TFV GenAIPI Training - Session 1

John Cheney leads Thanks For Visiting's team through GenAI tools and ChatGPT features for their short-term rental coaching business, which has 200 students paying $3,000 per course. They demo Grok, P5JS, and Replit for prototyping, then cover ChatGPT's Manage Memories and Projects features, plus prompt patterns like interviewing one question at a time and role-playing as Steve Jobs.

And replace it. Okay, perfect. So. So welcome. Welcome to. To all three of you. I'd love to start off with just some basic intros and then. And then we'll. We're gonna dive right in. Right. We'll dive right into some fun stuff and then we'll kind of back up a little bit and, and fill in some gaps. But. But I like, I like diving right in and working with AI and, and building something, you know, kind of right off the bat. So. So that's always fun. Let's. I'd like to start with. With you ladies and we'll just do it in the order I see it on screen. We'll go Sarah, Colleen, Annette and. And then, and then I'll do some introductions about myself. Yeah.
Yeah. Well, I am Sarah and I'm co founder with. Is Annette here for you? I don't know. That way.
Okay.
I'm co founder with Annette and we met about five, six years ago now and started. Thanks for visiting and it's completely changed my life. But I am. I used to be a musical theater performer in New York, so I'm went to school for music and now I teach people how to run their short term rentals. So who knew?
That's. That's fantastic. Yeah, you can obviously see lots of music in my background. I've got you know like a microphone here. That's. That's not for like podcasting. That's that. That's for my studio. Anyway, I'll show you around in a minute here, but awesome. Well, thank. And you're. And you live where, Sarah?
Columbus. Columbus, Ohio.
For all three of you in Columbus.
Annette and I are. Colleen's an hour south in Cincinnati.
Okay. Awesome. Oh, perfect. All right, Colleen, go ahead.
Colleen.
I've been on thanks for visiting team since 2023. I've been working with Sarah on her. On the short term rental side of her business since like maybe 2020 2021. I should know that I need to look that up number up. I never know. And a huge swipe. I switch in my. I was a. In the hotel world in. In a general manager role of Hilton and Marriott Hotel. So this has been like a switch to the online space. Also life changing. And yeah. So I handle all operations behind the scenes here at Experiment.
You came from behind enemy lines over to the Airbnb.
I did behind enemy lines big trying.
To explain to anybody from my previous life what I'm doing. It's like, like what.
Why would you do. My aunt. My aunt's name is Colleen and so I say Colleen, but I'm gonna get it. Colleen. It sounds like you say Colleen. Is that right?
You know, I. That's it.
Yeah.
Everyone's. Everyone says every it differently. I don't know. I say Colleen. It's probably just where we live. Yeah, I don't know, but I hear that too, so.
So fair enough. Okay. Awesome. And last but not least. Yeah.
So I'm Annette. I had the pleasure of talking to you twice on the phone, John, but I live in Columbus, Ohio also. And Sarah and I just a note, like complete strangers, we sat down next to each other at a city council meeting. I come from a home services background, so manual labor, contractors, painting, you know, interior exterior, weather depended on was our like guide of revenue and being able to work. I then had my eyes open to the wonderful world of the Internet and being able to sell apparel on the Internet where we could sell it 24 7, 365 around the world instead of in a few zip codes of our services. And I thought my brain had exploded at that point in time because the weather didn't depend on if the warehouse was open or if someone could order something. But then I learned there's this crazy thing called inventory, which gets really skewed and crazy. But that moment of being able to connect with the entire world with a product really worked a number in a wonderful way on my brain. It opened up what was a regional, what I had thought was regionally that we would have to grow offices in every state. That's what we were doing at the home services business. Had that shift, left that company and really wanted to take that interesting Internet connection bigger. And that's where I like thought about the Ubers and the Airbnbs of the world and the platforms they were creating. And no one wants me to be driving them around. So I thought what was the other one? Which was at the time Airbnb partnered with someone on some. On a real estate developer here in Columbus. And then that's when my brain even got wider to wait. This is even like physical real estate that can be owned plus open to the world. And so that was a shift. And then now I, I think is that next unlocking that. That's why I reached out to you, John, because I think I told you we are definitely. We went to an AI event, was it last spring, ladies. And started to incorporate a lot of it into our. Into our workflow. But I now think it's time for us to take it next level. So that's why we're here today. And I think that's why we're excited to. Like you said, we want, we want to be in that leader leaderboard, fast track ourselves and be able to serve our audience more because there's, we're kind of, we know there's so much more we could give. And, and we know that the tools that hopefully we can build with you will help us do that.
Excellent. I love it. Could you go just a little bit deeper, Annette, I'm just going to pick on you for this. On what. Thanks for visiting. Actually does now, I've been on your website. I've spoken.
Sure, yeah, absolutely.
And maybe go a little bit more behind the scenes. I'd love to understand where does most of your revenue come from? What's your highest. What are you trying to push? Is there anything you're trying to grow? I'd love to just kind of.
Yes, absolutely. So, so let's, let's, we'll be very, very transparent with this. Right now, our core offering is our hosting business Mastery, which is a group coaching program.
Yep.
That has, we're probably over, you know, we have about 200 students in that right now. It's, it's $3,000. I can share with you, John. We want to move that to $12,000 very quickly. We're going to do like 1.4 this year. We want to end up at 5 next year and then 20 in three years. Like, we really want to grow that because we know we can. And what we do is take the host that has invested, you know, maybe 250, 500,000 million dollars and then depending on how many properties they have, really maximize the profit without losing the hospitality and reducing their overwhelm because they're doing all the things as they're all small business owners. We want them to know they're small business owners, not Airbnb hosts. They are short term rental hosts, which are small business owners. And so there's a combination of mindset shifting, there's revenue management, which we'll get into that maybe about some of the tools that we want to build. There's teaching them about their team. So it's really, we take people who have purchased a property and thought, oh, this might be fun, or hey, I want to leave my W2. This isn't passive income. They quickly realize it's not passive and they're looking for help. They're looking for mentorship, they're looking for live feedback also in coaching on the decisions that they're making. So that's our core. That's where, you know, 75% of our revenue comes from, we're hoping 100%. We, we do. We're content creators. So historically we'd had sponsors on our podcast, our YouTube, things like that nature. But we're going to cut that out so we can focus more on, on us and what we bring to, to the table. Anything I missed?
How do you get your customers?
Great. That's reason our leads are predominantly. We do paid on meta. We do our podcast, which we're rounding 500 episodes there, and our YouTube channel.
Got it. Okay. And where do you think most leads are coming from? Meta. Is that where most conversions are coming from? Or what do you, what do you think?
Say Meta.
I mean, YouTube is our highest lead generator right now. We. Okay, we have stats on all turned off meta. It's not exactly. We don't consistently run or haven't been consistently running meta ads every single month. Like we consistently post on YouTube. So it's, it's not necessarily an easy comparison, but YouTube is our highest lead.
Generator and YouTube, their, their ads or, or your. It's just organic.
Organic, organic.
Reach out and say, hey, I saw your YouTube video. Want to learn more?
Yep. And we. Right now, I think a key thing to tell you, John, is we do live launches for our business.
Oh yeah. Okay.
So we'll do a boot camp and at the, during the boot camp, we'll pitch into our other product.
Really it's about 50, 50. When a person gets converted, 50% come from ads. Now how long they've been served up that ad depends. And then 50% are either from our email list and they probably came from.
YouTuber or is that boot camp like 100 bucks? Is it free? Like, is it.
I mean, yeah, we do paid boot camp, so for Gen pop, they pay $47 and then previously they've paid an extra hundred to upgrade a VIP where they, after our trainings, they can come and experience coaching from us. And so obviously a larger chunk, about on average 25% of those VIPs convert into our members and about 11% convert from Gen Pop into our membership.
Very cool. I love that model. Are you doing any click funnels or anything like that? Or is it all just your website that I've seen and you know, then your, your different properties you're talking about. Okay, I love that. I love it. Very cool. Yeah, that's a, that's a fantastic background. Thank you. Thank you ladies for all of that. It's, it's, it's wonderful to understand and congrats, by the way. I mean, 1.4 million is not nothing. That's, that's a real business. And, and I absolutely believe that you can bump to 5 and then 20, especially with a lot of the things that I'm going helping you see today. And, and part of what you're going to be able to do. I, you know, I had somebody reach out to me yesterday. I will literally pull out my phone and tell it to you. They just messaged me on LinkedIn and they said, hey, would love to talk to you about how AI can be better used and transform hospitality. I don't know much about AI, but I want to learn and disrupt. We own and operate hotels and nightly rentals currently in five states and three countries. I hear you're very knowledgeable. Talk soon. So cold outreach on LinkedIn. I'm like, sweet, amazing, right? But the point is, that guy should be going to you really, right? Yes, I know a decent amount about hospitality. I'm actually working on a two and a half billion dollar resort that I've been working on for five years and we've raised about a billion of that and we're under construction in Tennessee. So I, but I, but I'm not running, you know, the Airbnb type stuff. I'm not.
Are you part of this racing resort?
It's not a racing one, it's an adventure one. So I'm a whitewater kayaker. Even though I've got music all around me, I'm a whitewater kayaker. That's my main thing that I really, really love to do. And so I'll talk about that a little bit here and I introduce myself. But the point is, if you add the two letters AI to your offering, you can bump that price from 3 to 12. You can like, I really believe that that's all it takes. Right? You paid $10,000 to be here today. Right. And you know, three people for one day, whatever. And I know, I know it's going to be, it's going to keep changing and growing, but I have many other groups. By the way, my normal rate is I, I actually charge 15k a day. And, but, but anyway, here we are and I, you know, I knew you were just three and so I just kind of kept it, I kept it a little bit lower for you, but, but bottom line is there's, there's huge opportunity in AI. There's about 8 billion people that need to learn it. And so when we're done today, one of the things that I don't do that. I know you guys and it's fine is I'm not going to try to upsell you at the end, right, that we're going to focus on content, content, content, content today. But, um, there is no inner circle. Actually, there is and you're already going to be in it by the end of today. So welcome to the inner circle. Um, and anyway, so that, that's exciting. You're already in the Facebook group, which is small and new and just growing. I just started it about eight weeks ago. There's almost 100 people in there now. And, and, and that that circle is getting more and more, you know, active and things like that. But anyway, bottom line is I really want to empower you and if I do my job right, you'll never have to pay me again to do anything for you. And you'll, you'll understand how I think and how I take approaches to things. And hopefully you'll be able to say, okay, you know, because a lot of people by the end, guys like. But John, you know, we only have 30 minutes left. What about this? What about this? What about this? And my question or my answer towards the end of the course is, well, here's how I would find that answer. I would open up my AI and I would ask it exactly like this and I would then bounce it off of here. And we're going to test it and challenge it and then I'm going to maybe probably check this sort anyway. So I'm going to show you a couple places where I like to learn and, and where I like to, you know, stay ahead of the game. Right. Because yes, I'm going to catch you up to. Hey, where are we on June 19, 2025? Happy Juneteenth. I guess. Yeah, but, but then what happens, you know, on June 20th when you say, oh my gosh, I don't know this one. Right. Well, you'll be good. You'll be good. You're gonna, you're gonna be very empowered in how to. Okay, let me introduce myself really quick. So I live in a place called West Mountain, Utah, which you've probably never heard of. It's about an hour south of Salt Lake, not far from Provo, Utah, which is another city that people know here. And I have a beautiful view. I'll probably walk you out sometime with the camera and show you. In fact, we'll do it right now because it's just, it's sunrise and it's pretty. It's really pretty. So I live on a five acre farm and this is what I wake up to every day. Ooh, We've got my kids slip and slide that they set up yesterday or my wife did.
Oh, my gosh.
Tractor and barns and anyway, so Utah is beautiful. I love it here. Like I said before, I'm a whitewater kayaker. I'm an adventurer. I love to be outside doing adventures. I got into the entrepreneurship world about 10 years ago, and the business that I decided to start was a treasure hunt that I would put on for the public. Kind of like, have you ever heard of the color run?
Yeah, I did it perfect.
So, you know exactly that. It's that model, but instead of, you know, throwing jock and running, it's a treasure hunt. Right? And so you pay, you show up, you do this event for the day with a lot of people. And anyway, so we'd have 200 people show up, 400 people show up, whatever. We'd have a ten thousand dollar prize, you know, treasure and all that kind of stuff. And it was really, really fun, but I wanted to do that. And it wasn't very scalable. Like, it was very tiring. Super fun, very tiring. And, you know, we'd, we'd make more than enough to cover our. Are you making about $20,000 per event? But, but, but, yeah, you put on, you put on a bunch of those and you're just, you know, you're up all night. Part of the problem is when you're doing a treasure hunt, people start to figure that out and they figure out what your car looks like and where you are, and they'll follow you. And like, they want to try to steal the treasure before the event even goes live. And I had it happen a couple times, not with, not with like 10,000, but with like 500 bucks. You know, little events where I'd be like, oh, yeah, it's, it's gone. Right? We never, you know, we never saw it, but it just wasn't there when people showed up. So, so anyway, yeah, there's all kinds of stuff. We, we figured out that we had to do it in the middle of the night and we had to like sneak around and like, make sure we weren't being tailed, like crazy things. Anyway, kind of fun, kind of a fun business. But, but anyway, that was in 2016. And anybody remember what came out was a big global phenomenon in the summer of 2016?
Pokemon Go.
