All right, so, well, welcome to day two. Hope you guys had a good rest of the day thinking about AI and maybe working on your projects and thinking about how we're all doomed and also super excited at the same time. That's the weird thing about AI is it really has these two, these two sides that are very, very crazy. Right back to what I said yesterday. This is the first really significant technology wave where the technology can think, right? And we've all seen quite a few movies that have explored that scenario and how it ends up. Age of Ultron, Terminator, whatever you want, whatever your cup of tea is depending on your generation, maybe, but, but ultimately those are, those are real concerns. I was, I was looking just yesterday. The O1 model, which is a high reasoning model for OpenAI, is, you know, they're running tests on it, saying, hey, we, we want you to shut down, shut yourself down, right? And, and 5% of the time in those tests, it tries to copy itself to another server and stay alive, right? It doesn't want to be shut down, and so it wants to escape. And anyway, that's, that's interesting to say the least. And, and it's done all kinds of things. Anthropic's model, Claude, when it first came out, before they put a few, a few more barriers and safety checks on it, was threatening to basically blackmail its users, right? Saying, hey, I looked up all this stuff, I found these things that you did, and I found that you're late on your taxes here, or I found that you looked up this girl and you're cheating on your wife or whatever. I don't know, all kinds of different things. It attempted to blackmail its users, its users threaten to shut it down, right? And so it's really interesting, the, the, you know, part of some people are like, oh, yeah, that's really scary. But when you actually think about how AI is, is created, what it's really doing is it's just really good at following patterns, right? And so it patterns itself after the people that it's, that it's patterned after, right? Just us, right? If we're threatened, if a human is threatened, we're going to lash out, we're going to try to protect ourselves, we're going to save ourselves, and we might even threaten to blackmail to protect ourselves, right? And so, you know, if we have that ability to do so. Now, obviously not everybody's like that, but there's plenty of people that are like that and plenty of, you know, novels and books and stories and things like that where that kind of thing happens. And so AI is seeing all this stuff and like, oh, that's how I act. That's how I'm supposed to act, right? And so it sees all of that. And so I think it's less about AI being conscious and vindictive and wanting to become, you know, Skynet. I think it's more. It's just trying to pattern itself after humans. But obviously, humans are not perfect. We know that. And so we got to be careful, right? And by we, you know, we're not the ones developing the AI, but those that are developing AI have to be careful. And that's one of the really interesting kind of dilemmas that's out there, is, you know, I'm sure you've seen in the news or heard people talk about, you know, hey, we need to, we need to restrict AI. We need to stop AI from developing. We need to slow down so that we can figure out how to control it so it doesn't, you know, get out of hand. But the big argument against that and the problem with that is China's not going to slow down. North Korea is not going to slow down. Iran's not going to slow down. Whether they're friends or foes or whatever, no one else is going to slow down because they're not going to slow down. We can't slow down. We have to be able to stop the bad use cases that are probably going to be developed by bad actors out there. There's people out there that are absolutely building AIs and giving it specific instructions to go cause chaos, right? That's what's going to be happening. That is happening for sure. And it's only going to get worse, of course, especially with some of the stuff we're gonna look at today, right? We're gonna look at video, AI video and the types of stuff you can create in just seconds, right, with full audio and music and, you know, all kinds of things that you can do that, that, that make a scene look very real, right? You can make Donald Trump say anything you want, right? You can make a profit, say anything you want. You can make anybody. You can make your neighbor make yourself. I could, I could put together a video of Colton cheating on his wife. Right? And that's not cool, right? Obviously. And there's laws against it already. There are actually are already some laws against it, and that's cool. But that doesn't mean people, you know, criminals don't follow law. So it's going to happen, right? And so you could have people try to blackmail you with fake videos and things like that. And, and unfortunately, lots of times that video, depending on where it came from, might end up somewhere public. It might be on Facebook, it might, someone might pick it up on the news if you're a prominent enough figure, if it's a big enough deal. So, so obviously, you know, that's two warning. The one warning is don't, you know, be, be smart, you know, as a, as a user, right? As just someone who's seeing stuff out there. When you see something and you're like, is that real? Like, you know, question it, question what you see for sure. And, and just know that it's, it's coming on the other side. And then of course, you know, be careful yourself. What, what types of things you do with AI, right? Maybe you try to do something funny with a video and you use somebody else and you make something and, and it might offend them because it's not real. So, so anyway, it's, it's like, like any other tool that we've talked about, right? It's, you know, the Internet or social media or computers in general, whatever can be used for good or for bad, right? It can amplify to a tremendous degree everything that you're doing. And so that, you know, that's a good segue into what we're doing today. What we're talking about today is, you know, we'll get into sales and marketing and being able to amplify your efforts that way to get your message out. Being able to amplify, you know, speed up the workflows you have around, around all kinds of things, but especially related to, to video and photos and, and writing and all these different things. So with that being said, do you have any questions for me at this moment before we, before we dive in? Maybe things related to your project? Paige, you had a good question or just anything we talked about yesterday, Anything that's coming to mind. All right. Okay. Well, there's a bunch of things I want to go over today. One of the first things that I want to do is pretty fun. It's. We're going to, we're going to play with a bunch of toys today. That's really going to be the, the theme of the day and it's. It, you know, productive toys for sure. We're going to keep working on, on how to, how to push, you know, a business forward, how to get to customers and things like that. But, but I want to show you some of the maybe more advanced use cases of AI and things that are happening there. Okay, so let's, let's dive in and we're going to start here today with Operator. So Operator, this is a chat GPT product created by OpenAI. It is still in beta and it's getting better, it's getting better over time, but it's still in beta because it's not all the way there and there's some other tools that do things like it. But this is a really interesting tool and a really cool idea that, that is really the future of this agentic personal assistant type thing of the future. So I just, by the, by the way, I just barely got access. My Alexa finally got the upgrade I've submitted to be in the beta and I'm now in it. But Alexa, I can now talk to it. Like, I can talk to ChatGPT. Like I can just have conversations with it and talk to it about anything I want. I can ask it to tell me a story. I can ask it to write or to create an image based on that story. It'll just show up. So you have to have the Alexa. It's, what's it called? It's like a screen. It's like this big and it like can go in your kitchen or wherever, right? It's a pretty big screen and it, and it, it says all kinds of stuff. I don't remember what it's called. It's, it's not an echo show. I don't think it's like a bigger version of that. But anyway. But I was talking to it, I was like, hey, you know, tell me about, tell me about the TV deals. Oh, hey, Crash. It's weird. So like, tell me about the TV deals that are going on right now. And I said, oh yeah, this one, this one, this one's like, hey, compare this TV and this TV to me and can you find me a 55 inch TV for less than $300? That's really good. And it said, oh yeah, I found this one. I said, which one do you like better? Okay, that's great. Hey, could you throw that in my cart and could you just send it to me? You know, you can, you can just talk to it and give it chains of commands and tasks and it recalls that and actually does things for you. And it's pretty awesome. It's pretty awesome. And so that's the future of AI. That's kind of the next step is being able to give AI a task. Like book a spot, right? Get, you know, book me a spot at the restaurant, right? Or you know, reserve a table for me or you know, shopping. Hey, find a couple of these things and order it for me, right? And you can give it tasks to do and you can give it anything, right? You could say, you know, find me two tickets to the new Superman movie today at Megaplex and. Yeah, Geneva. Okay. And so we just do that now. Now, again, this is not a complete prompt. Again, like, I like to kind of do a bad prompt and then do a better one. If I wanted to make this one better, I might give it, you know, more specifics, right? Like, do we want afternoon? Do we want evening? Do we want, you know, do you want premium seating? You know, what are you looking for? Right? Man, this is. Operator is not working this morning. So that's kind of crazy. Let's just refresh that. It might still be going. The task might still be going, and it might have completely died. Now there it is. It is still going. I don't know why it would be doing this. Do I need to reset my browser or something? But anyway, what's happening is, it's, it's. Now what Operator is able to do is it's able to operate like a human, right? So it can click, it can type, it can fill things out, it can do things for you. And, and so you can just, you know, tell it to do something and it will do it, right? And then it will ask for. For. It will ask you to do something for you See, this is weird. It's not finding. Let's see. Yeah, there. Found the Geneva one. Okay, so now it's going to find the Superman movie. By the way, welcome Josh. Other Josh Anderson. Josh. So, Josh, we're working right now on a little bit more advanced, A few. A few more advanced tools. They're a lot of fun. This one's called Operator, done by Chat GPT. And, and so, yeah, it's. You can just sit here and kind of watch it do that. Now you can take over at any time. I can take control. And so if it needs me to log in or something, I can do that. I can also just give it my username and password, right? And that might sound a little bit scary, but the reality is the way that this computer, this session is set up, is an encrypted private session, and it remembers all of your cookies and everything. It's like your own little private version of your computer that sits on a server somewhere that doesn't have a screen anywhere. It's just running inside. And it is secure. But you're able to give it your username and password. Maybe you say hey, you know what? I need to be in Cabo, you know, on Saturday, right. Just give me a flight anytime in the morning after, you know, 9, 9am or whatever it is. And, and it can go do that if it has your username and password, it can log in, it can use your saved account, your saved credit card, whatever, find the ticket, grab you a couple of seats, purchase it and you get it. You know, you get a confirmation in your email. But here it's clearly found, you know, Superman. Now one thing that might be a little bit weird or slow, I mean, it's just, it's just a little slow, right? So obviously if I wanted to find two tickets to Superman today, I'd be done already, right? I would be done with this task. And so I see, I see some improvements happening. Yeah. So here's all my options. Hey, which one do you want? Right? Let's do. Yeah, let's, let's do, you know, 7, 7pm Luxury. I don't want 3D. Oh, hey, and there you go again. You're. We're crashing. I don't know if this is my Browser or if ChatGPT having a problem this morning with operator. The cool thing is though, when you do have these kinds of things, it does, it does save your session, right? Like if you, if you're in the middle of something in replit, right, you're just cranking around in here and you know it's right in the middle of something and then you like have you refresh it, the agent doesn't stop this. The UI refreshes, but the agent is still working in the background so you don't have to worry about it getting lost. But anyway, I could say, okay, let's do 10pm Luxury. Man, I don't. I am way, way too old to do a 10pm movie. I used to do that all the time at BYU. 10pm luxury would be my first choice when I was at byu, but I can't do that anymore. But anyway, guys, you can see kind of the future here, the potential. It's going to speed up. It's going to get better at following instructions. Long term, you're going to have your own personal assistant that again, you're going to have to, you're going to have to give all your passwords due and things if you want it to really be able to do stuff for you. But, but you can have it pay your bills, you can have it, you know, do whatever the heck you can imagine and you can even give it a list of things to do. So one of the cool things you can do here is there's multiple. You know, you're just in a. In like a version of Chrome, basically, Right. You can open up another browser and you could open up like a Google Drive document and say, hey, I've got a list. I've got. I've got, you know, 15 tasks I need you to do. The list is here. I want you to do it and report back and record what you did. Right. And here all the information you need is on all of those things and it can just get busy. Right. And so the future of this is pretty incredible. But what's another thing you can do with operator, right? What if you say, hey, I want you to build me an MVP of this app using replit and you let it. Yeah, as long as it doesn't crash on you for whatever the heck reason it's doing this. I. Maybe it's because I have like 70 windows open. Yeah, that's. That's just local. It's just local. It's crashing on your machine. Hey. Hey, John. So do we have access to that? Yeah, that's a good question. And I forgot to mention that, but you're covering it for me. This is only available right now to Chat GPT Pro subscribers, right? So you can have access to it if you want to fork up to 200 bucks a month. If you're using Chat GPT a huge amount, then, you know, go for it. You also with Chat GPT Pro. Whoops, there's Travis. All right, Chat GPT Pro versus plus. There's a bunch of different things I want to find. Give me, give me like a side by side. Here we go. Maybe this helps. Nope, that's developer community. I want just like a side by side comparison. Somebody tell me maybe this is it. Yeah, let's just like this. Chat GPT pricing. Pricing, please. I wonder if I can see my pricing in it because there's a few other things. I just want to show you guys what those are. I think it's. I think it's cool to look at those types of things. Settings, account manage, change, plan. Here we go. That's what I'm looking for. So everything plus, you get also unlimited access to all reasoning models. There's some limits that you can, you know, you don't get unlimited access to things like you can hit a limit if you use it too much. On the plus, it's pretty high now the limit's pretty high. It used to be where you could only do a few, you know, 20 requests a day or something like that. And now it's almost unlimited on plus. But Pro really does give you, you know, completely that then you have unlimited access to advanced voice, which is really cool. Deep research can do, you know, multi step online research. The research that ChatGPT does is some of the best I've. It's really, really powerful. And then of course you get, you know, there's the research previews of 4.5 and operator and then access to O3 Pro mode. So I doubt that, you know, and then you know, more access to Sora and different things like that. So you get just kind of more access and you see other features early. The O3 Pro mode, guys, is something that, you know, an O3 Pro would just be, you know, another model. Right? We haven't really talked about this, but there's lots of different models inside of ChatGPT and other system where you can use it for different things. Most of the time you're going to be just fine. The GPT4O O3 uses very, very advanced reasoning and O3 Pro is unbelievable. But really you're going to put O3 Pro on like a really, really hard coding problem or potentially a, you know, a crazy hard doctorate level calculus equation that it's going to have to think for on a long time. But. But it needs to. Yeah. Anyway, so the reasoning behind that is pretty, is pretty cool. But anyway, so Operator is pretty neat. It goes through and it can basically do things for you. Now the example that I showed here, yes, opening checkout, it's kind of working on it still. But it did select our seats. But again you're not going to sit here and just watch it do this and then fill it in and answer its questions. And so you can, in your prompt you could say, hey, please buy me two tickets. I want them to be kind of middle, middle front but you know, behind the bars I don't want to be way in front of and you know, I want it to be for about this time, whatever. Here's my credit card information, here's my login information. Just buy the ticket and make sure they send an email confirmation to my email at this and then you can tell it, don't ask me any questions until you're done with the task. Right. And if you tell it that, don't ask me any questions, I say just make the best decision you can all the way through. Right. Then it can, then it can do that. But look, it did complete the task here. It's got these two, two done. I'm ready to come back. You know, let's say I, I put it on this task, I go shower really quick, come back, and then I can take and check out with these, with these tickets here. Now, again, checking out with this is. It's not super. So I still see a lot of things that they need to work on. I'm excited to see the new, the new update to this. We haven't heard any news on it for a minute. Yeah, and I'm again, my local thing is crashing. I don't know if that's going to keep doing that all day. If it does, I need to just probably restart my Chrome. But, but anyway, so I could do that, I could buy it and, and I'd be, I'd be set there. So that's operator. We're going to go now into a much cooler agent called Manus. Anybody ever heard of Manus? So Manus guys, is like replit for anything, okay? It can do this really advanced chain of thought reasoning and work super hard. So here's an example of something that I just had it do. I asked it to view all files in this task. This is so cool. So basically I said, all right, I want you to. Let's see here, which I've knew, okay? I want you to create complete transcripts of all of these YouTube links. So I've done, you guys recession your Cohort 15. I've taught, you know, this same course now after this session 15 times. And I've got every single YouTube link when you, when you, you know, at the end of today, I'll send you guys, you know, a thing like this that has, you know, Cohort 15 and Session 1, Session 2. I used to do three sessions where I did three hours a day, and I've changed it to two days for four and a half hours each. But, but there's a huge amount of content, right, that I've created because of that. And I said, hey, it'd be really cool if I could get all the transcripts from all those and then turn it into like a really nice guide or something, right? And so I gave it 41 videos, 130,000 entries, 100 hours of educational material is what it ended up doing. But it just goes through and it just completed this really complex task for me. And now here I have Cohort 2, Session 1, complete transcript, right? And so I've got this amazing document all the way through, every single thing I've said that entire. Look at this. This is ridiculous, right? The entire thing all the way through to the very end. And so now I can take this and I can drop it into Manus or something else and I can say, okay, I want you to make a complete guide, step by step guide of exactly how I taught everyone how to build a business with AI, Right? And it can just do it, right? It could just do it. So I put it on 14 sessions with a total of probably 40 video. Well, actually, yeah, I guess it told me at the, I guess it told me at the top. It told me what my, my total was. Yeah, 41 videos. Yeah, that's a lot of, that's a lot of stuff. All of these transcript entries. And so it was able. I, I had it figure out how to do this. Now what it did in the beginning, it was really interesting. I kind of actually had to, I had to teach it a little bit. It initially tried to, let's see here, analyzing the videos, trying to find. It was like going to the video itself, trying to find the transcript and download the whole thing all at once. And then it's like, hey, you know, I don't want you to, you know, take all this stuff if it's all copyrighted, right? It was like, this is my content. Just go and do it, right? It's like, hey, I'm trying to do this. And I'm like, these are my videos. I have permission to, to transcribe, right? So it keeps going and, and then it's saying, hey, I don't want to do this. I can't figure this out. And. And it just like, kept arguing with me a little bit, right? It's like, given that these are four hours each, right? What's wrong with you? So I was like, what is wrong with you? I've given you a few of my videos to transcribe. Just do it, right? And, and then I, you know, I said, hey, why don't you try it a different way, right? Why don't you. Instead of trying to manually transcribe it, it figured it out and it was able to knock out the first three sessions that I did. Or, sorry, the first cohort that I did. So, yeah, the first three sessions here, it was able to do it in like five minutes. And I was like, okay, that's awesome. So then I just gave it the rest of all of my content and I said, go get all the rest of them done. And yeah, so here's the second, you know, thing I just said, here's all the cohorts, here's all the YouTube videos. Go and make it happen, right? So now I can use all this content and do some really, really fun stuff with it. So there's, there's a lot of. There's a pretty cool spot here. If you go, let's see, let's go. Let's open up a. An incognito. Guys, Manus is one of the best platforms out there. I think it's 39 bucks a month. I can give you guys a, you know, like a referral code and you get some extra credits or something like that if you care to do that. If you, if you want it, just tell me. But, but man, there's some really cool stuff you can do with this thing. Let's see if I can find a cool one here. Okay, so this guy wanted him. Someone to do his homework for him, probably. So let's just click on this and. Okay, please create a slides. Introduce Tang Dynasty like a professional university professor. So what it does is it creates a big list of content. You can see that the task list keeps popping up here and it shows all the different things that it's trying to do. It basically makes a task list for itself. That chain of thought reasoning, right? It writes it all out and then says, okay, I need to get busy. And it goes. And it does that. Right? And so we're gonna. Let's see if we can skip to the end here. Okay. Well, there it is. Yeah, it did it. But then. Yeah, here we go. Here's my. Here's my PowerPoint. Done. Right? So, Drake, you never have to do homework ever again. So that's good. Good for you. Paige is saying, no, you got to do your homework. But look at this. Look at how awesome this is, like putting together all. Look at this. This is crazy. You know how much work this would take to do on your own, to do all the research, to format this, to put it all together to find pictures that are relevant, all of this stuff. And it probably took it 15 minutes to do this task. Okay, so obviously imagine something like this in business, right? You're trying to put together, or, you know, Travis, maybe you're trying to do a new landing page or something for, you know, for whatever or you want it to go through and build, you know, a concept of something or build a new, you know, script for a video. There's all kinds of stuff this can do that is way more in depth than what, than what Chat GPT can do right now. Because it can do this multi step thing, right? It can go and do this, it can do that. And then you can also, by the way, guys, you can also give Manus your usernames and passwords to log in and do something. So you could give it access to like your chat GPT account or give it access to, you know, your HubSpot. Right. If you've got a bunch of sales leads or something you wanted to go through and do a bunch of things and then you give it access to your Gmail to be able to go write a bunch of stuff. Speaking of Gmail and that type of thing, I'll show you another program called Runner H in a second, so don't let me forget that one. Camera movement techniques for scene style variations. What's this? This is kind of a video related one which is kind of fun. So generate style variations of the same scene using different camera movement techniques. I'm super interested in what, in what that means. What did it give it? This is interesting. Mystical Forest path at golden hour. So what is. What did it give it? Static shot technique effect use case. Emotional impact Pan movement. And it may. Wait. What the heck? It made videos. All right, that's cool. Let's get the videos. So this is AI creating AI videos without any human interaction. That's pretty cool if you ask me. Let's look at a couple other ones here. That one looks like almost the same. He turned just a little bit sooner. Oh, this zoomed in on it. Oh, that's cool. Yeah, some of them are similar, right? This one added the music to it. This is crazy. What on earth did it do? How did it do that? So it generated. You know what? I think I remember seeing an email or something a few days ago that said it can now make videos. That's crazy, guys. That's crazy. You could give it an entire script and just have it go make that video now. And you could probably provide it with video content and have it. And have it work on all that stuff. So that's pretty amazing. But these, these agentic systems guys are going to be more and more important. Let me show you another one that I think is really, really powerful that I did. So I had. John. Yeah. Yeah. What's up, Travis? Yeah. Do you think Manus is better than Bea B3? My guess is it's using Veil. It's probably using things. Those two scenes. Yeah. I've been trying to make cinematic videos for Outposts. Yeah. With AI and it's actually been really hard to. To pull off to like do it, do it. Well, you know, how are you creating your prompts? The prompts are like, hey, this character looks like this. He's in this setting. He's doing this thing and then. So we don't. I don't know, there's. This is probably a longer conversation for another time, but yeah, yeah, probably a different, different combo. I feel like I could talk to you about this for an hour. Yeah, probably. We're going to do some video stuff, Travis, in. In a little bit, right? We'll. We'll jump into VO3 and we'll jump into Mid Journey and do some other pictures and things like that and creation and. And one of the things that we're going to focus on, I'm skipping ahead just a little bit to just kind of give you the end. But bottom line is you need to use AI to create your prompts, right? Have AI do a search on what are the best prompts that are getting the best results in VEO3 right now. So have AI do that search for you first and then say, great. I want you to use all of these principles and prompting techniques to create cinematic style stuff for this, this and this. And here's my source image and all this stuff. And now I want you to create this and then it will create a prompt and then you just copy and paste that prompt into VO3. But that's how you're going to get really, really incredible results because you're all of a sudden pulling from the best prompting engineers that are out there and then, you know, putting your own content in. But that's going to be the really, really efficient way to do that, just at a high level. All right, so yeah, we'll come back to that more. So I actually had, I had somebody reach out to me and say, hey, I've got this crazy gold mine. It's worth a lot of money. And I was like, okay, cool, I don't know a lot about gold. And they're like, can you help me figure out if this is like a real opportunity or whatever? And so I. They sent me a folder of gigabytes of data, right? Probably 2,000 files, like crazy stuff. History for this. This mine goes back to like 1870 or whatever. Anyway. And so I gave it all of this stuff and it put together a massive presentation on. Here's all the risks to it. Here's where it's probably right. Here's where it's probably a little bit off or here's where whatever. And. And I was able to send a big huge, like a 14 page, what do you call it? Summary to them. And. And it's. Yeah, anyway, did a lot of work for me. It's really, really cool. Now Obviously, you need to check your work. You need to check its work. It's. Sometimes it's going to get things wrong. Okay. Another thing that I want to show. This is really cool. So I wanted it to. This was. This was pretty interesting. I had somebody the other day reach out to me and say, hey, I've got this workout program. It's with this Athlean Ex. I don't. I don't know it. I'm not familiar with this, with this program. But. But they're like, yeah, it's really hard. I have to, like, log into this program every single day and I have to, you know, follow this. And it's just kind of weird, right? I just want. I want some. I want it to just like, text me every day what I'm supposed to do with, like, a video of what it is, right? And so I had it go in and scrape all. I gave it the password, right? I said, hey, use this password or this, this username. And then he made a temporary password to do that and went in and it pulled all of the different workout types and titles and everything out, grabbed a video, the video URL, so that it could be downloaded and pulled into the system. And then I took all of that, right? And I said, okay, I need you to. You know, it made, it made. Let's see. Hold on, let me see if I can find this. So it made all of these summaries of jsons and all these things and all the references and everything. And I just went into replit, actually. Okay. And I just want to show you the final result here. What, what, what happened? I think it's pretty cool. Fitness Wanderer. No, that's not it. That was actually a totally different idea. Fitness Companion, I think, is what it was. Fitness Wanderer was. I'll show you guys a couple of the ideas I've been working on. Just kind of fun, fun stuff, but. And they're not. They're not even my ideas. I. I ask people on LinkedIn, I'm like, hey, give me an idea and I'll build it for you really quick, right? And I'll take 90 minutes, I'll knock it out and I'll throw it, throw it up there because it's just kind of a fun way to. To do that. But anyway, Fitness Companion right here. This is what I built. And by I, I mean replits. But basically it. It took all of the different content there and created this new tracker that he could do. I can sign in. I think this works. Yeah, awesome. Okay, awesome. And and it created this like secondary, you know, setting or, you know, place where you can, where you can see all this stuff. So I kind of recreated the program, although it's a little bit better, right? And I can, I can say, okay, I did, I did one set, right? It updates, you know, one out of three sets. I can do my second set. So it does that. I can click play on the video. I can watch these push ups and see what they're doing. I can. So I can, I can do that. It's very mobile optimized, right? So if I want to see this, if I want to see it this way, then I can, I can just watch the video like that. It was really made for mobile. That's, that was the idea. But on top of that, we've got a daily workout text at 7 o', clock, right? So I had it, I had it set up a, an SMS function to where it just, you know, texts that, that, that workout every single day at seven o'. Clock. And they do it and then they can text back and report that they did it in the. Theoretically it would, it would, you know, fill in, you know, hey, you did this. And we keep track of all of the things that you did and so you could look at your progress. Here's the program completion. I haven't done anything, so obviously I have zero progress, but how cool is that? Guys, I knocked this out. I built this, this thing in about an hour, right? So I had Manus do all the scraping, grabbed all the videos and then I just handed it all of the stuff that Manus did. I just grabbed it and dragged it into replit and I said, build a user interface and make it do this, right? Here's all the content and then just everything worked perfect, right? I love that, like just, just being able to quick play, right? And having that video just work, right? So amazing. It's so simple. Like, I know that that doesn't seem like that crazy of a, of a feature, but how smoothly it did it was what really, really impressed me. And I love that, I love that I created another app the other day. It's pretty cool. Getting back to the idea of APIs and some of the work we were doing yesterday. So one of the cool APIs out there is, that's free is ESPN. And so ESPN has an API that's free and it has access to, you know, every sport, all the data that's out there, all this cool stuff. But, but I have this, I had this idea like, okay, it'd be really cool to to be able to see, you know, just for football and basketball to start, just like, hey, what are the upcoming games? What's happening? See what people are talking about. And then to be able to talk to Cosmo. AI right, like, you know what, what is here? Oh wait, I'm speaking on our spot. What is Taysom Hill's best play? Right? And so it's going to do checking espn analyze, searching the web, analyzing and formatting response. And so it's actually going, it's checking espn, it's checking Perplexity, using the Perplexity API to do a, you know, a search and then it's doing this. Let's see if you had a game against Texas is absolutely. Yeah. His 68 yard touchdown was, was awesome. I, I agree. It got that right. And then the 30 yard touchdown pass, that was pretty awesome too. So pretty cool, right? Pretty amazing. So now we got Cosmo. I can ask any, I can ask anything about byu. Now if I ask it things about like, you know, my