right? You're talking 20 bucks a month type A company you guys have probably never heard of, right? Akamai is the company that actually builds the streaming technology. And when akamai came out 15 years ago, 17 years ago and stuff. I'm a video editor. I love, I am very good. That was not more like 20 years ago, but when it got to the point where it could handle video, right. But in Premiere, I can spend days, you know, editing a 10 minute video down to just Netflix said, boom, let's do it. We're going to use that technology and we're going to now deliver this way. Right? They figured out, you know, the business model, but you know, they're, you know, they didn't invent media, they didn't even invent movies. Right? They didn't invent any of that stuff. Be awesome. Awesome, right? You know, I started with, you know, six hours of content and I'm getting up. But they're making money. They're riding a bunch of different waves and so they are surfing in it. Down to 10 minutes of just incredible awesome cuts. The audio, the video, like everything. I love doing that. And a pretty, pretty big time on a bunch of amazing technology that other people built. Okay. They're swimming in the production space. They're losing a billion dollars a year doing that. But it's keeping in the lead because they're keeping their, their services up. So it's these lots of, you know, complex masks and stuff. So I, I kind of know what I'm doing. So I haven't really turned to A.I. you know, inside of a business, inside of your own, whatever you're doing, you might swim in some places and you might surf to do this for me. But there's no question that you're going to be seeing more stuff here. I just found other places, but if you're surfing more, you can move ahead faster. Okay, so let's, let's figure out the next, the next element here. What. Let's talk about AT and T is at and at about Opus. Opus. I did a, I recorded a podcast on T. A swimming company or a surfing company on Monday, I think, and, and he was telling me showing, but I never hear anything about them. So I'm gonna say swimming. Yeah, swimming. And why? Constant. They're just consistent and constant. I know I have a good model. People will keep to it. It's like, oh my gosh, I have to do this right? So you'll probably see a lot of, a lot of content coming out from me, from these things because it's just amazing. And I share, I share to all of those platforms like I am very active. Well, and didn't they invent a lot of this technology to start at all? Very good, Clint. That's they're the beginners. Yeah. They invented a lot of the technology. Right. Do they invest in upgrading their networks and their telephone poles? 3G to 4G to 5G to 6G to 20G? Yeah, across the board. Okay, good question. Any other questions on video stuff, guys, or images? We'll do. We're gonna do some more images later. But they've got huge infrastructure they got to maintain. Yeah. Billions of dollars spent every year. Massive investment, massive overhead, massive whatever. These guys are hardcore swimming. Right? They are building it. They're not surfing on other people's technology. They're building. But, but anyway. Okay. All right, guys. We are. Oh my gosh. I need to. The technology. Okay. And so, so can anybody think of a technology? Let's see here. How are we doing on time? We want to take a break. Probably not quite yet out there. That as it gets better, could potentially sink AT and T. I don't know, something like satellite stuff. Starlink esque. Yeah. Bingo. What if Elon says I now have enough set? Okay. I just had to make sure my wife supposed to be at a place to get our windshield replaced. We had. So we had somebody and she'd be there at 10:30 and it's 10 night satellites and I want to stick it to AT&T and Verizon and Sprint and every company out there. I'm going to give free Internet access or $10 Internet access to everybody in the entire, entire world. Boom. Phones are irrelevant. So she's there. I just looked at her. I just stalked her on iPhone. But overnight. That's crazy. If I can tell you this. I do not have AT&T in my stock portfolio. Right. Because my wife was driving down the freeway like six weeks ago or so. And just like this day, you know, Rebecca said, oh, they've been consistent. Yeah. In the last generation, in the new generation, they are poised to become a dinosaur. And literally in. In cruise control. Right. And we drive. We drive a Rivian. She was driving a Rivian. And unless they have some crazy strategy that I haven't heard about. Right. I mean, maybe they could just completely change everything to. It's kind of during the time when all of the Teslas were getting burned and stuff like that and the voiceover ip. Right. So everything operates off of Internet based stuff and you still have a phone number, but it works off of the Internet instead of off of telephone lines and cell signal and all that stuff. Maybe a motorcyclist just drove around her, pulled a rock out of a bag. I hope they're doing that Right. Like