So we've missed. That's okay. Basically, we're just still working on this business plan. We're still in the middle of this, so we didn't really miss anything. But. But yeah, anyway, so we've got the business plan. We're going to copy it. Came. We've created it, we've done the interview, and. And now we're going to take this over to. To a different AI, Right? And in this case, I'm going to use Grok game. And. And so I like to use Grok again for market research. That's something that I really, really think is an effective use of Groq's AI system. And so then what I'm going to do is I'm going to paste my business plan right into here. Okay. And I'm going to, by the way, without. If you push Enter and you want to, like, add some more spaces, just hold shift, enter. Right. You probably know that. But just in case you don't, I have people that sometimes are like, oh, I accidentally sent it. No, you. So what I want to do is I'm going to say, give me feedback on this plan and do some market research to see who up against, okay? So you can say, give me some feedback on this plan, do some market research, whatever, on how I can make it better. Right. Maybe you say something like that for your tool. Then I'm going to click this. I'm going to activate this deep search button, okay. And what that's going to do, I'm going to click Go here. That's going to go ahead and start this process here where it's going to start checking, you know, Twitter. It's going to check. It's going to check tweets, I guess it's going to check all kinds of websites. It'll check dozens of different, you know, articles and all kinds of things. And it's just kind of going. It's going. It's done 10 sources already like it. It can do a month of research in, you know, four minutes, two minutes, 50 seconds, depending on what it is. But it's researching. It's basically saying, hey, is. Is anybody, you know, is anybody doing this? Right? So it looks like, like there's a couple. A couple other ones that do this kind of a thing. I'm not. I'm not surprised. Look at this. Dream Gift offers an AI gift shopper. See, all of a sudden, like, I'm only 10 or 15 minutes into my business plan, and I'm immediately finding out, oh, yeah, there's a bunch of other competitors out there and maybe, you know, what can I do to really stand out? Is this a good idea? Should I even pursue it? You know, I'm going to pursue it today because I'm just going to build this mock business so you can see how we're doing it all inside of Replit.
But, but what was the prompt again? It just said.
Yeah, my, my prompt was very simple. I just pasted the feedback thing. I said, just give me feedback on this plan.
Okay. And do market research. And then you press Deep Research or Deep Search.
Yeah, you push Deep Research to activate it and then you click go.
Okay, thank you.
And that you didn't add the Grok.
We don't.
Did you add the grok login to the last pass?
Oh, I just. I think we all individually need one. That's what I understood. Right. Like replit, Groq, Grok. We all need it.
Probably all it, but not only one. Yeah, you might. And if you don't, do you not have access to paid grok if you don't.
I do. I can give. I can we all be logged. I've just created one for myself. I did it all like rock and replit and chat GPD individually. Sarah, you can just do. Just create your own grok.
Yeah, you can create your own grok. You can also. You can also use chat GPT and do some research in there as well. You just open a new. A new chat.
I just made an account.
Okay. Sorry, that's my bad. I thought. Yeah, so. And you need replay too, I think, because I think we all need separate accounts.
Yeah, we all got.
It's all good.
It's fine.
Yeah. I just like to use Grok because of its ability to search X. Right. Grok is actually, believe it or not, is the most balanced social platform out there. It's about 50%. It's about 45 conservatives, 45 liberals and 10 independents. It's extremely balanced. Even though a lot of people think because Elon bought it, people are like, oh, well, he's on the Trump side. Or, you know, before it was super liberal and it's always been like skewed kind of one way or the other. But really, if you look at the research, it's very balanced. It's way more balanced than, you know, Facebook or Blue sky or any of the other ones that are out there. And so because of that, that's great. I'm going to get a good, you know, kind of politically neutral and, you know, very broad range of ages and demographics and professions all these Things I'm going to get a lot of really good feedback as to what's really happening out there in the market.
When can I share my screen? I just want to make sure.
Of course, yeah.
Oh, let me see.
Hold on. Yep. So click that deep search button.
I did. And it's like not doing anything or.
It just, all it does is activate.
It just turns once. Okay, okay. That was my.
And then you just click go. Yep, there you go.
Oh, and then it'll always come up, that little thing.
Yeah, activating that feature.
Okay, thank you.
Yep, no problem. And then there's also, you know, in the future if you have more time, it does take more time, but instead of deep research, you can say deeper research is the second option there. You can click and then it will, it will, you know, go just a little bit deeper. Okay. So yeah, this one's going pretty deep. Mine's going pretty deep. Right. And you can look at its, at its chain of thought reasoning as it does this. Right, that's what's happening here. Right. And I just finished here, took 3 minutes, 47 seconds. It's pretty, it's pretty cool. Most of the time my searches take anywhere from 45 seconds to a minute and a half. And so it's cool that it went a little deeper here on this. So I'm interested. Out Gifted plan to offer is in using AI is innovative affiliate revenue model is low risk brands clever editorial voice can engage users. However, challenges include ensuring AI consistently selects high quality gifts. Yeah, that's definitely true. Like being able to train the AI to like make a good decision about. Yeah, this is a gift that accomplishes these goals. Very cool. Market research find. Yeah, financial goal of $10,000 per month in affiliate revenue within 12 months. Seems ambitious. Yeah, that's because you don't know who I am, but that's okay. Market research, findings, recommendations, survey note. Let's see. Focus on refining AI gather user feedback competitors. Let's see here. Key features, description. Okay, so now here's what I'm gonna do. So go and watch this for a second. So now obviously I can review all this business plan feedback. There's lots of really good things I can do here. But what I'm going to do now is I'm going to unselect the deep search and I'm going to click think. Okay, so now we're using a different model, different format and I'm just going to say give me, give me 10 ways I can improve my idea based on this research and specifically help me focus on Finding the gap in the market that my competitors aren't filling. Okay, so now I'm going to let it do another chain of thought, you know, process. It's going to think and it's going to work through and it understands what I'm trying to do. It looks at all the stuff we've been talking about, all the research that it just did. And so, so I'm using the multiple tools inside of Grok, right where I'm saying, okay, I want you to, I want you to search this and now I want you to think about this. And I could go back and forth and I could even take it back over to ChatGPT and use different models inside of ChatGPT itself, right? Where I could say, you know what, let's jump into O3 or Pro or let's use some other research. Preview 4.5. Really good for writing and exploring ideas. And so you really just have to play around with these things to see what kind of outputs you get. We don't have time to go through all the models and try every single one, but I can tell you that each of them are better at different things.
That's what I was going to say. Should we be switching it up in between the. I don't ever switch those.