Yeah, you nailed it, Colleen. That's perfect. So Pokemon Go came out and I said, well, what if we just change the treasure to be augmented reality Right now I don't have to go up in the mountains this is scalable. All I have to do is click a button on a map, and they can still go through all the clues and figure these things out and whatever. And so I built an app called Seek, and Seek was basically Pokemon Go, but we did it with kind of a marketing spin. So it was like Pokemon Go, but for brands. And so you would open up a treasure chest. And when you opened it up, you had a chance of, you know, kind of. Kind of like if you're opening a treasure chest in a video game, right, you have a chance of, like, in Fortnite maybe, right? My kids love, love that game. You maybe get a really, you know, rare weapon or something like that, or you get health or you get some fun thing or whatever it is. But it was all based on chance, right? And so you might win, you know, seven cents, right? And you go opening up treasure chest seven cents and eight cents. And whenever you, you know, after. After a few hours playing, maybe you have five bucks, but sometimes you. You'd get $250. And then, you know, so we started with just cash, and then we started getting brands. So we got our local, you know, soda shops that are huge here in Utah, right? Swig and. And other things like that and Maverick and Goal Zero. And then we landed Universal Pictures, and then we landed Samsung, and then we landed, you know, we landed some big companies, and we got up to about a million users and built this up. And it was really fun. Pokemon Go for brands, right? And it was really, really fun Game of Chance. We also followed the model of, like, McDonald's, Monopoly, where, you know, you get one piece of the prize and you're like, oh, my gosh, I have half a million dollars right here. I've got Park Place, you know, and then, you know, obviously it's not half a million dollars. It's nothing until you get the other one. But we did this fragment system where you'd have to get two or three or five fragments to complete a set. And if you completed it, boom, you win the prize. And so then it got people really excited because they'd say, oh, my gosh, I won Fragment one of, you know, a trip to Disneyland for four, you know, and then, oh, I found fragment three, and I just got to find two, four, and five. I just got to go around. It was all based on chance. Built a beautiful system. Talking about it makes me want to rebuild it right now because it was. It was really awesome. But. But then, you know, Pokemon Go kind of died down, right? The app itself died down. Augmented Reality people were like, okay, you know, the brands, our customers, we'd done probably a million dollars in revenue over the first two years and, and Samsung actually was the big one that said, you know what, we're kind of, you know, what else can we do with augmented reality? And some augmented reality. It turned, it turned out was the big thing that we were really good at. And we, we shut down the app, pivoted over to a B2B SaaS software and took that to $100 million. Right. And so that was focused on E commerce, you know, so, so we were doing, you know, we were a 3D content management system, right? So you would have 3D models of shoes, of clothes, of, of, you know, chairs, of couches, of kitchen tables, whatever. So you could use augmented reality to see what it looks like in your room. Right. So our customers were people like ikea, Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Lego, Nestle, you know, so big global, you know, commerce brands selling, selling products. And we were the, we were the power behind the web based, we really focused on web based and cross platform 3D. Right. So that's where I kind of made my money and kind of hit my, hit my home run. And I wouldn't even call it a home run. I would even, I would call it a, I'd call it a double. It was really, it was really good. You know, you know, we made, we made a lot of money, But I had 60 investors in that. And so everybody took their piece of the pie and I did fine. I did totally fine. Right? But, but I'm not 100 millionaire. Even though, even though we did do some, some big fun things there and you know, in all of that, I've always been kind of a technologist. I love, you know, I always have the newest GoPro and the newest drone. And you know, I was, I was editing video way before it was easy to edit video. You know, back. Any of you ever use Pinnacle Studio? This would be like 2001 or two or you know, I mean back in the day you had, you had to like connect your digital video camera to this thing and run it in real time to convert it and put it on your compute. And anyway, now everybody just uses their phone and they can do crazy stuff. But, but I've always been kind of ahead of the game. And then obviously augmented reality, you know, my, my business and, and became a global leader in that. Snapchat was almost the ones that acquired us. We turned them down. They gave, they offered us $65 million and we turned them down and kept growing and did some other stuff. And then we launched some web three things, did crypto, we launched a token, we did all kinds of crazy stuff with that company. So that was fun. But, but then sorry AI came along and, and I just honestly started playing with it all day, every day. I was just like, this is crazy. And, and then I figured out that I could, that I as a non developer, a non programmer could build all of the technology that we built at Seek. My company was called Seek. Right, Seek. And you will find. Right. And anyway, so that, that changed, you know, my perspective big time. I said, oh my gosh, I used to have to spend millions of dollars to, to build software and I, you know, I raised $13 million for that company and then $3 million for the next company. And anyway, I haven't raised a dime for my AI company because I haven't felt the need, right? I can, if I need it done, I can get it done or I can build a little system or a little agent in a day that, you know, that does that for me from now on, right? And so I'm just building up, you know, I, Amazon CEO came out yesterday and said, hey, we're, we're letting a lot of people go. And, and he, he said publicly in his, in his letter that came out that they have over a thousand agents, AI agents. So a thousand different apps, like different agents working right now at, at Amazon across their 1.5 million employees, you know, that kind of monitor and help, you know, along them. But they said we're just going to keep building AI processes and agents that replace humans, right? And obviously the humans weren't super excited about that. There was certainly some, some complaints and negative comments on that. But, but that's what you got to do in this world, right? If you don't do that, you're going to, you're going to, you're going to go down because that agent works just like you were talking about that. It works, you know, 24, 7, 365. It never complains. It costs a hundredth or a thousandth of the employee and it gets a hundred x more done. I mean, it's not even an argument. You can't, you can't argue with that. You're not going to pay somebody $90,000 a year when you can pay an agent $90 a year to do the same thing. It's just not, it's not going to happen. And so, so hopefully my goal today is to teach you ladies how to build, how to build systems. That can automate anything and everything. Hope, you know, I'm sure there's going to be some things that you work on that are for you for running your business and then other things where you say, hey, you know what, we're going to build a tool that's going to be proprietary to. Thanks for visiting clients and you know, coaches. Right. People that you're, that you're helping and working with where they can use that too. So you're going to have your own software and things that they're going to be able to use inside of your system. So, yeah, besides that, you know, I mentioned kayaking, obviously. Music. I've got three pianos in this room alone. I've got my cowboy hat there. And I'm not really a cowboy, but I have a tractor on a five acre farm. So I get to pretend a little bit. That little turtle right there my son gave me for my birthday a couple weeks ago. My wife is like, why are you giving him a turtle? He's like, I think it's funny and I think I like it and I actually super love it.
But it's a turtle that's meditating.
It's a meditating turtle. It's meditating turtle.
Yeah. So I think that's where that lies, the humor.
Exactly, exactly. It's really funny. So I've got anyway, some guitars there and I've got a couple of guitars in the other room too, and a piano and then I've got another piano over here and you know, Aragorn Sword. So anyway, I like movies and I like music and I specifically, if I just could stop doing everything and I decided to actually do it because I'm more than capable. Oh yeah. And then here's, here's the rest of my studio, right. I've got, you know, I've got all this, you know, audio mixing stuff, whatever. So if I could choose to do anything in this world, which is which, I kind of can. And I don't know, I just love technology. But what I want to do is write music for movies. That's what I really want to do. I love scores, I love, you know, I got to see John Williams live last year and in person in Philadelphia. Just amazing. Best experience of my life. That's what I really want to do. So anyway, I do it on the side. I. If you look my name up, just John Cheney on any of your, whatever your favorite thing is, you'll find about 10 albums, music that I compose, things like that. So I do that on the side I'm writing a book right now. And this is probably a good transition into AI or back to AI But I'm writing a book right now called Time and All Eternity. And, you know, I. I want to do so many things in this world, right? I really, really love all the things I do. But I decided to sit down. It's probably about three years ago, I decided to sit down and, and map out my perfect week. Like, what is the perfect week for John Chaney to live, right? I'm going to be able to go kayaking. I'm going to get out mountain biking. I gonna. I'm gonna spend time with my wife every day. I'm gonna go on a date with her on Friday night, and I'm gonna sleep eight hours a day or seven hours a day, I think, is what I gave myself. And I'm gonna do all this and this and this and that, all the different things that I want to do, right? Spend time with my kids and work on this business and that business and all this stuff. And it turned out that my total number of hours that I was gonna need was about 275 hours a week. So about a hundred more than we have, right? We have 168 hours in a week, and we can't really change that fact, unfortunately. I'm sure all of you have felt, man, I Wish I had 40 hours in a day, because you could just do everything you wanted to do, right? And so I started writing this book about, you know, the idea. I, I personally believe that we're going to keep living beyond this life, and we're going to have opportunities to do all kinds of amazing things and, and, and during this life, you know, there's a time and a season for everything. You can't do it all at once. But don't worry about it. You don't have to have fomo. You'll get there. Whether it's now, in the next life, whatever, you're going to have time to do the things that you really love. And so that's. I'm working on that book. But, but part of what's enabling me to be. And I, you know, I was a sponsored Whitewater kayaker, and I still do it at a pretty high level, though. I'm not sponsored anymore because I'm just. I don't have time to do that. And I don't. I don't really need to take the sponsor dollars from other amazing kayakers that are my friends, all the Red Bull guys. Like, if you go on there, I know all of those, they're all, they're, they're all at the world championships right now in Germany and I'm sitting here teaching you girls. But I'm still happy. But I love to kayak, I love to golf, I love to do music, I love to write, I love to, you know, do all of these different things. And the thing that makes it all possible for me now is I'm able to do way more of those things with AI because I can automate everything. So. All right, we're going to start off now, guys. We're going to dive in and we're going to, I'm going to share my screen here. Welcome to X.com and Grok. Okay, now you can use Grok for this. You can also use ChatGPT for this if you want. First, I want you just watch me for just a minute and then we'll have you, we'll have you participate. This will only take about four minutes or so and then we'll have you go in and building your own thing. I like Grok. There's a lot of different platforms out there and we're going to bounce between at least 10 today, right? You know, videos and images and multiple text models and different things like that. And obviously things like replit, where we're building software. But one of the cool things that Grok can do is it can, it can check Twitter, it can check X, right? It can, it can measure market sentiment for you. You can do market research with it, right? And that's pretty dang cool when you're doing, you know, when you click the deep search button. We're not going to do that right now. Right now for Grok, we're going to do this, we're going to say create me a mind blowing visualization using T5JS and show me where I can deploy it. Okay, so Here we go. P5JS visualization code. So I just asked it for, you know, not, not something specific, just hey, give me, give me something cool, right? And so it's going to be all right. Code dynamic. Creates a dynamic particle system where particles are attracted to the mouse with colorful trails and smooth animations. Uses the P5JS library. Okay, so P5JS, you don't need to learn this, but I mean, it's a front end language, right? That's all you really need to know. It's a type of JavaScript. Okay, so this little button, right, super helpful. This copy button. You're going to be using this anytime you copy anything, whether it's code or a Business plan or a strategy or whatever we're doing today. Okay, we're going to click copy here and then we are going to go into the P5JS web editor. So it tells me exactly where to, where to, how to do this. Right. And I click here and I'm going to come over here and I'm just going to delete all of this and I'm going to paste my new code and click play. Okay. All right. So it follows the mouse. It looks like it's kind of cool. Pretty fun, actually. Kind of fun. I like it. So the cool thing is I could now take this code that I generated in about three seconds and I could throw it on my website. I could make a little interactive, you know, kind of thing behind the scenes. And you know, you could imagine your, you know, your, your message, thanks for visiting. Right. Or whatever it is right here, Right over that, overlaid over that. So you can create anything like this. And this can act as a background instead of just a static image or a video that you might have on your website. So maybe you won't use this one. Exactly. But the idea is you can easily create something and we could very easily modify this. Now let's go in really quick and try something a little bit, a little bit more specific. Okay. So I would call this a bad prompt, but by somebody who knows what they're doing, right? Because I said, show me where I can do it and I use the right language. Right. A lot of people just be like, code me a mind blowing visualization. Right. And you know, so the reason this is a bad prompt is because it is, it's very. Not specific. Right. It's very general. I'm leaving way too much up to the AI. Right. It's not John's idea. Right. The AI just said, all right, I'm going to fill in the gaps. You didn't, you didn't give me a lot of information. So I'm going to have to just kind of think through this and figure out what you're trying to do. Right. Okay, so let's be a little bit more specific now and give it maybe a little bit better props. Okay. Now by the way, I actually kind of love this one. This is one of the better ones. That's kind of a fun one. Just. Anyway, I've done this, I've done this exercise a lot of times and I like that one. Okay, now let's do, now let's build a 2D, let's see 2D interactive and animated model of the solar system. I'm just going to start with that. We're going to start with that and then we'll build on it. Right? So, so now here's the cool thing. I didn't ask it to do it with P5Js, but it knows, it understands because we're in the same conversation now. If I started a new conversation, it's not going to remember that, right? It's going to say, okay, what? You know, well, maybe I'll do it with JavaScript. Maybe I'll do it with this, maybe I'll do it with 3js, maybe I'll do it with something else. So it might jump in and, you know, have to do that. Now, one of the cool things about this that we didn't, you know, ask it to do or teach it about is I didn't teach it what the solar system is or how many planets there are or how far they are from the sun or all of, you know, how. What's their, you know, how long does it take for them to go around the sun, all those different things. It just knows that, right? Because it can. It can quickly do all that, that research for itself. So I'm just going to click copy here, jump back over to P5Js. We'll get rid of our cool animation here and just click play. All right, so I can see it. They're very slow. The. The planets are moving. They're kind of slow, right? But they are moving. And there's. There's. Is that. Is that Mars? I think that's Mars. And we got. Earth is blue. That's cool. And, but. But some of these are on the outside and they're moving so slowly. You can barely see that one right there, this little blue one. And I can kind of zoom in. So this is. Okay, this isn't super engaging. You know, if I were building a space website, you know, or something like that, right. I wouldn't be super excited about using this on my website. It's not. It's not very engaging. So let's see if we can, you know, pretty it up a bit. Okay, so make the planets more neon and glowing. Speed up the animation by 5x. Animation speed by 5x. Add a vibrant, vibrant, starry background that rotates slowly and make the stars twinkle. When I click with the mouse, shoot a shooting star out of my cursor that has a bright and vibrant tail. Okay. All right, so now I'm starting to get a little bit better. I'm starting to tell it exactly what I want. The cool thing is Nothing that I'm saying is, you know, technical, right? I'm just saying this is, let's just try this. You know, I want to do this and let's, let's do that and you know, whatever you can imagine, you can build. Okay? So let's see what it does here. And then I want you ladies to jump in and try this. So you can jump and you can use, you can use Grok, you can use Chat GPT. If you use chatgpt, it might run the code right inside of chatgpt for you. I want you to use this same starting prompt. And I'm going to do this a bunch of times today. I'm just going to copy and paste this into the, into the chat. Now you don't have to say now. I don't mean that your first prompt should be create me a mind blowing visualization. What I want you to do is create me a snake clone or a game where I'm running away from a dinosaur that's chasing me and I'm using my arrows to do this right? You can say whatever you want and it will, you can, you can make it make a, make a, you know, Pac man game, you know, clone or whatever you can imagine, right? Do something that's related to your thing. Show me a map of whatever. Now I will tell you this. P5JS is a, is not, you know, you're not building Call of Duty with it. You're not building, you're not building a high graphics, nice game. It is, it is a low level graphics engine that's very, very efficient and it's made specifically for, you know, for different, different use cases here. So now, hey look, we've got, you know, it was able to, to do some, some cool things here. It's, everything's moving a little faster. I might even have it go faster than that. But now I can click. I want more stars probably. And so I would just keep talking to Grok and say, okay, I want 10 times more stars, right? And I would just talk to it, keep telling it to improve it. So start building something. You get about two minutes to build something and then you're going to share your screens and we're going to look at what you build. Okay. So dive on in and obviously ask questions as you're going if you need, you know, if you need to. I'm going to keep trying to improve my, my little thing here. It. And go ahead and just speak up when one of you have your first thing running. Love to see it.
