Hello, my name is Nathan. I saw Dean Graziosi's program about a year ago now and very excited about the opportunity to get into real estate. I just didn't really know how to do it or what path to follow. And I was sitting there watching TV one night and saw his excitement with real estate and all the different areas that you could use investments from yourself or most likely from outside investors to really do some exciting things. So I started doing a lot of research, bought the books that Dean had, read through them in probably a couple days and just got very excited about everything. Four houses in eight months, one that's being rented covering my cost, another one I sold at a profit and now two on the market. Yeah, I've always been a fan of real estate. Just didn't know how to start and I plan to continue doing this and ramping it up as I go. At this point, I'm just taking some of the money out. I was excited to take my family with some of the profit from the first house. We went to Disney World for a week and that was phenomenal. I've got a wife and two little kids and it was, it was great to be able to budget for that trip and then be able to sell a house outside of my regular full time job to be able to cover the cost of that trip. Extremely, extremely excited about the opportunity in real estate right now I feel the biggest opportunity has been at least where I live, the foreclosures and finding the right price on places and knowing going in what the renovations will cost and the spread that you'll have at the end. At some point my goal is to start moving more into rental properties as more of a long term investment. But right now I'm just mainly focused on the short term investment and move forward from there. I think real estate right now has got a big opportunity. There's a lot of fear in the market about getting into it, but through Dean's program I was able to gather the confidence and just going after it. It's nice to have a series of books and people that have been great that I've been able to call at the company and just run some different ideas past and see what they think and have that confidence to, to go into it knowing that you have people behind you to answer questions.