Yeah, that's because it's right, right. GPT4O is great for most tasks. Right. It's, you know, trusted on that. It really is, it really is true. But when you need to do, you know, hey, reasoning or you want to do like coding or something, right. Then. Then maybe you're going to switch over to something else. And yeah, I really do. Like 4.5. 4.5 is a very interesting model because it empathizes in a way that almost feels human. Like if you want to do free therapy, right. I'm not kidding. Just start having open a new chat. It's just you and your therapist, your AI therapist. Open 4.5 and just talk to them and you'll go an hour and you'll be like, I've heard of lots of people that like, are crying as they're reading the things that it's telling them they need to think about their life. Like some problem you've never been able to resolve or whatever. You know, everyone needs therapy. I, I firmly believe in that. Not that we're all messed up. We just have things we. It's, you know, it's healthy to talk it through. Right. And talking it through, even though the other side is an AI. 4.5. Very capable of doing that. So That's a free therapy tip for today. But anyway, so anyway, let's go back to my grok here. Okay, so it thought for 38 seconds, finish that out. Double down on daily curation. Leverage storytelling. Build a community around gift giving. Introduce gamification. Focus on surprise and anticipation. Refine the memorability index. Offer premium features. Prior years. Okay, so now it's given me a bunch of stuff right now I could go through and I could maybe argue some of these and say, you know, I don't really care about that or whatever. But what I'm going to do is this. I'm going to copy the result that I got out of the think, okay? And I'm going to come back to chat GPT and I'm going to. Let's see here, where's my, I don't know where my plan went. This is not my whole plan. Let's go back to here, back here. That's going to feel different. Where, where is the rest of my conversation? It's all, it's all here. But why is it not there? Anyway, that's weird. Okay, so we're going to come over here and we're going to. What I'm going to say is, I'm going to say here's a bunch of feedback. Okay, I'm going to paste the feedback. There's a bunch of feedback. Please create a new, an improved business plan incorporating these ideas as, as you know, as you see fit. Remember that my answers above in my plan should override the ideas, but we want to actively incorporate this advice. Right? So I'm kind of telling it, hey, you know what, we're going to use all this. But you know, remember that I want you to really follow what I'm, what I'm saying here. Right? So I just dropped that little piece into the chat there so you can have that. And then what I'm going to do also is I'm going to go back and I'm going to snag the, all of the research here. So I'm just going to copy this whole thing. So it's a huge amount of text that I'm dragging into ChatGPT here and it's okay, right? This is all the text. This is a big, huge amount of information and things that that Grock gave us. And now I'm going to click go and it's going to create a new canvas now. Okay, so here's the new one. And you know, I've got my out gifted business plan, updated version, whatever it is. And, and I'm going to have another one.
Can you, would you really quick put that last grok prompt in just so I can stay up to speed with you?
Yeah, yeah. Let's see here. The last grok prompt was give me.
The ten ways to improve.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, you got it. Thanks. Here's the chat. Yep, there you go. Okay, so yeah, take, take, you know, maybe three minutes and catch up here because once we've gotten to this point, we're almost ready to start diving into replit. And what's going to happen here, guys, is this is a good prompt, right? In replit before we were like, hey, make a copy of this website. Or a lot of people go into replit, they'll be like, make me a weather app. And that's a bad prompt because you're not giving it any information. Well, now I've got a 1500 word plan about why this matters. Why am I building this? What's the point? What's the reasoning behind everything? And so this isn't the full prompt. We're going to do a couple more little things in ChatGPT before we bounce over. But, but I'll let you catch up to right here and then we'll, and then we'll move forward.
My deep research is still going.
Oh, nice. That's awesome. How many minutes is it at?
It's got to be five minutes.
That's amazing. Well, just let it, let, let, let it keep rolling, I guess. Okay, yeah, yeah, just, just give it a minute to keep going and let guys catch up and yeah, feel free to do everything.
You copy and pasted everything from Grok or just the last prompt?
Yeah, I did both. I did everything. Okay, yeah, I did both responses because I just kind of wanted to give it a bunch of context. And then of course, if I'm actually building this launch, you know, gift of, gift of the day experience, whatever, you know, I'm going to read through everything here. I'm going to make sure I agree with it. Sometimes I'm going to say, oh, you know what, I don't know if I want to, I don't know if I want to do that or, you know, maybe you're going a little bit too far on something here. Progressive web app, email. I'm going to take this away. Technology stuff.
When you copy and paste on Grok, do you just go to like the copy share link and drop the link in ChatGPT?
No, no, I copied the text itself.
You literally copy paste the whole text.
Yeah, yeah. And the way that I do that Right. Is there's that, there's a little, a little copy button. Right. So this thing right here, this little button right here. Ah, yeah, you just copy that and that'll copy the whole thing. Yeah. Instead of having to, you know, drag and all this whole thing. That's the way that our parents do that.
Okay, well, I didn't know that pro tip. So I was like, how am I supposed to do that?
Okay, yeah, just push little copy tags and that will.
Thank you.
Thank you. That'll make it a lot faster.
Appreciate it.
All right, so yeah, I'll give you guys, I'll give you guys a minute here to catch up on this. Any questions while we kind of. Kind of wait? Right. We could, we could look at a couple other things while we're waiting, but I don't want to distract you too much.
John, what's the difference between having a.
Project in ChatGPT and a custom GPT? Yeah, custom GPT. We're going to get to custom GPTs probably here in, I don't know, maybe an hour.
Okay.
But we'll, you know, we'll build, we'll build a custom GPT, will integrate it into your project. We'll show you how to do all that stuff. But a custom GPT is, is an AI powered assistant that's trained on specific set of data. Right. The project itself is more of an organization structure that, that keeps the context, that understands the context of everything that you're doing. But the outputs are very different. Right. The project is really just the output really is organization and then keeping you on task in the same, the same idea. Right. So I have, you know, 14 ideas of businesses that I, you know, things that I run, like five active things, you know, and so I have different project folders for that and that just keeps it there. So when I have a question about, hey, I'm working on this project, I'll jump into there and then it just has my context. Right. The custom GPT is really, you know what? In practice, I don't use the custom GPT is a lot. I really don't. I build custom GPTs and those get used by my customers a lot. Right. Like Outpost X, like that thing that's going to get used a lot by customers. But I don't personally use that. I just, I'm working in projects because that's, that's my working space. Right. So. All right, how's your, how are your plans coming? You guys all have a business plan sitting there in Canvas. It's.
Mine's still thinking So I guess maybe.
I'll just go last or.
That's crazy. Maybe you can. Maybe you can. Yeah. So maybe you just pay attention. What about you, Annette? Are you. Is yours done? Colleen, how are you doing? You, you done? All right, we're going to move ahead. And Sarah, you're smart enough and sharp enough that you can kind of keep. Keep track of and kind of do that in the background while we move to the next step here. The next step is not very hard. We're going to. So we've built a, you know, this business plan. I'm actually going to rename it. I'm going to call this improved Whoops. Okay. Just so that I have that, you know, differentiated here in the chat. And then I'm going to say this. So I'm going to say create a complete feature lists, front end and back end for the app. For the web app I'm creating. Don't specify any services, any spec. Yeah, any, any technical services. Just outline the features, create a new canvas or this and call it feature lists. Okay, so I'll do that. We'll copy and we'll paste that to you and you can do that. And so now we're making or having to create a second document, a feature list, right? Here's everything that I'm going to need to create my thing out gifted or for you to create your tool. This, right? I've got my homepage, my email captures, my archive, community engagement, I've got my back end features. Here's what we're gonna have to do. We're gonna need AI, we're gonna need this API, all these different things that are happening here. Okay, so yeah, email, opt in verifications, compliance with gdpr, all this cool stuff. Amazing. All right, so now I've got two documents. I've got my, I've got my, my business plan and my feature list. Right now I can keep going. I could make maybe, you know, if I was really working hard on this, I might create a branding document and I might create a marketing plan or I might create a sales strategy plan or whatever. I might create a few more things. Most of the time I'll say this. 90% of the time I'm just. Business plan, feature list, let's go. Right, and then if I have a very specific reason why, like in my last project that I did, I created an additional document that was a very, not complex but very specific and kind of detailed user journey. Like this is the ideal user journey through the system. And so I said, hey, let's create A user journey system based on the conversation we've had. Right. And so, boom, there's that plan. And then I can drop that into replit and make sure that it's keeping that into account while I'm, while I'm, you know, building. Okay. All right, so we're done with this now. So now what I'm going to do is I'm going to say, actually, you know what? Now I'm going to go into replit. So go ahead and jump into replit. Sarah, I'm shocked that yours is still thinking. I just finished. So I'm good. That's good. I'm glad, I'm glad. So go ahead and try to catch up really quick. Yeah, but basically we're going to jump into replit and just go to the home, you know, where it says, hey, hey, Sarah. Hey, Annette, what do you want to do next? Okay, what do you want to make? And you're sitting here, you've got this little describe an app. Okay. Or whatever you want to create. And you're just going to ask chat GPT. You're going to say, create a three sentence description of what we are building. Okay, that's it. And I'm going to go chat there, send it to you guys, go ahead and ask it for that and then it will give you a three sentence description based on your whole conversation. Everything that's happening here, you can copy that and then drop it into wherever. I keep losing my replit. I keep scrolling to the wrong spot here. You know what we're going to do? We're going to move this to here. Why is that? Oh, maybe that is where I am. We're going to move it to here.