I don't know how it works. I don't know how that technology works exactly. I know I kind of high level, I can talk around it but. But I don't know how it works. So I don't know what they can do. But the reality is spake he had and threw it at her windshield and then just took off. Right? SpaceX is an existential threat to every telecom company in the world, right? The biggest telecom company in the world is in Mexico. And man, they've got to be shaking in their boots every time Elon sends another rocket up with a bunch of satellites because it work inside. My wife pulled out her camera, got got his license plate, all that stuff. We sent it to the cops and the cops are like this is a fake license plate. We can't catch the guy. We have no way to find him building. I thought it only worked outside say put put receptors, put satellite receptors that then broadcast it throughout the building. I mean, yeah, there's so many ways to overcome that. That's just a little delivery element there, right? Maybe AT&T can do that. Right? Maybe someone can do that. They can build this thing that says hey, we're going to put a satellite on top of every building and then we have something that. So dumb. So anyway, luckily we have insurance and we paid, I paid the little bit extra for the $0 deductible on windshield. Then send signal through the electric, you know, so that all lights become, you know, WI fi. You know I know that that technology exists actually. I've heard about that. I've read some stuff about it. It exists today. You can have every single night in your building become a WI fi, you know. So anyway, cool little side side message there. Extender, right. So that, that's just a little engineering problem. But all right, let's see here. Oh yeah, Quint, thank you. When you can, when you can. When you can be passed up because another technology improves, you are swimming and you are at risk of being beat. Okay, thank you for sharing that. This is pretty cool guys. It's worth talking about for just a second. So a murdered man. So good, we got a couple examples here. Let me give another example. Here's a, here's an easy to understand example. Let's share my screen here. I just shared, shared the link here, right? But a murdered man gives his own victim impact statement using AI Anyway so that picture keeps getting better or worse or whatever. But you guys, you can change images in incredible ways. We're going to go to Facebook here and we're going to look for my mom and we're going to click leave and we're going to click on this and we're going to look at her videos here. Okay so, so my mom is awesome. She does video with audio generation, right? So this guy had been, you know, had been you know, murdered and they, someone put together like someone on the defense or the family or whatever put together this video using really cool stuff. She goes to you know, different countries and you know, look at that fat hippo. That thing is huge. I love that AI tools to say here is how you've affected my, my life, right? And, and think about it's a pregnant hippo. That's fine. There you go. 577 likes 91 shares 1.6 thousand likes 1 but all how now obviously it's, it's fake and people understand that and the jury can't take that into account or whatever. But she does here, there's me on the piano. All she does is take videos. There's a 5,000, 5,000 likes on that one and she just posts them, right? 14,000. Are they not going to take it into account? Well, it's just at the sentencing stage so he's already been found guilty. They're trying to determine what the sentencing should be and the family gets to give an impact statement. And the family here chose to have the murdered guy say I'm a forgiving person, you should be lenient judge and how you sentence this guy. Yeah, yeah. Really powerful things. Crazy. Yeah, it is crazy. And I've done some stuff like this and guys, I want you to think about it, right? And there's, there's right ways to do it and wrong ways to do it probably. But if you can get good at it. You likes on that one. My mom, I got to be clear on this guys. She two years ago had 171 followers like or maybe 200. I mean whatever, nothing. She is not an influencer. She's not an influencer type. She is the nicest, sweetest, like non tech lady that you can imagine. Like totally. But a couple years ago I said hey mom, if you post every day consistently to social media, you know it will, you'll start to get a following and you might be able to turn some of your videos and pictures and say she's a photographer, she just loves to do this. You might be able to turn it into some money, right? She's like okay. And she just started doing it and then she just caught on and look at this now two years later guys, 633,000 followers. You can make people cry in a good way. Way. Right? You can bring a deceased. She just keeps posting and she makes about one back to life, right. At a funeral to say something. Those animated. Somewhere between 15 to 20 grand a month just shows