Hey, everybody. Dean Graziosi, welcome to the Weekly Wisdom. It's an honor and a pleasure to have you here. Okay, first off, really good news. I nailed Matt Larson down to a date to do a live cast. Get him down in my office and get him to share some of the amazing things he's working on right now. He's opening up new markets, and in weeks, he's got amazing deals, even in emerging markets, when other people can't find him, he's got buyers on his list immediately. And this is stuff we all do all the time. Some of you are already crushing it, but he's going quicker than ever, and I'm getting him to reve how he did it. So I'll talk about that in a minute. And if you don't know who Matt is, one of my top students. I'm getting him to share. Okay, so today, what I want to talk about is something that has been so in my face in three different areas that I know it's something I need to share. So I went to Strategic Coach in Chicago last week. That's where I pay $25,000 a year. I go four times a year to be taught by Dan Sullivan to help me be a better businessman, a better entrepreneur, a better educator. And one of the things that we were really working on was gratitude and all the things that make you think in a better way. But one thing he's been practicing for 25 years, which blew me away, is every single night before he goes to bed. Every night. Not some nights. Not most nights. Every night, he writes down three of the biggest wins that happened that day and three that he hopes happen tomorrow. Now, he said most days, things go wrong. Most things, you could find 100 things that didn't go right. But at night, all he does is focus on the three. Gives the three wins he had that day. And he said it could have been a look from his wife, and he knew that she loved him more than anything. Boom. He wrote that down or accomplished something massive that made him a million bucks. It was just the wins, not the negative. So that was huge. And I, you know, I respect Dan Sullivan, and I'm like, you know, I got to make sure I do that. So then I leave, and I'm in this mode of wanting to listen to another book. I just got done with the Power now, and I download Wayne Dyer's last book. Not his latest one, one before last. I forget the name right now. And Wayne Dyer talks about so many things. It's a really incredible book. But when he's getting towards the end. He talks about what's transformed his life are the five minutes before bed. And he went a little deeper on why. He said our subconscious mind only feeds off of what we give it. Our subconscious doesn't know if panic is real because there's a fire. Our panic is real because we think we're going to mess up on a real estate deal. Our subconscious only feels the panic. It doesn't know the difference between a real circumstance or an imagined one. So what Wayne Dyer was saying is before he goes to bed every single night, he makes sure he sets his subconscious up for success. He said if he used to go to bed and before he went to bed, he'd think about what went wrong, what could go wrong? What if that deal doesn't happen? What if my boss, what if this, what if my wife, what if my husband, Then your whole night your subconscious is on edge. Now this is just, I'm paraphrasing but is on edge thinking of all the things that could go wrong or did go wrong and you wake up with that same horrible feeling or with anxiety. Now I'm not saying everybody here wakes up with a terrible mood. Most of you wake up probably really happy. But wouldn't you like to take it to another level? So with those two things and then I had one more reference from a really good friend I work with told me almost the exact same thing and I'm like, wow, these people that take life to a whole other level, that are successful on a non stop basis, that they're making sure that they're setting their subconscious before they go to bed. So what I would love for you to do this week is practice all week before you go to bed. Spend five minutes and do both. Dan Sullivan and Wayne Dyer's technique. Take five minutes and just think about what was a win that day. What from your health. From working out to a smile, from someone to getting a deal done, to being closer to find an agent to read the book, to watch this blog. What were three wins that day? Take those five minutes for you. Don't let your brain sneak in. Yeah, but this happened. Don't let your brain get logical. Don't let your brain start thinking what could go wrong those five minutes or yours? Those five minutes are given to you to simply think about what you've achieved, what went good, even if a million things went wrong. And as soon as you open your eyes, I want you to think about the three amazing things that are going to happen to you that day. Now the rest of the day you could deal with all the crap that comes in, the things that go wrong. But setting your subconscious and setting your heart and your gratitude up right at the end of the day and the beginning of the day is transformational. I promise you, I'm doing it now, every single day. Okay, back to Matt Larson, top student, crushing it right now. He's done thousands of deals from machine shop worker to multimillionaire, and he's doing better now than he's ever done. And I got him to sit down, come into my office to share things like how we can go into a new city where nobody else is finding deals and have deals like that. How we can build a buyers list in five days. How he's using Craigslist in a way that no one else is using. How he's using Zillow, how he's. You think, who would use Zillow? He's using Zillow and Craigslist to literally do deals in a way that I haven't seen to date. So we're getting them here on the 29th, either 5 or 6 o' clock Pacific Standard Time.