So the three sentence is in chatgpt. And then we drop the three sentences into. Into replet.
That's correct. Yeah. You'll make, you'll ask for the three sentence of chbt. Boom. Now you've got this. Don't click start yet. Right after you do this, just paste it. And we're going to do a couple more things. But, but that's the first prompt, right?
John, I cannot wait to go to a coffee shop tomorrow and start using all these words and people. I'm g to grock Replit. 3.0 4.5. I went to my chat GPT 4.5 therapist yesterday.
Yeah, exactly.
I'm going to feel like I'm speaking another language to be awesome.
Yeah, absolutely.
With my helmet on. Okay.
Yeah, no, I, it's, it's, it's really fun. There's. We're just getting started. We're just getting started. There's so many more things to do anyway, so you've got this, you've got the replit, you've got your little description. So the next thing we're going to do here is we're going to jump into chat GBT and we're going to grab our plans, right? So you get your feature list. So go ahead and just, you know, open that or copy it, right? However you want, you can open it, copy it that way. You can also actually just copy it right from here. And there's a little template there that just lets you copy it. So copy your feature list. And then you're going to come over in here and you're going to paste it right there in that same prompt. But when you paste it, it's going to look like an attachment. You're not actually attached, you're not clicking attach, you just paste. And it will just create this little attachment looking thing because it's a lot of text and so it doesn't put it all there. And then you'll go back and you'll grab your other document, your business plan, your new and improved business plan or whatever it is. You're going to copy that and then you're going to paste it in here as well, right? And then you're going to say be sure to reference the attachments or complete context. Okay, so I'm going to sit here and wait for you all to catch up to this spot right here. Okay, so now we have a really nicely set up replit prompt. We have our three sentence description of exactly what we're building. We have a little thing that says, hey, be sure to reference the attachments for complete context. And then we've copied and pasted our business plan, our feature list and we are ready to build something awesome. And now, now it's going to build something like exactly what we're looking for right now. It might not be perfect but, but it's going to get us started in the right direction much, much better than if we were doing it otherwise. So I'll let you catch up to here, but as soon as you get to here, go ahead and click start. Right?
This is so exciting. How long will this take?
So after you click start, probably 10 minutes, right? We'll let it kind of build while we work on some other things and we'll kind of keep checking it and working on, on some other stuff. But now, now we have, now we have something that's actually, actually building. How are you Doing Sarah, you caught up or. I think so. Okay, so we click Start chat and we get this going. Now when it's, when it starts, it's going to say configuring and it's going to say thinking and then there another little thing will come up that says, you know, do I, should I, you know, do you want to approve the plan? Is there anything you want to change or remove or whatever? Don't worry, don't fret about those things. Right? Just click go or remove somebody. Oh, no, I don't want that. If you definitely know you don't want something, you can push the little trash can button on one of the features that comes up and then once you're ready, just click Start. You can easily change it. It still has all of the context. It will remember all those ideas. You're like, oh my gosh, I don't want to forget that one. Right. The reality is if you give it too much in the beginning, you know, it's, it's going to get lost a little bit. So I'm just going to go ahead and click Approve plan and we're going to get going. So, yeah, it's pretty cool. So now it's, now it's going to. Yeah. AI powered gift discovery pipeline using mock data initially and then pretty dang quickly. I mean, you're probably already there, right? It starts designing the visual preview and you start seeing, you know, your thing, what it's, what it's trying to do. So again, it uses that chain of thought reasoning and says for me at least, hey, you're going to need a header. And the header usually has the menu and then, hey, gift of the day. One unforgettable find, zero decision fatigue, whatever. You know, grab it while it's here. Right. Editor's pick. The Enigma puzzle box with a shoe picture. Anyway, yeah, pretty cool. It's not just a gift, it's an adventure that is so AI. It's not just an X, it's a Y. That is dead giveaway that it was written by AI. So that's fine. Share this. Fine. Cool. So it's going to start just working on this. It's going to build it out. We're going to let it just kind of work on this for a minute. Okay. So while it's doing this, let's start think, thinking about, let's just look at some image generation capabilities with AI. Okay. Which, what platforms have, have you three used to create images? Just ChatGPT for me. Okay. Same. Annette, have you tried anything else? No, no. Okay, so most AIs these days can create images. Some are better than others. One of the. Any of you heard of Mid Journey? Yeah. So Mid Journey is very, very powerful. So we're gonna. We're gonna dive in and do some fun, you know, some fun little experiments here with a couple of these. So first we'll dive into chat GBT here. We'll get into the. Into my unique gifts. Website, product or project. Okay. Yeah, now it's caught up this year, so that's good. All right, let's get back to the project right here and let's start a new one and say, all right, help me create a logo for this. Okay, so now we're creating logos. We're doing that. All right. That's one type of image that we'll have to do. And so it says. Okay, of course, I'll need a bit of context. What is the name of the product or brand? I'm really glad it did this. It should know the product or brand. It knows everything because it's in this project. But why did it not do that? So I'll just say this. You know these answers from the project. Okay. Okay, got it. So now I'm kind of reminding it. Sometimes it just kind of forgets what it's doing and just point it back in the right direction, you know, what it's capable of doing. So it knows all of this. All right, so here's a prompt. All right, I want you to. I want you to create a logo now here in Chat GPT. Now, it did something for me because it actually, probably from its memory and the pattern of how I do a lot of things, it gave me a Mid Journey prompt for this.
Right.
