Here's how you create a blueprint for success in your business. First, realize that most blueprints never go anywhere. It's just a dream. It's just a fantasy. It's somebody putting their ideas and thoughts down. And I don't mean that to be disrespectful, but some of the best businesses in the world end up in the garbage pail on your on your laptop eventually. When you craft a business plan, start with the sales in mind. Start with the marketing. Start with understanding if this is a product or service that people not only need but they really want. And I would look through the lens of the end buyer. When you create a business plan, obsess on who your ideal client is? What do they need? How do you solve their problems? How do you serve them? How do you help them reach their goals? Whatever that is you are solving a problem, make sure your product or service solves that problem. Then work backwards and put all the other business pieces in place.
