Hey, everybody. Welcome to the Weekly Wisdom. Sorry this is coming at you a little late, but I had a crazy weekend. But I have a really important message for you. Not only do I want to wish you an incredible Thanksgiving and send you blessings and love and positive energy to have just an amazing time, and I want to tell you that I'm thankful for you, for each and every one of you, for maybe being here for the first time, watching this video, or being here week after week and trusting me to share, you know, wisdom and capabilities and direction to take your life to a whole nother level. Okay, I have a Thanksgiving or a 30 day. You call whatever you want or a 30 day challenge for you in prep for the new year. You know, so many people make all these crazy New Year's resolutions and they fulfill none of them. So why not start now? And I have three totally diverse things that I want you to pick one of the three, and I want you to commit below to trying it. Okay, you ready for this? I. I believe spiritually, emotionally, physically, your thoughts, how you think all of them lead to a fulfilled life or living life at just the highest level possible. Living at a peak. Not just hit a peak and then crash, but to live life360 all the way around and be optimized in each area. You have to work on each area. So here is the challenge. You get to pick one of these three things to do for the next 30 days. Okay? Number one, no news for 30 days. Zero. No newspapers, no TV. This is a tough time in the news with so much going on with ISIS and Ebola and stuff going on with the president and amnesty. If you're for it, if you're against it, I'm not telling you either way. I just know it's a time suck. So much time and energy and we put so much momentum and wind behind our backs into that that it doesn't leave enough time for you. So option one, 30 days with zero news. And you need to fulfill that time by reading some personal development books. Go do Dale Carnegie or Earl Nightingale or Tony Robbins, or go back and read my book Totally Fulfilled, which you can get for free today by the time we're done with this video. So do that. Spend time on you, or go back and study all your real estate education or whatever it is that makes you money, but cut out the news. Option one. Option two, no sugar for 30 days. That's right, I said it. You have no idea that Candida and your desire for sugar becomes an obsession because the more you eat breads the more you eat sugar. And sometimes if you don't eat sugar, it's hidden in your food. It's hidden in ketchup and salad dressings. So here's what I'd love for you to do. Option two is pick no sugar for 30 days. You will not believe. You will crave it for a week and then you won't believe how amazing it'll be when you don't have any more sugar cravings. So option two, no more sugar. Replace it with anything. Drink green tea. Do something. Third option is go 30 days with zero judgment. Yep, I said that. Zero judgment. Someone is mean to you. Don't judge. Maybe they're just having a bad day. Someone's acts a certain way, Someone's overweight, Someone's mean. Someone's too happy. Someone's scared. If we go without judging them at all, you have no idea the freedom that gives you and what it releases and opens up in your heart and your soul. And you won't believe that. How the negative conversations just go away. They just simply go away when there's zero judgment. I used to think I had no judgment until I analyzed and I realized, oh, my God, I'm still judging. So option one, no news. Option two, no sugar. Option three, no judgment. You could pick one or the other one of the three. Now, you could be bold and pick all three. But this is a 30 day challenge and I'm giving it right to you. Right here, sitting in the car doing this quick video for you. I want you to pick one. Commit below.