I mean, I Just did my first prompt. Do you want us to do like three more prompts?
If your first prompt's awesome and you want to share it, then let's see. No, it's not. Well, make it awesome. Do, do, do at least two or three iterations to it. Okay. Ask it to improve. You know, you've got something. Okay, great. Now do this and add that. Yeah. So what I'm doing over here, if you're not watching on my screen, I'm sure you're not. I'm building. So I made the solar system better. And then I said, okay, now let's turn into a game. I want a little spaceship. I can fly around with my arrows and I want to, you know the game. The purpose of the game is to stay alive as long as possible, flying around without running into the sun or any planets. And I said, have a score continually go up based on how long I can stay alive. The faster I fly, the faster the score should go up. If I stop completely, the score progress will slow down to nothing. Right. So. So now, you know, I've got a much better, you know, visualization here of something that's, you know, this is now my game arena, I guess. And then I'm gonna have to try to fly through these planets and stay alive and fly around anyway. There's obviously more that I could, I could work on, but. But you can add all kinds of mechanics and things to this. And, and again, we're doing all this in a total of, you know, five to seven minutes. Building a game. It's pretty cool.
So I think.
Ready to show something?
I. I am. And it's actually more interesting than the, like the image is okay, but it's interesting the prompts that share away.
Let's see your screen.
So I made it. I wanted to make it house, beach, short term rental.
Yeah.
What I thought was cool is like, here's the ocean here, infinity pool, this. But here's what's crazy is I was like, hey, add people on the beach. And then they're like, well, for a professional rental listing, do you want to have a custom domain?
Oh, nice.
It's already prompted because it's just interesting that it's like, hey, if you really want to create this, build it, have people stay at it. You can deploy this on Vercel or these two things and then start with your short term rental images before you actually have the property. Which I think is crazy because Sarah and I are developing a property right now. And I'm like, oh my gosh, can you make these renderings essentially.
Right?
And that's just.
It's very cool to watch. To watch AI kind of make assumptions and. And push you forward to the next step. That's usually what it's trying to do, is say, okay, great, well, let me help you do something with this. Right, Right. It's pretty. It's pretty cool. I love it. Awesome. And now, obviously, you could say, all right, let's look at this. You know, the people playing on the beach. You know, let's make them playing volleyball. Right? And Right. And like I said, you know, this graphic, these graphics are supposed to be very, very, very, very low level. So it's not supposed to really be something that you're going to probably use. The idea here, the experience here, guys, is, can I build something? Can I code something? And. Yeah, you can. You can get something running in seconds almost, right? That's pretty cool. Thank you for sharing. All right, who else has something ready to rock?
I'll show you mine. It's. I was trying to build my dream house, but.
At first, it looks like a dream house. You got the green, you got the. You know, you don't have the picket fence. That's all you're missing.
So, yeah, yeah.
My pool's in the front yard, which is fine.
All right. I love it. I love it. You want people to know you have that pool, right?
It's my east coast dream home.
So.
There we go. Perfect. That's really cool. What is the. What's the animation thing?
I think it's supposed to be my blush garden.
Oh, nice. They're just, you know, glistening in the sun.
Yeah, you need to. Sarah, you need to hire John's wife.
I do.
I need.
That's awesome. Yeah, no, that's cool. I mean, a couple things, obviously, you could do to that. I mean, you can take it as far as you want, but you say, hey, make the sun, you know, you know, moving across the sky, right? Have it turn to night, and then as it turns to night, make sure the house has lights on. You could do all kinds of stuff like that where it goes through and creates a cycle, different things like that. So that'd be pretty cool. All right, Colleen, you're up. If you've got something.
I have something. It's kind of weird.
That's okay. This is kind of a weird exercise. That's the best.
It's a weird exercise. My son, in his mind, is developing a video game, and I was having it create, like, a prompt where, like, a dragon hatches its little egg and Then you find out if you're like a fire, water or air dragon, basically.
Oh no.
And then once you do that, like your destiny's decided for you. So then you have to like decide like, then you have to get like hunt and gather based on whatever your like family like zone is. And then you're trying to become like the, like he, this person became an air dragon, which I don't know what. But then they like, from there they have to like take down the fire and the water dragons because they're trying to take over the world.
That's very cool. That's very cool. Yeah. What happens when you just click? All right, so basically I wanted the.
Egg to hatch and then like it was like a big unveiling of like what your dynasty is going to be. And then you thought like your map and your whatever, but that didn't shake out.
And now you could, you absolutely could, right? If you just went back to X and you said, hey, you know what? This is what I want to happen, right? When I'm clicking on the, on the, on the egg, it just has some text. No, I want the egg to crack and reveal this thing and whatever. You know, you could talk to it and tell it to do all of those things. So my kids are, you know, I have four kids. The youngest turns eight in about, you know, a week or five days, I guess. And the oldest is, is almost 13. So all four kids, right, between seven and 13. They love, like, they've, they've like literally my 13 year old has sat, or 12 year old has sat in this class for, you know, nine hours and done this entire course. I think he knows how to do all these things. And then he's shown all his siblings how to do it. And we, you know, they'll be sitting in like church or something and dad, can I have your phone? And you know, build like a little, you know, scripture mastery game or something, you know, and he'll just like build something with AI really quick and do that. And so they love building these little games and they can bring their ideas to life in seconds, you know. You know, you can build games really fast in Roblox as well and things like that. And, and it's, it's one of the things that AI and technology improving has always followed this pattern is it makes, just like I was talking about with video editing earlier, right? Video editing used to be really hard. Now anyone can do it, right? It just makes everything more accessible. And I spoke to a company that wants to put me as their advisor this hasn't happened yet, but they're kind of like the equivalent of replit but for video games, right? Where you just talk to it and you say, hey, I want to make an RPG game that does this. And you go through a castle and you collect orbs and whatever it is, right? And then it just builds the whole 3D environment, builds the physics, builds the controls, builds everything automatically for you with AI. So this is going to get easier and easier and easier. I chose the P5JS language because it's probably something you've never heard of. Even developers mostly haven't heard of it. And it's a fun. Sorry, let me turn on my focus so we don't get little dings here. And if I was actually doing this, My daughter, who's 10, she is. Or is she 11? I don't know how old she is. She's probably more like 17, but that's how she acts. But anyway, she's actually off to camp this morning for three days. It'll be her first kind of camp away from us. Not to be fun, but she, she uses JavaScript like a full on JavaScript language. She does not know how to code. Couldn't tell you. Like she has no idea what the code is doing, but she can read and she can do exactly what we were just doing inside of X here where it's, hey, I'm going to tell you what to do and then I'm going to listen to, to the AI. Oh, copy this code, put it here, copy this. In JavaScript you actually have three different things you have to copy over. You have the code and you have some CSS and you have some instructions and some physics and whatever and then you run it and boom, you have this more complex thing and she's created really cool stuff. So Colleen, if you wanted to do that with your kids, I would just say use JavaScript, right? And you know, turn on X and, or ChatGPT or whatever and just listen to the instructions. I would, I would use ChatGPT probably for that. And anyway, it's really, really cool, guys. I mean, you're all developing, none of you are developers, right? Yeah. And so, you know, now we're gonna do that. We're doing way crazier stuff today like that. The, the purpose again of this exercise is just to say, okay, I can do this. I can do something that, that, you know, you know, has pretty, pretty amazing capabilities. Let's see. I want to, I want to just see if I can play my game one time. I want to See if this will work. Right. First of all, where is my. Oh, there it is. There it is. Here we go. Here we go. Here's my spaceship. So that's my little game right now. What happens if I run into the sun? Awesome. Exactly what I asked it to do, right? So I created a game and I just push R to restart. Pretty cool, right? I don't like its starting position. It's kind of weird. They're on the side. I should probably get points for flying close to planets so I could keep editing it and saying, hey, you know, what, have the sun. You know what happens if I run it? I'm trying to run into a planet. It's hard. It's hard to run into one of these planets because they're moving so fast. There we go. I got it. Anyway, so I could keep iterating on this over and over and over and over again and. Oh, there you go. Yeah, you have a reserve function speed. And so anyway, I'm, I'm just kind of, you know, very basic prompts. We've gotten this up to 282 lines of code. It's fairly complex because it has physics, you know, it has, you know, the controls. It has a score, you know, a score system. It has, obviously, animations. You've got this cool, you know, moving, moving background. You've got the sun, everything's animated. So anyway, really fun, really fun to do stuff like that. So, okay, so that's the end of this part of the exercise. Now what we're going to do really quick is we're going to dive into replit, which is just awesome.
Every time you improved on it, did you delete the code and then paste the new code or did you just add to it?
Yeah, no, every. So every time it rewrites the code, it is, you know, and it will tell you. It will, it will tell you this specifically, right? But it'll say, hey, here's the. Here's the code. Here's the updated code. You know, it would be specific, would say, hey, you know, replace this section, here's new code for this section, or just paste this at the end. It would tell you specifically, right? So, yeah, copy the whole code. And usually that's what it's going to do. Especially when it's working on something that's relatively small. If it's just a few hundred lines of code that's small for it. If you're working on 10,000 lines of code, it's not going to rewrite the whole thing every time it's going to say, okay, we're going to just work on this section, right? Let's work on this functionality. Here's what you're going to do. And, and I personally haven't done a 10,000 lines of code thing inside of this type of an environment. Inside of Replit over here, I have, I have one app that has 200,000 lines of code, right? And you know, we're working on functions and features and things as we work through that, right? And so I built, I built dozens and dozens and dozens of apps using replit. I'm very, very experienced with it. I'm on their blogs and all kinds of stuff. And, and anyway, I've become a good partner with Replit and I really, really believe in them. And you know, they didn't pay me to say that or anything like that. They, they just, they just really have built the. The right product. And the reason for that is, is because. The reason why I think that now other people might say, oh, no, you know what? Cursor. Cursor is where I'm doing everything right? This is where I'm going to do my AI code editing. I'm going to build this. And you've probably heard of it or maybe you've tried, I think, I think you mentioned you've tried Lovable, maybe. Have you guys played with Lovable? So lovable is good too. But the thing I don't like about Lovable is, and I think, I think Annette, we talked about this is you start into it and then all of a sudden you have to do all these fancy things that are not easy, right? You have to kind of go out of the platform, right?
I had to like get GitHub and then get something else.
And then, yeah, GitHub and Supabase and all these different things connecting everything. And all of a sudden you're like, I'm not a developer. I don't understand what all this stuff is. Right? And so repl it really, with very minimal understanding of code, you can, you can just talk to it and everything is internal. And so we'll work through today and show you all the different things inside. But, but, but what I want to do here is, is I want to just say, I want to just do this. Let's, let's go. Thanks for visiting dot com. Yeah, we're going to just copy this and I'm going to say, make me a better version of this website, please.
Is this extra. Is this where the extra comes in?
Yeah, you have to. Yeah, there's extra for that. But yeah, look how easy that prompt is. Obviously. Now I will tell you in advance, this is going to be cool. It's going to build something nice. But we would still call this a bad prompt, Right? Because. And we weren't very specific. Well, how. What does better mean? You know, so while this. While this is going to start building something right in front of us. And that's cool. And while it's doing this, I want to have a little. A little fun exercise. And I'm going to pick on Colleen for this. Colleen, tell us how you get ready in the morning. What's your routine.
Like? From when I open my eyes.
Yeah. You wake up. Then what? What's your routine?
My. I wake up, I put my retainers in my little retainer thing. I get coffee depending on my mood. I weigh myself if I'm feeling that kind of way. My contacts in. Talk to my kids, ask them how their sleep was. Let my dog out, see if he.
Needs food.
Make my kids breakfast. I don't have a lot of get morning, get ready stuff.
That's kind of your. That's kind of thing. That's fine. Now let's zoom in on. On one piece there. I'm sure after you take your retainers out, you brush your teeth. Now, I want you to talk to us. Tell us how you brush your teeth. What's your. What's your routine? Specific. Pretend you're teaching someone an alien who's never brushed their teeth. Okay.
I get my toothbrush out of my drawer. I'm gonna get my toothpaste out of my drawer. I put my toothpaste on my toothbrush. Then I get it wet. Then I start in the back of my mouth, machine my molars. And then I go forward from this way to this way. And my dentist told me, when you brush your molars, open your mouth wide so you get the whole molar. So I make a point to do that every time.
That's your value. Add to me today. That's what I get out of this. I'm.
He says, if you open, you. If you changes it, and there's one little extra part you can get there. And that's why people have cavities on their molars. So I was like, thank you, Kevin, for that. And then I do from here to here. And then I do my top teeth the same direction the other way. Rinse out my mouth and then bang my toothbrush a bunch of times and let it dry on. On the sink all day.