Which is really, really cool. And it's like taking me a step ahead normally. I say, okay, let's create one in here first. Let's see what it's like. By the way, I didn't even look because I'm not thinking hard about this one. I'm just kind of going through the motions here. But it's trying to figure out what's going on here. Magic Box Story, Spark Messenger. Anyway, so let's open Mid Journey and kind of get ahead here a little bit and go to Imagine. So Mid Journey is capable of building just unbelievable images, right, that, you know, whether they're logos or, you know, hero images or. I mean, look at these cool, like, thumbprint, you know, you know, things almost. It's like a tree kind of adventure. Anyway, I was making that for something, but I really like those images. I Don't know why I like them so much. So, lots of cool stuff. So many different things you can use to create here. So we're going to go ahead and try the prompt that it gave us. We'll drop it into here, and we're going to get rid of the quality field here. Okay. It failed because it doesn't like style. Okay. Okay. So if. If an error comes up, if you use an AI to create a prompt for another one, an error comes up, you can either just, you know, read it and try to figure it out, or just copy or paste that error back into Chat GPT and say, hey, I got this error. And it'll say, oh, yeah, let me fix that for you. Okay, so one of the things that Mid Journey is not good at is text. It is terrible at text. Chat GPT, however, is, you know, pretty good at text. Right. And that you've been. You were messing with it a little bit. Right. None of these are perfect, of course. Right. And so what I'm gonna. What I'm gonna do here is. Let's see here. Logo design. Logos include Mills Gifts box stylus clean, more moderate. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna. I'm gonna do this again. I'm going to use the text again, but I'm going to get rid of out Gifted Logo Design, a premium gift site. Okay. No, and I'm going to specify no texts. That's the logo. Okay. So now I'm going to try that. So, you know, we don't need to spend a lot of time here talking about logo design. What's good, what's bad, what's whatever. Honestly, all of these kind of work, right? There's nothing crazy about them. There's nothing, you know, really exciting about them. Now, these are different. I've got a couple more examples here. I can kind of just pick one. I don't like this one. It feels too much like it's just a random puzzle. I don't know if I love. I don't know if I love any of these. I'm curious. I'm curious. Out of these eight, which ones do you like the best? You say like, row one, number three, or whatever. Annette, you like top right. Sarah, what do you like? Top left, Top left. Colleen, what do you like?
I like row two, number two.
Yeah. Cool. I'm not surprised. You had three people. Three, Three opinions, right? That's how logos and colors and these types of things are. All of those answers are correct. I could make all of those. I could turn all of these into 100 million dollar businesses. I absolutely could. Your logo doesn't make the business. It's got to be good enough. You got to have something good. There's obviously a few principles you want to pay attention to. Like is it going to look good as a fave icon? Is it going to look good on some merch, on your hat, on your, you know, on your shirt? Whatever it is you're doing, will it look good blown up on a, on a billboard or a wrap, a car wrap? You know, whatever it is you're trying to do, it's, it's personal preference. Right. And so, you know, just kind of roll with it. Right? None of you are, none of you are wrong. None of you're right. It's just kind of there. Here's what ChatGPT. What do you guys think about this one?
I really like that.
Yeah, so this one's a little bit, a little bit kind of, you know, it's more complete. I think that's why, I think that's what you're all sensing is it's more complete. One of the things that it's not going to be great at. You know what, it actually isn't bad. The only thing I don't like is a couple small dots here. But I think, I think even though those will disappear when you make it small, I think it's actually still kind of cool. It'll be hard to embroider a couple of these dots, right? And so if you're really getting, you know, maybe you can get rid of the dots themselves and just leave those three stars right there and you know, but, but overall this is, this is pretty, this is pretty solid. I agree. And I'm going to say great, give me just the logo without the texts. Another place you can, you can find logos guys is, you know, I've done this like you know, free logo or AI logo generator, whatever. If you do that and you search, what you're going to find is a lot of different options and you can play with them. I really like design.com and I actually have, let's see, do I have a design.com thing open? So, so for Gen AIPI my, you know, my business, I run this entire business gen at the General AI Proficiency Institute. Everything, everything on this is done by me solo run through replit, hosted, built everything run through replit. Okay? Courses, all of the content, you know, everything, the quizzes, the modules, the, you know, the onboarding, the free AI mastery predictor tests. All of these, everything is built custom through Replit and hosted.
You host it on replit.
You said everything hosted. I never have to leave replit to manage this, ever.
It's very like, if you wanted to move buttons on replit, you're just like, move this button around, like from the top left to the right left. Like, you literally just talk to it.
Yeah. I just say, hey, I need you to move this. Hey, let's change that color. Hey, let's. I want to. I want to. I want to refresh this, you know, this landing spot or this hero spot. I want to change it to be more corporate focused instead of focusing on the test, I want to focus on corporate training instead or whatever I want to do. I can just tell it and it will just do it. Right. Let's check on my gift of the day. So we've got an image. Looks like it's still working on things. So that's still kind of a work in progress. That's some other things past gifts of the day, maybe. Cool. All right. So it's working on it. I think it's okay. It's kind of very bland right now. It's just like header footer type stuff. I'm going to probably tell it. All right. I want you to really make this a different experience. Like, really focus in on the gift and we'll work on that in a minute. Design.com, like, I generated this logo in here. The way that this. The design.comworks is you basically just put in some key images and then it brings you up like a hundred options and you just kind of pick one. But the thing that I really love about this that's very useful and saves you a little bit of time is it has, you know, I can do the transparent background. I can do icon only. I can grab my PNG and my different file types that I need for different use cases. I even have my vector file right here, Right. So I can just download that and boom, I've got what I need. Right. So anyway, I'm a huge fan of what that allows me to do. Obviously you want that vector file so that you can, you know, do infinite zoom and, you know, you know, so that there's no pixels or anything like that. Because when even if ChatGPT makes me a beautiful. Wherever the heck my. My window went here. Oh, my gosh. I have so many things open. Where did that go? I had. I swear it was right here. All right, well. Oh, it is right here. It's just someone to. This logo maker here. Okay. So there's my logo. It eliminated the text, hey, it listened to me, Annette. You see that? You just gotta be kind to it to get it to remove that text when you want it to do. So anyway, there's my logo. I've got it. That's fantastic. Now what I can also do, this is a really cool little trick. Upscale this image form. So now it'll increase the resolution. And so now I can download it and I can have a really nice, high quality, you know, image for my logo. Now obviously for logo, but if I zoom in on this, it's going to get pixelated for sure. But you know, if I, if I upscale at least one time, you can upscale it a couple times and get to some, you know, 16K or something like that if you want. You don't really need that for a logo unless again, you're going to blow it up another way. So one of the things that I'm always thinking about for, you know, the way that I use AI is I'm trying to, I can upscale it a couple times and get to some, you know, 16K or something like that if you want. You don't really need that for a logo unless again, you're going to blow it up another way. So one of the things that I'm always thinking about for, you know, the way that I use AI is I'm trying to accomplish tasks and I'm trying to accomplish those tasks as quickly and cheaply as possible. That's really the end goal of what I'm trying to do with AI. Sometimes AI can't do something. Oh, that's interesting. It got rid of the dots that I didn't like right here. So that's kind of cool. I'm actually okay with that. So we're going to go ahead and download this. But if I want it, oops, I downloaded it twice. If I, if I wanted to turn this into a vector file, most online converters from PNG to EPS or whatever is not, not great. And so you know what I'll do? I'll use my human version of AI, right? And I'm sure you guys have used Fiverr before but, but you can do just like, okay, I want PNG to vector search for that and whoops, we didn't mean to do that. Accidentally push that twice and then I can come in here and for $5, you know, I, I've got, you know, a vector file that's going to be ready to go one day delivery and I just like, okay, here's my file, go five bucks. And I just forget about it. And someone's going to take care of it for $5 and I'm done. Right. And now I'm back to whatever my other task was that I was working on. Okay, so, you know, John, I have.
