Hi, this is Dean Graziosi, and welcome back to the weekly blog. I have a pretty short message for you today. What I want you to do is find a success, buddy. What do I mean by that? What I realized this week is, up until recently, well, probably the last three to five years, I had people in my life that I love dearly. But if I told them things that I wanted to do or wanted to achieve, they always looked like, oh, this guy's crazy. We talked about that in earlier blogs. You know that to be true. You know that most people in your life, if you told them you're watching my weekly blogs or you bought my book or you got involved in my real estate success academy and you're working with coaches or you visit dingrazziosi.com on a regular basis, they think you're nuts because they're afraid to step out of their own rut they're in. Like the analogy I always use, if a whole bunch of people are in the ditch and you try climbing out, it's a lot easier for somebody to grab you by the belt and pull you back down to their level than trying to climb out with you. So what are you going to do? Some of those people might be your spouse, your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, your co worker that you sit next to every day. Maybe you're a policeman and your partner. Every day is negative. What are you going to do except put your own glass wall up? We talked about that as well. But here's what I realized when my success really catapulted. It's when I found other successful people in my life with a bigger future. Meaning no matter if they were the best football player and they made money in the past, they still think that tomorrow is going to be bigger and. And brighter. They look ahead. They don't look behind. And you know how much that's helped me propel to the next level in my life? That when I have a grandiose idea and I want to take my company from 50 or $75 million a year to 150, they go, great. Here's some ideas. Or they give me encouragement on how I can go to the next level. You need that kind of person in your life. And if it takes you a week, a month, or a year to find, I. I want you to find a success, buddy. Someone that you could tell them anything. You're dreaming of, any one of your goals, how you're going to get there, and all they do is give you encouragement or maybe share some wisdom of things that they've learned that can help you. Maybe you guys both watch my weekly blogs and you write down what it meant to you and then you share those ideas or you read some posts@Dean Graziosi.com or you both get involved in a real estate group in your local area or, or the chamber of commerce or whatever you do, do some things together that when you have a great idea, you're excited about something. You watch a blog like this and you're pumped to go do something. You don't go to someone and tell them and they go, ah, that's just a pie in the sky. Go back to your job. You have a success buddy who you tell and they encourage you on another level. So that's the lesson for this week. Put in motion the steps to find yourself a success buddy. And here's the thing. Here's something that I share with a lot of people. And I have to tell you, a lot of people look at me funny, but when you put it out there, when that's your intention to find somebody like that, I don't know if it's the universe, if it's God, if it's just the fact that your eyes are now open. It's like when you buy a new car and all of a sudden you see a whole bunch of those cars on the road and you go, wow, everybody's got my car. But you didn't realize it before you bought it. If you put in your mind and your intent to. To find a success buddy, they'll start to pop up all over the place. So that's your job for this week.