I love it. Very cool. Very cool. All right, perfect. Now there's obviously a purpose for that. Why I'm asking you this now, One of the things I'm going to say before I answer that is, you know, I. It obviously didn't even figure out what thanks for visiting was, or it didn't search long enough to actually figure out what it was. And so now it's, you know, it's just building this colorful website, which is actually kind of cool. I don't know. But. But look at what it's done while we're just sitting here. It just built out this entire website from scratch. This is not a template that it just copied and pasted. Right. It did it from scratch. It's building everything out, and it basically built a complete website in seconds. Now, this is not functioning yet. If I click Export gallery or Watch Demo, these are just. This is a visual preview. It starts with a visual preview, and then it will start filling in the gaps and making everything actually work. And when it. As it goes through that process of making everything work, it might break some things, then you have to go back and fix them. But that's okay. The point is, look how fast. I mean, that. That's crazy. It's crazy that it did this. Now, obviously, if we gave it more instructions and more context, it actually might. Or. Or even we're even more specific in the prompt. Right. Which we weren't. Make a better version of this website. Well, we didn't say make sure it's following the same content. Review the website first. Make sure that you're actually doing what that website does. Okay. So anyway, so we'll. We'll let that just kind of keep going. But what I was. What. What I just had you do, Colleen, what you were doing and what this AI is doing in front of us right now is called chain of thought reasoning. Right. Or cot. Right. Chain of thought reasoning. This is basically the most advanced stage that AI has gotten to today is this chain of thought capabilities. But what it does is something really cool. When I. When I, you know, asked you, you know, how do you get ready in the morning? Right. You didn't really have to think hard. And when you do this, when you do your morning routine, you didn't. You didn't really. You don't really have to think about it. You just kind of do it. Right. And when you brush your teeth. Yeah. Even though Kevin taught you, I taught you this thing, Right. You're not. You're not really actively thinking about that process. Your brain just kind of does it. Right. It picks up the toothpaste and it Knows, oh, I got to open the drawer, I have to pick this up, I have to open the cap, I have to get the toothbrush wet or whatever your pattern is, right? And I have to do all these different things step by step by step by step by step. So it takes a, a, a high level goal, like make me a better version of this website. Breaks it down into, you know, 20 tasks. Okay, well, a website needs a menu. It's going to need a hero image, it's going to need some buttons. It's going need probably another section here, right? Websites have this and here are all my options. So I'm going to figure that out. And then in order to build, you know, this, you know, hey, we need some sort of, you know, call to action. Okay. So we're going to build a card with that and then we're going to have, you know, three main points and then a button, a call to action. So it has to, you have a task, an overarching task, subtasks and sub, subtasks in order to get these things done. And so AI just a couple years ago, and really a year ago was, you know, at least in terms of what, what was really generally available to the public was really just focused on do this one thing right and come back kind of like we were just doing with, with, with X, right? Saying, hey, you know, make me some code. Okay, great, I'll do that. Boom. Right now it was already doing a little bit of chain of thought reasoning because when I ask it to build a model of the solar system, it thinks, okay, well I need to figure out where, you know, what is the solar system and you know, how many planets are there and what are they called and what are, you know, all this information. So it's already doing a little bit of chain of thought reasoning. But it's really, really fun to watch a system like this. You know, it's coming in and it's building, you know, okay, so it's built, it's built a, you know, a basic version. You know, the buttons work now. Some of it's more interactive. I mean this is already pretty dang cool. It did all of this, did all of this very quickly. I like how those, those titles kind of flow in or these, these ones wonder if it'll do it again for me there when I first scroll down to it, it kind of like animates. Yeah, it kind of slides in from the left. I kind of like that. So anyway, pretty good website. It had no idea what the topic was and so it got that Right. But hey, discover the future of digital art. I guess that's what it's. I don't know why it's thought. Why it thought that. It's kind of weird. Weird question for you. Why did you make an art website when I asked you to clone this? Clone and improve this? I just. Super interested. Yeah, I didn't actually look at the original site to understand what it really is. Let me check the actual website first. That's fine. You're absolutely right. I made a huge mistake. Completely misunderstood. So that's fine. So anyway, so now it understands what it's doing and, and now, you know, we'll let it. We'll let it kind of work for a second here.
So.
So anyway, chain of thought reasoning is important. Understanding how it's working behind the scenes and understanding that some agents can do this well and some can do it insanely well. But virtually all, all major AI models today can do this chat. GPT can do it, Claude can do it, X can do it, and then a bunch of agents that really, you know, use those behind the scenes to put it all together. But the thing that's really cool is where you have like one, one, one system. Who here has heard of Manus? You ever heard of Manus? So you've heard of it, Annette? That's great.
I've heard of it, but I have no clue what it is.
That's okay. That's great.
Like on LinkedIn somewhere or something.
Yeah, we're gonna, we're gonna jump. We're gonna skip ahead here in the course. Normally I don't do this till a little bit later, but I think it's, I think it's very valuable. And you know what? I'm actually going to do this. I don't want the app. I want just this. And so what Manus does is it is an agent that can spin up agents, and those agents can spin up additional agents as needed and they can spin up any program you can imagine.
I just. John, I'm gonna just. I have a question.
Go ahead.
When people are. I'm just gonna go back to maybe pre. Even before the course starts, when people are just saying agent. Can you explain like that, that nomenclature of an agent? Because are you, Are we deploying the agent somewhere?
Yeah, that's a good question. There's a bunch of the. The word agent does get thrown around probably in a few different connotations that, that might be confusing a little bit. An agent is something that acts on your behalf. Right? That's probably the broad definition that So.
I could run an agent, like check my email. I don't, I don't want to check it, but it could, I could have it text me or WhatsApp me if I have a new email from Colleen or if Sarah ever does an asana task for me, it could send me a text or something like that. Is that what you're saying? Like I could set an agent up to do a task.
Yeah. And, and you know, you might, you might even be able to confuse that or conflate that with just an automation. Right. Because you could set up like a Zap with Zapier that does something like that. That's not right. Right.
Okay.
So, but, and we will, we will look at Zapier today, you know, or maybe. Yeah, we will. It probably won't be in session one, but it might be in session three. But, but looking at how you would build, you know, something that automates that, where an agent really is going to that. Here's the difference between an agent and an automation. This is the clear difference. An agent can think straight up. There's your difference. Right, right.
Because automation, we do the thinking, set it up. An agent will get will rash, like basically think like, oh, that's, that's the difference.
Yeah, it will consider things that will do chain of thought reasoning and you know, like for example. Right. Let's say we want to set up automated social media, you know, posts, right. And so you train an AI agent on everything about thanks for visiting. You give it everything that you possibly can on it and then you just say, I need you to post to Twitter 25 times a day with good tweets, right. That are relevant and, and you know, relevant to the short term rental, you know, market and that are adding value and you know, whatever. Right, whatever you want it to do. And then you, so, so then you're going to set up a process that says, okay, I'm going to go search the Internet right now. I'm going to do this once every 20 minutes all day long and I'm not going to do the same tweet ever. Right. And I'm going to. So that means I have to check my records, I have to check the Internet, see what's relevant, come up with something quippy and tweet it. Right. And I'm going to send it then into an automation that probably then kicks it over to a Google sheet, that then kicks it over to Buffer or Hootsuite and automatically post based on whatever I want it to do. Right. And so that would be using AI plus Automation to set up an automated social media system. Because the, the agent's going to do the research, think and write and then send. That's the. That's the agentic piece of it. Right?
So that. So when people again on LinkedIn are like, I have 100 personal AI agents working for me every day. Is that. That's what they're kind of getting at there?
Yeah. Also that's BS. Nobody has 100 ages. Whatever.
Got it. Okay. Sorry, go back to Manus. I just.
Oh, you're good. It's a great. It was a great question. And at any time during the day, don't feel bad for, for diving into something like that, but. Oh, look at that. Create animation with P5Js. I've never seen that. This is just other things that people have done. I've never seen that show up on here. That's obviously super, super easy. But let's see here. Let's go to. Whoops, hold on. Let's go to productivity. And they used to have a way better, you know, place here to kind of explore all the different things that other people have done here, but now you can like submit yours and whatever. Anyway, it's just kind of. Okay, now the prompt Engineering website Vehicle.
I like Mortgage refinancing Dashboard. That's interesting.
Right here. Yeah, let's. That's a few space. I don't want to be the space. What I want to do. Well, you know what? We can. We can view it. Let's just. Here. How do I. That actually will open in a new window. That's cool. So we'll get that in a second. And then Interactive EV model website. That's kind of. That's kind of crazy. Let's just. Let's just try this one. We'll be the replay of this one. So basically what happens is you see the prompt here attached to two files, EV initial M containing initialization parameters for the electric vehicle model and a simulink model file. I don't know what these things are, by the way. Based on these, I need to create an interactive website for the EV model where users can customize parameters in order to do something like this. This type of a task would take a developer probably at least a few days to knock this out. Right? If they didn't have AI, at least if not a few weeks. Okay. And so in a matter of, you know, this, you can walk through and look at everything that it did. Right? But it figured all this stuff out and then built a website that does this, this simulation. Right? Pretty cool. And so now you've got all these, you know, these different things. I'm sure you can, you can change. There's torque. I don't know, maybe. Oh, that's kind of cool. I don't know. So it's just a little simulation, but it's using active physics, doing all kinds of crazy stuff. Reset torques. Let's go straight again. Left turn. Reset the torques. Now I'm spinning out of control. So anyway, so I could stop reset. But yeah, building that with just a, you know, a prompt that took them probably, probably all of 1 to 2 minutes to write and boom, now you've got something built out for you. Mortgage refinancing calculator. All right, we're just going to fill this out. Mortgage balance, $1 million and current monthly payment, 8,000. I don't know, Annual savings. What is it asking me to do here? I don't know what that means. Current interest rate, 6.5. Whoops. Remaining term, 25 years. Calculate savings. Okay, I have to fill something in here. I don't know what this means. 1000. So I don't know what it's actually asking me to do or what it's trying to do here, but it built out a calculator, obviously it's refining. I don't know what php, what's php? I don't know. I don't know either. Like, I thought I was a pretty smart person. I don't know what that is, so. But that's cool. Look. And then I can export a PDF report of this. So built even a PDF export functionality of that exact thing. So I could export that. That's pretty cool. Actually. Export is actually harder than you think. That's one of the harder things for some reason for code to do, but anyway, but you can see, you know, some of the things that I've seen in here, you know, you, you ladies have run a podcast, right? And I don't know where it is. I wish I could search it, but, but I, I saw someone in here. You just, you upload a bunch of content from your podcast and then you just say, hey, 50 minute podcast, create me a 30 second highlight reel, right? Of the best things ever said. And so then it goes through, it will extract all the audio, turn it all into text, figure out what it is, cut up the audio and give you your delivered thing. Right. Ten minutes later. Right. Unbelievable what it's able to do and manipulate. It can do so many different things. You know, you've got the content creator side of things. You know, there's podcast studio. That's a studio plan. It used to only show, like, the really, really good things now. And now it's just like showing all these things and whatever makes me. They want. They want their users to feel special. And I understand that maybe, but. But. But I don't think it's as powerful for showing off some of what it's capable of doing. Yeah. Make the periodic table of AI models. It's kind of fun. Chemical periodic table, but organized with AI models instead of elements. Skip to results. Wow, that is pretty neat. Is there a website I can click on to play with this? It looks like. It looks that. It looks like the final is an HTML here, but then also just a PDF or whatever. That's pretty fun. It's pretty creative. I see. I would have made it into a website that's interactive, that lets me, you know, learn things. I don't know. This is kind of a cool idea, though. I'm actually probably going to steal this and do my own version of it. That makes it even better. Single player. Guess who game. That's kind of fun. Replay. Skip to results. Skip to results. And then here's the game. Nice. Select attribute. Select value. So, all right. Eye color is green. Ask question. No, the character does not. Does not has green eyes. Awesome. I think it is William. AI wins. Okay, so I. I lost. But anyway, pretty, pretty fun. So anyway, it can build. Manus is able to do so many things now. This is. This is the. All right, man, is we're gonna go now we're gonna go into my Manus and show you how to, like, actually do really cool things. So here's. Here's a really cool one. So I had somebody reach out to me on LinkedIn and say, Hey, I, you know, I kind of want to take a course, and I'm wondering if I could. If you could help me build a system that can help me. Me accomplish this. And this is literally. Sorry, this is a huge process, but this is literally what they messaged me on LinkedIn. They said, hey, Utah has an HOA registry website, right. If you go there, you can search for hoas by name, but you can just put in one letter and search and it will pull everything that has that letter. Right. When it pulls the list of matches, you can click on each one individually and see data including names, addresses, sometimes email and phone numbers. I want something that can pull all that data into a spreadsheet, eliminate duplicates, provide a long and detailed CSV of this information. Right. So. So this is the website. I came over here and I just kind of tried it out and looked, and yeah, you get these huge lists of HOAs. I can click on this. And then, yeah, it has all the information you want, but it's really kind of hard and it would take a real person a long time to go through and try to extract all this information. And so I just said, okay, so actually he messaged me up to here, right? And then I added, all right, I want something that can pull all of that, eliminate duplicate duplicates, provide a long, detailed CSV. And so it works, works. Worked for about a half hour and finally got to the end and said, all right, we're just going to click the button. Okay, current task has reached its content. Sorry, its context has reached its limit. Cannot continue. Manus can inherit the compressed context and all files into a new task. And so I just click inherit continue. And I had to do that four times. By the time I was done, boom. I have all HOA contacts here. HOA name, registration date, HOA number, address, city, state, contact, emails, chair phone, chair email. And now we could throw this into some sort of, you know, mailchimp or.
You know, or some other AI, whoever the. Start.
Yeah, whatever the heck you want. Start some sequences instantly, AI, whatever you want to do. And let it just go to town on this. But. But it saved this person, you know, and by the way, I just did it. And I said, yeah, you can join the class, or actually, I just did it for you. He was like, what? You know, and it cost me maybe. It cost me maybe six or seven dollars of AI credits to run this.
So that was going to be my question. You said like, inherit and continue. So if we ever get blocked on anything, because I, like, put prompts in and it, like, stops working. Yeah, so that's. You just would continue, like, always press, like, not every.
Not every AI. In fact, I only know of Manus that does that, that says, hey, inherit and continue. Right now you can definitely ask it to summarize things and say, hey, you know, that doesn't happen very often, but sometimes you just kind of overload it. And I don't know what the exact technical reason is for that. And so there's a couple ways you can do it. But Manus is nice in that it realizes that it has a limit. And they built something in here that says, hey, if we want to do something that's really, really complex, here's what we would do.
The last example, this thing removes 79,000 duplicate entries. Like, this is so intense. This person is like.
