Day 1 of The 2026 AI Advantage Summit

The Day 1 opening segment of the AI Advantage Summit blends high‑energy performance, audience interaction, and deep teaching on how to harness AI for personal branding and life mastery. Molly Mahoney demonstrates how to translate an individual’s unique “DNA”—their personality, values, and visual style—into AI‑generated images, infographics, and even songs using tools like NotebookLM, Google Gemini, and Suno. She warns against the overwhelm of trying every new AI tool, urging participants to focus on clear goals, simple prompts, and a disciplined workflow. Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins reinforce a five‑pillar framework—Energy, Vision, Decisiveness, Action, Relentlessness—illustrated through pattern‑recognition stories, heart‑brain alignment exercises, and gratitude stacking. The hosts repeatedly engage the live chat, prompting attendees to type keywords (e.g., “decide,” “action”) to cement commitment. The segment also highlights the summit’s massive global reach (over 630,000 participants from 173 countries) and previews upcoming deep‑dive sessions on AI tools, happiness science, and advanced pattern‑based strategies. Throughout, the speakers blend motivational storytelling with concrete, repeatable AI processes, positioning AI as an “unfair advantage” that amplifies, rather than replaces, the individual’s unique contribution. Additionally, a high‑energy musical performance by a charismatic host (Speaker A) and a cameo by Igor Pogany delivered crowd‑pumping chants like “Soubex” and “hands up high,” reinforcing the event’s immersive, participatory atmosphere and branding momentum.

Thought about giving up, but then you show up and tell me that you've been confused and that you saw before hurting me. Then you change your mind back again. You waited around to go out with somebody, anyone but— anyone but me.

Welcome everybody!
Welcome, welcome, welcome to the AI Advantage Summit. My name is Renee Marino and I am so very honored to be your host for these next 3 days. We have over 630,000 people from 173 countries joining. Give it up for yourselves, everybody! Everybody, which by the way, beat last year's record. So now you really need to give it up for yourselves. You are part of the largest AI event in history. So tell me right now in the chat, where in the world are you tuning in from? I'm watching, we have California, Vermont, Dubai. Wow, we are standing in one of the biggest turning points in human history. Not someday, not in the future, but right now. The choices you make with AI over the next 90 days can reshape the next decade of your business and your life. This event was created by two of the greatest minds in the knowledge industry, Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. Yes! And together, listen to this, they have a combined 77 years of transforming people businesses and industries. They are known worldwide for helping people be more productive, more innovative, more successful. And now they're bringing that same innovation to creating massive leverage with AI. And I want to be clear, this is not a motivational event. This is a hands-on, strategic, get-you-into-action experience designed to equip you with real capabilities that you can use today. Now, here's what makes this summit different from every other AI event out there. Tony and Dean aren't pretending to be AI experts, and that's exactly why this works. What they are the best in the world at is finding the people who've already figured it out, studying what's actually working, and turning it into a simple path that anyone can follow. They sat down with over 50, 50 50 of the world's top AI minds found the patterns, cut through the noise so you don't have to. And that's what this event is. And that's why you are in the best hands possible. So give it up for them.
Wow.
Yes.
Today you're going to hear from Tony and Dean's partner and head of AI education, Igor Pogany. You are going to love him. You're going to see why they chose him out of everyone. Plus Zach Kass, formerly of OpenAI, Molly Mahoney, and Tony Robbins to anchor it all in. Over these next 3 days, you're also going to hear from Rachel Woods, Lior Weinstein, Arthur Brooks, and Dallas, the AI surfer, all handpicked, yes, to give you the confidence, the clarity, and the plan to get AI working alongside you and for you. So even if you've never used ChatGPT before and you're like, I don't even know what this is, or you're already using AI daily and you're ready to go to the next level, what you learn in these 3 days will give you the AI advantage. Get ready. Get ready. You're in such great hands. Tony and Dean are masters of meeting you exactly where you are each day. Is very intentional in design and delivery. Today lays the groundwork. We start with high-level strategy and then we get more tactical each day. So before I bring Dean out, a couple of quick logistics. First, the chat is your connection to Dean, Tony, and our speakers. Every single comment that you post shows up right here on our beautiful wall right here. Hello, Sophia Nappen. Hello, Daniela Ruiz. This is so, so important to utilize. And we invite you to share your insights as you learn, because seeing your comment could spark someone else's breakthrough that they need. Second, keep in mind Dean Graziosi and all of our speakers can see so many of you and interact with you in real time. I see you, Dave Finley, Room 1. Molly Norton, room 2, that's right, I see you. Laura, room 3, yes. This is why you need your camera on. It's how they get to know you and connect with you. Third, this event has been designed to make every single second count. Each speaker's content builds on the one before it. There's an accumulation effect that takes place. So to miss a little is to miss a lot. So right now, can we commit to cameras on and attending every session? Hands up if you're all in. I wanna see it, hands up.
Yes!
Virginia, Kathy, that's what I'm talking about, hands up.
Ooh, I'm feeling it!
I feel that.
Great. Now together let's turn off our phone, eliminate all the distractions, close out those extra browsers, and commit to making the next 3 days a powerful investment in ourselves and in our future. Now, one more thing. Tony has been teaching this for decades and neuroscience now backs it up. When you learn with emotion and energy, your brain retains it at a deeper level. So when you hear music and applause over these next 3 days, it is not just to pump you up. It's to help you lock in what you're learning Energy anchors in change. Remember that, write that down in the chat. Energy anchors in change, that's right. So if you're up for bringing your energy over these 3 days with me, say yes.
Yes.
Say yes.
Yes.
Yes. Now take a deep breath and let's get ready because Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi are here to show you what it really means to gain the AI advantage.
Yes.
So cameras on, let's see those beautiful faces ready to bring your attention and your energy. I want to share a quick video to help me introduce your guide for the next 3 days.
28 years ago, all I had was a camera, a dream, and the courage to press record. I'm gonna turn the camera on myself. Hey, this is Dean and I'm driving.
My journey started long before that in packed rooms with nothing but a mic and a mission.
I filmed wherever I could. No crew, no effects, just real words spoken from the heart.
I spoke to anyone who would listen because I knew one sincere, caring voice with the right strategy and tools could change a life.
Then the message grew. Cameras got clearer, the lights got brighter, the stages got bigger, and those rooms turned into arenas and then stadiums.
Audiences from all over the world hungry for change.
I learned to connect, to inspire, to sell, to serve.
I sat down with world leaders, game changers, people shaping the future.
Two different paths, same mission.
And then we joined forces.
We combined decades of experience and a shared obsession with helping people win.
And now we stand in a new era where AI can clone our voices, our faces, and send our messages anywhere in the world.
From VHS to AI avatars. The tools have changed, but the mission never has.
This week, we're pulling back the curtain over 3 incredible days to discover how this technology can transform your business and your life.
We'd like to officially welcome you to the AI Advantage Summit.
It's time to take advantage of the opportunity of a lifetime.
Ladies and gentlemen, Give it up for Dean Graziosi!
Welcome, welcome. Listen, first off, I gotta tell you, I'm so excited you're here. You're here at the perfect time in history. I see you, Janet. I see you, Lori. I see you, Lisa. You know what's cool? I see so many familiar faces. We get to see hundreds of you and it switches over and over. It's so good to see you again. And I see so many new faces. It's nice to meet you. This is the first time we're meeting. I'm Dean Graziosi. Welcome to the 2nd Annual AI Advantage Summit. And like Renee said, the chat is so cool. If you see me looking over here, it's not because I have ADD. It's because over there's a big wall and I can see so many of your posts. And that's how we interact. Listen, I'd love to be in a big room together in a big, massive coffee shop. It would have to be a big one. But this is our next best way. I get to see your faces. I'll see hundreds of you and I can hear you. And then I can see all the chats on YouTube. So light up the YouTube chat as well. Listen, Tony and I are so excited to have you here along with our partner and head of AI education, Igor Pagani. Who you're going to meet really soon. And listen, let me start by saying something I think a lot of you might need to hear. 6 months ago, the biggest conversation around AI was fear. Will it destroy my business? Will it stop me from starting the one I've been dying to create? Or will it take my career? Those vibes were everywhere. And for some of you, that fear is still real. I get it. Of course you do. It's moving so fast. But for many of you, something has shifted. And we've talked to thousands of you since November. And that conversation sounds a little bit more like, all right, I know AI is here and I also know I need to get better at it. So let me ask you a couple of quick questions as we get started so you know you're in the right spot. First off, how many of you know AI should be a bigger part of your business and life, but you're not, not quite sure what to do next? Right? I see you, Bill. Thank you. Look at all the hands going up. Or who's overwhelmed by all the tools and the noise nonstop out there? And you're not just— you just don't know where to focus, right? How many of you might even be a little upset that you got to learn it in the first place? I think that's my sister, right? She's learning it and she's like, when do I find the time? And, you know, you got to do it. Thanks, Dave Carter and Marie. I see you being honest like this kind of hand raise, right? And then lastly, so many of you are using it. You're getting good results. But deep down, you know, there's another level, another level you haven't tapped into yet, right? You guys are already saying yes in the chat. But if that's true, put yes in the chat so you know you're in the right spot. And here's what I want to say. Take a breath, because if you're still figuring out how you feel about, how you feel about AI or you're ready to go deeper, I promise you're in the right place. And here's what I want you to know about this event. We're not here to convince you that AI matters. You already know that. We're not going to teach you 20, 25 different tools and overwhelm you more and wish you luck. And we're not going to make it feel like another thing that you got to figure it out on your own. Because like Renee said, Tony and I have spent the last year interviewing the best of the best, listening to the feedbacks and finding a path and a plan. What we're good at is finding patterns, see what actually works, create a simple path, and then share it. And that's what these 3 days are about. By the end of this event, I, I think you're gonna feel something that maybe you haven't felt in a while. Clarity, real clarity on what to do, how to do it, and why it matters for you and your business. Listen, last November, just like Renée said, we held the first ever AI Advantage event. Over 600,000 people registered from all over the world. Not only did it become the largest event, But it was truly one of the most impactful events Tony and I have ever been a part of. And that's saying a lot when you, him and I have been doing this for so many decades. But here's the reality. Since then, AI hasn't slowed down. In fact, it's, it's insane on how fast it's, it's accelerating. It's even hard to comprehend. And a lot of people who felt like they were starting to catch up feel even more behind, more overwhelmed, even more unsure what to do next with all the options. So Tony, myself, Igor, who you'll meet, like I said, we got together and decided we had to do it again. And again, like, like Renee said, we are officially bigger than last year. So this is the biggest AI event now. Now listen, here's the fact. In the last 6 months, you could pull that slide up. I saw it pop up for a second. In the last 6 months alone, there's been an estimated 12,000 new AI tools, updates, and releases worldwide. Yeah, TMO, is that insane or what? And I know what you're thinking, how am I supposed to keep up with all that? And here's the truth, you're not. And that's why we're so excited you're here. What matters isn't chasing every new tool that in most cases will be gone in a month. The people who win with AI are the ones that know what the right tools are. Sometimes just the right tool, the right framework, and the right way to think about it. So no matter what comes next, You got a system that actually gets you results. And that's why you're here to learn a simple approach to AI, a proven system you can easily incorporate into your life and your work. Listen, and this is really exciting. Last year we taught people how to get AI to know you deeply, how to work alongside you to make better decisions and go faster. And it was incredible. People went nuts over it. This year, because of all the changes and the way technology is actually getting easier when you know We're going to teach that same thing, but we're going to take you to a whole new level so you can see how to trust AI to actually work for you. Now, that's just a tease. But when you do that and you can trust it, that's the ultimate AI advantage. And one thing I wanted to share before we go any further, I want to be upfront about something. This event is not designed for the small percentage, percentage of you who are already AI experts. Those of you with thousands of hours chasing the new tools, building apps in your sleep, that is freaking awesome. We love you and we're so glad you're here. Please stay and be a source of encouragement to everybody else. This event was built for the rest of you who know you need to embrace a new level of AI in your life and in your business. And one more important piece, and I think you need to hear this too. You're not behind. You're right on time. And you're in the right place. But you definitely don't have a lot of time to waste. That's a fact. It's time to gain the skills to use it effectively and efficiently, to clear the path that eliminates all the overwhelm and it allows you to go all in with confidence. And we distilled everything down to one mission. That's what this event is about. Make AI actionable and immediate. So you can buy back time and amplify your business and life. So whether you're a small business owner ready to scale, you're ready to start your own business, or you're a professional ready to future-proof your career, I'm gonna say it again, you're in the right spot. This is for you. Now, regardless of which one of those you are, I bet we can all agree on one thing: if we had more time in a day, you could accomplish more, maybe contribute more, maybe see more opportunities, maybe earn more. Maybe it's time to be more creative, maybe find more joy, and finally have the space to find real growth in your life. Can time do that? If you agree with that, say yes in the chat, right? [APPLAUSE] Well, that's exactly what we're gonna do. In fact, We're going to show you how to build a time machine. No, that's not true, but we are going to show you how to get back time. And we have a really big goal for this event. And I want you to see this, pull this up. Here's our crazy goal for this event. Our obsession is to help each member of this community buy back 15 hours a week, which is 780 hours over a year. We want to collectively help millions of hours get saved so you could put it back into your business. Or maybe into your health or your family or your creativity. All the things we talked about, because time, if we get it back, then it's unique to each of us. That's what we saw in November. That's why we're so excited you're here, because now we know the other side. Because the fact of the matter is, when you get time back, it allows you to actually be more human. I know you're going to have to see some amazing guests today. I'm so excited for who's here. We worked our tails off to put everything in the right progression. I promise. Trust the path. Trust the process because at the end of the day, when you see that using AI right to buy back time actually can make you more human, then we look through a different lens and we can't wait to learn. So who's ready to get more time back in your life? Right? Now, I know I just said this, but I want to really anchor this in before we go any further on these 3 days. This really matters. I know some of you are itching to dive into next-level tactics, tools, and prompts, and I promise it's coming. We'll get there. This team is I'm fired up to share with you, but we're gonna go deeper into all that at the right time and in the right order. I know I don't wanna beat this up, but we do have 77+ years in helping people get results and we know how to help you transform in the right order because the truth of the matter is that tactics don't stick. Listen, you could go find a video on YouTube tonight on how to use AI and you'll forget it by tomorrow. Is that true? Who's ever done that? Who's ever watched a video and did nothing with it or got overwhelmed? These 3 days are about building something different, a foundation that makes everything else work. You're gonna get the mindset, the clarity, the fluency to actually use this stuff in real life every single day. And thank you for everybody being so honest and interacting. This is so cool because when your foundation is right, every tool you work from now into the future will work 10 times harder. And when it's not, you waste time and money chasing the wrong things. So I'm gonna ask you, trust the process. Trust the way we stack these incredible speakers who are gonna be here. Now let me ask you this. In the middle of being super busy, or maybe feeling a little overwhelmed or feeling behind, who's ever said, "I wish I could clone myself," right? Say yes in the chat or raise your hand, right? If you could have two of me, oh my God, Oh my God, how cool would that be? Maybe you said, I wish I was a twin, right? Of course we all have. And the reason we said that is because we all know, as we've been agreeing, that the foundation of success in so many ways is getting more time to achieve it. But here's the secret. Time alone isn't enough. When you combine more time with the ability to leverage that time, that's when you can truly accelerate your impact, your income, your success, whatever it is that you want in your life. Especially when you learn from the experts that are going to be here. They condense time so you don't have to figure it out on your own. And I know this equation works because I lived it. Listen, I didn't grow up with opportunity. I grew up in a small town in upstate New York with my amazing single mom who did the best she could. She had— we had— none of us had handouts. We didn't have shortcuts. We didn't have a clear roadmap to success. I'm sure so many of you can appreciate that journey, right? But I had one thing that wouldn't quit. I had a desire to create a better life for myself. I knew I was meant for more, and the truth is, I knew my mom was meant for more, and I wanted to do whatever I could for her. And over time, I figured out one thing that changed everything. Exactly what Jim Rohn and Tony Robbins teach— been teaching their whole lives. Success leaves clues. Tony might even tell you to write that down later, but success leaves clues. And what that really means is if I could find people who had already achieved what I wanted to— if I achieved what I wanted to achieve and I modeled what they did, I could get what they have. Right? Did I say that clear enough? Right? If I could find somebody that has what I want and then do what they do, I could get what they have. So success leaves clues. Thank you for so many of you writing it down. And here's what I didn't realize at the time. By learning from the best instead of figuring out on my own, I was buying back years, years I would have wasted on trial and error. The extra time gave me the space to think. It gave me the time to create. It gave me the time to innovate. I didn't have to work. I didn't have a word for it back then. But what I was really creating was leverage. And over 3 decades through that obsession, I've built dozens of companies. I've been blessed to serve millions of people all around the world, not because I'm the smartest guy in the room, but I had the time to spot what was working early, adapt fast, and then surround myself with people who made me better. And that's why I'm so freaking stoked to hang out with you today, because that's exactly what you're doing here. So I want to say congratulations to you. I know you had to take the time, you had to register. I know the event's free unless you upgraded the VIP for a dollar, but you're here and we respect that. And I want to say congratulations for you, to you, for being in this room. Thanks, Kevin Gault. I see a Fiona, I see so many of you. So awesome to hang out with you guys today. And then in that journey, my path crossed with this really big guy who had mastered that philosophy at the highest level, my dear friend and partner, Tony Robbins. Tony grew up in a small apartment in California, sometimes with no