up in her bank account because she's just posting her cool pictures and she gets to go on vacations and take pictures. Now photos that you did were really cool. Yeah, animated photos are really, really fun. And those are really easy. Guys. We'll do a 30 second demo on it. It's super. Super. Do you think my mom is investing in the algorithms of Facebook? No. Is she investing in the Internet? No. Is she investing in anything related to any of this? No. She is riding the social media wave. She's riding the Internet wave. She's riding the iPhone wave. You know how she takes all these videos, guys, not with her $30,000 DSLR camera that she has and carries around her neck or stays in the bag. Or my dad's taking pictures while she's using her phone. Right. And she's taking amazing 4K video with technology that she is surfing. I'm gonna get that beautiful picture. That is one super easy. In order to create an animated photo, first of all, you take a photo. Let's take a real one. It's. It's insane. Got a picture that she'd take. Like she, she's good. Like she knows what she's doing. Look, look at the colors of. Guys. It really is just insane how incredibly powerful this stuff is here. Let's. Let's find. See if I've got a picture of a real business. Guys, like, man, she just posted that yesterday and she shared it. That's with her phone, John. No, this is with her. Oh, you know what? It might be with her phone. I don't know. It might. That's pretty incredible. Even the best quality of the phones right now. Whether it's. Whether it's the iPhone. Yeah. New phone or the Samsung like that. That's pretty incredible. I love this DSLR with the bokeh in the back. I think I'm gonna agree with. It's probably her DSLR. She has a beautiful person somewhere here. Nice Canon 5D camera that she takes with her with the main photo. You know, beautiful telephoto lenses and stuff she carries. You know, she's a. She's a photographer. Like she really is. She knows what she's doing. But, but guys, this, this is, you know what we can do. How about we do this? This will be Fun. This is kind of fun. Let's go back surfing. Being an influencer is surfing. She has almost zero cost. And here's the bigger thing. When you're surfing, you have almost no risk, right? You do have one risk. The one risk is the thing upon which you are surfing goes down, right? If Facebook gets shut down or there's an EMP blast and it's, it destroys all of Facebook's data centers and there was no backups and well, her income's gone, right? So yes, there is that risk. But aside from that, aside from end of the world type stuff, she's pretty safe. And she posts this to TikTok and to Instagram. She's starting to build up YouTube and things like that. And Facebook is definitely her best, but she's got, you know, she's up to 10 back to here, here and here. And like this, get rid of this little thing here. Thousand and five thousand and twenty thousand followers on a few other platforms. So hey, we're going to turn all of us keep optimizing. But this is hardcore surface surfing. Okay, so that's another example. I just want you guys to understand when you're building on top of other people's technology, you're surfing. Okay, so let's, let's apply this now to, to the AI world a little bit here. So my buddy guy named Jeremy Witt, he's writing a book called Surf Don't Swim. This is actually all his concept and his idea. And you go to Surf Don't Swim dot com, you can sign up when, for when his book releases. He's writing it right now. Now actually I think it's done, but he just hasn't released it yet. Okay. All right. Turn this image into a, this might fail, but we're going to try it anyway. But, but anyway, Jeremy is the smartest guy I've ever met. He was my Tarzan style animation. There a few engines and there's a lot. I mean chief strategy officer at my last company, lives In Florida, about $100 million in, in the dot com bubble back in the day, super, super smart guy, programmer by trade, then turned into the business side and strategy and all that stuff and now manages the hedge fund. So very, very smart guy. But he runs on the side of all those other things that he's doing, his hedge fund, all that stuff. He, he runs seven AI companies like Disney just sued Mid journey, right, because you can, you know, like a couple days ago for $30 million you can AI powered companies, one of them. So after, you know, he sold in.com bubble in about 2010. He invest. He bought a. He actually didn't invest and he bought. You can ask Mid Journey to create an image of, you know, Darth Vader, a retirement home. About 200 beds, right? About 200, 200 people. People or you know, giving a speech at Congress or, you know, whatever. Right? And obviously, you know, Darth Vader and because he's like, look, this is, this is pretty everything proof like people are gonna get old and they have to live somewhere. Right? And so he, he decided to buy that. He's always about finding things that are going to be, you know, good investments long