Oh, yeah, it's crazy. And the reason it had 82,000 rows is because it went through and it said, okay. Basically it said, okay, I'm going to put in A, and then I'm going to do this for everything and I'm going to put in E and I'm going to do this for everything. And I'm sure that, you know, most of them, not most of them, all of them have multiple letters, right? And so obviously it found so many duplicates, but that was the right way to do it and it went through and figured out how to do the data processing. But here's another example. So I have in my notes, I've got all of these YouTube videos. This is all of the different cohorts I've done of this course that I teach. It's nine to 12 hours long, three hours a year, four hours a year or whatever. And I could take this entire list and I could say, okay, Manus, I want you to extract all of the insights out of this. 40 hours, 50 hours of recorded content. And actually it's way more than that. It's. It's hundreds of hours of content. But I want you to extract all of the content here and I want you to create a super comprehensive, a 50 page, you know, guide or novel on how to build a business with AI with all of my content. Right. And so it could go through and take hundreds of hours of content from YouTube videos, extract all the text, look through it, think through it, do all this stuff, and it would take it probably a few hours. If not, if not, maybe a day. That might be a 20 hour task for it because it has to do so much.
Like when you're uploading all your video, because that's one thing we haven't done is like uploaded any of our content. Like, are you, how are you uploading all those files? Are you just doing it in one, like what you just showed us?
Right, yeah, I do it, I do it as I go. Right. So every time I'm done with a session, I'll just upload it to YouTube. It's actually an unlisted YouTube video, right? Free video hosting. So why the heck not use it for that? And then I just send the link out to my, to my people and let them.
And then you upload that into what, wherever you're having Manus do for you?
Yeah, exactly. Yeah, because Manus is going to be, yeah, uploading the video into Manus is not going to be great, but giving it a YouTube link, you can Deal with. Right? Because that video is huge. It's. Anyway, it's a master.
You don't even have to do the transcript. You can just give it the YouTube link.
We could just give it. Could you give them the whole YouTube channel and say, oh, dang, you do anything, right?
You can ask it anything. That's the cool thing, right? We're jumping to the end of the class now.
Right, okay. Sorry.
No, no, you're good. No, you're asking the right thing. But I'm just, I'm just, I'm just reiterating that. Yeah, you can do anything. And not in like the Tony Robbins. Like you can do anything, you know, like, literally you can do anything. You know, if you can.
Tomorrow we could have our whole YouTube, like, channel broken down into like a textbook if we wanted to.
Exactly. That's a perfect use case with, with diagrams. And then you could turn it into presentations, right? You could say, hey, I want this podcast. Turn this, turn this podcast episode into a nice 14 page slide deck. Right? Or, you know, whatever you want it to be a carousel post for LinkedIn, you know, you know, just what do you want to tell it to do? And it will do it, right? And man, it's just came out just, just recently. I actually haven't even tried it yet. Manus, you know, deck, or let's see here, PowerPoint creator. It just, it just really, you know, it can, it can now do. It can now do decks. Slide generator. Yeah. How to, how to generate.
So we could even do like.
No, you're good.
It's like we could take our channel, someone else's channel and say, what are their top videos that we haven't done? We haven't discussed their topics yet that have gotten the most views or whatnot.
Yeah, exactly.
That's.
You could make. Yeah. So it can, it can do anything, right? You can say, make it really pretty. Make it. Visually, this is kind of a boring one, right? But it can do slide decks. I've seen some that are very, very powerful.
Wait, so Manus can do. So what if Sarah just talks into like records what she wants the slides to look like? Could they do voice to slides?
Yeah, so. So yeah, it's. Anyway, there's a lot of magic behind the curtains here. But. But yeah, one of the things that I do a lot when I'm in chat GPT, whatever I'm doing here is, you know, you have, you have this ability to talk to chat GPT, you know, that's starting a conversation. Or you can just dictate Right, right. And so I do that a lot. Right. You can just ramble for 20 minutes if you want and then just say, okay, that's all my content. And then you just say, take all this and turn it into X, you.
Know, and then what Sarah could do, like, I know she likes a specific slide style. She could just talk it out, say like create similar to this, her preferred slide deck.
And then, yeah, just show it, upload the slide deck and say, I want it like this. Right. And there's, there's lots of AI, you know, powered, you know, slide deck creators and different things like that. But hey, there we go. There's the. Thanks for visiting. Now it's completely, it completely rebuilt the site while we were doing other things. So it's kind of cool. So cool. Pretty.
And then does it give you like. And so if we build our website on ShowIt, we could just ask it like, how would I put this page on showit on our existing.
Yeah, you wouldn't do that. This would be kind of a new way to host it. You. You know, I don't know exactly. I don't know Showit, I haven't used it ever, so I don't know exact what kind of capabilities it has. But if you say, hey, I need the raw code for this page or whatever, you can do that. And so if you can easily upload, you know, custom HTML, then you could probably make that happen. Now we're going to do a lot more work in replit. We're going to build something much better than this. But, but, but ultimately now you can come in, you can start editing, you can add databases, you can add pictures, you can do all those things that you would want to do. Right. But, but what it's done here is it's basically built, hey, here's your first version. Whatever. It's, it's built a site that's, that's actually working. Here's what's going on. And you can keep telling you say this is boring. Make it better, right? I mean, you literally just say that this is.
Hey, John, I have an idea for you.
Add pictures. Yeah, go ahead.
You're a kayaker, you have to wear a helmet, right?
Yeah.
I think you need to ship helmets out to people before they take your course because my head feels like it's going to exp.
That's fun. I like that. I like that. That's a, that's a good out of the box marketing idea. The best one that I, that I've heard that's in that vein is you know, like a Traeger. Traeger Grill. And so they'll send, you know, a full bag of pellets. I had somebody send a full bag of pellets to like a hundred different CEOs, right? And say, hey, take a meeting with us and we'll send you the grill.
Oh, dang.
You're paying like, you know, seven, 800 bucks for a meeting, right? But it's with the CEO of like, you know, tens of thousands, hundred thousand dollar deals, you know, whatever. And I know that from that they got something like 40 meetings out of 100. They got 40 meetings with happens.
That's great.
That's cool. For their campaign. Anyway, so that reminded me of that. But I like the helmet idea. That's pretty cool. Hey, I'm gonna send you, you know, I want to train your company, but warning, you're gonna have to put this on because your head's gonna explode when I start filling it with all this information. So, so anyway, yeah, now it's starting to, you know, pull some pictures in. I just gave it, hey, this is boring. Make it better. Add pictures again. These are bad prompts, guys. Like, they're, they're not great. I'm just, I'm just kind of messing around here, really. And anyway, back to Manus for a little bit here. So. So Manus is so powerful. You know, it obviously did a bunch of data. You know, this is, this is busy work. If you're doing busy work, you're doing it wrong in 2025, right? You should not be doing it. You should be like, manus, do this right? You should have a subscription to Manus. It is not expensive. It's, it's. What is it? Upgrade. Here we go. So 39 bucks a month. Month, right? Annually. It's, it's less if, you know, if you do that, whatever, right? And, and you get, you get tons of credits. I'm on the plus plan and I, you know, I, I use it all the time. But if, again, if I'm using it tons, like, who cares about $199 per month, like, compared to the employees you would be paying to do these types of things otherwise, right? I mean, it's just not even, it's not even in the same, you know, you just don't care, right? I'm going to share one other really cool thing that I did. So I have a neighbor who owns a construction company and he, he said, hey, what can I, how can I use AI? And I was like, I don't know what, you know, what's, what's hard for you, right? And he said, well, the thing that's really hard is preparing bids, right? Like I'll get this construction plan, you know, like I'll show you an example of one paid Syntech. He sent me this one. He said, I'll get these documents that are just absolutely crazy and I have to go through them and it takes me because it's really, really complex. I can't, I don't really trust my team to do it. And, and it takes forever and we have to get the numbers right. But it's just filled with crazy diagrams like this. And you have to turn all this information and you've got installed 2 inch by 2 inch this and an inlet box and we've got 10 inch storm drain that's going along this and whatever, right? But you have to then figure, do what's called a takeoff, right? You're taking all the information off of this and then saying, okay, great, you need how Many feet of 10 inch storm drain here and then, you know, do you add all those together? Yeah, we have, you know, 400ft of storm drain that needs to go in throughout this project. And storm drain costs, you know, $80 a foot. And you know, so we're going to multiply that and then. Okay, here's that line item. Perfect. Okay, now we're done with storm drains. And you have to do that with about 400 things, right? It's a lot of work. Takes 20 hours for somebody that really knows what they're doing. And the problem is when you, when you submit a bid, you're not guaranteed to get it right. So you have to do all this work. The CEO is doing tons of work and most of the time he does it and doesn't get the job right. And so he said, can we have AI do this? And I was like, I don't know, man, this is hard. This is pretty technical. And so I, I said, so here, the first, my first shot was I'm just going to upload this to Manus and ask it to do it. Do a takeoff, right? And it failed miserably. And I was like, okay, well that didn't work. So I said, okay, give me a, I said, Matt, give me, give me a. Like, this is a project you did, right? He's like, yeah, we did this one actually. Okay, perfect. Give me the, the completed bid, the correct takeoff that you did, right? So now I've got, now I've got, you know, the, the construction plans right here that we're looking at. And I've got your completed perfect takeoff. That's done by a human. And then I handed both of those to Manus and I said, okay, this is construction plans and a correct takeoff. I need you to build something that can look at the construction plans and produce output that matches this, but I need you to keep checking it against the results until you get it right. Right. And just keep iterating until you've built something that works. And so then it builds it. It builds the thing, it runs the software, checks the outputs. Oh, I'm. You know, the first time it came back, it said, I'm off by 99.6%. Like it wasn't even close, right? And then, oh, hey, I'm off by 70%. I'm off by 20, I'm off by 4%. I'm off by 0.01%. Is that good enough? I was like, yep, that's good enough. Right? And so it figured out how to do it and it created a bunch of code in a language that's called Python, right? A bunch of Python scripts. Okay. And you know, you've probably heard, heard that term before and then what I did. So, all right, now we have, now we have this. It's adding pictures, it's adding all kinds of cool stuff. So this is getting better and better and better over time. So anyway, cool how, how amazing that is. So we'll come back to thanks tracker or whatever that's supposed to be later, but then what I did is I came over here and let me just, let me just show it to you. So I came into repl it and I had it create. I copied all of the output from Manus, right? I just, it gave me a bunch of files, just a folder of a bunch of Python scripts. App PY database. PY enhanced. So all these are Python scripts. I can click on them. You know, here's, here's all the different things that are happening, right? How many lines of code is just this one? Tons of them, right? All the way down. 753 lines of code for that one and on, and so, so on and so forth, right? So I have all these things. I just gave it all and I said, hey, Replit, I want you to turn this into something that actually works. What's happening here? Refresh. I don't know why it's having that error. Let's just go like this. Why am I seeing this error instead of the home screen? But anyway, I had it build basically a, a UI around it, right? Like, hey, I need to Be able to now use all these and deploy all this stuff and, and so, and so it did that. Right. And I should be showing it. I don't know. I've never had this error come up. I haven't even changed it. So not sure what's going on. There's a numpy import error that's preventing it's common Python environment issue is being imported from the source direct and we fix this by reinstalling the required backup. Okay, great, you do that. So I, I've never seen this error in my life. But anyway, bottom line is it now when it actually works. In fact I should be able to look at my deployments. I never even deployed it. That's fine. I just shared the internal, internal thing. I wonder if I can click this. Yeah, it's just giving me that. I don't know why. That's okay, we'll just let it fix it, let it fix itself. So it'll keep checking until it gets tested. So. But now it has a system where I can just upload a PDF. I set the scale, I do this and it takes about 20 minutes now to set it up and you have to like manually be like, okay, here's the scale for this one and here's the scale. You have to kind of like draw a little line on it and then it knows and then it just says, all right, I'll get to work. And it comes back and it's created. So now this guy can do bids in 20 minutes. These take him 20 hours. And so now it's, and, and not only that, that he doesn't have to do it. Anybody can do it. He can put it right.
That's the kicker. It's like, it's not even the time, it's just, it's not him.
Yeah, now it's off his plate and now it's just, okay, hey, go submit a hundred bids this week. Right. Like, you know, and that's the type of stuff he's trying now he's smarter than that. So he's not going to just submit 100 bids because he might win them all and then he can't handle it. But, but I know he just got a five million dollar bid yesterday, which is really cool and he used this system to do it. So. But being able to, being able to get rid of busy work guys, is what a lot of AI can do. If it's repetitive and even if it requires your brain. You can train an AI to think like you. How do you do that? Well, you upload a Ton of things that you've done, articles you've done, podcasts that you've done, whatever, just have it. Think like you and talk like you and understand whatever Give give man is, you know, 100.
You say a ton of things like, what's the like? Because we do, we have 500 podcasts, we have hundreds of YouTube videos, we have coaching calls for years.
Like, what's amazing, you need to train some AIs to be able to think exactly like you ladies, right? Anything you've ever said it will be able to take into account. And you know, you should have an AI assistant sitting right on your, right on your website that you know, you only get access to if you're, you know, if you're logged in as a member of. Thanks for visiting, right? And you've paid your twelve thousand dollar dues or whatever it is or just make it a monthly thing. Hey, thanks for visiting, you know, assistant 75amonth or however, however much you want to charge for it. And then you can ask it any question and it will know exactly what, what you would say, right? And you test it and you play with it and you try it until you, you know, you feel like, hey, I've got this, I've got this down. Or you make a voice assistant, right? You know, you saw Travis Chambers and that's how, that's how we kind of, you know, got connected here. But I don't know if you saw him post about his Outpost X, his Outpost X assistant, Amira. Right. So Amira here is a voice and text based assistant that understands everything about Outpost X, right? All the lore down to the WI FI password, right? So listen to this. Welcome traveler. I am Amira. How shall I guide you? Yeah, what's the WI FI password here? The network is Outpost X and the password is a capital O for Outpost followed by the capital letter X and then followed by the number one, outpost X1.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Yeah, could you tell me about the speeders? Do I have to rent them? The Sand Cruisers are available on a first come, first served basis, so there is no need for reservations. The keys are in the Cruisers. Simply turn the key to start. We do recommend daytime use only for safety. Would you like more information about the Sand Cruisers? No, thank you for that. I'm hungry. What can I do? The Cantina kitchen is open 24 hours a day and stocked with cookware and stove tops. It is also byob, so. Pretty cool. Pretty cool, right? And so I built this for him and it took me 30 minutes.
And she'll, like, tell stories around the campfire and she'll do anything.