food, but he used that as fuel, not an anchor. Almost 5 decades later, if those of you that know Tony, he's become bigger than life. He's not just the greatest coach, The greatest strategist of all time. He's just the GOAT of the personal growth industry. He's helped millions of people transform their lives, coach presidents, athletes, CEOs, and everyday people like us. So late night, I gotta tell you this story just so you know, and we're gonna be going here in about 10 minutes, but late night about a year ago, now you gotta understand something, I might digress a little. I wake up at 4:00 AM and I'm passed out by 9:30. Tony goes to bed at 4:00 AM. So we cross paths sometimes. So if he calls me late, 11:00 at night, I can't even see straight. But he calls me at 11:00 at night, goes, we gotta talk, gotta talk. And he says, Dean, we need to help the world go from AI confused to AI confident. People are lost right now. And we had a long conversation. He was right. Now listen, we said this earlier, Renee said it, Tony and I are not the AI experts or tech geniuses. And we never, we never say that we are, but here's what we are good at. And it's worth hearing right now before we go any further. And we've been doing this for decades, is we have access to the best in the world. We get to interview them. We study what's actually working. Then we decode the patterns and find and create a map that you could actually apply to quiet the noise and have one path. That's what we're good at. We did it in real estate. I simplified the path so millions of people could learn to invest in real estate. Tony did it in finance. With his book, "Money: Master the Game," he interviewed tech, decoded billionaires, and then brought it to the average person to use it. He did it with health, worked with over 100 of the world's top medical pioneers and created Life Force. And now we've done the same with AI. Like I said, our gift isn't being the tech guys. It's taking what's overwhelming, finding the right people, finding the right strategies, and make it simple enough for you to use. And that's where Igor Pagani comes in. I gotta take a minute and introduce this man 'cause you're gonna be spending a lot of time with him over the next couple of days. After interviewing those 50 top minds in AI, the founders, the educators, the researchers, Igor stood out. Not because he was the flashiest, but because he was the most practical. He had this rare gift for taking the most complex AI concepts and blowing our minds by making it simple, making it actionable for anyone, especially the people. Who say, "I'm not technical." I wanna make sure, I saw a couple people say, "I can't hear you." I wanna make sure it's not happening. Yeah, Igor is amazing, Giselle. I agree. So we didn't just invite Igor to be a speaker, we partnered with him and we made him the head of our education. And that was the best decision ever. It changed everything. Because now you have Tony and I bringing decades of philosophy, mindset, business strategy, business building, And then Igor on the front lines leading the education and what really works, what actually sticks, that actually transforms how you use technology day to day. And that combination is what makes this unique. That's why our attendees, that's why our students have more success and growth and momentum than anything we've seen. So over the next 3 days, you're gonna get to learn so many things through the lens of all 3 of us and our amazing guests. And of course, Tony will be here soon and share what he does better than anyone. Because listen, we know this: technology will always change, but the foundation of success stays the same. Tools evolve, but human potential, that never goes out of style. I can't wait. Tony's going to rock your world a little bit later today. And here's what we also know. History makes one thing very clear, and I want you to write this one down. Those who recognize new technology early and use it to multiply their time and effort end up accelerating their success. Lawrence, isn't that so good? Human potential never goes out of style. Right? Screenshots. All right. And those who don't, unfortunately, can get left behind. And we are not gonna let that happen. So think about this, in the 1800s, with hand tools, planting an acre of land took 40 hours of labor. But give someone a tractor, the latest technology at the time, and suddenly they have leverage. So that same acre, it takes 30 minutes. That's 50 times more productivity with the same effort. So think about that. A farmer without a tractor didn't stand a chance anymore. An entrepreneur, a business owner, a professional, someone that wants to start a business, same thing. It's gonna be much harder, if not impossible, to compete without AI. And here's what makes this moment, moment even different. AI is arguably the greatest leverage and time saver ever created. And the truth is it's practically free. So this has never happened before. For the first time ever, the barrier isn't money. It's having the right plan. It's having the right strategy. It's having the right guidance. And that's why we believe you couldn't be at a better place than with us right here. And remember, yeah, that's worth a little cheers, right? Thanks, Del. I see you, double hands, right? And remember, with more time and leverage, you get to choose where you apply it. Maybe you want to apply it to income or launching the business, like I said, or growth opportunities. Or maybe just finding a little more peace in your life. Now, with that said, why aren't more businesses and professionals using AI effectively to create that time, to create more success? So we wanted to know as well before we did this event. So we surveyed tens of thousands of you, the business owners, the ones that want to start, the professionals. And, and these 3 answers, the top 3 were Overwhelming, the top 3. And you might see yourself in some of these. And if you do, that's fine. It's why you're here. So 3 biggest reasons. I'm gonna go through these quick. Then we got our first guest coming up. It's gonna blow your mind. Number 1, I don't— this was by far the number 1 winner. I don't have enough time to learn it. Who would agree with that one? I'd love to learn it. I'm just not sure I have enough time. Yeah, majority hands going up. Well, here's the thing. Isn't that ironic? The number one reason people haven't gone deeper with AI is the same reason they need it the most. Listen, this is all of us guilty. We all tell ourselves that we're gonna get to stuff when things slow down. But if we're being honest, when is the last time life slowed down? Truthfully, maybe it has for you. It hasn't for me. The answer is never. Every day we waste hours on things that keep us busy. But not productive. No matter what phase of life you're in, that just happens. It's not that we don't care, it's that we're trapped. We're so busy reacting to things rather than having time for the important things, the needle movers. Did you know the average person spends 60% of their work week on tasks that have nothing to do with growth? Emails, admin, repetitive decisions. Yeah, look at all the people in the chat saying true, true, me, me, right? Busy but not effective. Here's the cool part. AI used properly gives you back that time because it can handle the repetitive, it can handle the boring, it can handle so much of the stuff. So it unlocks that creative version of you that you do what you want with. It takes the repetitive and even the boring off your plate. And that's how you grow. Can you pull up Deborah? Deborah's a great example, a realtor and mom who couldn't find one more hour in a day. I just thought this was so cool. We got thousands of these, but I thought she related to so many people. Between her real estate team, her clients, and her kids, Deborah was catching up every single night after everyone went to bed. Then she trained AI to handle the repetitive call summaries, emails in her voice. Market analysis used to take hours to get done. She saved and documented, sent it to us 25 hours a week. Now she tucks in the kids. Like, so cool. Like, this is— just so you know, I'm going through the 3 top things that could hold you back because I want to get those out of the way. Listen, this— I'm going to pull back the curtain. If I name these things and then I show you the opposite side of it, then when you have Zach and Igor and all these amazing trainers, you're going to be open to realize what's possible. Not thinking I don't have time. I wanna crush that. Okay? I wanna crush this next one too, cuz number 2, I don't even know where to start. That was the second biggest one. This could be for complete newbies starting from scratch, or it also means I'm using it on a regular basis, but where do I go to go to the next level? Listen, if you open Google, cuz I did this, and you search how to use AI or how to use AI better, 47 million results come back. YouTube has thousands and thousands of tutorials. And so many times it feels like every expert is telling you a different thing with a different tool. Hear me on this. That's not a you problem. That's a noise problem. 88% of non-users of AI say they have no idea where to start. And those that are using it but haven't transformed their life yet say they just haven't had anybody show them how it works for them at a better— on a better scale. The real issue isn't there's no path forward. The fact is there's just too many and nobody sat down to show how it applies to your business and your life. That's the difference between information— we're overloaded with it— and guidance. Most AI education gives you a fire hose and they call it help. And that's not what we're focusing on. Let's, let's look at Austin real quick. A small business owner trying to do it all. Maybe some of you can relate to this one. Let me know if Austin lands and it relates to you. Running his lighting company means endless hours on quotes, contracts, proposals, even paying lawyers and consultants just to keep up. He knew AI could help but didn't know where to begin. So he followed what you're about to learn over these next 3 days. And they— now AI handles his contracts, his pricing, and his presentations with just a quick review by him. Austin saves thousands in overhead every month. Again, I'm sharing Austin, a few people, just to give you inspiration. Let's let all those old stories die. And then after, in 5 minutes, 7 minutes from now, everything forward is about a new you. The third biggest reason: AI is moving too fast. It's overwhelming. These three were the top. I mean, we hear it every day. Dean, I should be using AI more, but it's all moving so fast. It's just overwhelming. I get it. Totally normal. We're human. And it's exactly why extremely smart, and hardworking people hesitate. But hesitation is the fastest path to being left behind. Every technology revolution feels like this. It all feels overwhelming. It's part of being a human. It's the human condition. Then the same people who are intimidated, once they start using it, become the ones who thrive with it. And the good news is that overwhelm isn't a lack of capacity. As I said earlier, it's just a lack of clarity. And once you have that clarity, everything else follows. The shift is closer than you think. I promise you that. That's why we're so excited you're joining us here for every minute of these 3 days, 'cause they build upon the next. And when it clicks, you'll realize the future isn't scary, it's exciting. Let me share with you, let me share with you Bianca. Last one I'll share for the day, but I just thought this was great. An executive assistant turned solopreneur who started extremely skeptical about AI. She wasn't techie, just overwhelmed trying to balance a demanding day job and life, quiet dream of owning a horse sanctuary. Then she followed the process, same one here, gave AI her thoughts, her goals, her ideas, the right sequence, and turned it into a logical plan. What started as hesitation turned into clarity. AI now saves her 20+ hours a week. And since our last summit, she finally opened up her horse sanctuary, and that's with one of her first 3 horses. Can we give it up for Bianca? How cool is that? So if we step back for a moment, what's really happening here? Like I shared earlier, it's not that people don't see the opportunity. You feel it, you know it. You know, AI is the biggest shift of our lifetime. It can grow your business, your startup, your ideas, your career. But most people are stuck with those 3 things we just talked about. We're going to bust those. We've seen these patterns before in every industry, in every economic cycle, and we're going to get rid of those and fill it with a path and a plan. And we're here today to make sure you get that, because the people who rise aren't the ones who hustle harder or learn faster anymore. It's the ones who find and use a framework for someone who's already created it. So let me tell you real quick, these 3 days, what you can expect. Today on day 1, you'll see where you are with AI, where you could be, and walk away with a clear path forward. You're gonna have strategies that you can use tonight. Day 2, AI goes from a tool you can use to a partner that knows you. Then how it can work alongside of you and even evolve to working for you. Big day tomorrow. You're not gonna wanna miss a second of that. Then day 3, ah, it all ties together. You're gonna learn how to scale it, how to simplify it and turn it into the way you operate every single day moving forward. And I put a little asterisk below if you could see it, all designed to give you more time to leverage that time so you could be the best version of you. All right, who's ready for our first guest? You guys excited? I hope, listen, my whole job this morning for 15 minutes was to set the foundation for the 3 days. If you just showed up and we just went right into education, those fears would still be there, the lack of belief, all those things. My whole goal is that I just get your heart open, your mind open to see what's possible because this really is a once in a lifetime opportunity. And this is the, listen, we're the first generation to go with no AI to AI. It is a little scary, but with a path, we can crush this. And in just a couple minutes, I'm gonna bring up that first guest. He was the former head of go-to-market at OpenAI. Love this guy, brilliant. But before we dive into that, I want you to write down— write this down— the 4 levers to AI success. 4 levers, not levels, levers to AI success. This is the framework behind everything we built for you over these 3 days, so it really makes sense to anchor this in now. I've— Bernita, I, I appreciate you. Thank you for all these beautiful comments coming in. Plus, they turn those reasons that you think maybe you can't do this into not only I can, but I must. Okay, let's go through these. I'm gonna go through these real quick. Number 1, activate. Train AI to know you deeply. This is the evolution. Don't have to do any of this now. This is the evolution. Think about it. Before AI can work for you, it has to know you. Most people skip this completely. They open ChatGPT or Claude, they throw in a random prompt, and treat it like a fancy Google. But the real power starts when you give it context— your goals, your business, your voice, your story. It's the same thing if you hired someone new. If you skip the onboarding, don't be surprised when the outputs or the results are generic, right? You need to activate people. It's where AI becomes more than a tool. It becomes your thought partner, your sparring partner, your digital double, your second brain, your clone. Once it knows you, It starts anticipating you. And that's when everything changes. Level 2, accelerate. Teach it how you think and how you work. This is where the relationship starts paying off. Once AI knows your voice and your standards, you teach it how you think. Now it sharpens your decisions. It finds the answers to any gaps or shortcomings you have. It does it for me all the time. It analyzes, it compares, it pressure tests your ideas. The most successful people don't just work harder, they remove hesitation. And this does that. A properly trained AI gives you clarity instantly. Listen, imagine an advisor who doesn't sleep, already knows everything about you and your business, enlightens the cognitive load and helps you move forward every day. That's acceleration. When you can think faster, decide faster and act faster, You create momentum that becomes unstoppable. Okay. Number 3, augment. If you want to write that down, augment. Let it create alongside of you. And remember, you have to go through all these steps in this journey. That's why we're doing these 3 steps over the next couple of days. This is where you start getting real leverage from the relationship you've built. One idea. Becomes 10 outputs, all in your voice. A brain dump while you're driving becomes a polished strategy. A single conversation becomes a business plan. One meeting summary becomes next quarter's roadmap. Karen, I see you shaking your head, right? This is level 3 is where magic happens. Because your AI doesn't just know your goals anymore. It knows your patterns. It knows your tone. It knows your standards. This isn't about doing more work. It's about your ideas traveling further without burning you out. Your outputs multiply, but your effort doesn't. And then the last one is automate. Let it work for you. This is so exciting. The fourth lever is the one that compounds all the rest of it. Listen, 6 months ago we couldn't teach this because the technology wasn't ready. It was way too complicated for most people to create, including me. But all that's changed. So here's what automate means. You've built the relationship. AI knows you, thinks like you, and delivers real work. Now it can work for you. Your clone goes agentic, or what you hear people say, call an agent. Doesn't have to be complicated. It really just means you trust it like you would a trusted employee to run tasks, to handle routines, and to work on a schedule even when you're not there. Think about it. A researcher, a strategist, a writer, an analyst, a project manager. You didn't hire 5 people. You built one partner and developed it to the point where it can carry some of the weight. And now it works while you sleep. And that we're going to, we're going to go into that tomorrow. Not overwhelming. Believe me, at 57, I didn't grow up with technology. You are going to absolutely love tomorrow. So those levels are activate, accelerate, augment, and automate. And there's some of the exact people and some of the exact people who helped us discover that. Are our speakers over the next 3 days. I got to say one thing before we bring on our first speaker: none of them came for fame or money. They came because they believe what Tony, Igor, and I believe. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help people thrive in this new AI world. And during the event, you're going to see exactly how each of them embodies these levels— levers— and how they grow, how they can be used in your own unique way. And yes, each day we go deeper. So over the next few days, few days, you're gonna watch yourself move from AI curious, maybe AI confused, to AI fluent, AI confident. Not just knowing a few tricks, the kind of fluent where you could sit down with any task in your life or business and know exactly how to use AI for better, faster results in your voice. So buckle up, take notes, open up your mind, because what you're about to hear truly changed the trajectory, can change the trajectory of your next 10 years. And with that, I couldn't be more excited to introduce our first guest. He's someone who's changed the way I see all of this, truly. His name is Zach Kass. He spent years at OpenAI. He was at the forefront of this, the company behind ChatGPT. And the one thing I love is he doesn't lead with fear, he doesn't lead with hype, he leads with hope backed by evidence. Last November, he opened our minds at the first summit, and honestly, people are still talking about him. One of our favorite speakers. He gave this room permission to be excited about the future instead of afraid of it. And everything he predicted, oh my gosh, it's all playing out. Zak's not just smart about AI, he's smart about humanity. He goes way upstream, studies history, studies how human beings actually respond to change, and uses all of that so we can see what's coming next. He's truly one of the most brilliant people I've been around. I have to say, my daughter, Brianna, who's 19, she's here with me today. She was with me 3 weeks ago when I met with Zak to talk to him about this event and where we were going. And I got to be honest, my daughter's been a little concerned about where AI is going for her future. She's 19. After listening to Zak for an hour, she looked at me and said, I get it now, Dad. This is just the next phase and I'm ready for it. That's what Zach does. Now, he's gonna go deep today, not with tactics, that's coming with Igor and the rest of our speakers left. He's gonna go deep on the foundation to help you see where the world is actually going. So everything else we teach you over these 3 days sits on solid ground. So no matter where you are in this journey, just lean in, be curious, and let yourself see what's possible. Because what he shares is gonna reframe how you think about this. Let's play a quick video. Quick little sizzle reel and then bring out Mr. Zach Kass.
I've spent 16 years on the front lines of artificial intelligence. I've seen what happens when machines begin to reason and when code starts to surprise its own creators. I helped build OpenAI when it was just an idea, a handful of people who believed that if we got this right, it could change everything. Since then, I've watched AI move from research papers to boardrooms, from prototypes to policies, and from curiosity to necessity. I've advised Fortune 5000 leaders and governments who all ask the same question in different ways: How do we lead in a world where intelligence is no longer scarce? And after all these years, I've come to believe something simple, but powerful. Artificial intelligence is not the story. Humanity is.
Humanity is.
AI is the brush. Human potential is the masterpiece. What we choose to create now, how we lead, what we value, what we build, will define the next chapter of human history.
Can we bring the energy up and give a big applause for Mr. Zach Cass?