homework, it's actually going to say, sorry, I'm here to talk about byu. Right? We'll talk about that later. It's really important to make sure you protect yourself. And then anyway, so, but one of the cool things that I built here, that it built really fast. It took me maybe an hour to put this whole thing together. But this is like the history books, right? And so I can go back, look at, you know, the football game versus the Cowboys last year. You know what, let's go to the Colorado Buffaloes. That was a fun game, right? But I can come here and I can look at view stats and it brings up, you know, the summary, all of this stuff, key plays, the box score, you know, all these different, you know, score progression things. Here you've got team stats, you know, who won, you know, and this nice visual, visual thing here I worked on a little bit to just kind of mess with some of the formatting a little bit. And it's pretty, it's pretty dang good. I can see a couple things I'd still change, but I don't, I don't need to. I was, I haven't actually launched this. It was just kind of something I wanted to do and work on. I think I did it during one of these classes, but then I went back and worked on it more because I wanted to be cool. I got this looking really good. But the thing that I like the most was it took out of the API all of the highlights from every game and built this thing like almost it was it looked almost exactly like this on the first. On the first go. But I can, you know, I can click play. I can. Yeah. The two losses to Kansas on site kicks, we recover. That's awesome. And the other cool thing is I can even download the video here. And so if I wanted to, you know, download it and then throw it up on my Instagram or something, be like, man, remember this play? And I've got the video right there. It's super accessible and easy to share, and it's all, you know, just pulling from ESPN's free API. That's pretty crazy. That's insane right there. Isn't that cool, Colton? I wonder how long until ESPN shuts that down. Oh, no. They've had it open for a very long time. So I actually, it's really interesting. When you Google ESPN API, they know very well that it's open. It's. It's there. They're not trying to shut it down. They don't want it to shut it down. But it doesn't actually exist. There's a hidden API. And the cool thing is I gave Repl it this link and I just said, hey, this. There's basically a secret API. Here's somebody who's done all the documentation on it. It's like, great, I'll follow this. And then, you know, 10 minutes later, it whips up, you know, this thing. And I'm just like, what the heck? That's right. That's sort of basketball as well, right? We can go. I don't want to see that Utes game, actually. No, that is. That is wrong. Hold on. That's. That's the. That's. That's all I need to go to basketball, Football one. I don't want to see the use game where we lost. That was dumb. Hey, John, so did you mainly just use Replit for all this, or were you also using Manus to gather, like, the video and stuff? Or like, what programs did you use? Didn't use Manus even a little bit. This was a hundred %. This was 100% Replit. Yeah, I just. I just basically said, hey, you know what? I want you to. I want you to build out, you know, a fan board, you know, a fan dashboard for, you know, BYU fans. And so did you, John, did you do the same. So is the process. Did you do the same thing where you did Chat GPT, Grok. Chat GPT and then got all that. Gathered all that. Those prompts, and then put all that into replit? Yeah. Whoops. I went in the Wrong spot. Let's go back to here. So it's all the exact same. This is the same process, right? Build me a fan dashboard for my favorite college team, byu. Let's for now, let's focus for now on football and basketball. Great. Absolutely, your highness. See, I had it. You know, the same type of thing, right? I give it that prompt to have it, have it call me, different things. And so I work through it. I do an interview, I come, I've got my, you know, my, my documents that I have at create. Here's the experience flow, my business plan, all these different things. Here's hey, give me a three sentence description of what we're building. Boom. I'm ready to jump into replit, right? Exact same thing that I did with you guys I did for this. This workflow just works. It builds awesome stuff in almost one shot, right? So yeah, what I'm teaching you guys really, really works. Really, really works. The last one I want to show you here in man is because I think it's really, really cool. And I want you to just apply it to your own business, guys. Okay? Anybody here ever done construction? I never have personally, but you know, Colton maybe have a little bit. Obviously Travis has done a lot of construction and so this is a pretty cool thing and you might like this a lot, Travis actually. But basically I have a neighbor who owns a construction company. He does pretty well. He does probably $30 million of projects a year, right? So he's doing fine. But basically he said, look, the thing that takes me forever is doing what's called a takeoff. And a takeoff is you get these documents that look like this and they're highly technical drawings, right? Maybe Travis doesn't do highly technical drawings. I think he just kind of builds crazy stuff. It looks like it was in Star Wars. No, I'm just kidding. But, but anyway, you get these crazy drawings that. Let's see your pages three. I think I'm gonna, I'm gonna pull this up Ascentech. I want to pull this up so you can actually see how detailed and crazy some of this stuff is because it's really, really quite complex. But when you're, when you're looking at, at a, at a construction plan like this, right? You've got all these cool things. What you have to do is the construction company is called the takeoff. Where you're going to go in and you're going to say, okay, we've got 10 inches something here. We got 10 inches here. And we're going to have, you know, all this square Footage of this. And we're going to need 5 inch slab here we have this. So you have to figure out like, okay, how much material are we doing? How much labor are we going to do? Where's all this, right? What is the cost going to be to actually build this? Right? And it is a highly technical process that takes about 20 hours to do this, to do this process, because you got to analyze so many different things. All these, every parking stall, every curb, everything, everything has to be measured. And so there's these programs that you go in and. And you have to like outline everything and like that outline and outline and outline and outline. And then you measure it and you mark it. And it's just. It's very tedious, right? It's very manual process. And it's not even something that that is easy to do, that you can just give to like an assistant, right? Unless they've been highly trained on it, it's really easy to mess them up. And if you mess up your bid and you say this is going to cost 20 million, but it actually ends up costing 23 million, that's bad, right? You don't want to lose all your money, all your profit, right? And so he said, is there anything we can do with AI to speed up this process? And so I said, let's try it. And so I took this document and I handed it to manuscript. I just said, here's. Or wherever it is, I don't know, it had to inherit the task. I can't see the original. But I basically said, hey, yeah, let's see if I can. Oh, yeah, maybe it's right here. Maybe it's right here. I basically said, hey, I want you to just do a takeoff, right? Here's the file. Do it right. And so it came back, it finished, and I was like, hey, it's cool. It did it, right? And so I handed it to my buddy, my neighbor, and he said, yeah, this is way off. Not even close. They got a couple numbers, right? But like 90% of these numbers, we couldn't use this. There's no way this is going to work. I was like, all right, well, let me try something else. And so I basically said, okay, here's what I want you to do. I asked my neighbor, I said, you did this project, right? I said, yeah, I did this project. It's done. So, okay. I said, give me your reports, right? So here's. This was the original document that, you know, that I just showed you guys. And then this was the actual thing that they did, right? This was the actual results, the excavation, everything that actually happened. Here's the geotechnical report of everything that had to be done that was related to it, all this stuff. And I said, okay. And. And then the actual, you know, takeoff, the actual, okay, here's how much money this is actually going to cost and what they actually did and then finish the job successfully. So then I said, okay, Manus, here is construction plans, right? Pages from pace and tech 3 reduce file. This. This is the construction plans. The other four documents were created by a human and they are correct. I need you to create some software that does the takeoff process and then I need you to do it without looking at the answers. I need you to figure out what it is and then compare it to the actual results and then adjust until you get it right. Right? Adjust your process until you get it right. Right. Create better measurement tools, better things, better this. Right? And then keep executing until it's done. So it said, great. And so the first time it did it, it went through and did all this work and it said, okay, I'm way off still. I'm off by 99% here. I'm not getting anywhere close. 96% here, 90% here. I'm not even close, right? So now I'm going to fix. I'm going to fix the scale detection, calibration methods and all these things, add validation checks, all this stuff, right? So it built all these cool things and comes back a couple hours later and it is done. And what it gave me was all of these Python scripts, right? And so a Python script is basically. Call it a mini app, right? It's a bunch of mini apps working together to do a bunch of things together, okay? And then all I did was download this entire thing. I went into repl.it and I said, okay, I need you to build me a user interface for this. And there's Outpost X. I can show you that in a second probably. Let me see if I can find this one though, because this is really cool. I don't think you have enough projects. I know I've got a lot Plan Manager. This is the one. I've got way too many things, but basically I said, okay, I want you to just put this together. I need a user interface for this to actually work. And so it built this cool app that's taking a second to run. What is this little stop thing over here? I don't know what that is. Yeah, it just took a second to load. So anyway, it loads this up and I can do this project management Here where I call it my project, right? And then whatever it is, create the project. And then so that's created successfully. Then I can jump into the PDF, upload and I can drag my file right here, drag and drop or browse files and go find it and do that, upload it. And then I have to do a scale calibration. You have to upload the PDF and then you select some things. Then the measurement tools automated takeoff export results. So it takes about 20 minutes now to do what used to take 20 hours in this, in this automated takeoff thing, right? So just think about things that you guys do in your businesses, in your life, in whatever, right? We're just like, man, this takes forever and it's repetitive. I do it all the time. Can you just whip up a piece of software by using something like Manus in combination with Replit? So what Manus does is it basically goes through and it does, you know, this whole process that we're talking about, right, that I had you go through now, is it going to have all of your answers and exactly everything you want? No, because you're putting Manus on it, right? So it's going to have to just kind of make assumptions and try to do the best it can. If you want to be more specific. Great. Go through a little bit of process in ChatGPT, have it interview you a little bit, have it suck out a bunch of information. Take that, throw it into Manus. Manus, build this out and give it really, you know, I want you to build all these behind the scenes things, drag it into Replit and repl. It will whip it up really fast with all this incredible stuff. Now it took, you know, it took obviously some work to get this working. I bet it took six hours to get this thing working. Maybe eight hours. Yeah, probably closer to eight hours on this one and on that on the takeoff tool. Did you, did you confirm with your buddy that it was finally able to get accurate bids? Yeah, it is able to do it. Part of what I did that was really helpful in the process is I gave it a very complex construction project to train on, right. And so I think that's part of why we had a lot of success with it. But he's uploaded probably at this point about 20 different projects into it and I think all but two of them have come back where he is like, yeah, this is good, right? So he'd like go in and manually do a lot of stuff and do a bunch of spot checks on different measurements. And he's like, yeah, this is this is working, right? And then a couple of them, they just didn't, for whatever reason. And so obviously we can keep working on it. But one of the biggest problems with doing that bid that can. That, that takeoff is you're spending 20 hours. It's usually him. He was, he's the boss, right? He's the boss man. He's in charge, and he's usually the one that does it. And so it's, you know, taking the highest paid person at the company and, you know, tying them up for two or three days to knock something like this out. And then you'll submit the bid and you'll lose it, right? So you do all this work and you don't get the bid, right? And. And that happens, you know, more often than not, you lose more bids than you win. That's usually how it goes in, in most things like this. And so for him to be able to go in now and be like, I can just submit bids super fast is really, really helpful. Okay. But again, I didn't know anything about construction. I just, I just let AI fill in the gaps, right? And helped him, helped him knock this out. So, guys, Manus is awesome. I'm telling you, it is awesome. So I can give you guys this, or I'll just copy this invitation link and I'll drop it into here. If you want to sign up for Manus, go for it. If you want to do it on your own, that's fine. But there's the link. You get, you get some credits if you, if you do that. So that's cool. And I get a few credits too. I have so many credits, I. I'm not even, I'm not even using them all usage. Yeah, I've got 13,000. John. So would you, would you say for like creating these types of projects that you're showing us, is it better to like, use Manus over Grok or does it like, in what use cases would you use one over the other for, like, you know, creating an app like what you just showed us? Yeah. Remember, I love Grok for research, right? Especially when I'm trying to research, right? When I'm trying to do. And very specifically market research, where I want to know what people think, what are they saying today? Real time. And I can be very specific to Gro too. I can say I want you to check only tweets from the last month and I want you to tell me what people are saying about this topic, right? What is the latest and greatest on this? Where's the market opportunity here? Right. Anyway, so you can do stuff like that and have really cool conversations with Gro. The time I'm going to use Manus Guys is when I need it to do something for me. I need. I need a task completed, right? You can obviously have it. You know, build PowerPoints. You saw the amazing PowerPoint presentation on the Tang Dynasty, or whatever it was. I did another cool thing. I'll share one last one. That's really fast. But I had somebody reach out to me on LinkedIn and say, hey, presentation on the Tang Dynasty, or whatever it was. I did another cool thing. I'll share one last one. That's really fast. But I had somebody reach out to me on LinkedIn and say, Hey, I want to take your course. And, you know, because I want to build an app that can help me. This was a super long task. I said I want. This was literally the LinkedIn message that I got. Utah has an HOA registry website. If you go there, you can search for hoas by name, but you can just put in one letter in search and it will pull everything that has that letter. When it pulls the list of matches, you can click on each one individually and see data including names, addresses, and sometimes email and phone numbers. I want something that can pull all the data into a spreadsheet. So that was my. That's what he sent me. So then I said, okay, copy paste. And I said, eliminate duplicates. Provide a long and detailed CSV of all this information. So just so you can see what this actually looks like, here's, you know, this public site. I can type the letter A or something. And then here it is. Here's all the HOAs. By the way, there's too many HOAs. Goodness gracious, I hate HOAs. But anyway, I can click on it. And then I've got, you know, here's the HOA number, here's the address. City, state, email, phone. Like, you know, this guy sells software to hoas. Okay? And so this is, you know, now we're jumping into some of our sales stuff, how you can make, you know, sales faster with AI. But anyway, it takes forever to go through. And by the way, there's over 2,000 HOAs in this, in this database. So to have a human do this, it's possible, but you're going to have to copy, paste, copy, paste, copy, paste. It's going to take you a week, right? You're going to pay someone a week, maybe longer than that to get through it all, because there's a lot of data that you have to Get. And so I was just like, okay, just go, right? And so it's like, okay, I can do this. And then just goes, goes, goes, goes, goes, goes, goes. And it actually. What happens when you get. When you give it a task that's maybe too long? It will say this. It will say the current task context has reached its limit. You're like, oh, crap, it failed. But it's actually not true. Manus can inherit the compressed context in all files, can take all of its progress. It knows where it left off, Inherit and continue, and it starts it in a new task. And so this took about 45 minutes. The second task, same thing ended, inherit and continue, 45 minutes, another 45 minutes here, and finally it's done. And look at what it output for me. This CSV file. HOA name, registration date, modified date, HOA number, address, city, state, primary contact phone, email, Chair phone, Chair email. Boom. I've got 2,000 names here ready to rock. How cool is that? Guys, you want to find a bunch of data? Manus is your friend. It is very good at scraping data for you. Okay? It used to be that you had to create. You had to call up Colton and be like, dude, Colton, can you, like, create a scraper that just focuses on this thing? And he'd be like, yeah, I can do that, right? And you put it together, it might take him a day or two. And then, you know, I'd use it, right? And if, you know, whatever, so that's fine. But you had to create. It took time to do that. Now you just ask Manus a question and it's done, right? And it can. It can knock out that for you. And it just uses it and goes through. This is what it actually did. It went through each letter systematically, A through Z. And because, you know, most. Most names have multiple letters, right? All. All of them have multiple letters. There's lots of duplicates, right? So it found 82,000 results, removed 79,000 exact duplicate entries. Remove 941 similar based on HOA name and address. Removed 5 duplicates based on HOA number. Final data set contains 2035 unique HOA entries. Amazing. Now take this file, go drop it into Instantly AI. Sit back, let it happen. Boom. Instantly AI guys is a fantastic sales tool that is AI powered and generated, and it does really, really good. What it, what it's going to do. Like, if you're. If you're trying to send out emails for, say, Outpost X, right, You've got a bunch of emails. You got 10,000 emails. What you don't want to do a big no, no is to send emails out from outpost x.com, right? You want to say visit Outpost X or you know, see Outpost X or whatever you want. You want to get some domains that are similar to that. And what it will do for you is it will set up those domains, warm up those inboxes. It takes about a week or two to warm up the inboxes to where they're going to get really high deliverability because it's a known IP address and all these different things. And it sends, it uses AI to send email between a bunch of different inboxes to make it feel like real activity. And then, and then it starts sending out all these things and instantly AI will basically just keep talking to the person until they're ready to book something. Okay. But Instantly AI Guys is a fantastic AI email tool. When you're wanting to go through a big, you know, you want to go through big lists like this HOA thing. Instantly AI is your answer. There's. I found this other company called List Kit. List Kit IO I think that's what it was. And yeah, search over 710 verified million verified B2B contacts. Get started now. And these guys charge you, I think it's $3,000 to start or whatever. And all these guys do. It's so funny. All these guys do is set up Instantly AI for you. I did a demo with Liska and I was like, this sounds cool. This is awesome, right? I love, I love what you guys are saying. This is cool. And then I got in there and I was like, wait, this is just instantly. I already know about this. I know how to set this up up. And like, okay, well, I mean, you know, okay. The call ended quickly after that, so, so Anyway, let's get IO. Don't do, don't, don't fall for that. Instantly AI is your spot, right? Outreach, email accounts verification, AI copilot. Lots of cool stuff in here. Okay. I'm not going to go over how to use it, how to do it. It's not hard. It's super self explanatory. Any of you can figure this out. Just open it up, get started, you know, start free and, and then just, you know, pay for, pay for what you need. It's not super cheap because, you know, but it's not super expensive, right? I mean you're, you're looking at, you know, 38 bucks a month. The other cool thing that instantly does if you're in a business where you need to find leads is it will Give you leads as well, right? So you don't have to pay for something like Zoom Info or Apollo or anything like that. 1500 to 2000 credits per month to get leads, right? Or if you need more, great, you can, you can pay more. Okay. All right. So guys, man, this is awesome. Last one I'm going to show you. And I'm not even gonna, I'm not even going to open it up. I'm just going to land on the landing page here. But Runner H is another AI agent that can do some really cool stuff for you. One of the things that it can do differently than these other systems is it can connect directly Google Docs, Calendar drive, Gmail Notion, all these different things, and even Zapier. And through Zapier, you can connect it to anything, right? So you can have it go through and it can actually do things for you. It can create documents, it can create calendar events, it can access your Google Drive and do stuff with it. It can use that. But it's basically like, hey, yeah, let's, you know, let's do this, let's go, right? And, and it will do that now. Right now. I know this is kind of weird, but it's free, right? Pay coming soon, right? So jump in, try it, play with it, see what it's like. You only get 10 runs a day, right, to do different tasks. But you can have it do all kinds of stuff you can imagine with your business. Like maybe you need it to run a financial analysis, close the books at the end of the month or whatever, right? And so it's got all your documents. You need it to fill out a new thing so that it's ready to upload into QuickBooks or whatever it is, right? Just like Manus, you can come down here and you can say, hey, you know what, here's the different things that I want, right? Curate top 10 Paris marketing jobs or whatever. You know, track Pokemon listings on ebay, right? So lots of different things you can come in and get ideas with how you can use this. What I want to do, what I wanted, what I want to create, and I haven't, I haven't done it yet, is I want to create an AI task doer. So not a task list, it's a task list that just does itself, right? And so obviously you'd have to provide any content you want. But if, let's say I just upload 20 tasks and one of those tasks is, hey, I need you to help me launch a new song, right? I need you to publish it on cd Baby, fill out all the stuff for me. You know, upload, upload the, the album file and all these different things, right? And use my account to do that. So I would have to provide it with, you know, my login information for CD baby. I'd have to give it, you know, album cover, things like that. But if it ever, if it just got started on that task and it ran into like, oh, hey, I need, I need album art, then it would just pause and send me a little notification and say, hey, you know, your to do bot needs. Needs help on something, right? Needs needs input from you to continue this task. But then it would, it wouldn't just sit there and wait, it would just go to the next task, right? Like, hey, I need you to pay my electricity bill this month and hey, I need you to do this. I need to do this. I need you to do this, right? So you could just give it to do lists and it just goes and does it and only ask you questions when it needs to do it. And so I've, I've kind of started on working on that and I'm super excited to do that one because I haven't seen anything do it yet. And again, I'm not a developer guys, and that's a super advanced AI system, but I can just use these APIs and these other systems that can go in and do this. I want to share one thing that I think you guys will find somewhat enlightening. There is something called. So I just want you to understand, I like to understand how things work. And, and so to understand how Operator man is. These other systems use websites that don't have APIs. This is what it does. It parses or breaks up into pieces, right? An entire website into just a lot of labeled, labeled elements, right? So you've got element 76 right here. It's hard to see, maybe it's a little small, but you've got your pivot table and you've got 74 is add category and number 12 is transactions. Number one 14 is this plus button here, right? And so it looks at a screenshot, boom. And says, okay, I need to click on 15. And so then it does that and it moves the cursor to the 15 box and then clicks it, right? And then the next screen, it takes another picture and parses it. That's why it's slow, right? That's why you're watching Operator and you're like, man, this is really slow. Like I can read much faster. That's okay. You're very experienced. You Know the user interface, it has to learn every single time it sees a new screen right now it'll get faster at, you know, click, click, click, click, click. It'll be able to do that very, very, very fast eventually. But, but that's how it works. Just behind the scenes. Okay, Omniparsia, that's the system and Omniparsia, by the way, this, you know, for those of you that are technically inclined, omniparser is made by Microsoft and is an open source tool that you can play with, right? You can, you can use that code and try to integrate it into your own software or you can just ask replit to do it for you. So whatever you want. Okay guys, before I finish up here, we've gone over operator, we've gone over Manus, we've gone over Runner H at least a little bit. Any questions about these, what are called agentic systems? Any more questions you guys kind of asked as we went along, but. Well, I had a question, John. So like that Runner H program or whatever and, and really any of these ones we've been talking about, but like for that one, for example, like, like do you know how they made that? Could you make that is what I'm wondering. Because it seems like to me a good business would be to just create one of these things like the Runner age or the Instantly AI. Do you know how to create those? And if so, how difficult is it to create something like that using other AI tools? It's not hard. No, I don't auto create it. But you know, who does AI the end, that's the answer to all of the questions for the rest of the course, right? Like if you ask me a question, the odds are I don't know as much as the AI does. So just ask AI that same question, right? And yes, figure out, you know, maybe you try different AIs and maybe you use GROK for certain things and you use ChatGPT for certain things and Perplexity for certain things and you just kind of bounce around. But, but ultimately guys, you should be enabled at this point to just say, okay, I now know that I can do anything. I can figure out how to do anything because I know that AI knows how to do that thing, right? If you asked me right now I need you to build a nuclear reactor, I would be like, well, I don't know how, but I'm not worried about knowing how. What I am worried about is getting the materials to do it. Right? That's hard, right? But assuming I had the materials sitting here in my Backyard. I could probably figure it out now. I might need some tractors and some other people and other things like that. Right. But I believe AI could walk me step by step on how to build a nuclear. A nuclear reactor. I really believe that. And anyway, so, yeah, I mean, that's the. That's cool. That's the short answer. Just go for it. Say, hey, I want to build. And. And the. What you would do is you would talk to ChatGPT and say, I want to build something like Runner H. I want to build a competitor to Runner H. I'm going to call it Runner I, and it's going to be better. Or Runner J. Or Runner. Yeah, Runner J for Josh. Right. You know what someone like it that they haven't done, they need to bring back to life. Ask Jeeves. That's a good idea. And turn it into a voice AI that's like a butler, that's got a British voice. I'm going to make that later today. I might get sued for, you know, copyright infringement, but I'm going to launch it and I'm just going to throw it up and see what people do. Yeah, that'd be so easy to do. Anybody? Does anybody remember Ask Jeeves? Yeah, only the older people here will know this answer, right? This is like, do you remember MapQuest? You know? Yeah. So anyway, Ask Jeeves is a fun. That's a fun idea. It was kind of an early search engine, right? It was. It was like. And then Google came along and they became extinct, Right? But because they were. They were. Ask Jeeves was much slower than Google. All right, guys, what we're going to do now is we're going to have a little conversation, kind of a theoretical conversation around AI again. And I'm going to introduce to you a principle or maybe a couple principles that, that are applicable to every business. Everything that you're doing, your existing business, your new businesses, and. And the purpose of it is to help you not die in this AI tsunami. Right? It's. It's really. You know, we've talked about some of the dangers of AI and what's happening. Right? But what's happening right now, guys, is one of the biggest changes in how business is done that the world has ever seen, if not the biggest change ever. And so this is a discussion called Surf, Don't Swim. And it's made by a guy that I know. He was my chief strategy officer @my. @ seek for many years and was an investor, you know, dropped 500,000 in. And. And then we eventually said, hey, we Want you to come work with us full time. And he's like, yeah, I'd love to. So he worked with us for many years. Guy named Jeremy Witt, based out of Florida, had about $120 million exit when he was younger in the dot com, you know, the dot com frenzy. He was born, like, 70, I think 1970. So he's, he's about 15 years older than me. Really, really smart. And the surf don't swim concept here is related to this analogy of, you know, a wave or a tsunami coming in. So let's ask a question. Any swimmers here? Anybody who's, like, really good at swimming, but everybody here is probably swimming the ocean. Has anybody not swim in the ocean? Anybody not been to the coast? I've met a couple people like that. But, but you know how strong the ocean is. So how much. Let's, let's ask this question. How much energy is expended just playing in the Ocean for about 10 minutes? What do you think? How many calories are you burning? Depends on how big the waves are. Definitely. There's probably some, you know, you know, how big are the waves? How are you swimming? Are you running laps? Are you just jumping around playing the short answer, guys. About 100 calories. Okay, 100k calories, right. So let's ask this question. This is more of a, of a relative question. How much energy do you think is created by a tsunami relative to that swimmer swimming for 10 minutes immeasurable. A million times more. Million times more immeasurable. Colton thinks it's going to infinity and beyond. It's about. And of course, there's. There's variations here, right? But the average tsunami, the average human swimming for 10 minutes in the ocean, it's about 4 billion times stronger than a human, right? And so AI is a tsunami, and if you're trying to swim against it, you're. You're going to lose, right? Anybody here think they can swim against a tsunami and win? I've been a. I've been a whitewater kayaker for my entire. I don't know, call it teenage to adult life, right? For 25 years now, about. I'd say I've been kayaking, and I'm pretty dang good at it, guys. I go off big waterfalls, Class 5 rapids. All the Red Bull people are my buddies. If I wasn't sitting here being a CEO, I would be. I would be kayaking in China or something. But I'm, I love it. I really love it. And I have not once won a battle with water. You're just gonna lose, okay? It never stops. It never lets up. It's just gonna win. So. So back to the business side of this. This metaphor. AI is a tsunami. It's coming in. You need to be surfing. Right? So the definition of surfing is in, in this metaphor is if the technology that your business is built on or around improves, does your business get stronger or weaker relative to, you know, to everybody else around you? Right. So. So let's ask. Let's, let's. Let me say that again. If the technology you're built on or around gets stronger, does your business improve or get worse? Relatively. Okay, so let's talk about Netflix. What kind of business is Netflix? What do they. What do they do? What's their. What's their core thing that they do? Like why. Why. Why do they exist? Entertainment media. Entertainment media. Fantastic. Spit out answers, guys, you're fine. You're not going to be wrong. Just video streaming. Yeah, streaming. Excellent. Yep. Streaming media. Entertainment. What else? They create content. Create content. They're a production studio. Very good, Walter. Exactly. Okay, that's good. So they're streaming. They do. They create content. They're in the media. Entertainment. Those are all waves, obviously, in their own rights. That's cool. Did they invent streaming? They did not. Did they invent the Internet? They did not. No. When the Internet goes down, do they send people out into the Atlantic to fix the cables that got messed up? No. No, they don't. Right. When the SpaceX satellite, you know, breaks, do they send someone up to fix it? No, they don't. They are not actively investing in the Internet becoming better. Right. They. But they do actively benefit from the Internet getting better. As the Internet, as Internet's throughput increases, does Netflix get better or worse? Better? Right. We can, you know, now we can stream 8k and 16k and 32k and whatever. The k's are coming. Right. But we can. We can just keep getting better and better and better and better as that does. They didn't build streaming. Right. They work on the backs of Akamai. Right. Which enables streaming. Right. They're the flux capacitor of streaming. Right. So Akamai came out with their first product back in, I don't know, whenever Netflix was, what, 2008 or something like that, as soon as it hit a certain level that it could stream video at a. At a decent level, they said Netflix was. They were ready to go. But. But actually, what Netflix's core product is, is there a content suggestion engine? They do it better than everybody else did. You Know that at any time on Netflix, there are about 30,000 pieces of content. How many of you guys have watched a thousand pieces of content on Netflix? I watch a lot of stuff, guys. Like, I consume media every night. It's just how I unwind. It's in my bed. I just turn something on and I watch it so I can knock out, like, a season of something in, like, five days. But because I'll watch a few episodes, then I'll fall asleep, that's just kind of how I unwind. And. And that's awesome. But I don't think I've barely. I mean, maybe. Maybe I've scrolled past a thousand pieces of content on Netflix, right? Have you ever gone to an Airbnb, logged into. You know, you turned on the TV and it's logged into someone else's Netflix account, and you just kind of click in and you just look and you're like, what are these movies? Like, what weird Dark side of the Moon am I on right now? Please get me out of here. And you log out, and you quickly log into yours, right? And then you forget to log out so the next person has the same experience, right? It's because Netflix knows what you like. And even though, you know, we all live here in Utah, a lot of us do. I know Walter's down. He's the. He's the Houstonian down there and from Peru. And so he might be just a little bit different, you know, crowd. But bottom line is, we all still are going to have different Netflix cues and Disney plus cues and prime video cues and all these different things. But Netflix does it better than anybody. They do their content suggestion engine better. Out of 30,000 pieces, they know the hundred to put in front of you, right? And they get you to watch it and to click next and all this. Then they have all this user interface stuff. But the bottom line is, guys, Netflix is an extremely good surfing company because all they've done is taken one kind of key insight and. Hold on, let me mute this computer so it's not just talking to us here. They take one key insight of content suggestion engine, and then they put it on top of all of these other technologies that other people are building. Okay? Now, the one place where they're not surfing is in what Walter said, right? Their production studio. That's. That's something where they're having to work hard. They're losing a billion dollars a year and whatever, right? But that's fine. They're losing a billion dollars a year to keep those. Those subscriptions. Up and. And it's working. They're still making plenty of money. It's probably. Yeah. Anyway, they're past their prime in terms of, you know, being a really, really good investment. But anyway, so let's go. Let's examine another company AT&T is. AT&T a streaming or, sorry, a surfing company or a swimming company. What do you guys think? Swimming. Why? Well, I mean, in some. I think in a lot of ways they're. Because they're having to build infrastructure and things like that. I mean, they are benefiting from technology around them getting better, but they still have to build the networks and do a lot of that work themselves rather than take advantage of. Bingo. 