term. He calculates the risk and he just loved that. So he's been in the business for about 15 years now. He understands what's going on. It's a United Healthcare facility. And he later is a copyrighted character. And there's copyrighted styles and there's all these things. The problem is, guys, the, the animated styles are. While they are. One of the, one of the things that old people suffer from is they lose their mind a little bit. Their mind slowly goes away. And one of the primary things that causes dementia and Alzheimer's are copyrighted. They're. They're out there, right? Like, everything's, like this is. Is they don't talk to people. They're not talking enough. Every AI has been trained on it. Every AI knows what Darth Vader looks like. Right? And so. Right. And so, you know, there are companies out there that literally pay people to go to centers and talk to people or call them up and talk to them on the phone. Right. And so Jeremy's like, hm, that's interesting. And what's interesting is United Health Care will pay for that because it's disease prevention and prevention is cheaper than treatment. Right. A lot of these laws just haven't been written yet. That's really what it comes down to, right? Can we use. And so he's like, okay, United Healthcare is paying for this copyrighted material. If copyrighted material is included in the output, do we have to charge more and pay a royal guy. I got an idea. And so he says, all right, I'm going to build a system that automatically calls people, calls old people and talks to them and it'll be over here, you know, so. So I, I think that it's probably more the latter. Eventually. It's an AI that's doing everything. The AI makes places, the phone call. The AI has the right where it's going to detect, oh, hey, this looks like Woody from Toy Story and so Conversation, the AI stores all the information. We're going to work on that today. We're going to do some custom GPT creations and things like that. But he created this entire system that operates with one part time person that just handles a little bit of the billing, right. And the communication between that. But the AI schedules appointments, right? Reaches out to the nurses. Because you're using Woody from Toy Story to do something, you're going to have to pay us a royalty on this output. It schedules, it places the phone calls, it keeps track of everything. Hey Betty, how is your. Right, but then you have to say, okay, well what if Woody's doing something that we don't want Woody to. How is your granddaughter. Daughter's, you know, piano recital? Oh, it was great. It was awesome. Well, that's awesome. What do you want to talk about today? Oh, you know what, I'm really. Bob's causing me problems and I'm also chess again today. Whatever, right? The AI will sit there and talk to you and listen to you all day long, right? And it's incredibly capable. How many people here have had a conversation with an AI voice? So yeah, most of you have, but a few of you haven't. You're, you know, we'll, you'll be able to do it today day. It's very, very easy to set up and very easy to play with. Play with. But man, it is crazy how capable these AI voices are to be doing, you know, you know, beating up another toy or whatever it is, you know, or made much more serious than that potentially, you know. But here's the critical thing. Jeremy is surfing in every sense of the word, right? He set up a business model where UnitedHealthcare will pay $90 per month per user that's using this actively. Okay. And so he's now up to about a million dollars a year in profit, right? He has one part time person that does it. He does nothing. All he does is what is the level that you would be able to actually license and use a character to do something. So you'll put up. There will be a lot of automated controls and protections on that. Sorry guys, my wife just called twice. She's at this place and I need to just figure out what the heck she's doing. Give me just two seconds here. Well, this. Manage this API network, right? He's got his kind of core little system that does everything and it says, okay, you're going to place a call, you're going to use the grasshopper API and that grasshopper API for the voice is going to use 11 labs and then it's going to store it here. And then the emails are going to be sent out. Are going to use the. This AI system and this email and automated single. System. He's got all these things together. So, so if, you know, some competitor comes out and you know, remember if you're surfing and something gets better, do you get better or worse? Right? So if something else comes out, like 11 labs is good, but what if 12 labs, you know, does something. That's not a real thing, but 12 watts comes out with the next best thing. And so all Jeremy has to. Do is swap out an API key. Boom, done. And he now has updated the entire system. Hey, a new, better email system comes out with AI. Great. Swap out the API key. All the instructions are the same. Go in. You might