Thanks so much, Dean. It is so great to be here again. I am so honored and privileged to be back with all of you. The response from last time was quite honestly overwhelming, and it was pretty amazing to see so many friends and family that I hadn't even talked to in a while reach out and say how much they enjoyed it. And I am so grateful that you invited me back. I have a lot to say, in large part because things have changed so much. But what I'm going to remind everyone today is that the more things change, the more they tend to stay the same. And I want to go back and revisit where we've come before we go anywhere else, because where we are is in fact pretty remarkable, in large part because it basically never was. As it relates to AI, we've been talking about thinking machines since 1900. We've been talking about artificial intelligence since 1954, and it was all very theoretical until very recently. And that changed, by the way, in 2017 when 8 Google researchers wrote a paper, Attention Is All You Need, in which they argued we'd been building machine learning models all wrong. Instead of building statistical models that think in straight lines, we should be building neural nets that think in parallel. They borrowed that idea, by the way, on how we know the human brain works. And it catapulted the world forward. By 2021, GPT-3 had changed everything we thought a text model was capable of. By '22, it changed what we knew image models were capable of. I remember exactly where I was when I saw DALL-E for the first time, text into image. By '23, we knew that text into video was possible. And in 2024, Gemini and GPT-4.0 won the Math Olympiad, the test to measure how good a human is at pure mathematics. And it was at that point I realized that the conversations around AI were gonna break down, not because the technology wasn't impressive, but because it was so hard for people to comprehend how impressive it was. Unless you are a pure mathematician, it's very hard for you to see the actual new limit of this technology. And so when someone asks, ask, "What are we capable of?" This is what I say. We are building machines that possess human intellectual equivalence and superiority. It is the best way I know to describe where we've come from and where we're going. And obviously we've gotten really good at it. The rate of improvement is accelerating and it is breathtaking by any measure. So breathtaking that we went from building models that could barely measure sentiment in a tweet to building models that can conduct multi-step, multi-environment research in 6 years, that a researcher, one of the Transformer 8 who wrote the Google paper, wrote very recently in a reinforcement learning paper at the bottom where we cite credits. He said, "Above all else, we attribute these findings to divine benevolence." Even the researchers are like, "Yeah, God's good. That's what's going on here." Because otherwise, this doesn't make sense. It is such impressive progress against a backdrop of already impressive progress. The question really is, what is going on and how far will this go? But it's not even the reason I'm standing here. It's not the reason any of us are here. It's not sufficient for a technology to just be good. It must also be available. And this is the reason that AI is so important to everyone. The precipitous decline in what we call inference cost, the cost that it takes to run the model. And I show this over and over to anyone who will listen to me for two reasons. One, it's the reason that you get to try state-of-the-art technology as fast as everyone else. For most of human history, new technology took thousands of years or hundreds of years to proliferate. In AI's case, it's taken 5, 5 years for a technology to go from scarce to abundant. But it's also the backdrop of a much better story. Humans measure our economic progress on basically 2 axes. How free are we to choose our own version of joy that doesn't harm another human? And how inexpensive is it to do so? That's it. And on a cost basis, the way that we make the world less expensive for other humans is by making our goods and services less expensive. It's by creating commodities. Commodity is actually a pejorative, but it shouldn't be. Commodities are good. It's what allow more people to live more fulfilling lives. And this, of course, is how we built a better world by making water a commodity or foodstuffs in the developed world, electricity, and then most recently the internet. It's what has that have pulled billions of people out of poverty. And in those cases, it took thousands of years or hundreds of years to commoditize. In AI's case, it's taken 6. It's the best evidence I have that we are driving down the cost of this critical resource such that it will be available for everyone, and what we do with it will be up to us, the idea of a sovereign individual. Now, now we can ask, where are we going? And again, I said this last time I spoke to you, and I will say it again. I'm not here to tell you things because I am sure they are correct. I'm here to tell you things because I'm pretty sure. I'm not reading scripture. I'm reading direction. But more than anything, I've told Dean this, I've told Tony this, and anyone who will listen, I see my purpose as giving every human an opportunity to feel like they have agency in this world, that they can control their destiny. Not just because the technology is available, but because they know the questions they need to ask and answer. Now, with that said, I'll tell you some of the basic stuff. First, how do I think this technology actually arrives in our lives? Well, the phase we're in today is the one that you all and everyone has come to understand as the enhanced application phase. It begins, I sort of mark at the beginning of ChatGPT, November 30th, 2022. When a magical AOL instant messenger changed the world. And I remind people of this all the time because I remind them that when OpenAI launched ChatGPT, we didn't actually launch it as a research breakthrough. We launched it as an application breakthrough. It was powered by a model, GPT-3.5, that had been publicly available in the API since May that year. 7 months went by when anyone could have built a world-changing application, and we did. OpenAI built the technology that became known as ChatGPT 7 months after it built the research that powered it. And it's a reminder that the application layer still matters. It's really important that we bring people along for the journey. It's part of the reason that people have found so much excitement in AI because they can stay up to date with it. It also has allowed us to expand to explore the limits in a safer way. And it introduces the next phase, which is pretty wild, autonomous agents. Agentic AI has been said over and over a lot. And I would argue at this point that it is probably overused as a term because many people who describe using agents are in fact not. But I'll redefine it. Agentic AI is machines that can execute tasks and goals on our behalf across browser, data lake, and web application. It is, in other words, a Siri that works. Now, as much as we can make fun of Siri for promising a false dawn in 2011, it didn't have the underlying research that the new agentic agents offer. They offer complex reasoning, the ability for a machine to go backwards and forwards on a task without getting lost. And it's introducing a world where machines are now able to organize across across a lot of environments. They're coming. They are going to change how we live and work. And I want to tell you two things that Agentic AI is going to change in your life in very short order. The first, we're going to rewrite the fabric of the internet. When we built the internet, we originally built it as a library. Well, it's certainly how we discovered what it should be used for. A bunch of Stanford researchers were sitting around staring at their invention. They said, you know, we should and put all of our research papers here. Then gradually Harvard and MIT and other universities participated. And for a couple years, the internet was actually an information panacea, a true utopia of best practices. And then one day, a marketer presumably was walking by and saw these nerds huddled around their computer screens staring at their research and said, you know, the optimal state of the internet is not a library, it's a shopping mall. And we built the browsable HTML internet. It's the first corruption of the internet, by the way. The second, I think, is social media. It's a corruption that we would agree to make 10 times out of 10 if we could go back. We trade the world's smartest people sharing their best practices for trillions of billboards in exchange for E-commerce. GDP. Thanks to the browsable HTML internet, you can buy anything from anyone anywhere on earth. But it's also a reminder that the internet kind of sucks. I browse the internet a lot, and I weekly go to my bank's website. I won't name them. I like my bank. I kind of hate their website. I log in, I authenticate, I go to get my account statement, and I am immediately served an ad for a credit card that I have owned for 13 years at a rate that I would never want. And I am constantly reminded that the internet has a fiduciary responsibility somehow to serve everyone an ad for every good and service that everyone can offer at all moments. When you look at the internet this way, you realize that it's not actually a place that you really want to be for the most part. For one, As soon as an agent can effectively collect my account statement and send it to my accountant, I'm never gonna go to my bank's website again. I would argue in the next 3 years most of you will stop navigating to a lot of websites that you consider critical for your lives today. And the optimal state of the internet, it turns out, is probably not an HTML browsable internet. It's a TXT XML internet. Trillions of text files because the optimal state of the internet is not designed for our eyes. It's actually designed for our agents. I welcome this. I welcome a future where screens are less critical. It does present interesting questions for each of you. One, if you own a website that's really critical, how do you know that people are going to want to navigate to your website versus treating it like plumbing? Well, first I would say don't freak out. Some of the best news here is that you may no longer have to dedicate a whole lot of time to a website. But if you expect to have really important internet real estate, it has to be experiential. In the same way that a lot of malls are kind of not exciting anymore, there are some that are very important. The Grove in Los Angeles is not a place just to buy things, it's a place to gather. If you are committed to building an online experience that people are gonna navigate to, make sure you create experience that is unique and stands out, because otherwise they will automate all of their time there. And that leads to the second thing that happens as a result of agents, which I actually think is crazier than that. I think we're gonna discover very soon how many preferences people actually have. What do I mean? When I started writing my book, I explored this idea of automation boundary. The automation boundary asks a very simple question: if you could automate everything in your life, where would you stop? It's pretty fun, and it gets to what it means to be human as much as it gets to what it means for one human to differentiate from another. When I ask people this question, the answers range from tucking my kids into bed at night or runs on the beach Some people though describe things like doing dishes or laundry, activities that we call chores, literally things that we are super excited to give to someone else as soon as we can afford to do so, or as soon as we have kids. Other people still describe very dangerous activities like driving a car or partying with friends. Now I'm not passing judgment on any of these things, but it does describe a world where the automation boundary is actually very unique to an individual in society based on cultural, economic, and religious preferences. But to understand the atomic unit of an automation boundary, I did a really fun thing. I walked up and down a grocery store set of aisles in my hometown, Santa Barbara, California, with about 35 people who didn't know what I was looking for. At the end of their trips up and down the aisle, after they checked out, I asked them about 3 groceries in their cart that over 50% of them had considered or purchased: water, tortilla chips, and toothpaste. And I would say, "Why'd you buy that water?" or "Why'd you buy that tortilla chip?" or "Why'd you buy that toothpaste?" And they'd say, "Well, it's my favorite." I'd say, "Well, how many have you tried?" They'd say, "Oh, just that one." How could anyone possibly know their favorite toothpaste? In this grocery store, there are over over 50 varieties of toothpaste, over 40 varieties of tortilla chips, and over 70 varieties of water. There is no possible way to have tried all of these varieties so that you can definitively know which toothpaste you like the most, unless you have very sensitive teeth, and then of course it's Sensodyne. Now when you explore these 3 items, what you realize actually is that in the developed world, we make on average 125 purchase decisions a day, which is about 124 more than our great-grandparents. Capitalism brought us abundance, abundance brought us optionality, and it looks like optionality might actually be breaking our brains. Because when you talk to people about most of the purchase decisions they make, it's not about taste, it's not about quality, it's about protecting their computational load. Most purchase decisions now are either made out of randomness or inertia. It's why people increasingly ask the waiter, "What's the best thing on the menu?" Give me a break, anything except choosing at this point. Now, the really incredible thing about this moment is it starts to explore this really interesting problem that we are going to face very soon. Because as agents get better and better, they're going to start saying very soon, "Hey, would you like me to fill your grocery cart?" And you're probably gonna say, "Sure." I, for one, figured out, as we hired a personal assistant, that there were 3 groceries I cared about, and this is not a sponsored ad: Coke Zero, White Cheddar Popcorn by Smartfood, and Good Culture cottage cheese with fruit on the bottom. Everything else is a grocery. Buy local, make it healthy ideally. What about when an agent says, "Do you want me to book you a reservation?" That'd be great. Make it romantic. We're really in the mood for Indian. What about a vacation? Oh, that sounds nice. Tropical, please. Do you have an airline preference? Nope, just direct flights only. Agents are going to test our automation boundary much faster than people thought. My theory is that we are so obsessed right now with a world where we need to automate more, we're not actually considering the importance of figuring out what it is we should protect. So much about the human experience has been automated away to an incredible detriment of a lot of our lives, and we must now explore what it means to be human as fast as possible so that we don't find ourselves in a world that is infinitely efficient and devoid of purpose or spirit. I challenge you to figure out what you should protect and then ruthlessly outsource the rest. Discover what it means that you actually care about so that you can find the joy in your life in automating everything else. And the third phase is what I can best describe as a natural language operating system. And this is kind of wild, but at some point in the near future, when autonomous agents are more effective at buying and selling, negotiating on our behalf, making business decisions, we're gonna realize that the screen itself is far less important than we originally thought it was. Amen, by the way. I am on a crusade to convince people that the screen is actually not their friend and it probably is a demon. We sold away the soul and spirit of so many children at the altar of the digital device and we are fighting back for it now. And the really incredible thing about this is we are gonna realize that the screen is sapping our attention and our lust for life just as fast as we realize that agents are willing to do a lot more stuff stuff. Something else is gonna happen. Thanks to telemetry data and audio and video data, machines are gonna become self-evident. And these two events are gonna collide to create personal compute that we no longer carry around and stare, but rather that we wear and simply use. My theory is in the next few years, screen time will actually be seen as a negative status symbol. Ditch diggers will give way to button pushers. And in this future, your ability to outsource not just your preferences, but the tasks that don't serve you will become even more important. And the natural language operating system is the furthest point on the near horizon that I can point at confidently and say at some point machines will not be things that you have to learn, which is also great because the digital divide keeps out about 2 billion people from from society and economy. I travel a lot and I observe senior citizens at airports and elderly who fumble for their mobile boarding passes. And I wonder what the rest of their life might look like. If they don't live in physical proximity to people they love, they might just be left out entirely. We're gonna be there one day and we do not wanna be left behind by this technology and the natural language operating system is something we should fight for. And as a result of all this, as a result of machines that are getting very cheap, as a result of machines that are getting very smart, and as a result of machines that are integrating more seamlessly in our lives such that they are self-evident, we are approaching what I can best describe as un-metered intelligence. Un-metered intelligence is quite simply a theory that I proposed in 2021, which argues that at some point, competing on the basis of brilliance alone will not be possible, that intelligence might in fact be a resource just like others, water, electricity, or the internet, that once were very, very scarce and are now abundant. Unmetered intelligence is a big weird idea, and I should caution, I'm not proposing universal brilliance. I'm not arguing that everyone will be smart. The internet doesn't mean that you do research, Literacy doesn't mean that you read. Unmetered intelligence doesn't mean that you will be brilliant. It means that we will have access to brilliance, and what we do with it collectively and individually is going to determine everything. And on that, I will leave you with this: Today is the best day ever to be born, and tomorrow will be too. Optimism is not naive. If you are a source of hope for people, you are doing God's work. Work. And the reason that I can intellectually convince you that today is such a great day, but that I cannot necessarily emotionally convince you, is that you are overexposed to negative information and you are underexposed to positive information. We spend so much time telling ourselves terrible stories about the world we live in, when in fact our great-grandparents would have wept with joy to see our opportunities.
Opportunities.
And I tell you this because if you have children or if you are responsible for another soul on this earth, I argue that you have a moral obligation to describe a point in the future that you are going to help build for them such that we can just build a world that is unimaginably better than the one we live in today. Optimism is not naive. If this gives you even a glimmer of it, Remember how that feels and be a source of it for someone else tomorrow. Thanks so much.
Give it up for Zach. He can see you in the chat.
Slide it up for Zach.
Hey everybody. So, um, I know For some of you, that was heavy. That was a lot. I'm going to unpackage that in a minute. But also, while we were going, I heard— I saw people in the chat saying, is Zach real? Are they really live? Here's what I'll tell you. First off, this is live as they get. Let's just go back. I don't know. Cheryl, can you wave? I see Cheryl back here. Can you wave? I see Andrea. Oh, what's up, Alice? This is live as live gets. And there is no robots here today. There is no AI. Believe me, I know this is live because I wanna throw up every day. And listen, when you have 638,000 people registered and you gotta show up and I wanna serve everyone, I wanna serve Janelle and Pablo and Barbara and Kevin and Marie. I wanna meet everybody where they are. Plus we got all these amazing speakers who are flying in. Zach had to do it in a different location, but the rest are here. Igor's coming on next. It's a lot to put together, but it's live. And if it's not perfect, well, it's live. Wouldn't you rather the real us be here? Now listen, here's what I wanna share about Zach. Yeah, he goes deep, but doesn't the future deserve to be taken seriously? That's why I wanted him to go first, right? But here's what I want you to take away from everything he just shared. It's not tech, it's not timelines, it's this. He said, "Figure out what matters to you and protect it." then ruthlessly hand everything else off to AI. That's not gonna happen today, but that's gonna happen over the next decade, and we can start ahead of most. And he said something else that I hope you hold onto for the rest of this weekend. Today is the best day ever to be born, and tomorrow will be too. This one I think we should write down. Optimism isn't being naive. Isn't that cool? It's the most powerful strategy there is. Now, Zach just showed us where the world is going. Over the rest of the, of today and tomorrow and the following day, we're gonna show you more things that are step by step on how to utilize it. Start right where you are. And up next is someone who's gonna bring this down to earth in a way you can feel it and use it immediately. You'll be using what he teaches tonight. I've been talking a lot about leverage and foundations and why these moments matter. Now it's time to experience the person who's going to help you make it real. You heard me talk about Igor a lot earlier. Now you're about to see why we made him our partner. He's taught over 100,000 entrepreneurs. His YouTube channel has over 30 million views, and he's behind some of the world's most views— most viewed tutorials on ChatGPT Plus. He's lived in 6 countries. He speaks 3 languages natively. What just shows how easy he is to adapt to this new world. What really hits home is that Igor had to figure out all this on his own, and he knew it was hard to do it that way, and that's what drives him to be such a good teacher. So please help me welcome my friend, my partner, Igor Pagani. My job is— oh, play a video quick.
Uh, Igor teaches people how to do things things like build their own chatbots in 15 minutes and build custom GPTs. He's an AI educator, he's a tech enthusiast, video producer, self-taught coder, marketing expert, over 10 million views, uh, on his YouTube channel.
AI is an amplifier of what you already do. We digest the complexity and the madness that is generative AI into a format that people can easily consume.
And let's see if we can find who the very best is who can not How do we teach it but make it simple enough that anybody can use it? Translate it for it so that it becomes something that changes your life. And we found, on the other side of the earth, Igor Pagani.
I'm beyond excited to be a part of the AI Advantage because I get to work with some of the best people in the industry and help everyone transition from the old world into this new era that is defined by AI.
All right, now let's give it up for Igor Pagani.
What's up?
Hello, beautiful people. So many of you. Look at that. What a moment. I mean, seriously, what a moment in time. I mean, we're living through a technological revolution, right? Ups and downsides, sure. But just like this moment right now, like, think about it. There's 638,000 people signed up for this, meaning all of you have one thing in common. Curious. You want to learn, right? You want to figure this out. And also you want to have a good time while at it. But can we, can we tilt up a little bit with the cam so I, so I can see the people? So honestly, what a moment this is. And AI has just been everywhere, everywhere. I mean, it's, it's kind of insane, honestly. You go grocery shopping, I saw water that they advertised that is like infused by AI, like made with AI technology to make it better. I'm like, what are they talking about? Did you guys see the washing machines, the water bottles? It's insane. Like, they just put it everywhere, right? And the problem is not you. It's not me. Hopefully it's not like society. It's not somebody maliciously like putting this everywhere. It's the combination of AI plus internet. And I think honestly, like, people don't highlight enough how unique of a moment it is that for the first time ever, we're having like this technological revolution happening. While all of us are connected through the internet. Dean talked about the tractor, and you can, you can think about other big technological moments, you know, whether it's smartphones, whether it's, you know, the internet, cloud, or whatever you want to take, printing press. But none of that, none of that happened while the internet was out there, while YouTube videos were a thing, right? So honestly, it's, it's a very unique moment, and it causes a lot of emotions, it causes a lot of confusion. And it's understandable. And I'm here to let you know that, you know, it's just, it's how it is. It's not you. It's, it's how society and how the internet is set up. So I want to start here. I want to show you something. I just actually, I thought about how, how to kind of like present this point that it is really overwhelming even for people who obsess with this stuff and who are on it day by day. And people, everybody feels behind, right? They hear about AI 3 years ago, maybe, maybe 2 years, maybe, maybe just now. You tried, something feels off, like everybody else figured this out, but you're like missing the train. But truly, like, you didn't miss anything, but you did miss learning a skill, right? That, that is kind of my whole angle to this thing. It keeps developing, and even if you just tune in now, there is just the skill building, and I'm here to talk for the next roughly 25 minutes about that skill. What, what is that like, using AI, actually using it? What does it look like? And what are the patterns across hundreds of thousands of people, of people like figuring this out together with me and the entire team here? So I did this yesterday. I went ahead and I went into one of those image generators. So I don't care what you use, honestly. It's— people worry so much, like, should I use ChatGPT? Should I use Gemini? Should I use Claude? Honestly, it don't matter. That's going to be one of the big points today. But I went into— I think I went into ChatGPT, and I was just like, an image of an overwhelming amount of AI tools on a white background. And I was like, the team did so great. They created so many visuals for this, but this is what I got. And I was like, this feels so spot on. Isn't this how everybody feels? I know it's how I feel. I try to stay on top of it, but it's just, it's just this. And like, and then the tech companies are out there and they're like, oh my God, check out our latest innovation. And they add like another icon on here and they're like, be excited, use it now. And then like all the influencers go online and they're like, You're being left behind. You're going to become a part of the permanent underclass, whatever, like wording they use, right? They're like, this tool 100x my productivity, you know? And it's like, bro, you're missing the context. Like, like there's 1,000 of them. What was it like 12,000 new tools since our last summit? I looked it up yesterday. There's different statistics, but I think there's like 90,000 of them. Just Anthropic alone shipped around 120 features. In the first 3 months of this year. That's one company, right? That's the company behind Claude. Talk about that. But it's, it's just insane, right? And my point is, my point is it's, it's not you. You're not putting out these tools. You're not putting out this messaging. You're just consuming it. You're trying to like live your life and all of a sudden like this AI shows up, thing shows up and you're like, okay, guess I gotta deal with it. But naturally, naturally, if you see this, right? If you see that screen, it brings up this question of like, okay, which one should I be using?
Right?
So many, which tool, right? See a lot of you nodding there, right? Makes sense. But what if that's the wrong question entirely, right? And what if nobody ever told you to ask a different question? Fair enough. But I think, I deeply believe that it is actually the wrong question. So I hope that my little talk here today and the points that we're going to hit, there's going to be a lot of good ones, about to get practical too in a second here. But before I do that, I want to just tell you a little bit about where I come from and how that like cleanly maps into what's going on with AI right now. And then we get practical. But seriously, like back in the day when I was growing up, my, you know, my first years were in Eastern Europe, Slovakia in the '90s, you know, right after the regime change, after the Soviet Union fell. 5 years later, you know, I was born. Bratislava, right there, the capital of Slovakia, Eastern Europe. And we moved around a lot, you know. It was me and my single mom, and she was trying to figure things out for us, always at work. She was a nurse. But we moved a lot, you know, every few years. New apartment, new school, new friends. Things changed, right? But I want to tell you about, like, one particular move, and actually I want to show you about one particular move in a second here. This was where we lived for a few years in Slovakia. And you might be looking at it, if you're from the US, I know we're over 170 countries here, You've probably never been to Slovakia, and fair enough. But this is what a lot of people imagine Eastern Europe as, sort of. And it was literally my building. Now, I want to point out one fun thing about this picture. Do you see that window on the bottom right? Do you see that green window? Now, I just pulled this off Google Maps like yesterday. But I remember back in the day, these are bulletproof windows, just those. Why is this one window bulletproof? It's because literally the guy who was the mafia boss for the district we lived in, lived down there. Now, I don't know exactly why, but they put in, like, I remember, like, they pulled up with multiple, like, G-Wagons and automatic weapons and perimeter checks. I was just in the window on the 5th floor right there, just checking it out, you know, like, what's up? But it's crazy, crazy. But this was, this was my neighborhood. And then all of a sudden my mom was like, okay, we're looking for a better life, let's do it, we're moving to Austria. So this was the new environment. Cue the next picture. We moved to here. It was a few hours away, but let me tell you, what do these two have in common? I think if nothing comes to mind, it's a fair answer. And let me tell you, this is even— I just pulled this off Google. These are some nicer houses. Ours had like an asbestos rooftop. I don't know. So we figured out that gives you cancer and stuff, so we had to move on. Anyway, point being, completely different environments. One was like super peaceful, completely different language, different culture. And let me tell you what, if you bring the patterns from environment A into environment B, what's going to happen? It's not that the patterns are wrong, it's that it's a new environment, right? I'm in an Austrian village. What am I thinking? Like, I can't talk Slovak to people who don't speak Slovak, right? Just like if I, like, I don't know, switch languages now or something, like, that'd be confusing. It's like, I gotta, you know, meet my environment where it's at. And here's the thing, when you kind of keep doing that and you go through that, you realize that bringing the same patterns to this new environment feels dangerous. It legitimately feels dangerous. You use the same greeting, but all of a sudden it's like they're like, they look at you like this, like, like, ah, okay, I guess they don't understand me. And it's not just language, right? It's cultural norms, all of that. But it's, it's again, it's not because of you, it's because the environment changed. And what I learned over time is to play it safe, adapt it, right? And if you do that long enough, it becomes a part of who you are. It becomes a part of our identity, and all of a sudden we navigate all of life like that. But, you know, I worked on that all throughout my 20s. And let me tell you, as we kept moving, it became a big part of my life, and uncertainty became a big part of my life. And the way I dealt with it is I figured if I learn new stuff— like, I had to already learn new stuff as I adapted throughout all this— but if I keep learning new things, if I just can keep doing that, things seem to get better, right? They don't understand you, but you learn the language and it's better. You learn the cultural norms and it's better. And I kind of transferred that to software eventually. I was like at age 16, I was learning Photoshop, Premiere. I had my first YouTube channel at age 17. Was that like 15 years ago? Anyway, why do I tell you all this? For a lot of you, AI feels exactly like that, I believe. Not because it's dangerous. It's not dangerous, right? It's not here to hurt you. Sure, there's like narratives around that. In the future, but it's really just a new environment. It's like the workplace is changing, the internet is changing, the world is changing, the way your apps work, the way your washing machine works is changing, right? They're like just putting it everywhere and it's unpredictable. You don't know what, what the next thing is. What, like 12,000 new tools, 120 new features just in Anthropic? Like, heck, maybe you figured out like Claude deeply like last year. It's a competitor a tool to ChatGPT, if you don't know. Maybe you figured it out and now it's like, oh, here's 120 new features. It's like, damn it. So you just don't know the rules yet. And when you don't know the rules, the smart move feels like playing it safe. It might not be, but it feels like that, right? It's like, okay, everything changed, so like, maybe let me take a step back and figure this out first. And then that playing it safe often turns into like paralysis. And as you saw with those AI tools, like, it's just a— like, I get it, it makes sense, and I've been there. But hear me when I say this, like, I'm not here today, and the whole summit is not here to change who you are, right? We're not naive enough to think that you're going to turn into someone who loves uncertainty, right? But if you do follow along, and if you follow along what I'm about to show you, I can make you AI confident and maybe, maybe even fluent. And that beats, um, comfortable every single time, right? So again, you don't have to, you don't have to like understand it all. You just need to follow and know what the next step is. So let me map it out for you because it's a skill and it's never too late to learn a new skill. Okay, so just one slide before we get acutely practical here. Um, and this is just my personal take, honestly. This is like my, my honest take on like what AI can do for the 90%. For the non-technical consumers, not the developers kind of tinkering on their weekends, 10 hours a day obsessing, um, but the people who have a life and the people who are trying to get value out of this AI thing. Okay, in the past, call it past 2 to 3 years, before that it was just crickets, right, in terms of consumer-friendly usability. But in the past 2 to 3 years, it wasn't that capable. It was pretty good, right? It was this novelty phase. A lot of people who used it well got maybe a 20-30% productivity boost, right? Honestly, I, and I say this every time, everybody who sold you this idea of like 10 times your productivity with AI over the past 2 years was just, you know, he was just stretching the reality for to, to have a good title or to have a good blog title or article title. But the reality is most people, they landed somewhere between 20 to 40% maybe productivity increase, which is amazing, right? That's good. But it's a novelty phase right now, and I know you feel this.