A question really quick. Are we supposed to approve our replit plans? I just noticed it said like, yeah.
Yeah, push that approve. Push that approve button. Yeah, that'll that get it kind of really, really building.
Okay, my bad.
Okay, you're okay. So, so now that I have a logo, I can, you know, let's, let's get back into. Let's get back into RepWit here and see if it's done. You know what? Don't set this up right now. Let's be available soon. What was trying to do is asking for an API key. We're not to API keys yet. So we'll get there. We'll get there, but we're not quite there yet.
That's why you were looking at Price Labs to see if they had an API key.
Yes. Yeah, you can integrate API, basically.
Mine was like, it said we had to dumb down my version. So we like, our goal is version three, but we. It was like, I'm going to have you build a version one because there's no way you could API integrate something in a day. Like it was. And I was like, well, I'm gonna tell John. He said that, well, like, we're gonna do a challenge here.
So you. Okay, so you said, no, we are gonna do this in a day.
I said, I want this done in a day. And then it basically told me, you cannot get an API integration in a day. So you need to do a CSV upload for now and then we can. When I told him I would be right back, that we're on break, this was during the break, so I didn't know what to tell it. So, but yeah, like the API integration through mine completely off my. My robot. I mean, we kept it moving, but that's.
Yeah, you're going to want to do the API integration. You'll put it back in. So did it. Did it take the API integration? Like, is it in your plan now or did you not put it back in?
It's in my version three of my plan. So the plan right now would be like an. If they uploaded a CSC file from their.
Got it.
Something.
Yeah, we're going to build the API. You can integrate an API in about 14 seconds in Replit.
So I wonder why ChatGPT doesn't know that.
Because it's stupid. It just doesn't understand it. It can't even. It. It's interesting, right? Chat GPT regurgitates what most people think. That's really kind of how it works, right? It takes general knowledge and then trains it on what everybody tells it. And most people are telling it, you can't do this, right? Most people don't understand. If you just go out into the audience, you just go on LinkedIn and say, Hey, I can build something. I, I can, I can set up an API. I am not a developer and I can fully configure a Stripe API and get payment settings working in 20 minutes. People will be like, no, you can't. Right? Unless they understand how to use something like replit to make that work. Okay, so, so anyway, I now have my, my first version of this, right? It's, it's pretty good. Gift journey, whatever. It's interesting that it eliminated a bunch of things. Put the archive. Yeah, I don't see the archive anywhere. It's not working. The archive isn't even working. Oh, yes it is. That's interesting. It's kind of fun, though. It's. I don't think it's using a database. But, but one of the things that we're going to want to do here is we're going to want to create a database because this is, this system is going to have to have a place to put a bunch of data, right? And you need a database if you're going to have any users of any kind. Okay? To create a database in Replit, you just push this little tab button up here and you're going to click database. Okay? And then it just says, create a Repl database. And all I'm going to do is say, ask agent to set up a database. And I've done it. That's all the work I have to do. Okay? And so then what it's going to do over here is it is going to just get to work. You'll see, you'll see the, you know, the agent kind of start diving in and building all this stuff here. And I'm going to figure this out, right? So right now it's using something called in memory storage. In memory storage is a terrible enemy of progress because when you refresh or you go to a new browser or you send your link to a friend or whatever, everything that you've done and stored is gone, right? It's just a temporary storage that makes it feel like your website's doing something good. But if you have a database, then you have permanent storage. And what it's doing is actually spinning up a new database using something called Neon Database. And it's opening a new account for you almost, you know, it's doing all these things. Not really a new account, you're never going to see that account, but it's doing it on your behalf. And your total costs for your database per month, even with heavy usage probably will not exceed 17 to 18 cents. Right? It's going to be crazy. As long as you're really smart. As long as you're really smart, you know, and, and there's, there's inefficient ways to do things. Inefficient ways to do things. The efficient way to do efficient things is to tell replit how can we make this more efficient, right? You just have to say, okay, hey, I'm going to have a thousand users in this or I'm going to have 10,000. I'm going to have a million people using my gift of the day. How do we make sure that we keep lookups cheap and efficient? And how do we get this and whatever. And just by starting to ask some of those questions, it will reduce cost of lookups and all these things. They'll say, yep, I just reduced cost by 92%. And you're like, thanks, bud. Right? It's awesome to have that capability. Really, what you're doing here in Replit and with all AI is you are being a boss. You are the manager, you're the conductor of the orc I mentioned. I saw John Williams, right? John Williams is a very special conductor. When he stands in front of those musicians, they just sit up a little taller and they just work better and they do well, right? So if you're a good conductor, you can get better results out of your agents. If you're a good CEO, you can get better results out of your agents, right? So you are the boss. So now it's created a PostgreSQL database, Neon back end, just like I said it was going to do. Updated storage, implementation. Implementation. So that means all of the things that it might have done, whether you're subscribing or archiving or anything, everything should now work in the database. And now you can actually see your data in here, right? I can see all right. I've got analytics, I've got GIFs, we got, we've got one gift, the Enigma Puzzle subscribers, right? Id, email, when do they subscribe, different user stats, things like that, total shares, whatever. So I still haven't figured out everything I'm doing here, but now what I'm going to do is I'm going to. I'm going to integrate a. A logo, right? We're gonna. Whoops, I did not mean to do that. Let's go. We'll get rid of that and we'll go right here. We'll drag this in. And all I'm going to do is I'm going to say this. Please install this logo everywhere relevant. Install the favorite. Install it as the fav icon as well, and please set up the Open Graph properties or good shareability. Shareability that. Anyway, okay, so this is an important one. And you know, you're going to have the recording of this. You can definitely go back and kind of watch some of these things. But there's a few things that I'm having to do. Number one, install the logo. Great. So it's going to put it up here, right? Install it as the favicon. The favicon is up here, right? You guys get that? And then the Open Graph properties is for shareability, right? So, like, if I go to Facebook and. And I want to share, you know, this. Let's. Let's just share your app. Crashed. Thank you. I want to share something that's not complete, that doesn't have this, and I want to share this one. Come on, Preview. There we go. All right, so here's an incomplete link, okay, that doesn't have a good favicon setup or Open Graph property setup. But if I go like this and I click paste, then it creates this preview here. Now, this obviously looks like crap, right? We don't want to share that kind of a link on our social. Or if you text it to somebody, it will look like this as well. So, you know, if you look at my. You know, so let's get rid of this and get rid of this link. If you look at my website, genaipi.org and I click, you know, hey, let's generate the preview for this. Hey, Boom. Look how complete that looks, right? That feels really, really nice. Okay, and so here, this allows me to have. You can add. You can add an image. It might just show your logo if you don't add an image. But then it says, hey, measuring Developer AI proficiency. Right? General AI Proficiency Institute. Anyway, so. And I can change all of those things, what they say, and I'll show you how to do all of that. But that's called Open Graph. That thing is called Open Graph. And so that's all done now. So now let's. Let's just see something here. If I click. Yeah, yeah. So now you'll see it's actually installed the icon. Now. It's not a great icon. I didn't do a good job