have to change the API, but. But in a. Who else was building all night last night and playing a matter of 20 minutes to an hour of work once every year or quarter? Not building, I was like, I went back to like my. Or whatever it is. He can keep that system completely up to date using the latest and greatest in AI and it is on autopilot for him, making him a million bucks a year. Basic business ideas. Because I felt like now I had better tools to validate them equally passively. It's not technically passively because it's actually a business, but holy cow, guys, that is how you run. That is how you surf and don't swim. Okay, one final example I'll give and then we'll take a little bit of a break. Here is my, my business, right? The core business that I've been working on for a few. And so I, I was stuck on that forever. So I haven't built, but I was like, let me go back a few years now. Called Velocity Access, right? I started this gen IPI thing kind of on the side, and now it's become my main thing and I'm thinking about hiring someone else to take it over. And that's fine, but my main business is called Velocity Access. And what we do at Velocity Access is we create venue management software, right? So imagine like a Sundance or the Delta center or, or, you know, wherever, right? You've got to it. This is Austin, this is Justin up here. Oh, lots of different operations. You got tickets, you got season passes, you've got day passes, you've got lift operations, you've got concert venues that need to be, you know, booked and tickets and seating charts, and you've got, you know, Concessions and restaurants and lodging. You know, a multifaceted. That's me. I think so. Yeah. Because you're the one talking here. You can see that. You're the one talking. Oh, interesting. It's pretty funny. Look, let's see if we can put them next to each other. I don't look anything like that. Actually looks like my buddy Ryan asseted resort. Right. That has lots of different things. Today, the standard, the status quo is you have a different piece of software for every single one of those things. Right. And so my business idea was, let's create one to roll them all. Right? We'll build our own. We'll build our own, you know, restaurant system. We'll build our own store system. We'll build our own ticketing. That's funny. And most guys I know. Yeah. Rebecca's eyes were closed system. And, you know, we'll take down all these companies. Okay. Amazing. Every single venue I talk to says, oh, my gosh, I love it. This is awesome. This is so cool. Right? And so, you know, we took off. We. We raised $3 million, sold a bunch of businesses, got it going. Then AI came out and, you know, started getting bigger and bigger and bigger, and we started realizing, oh, my God, in this picture. I know it's kind of small and hard to see, but that's why her eyes are closed. Here you've got. Who is this? Who's this in the middle? This Brandon? I think it's. Gosh. We are. We are setting ourselves up for failure a little bit here, and we started talking about the surf don't swim element. And anyway, long story short, we did in the middle here, they gave you a beard because you've got, like, your hand right here. You can see. We decided to scrap our entire business. We canceled all of our clients, and we're rebuilding it right now because we realized we were swimming. Why are we swimming? Anybody figure it out. All built on your own tech. Yeah, exactly. We're building everything. See it a little bit in this picture. Come on, let me see this. I want to see the screenshot. Ah, right. We're building something to compete with Toast. How much money do you think Toast has in terms of money they can deploy compared to my little $3 million of investment that we're now out of? They have billions. And how many companies are out there trying to beat Toast also? And how many other restaurants services out there? What about Ticketmaster on the ticketing side? SeatGeek and tickets now, and just hundreds of ticketing platforms that are out there. So it's not letting me show it. I don't know. But anyway, this is kind of a fun. Kind of a fun one. It kind of tried to. To figure out. You've got Jeff over here with his glasses on, right? You've got the U right here for Stephen. So anyway, kind of fun. John, did you catch Gary Vee? Compared to my little $3 million of investment that we're now out of, you know, they have. They have billions. Right? And how many companies are out there trying to beat Toast also? And how many other restaurants services out there? What about Ticketmaster on the ticketing side? SeatGeek and tickets now, and just hundreds of ticketing platforms that are out there. So basically my brilliant business plan was to start Basically my brilliant business plan was to start an eight front front war with billions of dollars of funding on each front versus my little $3 million spread across all of these. I'm going to build the best ticketing platform, which means every time Ticketmaster comes out