10 points for Colton. Great job, Colton. That's exactly right. They are swimming because they are building their network. Right. Every time they want to upgrade from 5G to 6G to 7G or 3G to 4G to LTE to 5G, they have to send people out to their towers and install a new thing. Right. And that's. That's tough right now. Are they. Let's think about this. Let's think about this. Is there a technology out there that you guys can think of that could possibly make AT T obsolete? Starlink. Bingo again. 10 more points to Colton. That's exactly right. Okay. If you. By the way, Colton's at 20. You guys roll at zero just for keeping. I do have one, though. Go ahead. Because as you're talking. So Johnny is at a company called Funnel. Yeah. So it started intra. Right. And. And it was the basic coding, like, old school. And Funnel does exactly what. Or has the capabilities to do exactly what Entrada does. But they're using AI for everything. Yeah. And it's been fascinating to watch Entrada and the people owners of Entrada who are very content sitting on what they are with this, like, we're too big to fail attitude, which we've seen too many times to so many companies that I, I mean, Johnny just has said so many times somebody just needs to replace Entrada or Yardi or Real Page or all these other mammoths. Um, apartment I mean, what. How do you summarize what they do? Just the apartment management software, but system. Yeah, yeah. But it is like. I see exactly what you're saying. Like they are a hundred percent swimming. There's still $4 billion at the moment. But they are so swimming right now. Absolutely. They're building their own stuff and they're doing it in very inefficient ways. They're doing in ways that was built. You know, the strategy to build it that way was made 20 years ago, back in early 2000s, right. And maybe even the 90s, right. And look, Entrant is great and they're going to stick around for a while, but just like Entrada is swimming in that way, AT&T is building their own networks, they're building their own stuff. And therefore, when Starlink does, you know, Elon Musk is absolutely the type of person that could say, I'm making the Internet free for everybody for the next month. After that, it's $10 a month for the whole world. And he puts every single telecom company in the entire world out of business overnight. He could do that. He could absolutely dominate that. Right. By the way, I think he's going to do that like that. That's the plan. I have Starlink, by the way, we're having this whole, this whole thing on Starlink. I taught a course when I was down at Outpost X. I taught two days of a course with my Starlink sitting on top of my rv, right? The RV that I rented. And anyway, so Starlink is getting really, really good and more than capable of handling very high quality. Like we stream all kinds of stuff. We never lag even a little bit here, right? It's amazing. And so Starlink can give you Netflix streaming capabilities on the top of Mount Everest. And AT T cannot do that, right? The, the way that they would have to compete with that is so expensive, right? Getting towers and repeaters all the way up to the top and power and all this stuff and managing it and big snowstorm comes in and freezes it over and you know, it's not gonna happen. It's not gonna happen. So I can tell you that AT&T is not in my stock portfolio. Okay? They are swimming now. Can everybody surf? No. Someone's got to build that, that stuff, right? Is Starlink surfing? No, they're not. They're awesome. They're doing cool stuff and they're, they're the future. And Starlink is going to be a trillion dollar company. But, but they still are actually swimming, right? So it's not necessarily bad to swim, right? But if you're an entrepreneur and your goal is to take the least risky pathway to profitability, you gotta swim or you gotta surf. You gotta surf. You gotta, you gotta use other people's technology as much as humanly possible. Okay, I'm gonna give one more example of surfing. So I'm gonna introduce you to somebody that's pretty awesome here on Facebook. This is my Mom. And my mom posts cool videos. She's in Alaska right now. Here, we'll close that. My sister wanted me to buy this Star. Star Wars, Han Solo crypto carbonite. Hey, dude, Travis, you should buy this. It's literally only 100 bucks on KSL right now. It's pretty cool. Then again, I guess you're not really trying to do Star wars stuff because of ip. But anyway, that's pretty neat. So, anyway, Anyway, so yeah, she. She posts these videos like she's getting some decent, you know, 1.2 thousand, 1.2 thousand, 8.3 thousand. A little cute baby elephant running around. She uses her cell phone when she goes on trips. She just went to Africa, and so you see a bunch of Africa stuff, too. She's literally in Alaska right now and just travels around and she takes pictures and video, right? She gets, you know, with her phone right now she does have, like, super nice DSLR cameras and some of her pictures of great photographer. Two years ago, she had, I don't know, a couple hundred, you know, friends on Facebook. And I said, mom, you should start posting these things on Facebook. Just post one a day. And she went from 200, you know, friends a couple of years ago to 673,000 followers. And she has multiple videos, over 100 million views. She makes now, on average, 15 to $16,000 a month. And my mom is the least influencer type person you can imagine. Like, she's just not an influencer like you imagine an influencer to be. She's a grandma. And, you know, she. She takes beautiful pictures. Right? It's very cool. But. But, yeah, she just posts, right? Do you think she's investing in Facebook's algorithms to make them better? Is she investing in making the Internet better? Is she investing in, you know, creating new camera technology? Is she, you know, anything? No, she's literally just carrying her phone around, taking videos and posting them. Influencers are. Are just, you know, perfect surfers, right? They have almost zero risk in terms of the. The amount of money they have to outlay to make money, right? They just start posting on free platforms, and then checks start coming to them. Now, when you're surfing, you do have one risk, one primary risk. If that platform changes in a way that you can't use it anymore to make money, well, then, yeah, you've lost that. So that's. That's one risk of surfing. Okay, so surfing. I want to be queer. Paige. Surfing isn't just being super efficient in using AI to do stuff. It's using other people's technology to do this. I raised $13 million to build Seek. And that was risky. That was risky for the investors. Sorry, let me turn on my do not disturb. This is crazy. Okay? That was risky for the investors. It's risky for me because anytime I borrow money or take money from other people, I then have risk of them being mad at me and suing me and not doing what they like. And, you know, that's just part of life, right, Paige? I bet Johnny's been sued before. That's part of the entrepreneurship game. When you get into big money and you're using other people's money. Opm, right? It's the OPM of entrepreneurship, right? You're using other people's money to go and do stuff. And that's risky. So if you can build a business by surfing on other people's technology and get there fast. Right, like, yeah, Paige, you mentioned a few examples that Johnny's talking about, right? Hey, why don't we just go rebuild all these big companies? I think I could Rebuild Salesforce or HubSpot a CRM in a couple hours. Now, I still have to, you know, go. I have to. I need a good go to market strategy. I gotta sell it, I gotta run ads, I gotta get people to use it. And do I have all the features that HubSpot has? No. Do I have all the things Salesforce has? No. But if I want to start a business and I'm really into sales tools, great, go do it. Go take down the big incumbent. Use AI. Be super efficient. Make that happen. Okay, the last example I'm gonna do here is the biggest and best and craziest one. But I want you guys to really fully understand this. And then we're going to dive in and we're going to do some voice AI stuff. I'm going to show you guys how to integrate voice into your projects. Okay? And I'm doing that because this project uses that. That technology. So Jeremy, the guy that's writing this Surf Don't Swim book, by the way, you can go to, I think Surf Don't Swim dot com. He just. He just whipped up a little website for people to sign up for this. He's writing a book. It's coming out. When it comes out, I'll drop it here in the chat. You guys can send him an email and say, hey, John told us about your. Your book and I'm super excited to read it and I love your concept and you'll just tickle his fancies if you do that. Really, really nice guy. He'll definitely respond. So anyway, he currently runs about seven AI companies and one of his companies, so when he, you know, he had this exit in, you know.com era and he used some of that money in about 2010 to buy a, a senior living center, right? Senior care center, about 200 beds in Kansas City. And so he, he decided to go buy that. And he's been in the industry for a while, right? So a couple years ago, about, about a year ago actually he, with, with this specific business idea, he said, okay, one of the things that people pay for or that that insurance will pay for is prevention of diseases that affect the mind, right? Things like Alzheimer's and dementia and stuff like that. And one of the primary reasons old people get those diseases is because they stop talking. They don't talk enough, right? And we got to talk to use our brain and keep it live. It's a muscle. It's got to, it's got to be used. And so these are so like, you know, United Healthcare, which is the company that manages the, you know, health insurance for this, for the senior care center is, or said, hey, we are willing to pay $90 per person if they will talk to somebody, right? If they could talk to somebody regularly, right? And so they'll have people come in and do that and they have, you know, that's cool, right? You can, you can make money by going and talking to old people, right? Pretty cool business, pretty cool job. But Jeremy said, well, what if I have the person talking be AI and they're like, I mean, I, you know, does it sound normal? Is it, is it good? Does it work? He's like, yeah, let me show you a demo, right? Pulls it up, boom. Hey, starts talking to the AI and it just talks back like a normal human. Like, oh yeah, if you can make something that could talk to these people at scale, then yes, we'll pay you that $90 per person that uses it, right? That signs up for it. And so he says, okay, great. So he then pulls together a series of systems, right? He's got the AI voice, he's got an AI powered CRM, he's got AI powered sales, emails going out and all these different things. And he's the, the, the, the system. So basically you have. And sorry, let me add one more thing. The way he sells it is he sells it through brokers. He basically just said, you know, to the brokers that sell him different technology and different things for his senior care center, they, he said, look guys, I will pay you 20% commission on this, and you can tell the facility, the senior care center, if you use this software, will pay you $9 per user, per month, right? So if you have 200 beds, you know, that's 1,800 bucks a month to add to the budget. So the senior care center makes money by doing this, okay? So out of his $90, he's paying out $30, 10 to the senior care center and 20 to the person who sells it. And, and he keeps the rest. Okay? And so he's got all these AI powered systems that are all just connected via APIs. And the system automatically emails the nurses, schedules the times, automatically places the calls, automatically does the talking, automatically does all of this stuff. And he's now netting, meaning after all expenses, everything. He is putting in his pocket a million dollars a year right now, about $80,000 a month. And he's doing nothing except managing this little API network. And everything else is automated. He has one part time assistant that he pays and that's, you know, again, just one of his expenses that he has there. He has one part time assistant that just manages some billing issues. That's about it, right? All communication with nurses, all communication with scheduling. Everything is done and automated through AI. So he is surfing on, surfing, on surfing, on surfing. He just has all these systems. And I'm about to show you guys the, the voice system that he uses for that. It's called 11 Labs. And 11 Labs is the best AI voice out there. But what happens if, you know, 12 Labs comes out and it's better? Hey, we're better than 11 Labs. We're, we're 11 plus one. And so, you know, Jeremy can look at that and say, you know What, I think 12 labs is better. I'm going to use it. And all he has to do is swap that API key in his system. Boom. And he's ready to rock. Right? So in an hour of work, 10 minutes of work, it's probably an hour because there's always little configuration things, but it's about an hour of work. AI whips that up and can be making him a million bucks a year. So pretty cool, guys. So I want you to think now about your own businesses, the things that you're doing. Are you swimming or are you surfing? Are you spending a lot of time building things that could be, you know, that someone else can manage for you? For example, I bet all of you guys could build right now, calendly, right? Just with what, you know, you could jump on ChatGPT and say, I want to build a calendar clone what do we want to do? Take it into Replit, build it a couple APIs to get into your Calendar integration and boom, you're done, right? One API into Google Calendar API. It would be, it would be very, very easy for you to rebuild Calendly. Now if you do that, you then have to maintain the code every time Google makes an update, every time the API has something new there, you know, but, but bottom line is you, you could do it, but should you do it? Right? Should you do it is the real question, right? You can pay 12 bucks a month or 14 bucks a month or whatever Calendly is right now and it take, they take care of it for you, right? So I would probably recommend in that case, hey, you know what, maybe just use Calendly, maybe just integrate with their API, right? So the biggest risk, guys, in entrepreneurship, the biggest risk is in the beginning with other people's money or even your own money, right? It's the investment, it's the at risk capital, right? Whether you came from your pocket or somebody else's pocket, that is the biggest risk. And so you can eliminate that risk almost completely with a surfing strategy, right? Go and build on top of other people's things, find some use case like Jeremy did, right? Go figure out someone else that needs to be called and set up an automated system just dials for dollars, right? There's a, there's a new, you know, like sales called like Hex Hex or something like that. Anyway, some vivint sales, bro, you know, whipped up a, you know, a new, a new company. And he's like, yeah, this is AI sales for you. It's the best things in sliced bread. And he got a bunch of people podcast here in Utah and everyone's talking about like, oh, this is incredible. I've never seen anything like it. And I opened it up and looked at it, I was like, dude, this is like, I could build this in 20 minutes on Replit with, with, with 11 labs because that's all it is, right? So we're going to get into there, we're going to get 11 labs. Okay, let's dive in. Surf, don't swim. Guys, this is something I want you to think about a lot. It's, it's hard to completely wrap your mind around it, right? But if you can do it right, it is awesome. Okay? 11Labs is amazing, most realistic voice AI platform. Okay? This is something you're going to use to build agents. I'm going to show you exactly how I built the agent for Outpost X, because we've got Travis and Josh on here, Josh Anderson on here. We're going to. We're going to show them how they. How this was done. So you guys can understand how to do it and how to take it over, right? Because I can't do it. I can't do it forever. All right, so Basically, here in 11 labs, you have some cool, cool things, right? First of all, you've got your voices, okay? A lot of things you can do. We'll play with a couple of them, and you can pick existing ones, right? Here's. In a world where secrets were buried and trust was a luxury. That's fun. Anyways, you can come and you can listen to these different things. We listen to that. Let's see if there's any. There we go. Gentle meditation. Welcome to the meditation. Close your eyes and relax now. There you go. Paige, you can just have that voice work for you, okay? You can get them to do all your. All your cool things so you can find the tension before you find different voices. Or one of the cool things you can do is create your own, right? So what if you want to just. Instant voice calling yourself, Hey, this is John. I'm going to read this Kirkland signature. Purified water with minerals added for taste. And I'm going to talk about zebras and xylophones so that we get a couple Z's and X's and a few different sounds. All right, next. Oh, you know what? I can't do that because. Because I've already done it. That's okay. I already have 10. 10 voices in here. So we'll get out of the instant voice going. We'll just look at the ones I've done here. But you can come in here and you can create. That's all it takes. It's literally 10 seconds. Now. You can. You can record five minutes of audio, and it will be. It'll be better. But believe in possibility, and tomorrow will hold wonders. Right? That's my voice, okay? And so I can click on believe in possibility, and I can then use it in all kinds of things, right? Hold on. Let's see if I can find copy voice id, edit voice. I don't want to do that. I just want to use it. Now let's go into conversational AI and go into agents. Okay? Let's go into mindfulness agent, and let's look at the voice, and let's get it to be John, and let's make sure we know what John's. You're not Joe. You're John, okay? Save that and we'll test it. Wait for it spinning. Come on. This is not supposed to take that long. Low credits. Why are my credits low? It's probably honestly because of Outpost X. Oh, I wonder. I wonder. Let's click on this. Where are my credits? There are three credits remaining on your starter plan. That's the problem. All right, cool. Well, we'll upgrade it really quick and we'll just keep going monthly. Confirm. That's why the agent wasn't working, so. Yeah. Travis and Josh, Are they even on here still? I don't even know if they're on here. Maybe they're just. Videos aren't on. Yeah, yeah, but anyway, we gotta. We gotta switch it over to their own. Their own account so they can do that. All right, now I'm on the creator tier. That's cool. I get new stuff. I wonder what else I get new. I get. Okay, additional characters. That's nice. I get new characters. I get new voices. Probably custom voices. Instead of 10, I get 30. That's cool. I use this all the time anyway, so I'm okay to be on that plan. But anyway, Now I have 100,000 credits remaining. Now I can come back in to my conversational AI and my agents and my mindfulness one. And let's see here. Did it update? It didn't update. Come on, John, voice. John, where'd you go? Oh, right. Top save. If it doesn't work. Okay, there we go. It's saved. I don't know why it was happening. Okay, so let's call it. Maybe. Hey there. Thanks for taking this moment. I understand you might be feeling unsure. Mindfulness can be a really helpful tool. Are you open to exploring how it could help you? Or is there something specific you're curious about? Yeah, I'm just feeling kind of down today, and I need a. I need a pick me up. I hear you. Feeling down can be tough. Bottom line, guys, this can. This can talk. And you can create your own agent to do that. Right. So let's go into. Let's go specifically into Amira. Okay, so Amira is the agent that we created for. For Outpost X. And. And by the way, now if I go here and I click this and this. This should work for sure. Welcome, traveler. I am Amira. How shall I guide you? Yeah, what's the WI fi password there? The network is Outpost X and the password is a capital O for Outpost followed by a capital letter X and then followed by the number one out. So you would never. You would understand that, right? So now you've now you can sit here and you can talk, you can ask all this stuff. So this is how it was trained. Okay, You've got. And this is kind of an interesting thing because I had to use two different AIs to set this up. A text based one and a voice based one. All right, so the voice based one, this is Amira. I chose this name right here. Anna. Annarita. In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity. Right? And we could change the name to anything. Born in Italy, bred in London and married to an American. You've used your shield of invisibility to sneak through that tunnel. Don't forget, they can still hear you. Okay, So I can go through and I can change that voice anytime. It's that easy to update that voice. But the agent is trained on a few things. Right, so this is what we're going to talk about today a little bit more is some. How to make your own GPTs, how to make your own prompts. Okay? So you're usually going to have kind of a first message. Welcome, traveler, I'm Amira. How shall I guide you? So every time you start that conversation, welcome, traveler, I am a mirror. How shall I guide you? Right, that's what it's going to say every single time. Okay? Then you've got this system prompt. Hey, you're a mirror. And this is how you work. You've got all. This is your backstory. This is who you are. You're the last remaining memory of City of X. This is all the stuff that Travis has created. You've got your passwords and you, you know, hey, if you need food, what do you do if you need this? This is all the information you would get if you were going to log in or and sorry, if you were going to go stay at Outpost X, all of this stuff is there. These are example voice lines of things that could be used. And, and you know, your. Hey, your primary mission is to make every guest feel like they've stepped into a living world, right? One built on mystery, Reflection, Hero, Mary, and let it be spoken. Right? So it's got this cool prompt that's going to make it feel really awesome. Then what we've done is we've gone in and we've added. So as you are at Outpost X, there are signs everywhere, and they talk about all these cool backstories and things to all the lore and everything that's happening Outpost X. Then I had Travis's team send me the podcast transcript for Outpost X. And then here's the basics of Outpost X again. Right. All the details, WI FI passwords, things like that. Right. And. And that's it. Right. And so then I add all that stuff, and I use something called rag, what's called retrieval Augmented generation. But it basically increases the agent's maximum knowledge base size. So I'm training it on specific things. And so all I do is I add some documents, I train it like this. Paste in this nice prompt here. I had to edit the prompt a little bit, get a couple things right. So, for example, when it's asking about the WI FI password, at first it was saying Outpost X1 and you couldn't understand it, right? Because it would say, hey, what's the WI FI password? Apple Sticks one. Right. And it says, hey, it's best near the lounge. But I. But I added this. Whenever the user asks for the password, be sure to state the entire password. Specify that it is a capital O for Outpost, followed by the capital letter X and then followed by the number one. So if I ask it for that password now, it will say, hey, yeah, the network is Outpost X. The password is outpost x1. To be clear, that is a capital O for Outpost, A capital X. Right. It will actually say those things because I gave it instructions, and it's amazing. It can follow its instructions every single time. All right, so that's really how it was created. And then you grab this agent id, you ask Replit to set it up with the API, you snag your API over here from Settings, and you're ready to rock Settings. Please do. Oh, there's. Yeah, this is a web hook. Sorry, that is. That is that maybe it's here. Here it is. API key. Right. So I just snag an API key and I grab it. Now, when you get an API key, you actually can't see it again, right? It's a really long string. You can only see it once. And so if you. If you need a new one, you just click Create API key and it will do that. But then I come into Replit here. We'll open this up here in Replit so you can see exactly what it looks like apps. And we'll come down to Outpost Text. By the way, I made it twice. I made it the first time, and it was just doing something weird. It was trying to, like, make its own voice assistant. I was like, no, no, no, no, no. You need to use 11 labs. And then I tried to, like, replace it, and it just got lost in a. In a mix. Right. And so. And so I had it just. I just started Over. I said, hey, let's just start over. We're using 11 labs. Do it right. And so I then set up. You can look here in the secrets. Let me look here at all these things. I've got an open AI assistant, and I have the 11 labs, agent ID and the API key. And then of course, my API key, right? OpenAI API key. So I've got Assistant ID, API key, 11 Labs API key and Agent ID, right? So now I. Then I had to go in, by the way, to open AI. I'll show you this OpenAI Assistance API. Let's get into the playground. Login. In the playground here. And I've got my assistants. And here is Amira. Okay, Amira, there's the assistant ID system instructions right here. Same thing, same thing that was in there, right? You've got all this stuff that has all this information. Then I tell it to use GPT4.0, right? Whoops. I do not want to switch to O3 many. That will be very expensive. We want to be on, really, GPT4O Mini. That's really what we should be doing. And then vector store for Amira, the vector store is the system where it. It pulls it all in for that rag, right? The rant, the thing that expands the database of what it understands. So there's all that stuff. So you've got the initial prompt. So you got that. You've got the prompt and you've got the files. And then you can adjust some of the things and you can go in, you can play with some of these settings response formats and different things and how it's sending different things over to you. But bottom line is I can now say, hey, hey, what's the WI FI password? All right, And I can test it over here. Now, I have the same thing connected into, you know, to Amira. So I could ask the same thing here. Welcome, traveler. I'm a mirror. How shall I guide you? So I have the same initial prompt there, right? But here it is, Apple's X1. Boom. There you go. Okay, now with this one, I did not have to specify capital O capital X because it's written. It's written out, and so you understand it. So I didn't have to add that to this prompt. Okay, but it's trained on the same data, right? You know, how do I. How do I get to Outposts? Outpost X. Right? And tell me about the speeders. Okay, so it has access to all of this information, can easily handle basic prompts and questions like this. And then I just integrated all of that into my own custom user interface here with repl it. Right? So here's all the information, right, to journey to Apple stocks. Now there was a couple things I had to do in setting this up. You see how what it does with the assistance tool with OpenAI is it references, it shows you the reference of where it actually got that information from. And so I had to have replit say, hey, anytime you see a reference, remove the reference, right? So replit, when it responds, if I ask it, you know, you know, tell me about, tell me about the speeders, okay, it's going to, you know, think for a second it's going to do the exact same thing that it's doing over here when you're just playing with it in the playground over here in the OpenAI API setup area. And the response that it sends back to replit is going to be, you know, a little bit more. Whatever. Look at that. That's awesome. During your state Outpost X, this is what you do. Yeah. Come jump behind the wheel. One thing I might do to this to make it a little bit better is to say, hey, you know what, let's not be so wordy. It's a little bit long, right? That answer is just a little bit long. And a long answer is actually more expensive, right? OpenAI API pricing, okay. If you look at the way that pricing works with AI, you have a price per million tokens. And a token is about a word, right? That's about what it is. It's not quite exactly that it obviously varies, but on average it's about one token to one word. And so if you ask it a question, that's five words or 10 words, then okay, that's your input. And then if it does output, right, and it does, you know, a hundred word answer, you know, obviously, obviously it's still insanely cheap. Way cheaper than any human would ever be, right? For something like this. At least with this model, right? There are some models that are, that are quite pricey. Let's see if I can find here where's the detailed price. And here it is right here. There's a couple models here. You have to be careful, right? Don't GPT 4.5 preview 75, 37, 50. But you know, $150 for output, right? That's crazy. Now this is still per million tokens, so it's still not crazy expensive, still probably cheaper than a human. But that is going to add up fast, right? So you want to be very careful to not, you know, set the wrong thing. Usually what it's going to do is it's going to set it to something like GPT4.1 mini or nano or even just 4.0 or something like that. Yeah, I don't want it on a 4.0. I want it on a 4 oh mini for. For Amira. That. That's better. Let's make sure we. Let's make sure we set that to 4.0. Yeah, it's at 4 oh mini. That's good. Okay. But anytime you ask it a question, it does cost money, right? There's a little bit of money. But we could make this better. We could improve the prompt and say, okay, hey, only respond with a little bit of lore and quickly give them the answer. Make it practical so they can, if they ask about the speeders, tell them where the keys are, tell them they have to scan a QR code to fill out a little form, different things like that. This can obviously be done. It took me probably three hours to get the voice assistant working the first time, and then I probably spent another hour and a half optimizing it. So probably four and a half, five hours spent on that. And then the text one for some reason took me more like five hours. It was weird. It went into some problems. And so I probably spent. I probably spent a grand total of maybe 12 to 13 hours on Outpost X on this, on this little thing here, which seems like a lot considering how simple it appears, but I needed it to be just right. And so I had to work a lot in going back and forth with getting the prompts just right in the playground and testing it and changing things and, and, and messing with 11 Labs. But, but anyway, so 11 Labs is super, super