60 deals a month. Maybe 50. 60, 70 deals in some months. Wholesaling literally blew my mind on how because it's not just about buyers and sellers anymore. This guy discovered some stuff that blew my mind and I'm like, you gotta share it with all the DGers, with everybody in our family. And at first, I'm not kidding, not making up. He's like, dude, I want to keep this one in my chest. I want to keep this one quiet for a while. And I convinced them to do it.
