That goes live. All right, all right, all right. How we doing tonight? I'll wait here until we get people on. Takes a little minute. Tonight we are. Today we're gonna. Hey, there we go. Starting to get people to join us. We're on Facebook and Instagram. Listen, guys, you're joining us next. I want to talk about failure. I want to talk about what failure means, how failure is a part of your success, how you can go quicker to next level. All right, glad everybody's here. Now, if you guys like this tonight, let me know and share this with other people. We're going to talk about how failing fast could be one of your secret weapons in your toolbox. You see, for some reason, I'm going to back up here. About four years ago, I sent an email out. Good to see everybody here. Appreciate it. Thanks for the messages. Good to have you all here. About four years ago, I sent a message out to about 250,000 people, and I said, what is the number one thing holding you back for that next level of life? Holding you back from starting your own business or taking what you know to another level or just going for it and stop being, you know, stuck or stop living status quo? And I have to tell you, the number one thing that came back was fear of failure. Literally, fear of failure is stopping most people from going to that next level from doing anything. So I want to give you a little spin on that tonight. You know, everybody says, learn from your failure. I know that sounds great, but let's just be honest. When you're failing, it sucks. When you're failing, when things are going sideways, you hate it. There's nothing worse than when something's not working out. Someone says, you'll learn from this. Everything will be great. Whether it's true or not, it sucks. So I want you to think about it this way. You see, let me get the best way to start this. Failure is for sure the cornerstone to our next level of life. It is our success. I mean, is the foundation for success. But how do we get there? So failing fast. I want you to think about that. I want you to write it down. I want you to think about. So think about this in life. Do you know anyone? And you can let me know. Hit a Y if you know some. Ever know anybody that was in a relationship and it went sideways? Someone cheated, someone's unfaithful, Someone was mean, someone was bad. And then the relationship ended and it was toxic and was horrible. And someone took months, maybe years, maybe they're still skeptical and single and they've never moved on from that because they failed. And it's still painful. They're still living in yesterday. They're hindering their current present life based on the past. What about someone who's tried a business, wanted to do their own thing, wanted to make more money, and it didn't work out? All of a sudden, that pain lives us, and we relive that over and over. And all of a sudden, that past is our anchor that we're dragging across the desert. Our past is just holding us there. And when I look back at my life, it's the reason I wrote my book Millionaire Success Habits, Because I just looked back, like, what allowed me to get here? I'm not the smartest guy in the world. I didn't go to college, I didn't have money. But I got here. It was because of these little habits. But one of them was, and that's what I want to talk about tonight, is I failed so damn fast. I could be so excited about an opportunity, wanted to make this deal happen, wanted to go the next level. And I'd work on it. I'd obsess on it, and somebody let me down or something happened or this deal went sideways and it fell apart. And, man, I would be beat myself up for just a couple of hours, and then I'd move on and go the next one. I didn't know that was a superpower back then. When I look at it now, it was such a key to my success because I failed fast. Because you know what people do, and I want you to really analyze this. If you do this in your own life, if you like this, if you do it, let me know. Hit the hearts. Get this, share this to other people, Let people know we're doing this. But did you ever fail and go, why did that happen to me? How does that always happen? Whose fault is it? You know, it's the wrong time of year, it's the wrong. It's the wrong. I live in the wrong place. People take advantage of me. I'm a sucker because I'm so nice to people. All those types of things we sell, tell ourselves. But guess what? It means nothing. All that does is delay your ability to jump back in, right? Some people could be in that rut for years, or other people are failing faster. Because as simple as this analogy sounds, if you read my book, you know, I wrote this and it's just so silly, but I use it with my kids all the time. If you spill a glass of milk, you can figure out whose Fault it is and why it's spilt and will it make the carpet smell and be really pissed off and angry? Or you could just go get a towel and a new glass of milk. Those that go faster, those that get to another level, learn how to fail really fast. So think about this, and if I'm all over the place, sorry. I did two podcasts today. We had 10 meetings today. I'm still at the office, but I thought about you guys and I wanted to go live because I just did a podcast with a great lady and failure was really holding her back. And I want to say think about this. Think about your life, your past as a house. And in this small little house, visualize this house. There's a. There's shelves on every bit of the wall. And on those shelves is your past, all the different pieces, the good, the bad, the ugly. And you have a suitcase. You have a suitcase. Maybe you have a backpack, right? And the house is on fire with all your memories in it. And you only have enough time to go in there and grab the memories that fit in your suitcase. Then you got to let the rest burn. So what are those memories that can serve you? What are those memories that can be a positive focus of what to do right or what to do wrong? What can you let burn that doesn't give any value in your life anymore? All it is is an anchor that you're dragging. You cannot do anything about your past. There's nothing we can do. We can't go backwards. So in my opinion, is let most of your past burn and only take what serves you from that. Only take the lessons. Only take what can push you to another level. You see, what I said earlier, when people say. When people say, you know your past, you're going through it, you'll learn something. The fact is, it's true. Those