Yeah, you can. You can play with it and. And do all kinds of amazing things. And then he said, hey, you know what? And so I built the voice first, and then he said, you know what? Not everybody wants to do voice, by the way. I need to fix this. The contrast on this is bad. I need to fix that. That's my bad. But basically, I can just say, hey, you know what? You know, what's the WI fi password? Or actually, no, tell me. Tell me a story. Right? Or whatever it is I want to do. And it's trained on all the exact same stuff. It's actually. There are two different AIs here. This one is actually working off of OpenAI or, you know, what ChatGPT is based on. And then the voice is working off of Gemini and 11 labs. Right?
Well, like, our resort, we could, like, if someone's like, hey, what's the checkout time? What's the. How do you use the hot tub? How to. It would all just answer that for them.
Yeah. So let's, let's. Let's push this forward a little bit here. Right? So here's your cool. Here's your story. Right? All right. And all of this is going to be based on, you know, NA and Ma. Those are the people that are at Outpost. Like, it's all based on real lore that's been created in the podcast things. What you guys should do is you should build. You should have a training course that, you know, I don't know, maybe you have me guest speak on it or something. I don't know. But teach your people. Teach every Airbnb host how to make one of these for their own place, for their own Airbnb. And now all of a sudden, you know, when someone has a question, you just put a QR code for the little assistant at the Airbnb, right? Hey, if you have any questions, scan this. And I'm an AI voice assistant that knows everything, right? And then it's trained on all of the different stuff that's normally in that. You know, that. That's the. The old way is the guidebook, and you've got this little thing, and that's fine. You know, the guidebooks are good. You can still have them there for people that want to be old school, but you want to provide the, you know, the 2025 experience or the 2030 experience today. Do this, and it costs you all of $4 a month to. To host it. And maintain it. And it takes you, you know, we know this internally, right? Maybe you don't tell this to your clients, make, you know, build the value, but takes 30 minutes to build. Or maybe what if you built one of. One of you built today a builder, an app that lets you set these up. Right. And deploy these automatically. Right. So many options here, right? We come up five ideas if we just another five minutes about how you can take this type of a thing and offer it to your. Offer it to your clients. Right. But being able to pull things like this in, in a matter of minutes is incredibly powerful. Now the reality is it took me about, about four hours of work to get all of this to where it is here because I had to troubleshoot it. I had to, you know, but I got the basic functionality up and then I was like, you know what? I want it to be a little bit better. I want the voice to be different. I spent time, you know, trying to figure out what I wanted her to look like and what I wanted. I got this kind of, you know, she was like, it's like an Indian, British kind of voice that I chose. And anyway, so just to kind of get. Right. And by the way, I didn't even, I didn't even think much about the, you know, the, the look and feel of it or whatever. And you know, it's probably.
Could you get like with something like this, like on the back end, John, can you get analytics on like how many times Amir has been used, how many times people ask for the WI fi password? Like how do you like for analytics or like trust but verify?
Yeah, totally. So you can. I don't know if I did it for this one. In fact, let's look really quick. Hey, there's my construction takeoff software. But yeah, project, whatever, PDF upload, scale, calibration. Right. So just built it, built all of this front end stuff for that. So to finish that story, but to come back here, let me show you. Amira Outpost X. Amirah, let's look at the database. Yeah. So I haven't created a database for this, but what you could very, very easily do. And we're going to do this, we're going to do this here in a minute. But we would create a database and we would say I want you to archive every conversation, right. And then it would archive, it would know everything that Amira said and everything that the user said. Dang.
And you could have something to analyze all the data. You could have it, data analyst, agent, analyze the data to see. Yeah. Okay.
Then you could have, yeah. Hey, how many times it's being used per day? What are people asking? What are most commonly asked questions? Et cetera, et cetera. Right. Where are people getting confused? Does any, you know, is there any, is there any sort of like evidence of people, you know, getting angry at the assistant or, you know, saying friction?
Right.
Where are the bad experiences? How can we then improve this? Whatever. But you, we could build all of that again in, in a matter of a couple hours here by using, by using the systems in the right way. So. But yeah, I need to, I need to fix the, I need to fix the contrast here. Well, I'll show you. Like that. I could say little screenshot so it knows what it's seen as well. I told it, I clicked it and I said, this is where I want you to do it. I screenshot it so it can actually see.
Oh, that's cool. Right? Like show exactly where. Huh.
The contrast of the text on the background is bad here. I need you to improve this. Okay. So I didn't even tell it what to do. I could have told it. Yeah, just make it this color up here. Same thing. Let's, let's, let's just, let's just improve that. So anyway, it'll fix that in, you know, 30 seconds and we'll be done. But we don't need to sit here and watch that. What I want to do next is, and we've kind of gone out of order a little bit here and that's okay because we're a small group here and it's custom and we're kind of diving in. And I'm thinking about your business business specifically as we're doing this. But what I want to do next is I want to, I want to get started into, let's actually stop sharing for a minute here. I want to get started into kind of the next section here of software. You know, where we're going to, you know, all three of you are going to start building something, right? Probably. Hopefully all individual projects. And so I want to go through just really quickly. It doesn't have to be in depth, but just, you know, the 30 second description of what are you going to build. And we'll do the same order as earlier. Sarah, Kalina, Nash. So what do you, what's your idea? What do you want to build today during the course?
Well, and I don't know if you're gonna do the thing that we. Our initial idea. So I'll say something else. So, John, I'm stressed out a little bit because we have this old course. We recorded it in 2020. It's so like old like the, we used our, our web camera because we were at the time we were just like done is better than perfect. Let's get our brain into a video.
And that's the right answer.
And it's been serving us so that, I mean we've made you know, $2 million on this point.
You know what I mean?
So. But it needs redone and we want it to be good and like short people, you know, people's attention spans are like super tiny. So these videos were like an hour long. Now I want to do each little training that can help them make more money in their short term rental business. And so I'm like, I gotta like have the right framework that like separates from our competition and I need an outline and then I need to like have my Filipino VA make the slides and then we'll tweak them and then we'll record them. That might be 2020 thinking like how should I think about that today with you?
Where are you hosting that currently? Are you on like you're probably not on school because school didn't exist, but are you, are you using some, what are you using to host that?
Kajabi?
Okay, kajabi is fine now. That's great. So I'm in the process of doing the exact same thing for my micro because I've been doing these live courses and I actually don't have a prerecorded version yet and so I need to do it and I'm doing the same approach where I'm just topic by topic. Right. You know, hey, we're going to cover this module. It's my. This one might be three minutes, this one might be 20 minutes. You know, maybe I need to do 20 minutes part one, two and three so that it's six minutes each. So they can actually like feel like they can get through it. Because I agree everyone has short attention spans. But I'm going to host it all custom on genaipi.org, my, my, my AI website. Right. It's all going to be on there and, and so you, you might be able, you might want to just build your own thing then you don't have to use kajabi anymore. Right. Then it can just be your own stuff. The cool thing about kajabi and this is a buy versus build discussion and conversation and we'll have some more of that today. But is it's, it's done for you. They've already built the, the features that you might need to keep track of different things. Right. And if you build your own system, you know, what. What is that? What does that really look like? So there's. Anyway, that's. That's just kind of my first initial thoughts, I think. Yes, absolutely. You should try to build your own training course website. I think that's a fun. It's complex enough. I can think of a couple APIs and things you can bring into it that will be really. It will help you learn. Right. And then whether or not you keep it, you know, you can throw it away at the end of the glass or you can just keep going, but you'll be able to learn all that stuff today. I think it's really good. Idea. Idea. Okay, awesome. Thank you. Colleen, you're up.
Trying to come up with a good idea because I had one initially, but I am. I'm having a brain explosion moment here for two hours, I think to me, like now seeing what this thing is doing, like some sort of. I don't know how it work. Okay. So. But basically, where they would do the. Essentially the revenue rundown report, like, like naturally for them, where they would pull their own data in and then aggregate that. But then also could basically the numbers have the revenue rundown report and then the market history on Price Labs, if those could all sync up, and it actually just produces like a recap for them so that they're less lost in the sauce and they can actually allocate that time to analyzing. And then if it could take it a step further and say, this is what my results were, and it kind of put it under a metric and it's like, here's what you do now.
That you've had those results.
Got it. So it sounds like it's kind of like an analytics dashboard for an Airbnb or for a small business that runs Airbnbs. Right. One property or multiple properties and. And then potentially provides, you know, prescriptive analysis about what you can do to improve, etc. Right. That's awesome. Right. So in a minute here, you're going to take what we just said and you're just going to be in what you just said, what I just said. And we're going to talk to an AI and we're going to create a plan around that and it'll clarify for you really, really well. I think that'll work. That's great, Colleen. All right, Annette.
Again, kind of like the whole precipice of why we reached out, we wanted to create an app or maybe it's an Agent now, I'm not sure, but our avatar, our client struggles a lot. They are on their own. They don't have a business partner. They don't have a team. They want daily prompts of, like, literally, like, what should I be doing in my business today? And we want to be us. Like, we are business partners with them. And, like, you should be doing these things today. So almost like an accountability app. And they can go through, but it's essentially we're their team alongside, like, check.
Your pricing today or change. Hey, it's time to change your listing title. Have you changed your photos around? Hey, last time you took your photos was 2023. You've made this much money. It's time to reinvest, like, things like that.
It sounds to me like the data might be connected to what Colleen is doing.
Yes. And I actually ran both of these ideas through, like, ChatGPT to see, like, what the. What is the struggle? Because, like, I actually ran three ideas through it, and that's exactly. Like, there isn't a dashboard for all of them. They're looking at Price Labs. They're looking at Airbnb, maybe they're looking at their pms. They're. Look, they're coming to our website to, like, log in. They're going to Facebook to ask us questions. You know, they don't have a place that is like, here's my exp. Airbnb is going to show them all their income. Price Labs knows none of their price. I was going to show them what their pricing should be. No one knows their expenses, actually, including the host doesn't know their expenses.
That's interesting. I'm going to look at something really quick here. Price Labs does have an API. Yeah. Super cool. So, yeah, what I want you to do, I think, is probably Colleen, you do your thing, and Annette, you do your thing, and it's possible that one of you will end up throwing one away. Or. Or you might build separate parts, and then we just. I'll show you how to, you know, kind of pull them together.
And I do think. John. So I think for Sarah. Sarah, you're. You were actually talking more about building out the course, not the actual site for the course. Right.
Yeah.
Rerecording the videos, having a framework that'll blow their mind. Like, you know, something that's, like, unique to us, helps our brand.
Yeah. Yeah. So what you're gonna be building, Sarah, probably is all of the above. See, that's the cool thing in it is we can do the work of. Of a thousand women Right. We can, we can make this happen. Right? You can, you can jump in there and you can build the structure of how it's going to be done and the content. Right?
I mean, one woman really could build on this, John.
Absolutely. But that means. So how much could a thousand women do? Right?
Oh, exactly. There now, now that's what I meant.
Right? So, so anyway, you're gonna, your idea is going to get refined in the next step here. Okay? So the next thing that we're going to do here, and by the way, we are supposed to take a break here in about 15 minutes for an hour. And, and we can definitely, we can definitely do that. I'm someone who can go for like seven hours straight, not need to stop. And they're like, do you ever go to the bathroom? And I'm, I don't know, I just kind of go. So we'll, we won't, we won't do that. We'll let you guys have your breaks and kind of try to pace yourself and let your brain just kind of calm down. You can take your helmet off for a minute. But, but what I want to do next is we're going to learn how to do some, some cool strategy with, with, in a really cool way with Chat GPT, right? So Chat GPT is a tool that, that we use. And, and then I might have even shared this with you. I don't even know if I did. I feel like I had. I, I think I talked to you a little bit about interviewing and stuff like that, but you can, you can use Chat GPT to. I'm going to talk about ChatGPT for just a second here and, and help you understand a little bit better. The context of ChatGPT does not know every conversation you've ever had, right? The interface knows. It remembers your chat history. Right. Like, I can go back and I can look at hundreds of conversations that I've had, right? And, and I can do that, but it doesn't know everything. What it does have is what's called a memory, right? Which sounds a little scary for an AI, but it's actually just fine. But basically, there's a little place in here called Manage Memories and it, it has little snippets or summaries of things that you know, Right. Like, for example, it knows that I like to build websites using replit by default. Right. I didn't tell it to do this or to put this in its memory. It just knows. I've talked to John enough about this. This is kind of what he wants to do, right. He is an entrepreneur and a composer and a consultant, right. He's a father, he lives on a five acre farm. He's fluent in Spanish, Chinese. Right. It knows the types of things. It knows I'm a member of the church Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, right. And so I mean even just having it know what religion I am, right. If I was Jewish and it knew that it would answer things differently if I'm asking a religious question or if I was Buddhist or whatever, right? But the point that it knows what I am or what you are or what whoever is allows it to have better context and give you a better answer that you're probably going to say, hey, I like that answer, right? And so it has memories about you that are high level and you can teach it, you can tell it about yourself. You say, hey, I'm already to teach you about myself, right? Update your memory, please. Right? And you can actually ask it to do that and we'll just throw that information in there so you can have it understand you. It obviously understands, you know, just like we were doing earlier when we were, we were running through on Grok, right? And I, you know, I started off by saying, hey, you know, create a mind blowing visualization. And then after that I just said, okay, now I want you to create a solar system thing. And I didn't tell it to do, you know, to use P5Js. It remembered the context of the conversation and it will do that. It can, it can. Almost every AI can remember the full context of your entire conversation at this point, right. It used to be that the contexts were, the limits were a little bit lower, but now they're, they're really, really expanded and it can remember really quite a bit of detail. And so if I were to go back and it remembers that, right? If I were to go back and say, you know, hey, my son, I think my son broke his nose yesterday, right? Look at his, my little son. And he's got a little swollen here and it's all his huge nose. I need to look, I haven't seen him this morning.
And so he probably knows broken this.