here with the icon. I want to be clear on this. If I were to actually do this right, I would have. I would have, you know, gotten rid of all the blue and I would have just gotten the icon. I would have made a transparent background. Right? And so I want you to know that we're not focusing on the images. I'm just doing the technical piece here so that we can just say, hey, boom, I installed a logo. It works now. Okay? It threw it down here. It also will often do some weird formatting stuff from a visual perspective in terms of like, hey, I can't see this. This is. There's text here, but I don't know that. So sometimes it'll look like you have a big blank spot on your page. Like, what is this? But just go like this, right? And you're like, oh, it's white text on white background. Right? Okay, let's fix this. Okay. And so what you're going to do from this point, moving forward with whatever, wherever you are, you're going to just start working on things and getting them to work. They appear to work initially, right? But they probably don't quite work yet. Okay. It's like if I click get this gift, right, obviously that's a placeholder, right? So we got to figure out, all right, we got to get a link that's going to come in here. Or if I want to save this for later. Okay, it saved it. But did it actually save it? Like, what happens if I refresh this? Like, what is actually happening behind the scenes with this refresh, right? It didn't do that. That was a memory storage thing, right? That was an actually saving database number one. I don't have, you know, if I wanted to save it for later. And this is something where you're just going to have to use your brain. Okay? If I want to save this for later, the only way it could know that it's saved, that I saved it, is if I'm logged in. Well, I don't have a login. There's no login capability here. There's an admin here. So this is the admin. Whatever. So I need to do some work here. I need to say, okay, I need you to create something. Create the login. I'm going to have it do that. Create a user login setup so that users can save their favorite gifs. And, yeah, I don't know. We'll just say that. We'll just say that. I want to look at the admin really quick. Quick. Subscribers revenue. That's kind of cool. I actually am excited to see what that does. Why is the workspace reconnecting? That's weird. Also. Okay, use. I'm actually going to say this. I'm going to say use jwt. Use a basic JWT login. You can set up something like login with Google, login with Facebook. Those are a little bit more complex. And you can even use Replit has a system that will automatically set all that up for you. You can just say use Replit Auth. But for today, we're just going to say use a basic JWT login, which is just a basic token. You're going to have a username password. It checks the database and lets you in. Right. Also, I want a complete upscale or up. You know, I. Yeah, let's see. On a complete redesign of the home page to make it feel way more immersive and exciting, this site needs to be an experience. It should be very. Should be very simple because it whoops. Because it's just the one gift per day approach or model. Model. Make it awesome. Okay, so we're going to let it work a little bit on that while we go play with some other tools here and see what it can do. But now it's going to create a user login. It's going to do this, it's going to do some database work because it has to make that happen and it's going to redesign the whole thing. Okay, so how are your, how are your systems coming along? I want to, I want to look at your screens for a second. I want to kind of pause my screen sharing. Do you have. Show me what you got. Who has something that feels, you feel like it's ready to be looked at?
Mine's asking for an OpenAI API key.
Should I just.
Let's do that. Yeah, let's, let's, yeah. Share your screen and let's work through this. We'll do some API training. Right now. This is how hard it is to set up an API. Okay. Okay. So it's asking for that Open AI key and by the way, it tells you exactly how to get it right. So go ahead and click on OpenAI.com. this is different, by the way, than ChatGPT. Okay. Okay, so in the top right, go ahead and click login and API platform. Yeah, so you might have to create a new user here, but go ahead and, you know, log in with whatever you want continue with Google or continue however you want to make that happen. Okay, and then, okay, then you need your API key, so go ahead and click Start building in the top right there. Okay. And then call it whatever you want to call it. Your organization name. Okay. And then you say not technical, that's fine. Create organization. Okay. I'll invite my team later.
Oh, later.
You don't need that right now. Test key. It's fine. Generate API key. Okay, go ahead and copy that and then head back over and paste it. Congratulations, you just set up your first API.
Yeah. Your chat GPT was lying to you.
Click Add to Account secrets right there. Okay. Yep. Okay, now that'll be saved. Go back to your OpenAI thing, the, the API platform. Next tab over, I think. Oh, yep, good. Click continue. Okay, you need to do this. Go ahead and purchase some credits. I'm going to stop your screen from sharing for a minute. So you can throw in a credit card, maybe have it saved there. Go ahead and buy. You have to have credits on your API for it to work, right, in order for an API. Like one API call might cost you 0.01 cents or 0.04 cents, but very, very cheap. So $5 will ask you, you know, in all of today, all of the testing, all of the planning to do, you'll be unlucky if you spend 11 cents. Okay. It's very, very cheap, but you need to, you have to have credit. It has to have, you know, something to work from, and then you can set it up to auto refill, things like that. You know, every time it drops below a dollar, you know, get it back to 5 or get it back to 10 or whatever. I have mine just set at $10. Every time it drops below $10, take it back to 20. So I just kind of bounce between that. So I always have some credits in there and I get charged like once every seven weeks. Like it's very, very cheap. Okay. So yeah, once you're done with that, then go ahead and share your screen again. Once you've, you know, once you've got your sensitive information finished, you're thinking, yeah, no problem. I don't know why it's taking so long. Oh, there we go. Confirm payment. Really thinking hard, huh? I know your, your grock wanted to think for seven minutes, and now this thing wanting to, to think for seven minutes. Credits added, boom. Okay, so now you've got it. All right, so back to replet now and let's see what's happening. Okay, so now it's building all kinds of things. But it did set up your, your, your AI. I don't know what your AI is doing. I also think that the formatting of this is pretty ugly, right? It's not. It's not, you know, inspirational at all. That's okay. This is where we're going to start. Create some demo users first, had some community discussions. All right, let's go ahead and add a database. So go ahead and click the plus button. You're going to definitely need a database here for all the stuff you're doing. So click database right there. Hey, it did it for you already. Did you already do that or did it do it? No, it did tell me that, and.
I wasn't sure if that was the.
Same thing or not, but yeah, awesome.
It will sometimes ask you, hey, should I set up a database? Or. I'm going to go ahead and do it. Whatever. I'm going to click. See my data. You have. Yeah, you have a bunch of different tables. Now here's the thing that's really cool. Click Lessons, for example, the. The lessons table. Okay. Oh, my goodness. It's creating all of the content for you.
I don't know.
I know nothing. It's amazing. Well, yeah, I mean, look, it's got all these records here. It's creating a bunch of stuff for you. But here's the cool thing. When you look at this, what it does is as you look at, you know, module id, title, description, video URL, and you keep going through duration, keep going all the way through key takeaways, resources is published, true or false, created at. And then it's connected to these other tables. We've got discussions, we've got module, we've got progress, right? It starts to help you understand the architecture of the program, right? So just looking at your tables and being like, okay, now I get that. Right? So if you go to users, this is a really powerful one, right? The last, the last table there. Now you want to see if you've got id, We've got email, first name, last name, scroll. You've got a profile image. Okay. So you know, you can do that. It's got, you know, users are attached to AI conversations. Yeah, scroll back over to the, to the right. Oh, yeah. So I want to go all the way over there and look at all those tables that are connected on the right. Yeah, just scroll, right. Oh, this way.
Sorry, sorry.
