Four things to find more time in your day. I'm gonna do this all in 60 seconds. Number one, you should decide what is a non negotiable. What won't you stop doing? You can't. Spending time with your family, morning routines, exercise. So put that on the list of do not touch. But next, then what can you delegate? What can you get someone else to do that you're already doing? That could do it better, could do it faster. You could barter. You work on your core competency, they work on yours. Think about some of the things you could delegate. Could you delegate running errands? Could you delegate getting your house cleaned, your laundry picked up, your groceries delivered to save that time. And you work and go deeper at that same time. Third thing is what can you automate? What can you use AI for? And technology to go faster, quicker, make it repetitive so it doesn't eat up your time. And the last thing is what can you eliminate? What can you stop doing things that don't move you towards the man or the woman you're supposed to be or deserve to be? Get off Instagram, get off Netflix. Do those four find the time.