It's—
there's like a turning point. Like, it's really genuinely these agentic applications and agentic AI, as you heard Zach talk about just now, it's become genuinely helpful. It's like getting to a point where it's becoming usable for the everyday consumer, and it's not just about getting 20% more time. It's literally about like multiplying your output by 2. Or free depending on what you do. It really depends on what you do, right? Coders get a lot of benefit. Marketing and salespeople get a lot of benefit. I don't know if you're like in plumbing, probably on the other end of the— like there's still a lot of benefit you can get, client communication and stuff, right? Anyway, my point is this. 6 months from now, like it's really happening now. And why I'm saying that is because like the developer-friendly applications are so capable now. If you obsess and it breaks, it's messy, but certain things it can do— I'll show you one in a second— are just unbelievable. They're just so good. And they're becoming available just now. This wasn't the case 6 months ago, and it's happening now. And whenever something unlocks for all the super technical people, it just takes a few more months, and then all the consumers kind of follow. And we already see this with certain consumer-friendly apps where you can build agents. But my point is like, it really is a turning point. I know people say that all the time, but like, really, it's happening now. And then 2 years from now, like, who knows? But I can tell you that if you're fluent, with it now, it's a whole new world for you. And you're gonna see all this new innovation and new stuff pop up and you're like, it's okay 'cause I have my base, I have my foundation, I know what I'm doing, I have things that are working for me, I already boosted my productivity. And then the novelty, all the new stuff starts feeling like, let me see if I want this. It's not like, oh my God, I gotta completely shift everything I do. It's like, do I wanna add it to what I'm already doing? It's a whole different conversation, right? So what does this progression look like and how do you, How do you like grow into it, right? And the main thing, like Dean alluded to, like I explained this to so many people, and it's like the main blocker always is fear. It's just like, oh, it feels like I gotta like give up on what I've been doing, how I've been doing things. And my question is this, so like, are you actually afraid of the future? As I pointed it out, are you actually afraid of this point 2 years in the future? Or, or Are you afraid of stepping into unknown territory and having to be a beginner at something new? Which one is it? Because often I find that people use the future as an excuse because it's so easy. It's like, oh, the future is on, you know, what am I gonna— I don't know, AI is gonna take over, right? It's so convenient, but it's so hard to say like, I just don't want to be at the point where I was at like 18 or 20 where like I just didn't know anything and I was so lost, all of these negative emotions. Unknown territory, and I have to be a beginner again? That sucks, I get it. But let me tell you, it's not that hard. I have a framework, 3 levels of AI fluency. Okay, here we go. So this, this is how you really go from wherever you're at, wherever you're at, to the next level. This is going to show you the next step. Okay, so level 1, look, I made a little pyramid. This slide is going to fill up as I talk. Level 1, it's AI for answers. It's using it like a fancy Google, you might say. It's the intuitive way to use it. It's when you show up, you make an account, you go in there, you have a question, you put it in and you hit enter, you get the answer. Amazing. I mean, that's a win. There's nothing wrong with using it for answers, right? And just because you're answering questions with it, what are questions? Anybody? Oh, they're problems. They're problems you have, right? Anytime you come up with a question, they're a problem. So you're basically problem solving. So the next step, not even in the pyramid, not even in this 3-level progression, but the next step of using it— like, you go in, you ask questions, you get answers— you start asking questions about problems you have. I have this email, can you write me a reply? You paste the email, right? It gives you a reply. You're like, oh, amazing! Can you give me 10 ideas on what to do about XYZ? You get 10 ideas. You're like, what? Right? So you're already saving time, and this is a great level. You're saving 2 to 4 hours a week, maybe email drafts, brainstorming, trip planning, meal planning, whatever it might be. You're doing things and it's a win. It's amazing. But I reckon most people who are at this level, they have this feeling of like, oh, this is good, but there must be more. I want more. I want the full potential of this, right? And you would be right. You would be right because there's also level 2. And level 2 is using AI as a work partner. Now hear me out, because this is a real difference to just using it to answer questions. It doesn't just answer, it helps you think. It's like, sure, there's a technical component to getting from level 1 to level 2. I'll talk about that. I'll literally show you examples of what it looks like now. But there's also a mindset shift. You need to, you need to change how you think about it. It's not just somebody helping you or doing something for you. It's a partner. It's an equal where, hey, if you have a problem, your default is like, what do you think about this? You talk to it like you would to a true partner. Now, at this level, it helps you think, it helps you create, and it helps you work. And I know that's, that's broad, but the big difference in usage is you give it context. This is the context layer. This is where you tell it more about yourself, about what good looks like. You give it more details. Okay, so if you tell it that, it gives you leverage back. Right? And it gives you leverage in terms of like having a partner. Anybody ever like started a business or maybe saw somebody start a business and partner up with somebody, then it went wrong? I think that's quite the common experience like in humanity. It's just, you know, like people evolve, people grow, maybe communication wasn't good in the first place, whatever. But human relationships in general, whether partnerships, whether it's intimate relationships, like they tend to get messy and we work through it. With AI, it's simpler. Let me tell you, it's simpler. It's there 24/7. It doesn't talk back. It respects you always, right? It's kind of a beautiful thing, but you need to learn how to work with it at level 2. And if you do, you're saving more time. You're saving 6 to 15 hours. And as you give it this context— and next we're going to talk about how to do that and also the Gentic level, don't worry— but you're saving more time. And you're not just creating content, you're not just creating documents or drafting documents, you're drafting documents that are actually almost done. Anybody had the experience where they're like, hey, create a Word doc, you know, for XYZ, and they give it some details, and then it's like 50% of the way there or 60% of the way there, and after like 1 hour of editing it or 2 hours of editing it, you're like, I could have just done this myself in this time. And then like next time you're not going to come around to using AI again because you're like, it's just easier to do it manually, whatever. I don't— it doesn't work. I don't get it. I'll adapt, adopt a future version of it, whatever you say. But The truth is the people who figured it out over the last 3 years are the ones who give it the right context. This is what layer 2 is all about. We'll talk more about that in a second, but this is really where the magic starts. Okay? Now level 3, this is the one that has been popping up lately and where a lot of people get confused. You hear this term AI agent, right? What is it? It's really AI working for you. You're not working together with it. You're not saying, hey, I need XYZ and then getting the result and maybe copy pasting the email into your, your email software and sending it. It just happens. And I'll give you an example here in a second, but like this is the dream, this is the destination for most people. They're like, if this thing could just do the work for me, if it could take action on my behalf, that would be the destination, that would be the dream. It researching while I sleep, it running workflows without me touching them, it handling entire pipelines that I set up in advance. You can see a lot of this wording that I use kind of implies that there is some work to be done on the front end so it can run on the back end. Just like with an employee, like, like, or like with a human, right? You don't just expect to like hire somebody and they onboard themselves and figure it out. You have to work with them, you have to set it up. But once you do, quite frankly, this is more reliable than, than any employee ever has. And that's, that's not because it's a bad employee, it's just because we're human and we have certain needs and emotions, and this thing just runs on a schedule and And I'll show you an example of what this looks like for me. But if you, you know, get to this level 3, as I call it, AI doing work for you, you're saving 20 to 40 hours a week. And this is where AI isn't just a tool anymore. Now, the biggest mistake, and I, I'm gonna say this multiple times, biggest mistake is people jumping from level 1 to 3. They see the latest and greatest stuff and they're like, I can do that. I can take this 2-hour, I don't know, YouTube tutorial and just follow step by step and set up my agent. Now what I find overwhelmingly is if people do that and they skip the context layer, the level 2, turning it into a partner that you work with every single day— like, I'm not talking like 3 times a week. Like, if it's a true partner, there's no way around not using it every day. It's, it's— that's level 2, level like the bleeding edge, top of level 2. That's when you go to level 3. So don't fall into this trap. Like, if you're at level 1, learn level 2 first and then go to level 3. So quick pulse check. I just want— just after hearing this, I'll give you examples next, and we'll get practical with, with some prompting and, and also a Gentec showcase. But I wanna, I wanna just hear who thinks right here in this room, just show of hands, like if you're in the Zoom rooms, who thinks they're at level 1? So I'm at level 3. I mean, I teach this, I have to, right? But who's at level 1? There's no shame in that. It's great. It's like, it's probably— and, and let me tell you, if you're in chat and you're using Memories as your context management system— if you don't know what that is, it's just the automatic way of gathering information about you— if you only use Memories to manage your context, you're at level 1. You're at level 1. And that's fine. There's nothing wrong with that. Who's at level 2? Who thinks they're at level 2, using it as a daily work partner? Daily work partner. OK. And who's at level 3? Who's at level— who's been through all the frustration it took to get there? Show me. Show of hands. Not many. There's a few. There's a few. So yeah, it's a real thing. And maybe also type it in chat. You can type it in chat, everybody. Also YouTube people, you can share it there. We're streaming on, on like multiple, in multiple rooms now, right? So it's interesting. Again, only level 3 people, and this is the big takeaway from this framework, only level 3 people should bother chasing the latest tool releases. Everyone else, Stop. You don't need 50 tools. You need one. Just commit to one. It doesn't matter. Chat, Claude, if you want to answer, like I saw it in chat a lot, like, ooh, what do I use, Chat or Claude? If you want to answer for me, just use Claude. I think it sounds more human. And it also, I think they, yeah, it just sounds more human. I like that. The voice input sucks, but they sound more human. Okay, so pick that one and go deep on your context. 5 to 10 use cases that really resonate with you and do what I'm about to show you with the context to get to the edge of level 2 and then worry about all the agentic stuff. Okay, so let me show you quickly what this progression looks like in my terms. Okay, so, you know, as the head of AI education here, I run a lot of things and I have a lot of— I would love to shout everybody out, gosh, but we have incredible teams, we have incredible humans working here behind behind, behind the scenes. And we run so much, right? Training programs, YouTube channel, communities, newsletter, all of that, right? If you're ever confused by it, by the way, you can just check out the website aiadvantage.com. It's on there. You can, if you're ever confused. But we run a lot, right? And what seeds all of it from an educational side is research on new tools, right? It's new stuff. So back in the day when I did this manually, I used to spend 1 to 2 hours every day scanning new sites, Twitter feeds, Reddit threads, Instagram, you name it. I opened 20 tabs, took notes. I tried to figure out what's trending, what my audience would actually care about, and ended up with messy docs. Half of it wasn't even relevant to my show, but I did it right. It took like manual work every day. That was my reality. I had 2 people helping me too. Over time we built this like research system, but it just took so much effort right now at level 1. If you just kind of prompt AI, this is not a thing you're gonna be able to solve at level 1. This is just one of those things that are not gonna work. You say, give me 5 ideas for YouTube videos about AI, you get something like this. You get an answer that is relevant to billions of people, right? And let me tell you, like, there's nothing wrong with this answer, okay? It's an answer. It's not wrong, but it's useless to me. This is useless. What am I gonna do with that? It's so generic. It's useless. I would, I would say it's almost like my mom's advice when I was young for, like, she said this to everything. She's like, Mom, what do I do? Right? She's like, just be yourself, Igor, it's okay. I remember I was always like, it was always the same thing. Mom, I'm being myself. It's clearly not working. Right? And she was like, that's kind of all she had. She was like, just be yourself, honey, it's fine. Ultimately, I mean, you know, looking back, good advice, but I don't know. So this is level 1. You ask, it answers, but it doesn't move you closer to your goal. Level 2, this is where you add more. Look at that. We'll revisit this in a second too. But this is where you add more details. I say something about the YouTube content we make, you know, the target audience. At the bottom, I say I need fresh video ideas for this week. That's the main task. And then all the way at the bottom, I say what's trending in AI right now that my audience would care about? Not developer news or speculation, things they can try. This is kind of the core of what we do, right? So when I give it this, all of a sudden it comes back. This was ChatGPT. It pulled together 30 different links by itself. Because I literally asked it what is trending right now. So it invoked the browser use tool, it went out, it Googled a bunch of stuff for me. See how that's different than level 1? It tries to give you an answer, all of a sudden it like looks up stuff for you and gives you these ideas. They're okay. Let me show you level 3. Level 3, that's where it gets interesting because at level 3, it knows my taste, it knows my audience, it gives me ideas I might actually use, right? But at level 3, all of a sudden there's a shift. That's where it gets interesting. I'm not typing a prompt. I just wake up in the morning. I wake up, I check my phone, try not to do it right away, but I do check my phone in the morning and the research is done. It's there. And it's not because people did it. It's because the agent that runs at Level 3 did it. This is the concrete example of what I look like in the morning from this week. I pulled this in yesterday night. These are the 4 stories from the past week filtered for my taste. With a velocity rating. Velocity means how many sources did it appear on across the internet. If it's more than 10, it's a high velocity. And then also the level framework that I showed you, I gave it the whole thing with details and it rated it. This is a level 2 thing. This is a level 2+ thing. This is a level 1 thing, right? And it adds these automatically. So let me tell you, when I did this manually, I tried so many ways to use code to automate this. You know, you could scrape, sure. You would scrape together 100 stories a day and then you wake up and it's like a list of 100 things. You're like, what am I supposed to do with this? This filters it for me. And not just that it filters it for me, it prepares it for me too. Look at that. It wrote a summary of— this is one of the stories, Claude Design, last week, another release, whatever. Don't focus on that right now. But it shows me a summary of what happened and then 3 hooks, how I could open a segment about it, how I could open teaching about it in my voice. I don't know, sounds pretty much like me. Maybe not completely perfect, but it's just there. Every story like this prepared every morning. It's pretty amazing. And this is what 2 people plus 10 hours a week from me used to do. Now it's there when I wake up, just appears. This is the power of like agents, okay? And you could reapply this research, you know, to, to what you do, to your niche. But that's level 3. It's not answering questions anymore. It's not even working alongside you. It's working for you while you sleep. And on day 3, by the way, this is day 1. I'll show you how I got there, and I'll show you more examples of the agents doing work. It's gonna be great. It's worth sticking around for. But I wanna leave you with something practical, okay? I wanna leave you with something to, you know, try out tonight. Maybe not right now, depends on how fluent you are already. But this is the one thing to learn today. And you know, it's one thing to learn it and to hear it, but it's another one to go out there and apply it. So I would like implore you to actually try it. I call it the context sandwich, check it out. And this is the visual my team made. And I, oh God, they do so great. Isn't this a beautiful visual? Yes, shout out team. Yet yesterday night I was just like laying in my bed, I was like, I don't see this context sandwich this way. This thing that I'm about to teach you, actually this, this popped up in my mind and I went and created it. Next slide. This is what was in my mind. I was like, that's what it is. And the concept is simple. Listen to me, the dog is the task that you give it, right? But you sandwich it with context, with the right type context. This is what's going to elevate you from level 1 to level 2. And also, anybody who's listening was like, Igor, I'm already building agents, I'm trying to like find something like to make them better. It's this. This is going to lead you all the way from the beginning all the way to the end. This is timeless truth, okay? It's the power of context. And there's a structure that works. There's a reason this database, that research workflow I just showed you, works. And for other people it doesn't, okay? Even technical people, doesn't. So it starts like this. It's very simple. At level 1, you tell it what you need, right? It gives you the cheese. Now, this is what that could look like, right? A follow-up email. They went quiet after my proposal, right? You give it a task and maybe a little bit of context. This is level 1 usage, basic, fair enough. It works, it does something, helps. But what I'm telling you here is if you sandwich it— now, I don't know, think about the sandwich or the dog. Hopefully, the dog is going to help you remember it. I know it does for me. But you do this. You start with who you are. And you end with what good looks like, and you sandwich the task in between. Okay? So anytime you put in a task, that's the intuitive part. That's all of you can do that. You can talk to humans, you can talk to AI. You're gonna put that in the middle. But then you above that, you put, here's who I am. And below it, here's what good looks like. Now there's a lot of flexibility on what you could define as who you are, right? You could give it one sentence of like, hey, I'm Igor. I'm head of AI education for the AI Advantage. Or you could have a 3-page document, right? But— or anything in between. Either one of those is going to make it better. And then hopefully as you progress, as you get more fluent and more comfortable at level 2, using it as a partner, who you are is going to get longer. Hopefully eventually you're going to start curating it into an extra document or saving it in your account or finding some way to not re-explaining yourself who you are every time, but having a fixed way of saying that. And then here's what good looks like is the big unlock that makes level 3 work eventually. Right? So if you get into this habit at level 1, it will carry you all the way to the top. Because let me tell you, when I did my research workflow automation, like the agent, the level 3 thing that just pulls together all the stories across the internet, all the AI stories ever, like, here's what good looks like for me was giving it the past 1,000 decisions that I made on stories. We already were curating a database and I was manually rating them. I was saying, this is a 4, this is a 6, this is an 8. Oh my God, this is a clear 10. We need to like move on this now. And I had that data right there. So I just copied all of that. I would say, this is my decision-making across the past 1,000 decisions. That's what good looks like. Maybe you could give it multiple emails that you wrote that you really like. Maybe you just start by saying, okay, it's a rude email, try to make it friendly. It's okay to start there, but just know depth. And especially when you want to get to level 3 and you just run these things automatically when they run on autopilot. You want that depth of context. You want it to have your past— 1,000 is overkill, but the past at least 3 decisions you made in that case so that it can carry them forward. This is the key. This is the key to unlocking AI. It's not learning another 5 tools or figuring out how every feature works. It's depth of context, right? And then all the tools and stuff, it's just the how. It's just the last step. Let me tell you, I know so many smart people who can't get all of these, um, advanced like agents and all the new stuff coming out to work. They're like, Igor, like, like, what, why, why does it work for you? Why doesn't it work for me? And the answer, we always arrive at the same thing. It's, it's context, you know? And some people are tired of it because over the past few years in AI education, everybody's always saying that it's like context, you know, make your prompts better. But it's true. And especially at the agentic level, it's true. All the other stuff you can copy paste from other sources. The context you need to develop yourself. That's the work you've got to put in. So this is what that would look like with the email, right? Write a follow-up email. They went quiet after my proposal in the middle. That's what I showed you. But at the top, I'm a small business owner with 10 years of experience. At the bottom, warm but direct. I remind them why we're a fit. Okay, so this is acutely practical. Now I want you to apply this to the stuff you're already doing. Maybe look at the last 10 chats in your ChatGPT Cloud account and be like, did I do this, or did I only tell it what I needed? Or maybe I told it about myself and I told it what I needed, but I didn't tell it what good looks like. Right? And then there's an opportunity there. You can send— it's a chat. I always say it's ChatGPT, it's not one message GPT. You can always continue, right? You can go ahead and you can send an example of what good looks like, and you'll watch the results transform in front of your eyes, right? Everybody can do that now. So if you look at the example before, level 2, it's that. It's who I am, it's the task, and it's what good looks like, right? You don't need to read the whole thing. It's just, it's this idea. That's how you make things better. I went a little over time, but I thought this was really good and I see the fire in your eyes, guys. I see people leaning in. I see Mark there nodding along being like, "Yep." I hope this was helpful genuinely, and I want to leave you with a few very simple yet potentially very deep use cases if you do them well. What I mean by doing them well is using the context sandwich. Think of that little dog and come up with those bonds for yourself. But these are some great use cases. If you don't know where to start, if you don't know what to try, these are 4 that have just proven to be super valuable, right? You can prep for a conversation and then you can always add more, right? It's not just like just a sandwich and nothing else. If you want to add a screenshot of the conversation that you've been avoiding, it's going to help, right? It's going to give context. You can do that, right? You can give it a photo of your fridge, ask it to make him, uh, what meal could you make for your family that's easy to make? That's an all-time favorite. That one just works so well. Just try that today, seriously. And then some of them you can keep shallow, or you can go deep and add more context. And if you're doing that, you're already working with it as a partner, right? You're already adding the sandwich layers, and all of a sudden you get answers that could only be true to you. This is where you're truly at level 2. If you're using it every day, if you have like 5 to 10 use cases that you know are like killer for you, And you have this depth of context, you're at level 2. And only then are you ready to start looking at level 3. Before that, gosh, just put the blinders on. It's so messy out there. That's the shift you need to make, OK? So if you just made an account and if you're beginning, worry about context. Don't worry about the Gentec stuff. That's my message here, OK? So I'm not going to pretend that we can get you there in a day or two to level 3, right? But you're on the path now. And you walked in here with a lot of uncertainty, probably. I mean, I know I'm uncertain every day. It keeps changing. It's how it is, changing environment. But my hope is that right now, right now at this point in the summit, it's starting to click a little bit, right? Zach was so good with the high-level stuff, and Dean just knows how to talk to you. But this is what you need to do today. You need to sandwich your prompts, okay? And I hope it's starting to click here. And here's one more thing that nobody else tells you. You don't need to understand everything in AI at once, right? Technological revolution, it's a mess. You just need the next step towards fluency. And you've got yours now. So go try it. That's it. Thank you.