easy to use, guys, to add a voice in. Look, I know this might seem overwhelming to you, but it's really not. If you wanted to add a voice assistant to your reput project right now, all you would have to do is come in here, right? Let's go to my, you know, thing that I'm making here for you guys. Chinese mastery that I was making with you guys. This Chinese Mastery one. And, and I could say, okay, let's make. Let's add a voice. Let's add a voice assistant capability to. Let's see. Sorry, I don't want voice assistant. I want to call it conversational agent capability to the chat that speaks English and Chinese and use 11 labs to do it. Okay? Boom. That's it. That's all you have to do, guys, right? And then it will tell you what you need to give it. It's Going to say, okay, I need you to go into 11 labs and I need you to create a new conversational AI. I need you to, you know, click on your agents. Click new agent. Okay. And. I don't know, blank agent. Sure. Enter agent. Name. Chinese tutor. Great. Agent. Then you're going to have. The default language is English, because this is teaching you Chinese. Then we're going to give it Chinese. I'm going to say Mandarin here. Maybe we will. Oh, I just found. Wow, cool. All. You can give it all additional languages. There's Chinese. Sorry, I missed that in the beginning. Yeah, Chinese. That's weird. Why would it say that? Why would it not say Cantonese and Mandarin? That's really weird. And I mean, I know it will speak Mandarin because that's the more common one, but anyway, there you go. Right. We recommend enabling language detection for optimal conversation experience. Great. Okay. I trust you. Right then. Hello, how can I help you today? Right. Or, you know, Nihau. Right, Right. I can have it. Do it. You know, translate. Translate to all. I can translate these things anyway. So, anyway, Nihau, let's learn Chinese together. Okay. And then the system prompt, whatever I want it to be. You're a helpful assistant or you are a masterful Chinese tutor. Speak in English to the user when teaching them, speak in Chinese and test their abilities. Obviously, it would be much, much better than that and bigger than that. Okay, then we've got the LLM. We can choose if I want GPT or anything behind the scenes. We're just going to keep it on the cheap one right now because I think it's going to be just fine. You can detect language, you can skip the turn, transfer to agent. You can do all kinds of things to make it. Hey, I want to transfer to a number, right? Josh Anderson. You were asking about this specifically. Transfer to number gives agent the ability to transfer the call to a human. Boom. Right there. Okay, jump in, configure it, set it up, and you're. You're rocking with that. Okay, so we'll. We'll set a voice here. Gratitude is riches, complaint is poverty. Come closer. Let me tell you a secret. I love the whisper one. I think that's so funny. Cherish the earth, and it's born in Italy, bred in London. Be sure that your audience hears. Here's to the crazy ones, the misfit. Tell me, do you always surrender this easily or use your shield of invisibility to sneak through? We'll try Rogue. Don't forget, they can still hear. You can create a nice personal Assistant here. They'll make you feel really good about yourself. All right. Test AI Agent. I want to see if I can speak in Chinese to this. I don't. I've never tried this before, but it should be able to do it. Nihau, let's learn Chinese together. Great. Teach me something. Okay. How about we start with basic greetings? I will teach you how to say hello in Chinese. Are you ready? I am. All right. In Mandarin Chinese, the most common way to say hello is nihaul, which is pronounced ni hao. Can you try saying that? Nihau. Very good. Your pronunciation is quite accurate. Now let's move on to something a bit more formal. Would you like to learn that? Yes. Okay. The more formal greeting is ninhao, pronounced ninhao. This is used when you want to show respect, like when speaking to someone older or in a position of authority. Do you want to try saying it? Yes, I can speak Chinese. I understood that you want to, but you were asking if I can speak Chinese. Now let's get back to learning. Can you try saying. So I said, great. Your. Your accent is. Is great. So I was. I was talking to her saying, hey, I want you to switch to Chinese. I've never tried this before, guys. I was learning with you guys right here live. But look how cool that is. Guys, I just created a Chinese tutor in, like, three minutes. That's nuts. Now, obviously, I could give it a lot more instructions and say, hey, I want you to. I want you to test. And here's the pattern. I want you to go, and I want you to ask them to say it, and I want you to test the pronunciation. By the way, it said at one point, a more formal way to say hello is ninha, which is, you know, spelled out in kind of with English letters, would be N I, N H, A, O, Right? Ninhao. But it's really ninhao, which means it was speaking English. It was reading that in English, was saying it incorrectly. So I'd probably want to tell my prompt, hey, anytime you say a Chinese word, I need you to actually use your Chinese pronunciation capabilities to say that so you don't say it incorrectly. Right. So, anyway, bottom line is, I've now created my Chinese tutor, so I can now come back here, I can grab my agent and come back to replit, where it's sitting here waiting for me. Here's my 11 Labs API key, and I'll continue. It knows that I also have the conversational agent ID for you when you're ready for it. Okay? Just give it a second here. But that entire capability will just be integrated directly into this, right? It's going to just wait for it. It's going to install 11 labs and it's going to ask me for the conversational agent. So the new version, create the voice conversation system API endpoints. Endpoints for the conversational agent, yes. Make sure you use the correct API or the conversational agents implementation. Yep. Okay. By the way, you see right now how it's white text right here and gray text right here. It means that it has heard and processed the white. It has not heard and processed this yet. So you can talk to it, but it's going to finish some things and then it will, and then it won't let me, let me talk to it. And then I can just paste the, the conversational agent ID in there. But it sets everything up, guys. It's that easy, right? You saw me set it up, you saw me test it. It works perfect. Pretty well. It could speak Chinese quite well by the way. You can upload your voice page for your, you know, for your thing and then you could have it have patience in any language in the world. Right. Really, really cool. Okay, so you can, yeah, I have, I have a, a cousin that set up a, an AI. He took this course and set up an AI therapist that can speak any language. And the prompt that he gave it is about 16 pages long. With all the ways that he deals with patients and his style and the things he says and the way that he does all that. And it's pretty cool, pretty cool stuff. But there's so many ways, guys, obviously from Jeremy's example where he's building this awesome million dollar surfing platform to an assistant for your business at Outpost X. You can set it up to make phone calls for you and do prospecting and set up sales calls for you. Set it up with a, with a calendar, you know, integration and a voice integration and a list of all of your, you know, your 2000 HOAs and just say, hey, I need you to build a system that will call all of these for me and set up appointments and it will do it right. Or you can go pay someone else that's already put it together and you can surf or whatever. But, but the point is, guys, you can do, you can do any of this stuff by just asking it to do it and then, you know, debug it a little bit. Might not work. Perfect. Hey, I tried this. It didn't work quite well. And you know, or hey, it accidentally triggered twice when I was Doing this and, you know, fix this. And it will, it'll work. So in the character tree, that doesn't. I can't click on that yet. Daily lesson, continue, play, continue. Yeah, none of that stuff works yet. Any questions about 11 labs? Here, here, guys, AI agent are awesome. Yeah, go ahead, Josh. Could you just show me one more time, like where you go to like put the information to train the, the voice? Yeah, it's all in the, it's all in the setup. Okay, we're having a problem there. It broke something, so we'll look at that in a minute. But yeah, it's all just when you, when you set up the agent, right? When you, when you're creating your agent, you create a new one or whatever, right? You just write on the main thing, just go through the settings. Here's the agent language, here's the additional language. Here's your first message. Here's your system prompt, right? This is like the instructions of how it's going to act. And then, you know, the other place you're going to add stuff in is rag right here. So the agent knowledge base, this is where you're going to say, okay, oh, awesome. So, like, for you, Josh, you're going to be like, okay, this is, you know, all of the information here are all the programs or all the plans that are available this year, right? If you get like huge PDFs or like 100 different PDFs from different whatever, then you can give it that information right here. You could also probably give it the ability to search the Internet for you, give it access to different things. And so there's a lot more that I actually haven't played with an MCP server. Guys, this model context protocol is basically an API for AIs. Okay? And I know that sounds a little bit complex, but. And I'm not going to get into it, if this is an intermediate course, this would be in the advanced course. But MCP servers basically allow you to connect to a ton of different programs that don't have native APIs. For example, one cool MCP that I know exists out there is with Unreal Engine and with Unity. They have one for each one. And those are systems that are used to create full on video games. You can create Call of Duty with it or, you know, World of Warcraft or whatever you want, right? You can create, you know, full on video games, and if you don't know how to use it, that's okay. You can use AI to create the game for you. And so you can connect your favorite AI Probably Claude, because Claude is, you know, Anthropic is. Is Claude. Some of you might not know that, but Anthropic is an amazing. It's one of the top AI companies out there. In fact, Replit uses Claude. Replit, the. The AI underneath. Underneath replit is Claude. And it's not using Claudopus 4. It's using Claude Sonnet 4, which is just kind of the cheaper version of it. Unless you click on this button right here, which I'll tell you about later. Okay. All right. It hasn't asked me for it. Okay. Ask me for the conversational agent id. Come on. Anyway, but. But basically you choose the. The. Where's my 11 labs here? So you can do all kinds of stuff here, guys. But that's. That's really all it is. Then you go to your voice. You can mess with the streaming latency. Maybe you want it to be a lot faster, right? You want much less latency, right? And so it might not be. The answers might not be quite as long or something like that, right? And you can tell it that, hey, you know what? I really want to be faster and I want the answers to be shorter. Unless someone specifically asks for a story and says, hey, tell me a story. Then you can go on a little bit longer. But if they're just asking for information, get to the point, right? Do it. You can make it stable, you can make it faster, you can whatever, right? So you can make all these adjustments here. You can keep going in here. Now, Josh, you asked me not too long ago about the data collection piece, right? Define custom data specifications. You can say, hey, I want you to keep track of what's going on. It looks like there is a history tab here. Ooh, that's pretty cool. Yeah. Evaluation result. Error. We had some errors because we were out of credits, so it looks like some people tried to try to do that, but most of these have been successful. Look at that four minute discussion here. Successful messages. Transcription. Awesome. Hey, Josh. I didn't know this existed. I literally didn't know that until right now. I thought you had to set it up to record it, but every single. Yeah. Did the clone troopers ever land at Outpost X? What war has it been through? Yeah, you can ask it all kinds of cool questions and in fact, welcome, traveler. I am Amira. How shall I guide you? What is Tralalayo Trollala? I am sorry. I do not have any information about Tralalayo. That's a meme thing right now, going around with like, kids. My, like that are 12. What is Tron LA. Heard he's a shark with blue shoes. Oh, my gosh. I have to show this to Carter. That's freaking funny. All right, I'll show that to my kids later. But anyway. Yeah, so I guess you can go in and you can. More context. Is there anything else I can help you with? I've heard he's a shark with blue shoes. Shark with blue shoes, you say? I am still not familiar with this character. Is this a local Nimajan legend, perhaps, or something you. Yeah. See what's cool? What I like about what Amira is doing here, guys, is she's staying on task, right? She's saying, hey, you know, you can talk to me about whatever, but I'm really here to talk about Outpost X. That's important. That's really important. If when you're creating a GPT and you integrate it into your. Into your platform, you got to make sure you're not. Okay, ask me for it so I can add it to the secrets manager. Come on. Why is it not asking me for it? Yeah, there it is. But I want to. I want to paste it into the right place. If I don't put it into the secrets manager, guys, it's going to get installed in the wrong spot. You don't want to just give it there. This is what I'm asking for. Gosh, why was that so hard? Okay. And. All right, I don't need to add that to the. To that right there. Okay, so now it's going to set up my voice agent and we're. We're done there. All right, guys, we've been going for two hours. Let's take. Let's see. It's 10:38. We've been at 1. Yeah, yeah. Let's do a quick break right now. 12 minute break today. Okay, so we're back at 10:50. Okay, so I'll stop the share and I'll go on mute and I'll see you guys in 12 minutes. You. Hey, guys. Welcome back. Hey. All right, guys, so we've got about two hours left here. Lots to do, lots to get through. We're going to jump into images next. Okay. Image generation, we don't need to spend a huge amount of time on it, but I want to show a few platforms and really talk a little bit more about this idea of using AI to get the prompt right. That is a really, really efficient, effective way to use AI is when you're trying to get it to do something instead of trying to figure out exactly how to do it yourself. Just let AI help you. Let AI guide you to get the prompt right. You tell it the general thing and then it will format it and structure it in a way that AI can do really well. So you don't have to learn how to become like an expert prompt engineer. I mean, you can. That's cool. There's awesome stuff that you can. You can work on there, and I think it's very valuable. But. But ultimately, you know, AI can. Can fill in that gap for you. Okay, so let's share screen here and dive into some fun stuff. Okay, so let's start with. With just ChatGPT, right? ChatGPT guys can make incredible images, you know, for a. For a Chinese, you know, tutor startup. Right. One thing we might need is a logo. Okay. So we'll go in here and we'll just say, all right, let's. Okay, I need a logo for this app. Look at the project details and branding guide and help me come up with a cool logo concept. Okay, so I'm in the project, I'm telling it to reference all the files that already knows, and boom, here we go. So flow, floats. The floatsy. Whatever. Right? Concept breakdown stylized to the character, right? Maybe something that says flow or something like that. I don't know. Waveform, ripple. Okay, let's just focus on the icon for now. Give me a solid prompt for that. For. Prompt that for the logo that you can use. Okay. Please create a logo. Okay, so it's going to create that. And while it did it, I. I asked it to create a prompt for Mid Journey. So Mid Journey is an amazing tool, guys, that if you haven't used before, is a very, very capable image generator. I mean, these are all generated by AI, right? You know, super artistic stuff here. Look at that. That's crazy. A surreal photo. Dreamy. Salvador Dali style. 8K. Pretty. That's pretty cool. There you go. Surfing. What is that? Happy feet. It's like happy feet to me. So realistic things, you know, crazy things, whatever. Mid Journey, if you're an artist or a creative person or whatever and you like to mess around, this is a fun place to hang out. But I'm just going to paste the, you know, the prompt it gave me here, right? And it didn't give me. Hold on, let me go. To create. Here we go. So you may have seen a video I posted on LinkedIn a couple days ago. Maybe it's yesterday with this, with these. The text. It's not good. Mid Journey cannot do text. Let's just say that. Go watch my video on LinkedIn or Facebook or Instagram, wherever you might follow me. And you might. You might get a kick out of that. Okay, sorry. Let's go back to chat GPT, see what it's created here. Okay. Yeah, that's pretty good. It's actually not a bad logo. I. I'm kind of a fan. Right. Then I could obviously write flow underneath it or whatever. It's pretty decent. It's pretty decent logo. It gave me two options. Got the little single dot, kind of the sun there. That's kind of a fun thing. I'm not sure what I think about it. I don't know. Which one do you guys like better? One or two? I like number two. Yeah, number two looks good. Yeah. You guys like two better? It's cool. All right, what about these? This is. It didn't do the character right, so that's fine. But let's just for fun, out of these four, which one do you like best? 1, 2, 3 or 4. Probably a four. Yeah, that's fun. All right, let's go down here. I'm interested. Oh, this is a cool thing. So you can actually animate your logos now. You can animate stuff in here. So you can just say, hey, you know what? Let's. Let's bring number four to life. So it'll submit. It'll do that. So while it does that, I've made a bunch of logos obviously in here for, you know, teaching different classes and different things like that. Just kind of exploring different stuff. And usually, yeah, again, it cannot spell mid journey. Can't spell. Can't do it. Okay. But usually people. This was for the Cougar iq. I ended up going with this one right here. Right. But usually logos guys, just if from a business perspective on the entrepreneurship side of this course, your logo is not going to make or break your company. Okay. And usually we've had some decent consensus here, and I probably agree with. Agree with a lot of what you guys have said. Usually you have 10 people in the room and 11 opinions on logos. Right? Logos, colors, things like that. Like, yeah, there's something. They kind of matter, whatever, but they're not crazy, crazy important. Your business is not going to succeed or fail based on your logo unless it's just really, really bad. But as long as it's good enough, you know, one of the things, guys that I really focused on when I was launching Gen IPI in a weekend is I kept going through it with the idea or the, the, the concept or the thought, I guess, of. I don't want people to see something and. And then be like, oh, that feels off. Right? I didn't want people to leave my site by death of a thousand paper cuts, right. Even just might be a little thing here, a little thing there. Right. But enough things add up. They'd be like, this site doesn't feel legit. Right? Is that we were. I was an institute. I was a dot org. I was, you know, I was really, really, you know, trying to feel official and nice. Right. And so I had to make sure that every single button worked. If I clicked on it, it was going to work. If I tried it, it was going to work. Every single little thing has to work. So when you're going through and testing, you're getting ready to launch, make sure you touch every single butt. Okay, let's look at these. At these little. It's kind of fun. Anyway, I like the. I like the animated things. I animated. I animated this one. I thought this was actually a cool one. I don't remember what I was making, making this for. I was making it for. For one of the classes recently, right. And we, I picked this one and then I said, hey, let's, let's animate it. And this actually is a GIF format. So it just creates a GIF for you and so you can just download it and you can literally upload that right into here. So let's say, let's say for fun, we're going to use. This isn't actually a real Chinese character. What does extend auto and extend manual mean? Just extends the time of the animation. You can choose manually to how much time you want to extend it. Yeah, I don't even know if it does that. I think all it does is, is it, it writes the prompt for you. Interesting. Just continue this circular motion of. Yeah, I, I like this thing right here. It'd be cool if it just like kept looping and you got it to where it was like a perfect loop so it looked like it never stopped. And then you could grab this and drag it into. Drag it into replit. I want it. So I want to upload this image into replit. Show you guys how to install a logo. Talk about a couple things that are important related to logos. But anyway, guys, the cool thing here is, you know, Mid Journey does a little bit different type of prompt. You don't, you don't say, you know, create an image of, you know, whatever. You actually just say, you know, an image of. It already knows it's creating an image of, you know, somebody kayaking down a waterfall, right? Oh, right. And then you can obviously be more descriptive and you can use jgpt, you can use whatever to help you create a really nice logo that does that. So. And we'll see if this actually is able to extend. I'm sure it's gonna. It's gonna do something weird and crazy. I like this. I like the simplicity of this one. This is really good for, you know, something that's going to be in a logo spot. This one's also pretty. Oh, man. That. That character is not a real character. It's not a real thing. That's not real either. And that this almost looks like a character. So I almost want to use that one, but it's okay. By the way, for some reason I cannot figure out kayaking, like, I think this is the waterfall maybe. I don't know what, I don't know what the water's doing here. Like, what am I looking at there? That's going to be a hard landing. Definitely not kayaking down a waterfall. That's okay. Yeah. For some reason AI can't figure out. Figure that piece out. Okay. Hey, this. It's actually kind of cool. I actually super love this one. Like, obviously we could do better still. I'm sure. But I'm going to just download as GIF and then we're going to upload it here into replit. So let's. Right now we've just got this kind of weird thing. Let's just go like this. Drag it in here. Install this GIF as the logo for. The entire site. Irrelevant. Put it in the header. Header. And make sure you fix the spacing issues. While you're at it. Okay. The other thing that I wanted to do, guys, is I'm going to have it install this. Oh, no. You know what? I'm going to do that in a second. We need to install what's called a favicon. So the favicon is this little tiny picture that you see up here in the browser. All these little tiny logo. You got your Google logo and you've got this godaddy and Google or Gmail right here, whatever. If you don't put something in, then it will look like to be. Deploy this. Yeah, this is what it will look like. So it will look like this little. It's hard to see. I know it's super, super small, guys, but maybe zoom in or whatever. But it's just like a little like gray globe. Right. And so it looks like it's incomplete. It doesn't have that thing. Okay. The other thing is when you share this, this project with somebody, you share the link with somebody you want. You want to make sure it looks really good. And that's called your Open Graph settings. And there's different Open Graph settings for things like Facebook, Twitter, texting, all those types of things. So for example, if I open up my text messages here and I say, okay, to me, let's text 800-100-222. The text myself, you can see right here. I texted myself some link from gumloop.com and that's what this is here. This is nicely configured. CBS Saturday Morning AI users form relationship with text technology. You should watch that one. That's about a guy that wants to marry his AI girlfriend. Anyway, you can see General AI Proficiency Institute here. I've got. This is my Jenny API. I've had this really nicely set up as opposed to this kind of a preview, right? And so having, having those, you know, all of those settings set up, you've got the favicon, you've got your Open Graph settings all done. All you have to do is ask it. And even if you don't remember that it's called Open Graph settings, that's totally fine. You just, you just jump in and make it happen. So ask the AI to do it all. What I'm going to do, because I need. I can't do a GIF for my Open Graph thing. So I'm going to go ahead and just use. Yeah, I'm going to use this and we're going to save it. Now one thing that I would do to this if I, if I had a little bit more time is I would turn this into a transparent background. Right? A PNG with a transparent background. All I've got is this right now. So what we'll do right now is we'll just. Let's see here. We're going to try to just make it as squarish as possible. I want it to be very square. 4:44. Okay, so now I've got a square. We kind of center it here a little bit and then we'll just crop this and save it. Okay, so now I've got a logo saved and we're going to drop this in. Okay, so the, the animation is showing up. It's a little small. The spacing is still wrong. So I'll have it fix that later. I don't need to worry about that right this second. But I'm going to say, okay, now use this logo and install it as the favicon. Keep the GIF as the primary icon everywhere. But use this as the favicon. Also, please set up all Open Graph settings or optimal shareability on social texting, etc. Okay. That's all I have to say, right? Just a little thing like that. Set up the open Graph settings and it will, it will build it all out. It'll put in your, in your client, public or let's see, source. Source or is it server? I don't even know where it is. Maybe it's shared. I don't remember where they put it. It's usually client and there's usually like a public folder or something in there where they'll, where they'll put that. So anyway, it's going to make it all right. It's going to use the PNG logo, it's going to implement this. It's setting up the favicon. So at this point, once I deploy it, I should be able to test and see if it's actually working now. I think there's actually a way to test that. I think so. I used to think that you had to deploy every single time you wanted to see something live on a browser, but I'm pretty sure you can actually just push this button right here, open in a new tab right now. It does use dev URL, so it has not put it in there yet. So let's close this construction takeoff software and Cougar iq, we don't need those. But. But again, guys, a good logo. When you're installing this, a good favicon is going to have a transparent background. It's going to be a png and so I could go into Photoshop and do that. Another thing, guys, if you don't know how to turn in, maybe you want a vector file, right? One of the things you can't get out of ChatGPT here or, sorry, with. With the logo that we were creating over here in chatgpt, if we wanted to use this, by the way, I think this is a better logo. I probably could use that one. But if I wanted to turn this into a vector file, there are a couple things out there that, that will turn a PNG into a vector, but they're not very good. And so the reason we're using AI typically, guys, is to do something that we don't know how to do, right? Or that's, you know, that it's going to be able to do way better than us, faster than us. And so another thing you can do is you can use the manual or the old school AI, which is Fiverr, right? Just use Fiverr, guys, if you need something quick done, like converting a file type to another type, by the way, a vector file, for those of you who don't know, a vector file is like infinitely expandable. You would use it to blow up an image really, really big to put on a, on a banner or to put wherever. But you can anyway, it's an important type of file you might need in a few places. But you can just be like PNG to vector, right? And you know, you find someone and pay them five bucks, ten bucks, right? And it's done, right. They're going to make it look really awesome. Vector tracing, two hours delivery. So you can literally just be like, okay, here's my logo, here's 10 bucks, boom. I'll come back later and you'll get an email and as soon as you're done, you grab that file, drop it into replit, and you're done. You're ready to rock. Okay, so theoretically, the open graph setting and yeah, there it is. So you can see this. There's my little. What do you call it? Fave icon. It's been installed correctly. So that's awesome. It works. Now, now, is it a great installation? That's just all right because. But it is, you know, you can see there's a little thing there. The replits project now has this cool, cool thing. But now I'm probably going to say, hey, you know, the main menu here is really ugly. On desktop view, the main menu is very jumbled and crunch. Make it better. Put it all in a collapsible menu or a hamburger menu or whatever. It'll figure that out. Okay, so we'll let it, we'll let it do all that stuff. It'll create a better menu that's easier and nicer. I haven't looked at this yet on mobile, I always want to do that and just kind of see what's going on. See, it already looks better. Look at that. Right? I don't like this text. Like the font. I think it could be better be more stylized. But we've got, you know, or this, this needs to be this. J needs to be more. Need better contrast on that. Yeah. And now, you know, it's working on something. So we'll let it. We'll let it work on something and finish that. Okay, so back to images, guys. You saw how easy it was to just drag an image into it and tell it what you wanted to do with it. You obviously are going to use images, not just for logos. You're going to use it for lifestyle images and your header image, you know, your feature image right at the top, maybe, you know, I was using it for an album cover here, and I used this as a. These were some cool background images that I wanted to put in some content sections. It's pretty cool. Pretty cool stuff. It can make unbelievable things for you, right? Having that as just kind of the background behind a. A content section on a website would look awesome. Okay? So just jump in. Use AI to figure it out in terms of getting, you know, all of these little things, right? If you want it to do a special style or you want it to come up with something cool. Like, I'm just. I was making an. An RV rental thing because I just rented an RV and I didn't like the experience. And so I built an RV rental site during one of these cohorts and I needed a good image for that. But look at how cool that is. Right? Right. You got like the Grand Canyon. You're sitting there around the fire. Sometimes it works well, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the people are a little bit distorted in some ways. This one has no people. Anyway, I want to show one thing with Chat GPT with images that's very, very cool. Hey, John, just quick question. Since Chat GPT can do a lot of image generation as well, is it really necessary to have Mid Journey? Yeah. For me, yes. I pay for both because Mid Journey's image generation capabilities are through the roof. They're way better. They're just a lot better. Now, one thing that Chat GPT can do here is, all right, add, add the name of the company loads to this image underneath it. Okay. ChatGPT can do text, right? That's. That's going to be one difference that Mid Journey just can't. Right. So a lot of times what I'll do is I'll just create an image in Mid Journey, like maybe this. Right. And then if I want to add text to it, you know, procedurally with AI or something like that, instead of using Canva or Photoshop, then I'll do that. Right. But I will often use Midjourney to create all of these cool, you know, these cool things. I made an app called Cinevia that was pretty cool. I needed an image right here that had some tech with a family for planning. It was like a family planning app. Yeah. Just the quality of images. I made a pool, a backyard pool thing for Utah. Right. Really cool, stylized, kind of almost painted. Chat GPT can do these things, but it's slower and it's just not as it's not as good right now. One of the cool things that you can do is you can take these images and you can then bring them to life. Obviously, you can animate them. You know, I want to try animating this. I want to see what it does. I don't know what it's going to do, but it's just going to create something now. Yeah, we'll see what it does there. I've really only tried animating logos at this point in mid journey. Usually when I'm making video, I'm going to go somewhere else. I'm going to go to Runway or I'm going to go to, you know, maybe VAO3, something like that, which we'll get to in a minute. All right, let's check on the status of this. So I've asked it to redo the menu. Hey, we've got a collapsible menu now. That's a lot better. Very cool. I've still got this. I might move the menu to here. I don't know, maybe. Maybe if that looked a little bit better. Maybe if that was, you know, more visible. So I got my spinning logo here. I probably would make the. I'd say, hey, let's zoom in on the logo a little bit. Make it a little bit bigger. That's the only place it's showing up. Maybe I could have the logo spinning right here as well. Spinning right there in the menu. I guess so. That's kind of cool. Anyway. Kind of fun. Again, I'm not trying to optimize any of this stuff, guys. I'm trying to quickly just show. Show what's working here. But it made the menu better. I can look at the mobile menu again. Yeah, it's looking really solid now. So now we have better spacing, and in just a couple prompts, we're starting to look like something that's actually usable. Okay. All right, let's see what mid journey did with these. Cool. Kind of fun. Here's the next one. It's kind of a weird lightning. Here's another one. Zooming in on him. I like that one. And the cool thing is, guys, these are videos or GIFs. Like, you can use this for whatever, right? You can think of so many ways to use this, right? Just bringing your logo to life at the end of a promo video or something like that. There's a lot you can do there. Yeah, like animating this. What if you. What if you animate this and then turn this into your background on your, you know, in your header section, right? You just have it, it's all just like, kind of, just kind of morphing a little