Dean Graziosi - Women's Empowerment

I owe all of my success to Dean Graziosi. There's no way I would be where I am today without him. First, I want to say thank you, Dean. In the past 10 months, thanks to your program, I have successfully completed eight deals with a total income of $59,189. Prior to real estate investing, I worked for 31,000 a year, working nine to five for an average of $15 an hour. And I was building else's dream. My name is Raina Krasak. I'm 44 years old and have four beautiful children who are all grown now. Two years ago they started to leave home and I realized I wanted to find something not only to increase our income before my husband retires, but also to give new challenge to myself in my life. Even though I was scared to death when I started, I am happy to say that today I, I have actually reached the million dollar mark and have gone past it. I'm working on the second million. Dean cares about his students and he's provided those tools and that reinforcement to help his team be successful. And that says a lot about the man. My first real estate transaction, I made $55,000. That's more than I ever made as a piano teacher. In a year, two years, six, sometimes at this point, three and a half years into it, I'm holding a couple dozen properties for passive income. I've got about $12,000 a month coming in clear passive income. I'm still buying, renovating and reselling properties, making anywhere between $15,000 to 20, $30,000 on the properties. I'm passing some deals on to other investors and making a few thousand dollars for passing on the deal, which is, we call that wholesaling in the business. I mean, I have substantially changed the economic outlook of not only myself but my whole family. And if you will do that, if you will grab this, you will be a successful real estate investor as well. Thank you, Dean. Thank you very, very much for giving us the confidence and helping us understand that, you know, when you think outside of the box, really anything's possible. I would like to say God bless you for having a system like this and for helping so many people. In April of this year I was able to leave corporate America and follow my dream. And I am now a full time real estate investor. In the past two and a half years we've completed 11 deals where we've purchased, buy and hold properties and we flipped some properties. At this point in time we own eight cash flowing properties that there's single family homes Duplexes and we do have one quadplex. And those properties are cash flowing a little over $4,900 a month net for us. We also, since we started in 2011, we have been able to increase our net worth by $500,000. Really, really pleased that I had the assistance I had to fulfill this dream of mine. And I'm having a great time doing it and making great money too. It feels really good to know I can create as much income as I want. And not only did Dean's techniques work like he claimed they would, I have found a true friend and a mentor in Dean. The man that you see on stage and on TV is the real Dean Graziosi. He doesn't put on a front, he doesn't twist words. He just tells it like it is. And he really, truly wants to see each person reach their full potential. I've had the privilege of meeting Dean personally and I can promise you that he is the most giving and big hearted and generous person that I know of. He does not need to do all that he does to help his students be successful. And yet he does. And it's simply out of the goodness of his heart. He wants everybody to be as successful as him. And he backs that up with action. And all he does with this. He really focuses on the mindset because at the end of the day, everyone has access to the knowledge to make money in real estate. But it's taking the action. If I can do it from another country, single mom, widow, there's no one seizes, anyone can do it. And I've got to tell you, I will be forever grateful to Dean Graziosi and the rest of his organization. This opened up a door to a new image of me. You know, I am now a professional woman. I go speak around the country, I wheel and deal with investors around the country. I run numbers. I can still make lasagna at home when I feel like it, but I'm a professional. It feels good. I put my whole into it. This has changed my life. Not only in the confidence level, but I feel secure. You know, I have a net worth. I have two daughters and two granddaughters. They're beautiful. They're my life. They're the reason why I do this. Not only to make myself feel that I don't have to depend on anyone, I don't have to count on anyone, but that I have the strength, the commitment and the confidence that has built in me by following Dean's techniques, that I know that I have much more opportunities. Dean, thank you so much. You have no idea how you have changed my life. I really want to thank Dean for all the material and the knowledge and so forth that he's provided to all of us. Dean, thank you. I am living the life. You can do this, too.