I know, isn't that crazy? Like I don't have to go to the doctor, right? But I looked at it and yeah, okay, here's all the information. But the cool thing is I can come back here and I can say, you know, his, you know, he, he has some, some more swelling and discoloration in his face now. I, I didn't have to bring it back up to speed, right? Because I'm back in this conversation. It just. Oh, it'll pick up right where I left off. No big deal, right? So it's. So if, if I said that right. Even if the nose isn't broken, however, just track how much and swelling, all that stuff, right? So anyway, take him to the doctor if you're getting these problems, whatever. So super smart. It's amazing. But you can get pictures of things. You do so many crazy things, guys. So. All right, I. Yeah, anyway, so you've got context at the, at the system level where it understands, you know, who am I? Right? Then it understands what you're talking about in your conversation. And then another thing that I love that you probably have used, hopefully you've used, is the project functionality. Have you ever used the project functionality? So I love that. The reason that the project functionality is good is not just because it helps you keep your chats organized, related to something, but ChatGPT actually remembers everything that you were doing. It knows all of the context of every conversation inside of that project. And so it can have a greater memory and understanding of everything that you're working on. Right? So if I look at my Generation General AI Proficiency Institute, I have dozens and dozens and dozens of conversations about, you know, logos and, and, you know, database structure for tests and, you know, challenges and these new things here. And I'm working on this course and I want to do this. I want a viral LinkedIn post idea, right? How do I do this? I need some more slogans, whatever it is, but it takes into context everything I'm doing. So every time I have a conversation or I need a new proposal to send to somebody, right? I can have, I can have this project do it. And it understands everything about my business. Business, right. So. So that's pretty cool. So I love the project. So what I want you to do is I want you to start a project and we'll actually have you do this in a minute. Just watch me for a minute here. I'm going to do a new project here and I'm going to build something. Let's see here. I'm just going to come up with some random idea, some random business idea, and I'm just trying to think. I'm just looking around my room to see if something sparks. Sparks an idea. Oh, that turtle's kind of fun. I wonder if I could build an idea around my turtle. Let's see here. That's kind of a cool idea. I've never really tried this, so let's try it. So I'm Going to build something along the lines of unique, unique gifts. Website it. Right? Okay, so we'll just try that. This is cool because it's going to involve commerce and research. It's going to have to have daily, like find the best things. It's probably going to be set up as an affiliate thing. I'm not actually going to run this business, but those are the kind of things I'm going to be thinking about as I start to work through this. Now, when you start a project, right. Again, since you've probably done some of this before, but I just want to point out a couple things that are important. You can add files, right? You can do that. You can also add conversations, right? You can drag conversations right up into here and drop them in. Or you can just push the little three thing and add to project, right? You can just add whatever you need to write into that project. And this obviously is going to provide context, right? If you were, if you had, maybe you have Manus, you know, summarize, you know, in over 50 pages or 100 pages, or write a book for you on all of your podcasts altogether, you could just drag that into here and boom, now it knows tons of things about your business already. It has great context. The other thing that I think is really important is this instructions. How is it going to interact with you? Right? So one of the things that I will always put in this prompt is don't glaze me. You know, basically, right. Like don't. Don't agree with me. Yes, to agree with me, right? Don't. You're in a minute. But we would create a database and we would say, I want you to archive every conversation, right? And then it would archive, it would know everything that Amira said and everything that the user said.
Dang. And then you could have something to analyze all the data. You could have it, Data analyst, agent, analyze the data to see. Yeah, okay.
Then you could have. Yeah. Hey, how many times it's being used per day? What are people asking? What are most commonly asked questions? Et cetera, et cetera. Right. Where are people getting confused? Does any, you know, is there any. Is there any sort of like evidence of people, you know, getting angry at the assistant or, you know, saying friction, Right. Where are the bad experiences? How can we then improve this? Whatever. But we could build all of that again in a matter of a couple hours here by using, by using the systems in the right way. So. But yeah, I need to, I need to fix the. I need to fix the contrast here. Well, I'll show you like that. I could say little screenshot so it knows what it's seen as well. I told it, I clicked it and I said this is where I want you to do it.
What I want to do next is. And we've kind of gone out of order a little bit here and that's okay because we're a small group here and it's custom and we're kind of diving in and I'm thinking about your business specifically as we're doing this. But then also could basically the numbers have the revenue rundown report and then the market history on Price Labs, if those could all sync up, and it actually just produces, like, a recap for them so that they're less lost in the sauce, and they can actually allocate that time to analyzing.
Etc. Right. That's awesome. Right. So in a minute here, you're going to take what we just said and you're just going to. And what you just said. What I just said. And you're. We're going to. We're going to talk to an AI and we're going to create a plan around that, and it'll. It'll clarify for you really, really well. I think that'll work. That's great, Killeen. All right, Annette.
Again, kind of like the whole precipice of why, like, why we reached out, we wanted to create an app or maybe it's an agent, I'm not sure. But our. Our avatar, our client struggles a lot. They are on their own. They don't have a business partner. They don't have a team. They want daily prompts of, like, literally, like, what should I be doing in my business today? And we want to be us, like, we are business partners with them. And, like, you should be doing these things today. So almost like an accountability app. And they can go through, but it's essentially we're their team alongside, like, check.
Your pricing today or change. Hey, it's time to change. Your listing title. Have you changed your photos around? Hey, last time you took your photos was 2023. You've made this much money, it's time to reinvest, like, things like that.
It sounds to me like the data might be connected to what Colleen is doing.
Yes. And I actually ran both of these ideas through, like, chat GPT to see, like, what the. What is the struggle, because, like, I actually ran three ideas through it, and that's exactly. Like, there isn't a dashboard for all of them. They're looking at Price Labs. They're looking at Airbnb. Maybe they're looking at their pms.
They're.
Look, they're coming to our website to, like, log in. They're going to Facebook to ask us questions. You know, they don't have a place that is like, here's my. Like, Airbnb is going to show them all their income. Price Labs knows none of their price Labs going to show them what their pricing should be. No one knows their expenses, actually, including the host doesn't know their expenses.
That's interesting. I'm going to look at something really quick here. Price Labs does have of an API. Yeah, super cool. So, yeah, what I want you to do, I think is. Is probably Colleen, you do your thing and that. You do your thing, and it's possible that one of you will end up throwing one away or you might build separate parts, and then we just. I'll show you how to, you know, kind of pull them together.
And I do think, John. So I think for Sarah. Sarah, you're. You were actually talking more about building out the course, not the actual site for the course. Right? Yeah.
Re.
Recording the videos, having a framework that'll blow their mind. Like, you know, something that's, like, unique to us, helps our brand. Yeah.
Yeah. So what you're going to be building, Sarah, probably is all of the above. See, that's the cool thing in it is we can do the work of a thousand women, right? We can. We can make this happen, right? You can. You can jump in there and you can build the structure of how it's going to be done and the content. Right?
I mean, one woman really could build on this.
Yes, John, absolutely. Well, that means. So how much could a thousand women do? Right?
Oh, exactly. There now.
Now that's what I meant. Right? So. So anyway, you're gonna. Your idea is gonna get refined in the next step here. Okay? So the next thing that we're gonna do here and. And by the way, we are supposed to take a break here. In about 15 minutes for an hour. And, and we can definitely, we can definitely do that. I'm someone who can go for like seven hours straight and I don't need speak to stop. And they're like, do you ever go to the bathroom? And I'm, I don't know, I just kind of go. So we'll, we won't, we won't do that. We'll, we'll let you guys have your breaks and, and kind of try to pace yourself and let your brain just kind of calm down. You can take your helmet off for a minute. But, but what I want to do next is we're going to learn how to do some, some cool strategy with, with the, in a really cool way with Chat GPT, right? So Chat GPT is a tool that, that we use. And, and, and then I might have even shared this with you. I don't even know if I did. I feel like I had. I, I think I talked to you a little bit about interviewing and stuff like that. But, but you can, you can use ChatGPT to, I'm, I'm going to talk about ChatGPT for just a second here and, and help you understand a little bit better the context. ChatGPT does not know every conversation you've ever had, right? The interface knows it. You can jump in there and you can build the structure of how it's going to be done and the content, right?
I mean, one woman really could build on this.
Yes, John, absolutely. Well, that means. So how much could a thousand women do, right?
Oh, exactly. There now, now that's what I meant.
Right? So, so anyway, your members, your chat history, right? Like I can go back and I can look at hundreds of conversations that I've had, right? And, and I can do that. But it doesn't know everything. What it does have is what's called a memory, right? Sounds a little scary for an AI, but it's actually just fine. But basically there's a little place in here called Manage Memories and it has little snippets or summaries of things that you know, right? Like for example, it knows that I like to build websites using replit by default, right. I didn't tell it to do this or to put this in its memory. It just knows. I've talked to John enough about this. This is kind of what he wants, wants to do, right? He is an entrepreneur and a composer and a consultant, right. He's a father, he lives on a five acre farm. He's fluent in Spanish, Chinese. Right. It knows the Types of things. It knows I'm a member of the church, Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, right. And so I mean even just having it know what religion I am, right. If I was Jewish and it knew that it would answer things differently if I'm asking a religious question or if I was Buddhist or whatever, right. But the point that it knows what I am or what you are, what whoever is allows it to have better context and give you, you're gonna, your idea is gonna get refined in the next step here. Okay? So the next thing that we're gonna do here and, and by the better answer that you're probably gonna say, hey, I like that answer. Right. And so it has memories, by the way. We are supposed to take a break here in about 15 minutes for an hour and, and we can definitely, we can definitely do that. I'm someone who can go for like seven hours straight and I don't need to stop. They're like, do you ever go to the bathroom about you that are high level and you can teach it, you can tell it about yourself. You say, hey, I'm going to teach you about myself. I don't know, I just kind of go so well, we won't, we won't do that. It can. Almost every AI can remember the full context of your entire conversation at this point, right. It used to be that the contexts were, the limits were a little bit lower, but now they're, they're really, really expanded and can remember really quite a bit of detail. And so if I were to go back, we'll let you guys have your breaks and, and kind of try to pace yourself and your brain just kind of calm down and it remembers that, right? If I were to go back and say, you know, hey, my son, I think my son broke his nose yesterday, right? Look at his, my little son and he's got a little swollen here and it's all. You take your helmet off for a minute. But, but what I want to do next is we're going to nose. I need to look. I haven't seen him this morning and.
So he probably knows broken.
This is, I know, isn't that crazy? Like I don't have to go to the doctor, right? But I looked at it and yeah, okay, here's all the information. But the learn how to do some, some cool strategy with, with the, in a really cool way with CHAT GPT, right? So chatgpt is a tool. That cool thing is I can come back here and I can say, you know, his, you know, he, he has some, some more swelling and discoloration in his face now. I, I, I didn't have to bring it back up to speed, right? Because I'm back in this conversation. It just, oh, it'll pick up right where I left Doc. No big deal, right? So it's so if, if I said that right. Even if the nose isn't broken, however, just track how much and swelling all that stuff, right? So anyway, take him to the doctor if you're getting these problems, whatever. So super smart. It's amazing. But you can get pictures of things you do so many crazy things, guys. So. All right, I, yeah, Anyway, so you've got context at the, at the system level where it understands, you know, who am I? Right? Then it understands what you're talking about in your conversation. And then another thing that I love that you probably have used, hopefully you've used is the project functionality. Have you ever used the project functionality? So I love that the reason that the project functionality is good is not just because it helps you keep your, your chats organized, related to something, but that we use. And, and then I might have even shared this with you. I don't even know if I did. I feel like I had, I think I talked to you a little bit about interviewing and stuff like that, but you can, you can use ChatGPT to, I'm going to talk about for just a second here and help you understand a little bit better the context. ChatGPT actually remembers everything that you were doing. You know, it knows all of the context of every conversation inside of that project, right. And so it can have a greater memory and understanding of everything that you're working on. Right? So if I look at like my General AI Proficiency Institute, I have dozens and dozens and dozens of conversations about, you know, logos and, and, you know, database structure for tests and, you know, challenges and these new things here. And I'm working on this course and I want to do this, I want a viral LinkedIn post idea, right? How do I do this? I need some more slogans, whatever it is, but it takes into context everything I'm doing. So every time I have a conversation or I need a new proposal to send to somebody. Right. I can have, I can have this project do it and it understands everything about my business. Business, right. So. So that's pretty cool. So I love the project. So what I want you to do is I want you to start a project and we'll actually have you do this in a minute. Just watch me for a minute here. I'm going to do a new project here and I'm going to build something. Let's see here. I'm just going to come up with some random idea, some random business idea and I'm just trying to think. I'm just looking around my room to see if something sparks. Sparks an idea. Ooh, that turtle's kind of fun. GPT does not know every conversation you've ever had, right. The interface knows. It remembers your chat history. Right. Like I can go back and I can look at hundreds of commerce. I wonder if I could build an idea around my turtle. Let's see here. Stations that I've had. Right. And, and I can do that. But it doesn't know everything thing. What it does have is what's called a memory. Right. Sounds a little scary for an AI, but it's actually that's kind of a cool idea. I've never really tried this, so let's try it. So I'm going to build something along the lines of unique. A unique gifts website. Right? Okay. So we'll just try that. This is cool because it's going to involve commerce and research and it's going to have to have daily like find the best things. It's probably going to be set up as an affiliate thing. I'm not actually going to run this business business, but those are the kind of things I'm going to be thinking about as I start to work through this. Now when you start a project, right. Again, since you've probably done some of this before. But I just want to point out a couple things that are important. You can add files, right? You can do that. You can also add conversations. Right. You can drag conversations right up into here and drop them in. Or you can just push the little three thing and add to project. Right? And you can just add whatever you need to write into that project. And this obviously is going to provide context, right. If you were, if you had, maybe you have managed, you know, summarize you know in over 50 pages or 100 pages or write a book for you on all of your podcasts altogether. You could just drag that into here and boom, now it knows tons of things about your business already. It has great context. So just fine. But basically there's a little place in here called Manage Memories. And the other thing that I think is really important is this instructions. How is it going to interact with you? Right. It. It has little snippets or summaries of things that you know, right. Like for example, it knows that I like to build websites using replit by default. Right. I didn't tell it to do this or to put this in its memory. It just knows I've talked to John. So one of the things that I will always put in this prompt is don't glaze me. You know, basically, right? Like don't. Don't agree with me.
Yes.
To agree with me, right? Don't. Yes. Ah, here we go. A yes.
Man, I have never used that prompt, but I've said it out loud. That is like why I'm not always right.
Chachi BT Yeah.
Like Joe, stop agreeing with me. Like push back.
Yeah. Actively seek.
That's.
This is the. This is juicy right here.