There you go. Yeah, yeah. So you see all the different things that users are connected to. Okay. Users are going to have a road map and progress and responses and Discussions. Right. So this is a fairly complex setup. This is pretty cool. I actually really like it. All right, so go back to overview. Yep, right there. Sorry, I didn't mean that preview. I meant preview. My bad, my bad. Okay, so go ahead and click start your journey. Let's see what happens. All right, so it's set up with replit auth and so what you have to do in order to test with replit off, this is part of why I don't like it. It's cool, but it's just annoying. Inside of replit, you can't go to an external link. You can only stay an internal replit links. And so anyway, go ahead and click that copy development URL button. Yep. And then go open a new tab just in your Chrome and paste it. And go. Okay. And now click start your journey. Ignore the formatting for now. Right. Click Allow. Okay, so now you're logged in. Right. And so now you know, obviously there's no users or anything. A lot of this is. I mean, all this is dummy data. But you've got your learning path. Foundation basics, financial management, operations management, all these things. It's locked. Click on the. Click on the locked button. How do I click on foundation? See if you can get into that course. I want to see what that looks like on the foundation Basics. Yeah, yeah. How do I, how do I unlock that? Right. I'm not. I think I told it that it.
Has to go through.
I don't know. Yeah, you know what I'm going to have you do? This is only going to take a second. Go ahead and just click exit of this. Go back to replit and I'm going to say, Go ahead and say to the agent, say, I want you to swap rep off for JW for a simple jwt. Sorry, get. I want you to. Yeah, go and click pause. Go and click pause. You can click pause and you can tell it again. Say, I want you to swap. Yeah, that's what. Yeah, I want you to swap replit off for a simple JWT and login. Okay, perfect. Awesome. So jwt guys, stands for a JSON web token. It's basically just a web token. JSON's just a format that, you know, you don't really need to know that. But JWT is the fast, easy way to do that. And so this is going to take a minute. It's going to have to do a little bit of reconfiguration of your database and your login system. But what that's going to allow you to do this is Why? I think it's really, really, really, really, really, really dumb. It doesn't allow you to test all of your. Anything that's behind login. It doesn't allow you to test it here inside of Replit. So I don't understand what the heck they're thinking by. By doing this and creating this, this, this problem. You have to be able to log in and then. And then keep going. So it's going to rip out that other one and it's just going to do. Yeah, okay. You can deploy it across different platforms. That's great. I'm not a fan of Replit off. Let's just. Let's just say that I'm just not a fan of it. Okay, give it a second. Because what I want to do is I want to start getting inside and letting you start kind of update, Update. While this is working, let's have someone else share. Anybody else ready to share their. You know, what they're up to so far? Sure.
Mine, I didn't touch anything because it's basically, since it's an app, it's telling me that they have to log in first.
Yeah.
So is that okay?
Yeah, totally. Yeah. Have you tried signing up yet? No. Yeah, go for it. Well, first of all, let's try this. I want to try this. Let's look and see if you have a database. So click that little plus button.
It told me. Do you want a complimentary one or whatever?
Yeah, yeah. Database right there. Yep. So it's already set it up. Perfect. Okay, so go back to preview. You just have to make sure it's there.
Okay.
And so as long as it's there, you're fantastic. So now go ahead and try signing up, see what happens. Okay, so just. Yeah, put in first and last name, all that stuff.
This is interesting.
What's up? And continue. All right, cool.
Oh.
Yeah. So go ahead. Yeah. One property, two properties, five properties. That's pretty nice scene.
Oh, I. I'm greeting them daily with some.
Yeah, it's awesome.
Okay.
Okay, awesome. All right, now I want you to just. So unable to load dashboard data. That's fine. But it looked like your user was created properly and. And so now we need to check and see if it was okay properly. We'll go to the database. Exactly. And we're going to just see my data and then we'll go to Users and see if there's an entry there. Yeah.
I'm not there.
Now click on users. You got to click on the users table. Yep. There you are. It worked. Right? And look at your password. I want you to see your password. Your password is hashed, right. Which means it's. It's encrypted. Right. And it does that by default so that you can actually see other people's passwords. Right.
Okay. Okay.
All right, so go back to preview now. So now you logged in and boom, you've get. You got this. So here's what I want you to do. I want you to do that screenshot thing, right? So you go Shift Command 4, right. And just kind of take a quick screenshot of that little piece and drag it into the agent from the bottom right there. The bottom right on your screen. Yeah. So when you do it on Mac, it creates a little screenshot and your screenshot saved to your desktop. So you can see the screenshot was actually created right below that little thing there.
I don't see it. You're gonna have to help me out.
That's okay. Go ahead and do it. Bottom right.
Oh, here we go.
Yeah. So drag that over, put it in there, and then just say, I was able to successfully sign in. And then it brought me to this. Okay.
Right.
I don't even know if it's an error, but sure, it kind of is an error. Yeah, you could say whatever you want. So here's the thing. Let's imagine, Annette, that you hired a nice expensive developer, the cto, and your CTO built something and said, hey, why don't you try it? And you got to this point, you would probably say, hey, I was able to go through the signup process that looked really good, but then it brought me to this. It's exactly what you would say just to your developer.
Yeah. And then it probably takes six days to get a response and then to see what the problem is.
So now it's going to be okay. Great. No authentication. There's an authentication issue. User registering. The JWT token isn't being properly included in Dashboard requests. Let me fix this.
Is this rep it off stuff you were complaining about earlier?
Nope. This is using a proper JWT token. See how it's using that JWT token there? That's what we're looking for. So you're doing the right thing here. It didn't take you to that thing that said, oh, you have to. You can only view this in an external page.
That's so dumb. Okay.
Yeah. So now it's adding, oh, I need to add this. I'm going to add this here, and we'll make sure that happens. And then boom. So once this. Once this finishes, you should be able to either try to log in again, or it might just refresh the screen and you'll all of a sudden be logged in. So we'll see. We'll see what happens here. Okay. Isn't this fun?
It is very fun.
I think it's fun because it's just. I'm a creator, obviously. Like, I just. I love. I love to do that, but I've never been able to create software so fast and. So fast software. All this stuff I just had, this has been something I haven't been able to touch ever. And I have so many ideas. Right. You have no idea how many times I've been talking to my developer. I've spent, you know, raised $13 million to go build this business or whatever, and I. I'm paying $250,000 to this CTO, and I'm like, hey, I need this little thing. Hey, can we move this? And like, four weeks later, I'm like, did you ever fix that little thing? Oh, no, we haven't gotten to it yet. We've been focusing on other things, and here it's just, like, instant done. Like, since. Since we stopped or as soon as we got off. Whatever I said, or maybe I did it when you guys were on, but I already fixed the Outpost X. You know how the contrast on that text was bad? Yeah. And I added a link to Outpost X so that it would go back to the homepage, and I did that, and I redeployed it. It's already live on Outpost X again. I made a quick change, and it took me, like, 40 seconds to make those changes, and it's just done instantly. Okay. All right. Here you go. Here's your daily success.
Okay, so that's me.
Now. We're successfully logged in, which is awesome. There you go.
All right. And this is today. I just want them to check their listing photos against top competitors. Consider updating seasonal photos, adding new angles.
Yep. So quick reflection. Go ahead and try it. I want you to try everything. This is your job now. You're the QA person. You're going to try every button. So I noticed you don't even have to fill it out. It doesn't have to be perfect. Just something, you know, and then click, I guess, probably. Mark complete.
Okay.
That's amazing.
Share your victory. If I wanted to, I got a 10k booking.
And updating.
The upcoming task.
Oh, look.
Okay, review my revenue goal. Property maintenance check, mindfulness break, a mental health day pricing, guest communication review.
Okay, that's crazy. I'm. I'm Shocked at your progress. One out of seven tests. Now I want to try something. This is really important. I want you to go ahead and click refresh.