Give it up for Eet.
So good.
So good. Let him see what you think in the chat. Wasn't that so good? Who understands the prompting sandwich, the context sandwich, right? Just those little things you should be doing tonight. Take whatever you've done and just try that simple thing tonight. Whether it's what you want results of a workout, a meal, life, business, email, watch the difference and see that evolution. Now, what I wanna tell you is I told you we're gonna start off high level. To make sure we busted the beliefs that are holding you back that some people don't even know you have. We talked about those 3 things, the time, the overwhelm, too many options. We did all that on purpose. Zach set a foundation on where the world was going and I love how we ended with, it's the best time in history to be born right now. Technology throughout history has made things better. We're just in this weird shift. We're the first ones doing it. So bravo for being here. And then watching Igor take you through that journey of understanding the 3 levels so you knew where you were at. I watched all the 1s, the 2s, some 3s, and then understanding how it can evolve. Wasn't that cool to see how he used to do videos and now how he wakes up and they're there? That's an evolution we're all going to be on, especially here for the next 3 days. And then you got the prompt, the context sandwich. So that's exactly the evolution that we're on today and over the next couple of days. And man, does Igor have some killer stuff for you planned in this evolution. Like I said, I asked you when we started today, trust the process. Some of you, this might be a little too fast, some of you slow, but we got hundreds of thousands of you. And I promise by the time this is over, this is gonna be the best 9 hours you spent, I hope, in the last couple of years, because together we get to close the gap. From where you are to where you need to be with AI. Now, I want you to meet someone who proves that you don't have to be a, be technical to be great at AI. Molly Mahoney is not a programmer. She's not an engineer. In fact, she started on Broadway, a performer, a producer, a creative through and through. She calls herself quirky, even weird. And honestly, it's her superpower because here's what happened. She took AI, And instead of trying to make her become someone else she wasn't, she actually used it to become more of herself, more of her unique voice, more of her style, more of the things, well, that make her who, make her her. And now companies hire to teach them how to do the same exact thing. She's got an exploding company being the best version of herself. I love having Molly on stage because she meets so many of you exactly where you are. If you've ever felt like AI is for tech people and not for you, ah, this is gonna, I told you every speaker is chosen for, for a reason. This is gonna change how you look at it. Let's play a quick video and then we'll bring up Molly.
With how crazy fast everything is going in the world of business these days, it has never been more important to have a clear, actionable strategy, especially when it comes with AI. You're here in this room because you want to harness the power of AI in a smart, sustainable, and aligned way with your brand. Your weird is your superpower. Your weird plus AI magic is how you create content that stands out. And this isn't about what other people think about you. It's about what you think about you.
Molly is a social selling innovator, and she's renowned for her groundbreaking approach to organic content creation.
She's known for turning complex tech into simple, profitable strategies. She launched a business, The Prepared Performer, in 2013 and has since helped thousands of people to show up more powerfully, turning their message into a revenue-generating movement.
Human connection is the most powerful sales strategy. You are the most important piece of this puzzle.
Let's bring up the energy and bring on Molly!
[FOREIGN] It is so good to see all of you.
I'm so excited to be here. The chat is on fire.
Somewhere over the rainbow, skies are blue, and the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true. So when I was a kid, my dream was to be a professional musical theater performer. Just like Dean said. And guess what?
I did it.
This is me on the national tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. It was so much fun. And I've continued on the side to have that dream come to life. Last night, I was actually in New York for my Broadway debut as a producer, which was wild. If you know the movie Beaches, you know it was based on a book. Well, we've turned that into a musical. I flew in this morning, and I am just so grateful to be here with you today. But when I was 8 years old, if you had told me that I would be teaching AI and technology, helping businesses to grow, I probably would have thought you were crazy. So if you want to know how I actually made that dream a reality, I'm going to give you a gift. Okay? So when I was a kid, I invented something and I'm going to give it to you so that your dream can become a reality as well. It is— a banana phone. Okay, let me see. Do you guys have a banana phone? Show me it. I know we're going goofy for a second before we get into all the A. I see it, Jerry, I see yours. Show me the banana phone. You guys got it? Ah, Gabrielle, I love it.
Awesome.
Shaka, that was like a really good banana phone. I love it over there. This banana phone allowed me to call my future gratitudes in, and over time my dream has changed. In 2016, when I uncovered the magic of social media, I realized, whoa, I could help more people to show up to get their message out into the world. In 2021, when I uncovered the magic of AI, 2 years before ChatGPT was known, before most people even knew what AI was, I realized I could help more people to turn their message into a revenue-generating movement by giving them back more time and giving them more leverage. So my question for you is, what is that dream? I want to know. Tell me in the chat, not the dream that you could have today or tomorrow or even a year from now, but that dream that you get to dare to dream. And what would you love to do with more time? Because to me, we're going to go into some really cool AI things. I'm going to give you a very actionable plan today to create content that is beyond the generic, boring AI content. But if you don't know what you would love to do with that time, if you don't know what you would love to do with that dream, none of this matters. Work-life balance. No, not for me. You have a dream. Yes, you do. All right, let me see all of these dreams. Own your own island. I love it. So good. Okay, these are amazing. Travel the world. Yes, yes, yes. I love it.
Art.
Oh my gosh. Travel. I love it, I love it, I love it. Okay, so many amazing things. So keep that in mind as we go through all of this. Now I want you to know that this will work for anyone, okay? Now I'm very careful to say that because oftentimes when you speak to everyone, you speak to no one. But this really will work for everyone. And just to prove it, I'm gonna tell you about a couple years ago, I was speaking at an event for people who owned residential assisted living homes, a very specific niche. So I said, create an image of a dream for someone who owns a residential assisted living home. And this is what I got from my AI image generator. Now, this dream didn't really connect with me, but I will say that third image over, my grandma lived in a memory care facility for many years, and that really felt like what I would see when I would walk into the home that she lived in. But I wanted it to be a little more specific. So I said, okay, make it portrait, portrait style, make it a portrait style image. And I got this. Now I love this first image on the left. It feels like there is life in this man's face, very specific to that niche, but it doesn't really feel like it resonates with me. So I took a few of the things that I love. I put it into a prompt. And do you guys want to see the kind of grannies that I'm going to hang out with someday? Let me know in the chat if you want to see the grannies that I'm going to hang out with. Maddie, I got you. This is all I said: a photorealistic image of a funky nana with bright colored glasses, a muumuu, and chunky jewelry. And this is what I got. Okay, now this feels more like the kind of dream grandma that I want to be someday. If that is you, Jerry is with me. I love it. Give me a "that's me" in the chat. If not, it's okay. The purpose of this is that you're going to figure out what makes you, you, and put that into AI. And notice you can make these changes in actual minutes, like right away. But the problem with AI is that most people have no clue what they actually want. So we have to make sure, just like you learned already, you're going to figure out who you are, what you need, and what success looks like for you. Now, I think we have this other problem where there are all of these people on the internet who are becoming easy-bake AI experts. They're taking their own expertise, they're putting it to the side, and then they're just expecting AI to create something for them. We're not gonna do that.
Okay?
Say, I promise in the chat if you know that's not what this is about. We're gonna take your expertise and bring that to the forefront. Also, we see that there are so many tools and you end up trying to use every tool in the kitchen sink. You don't need to do that either. And there's another problem, which is that we end up creating all of these robots and zombies that follow us around the internet. This is my favorite GIF. It says, you're boring me to death. I'm already dead. You're boring me back to death. We're also not going to create content like that. Now, you know that AI is changing at a lightning-fast pace. So I want to know, tell me in the chat, how do you feel when a new AI tool comes out or when all of a sudden everybody says, oh, Stop using ChatGPT, you have to use Claude. Or now ChatGPT has this new image generator. Stop using Claude, go back to ChatGPT. Okay, I see it. Lost, overwhelmed. I see that. New toys. That's kind of how I feel too, right? You get FOMO, all of this stuff, right? Like OMG. Well, I want to know, have you ever felt like this? And now there's another update. Great. I'm still figuring out the one from last week. How is anybody supposed to keep up with this? Every time I blink, there's a new model, a new plugin, a new must-learn tool. I'm taking notes like I'm back in in college and the syllabus keeps rewriting itself.
Dean Graziosi.
Okay, I know I have. And I want you to know that this is the real opportunity for you to jump ahead of that curve. Not tomorrow, now. To jump into this now, to make a decision. So I want you to type the word decide in the chat that you are actually going to do this with us. I'm gonna give you an action plan at the end to create this. Make the decision now that you're gonna pick one thing that you are actually going to implement. And when you write decide in the chat, you promise, I love it, thank you. Now, what happens when everybody else jumps on this AI train? How will you make the most of this moment without sounding like a robot or a zombie? Most AI experts will tell you that you just need more data. Have you heard that before? Like, you just need to collect all your data, fill your AI conversations with data so that it understands. And, you know, it understands what it's dealing with. You need to create an AI brain, and that's great. But the mistake that people make is they forget that their brain also needs soul. And AI without soul is just spam. Now, Dean and Igor won't call it the soul necessarily. They'll say that it's the DNA of your brand. And I love that. It's the DNA of your brand. Now, you have your own version of this. Mine has a little bit of sparkle. I'm often known as Sparkle Pants Mahoney. So I'm going to show you a video that my friend Sarah Baker made for me to show you how you can start weaving your DNA of your brand, your soul into your content. Watch. Hi there. This is room 1713. I'm going to need housekeeping, please. Right away.
What's the issue?
When I opened my suitcase, there was a glitter situation, like full sparkle apocalypse.
We'll send someone up immediately.
Thank you.
Okay.
So in order to have more time to do the things that you love, more time, more leverage, more accelerated success, you have to be clear about what you actually want AI to do for you. And you also need to know how to simply communicate what it is that you want. And when you take the time to do this right, AI doesn't replace you. It actually makes you more you, which I just love. I love it. So when someone asks you, asks you, what do you do, how do you feel? Let me know in the chat. I know for years I would like, right, I didn't even know how to answer it. And it would seem like it was clear until someone asked me, and then I would sound like this.
What do you do?
Easy, you help people get clients with AI. Just say that. Uh, right, well, I, I drink a lot of coffee. Not like too much. I mean, I like it. I also have a cat.
She—
that's not my job. Um, I work with, uh, well, sort of with technology marketing things, robots. Okay, so please tell me I'm not the only one who feels this way. Have you ever felt that way? And whether you are building your own business or you're a part of a team, or maybe you're just trying to talk about like regular things in life and you're like, "Gah, gah, gah, gah," because you just get nervous or you don't really know how to clearly communicate. Well, what if you didn't have to tell someone what you do? What if you didn't have to speak your answer? What if you could show them your answer? What if you could create an AI-powered image that answered the question for you. We're going to walk through how to turn a complicated concept into a vivid visual so that people instantly get— they instantly get it. They get what you're trying to say. Like this. If we just take that idea of "What do you do?" and we put it into an image that makes it easier to understand. So this is a little infographic that I made about the "What do you do?" stress and beating that what-do-you-do stress. You can see the journey that you go on from what do you do to launching your big idea to creating an AI-powered visual explanation and then making work effortless and fun. And when you have a visual to explain it, it makes things so much easier. Now, I know there are so many tools that do this, and there's not enough time to learn or use them. Even if you had 3 hands, I know you would not have enough time to learn all of these tools. So I've got you. Remember, I am a cheesy musical theater head. And when I first started focusing on social media and helping people to bring in clients in their business, it felt like this. The content creation, the client onboarding, it was so stressful. I can't tell you how many nights my husband would be asleep while I was up in bed at 2 AM working on something for a client. And with AI, because of all the possibilities, it feels like this. It is so much easier. I'm able to do— go back to do things in New York on Broadway while I'm building this AI-focused tech business as my main thing. It is wild what AI can allow you to do. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you one of my favorite tools. It is totally easy and totally free. We are going to create vivid visuals together today. Now, I know I saw earlier that we've got 1s, 2s, and 3s in the chat. I know Dean Graziosi just talked about this. You guys are so smart. You are so lucky to be here for the whole 3 days that we have. So if it feels like we're going a little fast, we got you. If it feels like, "Man, let's go even faster," I mean, I could talk faster, but then you probably wouldn't be able to understand me because I'm like the Micro Machines man. So I'm gonna slow it down just a little bit so we can all catch up and make sure that we're all on the same page. For years, I struggled to communicate what I did. And once I took all of my best systems and frameworks and I put them into AI, and had AI clear it up for me, magic unfolded. So I took a bunch of Google Docs, I took some transcripts from some videos, and I took my website and I put it into this AI tool that I'm gonna walk you through today. And it gave me a giant poster that I can literally hang on my wall that covers everything that I do for my clients in the main piece of our business. Now keep in mind, I'm showing you my example, but you can use this for anything that you wanna communicate in your life. Check it out. This is the poster. I am obsessed with it. You can see that there's all these different levels of things that we help our clients to do. And when I go to talk to someone who's interested in working with us, if I can walk them through this visual, it creates curiosity. It brings them in and sees the, they get to see the path that they're going on. You'll also notice, like if you see, I don't know, it's kind of tiny, but there's a section that has that road on it. That's our client journey. I call that your party bus. When you get people on an email list, it's your party bus. That's kind of the soul of my brand. Like Dean said, I'm a little weird. I put the weird into my business, and you can figure out what that is for you. Now, what if you could take this infographic and turn it into a video that actually grabs attention? Watch this video. It's going to play. I think I clicked it again. Thank you.
Okay.
It makes it so fun and it grabs that attention again in your style and your brand. You can create this totally for free. So you want to know how I did it? I'm going to tell you exactly how to do it with AI, of course, obviously. So some of you may have guessed it. We are using this magical tool called NotebookLM. So if you go to notebooklm.google.com, you will see that you can enter information. It'll show up like this. I put the website for this amazing event into Notebook. The sources show up on the left. In the middle, you have the chat where you can talk to these sources. And then all the way over on the right, you have all of these different things that you can do. Well, if you look really closely, you'll see there's a section that says infographic. Right to the right of the word infographic, right here, boop, there's a little arrow. When you click on that arrow— now, a lot of people who use Notebook don't see this arrow. They don't know this arrow exists. But when you click on it, watch what happens. You can actually customize the infographic. So you can decide, do you want it to be landscape, portrait, or square? Do you want to pick one of their pre-designed visual styles? Or do you want to add your own visual style in? Now, for me, I love to add my own visual style in. And so in that little box on the bottom, you can actually type in the colors that you love, the fonts that you love, the visual elements that you love, and then you can animate it in Google's Gemini. So once you have this image created, you're going to open Gemini. And so if you're not familiar with Gemini, go to Gemini, gemini.google.com. And there is a very specific prompt that I use for this. Now, when I'm putting the information in for the image, the color, the fonts, and those visual elements, do you guys want to know what I do for that first? Let me know. Say in the chat, say tell me, and I'll tell you what I do for that first.
Okay.
So first I'll put in black, white, magenta. The hex code that I love is #C20AAF. It is like the best pink ever. Then I will add in sans serif font. So I don't even get too clear about the exact font. I just don't want things that are all like squirrely. And I will add in the visual elements. For me, I add in palm trees, stars, and disco balls because I love a good tiki room. You figure out what visual elements you want for you. That's what we're going to do for the image. But now for the video, we're going to use a more complicated prompt. Are you guys ready for it? Tell me in the chat if you want this prompt. I will give it to you. It's top secret. The prompt is— do you see it right there? Animate this. That's the prompt. That's it. You don't have to use a long, crazy prompt for this to actually work. Okay, now I will sometimes use very, very detailed, complicated prompts that have like the aperture on the camera and the all these different things. But sometimes I think we complicate things too much and then we don't allow the AI tools the space to actually do what they do best. So if you start with something like animate this, that simple, right? You may get something amazing. So I would give yourself the grace of starting with a simple prompt first, and then once you figure out those more complicated prompts for yourself, You're going to be here over the next couple of days and learn so much more about that. But you've got to start by getting clear, knowing where you're going so AI can help you get there. You have to start with that clear goal in mind. And then what I see actually happens is for some reason people are afraid to say that goal out loud. Well, I already gave you the gift. You can call your goals out into the universe, claim what you would actually want. You don't need to be a fancy prompt engineer. And as someone who has been using AI and teaching AI since well before ChatGPT, I know that it is tempting. I love to really dive in and get very juicy and very complicated, but I wanna give you the gift today to know that you can get started without needing all of the complication. Your prompts don't actually need to be so long, especially now because AI has changed. It is getting better and better. You just need to talk to it like you would a team member. And remember that AI is not a magic wand, but it will feel like one if you put the effort in now to get those foundations in place. You can go from feeling overwhelmed, cuckoo, right, to having your own systems and processes, your own team of AI agents that do these things for you. For you. Now, in the last couple minutes, I wanna show you how I used that video for a social media post that brings in leads. So for those of you that have a business, you're gonna wanna pay attention. This is an Instagram video. All I did is I took that video, I posted it as a reel, and I added a clear call to action. So see where it says, say, System for Access. You don't have, like, they don't need to see every single thing in this system, but they can tell that there's something valuable in this image because it's It makes sense. It's visually stimulating. And then they comment below and then you can send them to a product or to a webinar. It is awesome. Now you may be feeling like, oh my gosh, this is amazing. I'm going to go put this into action right now. If that is you, drop the word action in the chat.
Give me a whoop whoop whoop if you're going to try this.
Or you may actually be feeling like this lady just decapitated my head. What actually just happened? The truth is you have something awesome to share with the world, and the world needs your brilliance. AI is here to amplify that awesome. So tell me in the chat, how much time could this save you? How much leverage would this give you? How would this accelerate your success? And will this time— my favorite question— will this time bring me more joy? You can even turn—
Woo!
I started it soon. You can even turn this visual into a song. I took my dream and I put it into a song. Listen to it.
I just wanted to take a moment to remind you that every step you're taking right now is leading you to a life filled with joy, connection, and purpose.
