How to Stay Positive During Your Worst Days (Law of Attraction)

Dean Graziosi lost everything twice and used a simple incantation to reframe it: "If I can get through this, I can get through anything." He started with small steps like running to the gym, which shifted his outcomes.

We all go through these phases and things that go wrong and things that don't work out. And I am not going to dismiss it. And I'm not going to say, in three minutes, I'm going to fix you and you'll be perfect. You had some things, a recent business didn't work out, and you're down to almost nothing. I have to tell you, I've been there twice in my life, and I know what it feels like. I know what it feels like when you feel there's not anything left, there's no way to do it. All I know is this. The only thing I can tell you in this short period of time is I. I remember feeling hopeless. I remember feeling I screwed up. I remember feeling maybe I wasn't as smart as I thought I was or I let everybody else down or I'm going to look like a failure. I remember those thoughts, and all they did is cripple me. All they did is disempower me. All they made me think is I was pathetic and I never should have tried compared to when I changed those thoughts and I said no. This was the lesson I was supposed to learn. I'm here. Do you know why I know I'm supposed to be here? Because this is where I'm at. I'm not any other place. This is where I am. I screwed up, but I learned from that. And when I started thinking, I had an incantation 15 years ago, when I lost everything and the money I had left, I had an accountant take everything I had left. And I thought it was done over with. It's only 13, 14 years ago. And I remember having the incantation and I got that from Tony Robbins of if I can get through this, I can get through anything. If I can get through this, I can get through anything. And I remember just walking to the gym. I wasn't even working out then I walked to the gym, and on the whole way to the gym, I'm like, if I can get through this, I can get through anything. If I can get through this, I can get through anything. I just kept telling myself, telling myself, and I started working out. I started running to the gym. And as crazy as that sounds, I started changing my thoughts to what could go wrong, to what could go right. Nothing else changed except my thoughts. What's up? What's up?