failures are what build you. Those failures are what make you better. The smoothest stone is in the roughest part of the stream. And I appreciate everybody here. I see all the messages. I appreciate the likes. I appreciate the message. I'll read every single one of these. So if you have an idea for me, you have a thought, you have a question, Just hit me up down here. But I just want to share this because I have to be honest. Let me tell you this story. My daughter pitches softball. I don't know if you've ever watched softball pitching. There's so many moving parts, it's crazy. She's got a pitching coach. She does. Great. And my daughter this year, she started in Fall ball. And like her first five games, she honestly was flawless. I was like, oh, my God, that's my daughter. I mean, she's leaping five feet out, she's throwing so fast. Girls aren't even swinging. I'm like, oh, my God, look at her. And she was learning and growing, but then about six games in, she fell apart. She's in like the game with this first place team. Our team was in second. And she was just ball after ball or hit after hit. And in the second inning, she wanted out. I could see tears coming out of her eyes. And she gets done. She walks like she doesn't want to talk in front of everybody else. And she walks me out behind where all the cars are, walks out of the dugout and said, dad, I want out of this. And this is what she said to me. She goes, dad, crying. She goes, this is too much pressure. I'm 11 years old. This is too much pressure for 11 year old. I never want to pitch again. I can't take this. And I said, Bri, you're only 11 years, right? But let me just ask you something. You learned a lot from those games that you won, didn't you? She goes, yes. I said, but don't you think you can learn more from this game? This one that you're failing at, this one that hurts, that stings? I said, what are some solutions? What are some things as much as it's. You're crying right now? And I'm not trying to be Mr. Positive. I'm your dad. I want to just hug you, but let's just take a moment before you jump out of a game and give up on pitching when you've been doing so good. What did you learn from the games you won? And she's like, I can't really remember. I said, what are you learning right now? She goes, it sucks to lose this bad. I said, what are some solutions? She goes, I'm practicing every day this week. I want to go back to my pitching coach. I'm never letting this happen again. I feel like I'm letting down my team. That pain stung her so much that her lessons that she learned from that are tenfold from the games that she won. She starts a new league this year. She just got on. She's like, dad, I am never having another one of those games. I want to. Can I do my pitching coach? Can I practice with you at least four days a week? She learned so much from that. So all I want to share with you is what can you learn from the pain? That you've gone through. How can you take a positive focus, a positive example out of that lesson and use it for rebounding faster? So in hindsight, I hope I wasn't all over the place today. Like I said, it's a long day. I'm still at my office here. I want to get home and see my kids before they go to sleep. But I want you to think about this. How fast can you fail? Winston Churchill said, and this is a quote I had on my desk for 15 years, the definition of success is going from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm. We absolutely fail all the time. It paralyzes most people now. It doesn't probably paralyze you or else you wouldn't be watching me. If you're watching me right now on Instagram or Facebook, you're somebody that wants another level of life. You're somebody who's searching for more. Maybe you're somebody who's been with me for eight or ten years or while I've been doing these weekly wisdoms every single week. If you like this right now, you're on Instagram or Facebook. Share this get this message out to other people, especially those that let a failure in their past be their anchor. But if I can just end with this again, I'm all over the place today. I'm a little digressing way too much. But if I end with this, think about your failures. Think about how you can not only learn from them, but how you can rebound faster, even if it takes you a month. Can you make it a week? Then? Can you make it a day? Here's something I know is I have trained my brain over the years to be obsessed on being solution focused. When the milk spills, I'm the guy that runs in the other room and gets a towel and a glass and just moves on. Because we all only have 24 hours in a day. That's it. That's all we got is 24 hours. How are you going to use those 25 hours feel trying to find out whose fault it is and why it went wrong and why things went sideways or just figured out how to fix it. If I could give you one little takeaway tonight, rebound fast from your failures. Know that they're part of it. Your past is research and development. Liberio. Good to have you. I know you always talk about research and development as your past. Your past is nothing more than that. When you fail, get back up, brush off the dirt and get back in the game fast before you get scared. And never go back in the game and how you can train your brain is when shit goes sideways and everybody's talking about whose fault, why did it happen? It's the president, it's the economy, it's my country, it's this thing doesn't matter because they're not going to fix it. Only you are. So immediately go to the solution. I've trained my daughter. Literally, all I said to her was I didn't give her a big lesson. I just said, babe, how can we? What do you think the solution is here? And I've already got her to where she's going. I could practice more, I could get my coach, I could keep a more positive state of mind. So I didn't say those things. All I did is train her instead of going, this is a fail. This hurts. I'm never doing it again. How do I focus on a solution? Guys, I appreciate you being with me here tonight. I appreciate all the comments, all the likes. Again, if you like this, hit the hearts, hit. Share this with people. You know, we love getting this out there to as many people as we can. And that's my quick little message tonight from my office. A little tired today? Not really. I never get tired. But a little, maybe a little foggy. I need some food. But I really wanted to talk about failure. Rebound quicker. Don't let failures hold you back.