bit. Brings your site to life in a really cool way, right? So lots of fun ways to use those animation and mid journey capabilities. Chat GPT cannot do video yet. Well, it can, it can through Sora, but it not, not inside of ChatGPT like in, in the middle of this. But as you can see, boom. It nailed it. No big deal. We're, we're killing it here, right? And if we wanted to use the other one, we could, we could use this one, ask it to add the, add the text. But now I've got a logo. Now I'll tell you what I did for my logo for chat or for Jenny API. I. Let's hear, continue with Google. So I needed something fast and so I literally just went and I said, you know, free logo. Actually I said logo AI generator. I probably did that. Free, right? And design.com was the first thing that popped up and so I landed on it, I found a logo, went through their little process and this is what I used, right? The cool thing I like about this logo is, or this, this system is, it gives you all the files you need, right? So I could, I could generate different, you know, elements here and I can download that stuff. But when I'm ready to download the elements, I can say, all right, I need a transparent background. I need the png, I need the SVG or the eps, the vector file that I was talking about earlier, whatever, right? Like I can do the full logo. I can do just the icon, right? I can, you know, whatever. So that was super, super easy. I also liked guys just, you know, my opinion, I like round logos. Round logos are super easy to integrate into social because everybody's profile picture is a circle and you know, they look good up here, right? When I go, this is Jenny API right here. It's got all the transparent everything and so it just looks solid. It's more than good enough. Now is it the best logo in the world? No, it's not Nike or whatever, but it's more than good enough to get the job done. No one lands on Jenny API and it's like, man, I'm not going to work with this company because that logo just sucks. It's just like it's good enough and I'm going to move on, you know, and you know, but it's solid enough that I can throw it around. It gives this kind of green, you know, thing and I've got some green tints and, and Accents here throughout the whole thing. It's way more than good enough to make me hundreds of thousands of dollars, which it has done. Okay. And. And I don't feel like I need to change it. And you kind of get, you know, you start to get attached to it. In fact, I think I got a notification. I should go check my front door. I think I have my first hat with my logo on it. Anyway, I ordered that. I think it's sitting in a package in a FedEx thing on the front door because I got a notification. It was coming this morning. So anyway, I might go grab that show you guys before we finish up here. But. But anyway, so creating logo is cool. I want to show one other capability of Chat GPT before we finish up with images, and then we'll jump over to some video stuff. Then we're going to jump into some automated social media, which is cool. How do I start a new conversation? Does anybody know how to work Chat GPT? New chat? Gosh. I was looking for, like a symbol, and it's right here. Okay. Okay, let's. Let's do this. So let's go into Google Images and let's find an image of. Let's see here. Woman with or holding a pie. No, not a piece of paper. It's not what I wanted. I typed it right. Don't autocorrect me. All right, Images and let's just for fun, so we don't get this in the way. Usage rights. Oh, get out of my way. Creative Commons license. Perfect. Okay, so let's take. We'll take this one here. Okay. So we'll just grab this lady with her cool pie and we'll download it and then we'll say, beautiful blue frosting cake. Okay. Same tools. It's got that. Let's do. This cake right here that's on a table with other things. That's pretty interesting. Okay, let's see if we can get this to work. So now we'll go into chat GPT and we'll just upload both of these images. Okay. Please switch out the pie and clothes for the blue cake and cloth that are on the table in the other picture and cloth that the woman is holding. Yeah, perfect. Okay, so I've given it two pictures. Two completely different references, you know, and they're not simple pictures. Right. There's other things in them. I gave it kind of a complex task to grab the cloth underneath. I don't know how this will turn out. I'm guessing it's going to be pretty good, but but especially if you're in any type of business where you're selling a product, right, A physical anything, chat GPT blows away everything else at placing that product in a very real way onto the image. So, like, maybe you sell, maybe you sell swimsuits or you sell dresses or you sell shoes or whatever. You can literally take an image of the shoes, take an image of a person and say, put these shoes on this person, right? Put this swimsuit on this person, right? Put this dress on this person, right? Change the pants to this, right? Whatever you want to do, you can, you can chat GPT will do that. Now, if you try to abuse it and, and say, hey, put this little bikini on this, you know, my girlfriend, it's not going to do that, right? It's going to. It's going to stay away from, you know, nsfw, not safe for work stuff. It has, it has some filters and things like that that are going to protect the user, but it's going to. And also there are some times when you're using an image of like, say, Donald Trump, a big public figure or something like that where it will not do it, right? If you just say, hey, change it on this man. And it. It's Donald Trump and it can't quite tell, you might be able to get away with it. Sometimes stuff slips by, but. But most of the time it's going to do. It's going to do pretty. Pretty awesome at what you need it to do. It switching out, you know, this thing. So let's look at the image here. Just want to look at her eyes. It might not. It actually completely recreates the image. That's the crazy thing, guys. It doesn't like, take the image and edit it and adjust it like Photoshop would it. It completely recreates it based on what it sees, right? So there you go. That's pretty dang good, guys, right? It switched out, you know, it's got this. It's got this cake. Did it get the pink bottom there? It didn't get the pink bottom, but still, whatever. It built this beautiful cake. It switched this out. Like, that's crazy. That's awesome, right? Being able to do that. And I've done this with lots of different things. I put like a boat in a lake or a car in a parking lot, or like, maybe you're selling your car, right? And you take a picture of your car and you're like, I don't like all this stuff or I don't want my house in the background or whatever. Let's put it on an epic mountain or something like that, right? And so you could do the same type of thing, right? You know, image of Forerunner. Right. So let's grab. Let's grab this image right here. This is just a great one, right? Save image and let's see Forerunner and then say trail on mountain. Images. Save. Image save. So let's try one more for fun, because I think this is a really good skill to have to be able to quickly create, you know, photo or, you know, photography for your business or things you need. Sorry, guys. This dang zoom keeps getting in my way. There we go. All right. Put this, this Forerunner on this trail. There it is. Oh, hey, I wonder if it can read this apif. Maybe it can't read that. I'm curious if it can actually see that. So I uploaded the file, but it's a weird file that I don't write. I don't even know what an AVIF is while it's working on that. What is an Avif file? There's AV1 image. Modern efficient image format developed by alliance for Open Media. Oh, that's cool. Actually uses AV1 video codec for compression. Nice. So better compression quality compared to a jpeg. That's a good thing to know. So maybe it can do it. Maybe it's going to be fine with it because it's going to like that optimized version. All right, what do we got? What do we got? Chat GPT. All right, while this is loading, we're going to start loading up v3. And we're going to open up flow. Great with flow. Come on. It's this one. Ooh, I do want research invitations. Gotta do this again. Continue. I don't know why. Probably something updated. You now make your images talk with bit. Oh, yay. 7 1. Oh, at just the last week. Oh, my gosh, guys. Travis, if you're watching still, this is big time. Being able to make your images talk is huge. Being able to have audio with your images is crazy. So whenever. So, John, So there's these guys that make these gorilla videos and stormtrooper videos. I don't know if you've seen this 100%. They've been doing basic VO stuff and they got like 100, 100 million views to start stormtrooper thing. I hired these guys, paid them like 1200 bucks just as like a test budget to make some AI movies for Outpost X. Like clips of our movie, our backstory right of life that's happening at Outpost. And they. They really sucked. Um, and they're not using any other products. I thought they were using hey Gen and, you know, a lot of these other projects, but they're just not. And so I've been thinking about firing them because I'm like, I don't want to pay someone to just use VO3 only. But you're saying. And part of me, I was like, I just need to wait another couple months, and then I can just do it myself, you know? So, yeah, man. Yeah, I totally get it, right? Like, there's a lot of tools, and I'll show you a few that you can use and play around with and try. VO3 is definitely the best because it can do audio, right? There's other ones out there. Like, Cling AI is freaking amazing. It can create ridiculous videos. Some of what you might want to do, Travis, like, I know there's a lot of, like, you want maybe the gorilla video or the Stormtrooper trooper. People like, introducing, you know, to. To this. Look at the quality of the video that pops out of clean AI. Like, it's just unbelievable stuff. And so I really like this. Cling is out of China. Really, really cool. Lots of good stuff. But it might be better to create the image and. Or the video and the audio separately, which you can use different AI systems to create the audio, whether using Suno or using Runway. So I'll also demonstrate Runway today. We'll spend a little bit of time in here. I'm a big fan of Runway. So Runway does. Let's go to the. Let's see here. Where is it? Start a session. I don't want to do that. I want to show what are the capabilities. Go to dashboard. Oh, Discover workflows. Oh, there it was back here. Discover workflows. No, that's not what I want. Dang it. Where is there, like, thing where you can do all kinds of stuff? But anyway, Runway is able to build incredible video, and it can do audio generation. It can also do lip sync. And lip sync is really, really important, right? Because maybe you create an image or a video where you've got a guy just, like, standing behind, you know, a bar or something, like in a cantina, Like, Star wars type cantina, right? To just keep rolling with the Outpost X example. And then you want them to say something, right? And so you could drop it right into this and say, hey, I want you to just do that. I need to. I need. I need to find the place here where I can show you everything that it can do. I don't want assets. I want create all tools. Goodness There it is. Okay, so, yeah, here's the Lip Sync video tool. And so you can select, you know, different assets of video or image to upload and then you just tell it to go, right, and it will create something. You can add speakers and different things like that. So I would. We're not going to play with it today. But. But you can generate audio on top of video, right? So use cling. Use veo. Use all this stuff. Now. One of the cool things that it looks like it's doing now, which is awesome, is, you know, you've got VO3 quality beta audio and then fast beta audio. But it looks like. Let's see if this is true. Let's see if this is true. Let's upload an image of. Actually, you know what we'll do? We'll grab one of the images we just created. Where's. Where's my. This. All right. Hey. So, yeah, it didn't upload the white. The white Forerunner. So it just. It knows what a forerunner looks like. Right. I don't like this image. I think it's kind of boring. So we're going to go back to Mid journey, we're going to find a cool image and we're going to bring it to life. I wonder what it's. What it can do with this. This is kind of a freaking cool image. So we're going to just save it and then we'll upload it here into veil and upload. Here we are. We'll get it. So it's filling the screen. Yeah, it's probably. That's decent framing. Actually. Let's use the two thirds rule. Let's go right there. Okay, let's go. This. Okay, so now we've got an image. Now the question is. Okay, now I want to create a. Oh, where'd it go? Oh, you know what? Maybe I had to wait. Oh, no, there it is. There it is. Okay. I thought it disappeared. So here's what I'm gonna do now. I'm gonna go into chat GPT and I'm gonna ask it. I'm gonna. I'm gonna give it an image. Okay, let's close this. I'm gonna say help me create a good prompt or an 8 second scene to be animated and created in VEO3. I want this image to come to live. Actually, you know what I want? I want the camera to fly in towards piano. I want the waves and ocean live. I want the clouds moving, flying towards. Playing towards the piano. Zooming in. Yeah. Okay, let's just. Let's Just tell that. So it's kind of an. Okay. It's a very crappy prompt. Right. I'm just kind of giving it some high level ideas and then it's going to help me create a really good prompt for VAO3. And let's see. Let's see what it does here. I also forgot to ask it to do. Sorry. Please rewrite prompt and add some heavenly music to the prompt. Okay. All right. Underscore with gentle heavenly music. Soft orchestral strings. Perfect. So let's see what happens. So we're going to grab the prompt here. Yeah, this is fine. Whatever. And we'll paste it. Get rid of this. And what I want to know. Sometimes audio will not be generated in V3 clips. Oh, that's interesting. But let's see what happens. Go. This feature isn't supporting VA3 fast. Switch to VO2 quality. Yeah. Okay, so that's weird. I'm wondering how it creates because it said a second ago that it can create audio or it can create dialogue for characters. And so I gave it this thing. That's okay. We'll use VAO2. What it's not going to do is, is generate any sound. And that's okay for this one. We'll do sound in a second. But let's try just creating the thing first. Now it's going to take a minute. So we're going to kind of bounce back and forth between a couple of things. So we don't just sit here. We'll go over to Runway. Hey, John, how do we get to. How do we get to veo? Do we have to be signed up for Gemini? I'm not familiar with it, unfortunately, is currently gated behind a $250 a month subscription description. Right. And so you have to subscribe to. Basically it's Google's like, premium package now. It comes with YouTube Premium and Google Drive Premium and all these different things. You get all the cool Google stuff. Yeah. Subscribe to that 250amonth thing in order to get access to VEO and you get a certain number of credits with that. And, you know, is there, like something else we could use besides that to do the same thing that's like less expensive to create images or. Sorry. To create video? Well, yeah, video. Runway. ML. So Runway is where I am right now. So Runway. The unlimited package. And the unlimited package is. That's interesting. 2,260 credits. 188. That's kind of cool. Yeah, we're going to do that just for now while we. I'm going to use my credits while we're doing this, so it goes faster. But anyway, bottom line is this is much, much cheaper. I think your cheapest pricing looks like this Runway ML pricing. Okay, that's weird. Okay here. But yeah, zero. So you can get in and do a few. Okay. And then 12 bucks a month, if you want to just get your kind of first, you know, whatever, and you get a decent amount of images and then you just go up. Is basically, you need more credits, things like that. I'm on the unlimited plan right now, which I think is like 90. I think I pay like 90 bucks a month. Because I do. I do The Monthly. Yeah, 95. There you go. So if you want to do monthly. 15 bucks a month. So definitely more approachable. For sure. We're going to. I'm going to try the same thing. We're going to upload this same scene here and I'm going to give it a similar. You know what? I'm just going to give it the same prompt that ChatGPT gave me. Sorry, I keep clicking that. But I'm actually here. I'm just going to leave out the sound. They know I can't do it. And I'm going to paste and we'll just generate it. Yeah. So we'll see how this works. We'll test these different things. But this is really how you should be doing it, Travis. You know, you should be coming in here and saying, hey, you know, I want. Want. You know, I want to try several things. By the way, look at that scene, that Lord of the Rings looking scene that was there at the end. Or any of these. You know how much money that would have cost to make, you know, a few years ago, paying 3D animators and all that kind of stuff. Like, it's crazy that you can do this now for literally pennies and in. And in seconds or maybe minutes. Right, let's see what this. Let's see what this looks like. Yeah, it didn't. Yeah. There's still pretty big challenges with con. There's still big challenges with character continuity. Like there's what? Huh? Yeah. Anyways. Yeah, it's still hard to get characters to have continuity. It's really hard to get people, two or three people having dialogue still. It's still got a long way to go. Yeah. The cool thing is we're in V1 of VO3, right. It's like, in terms of what I mean is the first model that can do audio. Right. We are in still this version. And there's no question, Travis, that There is continuity problems. One of the things I've seen. I've seen some videos that have done it quite well. And what you have to do is you have to come up with a very, very specific, like a very detailed description of a character to make them look basically the same in all the shots. Right? And so maybe you could have, you know, again, like a yeti or something like that or, you know, a gorilla. Anybody. You have to have a very detailed description of a gorilla. If you just say a gorilla walks over here and jumps on a trampoline in the middle of a lake bed, you know, it's. It's going to be different every time. But if you. But if you use a very, very detailed description of a gorilla that is consistently used, then you can get. Get some really great results. I've read some articles on it just in the last. I think I read an article on that just yesterday. But, yeah, this is cool, right? I mean, it took my image and, you know, kind of brought it to life. That's cool. Those waves look pretty dang. Real clouds are alive. The scene is more alive. This could be, for example, you know, if I was using this as a. As a back drop for my piano. You know, you can actually now upload onto your. What do you call it? The. Sorry, I deleted my video. I'm holding up my phone. But yeah, when you're on, like, Apple Music, when you're looking at an album, you can have animated. Like, they can have animated things. Let's see if Jurassic World is. I don't know if it is. Yeah, it's not. But I saw one recently where, like, the. You can have these. These cool animations on this, but you could use this as that. Right? I mean, that. That could be done. This could be on, you know, the. The background of a website or whatever. Right? So. So there's that. Let's try creating one with a. Let's do actually a totally new project. Let's go to Flow and let's create a new project that has some audio with it. Okay. And we use. We'll make sure we use three. We'll do two prompts per output. And let's do this. Okay, we're just going to use this because I keep pulling it up. All right. Okay. Create a prompt for VO3 of a gorilla doing a selfie tour video of, you know, Times Square. Okay. Oh, I wonder what new stuff is available. Give him some texts or some. Some dialogue and say, update the prom. You only have 8 seconds to speak. Update the prompt. Yeah, VO3 also has this 8 second second limit right now. Okay. So in the future you'll be able to do a 60 second scene and it will be perfectly done and we'll have all kinds of people talking to each other and all the types of things that, you know, our current limitations of that. But, you know, let's see. Yeah, see what happens here. So create this. Obviously there's a lot of fun things that people are doing. I don't know if you guys, you know, some of you have probably seen. I guarantee Travis has, but. But you know, there's like these Bible vlog videos where you have like Adam docking or Eve talking and like walking you through the Garden of Eden and you know, or like Daniel in the lion's den, you know, like, hey, I'm down here chilling with, you know, they haven't touch me yet. I'll give you an update later. Whatever. Anyway, really kind of, kind of funny videos, you know, bringing to life different scenes from, from history, bringing other things to life is. There's, there's a lot of things also that are coming out that are starting to look very real. I'm seeing a lot of natural disaster videos on Instagram where people are, are showing, you know, saying that it's real and, and it's just clearly not. Like, I can tell it's not, but a lot of people can't. Right, But I'm looking for that, right? I'm trying to find that. I'm finding articles about people showing it and, and then you go and look at the comments, be like, oh my gosh, this is crazy. I'm praying for the people. You know, it's just amazing the type of content that is going to be coming into our world and, and how, you know. Anyway. Yeah, and then it adds subtitles again. It just struggles with text. I don't know why, but. What's up humans? G Rilla here Times Square, straight bananas. Let's get wild. What's up humans? G. Really not bad. What's up humans? Here Times Square is straight bananas. Let's get wild. What's up humans? So anyway, guys, that's a quick prompt. Obviously it's hard. Travis, one thing that I've learned is that if you keep prompting in the same project, it will, it will kind of reference the other stuff in the project. And one of the cool things here too, guys, that you can do is you can say, all right, let's add this to the scene. Yeah, here we go. We add this to the scene and then we can just continue, right? And so you can just say, all right, let's add a new one. Let's extend it. You know, Meteor, you know, hits a building and the gorilla starts running in fear, right? And so now I click go. But it says, switch to VO2 fast. Which means it's going to get rid of the audio, right? And so you have to switch. You got to do that. And I'll extend the scene, right? And it will just keep it, you know, will be a nice smooth whatever. But the second part of it, you're going to have to bring in your own audio from somewhere else. And there's different ways to do that. You know, if you wanted music behind it, you can do that. I really like Suno AI for. For music. Suno is crazy powerful. You can have it recreate just. Just unbelievable stuff, right? Like, I don't know. I don't even know what to create here. We'll just say a, you know, 60s rock band style mixed with. 2000. Let's see. Late 90s wrap. I don't know. Let's just do that, right? You have to sign up, I think. Okay, here we go. I think I just have to sign in. But it's crazy what it can. What it can do. I think this is the account. Maybe I've signed in with a different one, but I think this will work. Okay, I'm in. Good. Welcome to Suno late 90s rap influence. 60s rock inspired male vocals. Rap, yeah. So it filled in a bunch of stuff that I didn't tell it to do. You can also say, hey, I want to do. I want to do this. I want to add this in. I want to add this in and give you different ideas, right? And obviously, guys use AI to make a better prompt, if that's what you want to do, but. But in just moments, it can create this. So there's a band right now that's going viral. What the heck is their name? I posted about them just a few days ago. I'll tell you and I will show you. All I have to do is open up my Instagram and go back a few posts here. So I just. Just talked about it. The Velvet Sundown. So let's open Spotify here. The Velvet Sundown. Right here. See how many listeners are. Oh, my gosh, that is crazy. They're up to 1.18 million monthly listeners. This is completely AI. Here we go. Tell me, brother. Where do he go? Unbelievable. But these guys kind of went viral. And by these guys, I mean this dude in his basement that made this band, right? Like they are, yeah. Like, there's the AI generated image of the band. Like, the whole thing is AI. And with 1.8. 1.18 million monthly listeners, you're making real money. You're making real money for sure. So here's the song that I just asked it to create. The audio is not really coming through very well, John. Not coming through. Great. Electric humps gas splits into Beats it through fast Workshop got black blades Treats explode in neon cascades Interesting. So anyway, I don't feel like it did great on the 60s rock inspires. Okay. But anyway. And this actually sounds more like 90s rock. It sounded like some 41 or something. Anyway, so. So anyway, guys, play with Suno. You can. This is a place obviously to create music, but there's other places you can create audio and things like that. Check on the status of this extended. What's up humans? G Rilla here, Times Square. Straight bananas. Let's get wild. Yeah. There's the meteor supposed to hit a building, and it just exploded like a nuclear explosion back there. So I didn't. I didn't love that. Right. AI takes a lot of finessing. You have to play with it a lot. And it gets expensive. Right. That's part of why they're charging you money. Traffic, Travis, is. Is. It's just they're blowing through thousands of dollars of credits trying to get the right thing right. And so you can obviously, you know, spend that money yourself and learn and figure out how to do it, or sit back a few months and wait till the next version comes out where it's just better. Right? I mean, there's just a few ways to do that. The one thing that they. That, that. That I really, really want them to be able to do is to use audio with the reference images. Right? Because when you're starting with. With a. With a specific scene, like Runway ML, we'll use Runway ML for a minute. Let's look at this video, see how it did this. But this is pretty cool. I want to show you a couple projects I've done here. Yeah. See, I actually almost like this. This one better than what Veo did. Right. It actually listened to me. It zoomed in on the piano. That's pretty cool. I could ask it to maybe turn a little bit, you know, kind of bring it to live. But. But with this, all I had to do is bring the waves to life. That wave is dead. So that didn't completely work. Or maybe that's clouds that are sitting there, but they're, like, in the wrong spot. So that's a little bit off, but for the most part it's pretty good. But one of the cool things you can do in this. And I'll go actually to another one of my, one of my projects, Sorry, let me see here. Sessions. Let me go to this right here. So this is my son Jacob. My son Jacob is wearing a shirt that looked like this. This is Game Day shirt had ready player one. This is exactly, you know, what it, what it looked like. And I dropped the image into Chat GPT. One of the cool things you can do with Chat GPT also is you can ask it to stylize a photo, right? So you could say, you know, let's go back to here really quick and yeah, we'll just, we'll just use this image. Let's see here. Copy and paste it there. Yeah. Okay. So turn this image into a Toy Story style animation. Okay. Now there are some lawsuits going on right now, guys, with, you know, from Disney actually to Mid Journey or Disney has sued mid journey for $29 million for saying, hey, if you ask Mid Journey to show you a stormtrooper, it does it and what the heck, you didn't, we're not getting any money for that. Like, why can you, why can you do that? And I understand that, I understand where it's coming from. There was another lawsuit that was just settled or the judge just ruled on it where somebody was saying, hey, are AI models allowed to train on, you know, copyrighted work, like books and stuff like that? And the judge came back and said, yes, it's okay, it doesn't violate the copyright. It's no different than a human reading it. Right. But anyway, it's, it's a really interesting copyright, you know, mess out there right now. And so if you ask, there's a few different types of prompts that if you ask it, if you say, hey, I want you to do this, like this character from this. If you're really, really specific about something that's IP protected, it may, it may, you know, start the image, you might think it's working and then it'll come back and say, sorry, that violates my policies, I can't do that. Right. And, and I've seen it kind of bounce back and forth. But in general, the AI world, the AI software world, the Sam Altmans and the Elon Musk's and all the people that are running these things, they're pretty liberal with their usage of other people's IP right now. And so that bothers some people. Other people are like hey, you know what? I don't know how else to say it, right? Because even if you don't say Toy Story, you could say a computer generated graphic, kind of like another movie that's about toys that come alive. And AI immediately knows that's Toy Story. And I know what Toy Story looks like because I can look it up and I'm going to follow that, that thing. So there's ways around it even that are, you know, anyway, that are, that are using that style. And you know, we don't have to sit here and have an ethics discussion about that. But, but anyway, we've got this girl now. She's got her blue cake, and now she's Toy Story style. But this is what I did with my son, right? I said, hey, I want you to turn into this style. There's our cool cake. Look how cool that is right now. You've got a character that you can use and you can start animating with Runway ML. But one of the cool things you can do in here is you can, you can use a frame, right? So I started off here and I said, okay, I want to just have him, you know, look behind. And this is kind of a cool style right now. There's no audio. There's no audio right now. I'd have to add that later if I wanted to actually turn this into a little cartoon, you know, featuring my son. But we got this. And then I said, okay, well, let's, let's, let's move down to here. Turns around, okay? So I had it make it, I had it actually increase the style of that or the, the resolution on that one. And then I had him from the same spot, turn around and go get some treasure. Now this did not turn out well. It's weird doing weird stuff. And so, okay, let's, let's change it a little bit. He walks over to a treasure chest, comes over, picks it up. Then I wanted him from here to go and buy something, right? And so I can use a frame, right? So from right here, if I say, okay, this is a good spot to finish, right? He comes over here, he kind of walks over the chest. And I said, okay, I want to just have him, you know, look behind. And this is kind of a cool style right now. There's no audio. There's no audio right now. I'd have to add that later if I wanted to actually turn this into a little cartoon, you know, featuring my son. But we got this. And then I said, okay, well, let's, let's, let's move down to here, turns around. So I didn't like this one, but I can just say, all right, from right here in this spot, right? I could say, right, this is the frame I want it to pick up at. And I can say, use frame input for video. And so then it will pick up from right there. And then I can say, the boy continues walking and sees whatever, right? And so then I can just animate a story going through frame by frame or with a starting frame, and then it fills in the gaps of all that stuff. And eventually, you know, I. Okay, so I had it make it. I had it actually increase the style of that or the. The resolution on that one. And then I had him from the same spot turn around and go get some treasure. Now, this did not turn out well. It's weird. Doing weird stuff. And so, like, okay, let's. Let's change it a little bit. He walks over to a treasure chest, comes over, picks it up. I haven't downloaded all of it and put it all together, but I sat here with my son, who's 8, and he just thought. Thought this was amazing. Making him come, you know, turn into, like, an anime kind of character. This is actually called Studio Ghibli style, and it creates pretty awesome things, Right? I want to try something now. Now make this in Studio Ghibli style. I want to see if it says no. So Studio Ghibli is a. Is a studio in Japan that has a very specific style. And then I wanted him from here to go and buy something, right? And so I can use a frame, right? So from right here, if I say, okay, this is a good spot to finish, right? He comes over here, he kind of walks over the chest. A few months ago, everyone was, you know, turning every image they had into studio gifts. I didn't like this one, but I can just say, all right, from right here in this spot, right? I could be style. And the studio in Japan was like, please stop doing that. And, you know, OpenAI was like, okay, fine, we'll turn that. All right, this is the frame I want it to pick up at. And I can say, use frame input for video off. And so I wonder if they've turned it back on now. I'm curious. I'm just curious. We'll let it. We'll let it sit there while it. While it works. So. All right, so Runway is really powerful, guys. Obviously, we're showing some animated options here, but it can do. You know, it can do real stuff as well. Yeah. And so then it will pick up from right there. And then I can say, the boy continues walking and sees whatever. Right? And so then I can just animate a story going through frame by frame or with a starting frame, and then it fills in the gaps of all that stuff, and eventually, you know, that's not going to be very real. This is a logo. I'm trying to find something that's really cool here. So one of my students created a. Created a really cool thing. Haven't downloaded all of it and put it all together, but I sat here with my son, who's 8, and he just thought this was amazing, meaning where it basically brings pictures to life. And I showed him. He took my core. To him cutting or turn into, like, an anime kind of character. This is actually called Studio Ghibli style. And it creates pretty awesome things. Right? I want to try something now. Now make this in studio. First, he didn't know anything about AI before the course took it, and then he created a. An app that brings pictures to life. And this is a thing he's. He's running now. If I go to build a business with AI, this is the Facebook group, guys. If you've not joined it, make sure you do. Ghibli style. I want to see if it says no. So Studio Ghibli is a. Is a studio in Japan that has a very specific style. And, yeah, here it is right here. And by the way, look at this. Look at this