I used Suno and literally just wrote a letter from my future self to me, and I turned it into a song that I listen to every day. You can take any idea and get it out into the world in seconds. AI allows you to take anything in your head and your heart and make it crystal clear. So when you use it the right way, you have the unfair AI advantage. These are examples of what's possible, and how you choose to use it is 100% up to you because it's changing at a rapid pace. So once you have these foundations in place and start to become more fluent, The possibilities are endless. All you need to do is decide. So write that word decide in the chat again. We are here together, and I know that you can do this.
We did it!
I'm gonna give you the full action plan so that you can go put it into action super, super quickly, 'cause I am out of time. You're gonna pick one idea or concept, load it into Notebook LM, add your visual style, create an infographic, and then we would love it over the next week when you do this, share it in our school community. And as I bring this to a close, I just want to say I'm so grateful for the chance to be able to spend some time with you here today. And I have this final thing that I want to share with you, which is this: Somewhere over the rainbow, bluebirds fly. Birds fly over the rainbow, why then, oh, why can't I? If happy little bluebirds fly Fly beyond the rainbow. Why, Hawaii, can't I?
Go put this into action.
I'm so grateful to have you guys here. Ah, so awesome. You are going to love the rest of these two days. Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
Oh my goodness. So good. So good. Thank you. Give it up for Molly in the chat. Oh my goodness, wasn't that so good? Wear your weird.
Yeah, look at—
put in the chat the things you love. I, I was watching all the chats and just watching, you know, having these different characters here today. Isn't it cool? When I said trust us on the people that we have coming, each of these pieces are a part of a 3-day puzzle, not instant gratification, right? Instant gratification is the quick scroll, the quick video where you're inspired but not transformed. I promise you, you can't imagine the hundreds of hours that went into each of these and, and finding incredible people like Molly and all our amazing guests. It's going to be one heck of a 3 days, and we're not done. And, and here's what I want you to take from Molly's, um, what she shared. She walked in with an idea, she talked to AI the way you talk to a friend, and in minutes She has visuals and content and next level. And that's the journey we're taking you on. Here's what I want you to know. Igor said something really important. He said, don't try to jump from level 1 to level 3. Some of what she shared is a little level 2, level 3. That's the journey we're taking you on. And I really want you to hear me on that. That's the journey we're going on over these 3 days. So you could see yourself evolving. So by the time you're done, you have the opportunity to do these things. And not be overwhelmed, not be, not be confused, and take it across the finish line. I love that she was a Broadway performer. Her calls herself quirky and weird, and now she's teaching the world how to use AI. Can we give it up for her one more time? Molly was lovely. Yes, she was awesome. So who's ready to finish this day strong? You guys got enough stamina for me, for us, for this amazing team? I'm so excited for what's next because the true foundation for success in AI, and even more important, life itself, is something deeper. For me, discovering what that is, those moments that changed everything— it did happen over 30 years ago when I purchased Personal Power from Tony Robbins off of an infomercial in the middle of the night.
Had no idea.
Look at Maddie. I had no idea what I was in for. I was young, I was hungry, I was trying to figure out life. This big guy seemed like he was talking to me. And man, did it crack me open to a whole nother level. And Tony just didn't teach strategies. One of the biggest things people always ask, what's it like being friends with Tony? What do you, what's your favorite thing? I said, one of the greatest things he'll always say over and over is he helped me see that who we become matters more than what we do. Take that one in. Who we become matters more than what we do. And over the years, his impact on me and my life has only grown. Now I have the gift of calling him my dearest friend. We built companies together. We laugh sometimes in the middle of the night. Sometimes we cry. Sometimes we have to walk through challenges side by side. And sometimes we get to put 642,000 people together from 173 countries from around the world and see what's possible with AI.
AI.
This man has spent 48 years decoding patterns in life and finance and health, and now AI. And today he's going to show you how to spot and use the patterns shaping AI and the economy so you can stay out of fear and stay ahead of the curve. Let's watch this quick video, and then let's bring the energy way up to welcome Tony Robbins. Let's play this video.
I've always been fascinated by that force that shapes human beings. Who am I and what am I here to give?
You are a catalyst for getting other people to change the way they think about themselves.
He's the number one life and business strategist on the planet, peak performance expert, New York Times bestselling author.
He's changed millions of lives. Number one bestselling author whose books and seminars have helped inspire people to transform their lives.
People around the world have attended one of his live events. It's just showing people that so many things in your life you think are difficult or impossible are actually easy if you put yourself in the right state of mind.
I was looking at the list of people that you have helped: Bill Clinton, Princess Diana, Mikhail Gorbachev, Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela, Quincy Jones.
What do all these people have in common with one another?
They all were coached by Tony Robbins, who helped condition the mind, also think through how to get to places that are unimaginable.
Worth Magazine just named him one of the 100 most influential, powerful people in global finance, Forbes Top 100 celebrity ranking, top 6 business leaders in the world.
I could go on and on and on.
Business is a spiritual game. It's about how do you add more value, how do you do more for others than anybody else in the marketplace. That's how you dominate.
I came away with it's not about motivation as much as it is allowing people to tap into what's already there, like a catalyst.
Every Every person in this room who's achieved anything, we've had that hunger. The question is, where's your hunger now? I get the phone call when the athlete's melting down on, you know, in the middle of a sporting event. You've got to do something right now to turn them around.
Tony Robbins allows those people who want to continue to climb mountains to climb them.
Mr. Robbins inspired me a lot to just, um, never I try to lose my soul and always be myself because the human body can give out on you, but your soul is forever.
If you want to change your state and you want to change your results, this is where you do it.
He taught me that life was happening for me, not to me, and that has been my guiding force through many challenges in my life.
So when something horrible happens and I take it and I turn it around and everything changes.
I have been attending Tony Robbins seminars since I was 15 years old, and I really attribute a lot of my success to those techniques that I learned when I was 15 years old.
What I love about Tony is he's found out the thing he loves to do, and that is helping people.
There's an unbelievable gift in life that comes when you can step outside of yourself, no matter what your problems are, and find a way to help somebody else who's got a more challenging time than yourself. People forget what a little bit of caring can do for, you know, to inspire, to move somebody, and that's what I think changes people's lives. All change happens with a choice.
For those that know, you know Tony likes energy, so let's bring up the energy. Come on, let's bring it up.
There we go, bring it up.
Let's welcome Tony Robbins.
I hope you're having a great time. How many of you are having a great time this morning, this afternoon, wherever you are in the world? It's really a pleasure to be with you. I, um, reached out to Dean Graziosi as my partner, and we've been helping businesses, individual business owners turn their businesses around for more than a decade together. I've been doing this, this is my 48th year. I started when I was 3, of course. And, uh, in those 48 years, almost 50 years, uh, I've learned a lot. I could be an idiot at this point. I've dealt with enough people. In 195 countries that at this point have to be a total idiot not to see there are patterns. Patterns that'll make you successful, patterns that'll make you fail. Patterns make you angry and frustrated and overwhelmed. Patterns that make you feel generous and excited and passionate and determined. And when you understand those patterns, you can change anything. And AI is just an expansion of that, but it's a tool that we need to use, not let it use us. Just imagine if you don't learn to use AI and really become effective in your business, 3 years from now, where will you be? 5 years from now, there's zero question. So I said, we need to do something. We need to do it free, do it for everybody. And the challenge with everybody, of course, is there's some of you that have barely even used it. Some of you are, you know, using it like a search engine or every now and then doing some research. Some of you are really experts. Maybe you're building software. Maybe you're in a position you're using vibe coding already. So how do we support everyone? So our goal was basically today to bring you some couple of insights and distinctions, lay the groundwork, because your philosophy, your strategy for approaching AI is going to be the most important thing in getting results. Otherwise, what people do is they run around and they find 20 applications, or like I think Matt was saying earlier, was, you know, being in a position where you're finding yourself like, what are the top 100 applications? I found myself doing that also, and all that does is create stress, and it's not smart. So our focus here is how do we get you to free up your time and how do we get you leverage for more impact with less time, more results? And that's been my entire life. And we're living, by the way, obviously in the most incredible time in human history. But truthfully, even before AI, just good to remember in the last 125 years since your great-grandfather or grandmother, we've changed everything. We've literally been in a position in this time period where we've doubled the human lifespan. In the US, it's gone from 47 years old to 79. Literally, in that short period of time, we've tripled the per capita income of the world, not just here in America. We've taken the cost of food and brought it down 30-fold. We've taken the cost of transportation down by 100. We've taken communication down almost nothing. We're having these communications right now. I'm seeing them, though, use at home and Zoom, and all this is happening for virtually free. I mean, this is insane. But in addition to that, this is what's really amazing. And since 1900, last 125 years, a couple generations, we've gone literally from 80% of the world being in poverty to, well, now according to the UN, it's 8%. My whole life, my mission is helping people massively increase the quality of their life. And if you're in business or if you're in life, you've got to use AI to do it. Because you don't want to fall behind. And so in the next 36 to 48 months, if you want to say conservatively, in the next 5 or 10 years max, life is going to change more in these 5 to 10 years than any time in human history. I mean, beyond anything we can imagine. And by the way, you think of AI, but nanotechnology you barely hear about right now, but nanotechnology is being augmented by AI. Nanotechnology will change the Earth. We can take 10% of your red blood cells. This is what they believe they'll be able to do by early 2030s and literally replace 10% of them with these same size red blood cells, but they're nanoparticles, but they're more efficient providing oxygen. And what that means is you'd literally be able to sprint at Olympic levels for 15 minutes on a single breath. You would be able to hold your breath for 4 hours underwater. If you had a heart attack, you would have 12 hours to get to the hospital without a problem. They've got nanobots they're already working on. I know you know about Neuralink, but nanobots, there'll be small particles that can go in and then find cells and organs that need healing and actually do the healing within your body. This is not something in science fiction for a century from now. This is something that's going to happen in the next decade. Things of this nature, maybe 15 years. So we're living an incredible time, but you've got to use it. Right. And when this kind of change happens and the change right now, I don't know if you saw, but it was mentioned earlier, the idea that I think Zach said, you know, that, you know, college students right now, their incomes are no different than high school students. That's the first time in our history. Well, this last month we had more layoffs of high-tech jobs than any time in history. The largest loss of jobs, all based on AI. So I know that AI is going to have consequence. I remember sitting down with, you know, President Obama at the time and saying, hey, do you guys have a plan? Because just take one technology, take for example, you know, AI-driven cars. We're talking about self-driving cars. And it was just a few years back, and I said, maybe that's 10 years out, but think about it. If you take Uber drivers, taxi drivers, truck drivers, that's 8 million people. That's how many jobs we lost in 2008 when it was considered the economic crisis of the of the last 50 years. And that's one technology. And who's going to hire a truck driver when I can buy a truck that works 24 hours a day? The truck driver can only work 8. They have to have healthcare that keeps getting more expensive. They bitch about everything versus a truck that works 24 hours a day. My insurance is cheaper and I get to depreciate the asset. This is all going to happen. So our society is going to have a lot of disruption. And what I loved about, the reason we brought Zak is I want you to make sure we don't lose the humanity in the middle of it. Again, that we use AI, we don't let AI use us. And we have to prepare ourselves. And so there's no time more important in history than to learn to learn more rapidly. My goal right here in this brief little session with you is to show you what are the tools that took me from at reaction, trying to survive, not having enough money for food, to be able to feed a billion people. And actually, I've done a billion myself in the United States, but I'm now in the last 3 years through my 100 Billion Meals Challenge, we've delivered 62 billion meals. And I'm a person who didn't have food for my own family when I was 11 years old, right? It's taken me from I couldn't run one company, I now have 114 companies, we do over $10 billion in business. And I don't tell you that to impress you, I tell it to impress upon you how fast things can change when you have the right kinds of insights. And I'm going to show you that it's not AI that's done that. It's— I didn't have AI at that stage. You can accelerate this even faster if you pay attention. So think about this. When change happens this rapidly, and it's going to happen much more rapidly than it's happening right now, we're just starting to experience that upper drive. When that happens, most people get fearful. That's why the most important element to your success, 80% of your success in life, is going to be your psychology. Your mindset, your ability to manage this and this, your heart and head. Because if you let fear take you over, you will be stressed out of your mind. How many have a lot of stress in your life already from all the demands in your life? Make a little noise if you got a lot of stress, right? I want you to know that if you're stressed, it's because you've caught yourself up in either making a living instead of designing your life, because all the urgencies. Or maybe another way of describing it is you become a manager of your circumstances, all the things I gotta deal with. You have the opportunity, even without AI, but it's magnified by AI, to step out of that stress mode and become what I call a creator. I mean, think about this. Why did you come to this program? You know, it didn't cost you anything, I know, but it's still your time. And if you're going to come the next couple of days and we're going to overdeliver for you, what's going to bring you back? What's going to get you going? What do you do anything for? What do you want out of your life? And people say to me, well, I want a great family, or I want a billion dollars, or I want to grow a business. Or I want to have more fun, whatever you want, whether it's better income, better body, more energy, more aliveness, more happiness, more fulfillment. By the way, tomorrow we have a Harvard professor who's going to come in who's brilliant and he's going to show you how to use AI to be happier. I know that sounds crazy, but you'll discover there's certain triggers that you'll learn that are inside yourself. I've been teaching this for years, but he's going to do it with the use of AI for you. So no matter what you want to have in your life, ultimately what you want is a greater quality of life. Who here has already got a great life, but you want more? More love, more joy, more excitement, more success, more fulfillment, right? So, and by the way, that's a healthy experience because the reason we want more is it makes us grow. And when we grow, we have something to give. And we're able to give to the people we care about and love. Our life has meaning. It's not just meeting our basic needs. You can do that pretty easily in the world we're in today. So if you want to have an extraordinary life, And by the way, I'm not telling you that's my life. I'm saying whatever you think is an extraordinary life. For some people, that's 3 beautiful children or husband and wife. For some people, it's building a beautiful home. For some people, it's a garden. Some people, it's poetry. Some people, it's writing music. Some people, it's building a business. It's different for everyone. But whatever your ideal is, there's a gap between where you are and where you want to be. How many agree with that? Make some noise if you do. There's a gap between where you are and where you want to be. My whole life has been showing people how to close that gap. And the first way you close that gap is you stop managing everything. You step out of your life and you look at it holistically, and you start to say, it's my job not to sit around and manage my life. I'm here to be a creator, the creator of my life, not the manager of my circumstances. And creators have a different mindset. I was just yesterday, and I was speaking right before the president at a a talk that I was doing at the stadium where the Heat plays there in Miami. And right beforehand, I'd gone out to look at this facility that I'm going to be purchasing, and it's in the Design District. So I met the man who built the Design District there. Now, this guy's, uh, he's, he's amazing. His last name is Robbins, no relationship. Craig Robbins is his name. He's a developer. He was a legal student. He went down to South Beach, Miami. If you've never been there, it's a pretty cool place now. But he went there and saw in the late '70s, early '80s, a bunch of people retiring. It was a There were no hotels, there were no restaurants, and he had this idea, you know, what if I could create something here? Not manage, buy properties and manage them. What if I could create a new world here? What if— and he came up with an idea. I'm gonna go based on history and say, I'm gonna bring a different type of person here and stimulate this economy. And he went and got a group of people that had a catalog that was done for fashion, and he called the people and said, listen, I got a great bought property for you. It's right across from South Beach, one of the most beautiful ocean areas you can imagine. Right now you're putting people on a giant plane, flying photographers, flying, you know, your models, flying everybody to Aruba. He goes, just do it here, they'll come for free, and you go out across the street and shoot it all. Well, he did that. Well, the next thing you know, the most beautiful women and men in the world are there, the greatest artists are there. So then what he starts to do, builds a nice hotel, then he builds some nice restaurants. And then he converted it into what we have now. That's creation. Then he got tired of it because he said, you know what, some people are putting a lousy place next door, I can't control it all. So we went to the Design District. This is an area where it was $5 a square foot and 50% of the buildings were empty. Literally the ugliest place you can imagine in Miami. And what did he do? He found himself in a position where he said, I'm going to convert this. I'm going to bring back the original manufacturers of furniture that are now in big malls and it's locked, only designers can go in. I'm going to bring them here and make it funky and cool. Then he said, I'm going to bring some really great music and restaurants and bars. And then he said, I'm going to go get Art Basel. And then he brought Louis Vuitton. And if you go there today, it's $500 to $600 a square foot. It's some of the most expensive real estate. It's the jewel of the city. So being a creator is very different than managing what you have. And that's what really being a business person is. It's finding what you have right now and saying, how can I add more value? And AI, as you saw several times here, can save you so much time and energy. It can become that partner with you. I look at it as my AI partner that can think of things I haven't thought of, like a genius I get to tap into. We all have inner genius, but it needs to be triggered sometimes. And so here's what I want you to get. There are 5 simple qualities, and these are basic. They're in you right now, but if you don't activate them, it doesn't matter how many classes you take on IA, AI, or how technical we get. What do you need to be a creator? You need 5 qualities. Real fast. One, energy. Energy is the number one determinant whether you're going to succeed or fail in life. Energy determines the quality of your relationship intimately. If you come home and you're exhausted and your partner's exhausted, even though you totally love each other, it's not the same relationship, right? Energy, when there's a problem, if you don't have energy, you're not going to solve it. And what happened, this is what's crazy, since COVID the level of energy for most people around the world has dropped massively. Not only has their attitude changed, people say, I don't want to go to work, and why should I have to do this? That's changed. But the energy itself, because sitting home for 3 years basically and sitting in front of a computer, you tend to get in your head. The more you get in your head, the less energy you have. Energy, emotion, emotion, energy in motion. That's what you're looking for. You're looking for joy, excitement, passion, love. Who wants all these things? Make some noise if that's the things that you're after. If you're low energy, how much passion, how much love? What? Like, I know I should probably do this AI shit. I know I should, I know I should, right? So you have to train the energy, and right now we're like fish in water. I travel the whole earth, right? I do business now in, you know, 193 countries. So I've seen it not just in America, all over the world. We've dropped the standard of energy other than if you jump into athletics. You know, like we own a piece of the Dodgers. I saw somebody right there. Sorry if you're from Toronto, but I'm one of the owners of the Dodgers. Great team. But in athletics, you still see the energy. In music, you feel the energy. In movies, you feel the energy. But in our daily lives, People see that, they go pay to get that energy from somebody else. You need it in you. Second, vision. If you look at anything, you have to look at AI and say, what do I want it for? What's my vision? How are you— what do you want AI for? Is it create greater quality of life? Does it save a ton of time? Does it make more money? Does it have more fun? Is it, you know, really know things you never knew before? You need to be clear about what your vision is. In our country here in America, back when John F. Kennedy was here, he had a vision. He said, "We're gonna go to the moon and put a man on the moon in this decade and return to Earth safely." It sounded insane, but he knew it had to be done because if we didn't do it, it wasn't the Chinese we were worried about then, it was the Russians. And he thought, "They get an atomic bomb in space and we're dead." And so all of our scientists, everybody, not only had a goal, but here was the second piece of that vision. It had a tight timeline. See, a tight timeline changes everything. I'll give you an example. You know, I've scaled businesses. That's why I have so many companies. I learn there are patterns to running a business, just like you're going to learn how to use AI. AI has patterns to expand the business or your personal life. Once you know those patterns, you can duplicate them and get greater and greater impact. Well, one of the secrets to making your business grow— and by the way, how many of you own a business? Just by a show of hands so I can see. How many do own your own business out there?
Okay.
