My net worth from last year when I was living in that house, you know, renting a room, went from negative $80,000 to today. My net worth is a little over.
I think it's $400,000.
And that's in 12 months. And I just started. I only got two houses. I basically, I mean this is just the beginning. I can't even tell you how amazed I am doing this. You know, you're living it and you're.
Not thinking about it all.
But it's nothing short of a miracle.
What I've done In the last 12.
Months since I bought your course.
I can't tell you how happy I am.
I'm basically living in a freaking half.
A million dollar house for about 3, $400 a month.
It's insane what you can do when you start thinking a little differently.
Well, I'm heading on my way to my income property that I bought and that was a pretty good deal. That was the second house I bought since I bought. That's a three family house. Not only did I pull out some money to make to pay some debt off, I also am living pretty much mortgage free right now. Even though I have a big mortgage, it's manageable because of the income property.
So Dean, I'm really happy to report that buying these two houses has completely changed my life and I'm actually looking for a third house now to buy. There's still a lot of foreclosures around and there's never been a better time in the history of real estate to.
Buy a house right now.
And so I'm thoroughly enjoying this and looking really forward to identifying and closing on my next property already.
Dean, between the three houses, the two, I'm sorry, the two houses that I bought, I pulled out close to $90,000 already. And now as a result of that, I'm going to be buying another house now. And obviously $90,000 paid off all my debt. I bought my son another new dirt bike and I bought myself a truck and I bought a trailer so that when we go dirt biking we can camp out now at the race park.