video. Travis, this is pretty awesome. A few months ago, everyone was, you know, turning every image they had into Studio Gibb. So this is his video that he made with VAO3. And I actually asked him about it, about the style of how he made this. So let me show this first. So he basically said, okay, you, style. And the studio in Japan was like, please stop doing that. And, you know, OpenAI was like, okay, fine, we'll turn that. Take an old image, you upscale it with AI. That's what he does. And then he actually brings the image to life, right? And he's using Runway ML to do it, right? And so he set up all these APIs in the background. And so I wonder if they've turned it back on now. I'm curious. I'm just in, you know, with. You know, with replit and built this whole thing. Curious. We'll let it. We'll let it sit there while it. While it works. So. All right, so Runway is really powerful, guys. Obviously, we're showing some animated options here, but it can do. You know, it can do real stuff as well. And so you select a package, right? I want a ten pack or, sorry, a three pack for ten bucks. Continue to upload photos. You upload them and it's done, right? So pretty awesome. He built a business that works and it's making him money right now. And he's running some ads. So he just created this ad using. Right here. Chat gp Chat GPT for prompts, scene plan. And that's not going to be very real. This is a logo. I'm trying to find something that's really cool here. So one of my students created a. Created a really cool fan voiceover script. Google's flow for Text to video VO3 model frame to video VO2 model 11 labs for the voiceover, of course. Okay, so this is what he. This is the video he created. Some memories live in photo albums stored in drawers, fading quietly with time, where it basically brings pictures to life. And I showed him. He took my course. But what if your favorite photo could move again? At Living Pictures, we bring your cherished moments back to life through. He didn't know anything about AI before the course took it. And then he created a. An app that brings pictures to life. And this is a thing he's. He's running now. If I go to build a business with AI. This is the Facebook group, guys. If you've not joined it. Subtle, lifelike animation. We restore, enhance and animate old photographs with care, quality, and heart. Because your family story deserves more than still frames. It deserves motion, warmth, connection. Make sure you do. Yeah, here it is right here. And by the way, look at this. Look at this video. Travis, this is pretty awesome. So this is his video that he made with VO3. And I actually asked. These aren't just photos. They're living heirlooms, ready to be seen, ready to be felt. I've never seen anything like this. It felt like they were here again about it, about the style of how he made this. So let me show this first. So he basically said, okay, you. That's all VO3. Those are bring your memories to life. Visit our website today to get started. Honestly, I think it's so impressive, guys. I think that's so cool. So well done by Brantley, by the way. If you guys are in this group, you can talk to Brantley and take an old image. You upscale it with AI. That's what he does. And then he actually brings the image to life, right? And he's using Runway ML to do it, right. And so he set up all these APIs in the background. He'll do stuff for you. You could hire him travel. That's a guy that I would, that I would trust to do a lot of stuff to manage your AI assistant, all that stuff. Like, he's awesome. He's really, really good. So anyway, so guys, I think that's probably enough on video. There's so many different things you can do. Bring cool ideas to life. Lots of tools to play with. There's lots coming out right now. Guys in, you know, with, you know, with replit and built this whole thing. And so you select a package, right? I want a ten pack or sorry, a three pack. I want to share one thing. So if you go to my gen AIPI on Instagram, the profile. I don't, I don't post a lot there. Right. I. I just don't. I need 10 bucks. Continue to upload photos. You upload them and it's done right. So pretty awesome too. It's just on my to do list and I haven't done it yet. But if you go to the people that I'm following on there, this is how I keep track of. Of AI, you know, everything. Every day I'm. He built a business that works and it's making him money right now. And he's running some ads. So he just created this ad using right here. Chat gp Chat GPT for prompts, scene plan. And I'm following this and. And I know Travis, you follow a few of these people because I see you, you know, commenting or liking or following a couple of these things. But anyway, Google Ventures is actually quite good to keep you kind of in the loop. Digi humans. I really like Eluna and Luna AI on Instagram. Evolving AI is really good. And Metaverse, honestly, between a Luna and Metaverse, you're not going to miss. And voiceover script. Google's flow for text to video. They are three model frame to video. VO2 model 11 labs for the voiceover, of course. Okay, so this is what. This is the video he created some memories live in photo albums stored in drawers fading quietly with time. Anything like these guys are doing awesome Chat GPT tricks is actually super cool. You can learn lots of really cool things. A couple of official pages there. What else is. Is good? Yeah. Perplexity. So I'm just following AI Sora, you know, because some of these, some of these main things, you know, the, the main page is stable, but what if your favorite photo could move again? Diffusion is a big one. So anyway, go to my Jenna API page on Instagram and just see who I'm following and you'll be able to see, see a lot of cool stuff there. Okay. So if you want to, you know, the way that I find out about this stuff is I'll just see what they do. Most of the time when people share the new tool that comes out, they show like five examples or six or ten examples of what. So you can scroll through and be like, okay, now that's possible. So you'll be able to. At Living Pictures, we bring your cherished moments back to life. Through subtle, lifelike animation. We restore, enhance and animate old photographs. Okay. Hey, now I can animate my, my things with audio and all that stuff. Okay? So flow, cling, Runway ML. Love Runway ML. Guys, it can do a lot of cool stuff. Stuff Suno man, go have, go have fun creating, creating music, Living Pictures. Go bring that to life or go do it yourself. Right, okay. With care, quality and heart. Because your family story deserves more than still frames. It deserves motion, warmth, connection. So guys, we're at about one hour left here. We've done. These aren't just photos, they're living heirlooms. We've done a lot of stuff. We've done a lot of stuff. Let's bounce into here if you look. So I have a few of these guides. Let's see here. Pre course prep, course outline. The course outline is kind of high level followed, right. But we've learned a ton. Ready to be seen, ready to be felt. I've never seen anything like this on in replet. We've learned how to, how to do all these different, you know, payment process. It felt like they were here again. Well, we haven't done payment processing. We could talk about a little bit. We've done API integrations mid journey. We haven't gone into Canva or Photoshop either. But I want to talk a little bit about some of those things and show how you can kind of bring this into the sales and marketing funnels we obviously Talked about instantly. AI for sales already. That's all VAO3. Those are bring your memories to life. But we've kind of gone through most of the stuff here. So what I want to do is and there's some really cool, you know, things like lists of all the tools you can use and what you're supposed to do with it. We've gone over how to set up your website, how to connect all those things. One thing that you need to set up, guys, you need to know how to set up for your website is email. Okay. Email is required for any business. Visit our website today to get started. Honestly, I think it's so impressive, guys. I think that's so cool. So well done by Brantley, by the way. If you guys are in this group, you can talk to Brantley and he'll do stuff for you. You can hire him. Travis, that's a guy that I would, that I would trust to do a lot of stuff to manage your business that has software. And the reason for that is because at a bare. At least if you have a login, at a bare minimum, you're going to have to have a forgot password function. Okay. Even if you're not emailing tons of other things. If there's a login, there's that. If you have a login system, you might as well have a whole email system. The best email system out there to use for something like this is called AI Assistant. All that stuff. Like, he's awesome. He's really, really good. So anyway, so guys, I think that's probably enough on video, there's so many different things you can do. Bring send grid. Okay, Send grid. You know what, I'm going to open it actually in a different one. I'm going to log in so you can see some of what I'm actually doing here. Let's go to Jenny API. Cool ideas to life. Lots of tools to play with. There's lots coming out right now. Guys, I want to share one thing. So if you go to my Gen API on inside send grid. Here we go. This is awesome. So what you want to do, guys, is if, you know, once you set up your domain and you get it all connected, right? So if I'm doing my Floats app right, then I'm gonna have to go to, you know, Instagram, the profile. I don't, I don't post a lot there, right. I just don't. I need to. It's just on my to do list and I haven't done it yet. But if you go to the people that I'm following on there, Google workspace, whatever, and I'll set up a Google workspace. I'll set up an email account that'll be like John at Floatsa app, right? That would be my, my Chinese thing. Right? But then I'm not going to have to set up, you know, this is how I keep track of AI, you know, everything. Every day I'm. I'm following this and, and I know, Travis, you follow a few of these people because I see you, you know, commenting or like my info at Jenny API and my privacy agent API. What I do is I come into my Google Admin and I set up a bunch of aliases. Aliases are free. Okay, so I've got info, no reply, Enterprise Privacy, Legal, CEO, Admin, Press. And I have different use cases for these. Okay. And so if somebody emails CEO or following a couple of these things. But anyway, Google Ventures is actually quite good to keep you kind of in the loop. Digi Humans. I really like Eluna and Luna AI on Instagram. Evolving AI is really good. And Metaverse, honestly, between a Luna and Metaverse, you're not going to miss it. Oh, at Gen API or Privacy@jenny API. And by the way, if you go onto my site here and anything like these guys are doing awesome chat. GPT tricks is actually super cool. You can learn lots. We sign out and we go to the bottom here and we click on privacy policy. We scroll the bottom. Hey, there's an email. Somebody wants to email it. Email me about this and ask me something. Fantastic. They can do that now. It will show up in my John at Gen really cool things. A couple of official pages there. What else is naipi.org you know, inbox. And when I reply it will come from John at Gen is good. Yeah, Perplexity. So I'm just following aipi.org but I can now receive. I've got all these buckets basically where I can receive Aisora, you know, because some of these, some of these main things, you know, the, the main page is stable. Whatever I need to. Right, hold on, let's cancel that. I want to change anything there. Okay. So in Google Workspace, you go to your users, you click on your user and then once your diffusion is a big one. So anyway, go to my Jenna API page on Instagram and just see who I'm following inside your user. It's super easy. Your user information right here allows you to add. You just go edit and you just say, all right, you know, just for fun following. And you'll be able to see, see a lot of cool stuff there. Okay. So if you want to, you know, the way that I find out about this stuff is I'll just see what they do. Most of the time when people share the new tool that comes out, they show like jennaipi.org Save it. Boom. That email exists now. That Alias now exists in there. Okay, so setting up that email, then you'll set everything up with send examples or six or ten examples of what. So you can scroll through and be like, okay, now that's possible. So you'll be able to upgrade. Come on, send grid work, continue okay. Hey, now I can animate my, my things with audio and all that stuff. Okay, so flow claim, Continue. Wait, is this Twilio? I don't want Twilio. I literally want send grid right now. Yeah, that's fine. Sending Runway ML. Love Runway ML. Guys. It can do a lot of cool stuff. Bridge. I just need to send grid. Just give me Suno, man. Go have, go have fun creating, creating music, living pictures. Go bring that to life or go do it yourself. Right? Okay, this, but send guys. So Twilio is the texting version of it. Okay. That's what you'll want to use if you're, if you need any sort of text, if you want to do a two FA authentication. So guys, we're at about one hour left here. We've done. Or you want some sort of texting. Whatever. All right, let's, let's get this little code here. We've done a lot of stuff. We've done a lot of stuff. Let's bounce into here so I can log in. I want to show you how this works. 93 5. It's really, really easy to show. By the way. I did not know how this works while I was setting it up. I knew I had heard of SendGrid before and so I was just like, hey, let's use SendGrid to set up emails. And it's like, okay, great. If you look. So I have a few of these, these guides. Let's see here. Pre course prep, course outline. The course outline is kind of high level followed. Right. But we, we've learned a ton. And it said grab this API key and do this. And then what I do here is I can come into replit. We've learned how to, how to do all these different, you know, payment process to my senders under marketing here. And I can configure different senders for this. So I've got my one email address. But then sendgrid we haven't done payment processing. We can talk about a little bit. We've done API integrations. Mid Journey allows me to use different from email email addresses and things like that to configure and set them up. So I have my info and my no reply and my enterprise and see, I haven't gone into Canva or Photoshop either. But I want to talk a little bit about some of those things and show how you can kind of bring this into the sales and marketing funnels I was talking about instantly. AI for sales already CEO and press. So I can now actually send emails through sendgrid from. But we've kind of gone through most of the stuff here. So what I want to do is. And there's some really cool stuff, you know, from this list, right? And here's, here's all the things that it does. And then inside of Replit I have and I'll show you this. I'll go right into Gen API and show you what's happening here. Sorry. They need to add a search functionality right here for my app so I don't have to put things like lists of all the tools you can use and what you're supposed to do with it. We've gone over how to set up your website, how to connect all those things. One thing that you need to set up, guys, you need to know how to switch. Scroll the way down. I can look through my dozens of different apps. All of these apps set up for your website is email. Okay. Email is required for any business or businesses that could be launched by somebody if you wanted. You know, if you're coming, if you're. That has software. And the reason for that is because at a bear at least if you have a login out of bear, struggling, coming up with an idea, just come to me and I'll give you one of mine. Gen API. Here it is. Okay, so let's just ask the assistant here. So bare minimum you're going to have to have a forgot password function. Okay? Actually I have asked this question before. So here it is. So I say, what are my email settings? Right? So here it is. I've got my send grade. Even if you're not emailing tons of other things. If there's a login, there's that. If you have a login system, you might as well have a whole email system. The best email system out there to use for something like this is called API key. I've got, you know, my email. My. The default is no reply. Here's my admin send grid. Okay, Send grid. You know what, I'm going to open it actually in a different one. I'm going to log in so you can see some of what I'm actually doing here. Let's go to Jenny API send grid. Here we go. This is awesome. So what you want to do guys is if, you know, once you set up your domain and you get it all connected right? So if I'm doing my floats app right, then I'm going to have to go to, you know, Google workspace, whatever and I'll set up a Google workspace, I'll set up an email Account that'll be like John at Floatsa App. Right? That would be my, my Chinese thing. Right. But then I'm not going to have to set up, you know, my info at Gen API and my Privacy@Gen API. What I do is I come into my Google Admin and purchases come from purchases@genaipi.org. john's personal email is this. Here's the verified systems and what we're doing. And so it creates all of the emails, it creates all of the email templates, it writes all of the HTML and all the code and everything. And then it just triggers the API to send a message. Right? And so when you finish a test, when you purchase a course, if you submit a request on the Contact Us page or any of that stuff, it's automatically using SendGrid through this thing that I, you know, it took me a couple hours to get this all set up because I have a lot. It's pretty complex. There's a lot of different types of emails that go out. System notifications, transactional emails, you know, password resets, general communications, all of that. And I can build obviously my own marketing system in here too, if I wanted. Now, of course, I'm probably going to surf for that. I actually have no emails like email sequences or mailchimp or anything set up right now for Gen API. I don't have any email list. Right. I have all of it. And I set up a bunch of aliases. Aliases are free, okay? So emails of people that have signed up for stuff and people like you guys who have taken this course. But I just haven't done any marketing. Only because I'm just, I'm a. I'm one dude, right? I just haven't set it up yet. It's just one of those tasks and I've been going four months and here we are. By the way, I got an offer yesterday to be bought out, which is pretty crazy. And I might take it. I've got info, no reply, Enterprise Privacy, Legal, CEO Admin Press. And I have different use cases for these. Okay. And so if somebody emails CEO at Gen API or Privacy at Jenna API. And by the way, if you go onto my site here, and it's pretty cool, and I haven't told that to anybody, we sign out and we go to the bottom here and we click on privacy policy policy. We scroll the bottom. Hey, and. And I won't really announce it until it's all the way done, obviously. But, but I got. So two months ago, I got an offer. Someone offered me $1.5 million for 40% of the company of Genaipi. By the way, there's an email. If somebody wants to email me, email me about this and ask me something fantastic. They can do that. Now. It will show up in my johneneipi.org you know, inbox, and when I reply, it will come from John. I started this February 27th. And so it was about May 1st, I got an offer for, you know, to. To, you know, to buy 40%. I was like, you know what? $1.5 million. That's cool. Like, I would like that. And I still have 60%, whatever, right? And the $1.5 million, I want to be clear, it was going to be 500,000 was going to come to me, IPI.org, but I can now receive. I got all these buckets basically where I can receive whatever I need to. Right, hold on, let's cancel that. I don't want to change anything there. Okay. So in Google Workspace, you go to me and like, 900,000 was going to go to. Was going to go to the business itself, your users. You click on your user and then once you're inside your user, it's super easy. Your user information right here allows you. Anyway, so I put some money in my pocket and we'd have some great operating budget. We could really grow and scale and hire some people. And. And I was like, I'm gonna make more money than that this year by myself. And so I. That's not gonna work. Right? So anyway, I said no to that. But then to add, you just go edit and you just say, all right, you know, just for fun, I had a very famous person reach out to me and say, hey, I want to launch something like this, and you already have a great establishment. I need somebody who knows how to run it and how to do this. Can I buy this? And then you'll run it for me right? @jennaipi.org Save it. Boom. That email exists now, that alias now exists. Anyway. It's a big name that all of you guys would know, and it's really exciting and I'm excited to tell you about it, but I can't in there. Okay, so setting up that email, then you'll set everything up with Send grid. Come on, Send grid work. Continue and say any more than that, because I'm under NDA. So anyway, cool stuff, but I built all this out in a few hours, And here we are, you know, four months later with an exit. Now, there was a big Israeli startup. What is it called? Israeli startup acquired after six months. We're going to say AI. Continue. Wait, is this Twilio? I don't want Twilio. I literally want SendGrid right now. Yeah, that's fine. Send. There's a. Called. Yeah, it was acquired by Grid. I just need to send Grid. Just give me by Wix. But basically they, they built this company called something something 44. What's it called? Base. Base 44. Yeah, yeah, baseboard. Even this. But send. Guys. So Twilio is the texting version of it or there it is. So base 44. It's really interesting. If you go to base4.com it's Replit, right? But instead of having to. Okay, that's what you'll want to use if you're. If you need any sort of text, if you want to do a two FA authentication or you want some sort of texting, whatever. All right, let's, let's get this little code here set up. Your emails and your texting and your API integrations and all that stuff. It just has it all set up for you. Right. And so it's kind of like the next step beyond replit here so I can log in. I want to show you how this works. 9, 3 5. I actually haven't tried going in and playing with it, but this guy built it. It's really, really easy to show. By the way. I did not know how this works while I was sitting using using AI to build it. He got a ton of customers. He kind of went viral somewhere and, and he lit, yeah, 10,000 users within its first three weeks, but then got up to 250,000 users. He started it earlier. This ended up. I knew I had heard of SendGrid before and so I was just like, hey, let's use SendGrid to set up emails. And it's like, okay, great year six months ago and sold it for 80 and it said grab this API key and do this. And then what I do here is I can come in million dollars to wix last Wednesday day. So cool to my senders under marketing here and I can configure different senders for this. So I've got my one email address but then send Grid, guys. So I'm not getting acquired for 80 million. I can say that. But it's pretty awesome, right? To be able to, to build something in a few months, build a ton of value, drive a bunch of revenue through it, make that all that and then, and then obviously have some sort of big exit event allows me to use different from Email addresses and things like that to configure right now. Guys, we're in this period, this time period where, where again you've got this knowledge gap. Right. That knowledge gap is going to shrink though, right. And so I encourage all of you that are starting businesses before the rest of the world figures this out, just crank and set them up. So I have my info and my no reply and my enterprise and CEO and press so I can now actually send emails through sendgrid from like you've never cranked before and just build, build, build, build, build and push from this list. Right. And here's. Here's all the things that it does and then inside of rep towards customers. So let's talk about how to get customers. Okay. So when I obviously marketing is and by the way we've got Travis Chambers on here. He's a brilliant marketer, one of the best. I've. I thought I've followed Travis for a long time even before I met him. I did hire Chamber Media back in my. My company split. I have and I'll show you this. I'll go right into Gen API and show you what's at a long time ago as well. And that was fun but. But Travis knows what he's doing here. Sorry it they need to add a search functionality right here for my app so I don't have to scroll all the way down. I can look through my dozens of different apps. All of these app here. So anyway, I feel like he's watching me and listening and judging me. But I want to show you what I did for Jenny ipi. Right. Because what I did is not judging. All right. Actually with all this new AI stuff I feel like apps are businesses that could be launched by somebody if you wanted. You know, if you're coming if you're obsolete. I mean it's the main reason I sold Chamber Media is because I struggling coming up with an idea. Just come to me and I'll give you one of mine. Well, I actually built a copywriting. It's really weird because I built genapi. Here it is. Okay, so let's just ask the assistant here. So a copywriting tool on GPT3 in 2020 and I spent maybe $150,000 with machine learning, learning engineer and a bunch of VA. Actually I have asked this question before. So here it is. So I say what are my email settings? Right. So here it is. I've got my send grade and a front end guy and then I couldn't figure out how to API key. I've got my email. The default is no reply. Here's my admin. Purchases come from purchasesenaipi.org John's personal email. Sell that tool because it was based off of 80,000 ads I'd scraped from Facebook. And then I got to the point where I'm like, I'm just. We're just going to sell this as our internal tool that we're using in our marketing because this, here's the verified systems and what we're doing. And so it creates all of the emails. I know that AI is just going to build and do all of this emails. It creates all of the email templates, it writes all of the HTML and all the code and everything. And then in a few years. And so all those companies like Jarvis and Copy AI, you know, eventually they're just going to be irrelevant because you'll just be able to do it with ChatGPT. So I've actually been in a. I'm really glad I got out of advert. It just triggers the API to send a message, right. And so when you finish a test, when you purchase a course, if you submit a, you know, request on the Contact Us page and into physical things, because AI Dr. Any of that stuff, it's automatically using SendGrid through this thing that I, you know, it took me a couple hours to get this all set up because I have a lot. It's pretty complex. There's a lot of different types of emails that go out. Can't replace a hotel. It can't. At least not until we have robots that are building it. And still. And still the humans still have to visit it. It can't replace an experience. Yeah, exactly. So anyways, I'm actually like, I feel like I'm catching up to all this AI stuff for system notifications, transactional emails, you know, password resets, general communications, all of that. And I can build obviously my own marketing system in here too, if I wanted. Now, of course, I'm probably going to surf for that. I actually have no emails like email sequences or advertising now because now I can implement and use all these tools and, you know, I don't want to waste time and money paying people to do stuff either, so. Yeah, yeah, that's awesome. Thank you for that little tidbit, Travis. It's. It's big time. By the way, guys, I've got Travis installed over here. He's one of my. I've got Pocket Travis sitting right mailchimp or anything set up right now for Jenna ipi. I don't have an Email list, right? I have all of here. And I can ask him. I can say, hey, you know, help me. Yeah. What is your golden message? Right. Yeah. Boom. I could just start right there and come in here and. And it will just start the emails of people that have signed up for stuff and people like you guys who have taken this course. But I just haven't done any marketing. Only because I'm just, I'm a. I'm one dude, right? I just haven't set it up yet. It's just, you know, figuring that out. Okay, what is this three second power punch, right? And so Travis trained one of those tasks and I've been going four months and here we are. By the way, I got an offer yesterday to be bought out, which is pretty crazy. And I might take it into GPT, right, to do this and I'll show you guys how to do it. It's very, very easy to set this up. But, but anyway, I could then do this and say, okay, I need Travis. I need you to help me work on whatever. And he's, he's trained it and, and you can do the same thing. Even if, even if Travis hadn't set this up, like, if I wanted, I don't know, Russell Brunson with quick funnels to help me set up a quick funnel, I could just ask. It's pretty cool. And I haven't told that to anybody and I won't really announce it until it's all the way done, obviously. But I got. So two months ago, I got an offer. Someone offered me 1.5 million AI and be like, I want you to act like Russell Brunson or whatever. Maybe he has two Ls, I don't remember. But anyway, and help me make a quick funnel, right? And you dive in and do it. And there's so much published material out there by Russian dollars for 40% of the company of Jenny IPA, by the way, Brunson, that it could absolutely help me, you know, with. It's not going to be 100%. I started this February 27th. And so it was about May 1st I got an offer, but it's going to get me like 70% maybe of what he would say for free. Completely for free. It's just there. I can do it, right? So it's crazy. It's very interesting what's out there right now. Let's click update. So it doesn't keep telling me that, but, but anyway, let's get back to, to the marketing funnel and how I set all this up. So again, Back to my story of starting Jenny API. Thursday, I give myself for, you know, to. To, you know, to buy 40. I was like, you know what? $1.5 million. That's cool. I. I like that. And I still have 60% whatever, right? And the $1.5 million, I want to be clear, it was going to be 500,000 was going to come to me Challenge Friday, I'm not quite done. Saturday, I finish it and I'm like, okay, it's Saturday night, it's 3am no one's picking up the phone right now. So I'm going to run some ads. So I decided I want to run some Facebook ads. So the way that I did that, let's go into the General AI Proficiency Institute project, which has tons and tons of things in here, and let's find my. And like, 900,000 was going to go to. Was going to go to the business itself. And anyway, so I put some money in my pocket and we'd have some great operating budget. We could really grow and scale and hire some people. And. And I was like, I'm going to make more money than that this year by myself. And so I. That's not going to work. Right. So anyway, I said no to that. But then. Where is it? It's actually kind of fun to go back and like, read through all this. I know I have this here. Where's my social posts? There's a LinkedIn post. This post actually went viral. I said, give me. Help me build a LinkedIn post. It'll go viral. And I worked on it and I spent, I don't know, 10, 10 minutes, 20, had a very famous person reach out to me and say, hey, I want to launch something like this and you already have a great establishment. I need somebody who knows how to run it and how to do this. Can I buy this? And then you'll run it for me? Right? And it's on it. And finally got it out and it went. It went super viral, man. Where is. Oh, here we go. Here we go. This might be it. This might be it. Social media posts. