Hey everybody. Dean Graziosi, welcome to the weekly wisdom. I'm sitting here in my living room filming. My daughter's holding the camera. So if it gets a little shaky, you can blame Brianna. Thank you, hon. All right, I got an important message for you today. What if the market crashed tomorrow? I'm not talking about the real estate market because that's on its way up. I'm talking about the stock market. Look at the USA today a couple days ago, Main street dumps stocks as market sees new highs. Why would you dump at a top stock market? Because it's been going up for seven years and if you look at history, it shows it's inevitable for it to go down. So people don't want to get all those gains and then lose them again. So if billions of dollars come out of the stock market, where do you think a lot of that money is going to go? Into a hard asset that produces income on the way up. Real estate. Guys, every one of you is positioned so absolutely perfect in time, in history. This is a call to action. This video today is not. I don't have a specific strategy to share today. I don't have a specific mindset thing to share today. What I want to share is make you agitated for inaction. If you're doing deals, do more. Guys, I literally don't have a lot of money in the stock market, but I just turned all the stock I had of a little bit in an IRA and I convinced everybody that works in my office down here in Scottsdale to take all their money out of the stock market and go to cash right now. And then we're going to self direct our IRAs and I'm going to put all of that in real estate for my students or for my staff because I just don't trust anything. I mean to be able to own a tangible asset, real estate that can you out money month after month and you're buying it on the way up. Why would you do anything else? Guys, for my kids, I own over 500 rental properties right now and I feel so blessed to be able to say that, but it didn't happen overnight, just year after year staying with it. And I wish each and every one of you that same blessing. Whether you want to wholesale, buy, fix and flip or buy and hold, now is the time.
