Start Focusing on THIS if You Want to Be Successful

Dean Graziosi argues that success comes from small daily habits that compound over time, not from finding one magic solution. Focus on solving problems instead of blaming, build a morning routine, choose your social circle carefully, and cut habits that don't serve you.

The little things are the big things in everything. I realize in life, everybody's looking for the silver bullet. Ah. If I do that, the money starts pouring in. Ah. If I do that, it'll fix everything. Is there ever one thing that solves everything? People say to be wealthy. Dean. Give me that secret on how you got wealthy. Want to know something? I am. How about that one? I am. These are the little things that added up the compound effect. These are the little things that added up to the big things. That I could stand up and be courageous, That I could fail and keep moving forward. That I could solve bigger problems, That I could serve through my heart. So it makes me sell better. That I could be brave and bold and move forward. When most people are scared, most people are waiting for permission. Most people focus on whose fault it is. While I'm focusing on what can I learn and how do I solve this problem? And the little things are the big things. Think about it. Your morning routine seems like a little thing. Is it? If you get up and stare at your phone and look at the news and think about all the negativity, you play a whole day in defense, get up, practice a little gratitude, pray, read, workout, have a green drink, do something that makes you feel good, man, you kick ass of the day. Seems like a little thing. It's actually a big thing, isn't it? Right? Hang around with negative people in your life. Say, Michael, man, Michael Archer. Dude, you're a dreamer, man. Come on, you should be happy with where you're at. You got all kinds of success. Why aren't you happy where you're at? Let that sink in for a couple months. It's a little thing. It becomes a big thing when you go, yeah, maybe I should be happy with where I'm at. The little things are the big things. What are the disciplines? What's the focus? Time saying no when you need to say no. These are all little decisions, but they all build. They're all cumulative. Little choices, little decisions, little disciplines, little routines, little habits cumulatively add up. If you say, oh, it's a little. I'm just going to have this little habit of every time something goes sideways, I'm going to focus on how to solve it. Every time I'm scared, I'm going to shift to be brave. Whenever I think of selling, I think. I think of serving. Whenever a problem comes up, I'm going to say, shit, this one ain't nothing. I could solve bigger problems than this. They're all little, aren't they? But how do you think they add up when you stack them up, it's probably pretty big, isn't it? Look at what's worked in your life and do more of it. Do. Start our business. We get a little momentum or something, our relationship. Like, you know, every time I tell my husband I'm grateful for all that he does, every time I look at my wife's eyes and say, hey, I just want you to know I'm really listening to you. Wait a minute. I'm going to shut my phone off because I could tell this is important to you. What'd you have to say, hon? Every time I do that, oh, my God, my wife freaks out and we actually have a really good night. Why am I not doing that seven days a week? Like, we have things that are really good in our lives and we don't do them enough. So one of these little habits, the little thing, that's a big thing. Start noticing what works in your life, in your business, in your marketing, and do more of it. Sounds stupid, simple, but we're not doing enough of that. Look at what's not working in your life. Do less of it. As simple as that sounds. Some of you are still going to lunch once a week with someone who makes you feel shitty about your dreams. Some of you are still trying to convince your husband why it would be cool to do what you want to do, even though it doesn't get you anywhere except to fight. I don't know. What did Einstein say the definition of insanity was? You guys know it. Same thing over and over, expecting a different result. If there is something you do that doesn't make you feel like the man or the woman you're supposed to be, if there's something you do that doesn't serve you God, the universe, the success you want. If there's something you do that you're like, ah, it just doesn't match with my values anymore, then here's my advice. Stop. Stop doing it. I know it sounds so simple. Even though that's simple, who knows? Raise your hand right now or put yes in the chat. If you know you got to do this, you have to identify the things that don't serve who you want to be. Now, sometimes we did something in a certain phase of our lives and it fit us in our 20s or it fit us in our 30s or it fit us in our 40s, but it doesn't fit the man or woman you want to be today. So we have to recognize that and just stop freaking doing it. All of us have habits that's a fact. I wrote a book on habits. It doesn't mean all of our habits serve us. So what habits do you need to say no to and replace them with habits that change your life? Sat.