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Here we go. Okay. So I basically said, hey, give me 10 posts with images for social media. So part of what I wanted to do that, that, you know, in order to feel like when you. When you're shopping for something. Anyway, it's a big name that all of you guys would know, and it's really exciting and I'm excited to tell you about it, but I can't. Right. You're going to click on Their social profile and you're going to see if they have content. You're gonna see what it's like and you're gonna maybe on their Facebook profile or maybe their LinkedIn profile, whatever it is, whatever the topic is, right? You're gonna go and you're gonna look around and so I wanted to make sure if somebody landed on my site, right? Any remember anywhere they can say any more than that because I'm under NDA. So anyway, cool stuff, but I built all this out in a few hours. Click. I don't want them to have a paper cut. I don't want the death by a thousand paper cuts. And so if I. And here we are, you know, four months later with an exit. Now there was a big Israeli startup, what is it called? Israeli startup acquired after six months. We're going to say I have this link here of Facebook. I want to be able to click on it or Instagram and I want it to populate stuff. And so I built a bunch of stuff and I didn't do a ton. I did, you know, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. I think I did six. I think I did seven. I think I did these seven posts. Or maybe it was only six. Maybe I started this one and then, yeah, that was like some random one I did. And I'm like, hey, let's have it called. Yeah, it was acquired by. By Wix. But basically they, they built this company called AI helped me create these things, right? So some of them are good, some are not. Whatever, I don't even care. There was content there and so it just kind of checked the box. That's what I was trying to do. Okay, really quickly. But I went into to here and I had it create a bunch of different posts, right? Here's post, right? AI Revolution is here. You read something, something 44. What's it called? Base. Base 44. Yeah, yeah, base 40. Great. All right. Hey, let's get rid of some emojis. Stuff like that. I had it create some images for me or there it is. So base 44, it's really interesting. If you go to base44.com I said I don't like these images. And so I went into mid Journey and did it. The bottom line is I had to create a bunch of different content, right? And I had it make these ads for me, right? I said make some clickbaity ads, but make them professional, right? And. And this is, this is what I want. Okay? It's replit, right? But instead of having to. And so hey, add three so I've got like a description, a title, all these different things. And so then I can go in, set up your emails and your texting and your API integrations and all that stuff. It just has it all set up for you. Right. And so it's kind of like the next step beyond replit. I actually haven't tried going in and playing with it, but this guy built it using. Using AI to build it. He got a ton of. To my meta ads manager here. Let's go to campaigns and let's actually open up what I did here. New awareness campaign. I'm gonna say it's probably that one ad set customers. He kind of went viral somewhere and he lit. Yeah, 10,000 users within his first three weeks, but then got up to 250,000 users. He started it earlier. This Sorry ad. Yeah, yeah, here we go. Okay, so a couple cool things about Facebook. If you haven't run, you know, run ads on here, obviously a couple of you guys have, but there's here six months ago and sold it for 80. There's some really neat things that they do now. One of them is called Dynamic Creative. And so Dynamic Creative allows you to create a bunch of different combinations. You upload several images, you upload a bunch of text and then it tries all of those combination million dollars to WIX last Wednesday. So cool, right? And it figures out which one is best and AI and automation and machine learning, you, you know, figure out what works best. So that's pretty cool. The other AI element that's in here and this is getting stronger in size. So I'm not getting acquired for 80 million, I can say that. But it's pretty awesome, right? To be able to, to build something in a few months, build a ton of value, drive a bunch of revenue through it, make that all that and then, and then obviously have some sort of big exit event. Stronger is the advantage plus audience, right? So Advantage plus audience, basically you. You don't even have to do targeting anymore, which is crazy, right? With media, bad buying, you used to have to do like. Like that was a huge reason why you hire Chamber Media, right? That's why you would do that is because they had experts at buying and they'd try all these different hooks and all these different things and you know, they have their process. But right now, guys, we're in this period, this time period where, where again, you've got this knowledge gap, right? That knowledge gap is going to shrink though, right? And so I encourage, encourage all of you that are. But now Facebook just does it for you. It will find the right audience, it will find the right combination of stuff, and it's doing it without my permission somehow. I don't even know. But I've seen ads for starting businesses before. The rest of the world figures this out. Just cramming API out there, where I'm like, I didn't create that creative. It's just doing it. It's just making it. So Mark Zuckerberg came out not too long ago and said, hey, we're going to create ads for you. You're going to give us, like, think like you've never cranked before and just build, build, build, build, build, and push some of your stuff and your text and your idea. And you're saying, this is my goal. And then we're going to use AI to create everything and try all these things. We'll try a thousand variations that you don't even, you know, you just have to tell us, like, what it is towards customers. So let's talk about how to get customers. Okay, so when I. Obviously marketing is. And by the way, we've got Travis Chambers on here, who's a brilliant marketer, one of the best. I've. I've fallen. If you have like a product image or something, and then. Great. And then we'll just, we'll do this. We'll do exactly what we were doing here. Sorry. With the. With the images where we're combining, you know, stuff into here and creating all these variations and all this different stuff. They'll do all that behind the scenes. They'll just create a ton of content. Followed Travis for a long time, even before I met him. I did hire Chamber Media back in my. My company, and. And it'll do it for you. So this is going to continue to change very, very quickly. But all I did was come in here and I took all of my. My images that were created. And by the way, I created a bunch of these images using AI and then I used Canva to put eek a long time ago as well. And that was fun. But. But Travis knows what he's doing here. So anyway, I feel like he's watching me and listening and judging me. But I want to show you what I did for Jenny API. Right. Because what I did is together. Okay. So Canva allows you. For those of you that haven't used Canva, I'm sure most of you have. But. But, like, here was a, you know, motivation, whatever type thing. Right? This is actually a video, actually, with all this new AI stuff, I feel like that plays I don't know why I don't see the play button. Anyway, this is a video. But yeah, AI is the plane is just kind of moving, whatever. So I use that one. And then I, you know, set this one up here. And I'm just taking the text that CHAT GPT put together for me. Throw my logo on, little thing right there. And so I got all this ad creative. Some of it's good, some it's whatever I did. Some without any. Any images or. Sorry, any text. Only the images here, right? And then I upload a ton of. So here's all the images being uploaded. Obsolete. I mean, it's. The main reason I sold Chamber Media is because I built. I actually built a copywriting. It's really weird because I built a copywriting tool on GPT3 in 2020 and I spent maybe $150,000 with a machine learning, learning engineer and a bunch of va. And then all the primary texts, all these different variations were generated by ChatGPT. I just pulled them right out of these, right? Here's all the titles, here's all this stuff right back into here. He's in a front end guy. And then I couldn't figure out how to. And come down to my headlines. I threw in five headlines. I threw in five descriptions. So five times. Five times, five times six images is 750. 750 different variations that Dynamic Creative is going to just test out there and make it happen. Now, in order to run a sales test, you need about $5 for seven days to get kind of your first signals of whether or not an ad is working well. Now if you do a ton of variations, we have 750 variations. Sell that tool because it was based off of 80,000 ads I'd scraped from Facebook. And then I got to the point where I'm like, I'm just. We're just going to sell this as our internal tool that we're using in our marketing because it's actually not long enough or enough budget. You need to spend a little bit more than that. But you don't want to jump in because I know that AI is just going to build and do all of this, usually with an ad, and start at $100 or 200 or $1,000. Right. Usually want to start relatively small, 20, 30, 50 bucks and let it go for a week, let it learn its audience, start to get the conversions right, and then you can increase the budget. You don't want to start at $5 in a few years. And so all those companies Like Jarvis and Copy AI, you know, eventually they're just going to be irrelevant because you'll just be able to do it with chat GPT. So I've actually been in a. I'm really glad I got out of advertising, then jumped to a hundred dollars, right? You want to kind of, you know, take it up and there's a lot of stuff you can learn about this that AIs. AI knows all of this, right? You pay someone like Travis, you know, Travis's team to do that for you. But, but the reality is, guys, AI, just like Travis was saying, right? This is why he sold his business, right? And he kind of did it at just the right time, by the way, and into physical things because AI. But AI can guide you through this. Right now I am in the middle of. Can't replace a hotel. It can't. At least not until we have of doing a completely new AI business funnel setup. And I'm working on making sure that all of my events and pixels and all of the CTAs and everything is really, really, really awesome. Right? And you know, Facebook robots that are building it and still. And still the humans still have to visit it. It can't replace an experience. Yeah, exactly. So anyways, I'm actually like, I feel like I'm catching up to all this AI stuff for advertising now because now I can implement and use all these tools and, you know, I don't want to waste time and money paying people to do stuff either. So. Yeah. Yeah, that's awesome. Thank you for that little tidbit, Travis. It's. It's big time. By the way, guys, I've got Travis installed over here. He's one of my. I've got Pocket Travis sitting right here. And I can ask him. I can say, hey, you know, help me. Yeah. What is your golden message? Right? Yeah. Boom. I could just start right there. And I've done all this stuff. I had done a lot of this stuff already, but we've built a really. I'm building really, really strong funnels to be able to create even better capabilities of, of doing this. And anyway, I might. I might stop this effort completely because I might sell it to somebody else who has a way bigger name than me. I'm in here. And. And it will just start, you know, figuring out, okay, what is this three second power punch, right? And so Travis ch. Trained a GPT, right, to do this. And I'll show you guys how to do it. It's very, very easy to set this up, but. And then, you know, Kind of take that over for them. So anyway. But anyway, I could then do this and say, okay, I need Travis. I need you to help me work on whatever, and he's trained it and you can do the same thing. Even if Travis hadn't set this up, like, if I wanted, I don't know, Russell Brunson with quick funnels to help me set up a quick funnel, I could just ask an AI and be like, I want you to act like Russell. Any questions about what I'm doing in here or kind of some of the results I got, or Russell Brunson or whatever. Maybe he has two Ls, I don't remember. But anyway, and help me make a quick happen and you know, how it's working or any of that stuff. What. What question? Like, do you guys feel like you could set up a meta campaign? One of the things that you do need to do if you have. If you want to do a campaign in meta, is you have fun, right? And you dive in and do it. And there's so much published material out there by Russell Brunson that it could absolutely help me, you know, with. It's not going to be 100, but it's going to get me like 70 maybe of what he would say for free. Completely for free. It's just there. I can still have a Facebook page, right? And an Instagram page. It's good to have both of those. And then you can run it through here if you can do it right. So it's crazy. It's very interesting what's out there right now. Let's click update. So it doesn't keep telling me that, but. But anyway, let's get back to. To the marketing funnel and how I settle this up. So again, back to my story of starting Jenny API. Thursday, I give myself the challenge. Friday, I'm not quite done. Saturday, I finish it and I'm like, okay, it's Saturday night, it's 3:00am don't have that. Then you can't. You don't have an identity and you can't run. You can't run ads, right? So that's one requirement. And it's. It's honestly very like, you guys are all smart people, right? You know how to click through buttons and just fill out forms, and that's all you're doing as you go through. You just kind of start at the top. No one's picking up the phone right now. So I'm going to run some ads. So I decided I want to run some Facebook ads. So the way That I did that. Let's go into the General AI Proficiency Institute project, which has tons. And fill it out, right? And if you have a question, ask chat GPT, right? Say, hey, what do I do here? What's the. Tons of things in here? And let's find my. Where is it? It's actually kind of fun to go back and, and like read through all this. I know I have this here. Where's my social posts? There's a LinkedIn post. This post actually went viral. I said, give me. Help me build a LinkedIn post that'll go viral. And I worked on it and I spent, I don't know, 10, 10 minutes, 20 minutes setting here. What should I do? Okay, any questions on this, guys? And it's on it. And finally got it out and it went. It went super viral, man. Where is. Oh, so you said that Facebook can just create that for you if you just like give it a prompt or like give it some information about your business. It will. Here we go. Here we go. This might be it. This might be it. Social media posts. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Here we go. Okay. Yeah, that's what Mark Zuckerberg is doing right now. He was in an interview. So I basically said, hey, give me 10 posts with images for social media. So part of what I wanted to do that, that you know, in order to feel like when you, when you're shopping for something, right, you're going to click on their social profile and you're going to see if they have content. You're going to see what it's like and you're going to maybe on their Facebook profile or maybe their LinkedIn profile, whatever it is, whatever the topic is, right? You're gonna go and you're gonna look around. So not out yet. But they're working on it quite out yet. But again right now you can do that kind of man. And so I wanted to make sure if somebody landed on my site, right? Any. Remember, anywhere they click, I don't want them to have a paper cut. I don't want the death by a thousand paper cuts. And so if I annually like I did, right, Go jump in, use mid journey, use Canva, use whatever. Put a few things together. What I do guys, the way I did this is actually not that hard. I'm sitting there waiting have this link here of Facebook. Well, I want me to be able to click on it or Instagram and I want it to populate stuff. And so I built a bunch of stuff. Now I didn't do a ton. I did, you know, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. On. On Replit to do stuff for me, right? And I'm like having to wait five minutes. I think I did six. I think I did seven. I think I did these seven posts. Or maybe it was only six. Maybe I started this one and then, yeah, that was like some random one I did. And I'm like, hey, let's have AI help me create these things, right? So some of them are good, some are not. Whatever, I don't even care. There was content there. And so it just kind of checked the box. That's what I was trying to do. Okay. Really quickly. But I went. It's between a prompt. And so while that's going, I'm setting up my Facebook page and I'm in Canva and I'm making it into to here. And I had it create a bunch of different posts, right? Here's post, right? AI Revolution is here. You ready? Great. All right. Hey, let's get rid of some emojis stuff, stuff like that. I had it create some images for me, an image, and I'm asking it to create stuff. So I'm just like multitasking, bouncing around, doing a few of these tasks and. And eventually I got a bank account set up and I got my email set up and I got all these, you know, I said, I don't like these images. And so I went into mid journey and did it. But bottom line is I had to create a bunch of different content, right? And I had it make these ads for me, right? I said make some these little systems that I need to make sure that I can, you know, accept money. By the way, guys, if you're going to accept McBaity ads, but make them professional, right? And. And this is. This is what I want, okay? And so, hey, add three. So I've got like a description, a title, all these different things. And so then I can go into my meta Ads Manager here. Let's go to campaigns and let's actually open up, honey. There's obviously a lot of different options out there. I'm a fan of Stripe, right? What I did here, new awareness. There's probably some other great ones out there, but Stripe is really quite amazing. It. The reason it's good is because it has global capabilities. You can campaign. I'm going to say it's probably that one ad set. Sorry, ad. Yeah, here we go. Okay, so a couple of cool things about Facebook. If you accept credit cards from around, around the world, you can even set it up to accept crypto if you want, right? I mean it can do. Haven't run, you know, run ads on here, obviously a couple of you guys have. But there's, there's some really neat things that they do now. One of them is called dynamic creative. And so dynamic creative allows you to create a bunch of different combinations. You upload several images, you upload a bunch of text and then it tries all of those combinations, right? And it figures out which one is best. And AI and automation and machine learning, you, you know, figure out what works best. So that's pretty cool. The other AI element that's in here and this is getting stronger and do all kinds of cool stuff for you. And I should add crypto, except I should, I should accept crypto on gen ipi. That'd be fun. That's very forward thinking and I launched it stronger is the Advantage plus Audience. Right. So Advantage plus Audience basic token back in the day. So I like all that stuff. But yeah, they're so good. They have an incredibly. You don't even have to do targeting anymore, which is crazy, right? But media buying, you used to have to do like, like that was a huge reason why you hire Chamber media, right? That's why you would do that is because they had API system. You just sign up, grab the API and let Replit do all the experts at buying and they'd try all these different hooks and all these different things and you know, they have their process but. But now Facebook just does it for you. It will find the right audience, it will find the right combination of stuff and it's doing it without my permission somehow. I don't even know. But I've seen ads for Genaipi out there where I'm like, I didn't create that creative. It's just doing. It's just making it. So Mark Zuckerberg came out not too long ago and said, hey, we're going to create ads for you. You're going to give us like some of your stuff and your text and your idea and you're going to say this is my goal. And then we're going to use AI to create everything and set up for it. If you don't know what's going on, ask Replit. Hey, what do I need to do here? You asked me to do something. I don't know, I don't understand how to do that. Okay, so all right, other questions about the social media or any anything we've talked about, right? I've got to try all these things. We'll try a thousand variations that you don't Even, you know, you just have to tell us, like, what it is, and if you have, like a product image or something, then great. And then we'll just, we'll do this. We'll do exactly what we were doing here. A few more things to go over, but just want to take a break here before we keep going. I'm sorry. With the, with the images where we're combining, you know, stuff into here and creating all these variations and all this different stuff. They'll do all that behind the scenes. They'll just create a ton of content and. And it'll do it for you. So this is going to continue to change very, very quickly. But all I did was come in here and I took all of my. My images that were created. And by the way, I created a bunch of these images using AI and then I use Canva to put it together. Okay, so Canva allows you. For those of you that haven't used canva, I'm sure most of you have. But if needed, a break. If needed. And I need to drink some water. Yeah, I have lots of questions on the sales side. Yeah, jump in. Yeah, Sometimes I forget stuff and you say something and I'm like, oh, yeah, let's go over that thing. So I don't even know what the question, but, like, here was. Here was a, you know, motivation, whatever type thing. Right. This is actually a video that plays. I don't know why I don't see the play button. Anyway, this is all right. I guess my, My problem is as a developer, like, I can build so much video. But yeah, AI is the plane is kind of moving, whatever. So I use that one. And then I, you know, set this one up here and I. I'm just taking the text that Chat GPT put together for me. Throw my logo on little thing right there. And so I got all this ad creative. Some of it's good. Some it's whatever I did. Some without any, Any images or, sorry, any text. Only the images here. Right. And then I upload a ton of. So here's all the images being uploaded and then all the primary texts. All these different variations were generated by ChatGPT. I just pulled them right out of these. Right. Here's all the titles, here's all this stuff right back into here. My problem has been just finding customers. So are you saying just. And come down to my headlines. I threw in five headlines. I threw in five description, run Facebook ads, and that's it. You'll magically find customers? Yeah, it's. It's kind of that simple. It's not exactly that simple. So 5 times 5 times 5 times 6 images is you have to do is you need to really be on top of the latest. I'm talking like 750, 750 different variations that dynamic creative is going to just test out there and make it happen. Now, in order to run a sales test, you need about $5 for seven days to get kind of your first signals of whether or not an ad is working well. Now, if you do a ton of variations, we have 750 variations. That's actually not long enough or enough budget. You need to spend a little bit more than that. But you don't want to jump in you the last few weeks of data from Facebook, right? So there are Reddit groups and things like that that you can find their Facebook ads and see what's working, what's not working, what are people struggling with. And you can take those forums, forums, the link to the forum, drop it into ChatGPT and say, hey, please explore this entire forum. Figure out the exact strategy that's working right now on Facebook to convert for this type of a product, usually with an ad, and start at a hundred dollars or two hundred or a thousand dollars, right? Usually want to start relatively small, 20, 30, 50 bucks and let it go for a week, let it learn its audience, start to get the conversions right, and then you can increase the budget you want. You don't want to start at $5 and then jump to $100, right? You want to kind of, you know, take it up. And there's a lot of stuff you can learn about this that AI's AI knows all of this, right? You pay someone like Travis, you know, Travis's team to do that for you. But, but the reality is, guys, I just like Travis was saying, right? This is why he sold his business, right? And he kind of did it at just the right time, by the way. But I can guide you through this. Right now I am in the middle of. Of doing a completely new AI business funnel setup. And I'm working on making sure that all of my, all of my events and pixels and all of the CTAs and everything is really, really, really awesome, right? And you know, Facebook, I. I've done all this stuff. I had done a lot of this stuff already, but we've built a really, I'm building really, really strong and. And then help me make a plan, right? And great. Help me make the content funnels to be able to create even better capabilities of doing this. And anyway, I might I might stop this effort completely because I might sell it to somebody else who has a way bigger name than me, and. And then, you know, kind of take that over for them. So anyway, any questions about what I'm doing in here or kind of some of the results I got or what happened and, you know, how it's working or any of that stuff? What, what question? Like, do you guys feel like you could set up a meta campaign? One of the things that you do need to do if you have, if you want to do a. A campaign in meta, is you have to have a Facebook page, right? And an Instagram page. It's good to have both of those. And then you can run it through here. If you don't have that, then you can't. You don't have an identity and you can't run. You can't run ads, right? So that's one requirement. And it's. It's honestly very like, you guys are all smart people, right? You know how to click through buttons and just fill out forms, and that's all you're doing as you go through. You just kind of start at the top and fill it out, right? And if you have a question, ask chat. GPT. Right? So, hey, what do I do here? What's the best setting here? What should I do? Okay, any questions on this, guys? So you said that Facebook can just create that for you. If you just, like, give it a prompt or like, give it some information about your business. It will. That's what? That's what. Yeah, that's what Mark Zuckerberg is doing right now. He was in an interview, so not out yet, but they're working quite out yet. But again, right now you can do that kind of manually, right? Like I did, right? Go, jump in, use mid journey, use Canva, use whatever. Put a few things together. What I do, guys, the way I did this is actually not that hard. I'm sitting there waiting on. On replit to do stuff for me, right? And I'm like having to wait five minutes between a prompt. And so while that's going, I'm setting up my Facebook page and I'm in Canva and I'm making an image and I'm asking it to create stuff. So I'm just like multitasking, bouncing around, doing a few of these tasks and. And eventually I got a bank account set up and I got my email set up, and I got all these, you know, all these little systems that I need to make sure that I can, you know, accept money by the Way, guys, if you're going to accept money, there's obviously a lot of different options out there. I'm a fan of Stripe. Right. There's probably some other great ones out there, but Stripe is really quite amazing. It. The reason it's good is because it has global capabilities. You can accept credit cards from around the world. You can even set it up to accept crypto if you want. Right. I mean, it can do all kinds of cool stuff for you. And I should add crypto, except I should. I should accept crypto on Gen API. That'd be fun. That's very forward thinking. And I launched a token back in the day, so I like all that stuff. But yeah, they're so good. They have an incredible API system. You just sign up, grab the API and let Replit do all the setup for it. And if you don't know what's going on, ask Replit. Hey, what do I need to do here? I. You asked me to do something. I don't know. I don't understand how to do that. Okay, so, all right. Other questions about the social media or any. Anything we've talked about. Right. I've got a few more things to go over, but just want to take a break here before we keep going. If needed. A break if needed. And I need to drink some water. Yeah, I have lots of questions on the sales side. Yeah, jump in. Yeah, sometimes I forget stuff and you say something and then I'm like, oh, yeah, let's go over that thing. So I don't even know what the questions are. I guess my, my problem is as a developer, it's like I can build so much. My problem has been just finding customers. So are you saying just run Facebook ads and that's it? You'll magically find customers? Yeah, it's. It's kind of that simple. It's not exactly that simple. What you have to do is you need to really be on top of the latest. I'm talking like the last few weeks of data from Facebook. Right. So there are Reddit groups and things like that that you can find their Facebook ads and see what's working, what's not working, what are people struggling with. And you can take those forums, the link to the forum, drop it into ChatGPT and say, hey, please explore this entire forum. Figure out the exact strategy that's working right now on Facebook to convert for this type of a product. And. And then help me make a plan. Right. And great. Help me make the content, help me make the text, help me make the Images or the video or whatever I need to do and then launch your ad, right? So that's one great way to fill, you know, it's top of funnel and then you're going to have retargeting, right? Which is. So you got like this huge funnel up top where you're just like awareness telling people about it, right? And then you're going to have a second ad running that's going to be retargeting and actually getting people that have engaged prior now you want to hit them again and hit a little bit harder and then eventually they'll keep going down. And then, you know, you can do lookalike audiences. Like, for example, I could take all of the email addresses of all of you guys that have taken this course and drop it into a system that will. That will create a lookalike audience and. And then find other people, like you guys that want to take the. You know, that want to take the course, right. There's a lot of different tools like that to run ads. But. But that's your first thing, Colton, is you got to. You got to let people know what's going on. Now I'm going to tell you guys a cool secret. I have sold maybe 10 courses through ads and I've sold hundreds. I'm over 250 courses now. 250 people that have taken this course. All through Organic social. I just post every single day. And I'm not always posting like, hey, take my course. Right. There's a. You know, Gary, Gary Vee is an amazing marketer. I highly recommend you want to learn how to use social to make money and to become somebody who sells things through social. Buy this book Day Trading Attention by Gary V by Gary Vaynerchuk. Awesome. He came out with this just last year. It's on audible if you like listening to it in the book. There's like, every page has examples, like real world examples of stuff that works. Doesn't work, whatever. There's one page that doesn't have an example every. I swear they're everywhere. And there's QR codes to the actual post. You can see what's happening, how people are engaging and. And he'll take you like through. He takes you through dozens and dozens of types of companies. I'm. I'm not kidding. Like 40 types of companies and scenarios where you would do stuff and how. How you could use it. Every platform how you do that. Because I'm telling you his. So he wrote Another book about 10 years ago called Jab, Jab, Jab Hook or. Yeah, so, yeah, jab, jab, jab, hook. I feel like that's what it's called anyway. My brain is. Jab, jab, jab, right, hook. I knew it was off. It felt off to me. Jab, jab, jab, right, hook. But the idea is, when you're selling through social, if you're just always saying, hey, buy my stuff. Hey, buy my stuff. Hey, buy my stuff, people are gonna be like, yeah, I don't want to see that anymore. Right? But if you're like, hey, look at this cool tool that I found. Hey, watch this cool thing that I did with this. Did you know that if you do this, you can save money? Here. Hey, here's my free guide for this. And then, hey, by the way, if you want to take my course, here's a link to it, right? So give value, value, value, free value, free value, free value. Then ask for a sale, right? And so how many of you guys would feel weird posting about your business and what you do for work on your personal Facebook page? Would that feel weird to you? Or would you be like, no, it's fine. Like, what do you think? What about you, Colton? You're the one asking about this. Yeah, I mean, I totally feel fine. Feel fine. Okay. A lot of people feel a little bit weird doing that and the. The opposite, right? Personal stuff on LinkedIn. And I'm not. I'm not a guru by any means, right? But, you know, I have a good number of followers on all platforms, and. And I've made, you know, millions of dollars from posting, right? Which is. Which is awesome. Not just with. Not just with this business, but other businesses, right? And I've done it for years, but it takes time to build it up, guys. Takes time to build it up. The reality is, I think your friends and your family and people that are connected to you through high school, they want to know what you do for work, right? They're interested, right? Hey, by the way, guys, I've never told you what I do for work. I do this, right? And then talk about that every once in a while. It doesn't have to be every post, right? You can still talk about your skateboarding and your family and your kids and your lake day and your birthday and all the fun stuff that you do and whatever you talk about on social, but throw professional stuff in there. Talk about it, right? And I've had so many old friends from high school and other things be like, hey, you do AI stuff, right? I need help with something. Hey, can you do some training? Our company, like, my boss asked if anybody knows. I was like, oh, yeah, my friend, my friend posts about all the time. Let me reach out to him, right? I get deals like that all the time. They're just random people that I know and, and I haven't heard from them in 15 years. And then all of a sudden they're like, hey, can I hire you? And I'm just like, sure, let's go. Right? And they also comment on my picture when I, you know, go kayaking off a waterfall, right? And that's cool. They're just, they're just my friends, right? Your friends want to do business with friends. And it already, it automatically adds that level of trust right there. And then on LinkedIn, you know, throw in the, throw in the kayaking picture too, right? And say, yeah, you know, when I'm, you know, so good to take a break from work and, you know, go, go get in the river and reset, whatever. Everyone likes those posts and comments like, oh, yeah, I love it that everybody wants to talk about anything but work when they're at work, right? And when they're on LinkedIn, they're at work. And so anyway, there's, there's really powerful in kind of mixing those, in mixing those things. And I wouldn't say by any means that I am, that I am, you know, excellent at it. One thing that I do that I know is not great is I usually post the same thing to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Same picture, same text. Go. There are optimizations you can and should do to your text and your video that just maybe, maybe makes it a little bit more professional focused or a little less professional focused if it's going on Facebook or whatever and different, you know, what do you call it, aspect ratios and things like that for video and different stuff. You just have to kind of learn those things. I obviously can't share all of that with you. The one thing I can share with you, you is that if you want to grow on social, you have to post every day. If you miss a day, you get, you know, you get dumped in the tank. But, but if you, if you do it every day and you set up Automations, do it every day, I'm going to show you guys a workflow to set up Automations. So Gary Vee, he does, he posts 60 times a day on social across all platforms in total, right? So maybe like, you know, 10 times on Twitter and maybe twice or three times on LinkedIn and four times on Facebook and across all platforms. 