And how many of you are professional? You work You work for someone else, but you help lead a business of some sort. Great. Even if you don't own a business, I think like a business owner. And here's the number one thing you want to do is you want to grow a business. Another word for that is scale a business. I have a friend named Dr. Ben Hardy and he wrote a book called The Science of Scaling. I highly recommend it. I wrote the introduction to it because it really lays out in a very simple format pretty much how I've grown everything in my life. Let me give you an example beyond business. So I told you when I was 11 years old, We had no money and no food. And when I say no food, we had crackers and peanut butter. But it was Thanksgiving, which in America here— I know you from all around the world right now— it's a big feasting holiday. So it was very depressing. My parents were yelling at each other, saying things you can't take back. And long story short, somebody came to the door and delivered— a stranger sent us food. I still don't know who did it, but I mean, 2 bags of groceries and uncooked turkey, frozen turkey that we could have I mean, it was the most euphoric experience. My father did not like that. He felt it was charity and eventually left our family because he felt humiliated by the fact that he felt he hadn't taken care of us, which was not fair to him. He was going through a tough time. But for me, I focused on there's food. What a concept. And what changed my life is the meaning of that. The meaning of that gave me a vision for my life. I said, this, this means strangers do care. Because I lived in an environment didn't look like strangers cared. I thought, if strangers care about me and my family, don't even want credit, then I need to care about strangers. Someday I'm going to feed 2 families, and then I got to 4, and then 8, and then I had a small company, and then eventually I got to a million people, and eventually I got to 2 million people, and then 4 million people. And then 11 years ago I said, food is so needed right now. I know many of you know the SNAP program in the United States where the government closed People that are counting on for food right now have no food, or at least they have no money for food, or very little. And so it's like the, the government back in 2010-11 decided to cut food stamps— it's now called the SNAP program— by I think $6 billion. So I decided I want to do something on a larger scale. I got to really help. And so I called my office, said, how many people I fed in my lifetime? And it was 42 million people, which I was thrilled about. But then I thought, what if I scaled my giving like I've scaled my businesses? And what does that mean? It means you need some energy. It means you need some vision of what you really want and why you want it. But here's the secret. I said, okay, I'm going to feed as many people in one year as I fed in my life. So I started with 40, 42 million, 47 million. I was like, 50 million. I was like, no, let me feed 100 million people in a year, even though I did only 42 million in a lifetime. That's a nice goal. Then what I did, I did $100 million a year for 10 straight years and did a billion meals. And I got so excited about it. And so here's the secret. Secret 1 to vision is you need something that seems an incredibly challenging goal, because that's what's going to make you grow. A challenging goal, but at some level, some part of you knows it's possible. But the second thing is you need strong enough reasons to push through when it gets difficult. But the third step to this is the most important one. You need timing that makes you act now. The biggest mistake you can make in AI, and the reason we did this program, is to wait any longer to say, I'm going to master it. I have a— my partner in the Dodgers, uh, we're partners in the Golden State Warriors, or partners in LAFC football club. He's at 52 Academy Award nominations. Dear, dear friend of mine. His name's Peter Gerber. He's 83 years old. And we were talking about this about 4 months ago, and I said, I got to take my AI to the next level. I want to coach. I want to go through details. He goes, Tony, I have 3 coaching sessions a week with 2 different young people on coaching AI because he goes, I know, I didn't know. He's 83. That's why he's so successful what he does. So around vision, you got to have what's your goal, why, and this compelling timeline. Well, when I said I'm going to feed a billion people in 10 years, that excited me. But here's the problem: if you say I'm going to do something in 10 years, what are you called to do today? When you wake up? Nothing. So I said, a billion in 10 years, that means 100 million meals this year. I only did 42 million in my lifetime. Well, what that does is it makes you have to use AI. It makes you think differently. It says, I can't do it the way I've done. I do something completely differently. And when there's enough drive for it, it happens. So I'm proud to tell you we've delivered a billion meals in just 8 years. And as I mentioned, now we've done 62 billion meals in 3 years around the world, right? By scaling, taking it to another level, right? And by the way, it starts to make you think differently. Like, it's like 62 billion meals. I'm so thrilled we've done it in 3 years. It seemed impossible when we started. It was really rough. Third, real quick, third piece. If you're going to be in a position where you're going to be successful, you have to become decisive. And I'm going to save the details of decision for our last day because it's the most important thing. But here's what I want to tell you. If there's something you don't like in your life, whether it's your body or your income or it's your business or your lack of mastery of AI or how you're doing with your kids, change it because you can. You can change your body, you can change your mind, you can change your emotions, you can change your relationship, but you should probably change you first or you'll drag you to the next relationship. But if you make the change, that's how life gets better. And all change is fathered or mothered by decision. And most people are not decisive. They think about it, they feel it. So I'm going to walk you through how to make a decision powerfully and quickly with AI or without AI on our last day. So I'm going to leave it for now for there. But decisiveness— if you don't make decisions, you're not going to make any progress. You're going to think about it. Thinking about it— do any of you read the old book Think and Grow Rich? Anybody read that original personal development book? Well, in it, there's a chapter on decision. I read it when I was 17, and in the chapter it said something— it's still true today— that all the research shows that people that are successful make decisions quickly from the gut. And those that fail make decisions very slowly. People make them quickly and they don't change them. The people that fail make decisions slowly and usually change them often. So we'll talk about that later on. But you understand how many around— like, how many get stressed out being around somebody who can't make a freaking decision? Make some noise if you've had that experience, right? Even if you go to— some people can't make a decision for what they're gonna have dinner tonight. You're sitting and the waitress is like waiting and waiting and they don't, they don't do it till they're about about to get punched, you know. So we want to change that. Fourth, those people that are creators take massive action and they create momentum. And when I say that is most people wait. Like, I know many of you feel like, why, I don't know where to start. Well, we're here to guide you, but the point is you got to get started now. My kids all the time, they say, Dad, well, what do you think? And I'd say, when would now be a good time, right? Now is the, the the watchword of my life because most people try and wait till they know everything till they make a decision. You know, I interviewed 50 of the greatest investors in the world, Warren Buffett, Ray Dalio, Carl Icahn, Paul Tudor Jones. And when I interviewed all these people for "Money Master the Game," one of the things I learned was they said that some of the smartest people in the world are terrible investors. And I said, "Why? That doesn't even make sense." And they said, "Because they wanna know everything about something before they make a decision." They want to know everything about it. They want to know— by the time you know everything, the opportunity is gone, they said. So you have to learn to take action. And then what they say in tech valley, iterate. Try something, see if it works. It doesn't, change it. Try it again, see if it works, change it. Keep changing to get what you work. And when you start getting what works, you'll get momentum. And momentum makes it so that getting results is easier than when you don't have momentum. It's like Getting a rocket outside of our environment here, the gravitation of the Earth, takes a huge amount of energy. The amount of energy it takes to get it out of the solar system is quite small because it has momentum. Hardest part of working out is getting to the gym, right? You're like, "Ah, I gotta build some muscle," but once you get there and go, you get momentum. In a relationship, getting across the room and ask somebody out, that's the hardest part. Then momentum starts to happen. Massive action momentum. And then finally, number 5, relentlessness. There is no replacement for somebody who will not give up. You know, I don't care. I was just reading, uh, Rockefeller wrote a book to his son. It was not a book, it's a book of his letters to his son. And you look at Rockefeller, he had a lot of qualities I wouldn't necessarily aspire to, but his level of incredible drive and success. He said to his son over and over through these letters, there's one common theme. He said, there's only one person that can make you fail, and that's you by quitting. If you are relentless, if you will persist— persistence is more powerful than anything else. It's more important than intelligence, because how many of you know an intelligent person, super intelligent person, but they can't fight their way out of a paper bag in their business or their relationship? Make some noise if you're like this, right? You have the one thing that I know— because people ask me this all over the world. They say, you meet all these people, you work with the best in business and coaching, and I used to ask, you know, athletes, what is the common denominator? What's the one quality that makes somebody extraordinarily successful? And when I— early on in my life, I thought it's extreme intelligence. Because by the way, AI is extreme intelligence, but it needs the magic recipe called you. You. Everyone has access to AI. What's going to make a difference is you. You with energy, you with vision, you with decisiveness, you willing to take action and get momentum, you not giving up and being relentless. That's what's gonna get you from wherever you are to where you really wanna be. And so I really believe for anyone, we can make the changes necessary. We can get where we really wanna go. But here's what you need real fast. If you ask me, Tony, what took you from survival, not having food for your own family, to feeding 62 billion? What took you from, you know, broke and having— can't even run one company successfully to 114 doing $10 billion? What's taking you from being frustrated all the time to having this incredible life? 5 kids, 5 grandkids. I have a 51-year-old daughter, and thanks to COVID, I have a 4-year-old daughter. COVID was good to me. So I have quite a range. All these businesses, all this stuff, my body, my mission, my life. How do you do all that? And how have you accomplished that? With 3 skills. And these 3 skills were kind of echoed through different speakers if you were listening. So I want to just bring it down to this fundamental 30,000-foot— this is what it takes to get what you want. I think about this because, you know, my daughter is 4 and a half, you know, I've got 5 grandkids. I think I'm fine, but they're entering a world in the next 5, 10, 15 years that is so beyond anything any of us could predict. It's beyond what you can imagine. And, you know, many of the jobs are going to go away. How can I guarantee that my grandkids, my daughter, even my elder kids can succeed no matter what happens in the environment. And it's because if you learn these 3 skills, and they're so fundamental. Skill number 1, you have to get great at pattern recognition. You've heard some people say this word pattern recognition. What is pattern recognition? Well, the way we get out of fear and we get into a place where we're able to anticipate a challenge and solve it before it happens The way we get out of living in stress is we start to realize the things that are stressing us out are a pattern. Do you know there are patterns of what you do, what you think about, how you breathe, what you do with your body to piss yourself off or to get frustrated, get stressed? And it's a totally different pattern of what you do if you're feeling joyous or excited. Try something simplistic right now, just for fun, just right now in your chair, wherever you are in the world. Make— how many of you like to sing when there's no one around? How many like to sing when no one's around? How many like to sing even though you don't sound didn't sound any good, very good at all, right? Well, it's because when we change the way we move, we change our energy, we change the way we feel. So I want you to try something at home and just go for it. And no one else is around, and if they are, who cares, right? I want you just for a second to put yourself in a state of total excitement, but I want you to use your voice. Make the sound of excitement, move your body with excitement for just 10 seconds. Ready, go! Total excitement! Rock, rock, go, go, go, go, go, go! That's it, come on, come on! Come on, show the people on the screen.
That's it, wake them up.
That's it, come on Patricia, you got it. That's it, that's it, that's it for you. Nice job, Candy.
Now, yes!
Now, how many feel pretty If you feel good right now, say "Aye!" Say "Aye!" Aye! Awesome. Now try this. Sit the way you sit when you feel bored and tired. Bored and tired. Maybe bored, tired, and a little pissed off about it. Now, first of all, I want you to notice I didn't have to tell you where to go. You knew exactly where to go to get into this state. But I want you to notice what's different about it. Now go back to totally excited just for a second. Totally excited just for a second.
Ready?
Make some noise while you're doing it. There you go. You're going for it there, Shelley. Yes. So I just want you to notice there's There's a pattern to what you do with your body when you're excited that's different than when you're depressed or bored. Where were your shoulders when you were bored and tired? Where'd they go? Down. Where'd your head go? Down. Were you talking more loud or quiet then? Probably pretty quiet. Now, where do they go when you're excited? What happened to your shoulders immediately? They come back. Where'd your head go?
Up.
What happened to the sound? Did you get louder or quieter? A lot louder, right? How many did a lot of movement when you were excited as well, right? So as overly simplistic as this is, if I said to you there was the depressed person behind curtain number 1 over here and I give you $100,000 if you describe the pattern in their body, their posture, how many could do it? Raise your hand if you could do it. Put in the chat box what— where would their shoulders be if they're depressed? Where would their head be? Whether it be breathing full or shallow, whether it be speaking loud or quiet, whether they be speaking fast or slow. And if you look in the chat box, everybody knows shoulders down, head down, slow, talking slow, talking quiet, right? You know it. How do you know? Because you've practiced this crap before, haven't you? So here's my point. If you recognize patterns you create freedom. And what we're going to do the next couple of days— today was kind of preparing you, set you up, give you the philosophy, the approach, hopefully make it, you know, something that's comfortable for you, show you some of the tools that are coming. We'll get a little more aggressive tomorrow and even more on the third day. If you're more advanced today, you may know some of these things, but knowing them and applying them is also a very useful thing. But I want you to remember, you are the secret sauce. You as the creator You're not going to be replaced by an AI. You'll be replaced by someone who knows how to use AI, who's learned how to maximize themself. How many buy that? How many agree with that? Make some noise if you do, right? So pattern recognition is the first step. In fact, if you want to know what changed humanity from survival, where we were hunter-gatherers running around trying to find enough food, to people who could stay in one place and build a family, build a community, build countries, dominate the Earth, for better or worse, the one pattern recognition was seasons. Before we recognized seasons, we would plant at any time, and 3 out of 4 times of the year you planted, it didn't work. In fact, if you don't understand patterns, you can do the right thing at the wrong time, and what do you get? Nothing.
Pain.
So part of why we're doing this with AI right now is this is the right time for you to step in. A little sooner than this, some things weren't refined enough. A little bit later, probably going to get passed up. So you got to know the timing to do something. You got to see the pattern. And by the way, when you hear people say things that they're stressed about, like, oh my God, the world— the country is so divided here in America, you know, the Republicans and Democrats, there's going to be a civil war— anybody who says that's an idiot because they've never studied history, which is a pattern. I'll give you a quick example. Here's what the two founders, two of the early founders of America, said about each other. Now, they didn't have attack ads in those days. They had placards that they posted everywhere. These are actual placards. And so this is Thomas Jefferson and John Adams. So Adams didn't want you to pick Thomas Jefferson, so he made this placard. Says, if you elect Thomas Jefferson, murder, rape, incest, robbery, and adultery will be practiced throughout the land. Are you prepared to see your dwellings in flames, your female chastity violated, or the children writhing from the pike? And so sure enough, you know, Jefferson put out his ads on John Adams. He said he's busy importing mistresses from Europe or trying to marry one to one of his daughters to the king. To King George would be like marrying the devil in those days. He goes, he's a hideous or mafroditical character. With neither the force or firmness of a man or the gentleness and sensibility of a woman. Now, this makes Republicans and Democrats seem nice to each other, right? It's a very different place. History is cyclical. So the minute you see a pattern— I'll give you one last example. How many of you have, uh, more than one child? More than one child? Make some noise or put it— give it a thumbs up if you're— yeah, there you go. Okay, how many of you— I know you don't have a favorite child. But how many have an easier child? Make some noise if you have an easier child, ladies and gentlemen. And you know what? What makes them easier is they're more like you. So you know their patterns, you can influence them better. What would work for you, you work on that child and they clean the room. The other one says, "Read between the lines," or something interesting, right? So the first step is to recognize patterns. And every great businessperson, every great artist, every great musician, learns to recognize what works. Second step, very quickly, is pattern utilization. It's one thing to recognize a pattern, it's another to start to use it. When you start using the pattern, not just noticing it, now you have power. It's one thing to say, oh, I know AI is out there and I, I can search things really quickly and I maybe get my document done like we saw today. That's nice, but that's not really using it. We're going to show you how to create Basically your digital twin, your clone, or I prefer even a clone. I want something more than me, my personal AI genius, my AI partner that knows everything about me and I can bounce ideas off and get refinement in seconds that might take half a year, a year, 5 years, a decade to get to. That's what we're gonna, that's what we're leading you towards to give you a sense that can be done. So our bottom line here is if we use the pattern, if you look at somebody like Warren Buffett, he not only knows the pattern, he uses it. He knows when everybody is fearful, he gets greedy, he starts buying things up, because when they're fearful, he knows the fear is reducing the price. He knows over the long term where the stock market's gonna go, so he buys. When everybody's euphoric, he gets fearful, he sells, right? He doesn't just know the pattern, he uses it. If you know someone's a great musician or a great movie producer, Spielberg. He knows exactly if he moves the camera in slowly like this or more rapidly like that, if he changes them, he knows exactly what emotion he's going to produce in you. He knows not only what the patterns are, he uses them. That's why he's made movies for 40 years successfully. So you want to learn to use them. And then the third pattern, of course, is pattern creation. This is where some of you that are more advanced are already starting to move in the direction of This is how my life got to where it is. Like, I went around— I'll give you an example. 10 years ago, I was very— a little more than that, I guess, 12, 13 years ago, around 2008, whenever the hell that was, losing track of time, um, I noticed something insane. People were losing their 401(k)s, people were freaking out, the economy was going through the floor, and there were a small number of people that were making a fortune. They almost destroyed the world economic system. And the way we punish them is we gave them more of our money. This made me crazy. And I thought somebody's gonna do something. So nothing really changed. So I said, you know what, I don't have ultimate power, but I have one power, the power to convene. I have access to some of the smartest people on Earth. What if I interviewed 50 of those people and I figure out they're all different? Warren Buffett, Ray Dalio, Carl Icahn, Paul Tudor Jones, the best investors on Earth. All self-made billionaires, nobody from the lucky sperm club. They all earned it, right? And I said, I'm going to interview them even though they're different. Some of them are macro traders and some of them are value traders. I'm going to look at everything they're doing and I'm going to notice there's a pattern that got them from where they are to where they want to be. And after doing 50 of them, the pattern was so clear. And I wrote a book. I said, I want to write a book that my billionaire clients will be blown away by. And that someone just starting the journey would go by. And, and Money Master Game became the number one New York Times bestseller, and it's still the number one best-selling financial book of this century. Now, the century is only 25 years old, but still pretty cool. It wasn't because I was so smart, it's because I went and found out what already works. I studied the pattern, and then I figured how to use the pattern. Well, after doing this long enough, if you play some— the way you learn music, play a piano, is You recognize a pattern, you learn to play someone else's pattern. Mozart, a pop star, whoever. But if you play enough, there's a day where you wake up and you know enough that now you create patterns. When you create patterns, that's how I got to going from not managing one company, but, you know, 116. That's how I went from I can't pay the bills, I can't even get to $1 million in revenue, to $10 billion in revenue, right? That's how you go from I can't feed myself to Hey, how can I solve these problems for people around the world? It comes from recognizing the pattern, using it, modeling what you've used, and then gradually you're going to get to where you create. And that's the target of where we are. So is this helpful in terms of understanding your thought process? I hope it is for you, right? So I just want you to— I just want you to think of it this way: anyone can learn the patterns. You just need somebody to walk you through it. And what I'm really good at is taking really complex stuff and simplifying it and putting into small chunks. And today we're just trying to prepare you. Tomorrow now we're gonna go deep and show you what we're gonna do. So we've got simple stuff, medium level stuff, and some complex stuff. And if it's complex, sometimes it's complex, you just don't know the words. Like lawyers have a lot of power cuz they have words you don't have. That's how they control you, right? Up until ChatGPT and other things that can translate it for you. The same thing true in medicine. Like you read in the newspaper or you read in the magazine or someplace that the third biggest cause of death in America is called iatrogenic causes. Most people don't know what that is. Iatrogenic means doctor, physician, or hospital induced, right? I'm not saying negative about doctors, but that is the third biggest cause. So when you don't have the words, you get overwhelmed. We'll translate this, and it's kind of like I'm a helicopter pilot. When you— I first learned to fly a plane, you learn how to listen for the codes and everything else and what to do. But when you get on with helicopter pilot, they talk in shorthand, and it's hard to even understand what they're saying at the tower. And when I first did, it's like, how are they understanding it? Well, after a while, you realize there's only so many things they can say, and your brain starts to recognize the pattern unconsciously, and you just start using it. All of a sudden, what was What's really difficult becomes easy. It's like driving a stick shift car. In the beginning when you're a kid, I'm gonna do this and this and this and watch the road too. It's never gonna work, right? But today you drive your car and hopefully you're not texting, but chewing gum, thinking about other things, do all kinds of things simultaneously. That's what AI can become for you. But it requires one thing. Make a decision. Give it the energy and decide I'm gonna commit and just at least commit for these next 2 days. Show up fully. To really go for this because the sky's the limit if you want to do this. I'm going to give you one last little gift if you're up for it. Who's up for a little tool to make you feel great inside, right? I will say to you, I don't know if you know the statistic, I was just reading this yesterday. Did you know that in the last 2 years over 100 companies have been created from nothing to a billion dollars using AI? That's more than one a week. More people became billionaires off AI companies in the last 2 years than in 20 years of the internet. Now, I'm not saying you want to be a billionaire, but it should show you what the incredible capacity is. Now, what'll hold you back, what holds everybody back, is stacking negative experiences. Let me explain. Have you ever, you know, said something or done— have you ever been with someone, maybe your kid or someone else, and they did something and they did it again, they did it, and then finally you just lost it on them. You may have felt bad about it, but you overreacted. Who's ever overreacted to somebody out there? Make some noise if you have. Well, you didn't overreact on that moment, you overreacted because it happened again. Who knows what I'm talking about here? That's what we call stacking. If you know, give me a little noise so I know you got it, okay? Well, today we live in a world where things are happening coming so fast at us, challenges. Like, in your pocket now, you don't have to pursue the news. It comes to you in your social media, it comes to you in your texts, it comes through you, you know, through your Slacks, it comes through you, it's everywhere. And we learn about things in microseconds that in your lifetime you would never have learned about in a previous stage. So we're inundated. And the news, they're not bad people, they're doing their job. Their job is to make money for their shareholders. You can only make money for your shareholders if people pay attention. They get paid for your attention. That's why they write those headlines that have nothing to do with the article, right? Clickbait. Because the minute you click on it, they get paid. That's why they have such negative news. That's why they say when it bleeds, it leads on the news. But when you stack so much negativity, you start to get overwhelmed. It actually changes your biochemistry. So I want to show you real fast, it'll take just a couple minutes, how you can not only unstack— who's ever felt stuck? Like a problem you really couldn't solve, you're frustrated. Make some noise, you know what I'm talking about there, right? Here's what we're going to do. Let me show you something. I'd like you to stand up if you would, because I want you to get this in your body. Just shake your body out a little bit. Stand up, stand up. If you can, adjust your camera so I can see you. If you can't, it's okay. I'm looking at the middle of your powerful chest. It's okay, right? So here's what you do. Shake your body out a little bit, just so you feel good. And just once again, make a sound that makes you feel great. Just make a sound that makes you feel great.