with something new, my customer or on Iced Coffee hour clips you. I don't know if you caught that. Potential customer is going to say, hey, can your, can your ticketing thing do this? Because Ticketmaster can, and that's why we stick with them. Oh, no, but. Oh, yeah, yeah, we can do that. Actually, we'll do that. Yeah, yeah. It doesn't work right now, but we're working on it. We'll have it ready by next week. Okay, thanks. Awesome. And then someone else calls. Oh, hey, seatgeek just came out with this thing. They just had this new AI powered thing that does this. Oh, yeah, we can do that, too. And then, you know, someone over here on the. He was talking on this topic about, you know, we're talking about trademarks and stuff, how we're not far along before, you know, just like during NFT days, like board apes. They were IP ing the board apes. Right? So on the restaurant side, hey, Toast just came out with this new feature that lets us text customers. Customers. Oh, yeah, we can do that. You know, now we're trying to keep up with all of these competitors on all fronts. That's insane. It's impossible. It is a guaranteed l. Right? We will not win that battle. So how. My brilliant strategist here, all eight of you, you can then license your board ape to whoever, and then you can monetize. How can we swim or, sorry, surf instead of swimming? How can we get out of the swimming game and change Velocity Access's business model into a surfing business model? Yeah, I mean, can't you just build on top using APIs of toast or some of these other things. Like, they've already got the baseline of all these things, but you just have this thing that ties all those in by APIs into one experience. But you're not building the underlying technology. You're just using all that other pieces. Jeff's nailing the answers a lot today, and that's impressive. That's exactly right, Jeff. As these technologies get better, if. If SeatGeek gets better and your board ape that you own. He was talking about how we're. We're there basically right now where you're going to create an AI character, or whatever you want to call them. Let's say it's a pretty model and then be able to license in IP your. Your AI character that you've created your Persona through this ip. And then if we're built on a system that's like this master control center for the venue that can access. Company wants to use it because she's got a million followers on TikTok and they want to use it in their ad. That's all this and pull. One of the big problems that we're trying to solve is customer data is everywhere. Right. You don't know that the same Steven Swenson purchased dinner at the Tree Room and also is the same guy that has a season pass to Sundance and loves to snowboard up there. And it's the same guy that comes and they would have to then pay you in order to use your AI. Yeah, totally. That's. That's wild to think about. It is. It is absolutely wild. It brings his family up and stays three days in in a nice place up there every year. Right. You don't know that that's the same thing. Stephen sweat. There's just a Stephen over here spending money and Stephen over here spending money and Stephen over here spending money, and you don't have that connected. But what if you knew, oh, hey, Stephen is actually in the top 10% of customers. And so when Stephen books a room, we need to make sure, you know, we know that and recognize it. Right. Let's make sure we leave his face. So many things are going to be happening here, guys. I'm downloading a couple things. I'm just sticking to the theme of orchestras because we were. I was working on that with, or, you know, talking about it earlier with Rebecca as the example with drinks think on his nightstand when he, you know, when he's checking in or whatever. Hey, thank you. Thank you for being back here. Stephen or someone who's, you know, checking you on to or just, like, pulling you onto the lift with your families, you go up for a summer, you know, summer thing. Like, hey, Stephen, thanks for. Thanks for being one of our top customers, right? Like, boom. Now you're recognized everywhere because they understand who Steven is as a customer, right? So that's one of the things we're trying to do. So, yeah, Jeff, you nailed it. What if we just API all that data, normalize it all, you know, via AI and all these things, and pull it all into one place and then give them control over everything in one spot? And so that's what we're rebuilding. We're completely the. With the video. But what I'm going to try to do here is I'm going to say, okay, we're going to take. We're going to take this image of a conductor, right? And we're going to take this image of just like an amphitheater with rocks, man. Why is it doing it? We canceled our. We had about 10 customers, and we literally canceled all the contracts and said, hey, sorry, we need you to do this. We might be back later for you. I know we might lose your business, but we got to go. We got to redo this. We got to rethink.