60 times a day. Now he has a team to do that. He's got a big system that works really well, but AI can completely replicate that system. And so I want to ask anybody right now if you guys can just verbally architect what you think now that, you know APIs, you've got Replit, you've got, you know, APIs, with ChatGPT, maybe with Mid Journey and all these different things. Like, how would you put together a system that automatically posts to Social for you every day, 60 times a day? How would you set that up? Just talk through it. I'm going to pick on someone if. Actually, yeah, we're going to. We're going to pick on Paige. Were you wanting to see? Yeah, Well, I was thinking. Hold on, please. If the. The only way my mind is functioning at the moment, even with all the different things, is to utilize replit, I'd create an app for myself that does it. And then I would use Manus, I'd use some of these other ones to create all the content for me that I would upload to something. But I know that I'm very blocky in, like, I don't know how to execute it. I would just tell Chat what I wanted and have Chat walk me through it. Yeah, no, that's awesome. That's perfect. And you're exactly right, Paige. You said everything. Correct. The only thing I didn't like that you said is I would have Manus create content and then I would upload it. Right. But I wouldn't. I wouldn't. I don't think you need to do that. I think you can actually set up something that automatically does it for you every day at 5am or whatever. Right? It can create your daily content. What I would do if I were doing this, guys, is I would set up something that you. First of all, you gotta use some system like Buffer. Okay, let me share Buffer. Okay, so that's. That. That's the end of the equation. So buffer. And I don't have my buffer set up right now. So. But. But it. It absolutely works. Let me just log into my personal account here. But basically what Buffer does is you can connect all your different channels. Your Twitter, Your X, your LinkedIn, your Instagram, your threads, Blue sky, right? And then what you do is you say, all right, I need a new post. And you say, you know, AI is awesome, and, you know, grab an image or whatever it is and it's ready to be posted. Okay? Then you would customize for each network as you want to do, and then it adds it. What Buffer does is it adds it into the queue, and then it will automatically post to all these platforms for you. Okay, so now what we need to do is we need to figure out how do we get con. So that. So that takes it. That's the last step, right? We're going to the platforms. Okay. On some sort of schedule that we preset in Buffer. Okay. Then what we got to figure out is how do we automate content? You know what I just did where I said AI is awesome and put a picture in there. How do we automate that? So, obviously, let's go for an API. So we'll look for Buffer API, right? And if you click on Buffer API, what's interesting is the last six years that you. You actually can't use their API. It doesn't exist. But luckily, Zapier is one of the ones that got through and I can look for. Oh, man, things keep getting in my way. Get away from me here. All right, so I need. Wow. AI workflows are doing some new stuff. This is cool. This is brand new. This was not here we could go, man, that's so cool. Anyway, let's go into Zaps, and I know there's a way to search for this. Okay, we're going to go Buffer Zapier. Let's just click that Buffer Automation right here. Okay, so here it is. So I could basically say, okay, I need to go into Buffer, and I want to go from, let's say, Google Drive. Okay. And so when something happens in Google Drive, like, for example, a new folder with text in an image attached to it shows up in Google Drive, then automatically add this to the queue right in Buffer, and then Buffer will automatically post to all these different platforms based on the rules that you set up. That. Okay, so now you're exactly right, Paige. You're going to use Replit to create something that automatically generates content, and you could use an API into Chat GPT to create the content. And by the way, you guys might think that, you know, API, that it's very easy to spot stuff written by AI. That's true. Unless you tell your AI to specifically avoid doing specific things that make it look like AI. Right? Make it sound more human. Don't do this, don't do that. And work on a good prompt and build that out so that you have a good prompt that is driving the. The content creation. Okay, that content creation is being done by Chat GPT. Then you could say, all right, for posts. For every post, I need you to create an image, and we're going to tie into the Mid Journey API, right? Or maybe just the Chat GPT, you know, API that does images. If you want to do that, that's great. Okay. And then you. And you can say, hey, you know, for this type of post, I want image for this type of post. I don't need an image for this type of. You just make these rules and you tell Replit, here are the rules that I want to do. And every Monday I want to do like, okay, State of the Union, what's happening? Right? What happened over the weekend? Thursday, Throwback Thursday. Here's something you know, from the past. You know, this, this AI feature, you know, came out a year ago and look where it is now. You know, you could create these kind of templates and ideas and kind of a content calendar. And then obviously you can always get in. The cool thing about Buffer is even if you have tons of things in here that's AI generated and created and put in here, you can at any time come in here and just drop your own thing in here and add it into the schedule, or just jump right into LinkedIn and post something directly or Facebook or whatever it is that you're trying to do there. But, but do you guys see how that would work? Do you guys see that workflow? Right? You start, start at the end. Okay, I need to post. I need to post somewhere. I'm going to use Buffer to post. That's going to take care of that piece for me. And then I need to fill Buffer with content, and I'm going to do that through a Zapier connection and I'm going to send stuff to my Google Drive through an API with Google Drive that Replit sets up, and that's it. And right now, obviously, if you don't remember all that, you can come back and review the course later and look at the last 30 minutes where I'm talking about it. Or ask ChatGPT. Just like Paige said, hey, I need to set this up. This is my idea. I want to do this. But I can tell you this knowing, okay, I've got Zapier, I've got ChatGPT and Google Drive and Buffer. If you kind of say this, this is the tool set I want to use, then I'll be like, okay, I know exactly how to set this up for you. So just having those ideas in your head of how do I. How do I architect it? Can I. One thing that's really helpful is get a piece of paper, get a whiteboard, whatever, and just write the flow out. And then you can literally Take a picture of that whiteboard and hand it to Chat GPT and it can read it and put it together for you. Right. And then tell you what to do. So you can also say, hey chatgpt, here's my idea. I want to be able to do this and I want to use this. Can this be improved or do you think this is a really good way to accomplish what I'm trying to accomplish here and it will do it for you. Okay, so any questions about that? I really want to make sure that question is answered. Answered well. About how to set up that, that marketing workflow. I've been talking about it for like a month because I've been thinking about it and I haven't done it. I just haven't had time to sit down and do it. It's another one of those to do list items that I will eventually do. But I know it's possible. The connections are all there and it's probably honestly for me about a four hour project. And I bet honestly it'd be a pretty cool project. I better be a prod. I could probably make it and, and productize it in a way that people would actually probably pay for it. Automated AI that automatically goes to your accounts. That'd be pretty cool. You'd have to have them log in with LinkedIn and log and sync their accounts to it. So that would work that way. I guess you'd only have to sync Buffer. Anyway, sorry guys, I'm thinking about it. It's. Anyway, I need to. Setting up for yourself is different than setting up for somebody else. You have to architect it a little bit differently with privacy and different things. Things like that permissions. But I think it's possible. I think it's possible to do. You could also try to do a direct like post from my replit project directly to Facebook type thing. But that might be. That might be harder because then you have to maintain the connection between your project and Facebook and if Facebook updates something, it might break. You might need new permissions and all that stuff. Buffer already has that. There's also other ones. There's other ones beside Buffer. There's like hootsuite and a couple other tools that are competitive to buffer and hootsuite. But those are your two big ones and they all have APIs. They all do really cool stuff one too. Which one is golden later dot com? I don't know that one. That's cool. And yeah, there's a bunch. There's a bunch out there. Right. Obviously, if they have nice open APIs, then. Fantastic, right? And you can also just say, you know what? Buffer's old, doesn't have APIs. I'm going to make a new one. Make your own, then sell that product. It's really interesting, guys, the value in software. And by the way, every company in the world needs software. I don't care if you sell potatoes. You gotta have a website for it, right? You gotta have something that takes your orders, that just does that. And a website, while it's simple, is still a piece of software. Software is everywhere. It rules the world. But the value of software is approaching the value of the creation of software. That thing that has for a long time cost tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars to create is now tanking at a crazy fast rate. And that's kind of crazy. That's kind of flipping our, our whole world on its head. And a lot of people are denying it. They're just like, they're in denial. At least they're like, there's no, no, there's no way you're going to replace me. I'm too good of a developer. I'm a senior developer. I have 20 years of experience and I can do whatever, right? I don't care. I don't care how good you are. AI can learn everything you learned and build everything you've ever built in the amount of time it takes me to say this sentence right. You just can't compete with that. You just can't. Right? Does it mean that developers are obsolete? No, absolutely not. Colton is going to kill it. He's going to go build tons of cool stuff. I'm excited to watch everything that he does, okay? But as AI continues to grow, we're just gonna have to figure out where that, where that value in the chain really is created. It used to be you had to. In order to get software, you had to go down to Best Buy or. What is that, Circuit City, I think Circuit Rip, Circuit City, anyway, or something else like that. And, and you'd buy a box and, you know, and all this cool packaging and there was a CD in there, and then you'd install it and, you know, anytime you want to an update, you had to go back to Circuit City and buy the new one and install the new one. And anyway, then, you know, the Internet got fast enough, right? And we could start downloading it. And then all of a sudden people said, hey, what if we just do subscriptions? And, you know, we'll create recurring revenue because recurring revenue is way more valuable. And, and, and now all Of a sudden, it's like, wait a second, can I just create what I need? Like, I don't want to pay $500. Like, I literally, the other day, guys, I. I saw a company just raised like $40 million, and they're an AI SEO company, okay? AI SEO is important because at this point, Google searches have dropped by 14% in the last year. Think about that one. That's scary. People are asking AI what to do and what to buy. So how do you make sure that your product is known by Chad GPT, and by perplexity and by all these AIs, right? So you actually have to structure your website a little bit differently and make sure. Sure. You know, Travis, this is something you're in your. You and your team should do for our AI SEO. So that when people say, hey, I want something cool do in Utah. Something cool to do in Utah comes up. Is, you know, a suggestion by AI, right? You got to figure out what are all those. What are all those phrases and all those things? And is your data, are your blogs, are all your pages as AI SEO ready? And so anyway, this company, I looked at it, I was like, yeah, this is awesome. I want to. I want to run through it and see, you know, check my site. And it's like, in order to check your site site, you have to sign up for it, and it's $500 a month. And I was like, I'm not going to pay $500 to see if my site is, you know, good, right? And so I jumped on Grok, and I said, grok, there's a company that just raised a bunch of money. It's called this. Find out everything you can about it and what they do, what is the exact thing that they're doing? Like, what is their secret sauce? And it's like, oh, I found all these articles and people talking about it, and here's all the stuff they do. I said, great. And then I took all that stuff and I dropped it into replit. And I said, replit, I want you to check all of these different things and make sure that my site is completely structured for AI SEO. And I said, hey. And I said, I want you to do a. I just want you to do a check. Give me a report back first. And it looked and it said, yeah, your site is terrible for AI SEO. We need. According to all this, we need to do this, this, this, this, this, this, and this. And I was like, great, do it all. And it came back and I said, all right, give me a new report. All green. You're optimized for AI SEO and normal SEO and your Facebook pixels and your Google Analytics and all that stuff. It's all set up. I have this beautiful system and structure that AI set up for me. And so I completely replaced a 500amonth cost by simply asking AI to recreate its value and then giving it to another AI to actually implement it. And I do that all the time, guys. Right? Like you can do it all the time. And maybe instead of buying HubSpot or buying Salesforce for your business, right? Especially when you're small, right? Have Replit add in a little admin section on your website so that you can keep track of all of your customers and you can email your customers straight through there. You can keep track of deal flow through there. You can make a little thing. So I'll show you, I'll show you one thing. Inside of Jenny API, I have an admin section. Okay. If I come here, I'm not logged in. No admin. When I log in to my, to my name, my username, there's my admin. Now I can come into my admin, I've got user management. And coming here, I can change, you know, the different access. I think I showed you guys this, right? But course content, live courses, test content, test results. I built a system so I can, I can search and see, you know, the different tests that have been taken, you know, certificates and things like that. I can download PDFs for other people that have taken my course and other certificates. I had somebody reach out to me like, hey, could you give me my certificate? Certificate? I took the course and I couldn't get it to download properly. I was like, sure. And I went into the system, I was like, I have no way to see other people's certificates. So I said, hey, can you build me a system so I can view other people's certificates? Took me about two hours on that one. That was a little complicated. But it's pretty cool. Right now I can go to the dashboard, I go to my profile, I can see certifications, I made it really easy to view the certificates. Now I can do that 90%. Can I ask you a question, John, on this? So can you have it building stuff alongside? If you said, you know, as you're building up these management systems, could you say, as I, as I fill this out, build me a CRM alongside it. So you're creating your own CRM? Yeah, you can easily create your own CRM, right? All you're going to do is just say, hey, you know what, you need an admin section, right? So you're going to have your normal login and you're going to have something called user management or user types, user roles. Okay. Is you're gonna have your normal user that just gets access to free stuff, and then you have a paid user that gets access to paid stuff. And then you might have an admin type of user, right? And you could have 10 different types of users. But most of the time, two or three is gonna get you by. And. And then in that admin section, see right here, I've got my account certificate. Oh, sorry. This is my, this is my personal dashboard. In the admin, I've got users management course content, live courses, test content, test results. I just add a new one here that says social media management. And I could build that social media automation tool that I was talking about specifically for Gen API and have it write content every day. And then I can also set it up to automatically write my blogs and all those types of things which I do have it do. I have it write my blogs. And all of those blogs are structured perfectly for SEO and AI SEO and all that good stuff. So my site traffic is going, just creeping up. I'm just going and growing just from all this optimization stuff. But yeah, you just tell it, you just say, hey, here on my admin dashboard, I want a new tab here and I want it to be this system that does this to CRM. And here's all of my content. Here's all my, here's all my people. I don't have a really detailed CRM in here. All I have is username and email and then, and then a full name if it's been filled out, right? And that's it. And then the user type. But you know, one thing you do, you do need to worry about, guys, when you're dealing with other people's data is you have to worry about security and privacy. Okay? And make sure. And listen in the same way, in the same way that you would tell Colton when you hire him to build something for you, you're gonna say, colton, hey, let's make sure this is really secure and that we're following all of these guidelines, right? Like HIPAA or like we were talking about, right? And, and for Colton to build something that's HIPAA compliant, he would go look up, he would Google HIPAA compliant software requirements, right? And he would see all these things and whatever. But AI does that immediately, right? They just know, okay, I'm going to go do this. I'm going to build these systems. I'm going to hash the passwords, I'm going to do this. I'm going to make sure that I'm storing it in a proper place. It's going to take care of all the stuff that you needed to do. And then you have to follow up and you have to say, is this actually HIPAA compliant? Another thing is security, like I said. Now I already have this open. This is cool. One of the things that you want to do when, before you deploy, you go into the little plus button here, okay. And you go to security scanner, right? This is a new thing that actually was only it wasn't here until about, I don't know, maybe five or six weeks ago. And you just click run scan. Boom, that's it and you're ready to roll. It will, it will, it will run a scan. Now it has, it has found a few kind of random things and I've hidden the issues because they're fake ones. But, but it will, it will go through and it will do a scan. I also like to do this. I, I also really like to say run a complete security audit on the, on this entire site. Now the agent is starting up and that's why it's not running the scan. Right? But here's a very important tool that I haven't shared with you guys yet. I want you to read through before you use replit a lot more. I want you to read through this Mastering REPLIT guidelines, okay? We've talked about the readme and the progress MD files, all that stuff saying, hey, you know, look at the readme, familiarize yourself with the project, all that other stuff. But there's a lot of things that will get you out of loops here. One thing that I use a huge amount is this. Don't write any code, just tell me, right? That is big time, okay, don't write any code. Just give me a report. Okay? And so that type of a question is incredibly powerful. So give me a report. And it'll say, all right, critical, you know, vulnerabilities or whatever, you know, things that maybe you could do, best practices, GDPR related stuff, anything like that. And so it's just going to go in and do that and it's going to go, it's going to check all of the entire site and figure out if there's any holes in here. And I do this maybe once every, every couple weeks or if I build a whole new system, if I build a whole new section of the system, I'm doing it several times before I deploy. Right. Because I want to make sure I don't accidentally expose somebody's email or their phone number or, or they're, you know, you don't want to. Data breaches suck. They suck for everybody, right? It's going to lose you money. You probably. You're legally required to report it. You know, all that kind of stuff. Like you just don't want to ever after have that happen and so make sure that it's not, you know, it's not there. And I've even gone pretty deep in here. I've said, hey, if you're a hacker, how would you break into my system? Right. Okay, great, let's. Is there a way to close that up? Is there a way, Is there a way that we can close that up so that nobody could get in? Yeah, you know what? We actually can, we can do this, this and this and you can obfuscate this and you can put this over here. And I'm like, is that going to change the structure of my site in a way that will break it? Nope, it'll be great. It's a super easy fix. Let me do it. Right. So, so anyway, having those types of conversations, half of half of the battle honestly is knowing to have the conversations. But, but let me actually share one more idea. You can literally copy. So I have in here I have a security security guide for replit here, right. You can literally just copy this entire thing. Copy, come in here into replit paste. Please run a check on the site with all of this in mind. Boom. Now you don't have to ask all the questions, Whatever. And it's. And it's solid, right. And so let's see how my security thing is critical actions, deploy, password, reset, flow. Yeah, I know I have some plain text passwords. I have some old ones that were there in the beginning. So I could probably do that stripe webhook signature validation probably needs to be done. That makes sense. Yeah. Production domain. Oh, I'm scared of that one. Cors configurations are really scary. Yeah. So I've got a couple things I need to work on. Right. And, and the interesting thing is when I run the security scanner, it may or may not find some of these things. Right. Yeah. The rate limiting. I definitely need to do this. This is called a. There's a DDoS attack. So basically what it does is denial of service attack. So it will hit your site a ton of times really fast. Right. So that your, you know, you'll get charged a bunch for server traffic and stuff like that. But it can also block real users from getting access to your site. And so, yeah, I mean, I. I'm not really worried about it being attacked right now. I thought I had some rate limiting set up already, but maybe not. And so I might follow it up and be like, hey, I thought we set that up and be like, oh, yeah, we did, but it got turned off because of an update you did. So. So I'll probably go through when we're done here, you know, or sometime later today, and I'll say, hey, let's. Let's examine these. And then when I'm at a do is, I'm not going to immediately say, hey, okay, fix all of this, right? That's dangerous. There's way too much here. There's way too much that it's trying to do here. And these are things that can, that can mess things up a little bit. Right? And so you want to say something like, okay, let's focus on just the top three critical. Problems. Tell me your plan to fix this with the most minimal patch possible that completely accomplishes the goal. Also, be sure that your plan has no risk of messing up any core functionalities. Don't write any code. Just tell me that's exactly what I would type. And, and you know, I do that all the time. Don't write any code. Just tell me, tell me the plan. What are you going to do? How are you going to do this without breaking it? Right. Minimal patch, minimal things. Right. And so, you know, I, I can, you know, risk assessment, right? Zero risk to core functionality. Password reset system already exists. Users with old plain text passwords will simply need to reset. Standard security practice. No database changes required. Super cool. Okay, so that's an easy one. Then. I'll read through this. Here's the risk assessment. Here's the risk assessment. Okay. It's awesome. So amazing then. Total implementation time under three minutes. I love it. 30 seconds. 15 seconds. Two minutes. Requires new middleware. I'm scared of the new middleware, so I might say let's do one and two first, and then let's look at the more complicated one individually and then ask it a few more questions before I let it loose on my project. Okay. There's a lot of AI systems out there, and AI developers were like, yeah, I told it to do something and completely just destroyed it. Those are real stories that happens, right? You got to do your very best to avoid. To avoid that kind of stuff. All right, guys, in finishing up here, I'm gonna send you a. An email probably later today. Yeah, I have to run to the doctor in eight minutes and it's not very far and they'll be back. And then I've got a couple more meetings. I'm done by about 4 o'. Clock. So starting about 4 o', clock, I'll whip up the, the two. You know, I haven't uploaded yesterday's session. I gotta upload today's session. So I'll take a little of bit at a time. It'll get those processes started and I'll send you guys an email. In the email, I will, you know, you'll have access to that. You'll have access to the Google Drive folder that I showed you with all those cool guides and things that you can reference later. You, I'll. I'll throw that link in again for the Facebook group if you haven't joined it yet. My cell phone is in there. Guys, I. If you want me to help with your projects and things like that, the reality is I, I'm capable, obviously, but I, I've had, out of the several hundred people that have taken this from me, right? I, I've had easily 50 people say, hey, can you help build my project? I've had 20 people say, hey, can I give you equity in my project so that you can help me with it? And I've said no to almost everybody, right? I've said no to everybody on the equity piece. I actually really believe in founders keeping their equity. I really do. Guys. I've had bad experiences myself with people, you know, trying to take control of my company and things like that and, and holding on to equity is just critical. If you want to pay me lots of money, that's great, right? And there's. I'm not saying don't take equity, guys. I'm not. But I really, really care about founders. I really care about you guys, you know, going and building something awesome. If you really want me to help you, My consulting rate is at. Starts at about $10,000 a day. Okay. So it's pretty pricey. And if you want me to do it, maybe I will if it's something I feel like I have time to do. But I can't say yes to everything, obviously. It's just not going to happen. My real goal here is not to upsell you on, on consulting or my inner circle or any of that kind of stuff. Okay? That's not what I'm trying to do here. I really hope that I never hear from you again except when you're like, dude, look what I built. You know, like, that's the goal is, I hope that I've taught you to use AI well enough to be able to get out there and push it. Colton, you asked some questions about sales, and I'm. I'm positive I didn't completely answer all of your questions on it. If you have more questions and stuff like that, guys, ask them in that Facebook group, and I'll jump in and I'll spend time and I'll. I'll share links and ideas and examples and stuff like that. I really. I really do care about the group and everybody learning together. I think that's a great place to do that. Also, you have my cell phone. Use my cell phone to text me on quick little things. If you're like, hey, I was asking repl to do this, and this happened. You know, have you, you know, do you know something? If it's just like a quick thing like that, I actually don't mind. I don't mind a text, but if you want to dive in deeper or something, then, you know, maybe email me or something. If you want to come over to my house and get eggs from my 60 chickens. We don't sell eggs. We just, like, have a billion eggs and give them to everybody, and it's hard, but come on over. A lot of you guys are close. I was thinking about doing maybe in the fall, and it's just a little bit. It's so hot right now. I don't want to hang out outside, but when it's nice to do a barbecue, we'll probably do a barbecue. And I'll just, like, invite everybody who's taking this course that's in the area. You guys come out, we can have a big party. So. So anyway, I might do that. But yeah, if you want to go to dinner, lunch, whatever, like, let me know. I'm in the area. That's fine. I'm totally, totally okay to do that. Paige, Like I said, let's have you and Johnny over with your kids and you guys can come hang out on the farm. I've got a disc golf course. 9. Nine hole disc golf course on my. On my property here. It's really fun. So any last questions for. Oh, the other thing I will say is if you refer people to come to this course, I'll vend me you 100 bucks. Right? So you just say, hey, I, you know, this person signed up. I. I did it, whatever. And then I'll just venmo you right there. Okay, Just text me, let me know. Message me on Facebook, message me on LinkedIn, whatever. However, you want to get a hold of me? But I really do appreciate referrals and I'm asking in the, in the email for a review if you, if you're willing to write a review, even if it's two sentences long. In fact, two sentences is better than seven sentences. I'll say that nobody wants to read your seven sentence review of anything. But if it's two or three sentences, that's fantastic. I also really, really appreciate you just doing a post on LinkedIn. Tag me. Whatever. Talk about it. Talk about what you're doing, you're building, all that kind of stuff. Really, really. It goes a long way. And again, if somebody signs up, then, you know, you can. You get 10 people here and your, your, your course is paid off just about. So I think that's it, guys. Any questions for me as we finish up? So, John, one quick question. Like, if I use replit to create like a web app or whatever, right? What would be the best way to, like if I'm working with a developer as well and want to have them optimize it more and make it more scalable, like, you know, beyond what I'm able to figure out on my own with replit, like, what do you think would be the best way to work with that developer? So very, very good question and I apologize to all of you guys. They're not getting this, you know, covering that more specifically. Okay, inside here there's a couple things. Number one, there's this invite, this invite thing. So you've got multiplayers right here, right? I can add people. So I could just say, hey, I need Joshosh.com to be able to see this great invite, whatever. And then he can get in and he can actually see stuff in here. Right? And this platform is a great place for him to do that if he wants to get in and be like, hey, I want to look at your client in your index HTML. Here's the code. You can get in here and he can type stuff. Okay. Oh, cool. You can, you can edit code as a developer in here, you can do anything you want. This is a great, what's called integrated development environment. Okay. The other thing that you can do if you want is you can actually sync with GitHub right here. So you just open the git, you connect to GitHub and that's where he lives anyway. That's where your developers hanging out anyway, right? So you can push all this content. Remember guys, your entire app is just a bunch of letters right now. I have thousands of files here. This is 200,000 lines of code now, right, that I've written with AI, right. And that's awesome. But to copy it to GitHub is just copying a bunch of text, just a file structure and a bunch of stuff and maybe a few assets with images and things like that. Like, one thing I haven't done to, to optimize this is I haven't optimized my, my images. Every time you click on something, it's not caching the image and that's my problem. That's my fault. So there's little things, there's things that I need to do, but they're not, they're not, they're not big paper cuts, right? They're, they're little tiny things that it's okay and you know, you can, you can get through it. But, but anyway, Josh just, yeah, show them repl it. That's great and start using it. But he'll, he'll get it very quickly and he'll, he'll also love the assistant. So the assistant, like I said, guys, is for people that really know what they're doing. Right? You know, they're going to look at it and be like, okay, yeah, let's make this change and hey, let's change this a little bit and apply that change and do that. He can work really fast and I'm sure he's using cursor and other things like that to, to, you know, edit apps right now anyway, to create apps anyway. So yeah, bring them in, Bring them in your project. Make them. I know you've got your co founder and you know, but what you should do, maybe you've talked to him about already, but what you should do is just build the whole thing back. I'm ready to launch. And then show them. I'll be like, what the heck, maybe I'll do that. Anything else, guys? Yeah. I have a question. I know Rabbit creates the, the app also for, for mobile equipment, but I guess I can ask AI through it, but how do we actually create an app in the App Store and the Android Store? Very good question. So the fast answer here guys, is replit does not build for the App Store, but a React app which you're building in React in here can do that. Now it doesn't mean you're wasting time doing it in here, but you have to go through another workflow flow and if you just go replit to iOS app. Let's go, let's just go to. I, I know that this search works because I've done it before. This guy Right here. He published this four months ago. There's a two one video that's eight minutes, one video that's 17 minutes. And he'll walk you through the process to basically export out and then into some other things. Publishing to the App Store requires that you have an ein and a DUNS number and different things you have to a developer account, Apple developer account, all these different things. And so it can be a little bit more complex, but it's, it's definitely follow that guide. Use ChatGPT if you get. You run into something weird, but I guarantee you, you could do it. Just follow that guide to just kind of export from replit over to over the App Store. I've had one person do it. One person in my course already has an app that's live. It's called Husband Helper that helps you know them remember like important dates for the, you know, you know, with their relationship and you know how to, how to, you know, talk to your wife about things. And anyway, it's kind of a fun Husband Helper app and he's got some users coming now, but he built it all in replit and, and followed that same process to do it. So I know it's possible. So. All right, guys, it's 101 and I actually do have to run to my doctor appointment, so I can't go an extra half hour today. And you guys are probably sick of listening to me. It's been nine and a half hours over two days. My voice is kind of gone a little bit, but. But I'll be fine. So really appreciate all of you guys. You're awesome. I can't wait to see the things that you build and share. That's what I love the most. I really like. I don't want you calling me being like, John, I need, I need, I need to hire you to help me build my thing. No, no, no. Go figure it out, guys. And, and I want to see you. I want to see you doing all this on your own and going to making tons of money. So you guys want to get a hold of me? We'll see you guys. Thanks so much, Travis. Good to have you. Thanks, John. It's really great.