Nice and loud. Boom, boom, boom! That's it, come on, boom, boom! Yes!
Okay, stay standing. Here's what I want to show you. I'll put it up on the screen for you. There's a group called HeartMath. Has anybody heard of HeartMath before? Anybody out there? They were nominated for Nobel Prize for learning something about how our hearts and our brains work together. Now you see on the screen here, this is an actual person and it looks technical, but you know if you go to your doctor, we can measure the electric— electrical activity in your heart and in your brain, your EEG and your EKG. So if you look at this chart, this is a human being, a real person. The top one is when this person is in a state of frustration. They're frustrated about whatever they're frustrated about. I can't master this AI. My kid won't do this. My business is like that. But in a state of frustration, you'll see the red lines, that's the heart, the blue line, that's the brain. And what do you notice when you look at the pattern? Well, the first thing you notice is everything's pretty jagged up and down, kind of a rough ride. But secondly, you'll notice there's no alignment between the brain and heart. When that happens, you get in what we call a stupid state. This is where you say things in your relationship that you will wish you had not said before. Before. This is when you'll lose it over stupid things. This is when people get in car accidents because their brain and heart aren't connected. Who's ever like been in a state where you couldn't remember your own cell phone number or how to spell a difficult word like the? Who knows what I'm talking about here, right? Right. How many of you also have had the opposite, which I call a flow state, where like something just flowed through you? The idea, you're playing a game, sport, tennis, whatever, and everything just flowed perfectly, so much so that you impressed yourself, like, "Mm-mm, that was me," right? Who's had this experience? Make some noise if you've impressed yourself, right? Okay, good. Well, that flow state is what you'll see at the bottom of the page, and this same person moved from the top, frustration, to the bottom where you'll notice in a state of appreciation or love or gratitude, something instantly happens within 2 minutes. Like, within 2 minutes, the heart and the brain become one, and you notice it's not jagged anymore because now you're in a flow state. And that flow state, you'll say the right thing. In that flow state, you feel great. In that flow state, you can find the solution. So I want to show you how this actually works. It will literally take us 2 minutes. So shake your body out, and then I want you to think of— I want you to think of some unfinished business you may have. When I say unfinished business, I mean Think of something that you've been putting off dealing with because you got so much going on in your life. You don't want to think about that too because they make it too stressful. Maybe it's something you got to deal with in your business or your kids or your body or your relationship, and just like, it needs to be done, but I'm not doing it right now. Raise your hand or give me a thumbs up if you're in the group that's on the chat if you can think of something where you have some unfinished business out there. Make some noise if you got Okay? So now, here's what I want you to do. I want you to make sure you pick something that if you focused on it, it would add a lot of stress, not a little. So if we measured it 0 to 10, where 10 is stressed out of your mind and 0 is not stressed at all, I want you to pick something that if you really focused on it right now, it would probably be a 7, 8, or 9 of stress, not a 1 or 2. Because if it's a 1 or 2 and we change it, you'll barely notice. So give me a thumbs up or give me some noise if you can think of something that would be 7, 8, or 9.
All right? Awesome. Awesome.
So now forget about that problem for a second, and all I want you to do is this: you probably know wherever your focus goes, energy flows. So I want you to try something. Put both your hands on your heart, and as you're touching your heart, I want you to breathe deeply in your heart. You can close your eyes if that's helpful for your focus. And just as you touch your heart, physically touch your heart and breathe into it. Like where you feel the oxygen and the blood flowing into it. And just feel how good it feels to feel the strength of your heart, the joy of your heart, the power of your heart. That's it. Breathe deep into that space. And as you put your focus in your heart and breathe deep in your heart, We're going to think of 3 moments in your life you could feel really grateful for, but we're not going to think about them like if you thought of being on a roller coaster and you remembered it way over in the distance. We're going to imagine like going over the edge of the roller coaster in our body as it's happening, only instead of the roller coaster, it's going to be a moment in your life of real gratitude, a real appreciation or joy. You're going to give yourself that gift. You're going to step in your body as you were then. So I want you to think of A moment in your life you could feel incredibly grateful for if you wanted to right now. It could have been 20 years ago, 10 years ago, 2 days ago, 2 minutes ago. It could be big or small, but just something that if you focused on it and went back in your body and saw what you saw then, heard what you heard then, felt what you felt then, it would feel incredible. You'd feel that gratitude. Maybe it's the birth of a child, or the day you started a business, or a breakthrough you created, or time you met a friend, any moment that's special for you that would be like a blessed moment. That's it. And then step in your body as you were then and look through your own eyes and see what you saw then when you felt so grateful or so appreciative or so loved or so joyful. That's it. That's it.
Good.
Good, good. Hear what you heard then. If someone said something to you, or if you said something in your own mind, when it felt so good, so grateful. Breathe the way you were breathing then when you felt so grateful. That's it. So grateful. Feel like every cell, every nerve in your body now is bathing in that sense of gratitude. And why are Why are we putting gratitude in our body? Because the two emotions that screw up your business and your personal life are fear and anger. Did you ever notice you can't be fearful while you're grateful? You can't be angry while you're grateful. This is the antidote. Breathe it in, step into that moment, just feel so thankful for that moment like it's happening again right now. Perfect. Now we're going to stack it. I want you to think of a second moment you can feel grateful now. A second moment, any time in your life, years ago, days ago, hours ago, doesn't matter, big or small, but something else you could feel so grateful for that moment. And step into that moment now. Step into your body like you're there. See what you saw through your own eyes when you felt so grateful. Hear what you heard. Breathe the way you were breathing. Breathing in now? What's the look on your face when you're filled with gratitude? That's it. That's it. Good, good. You're doing great. That's it. Flood your body with that feeling so it feels like every cell, every nerve is bathed in that gratitude. Beautiful job. Beautiful. Now finally bring up a third moment, a third moment you can feel grateful grateful for. Third moment that you could just feel like, that was such a great moment, I'm so grateful for that moment. It could be something little or big. When you're ready, step in your body again and see that moment like you're there. Hear what was being said or what you said to yourself. Breathe the way you were breathing when you filled with appreciation or gratitude or love. That's it. What's your face like when you're filled with gratitude? That's it. And I'll feel all three of these moments at once in your body. Imagine all three of them stacked together, all of it, like your whole body and your whole being is filled with it. And then now, with your eyes are still closed, reach your right hand out as if you're getting a grab another memory, but this one is a memory you're proud of yourself. You felt proud because you accomplished something, you pushed through. Bring that in your heart. As it touches your heart, say yes. That's it, good. And step in that moment like it's happening again when you felt proud, but you broke through because you made something happen. Reach out and grab another moment you're proud, a moment of achievement. It could be little or big. I was one of the 10 Lords of Leaping in the first grade play. I was proud. I work at the President of the United States. I was proud. Bring that one in.
Yes.
And feel it as well. And then reach out and get a loving moment with family or friends, a moment you enjoyed with family or friends, and bring that in.
Yes.
And stack them on top of each other. Now find a funny moment. You ever laugh so hard shit came out your nose inappropriately? Did you ever laugh so hard you couldn't stop laughing? Bring a funny moment in. Reach that and go, "Yes!" and bring that in. Bring in a romantic or sensual moment of your life. Or if you never had one, make one up. Yes! And then reach out and grab a moment of excitement in your life, a moment that excited you so much. Now imagine you're getting a trailer of your future from the universe or God and see a moment in the future you're going to be proud of yourself and bring that moment in. Yes! That's it. Bring a moment in the future where you're gonna accomplish something. Yes. Bring in a beautiful moment with family and friends in the future. Yes. That's it. Now bring in another moment, this time sometime that's gonna make you laugh in the future about something. Bring an essential moment from your future and say yes. Now bring in as many moments as you can over the next 10 seconds. Go, one after another, just stack them. You can do it, Tanya. That's it, I'm watching you, Tanya. Good job, Patricia. Take them in. Yes, bring in as many as you can like it's a game. You can do it, Michael Ramsey. I'm watching. Good job, Jennifer Robinson. Nice, Halgar. Good job, Nadine Stanley. Pour them all in, one after another, after another, after another, after another. Bring them all That's it. Bring them in. So bring it to a near peak, and at the peak, I want you to make a sound as loud as you can. Extend your body like you're feeling your life. 1, 2, 3. Make the sound of what your life feels like right now.
Make the sound of it.
Make that sound of it.
That's it.
Extend your arms up and feel it. Feel it all. That's it.
Feel it all. Breathe it.
Breathe it. Experience it. Do it one more One more time, make the sound again, even stronger. Go!
Go!
That's it, that's it, that's it. Perfect, perfect. Now take that feeling into your heart. Bring that feeling back in your heart, in you, as you. This is the real you. When you get stuck, it's because your mind and body are not connected. Your brain and heart are, but they're connected now. And you didn't fake things. These are real memories of yours. How many remembered some things you haven't thought about for a very long time? Make some noise if you did. Yeah, now let's use it. Oh my gosh, I'm way over my time. Okay, let's use it. Grab your heart, touch your heart, stay in that feeling state. And now we're going to use it. Think of the problem that you were dealing with, that unfinished business, but don't Feel the same energy in your heart. And now from your heart, answer this question about that old stressful situation. In your heart, just answer this question. Finish this sentence. All I need to remember about that, all I need to focus on, all I really need to do is what? All I need— touch your heart and ask yourself, all I need to remember about that situation, all I need to focus on All everything you do is what? And your heart has the answer, doesn't it? All I need to remember, all you focus on, all I need to do is what? Raise your right hand if you've got the answer to solve your problem, your challenge right now. Raise your right hand nice and high. That's it. Make some noise if it feels great inside to have that answer, ladies and gentlemen. That's it, that's it, that's it, that's it, that's it, that's it, that's it. Give everybody a hand.
Beautiful job, beautiful job.
I just want you to remember, if you bring energy, if you will bring vision, if you'll bring some decisiveness, you'll take action, if you'll be relentless, the world is yours. But you got to Stack the good. You got to remember, you're the secret sauce, not AI. Use AI, don't let AI use you. We're going to have two more beautiful days, but just to finish up, welcome back my dear buddy and partner, Dean Graziosi.
Light up the chat for Tony!
Dean Machine. Thanks for that nickname. People called me that when I was little. How you doing, Janet? Good to see everybody. Ashley, Ashleen, you're playing full out. John, Jillian. Hey, I just want to say, Tony's been my dear friend for almost 15 years, partner for about 10, and I still sit in the other room watching him and his presence. I've seen him do that probably 20 times in my life. And every time I get emotional, every time I remind myself why. And you have the ability to stack the good just like the bad. Tell me that's not a skill you want for the rest of your life. I know some of you— and I wrote these notes, I got a whole bunch of notes I wrote down. I know some of you are like, hey, I came just to learn AI. I mean, all the beautiful comments, but I want to tell you, this is what we're doing. 77 years between the two of us. Knowing how to get actual results. There's plenty of free stuff all over the internet on AI. Why aren't you using it? Because this whole process, this whole 3 days is designed to make you unstoppable. Tomorrow is nothing but AI training showing you. Did you love Molly today? Did you love what Igor shared today? We have so much more of that tomorrow, but we want to make it so it sticks, make it so it's a part of your life, not just some hack that you can learn in 3 seconds online. I hope you felt that. I appreciate your beautiful messages because each one of these days is designed for you. Listen, we started all this by today, by understanding that time is the foundation for success. But time alone isn't enough. You got to combine it with leverage, right? We had Zach help us look through the lens of AI in a different way, one where it can enhance our lives, where it's going to empower our world, bring a better future for ourselves and our children. That was designed to get you in that space. Igor helped us to see that this— what this moment really is. Did you like the 3 levels? How about the context sandwich? Knowing that you got to— who you are, then this is what I want, and this is the outcome. Watch that alone blow you away. And wasn't Molly just a breakout star today? Wasn't that freaking fantastic, right? Prove you don't need to be technical to do incredible things. And guess what? Not only is this just the start, all you're gonna see by the time this is over is all you need to do is start. Not— some of you already do it— start on that next level. And I loved how Tony shared about patterns, pattern recognition. Just think about it. It's, it's finding those patterns, using those patterns. That's what Tony and I did to be here, and that's what you are doing by being in this audience. You are cutting the learning curve By seeing the patterns we discovered. And I promise you, the next 2 days are going to be magical. So here's the bottom line. Today we proved that AI is the unfair advantage to buy back time, create more leverage. I said that already. Tomorrow we're going to reveal the one thing, the common thread of everybody, to see how it can be the secret weapon to not only work alongside of you, to know you, and actually work for you. We are going to take you there tomorrow and you're going to have the confidence to do it. Those of you that are already there, you're like, can't wait. Those of you that are a little nervous, I hope you feel inspired. Who feels better about AI today than you have in the last 3 months? Say yes in the chat. We're gonna show you how to create it as well. Thank you for all the beautiful comments. But before then, we have one quick request for tonight. Listen, we're doing this event for free and we absolutely love it, except for those who upgraded to elite and VIP for a dollar, right? So basically free. Free for everyone. So if you want to pay us back tonight, here's an easy request. Just play full out. Show up tomorrow ready. Show up on time. Cancel the stuff. Shut out the browsers. Go all in. Also, what about going to our free community tonight and posting your biggest win? That's a great way that you could light this up to keep this momentum alive. You know, last time we did this, the community went absolutely nuts. The stories, the breakthroughs, the support. Because what happens is you see yourself in other people. You think you're the only one that thinks a certain way. And all of a sudden it's like, I thought this way. This is the breakthrough I had. So last, last year at the last event, I literally stayed up most of the night reading comments because they were so good. So let's make it even better. Oh, I didn't even see they put up a sign. So just go to the, the, the AI Advantage Summit community. It's aiadvantage.com/community. Create a post on your biggest win or wins. If you want, encourage someone else, and then tomorrow we'll pick some of those stories and play them live. That's it. That's it. Tomorrow we also have some incredible guests. We have the AI surfer. This guy is going to blow your mind and change the way you look at AI forever. We have Lior Weinstein. Lior has helped me understand AI and go faster. He's one of my greatest teachers. He's going to blow your mind. And we have the incredible Arthur Brooks back. He was the number one requested speaker from last event. He's going to show you how to use AI to actually increase the happiness in your life, and it's backed by science. Plus, we're going to do a panel. You can't miss a second tomorrow, so be here right on time, 11 AM Pacific Standard Time, 2 o'clock PM Eastern Standard Time. So make sure you don't miss even a second. And I'll end with this: if you thought today was powerful, tomorrow is where the momentum truly begins. You're gonna start seeing exactly how all of this applies to your life, your business, and your goals. So don't miss even a second. We've only just begun. Thank you for a beautiful day. Seriously, I've been reading so many incredible comments. Do whatever it takes to be here, and I'll see you in the morning. Thanks, everybody.
Turn up, turn up, turn up! Let's go! Hey, hey, hey, hey! Let's go! Let's go! Come on! 1, 2, 3! Stepping clean, go with his gleam. Whole room turn when I hit that scene. I came to fly, got the whole block lean. Set roll, drummer, all champagne. Dream. Left hand high, right hand wave. Face in the chest like a heart misbehaving. Tooth too sharp, smile too brave. Watch me set it off, watch me misbehave. Pull up, pull up, let it breathe. Then I step right in, let them all believe. One clap, two clap for the heat. Everybody move when I say hands up high. Tonight we don't miss, we don't fade. Hung up, let it breathe. Then I step right in, let them all believe. One clap, two clap for the heat. Everybody move when I say, say, Soubex, Soubex, hey! Soubex, Soubex, hey! Hands up high tonight, we don't miss, we don't fade. Soubex, Soubex, hey! Soubex, Soubex, hey! Call my name, call it loud, we came here to celebrate. Hey, hey, hey! Crowd say, dolly, dolly, dolly, dolly! Sue, Sue! Sue, Sue! Hands up high tonight, we don't miss, we don't fade. Sue, Sue! Sue, Sue! Call my name, call it loud, we came here to celebrate. Big ratchets, let it ring, crowd roar loud when we do our thing. Sue, Sue! One last time, zero freedom, all time. You move like a secret. I'm ready to ride. We don't need a reason, we can make one tonight. Come a little closer, think that's parking night. Hold that look one second, we can make it right. Hands up, don't let go now, we're already in flight. From the first beat down, gold on your wrist and a grin like the devil. You got that cool that makes everybody stare. I got the crew that wants to steal it all. You take my hand and the whole place falls. One more turn, then we're gone with the glow. Come a little closer, feel that spark ignite.
Hold Aah!
Bassline steady, my steps too smooth. I don't chase it, I make the move. You want that sparkle, that front row feel. I bring the heat, make it all seem real. From the first snap, they know my name. Every face lit when I claim that fame. No small talk, we came to win. Hit that hook and we go all in. Súbelo, súbelo, feel that swing. Hold that breath now, let it ring. Todo el mundo, come with me. Count of 3, set it free. Baila, baila, don't stop now. Move your body, show me how. Suerte, suerte, hands up high. We run this place tonight. Baila, baila, feel that fire. One more round, take it higher. Súbelo, súbelo, make it loud. We got the whole crowd proud. 1, 2, 3, say it back. Baila, baila, on the attack. She said play that again, so I run it back, back, back. Whole floor moving in waves like a snapback snap. Windows downtown, by town, we've been on this run. Every face in the place shining like the sun. Hands up, don't let it drop. Feel that bounce, let it ride. Everybody on the block, bring that one more time. Raise the roof, raise it high. We don't come to stay inside. Break the rules, break the rules. We came to move tonight. Hands up now, hands up now. To the whole place, we outside. Break the rules, break the rules. Break the rules tonight. 1, 2, lean back. 3, 4, bring it back. Side to side, let it stack. No sleep, just a clap. Joy in my chest tonight. Hands up high when the bass line drops. Every face in here won't stop. Say my name, I'm there. Tell the DJ crank that air. 1, 2, feel that swing. All my people, one big ring. All night we light it up. All night we don't slow up. Say hey, say hey, we came to win. We came to Hey, we came to win. We came to stunt all night. We light it up all night. We don't slow up. Say hey, say hey, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back. We make that room jump. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey! Crouch in now, moving left, moving right, moving now. Dolly, Dolly, hands up high, watch us turn this whole place live. Hey, hey, hey, shout it back, every voice in the room on track. One more hit, then we attack, turn that bass into a riot. All night, we light it up. All night, we don't slow up. Say hey, say hey, we came to win. We came to start. All night we light it up. All night we don't slow up. Say hey, say hey, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back. We make that room jump. We press it. Crowd all out. One last wave. Make Mama proud. Say hey, say hey. Hands up high. Oh, feel it now. Let it fly. Come on, come on, feel that fire. Feel that fire. Come on, come on, lift it higher. Lift it higher. Wave your hands, spin around. We don't stop, shake this ground. Come on, come on, feel that fire. Feel that fire. Coolers all open, friends by the dance. Laughter in colors, that's how the whole night went. Drums on my backbeat, shine in my step. One little whistle and the whole crowd says yes. Oh, feel it now, now, hands up
