Short motivational clip by Dean Graziosi that contrasts the "head" (site of doubt, perfectionism, imposter syndrome) with the "heart" (source of courage, creativity, conviction, and resourcefulness). Graziosi uses everyday metaphors (e.g., driving) to argue that overthinking paralyzes action and urges viewers to identify a personal anchor—purpose, loved one, or vision—to bring them back to their heart and boldness.

So if we remember, when you're in your head, you're dead. But let's go a little deeper. Is the head is where doubt lives. The heart is where you find courage. Your heart is fearless. Your heart could go for anything. Your heart screams that we want more. Your head is where imposter syndrome lives. Perfectionism, analysis, paralysis. I think the heart and goosebumps. Talking about the heart is where courage lives. The heart is where creativity lives. The heart is where conviction lives. The heart, I believe, is where resourcefulness comes from because it's passion. If you overthought everything I've heard Tony say before, if you overthought anything, would you really drive a car? I mean, you're going 70 miles an hour, and the only thing dividing you is a yellow line on the ground. If you really thought about that, somebody could just be on their phone, which a third of the people now drive and text. It's like, there's only a yellow line. I can't drive. Somebody could go across the line. No, you don't think of it that way. But if you start thinking of business every way like that, then of course it goes in here and you're like, yeah, but I don't have everything dialed in. It's got to be perfect, man. You know, I analyze this. A lot of businesses in my space fail. All businesses fail because they're drifting, because they're not focused, because they're in their head. Right? So if we remember, when you're in your head, you're dead. But let's go a little deeper. Is the head is where doubt lives. The heart is where you find courage. And when you're in your head, you guys should find your own tool to get you back in your heart. That could be your purpose, could be your why, could be your daughter, could be your spouse. It could be the best version of you that you know is yet to come. I would just say that's a different episode. It's a different inner circle. But what is the thing that when you bring it up, you go, I'm back in my heart. There's nothing going to stop me. I'm back in my heart. Okay?
