This house here, we made $17,949.96. We were able to buy it on contract, which means we was able to buy this one with no money down and no bank loan. This house here, we made $36,140.60. This house here, we've done a little bit different. We bought it with a bank loan, hard money. We made $28,821.76. But we didn't have to use any of our money, so we used the bank's money. So it was actually kind of a no money down deal. We just used somebody else's money. This house here, we're done a little bit different. We just now purchased this house for 20,000. We're going to do a remodel of it, which is about 13,005, which is going to have US 33,500 in it. And I've already got a contract on it for 72,000, which is going. You take the 33,500 off, which is going to leave us a net profit of $39,500 for this house. We're expected to do it in about three weeks. Now, there is no way that you can work somewhere else for anybody and make that kind of money this easy and this quick. Because I've worked a lot of years for not even making 39,500. And we learn all this through Dean's course. There's no way that we could have done this without Dean's help. But this house here, we actually bought it for a purchase price of 152,000. We have it under contract right now for 185,000, which is going to leave a profit of 33,000. We actually bought this house to live in. But the reason I got it at such a good deal. Take a good look at the house. It's a beautiful house, three acres of land. But the guy that had it had already built another house, so he was in a buying to sell it. So we just made him an offer. He took us up on it, and we actually bought it to live in, but decided we didn't like the location. So we're selling it. So we're going to come out with a profit of $33,000, which is pretty nice for just a few months work. Okay, this house right here, we got a sale price on it of $88,900. The purchase price was $40,000. We're gonna put about $12,500 into it. And when we get done, we're gonna have a net profit of around $36,400, give or take a few dollars for financing, handling charge. Here's our new swimming pool. We got 33 foot round, six foot deep, all new deck and everything. It's something I promised my son would get for him and really nice. Okay, now here's our nice laptop we bought. Now what you're seeing is I've showed you today, we've showed you deals that we've done and money we've made, things I've bought with the money. I've made deals that we are going to do. And this is the most powerful thing I want to talk to you about is I'm from a small town, Boonville, Mississippi, population about 7 or 8,000. My credit was in the crapper. I had no way of borrowing money. I worked 60 to 70 hours a week at a job that I was not going to get ahead on. I was able to do what I did with all those things against me. So all you got to do is warn it bad enough, get Dean's course, do what he says do, and you can do the same thing I've done. And I'm not even doing it full time yet. When I start doing this full time, can you imagine the money I'm going to generate?