You know, you just have to tell it like, come on. Like help me, help me get to real results. Okay. Real results. All right. Then I want you to act like Steve Jobs as you direct me. Let's focus on. Or not. Not. Let's. I'm just going to say focus on, you know, customer, you know, simple and powerful customer and user experience. Experience. Enough about this. This is kind of what he wants to do, right? He. Okay. And you know, then you can, you know, you can do all kinds of things with this. Like you could say, you know, always address. He is an entrepreneur and a composer and a consultant. Right. He's a father. He lives on a five acre farm. He's fluent in Spanish, Chinese. Right. It knows the types of things. It knows I'm a member of the church. He crest Latter Day Saints. Right. And so I mean even just having it know what religion I am, right. If I was Jewish and it knew that if would answer things differently if I'm asking a religious me as master whatever. You could do fun things like that. But it will. It will listen to you. It will. It will do all these other things. But you can say, okay, I want to build a unique gifts website. Boom. That's all I'm going to say to start this conversation out. Okay. And, and so. All right, this is cool. This is what I'm going to work on. Core Concepts Dynamic Gift finder curated collections. It's starting to give me just some ideas. Right. But it did call me Master. Excellent, Master. Let's build something powerful. So that's great. You could just have it say, hey, always call me my name, right? Hey, yeah, thanks, Sarah. You know, let's, let's do this, right? Oh yeah, that's a great idea, Sarah. It's kind of nice to just have it personalized a little bit sometimes. It's just kind of a fun way to make it a little bit, a little bit better. Okay, so I'm going to ignore everything that it just told me here because here's the reason why this really is kind of a bad prompt again, right? Because we didn't give it a lot of details. So what we want to do is we want to flip this script here. We want it to interview us and pull information out of our heads. Okay, next question. Or if I was Buddhist or whatever. Right. But the point that it knows what I am or what you are or what whoever is allows it to have better context and give you a better answer that you're probably going to say, hey, I like that answer. Right? And so it has memories about you that are high level. And you can teach it, you can tell it about yourself. You say, hey, I'm going to teach you about myself. And so I want you to go through this, this process with each of the ideas that you, you all, you all did. You're going to start a project. You can call it whatever you want. You don't have to give it tons of context. What I will do though is I will give you, I will give you my instructions if you want to copy this, you know, or take from it whatever you want and make it even, you know, more explicit, you know, whatever, right? Then I don't mean explicit by adding swear words, you know, but like, like hey, really, you know, go with. You can end it that, however you want. But, but anyway, so I'm going to get back into this conversation. What I'm going to do is I'm going to say this. I want you to interview me one question at a time about this business. Ask me about the business name, the usps, the monetization strategy, and anything else you need to know in order to help me build a solid business plan. Right? Update your memory, please. Right. And you can actually ask it to do that. And we'll just throw that information in there so you can have it understand you. Okay, So I, I'm going to start with this and I'm going to drop this into the chat as well here for you to copy and use if you want. But what I want you to do is it obviously understands, you know, just like we were doing earlier when we were, we were running through on Grok, you're going to be a little bit different because you're not trying to come up with a business name or things like that. So edit this. Right. And I, you know, I started off by saying, hey, you know, create a mind blowing visualization. And then after that I just said, okay, now I want you to create a solar system thing a little bit and you're going to say, hey, this is what I'm trying to do. I want you to interview me. I want you to help me just get down to the best ideas here. Right, interview me so that we can really nail down what features we're going to need. You know, that kind of a question. All right. In fact, I'm going to rewrite it for you. So I'm going to, I'm going to just say.
Could we all say. Because essentially, John, all three of us are creating something to increase the value of our core, offering our hosting business mastery. So I don't know if we all kind of. In that same vein.
Yeah, let's build a prompt together for that. Right. So we'll just, we'll just do this. Okay, so this is what I want. So I want you, I want you to interview me one question, fingers at a time to help me build a solid plan here for this. And I didn't tell it to do, you know, to use P5Js. It remembered the new tool that I'm working on, context of the conversation. And it will do that. It can, it can. Almost every AI can remember the full. Ask me about the purpose of the tool, the value to our business and our custom context of your entire conversation at this point. Right. It used to be that the context were, the limits were a little bit lower, but now they're, they're really, really expanded and it can remember really quite a bit of detail. And so if I were to go back, Yeah, one of the things that you might want to do in your initial prompt as well is just kind of give it a little bit of background. Hey, we're doing this for. Thanks for visiting. This is what we do. Or hey, look at my website, that might be the easiest way. Look at our website. This is what we do. I'm building a tool for this now that might be the easiest way to Say it. All right? Ask about purpose tools by our business or customers, Ideas to improve it and anything else you can think of to help me build a solid plan. We will be building this new piece of software with replit and it will only take a few hours. Built. Dive into the first. Let's go, let's dive into the first question. And it remembers that, right? If I were to go back and say, hey, my son, I think my son broke his nose yesterday, right? Look at his, my little son and he's got a little swollen here and it's all I use. That's going to be the first prompt that all of you, all of you will use after you tell it your idea. I want to build, you know, a website that, you know, dashboard that tracks this, this and this and this. Right. Or, or I want to build, you know, a new course and a system, a CMS or a content management system, whatever, to be able to deliver all this, which knows I need to look, I haven't seen him this morning and.
So he probably his nose broken.
This is, I know, isn't that crazy? Like I don't have to go to the doctor, right? But I looked at it and yeah, okay, here's all the information, but the people can go through our course. Okay. And, and what I'm going to say is first visit, Visit thanks for visiting.com and familiarize yourself with my business. Okay then. Okay, so this is your prompt. All right, So I just copied that into the, into the chat there. And, and so what's going to happen? So again, this is what you're going to do. I want to build this, I want to do this. It's going to give you whatever and you're just going to ignore that. Okay, then you're going to paste the prompt that I just gave you. Then it's going to review your website, understand what you're doing. And now it's going to say, okay, great, then it will start asking your first question, right? So what cool thing is I can come back here and I can say, you know, his, you know, he has some, some more swelling and discoloration in his face now. I, I didn't have to bring it back up to speed. What kind of experience you want users to have the moment line on your site. Right. And so now I just have to answer this. I don't know what, what is the best opportunity here so that we stand out from other sites. I want it to feel different, whatever. So even if I don't know the answer, I can just have a Conversation with it and answer it. And I'll say, okay, great. Hey, you know, let's just write. Because I'm back in this conversation. It just. Oh, it'll pick up right where I left off. No big deal. Right? This too chaotic, too sterile, too kitschy. Kitschy. I don't know that word. But build a thoughtful first experience that feels like magic. Quirky, chaotic. Core differentiates not about selling stuff, about helping people be amazing gifters. Okay. Yeah. Cool. Good positioning. All right, I like that. That's great. Now I could, I could argue with it. Say, you know what? I don't like that. Right. Or I actually like it. So I'm just going to move on to question two. Okay. Hey, what do you want the name to be? Okay. And so we'll just keep going into that. So we're at our. We're at our first two hour break here. Yeah, yeah, let's go ahead and take it and we'll. We'll see you ladies, back in an hour. You obviously can start into this if you want. So it's. So if, if I said that right. Even if the nose isn't broken, however, just track how much and swelling all that stuff. Right. So anyway, take him to the doctor if you're. I'm trying to think if I just want to leave this zoom on or if I want to just turn it off. Turn back on all of these prompts, all these chats. Right. Everything that was in here, I can definitely, definitely send you. I think what I'm going to do is I'll just turn off the. I'll just turn this thing off. Getting these problems, whatever. So super smart. It's amazing. But you can get pictures of things. You do. So many crazy things, guys. So. And then I'll send you all the prompts. Let me see if I can just do this really quick. Yeah, let's just go into the chat here and see if I can copy everything. Copy. And then I'll just send you an email really quick. Gosh, where is it? Here we go. And I don't know if I have all of your email. All right. I. Yeah, anyway, so emails. Let's see here. Thanks or no, it's not coming up. What are the. All the emails here?
Sarah@thanksforvisiting.com. sarah with an H. Yep, yep. Thanks for visiting.com. then colleen@thanksvisiting.com.
That'S easy. Okay, see, there's Colleen Drake. That's my aunt right there. Thanksmusizing.com. okay, perfect. So I'm just gonna send all these prompts. No, I want all of them. Props. Chat. Yeah, I should be able to copy all of this. Copy and paste. That is not doing what I'm expecting the computer to do. Got context at the, at the system level where it understands, you know, who am I? Right. Then it understands what you're talking about in your conversation. And then another thing that I love that you probably have used, hopefully I might have to just grab the text. So what, what I'll do is I'll send this to you in a second. It will be used. Is the project functionality. Have you ever used the project functionality? So I love that the reason that the project function will kind of render this video really quick and then, and then I'll send you that email so you have the prompt so you can keep working on if you want in the meantime. But anyway, we'll resume in an hour. Hour. Does that work?
Okay, awesome. Thanks, John. Bye, ladies. See you soon.
It's not just because it helps you keep your, your chest organized, related to something, but ChatGPT actually remembers everything that you were doing. You know, it knows all of the context of every conversation inside of that project, right. And so it can have a greater memory and understanding of everything that you're working on. Right. So if I look at like my General AI Proficiency Efficiency Institute, I have dozens and dozens and dozens of conversations about, you know, logos and, and you know, database structure for tests and, you know, challenges and these new things here. That's kind of a quality. I've never really tried this, so let's try it. So I'm gonna build something along the lines of unique, unique gifts. Website, right? Okay. So we'll just try that. Man, I have never used that prompt, but I've said it out loud. That is like why I'm not always right, Chachi. Bt Yeah, Like, Joe, stop agreeing with me. Like, like push back.
Yeah, actively seek. That's.

But it will. It will Listen to you. It will, it will do all these other things, but you can say, okay, I want to build a unique gifts website. Boom. That's all I'm going to say to start this conversation out. Okay. And, and so, all right, this is cool. This is what I'm going to work on. Core concept, dynamic gift finder, curated collections. It's starting to give me just some ideas, right? But it did call me master. Excellent, Master. Let's build something powerful. So that's great. You could just have it say, hey, always call me my name. Right? Hey, yeah, thanks, Sarah. You know, let's, let's do this right? Oh yeah, that's a great idea, Sarah. It's kind of nice to just have it personalized a little bit sometimes. It's just kind of a fun way to make it a little bit, a little bit better. Okay, so I'm going to ignore everything that it just told me here because here's the reason why this really is kind of a bad prompt again, right? Because we didn't give it a lot of details. So what we want to do is we want to flip this script here. We want it to interview us and going to, we're pull information out of our heads. Okay. Then I don't, I don't mean explicit by adding swear words, you know, but like, like, hey, really, you know, go with, you can edit that however you want, but, but anyway, so I'm going to get back into this conversation, but I'm going to do is I'm going to say this. I want you to interview me one question at a time about this business. Ask me about the business name, the usps, the monetization strategy, and anything else you need to know in order to help me build a solid business plan. Okay? So I, I'm going to start with this and I'm going to drop this into the chat as well here for you to copy and use if you want. But what I want you to do is you're going to be a little bit different because you're not trying to come up with a business name or things like that. So edit this a little bit. You're going to say, hey, this is what I'm trying to do. I want you to interview me. I, I want you to help me just get down to the best ideas here. Right. Interview me so that we can really nail down what features we're going to need. You know, that kind of a question. All right. In fact, I'm going to rewrite it for you. So I'm going to, I'm going to. Just going to say.
Could we all say. Because essentially, John, all three of us are creating something to increase the value of our core offering, like our hosting business mastery. So I don't know if we all kind of. In that same vein.
Yeah, let's build a prompt together for that. Right. So we'll just, we'll just do this. Okay, so let, this is what I want. So I want you, I want you to interview me one question, fingers at a time to help me build a solid plan here for this new tool that I'm working on. Ask me about the purpose of the tool, the value to our business and our customers. Yeah. One of the things that you might want to do in your initial prompt as well is just kind of give it a little bit of background. Hey, we're doing this for. Thanks for visiting. This. This is what we do. Or, hey, look at my website. That might be the easiest way. Look at our website is what we do. I'm building a tool for this now. That might be the easiest way to say it. All right. Ask about purpose tools by our business or customers, Ideas to improve it, and anything else you can think of to help me build a solid plan. We will be building this new piece of software with replit and it will only take a few hours. Built, you know, dive into the first. Let's go, let's. Let's dive into the first question. So that's going to be the first prompt that all of you, all of you will use after you tell it your idea. I want to build, you know, a website that, you know, dashboard that tracks this, this and this and this. Right. Or, or I want to build, you know, a new course and a system, a CMS or a content management system, whatever, to be able to deliver all this so that people can go through our course. Okay. And, and what I'm going to say is first visit, Visit banks for visiting.com and familiarize yourself with my business. And then. Okay, so this is your prompt. All right, So I just copied that into the, into the chat there. And, and so what's going to happen? So again, this is what you're going to do. I want to build this. I want to do this. It's going to give you whatever and you're going to ignore that. Okay. Then you're going to paste the prompt that I just gave you. Then it's going to review your website, understand what you're doing. And now it's going to say, okay, great, great. Then it will start asking your first question. Right. So what kind of experience do you want users to have? The moment on your site. Right. And so now I just have to answer this. I don't know what is the best opportunity here so that we stand out from other sites? I want it to feel different, whatever. So even if I don't know the answer, I can just have a conversation with it and answer it and I'll say, okay, great. Hey, you know, know, let's do this. Too chaotic, too sterile, too kitschy. Kitschy I don't know that word. But build a thoughtful first experience that feels like magic. Working chaotic. Core differentiates not selling stuff, but helping people be amazing gifters. Okay. Yeah. Cool. Good positioning. All right, I like that. That's great. And I could, I could argue it, say, you know what? I don't like that. Right. Or I actually like it. So I'm just gonna move on to question two. Okay. Hey, what do you want the name to be? Okay. And so we'll just keep going into that. So we're at our, we're at our first two hour break here. Yeah, yeah, let's go ahead and take it and we'll, we'll see you ladies back in an hour. You obviously can start into this if you want. I'm trying to think if I just want to leave this zoom on or if I want to just turn it off. Turn back on all of these prompts, all these chats. Right. Everything that was in here. I can then definitely send you. I think what I'm going to do is I'll just turn off the. I'll just turn this thing off and then I'll send you all the prompts. Let me see if I can just do this really quick.