Just on my computer.
No, it's going to be refresh up here in the little mini browser that you're in.
Yeah, it's right here.
You got it. So I want to see if it actually kept all of that. So go back to the main. Go back to the main page, wherever that is. Oh, yeah, today. Yeah, sorry, the today tab at the bottom. And I want to see if it kept all of that. Yep, it kept the completed. Great job. Go down today's win. All that stuff. Click log Today's win again. Yeah, so it's telling you. Okay, so here's. Here's maybe a user tweak that you might make. Right? I would. Since you already logged today's win, there should be some sort of visual indicator that's like a check mark. Hey, I already did this today. If the user has. Right.
Like, it's acting like I never.
Exactly. It's just. It's letting you do it. Hey, if you want them to log 50 wins in a day, that's fine. But if your idea is once a day, well, then you got to show them. You give them that little, you know, whatever, boost of, you know, accomplishments. Right. Hey, I did this. I got the check mark. I checked it off. Right. And it is showing your progress. Right. Your current streak, things like that. Scroll down to recent wins.
It's there.
At least it logged it, which is awesome. And it got the date right. It's a marketing win. This is cool. This is cool. It's amazing how fast this builds. I'm shocked. So cool. So go to, like, user task completions there. Yep, logged that one. Go to wins. The wins table just on the left there.
Oh, wins. Sorry, my bad.
You're good. Yep. And there's the one that you did. So it's all.
It's all export these, I'm sure.
So cool. Yeah. You wouldn't just do it from here. If you want to do an export, talk to your agent. It'll help you. Okay. You can just say, hey, I need to be able to download this or, you know, create a. Whatever. Let me show you one way you can do this. So go over on the left side to the agent. So you've got your left side of the screen here, but up to the tab up at the very top with that little plus button here. Yeah, yeah. And then open the assistant. So the assistant is like the minor version of the agent. Right. But I want you to say, please create an export of all of my, all of the wins for today. I'm curious, actually, I'm kind of experimenting a little bit. I'm curious what it's going to say. There's a couple ways you can do this. One of the things that you might, that it might want you to do. So it's going to read, it's going to create an API endpoint so allow users to download their daily wins data. So it's creating a CSV file more.
Like we want to see it, not them, right?
Yeah. Yeah. Well, it'll allow anyone to do it right now. Add a button to the dashboard to allow users to export their wins for today. So you can, you can change that. You can say, hey, I only want admins to be able to see this. Don't, don't send it yet. Just wait. Okay, hold on. So go ahead and scroll down a little bit on the, on the chat. I think it's probably, I think there's a little bit more there.
It's. It's at the end.
It's at the end. There's nothing else. Okay. Okay. It's still working on that other thing. Maybe that's why I'm so.
I had just this random. Is. Is.
There we go. Okay.
Replit attached to Claude or it uses Claude.
AI using Claude behind the scenes to do all this. And then what this is, we're working in what's called an integrated development environment or an ide. Right. And so this IDE just has all of the things that you can tell Claude to do and help you with. Okay. So now don't click the button yet. You see that little Apply all button right there? So the way the assistant works is different than the agent. The agent is just going to do stuff. The assistant's going to say, here's all the stuff I'm going to do. Then when you're ready, I'm going to click Apply all and then it will apply the changes. Okay. But instead you need a little, you need a little tweak. So I only want admins to be able to export. So go ahead and say that. So don't click Apply all. Send your message to the assistant.
I don't.
When.
What's the rule of you ask the agent versus the assistant?
Yeah, I spend 99.8% of the time in my agent.
Okay, that's helpful.
Listen, I'm going to use the assistant usually to do lookups and data and run scripts and things like that where I'm Just like, hey, I just need you to help me figure out something here. Right. Sometimes if the agent gets stuck, I'll use the assistant to say, hey, I'll just have a conversation with it and I'll just say, hey, tell me what's happening here. Right? Restrict this. Let me add the admin role field. So this is important. It's adding an admin role. It's doing all kinds of stuff here. So I'm not sure. Okay. Yeah, this is.
Oh, I see.
Okay. So like the admin could pull the winds, the reflections, the correct.
So you'll only be able to do it as you log in. And then, you know, and there's more, there's more to it than this, right? To be able to say, okay, I want to be able to see all of the wins from the day. Maybe you just have a whole admin dashboard, right? So I'll show you. Let me show you inside of my platform for a second here, inside of Gen ipi. So when I come in here. So right now I've got Enterprise Live Core certifications about. I've got then an admin section that's not here, but it does show up up here as soon as I log in, right? Because I am an admin, I then have this button and I can click on it and now I can do user management, I can turn other people into admins. I can look at course content, I can look at live courses. I could say, all right, I want to edit reviews, manage reviews, ad review. I built all these tools for me internally to be able to drop this content in here really fast. And so I can, I can pull a, you know, pull a review. Let's see here. John actually got a review not too long ago today. And here it is. It's from Jeff Perry. And I'm going to come back in here, Jeff P. I'm going to do this. And his title is Author of. Host of. I don't know. He sounds just like an awesome guy. That does. Okay. Author, Intentional Engineer. Author Intentional Engineer. Okay. And then I can say my display order, we'll put it at like seven or something like that and I'll go add review. And so now if I go over to, you know, Gen API and I go into my live courses and I click on View Details and I go to reviews, that new review shows up right here. Right?
And so like when people go to your website, John, like because our people come to thanks for visiting and then they have to log into Kajabi and then they're going here and There. So all, everything for you is just like here?
Yeah, because I just built it all custom. I'm not using any third party, you know, system to do that. Now. It does not mean I'm not using APIs. I'm using APIs to like send emails and you know, do different things like that and stripe to collect payments and things like that. Right. But everything is here. That was my, that was my goal from the beginning, is I wanted it all to be here. And I am going to, you know, build a course that has, you know, my build a business in AI, you know, the same live course I teach. I'm going to do it here and it's going to be, you know, in the intermediate section and it'll show up as, you know, I'll probably put it as the featured course or whatever and it'll be, you know, more expensive, but it'll all be here. They will never leave it. They'll log in, they'll see all that. I'll be able to do all of my analytics on my users and everything from right in here. Right. Here's another example of something I needed. People can come in. One of the things they can, they can do on my site is they can pay for certification and take a test and then, you know, hey, now you have verifiable credentials, a digital certificate, all this stuff. Sometimes people are like, hey, do you have my certificate? Like, I didn't get it. And you know, I'm like, okay, well maybe, maybe it's in your email somewhere. But hey, yeah, let me get it for you really quick, right? And I didn't have a way to do that. I had no way to see it. And so I had my, I had, you know, replit put it together and I built myself a little system where I can now look up a user, view their certificate for them. So now I'm kind of looking at it as them and there it is. And then I can, I created a little download PDF, you know, functionality, so I can just download that and here's my certificate and you know, when, when did I get it right? Certificate id. This certificate ID actually matches the system that I made in there to keep track of everything. There it is, it's done, right? So now that can be displayed, they can show their, their whatever they want to do and it's all verifiable through the system. So I just, as I, as more and more things happen. You know, I do a lot of stuff with live courses, right? Like being able to get into participants and you know, look at different. You know, all the different information I have here. How much have they paid? Have they done this? Can I enroll them in different courses? All this different stuff. So anyway, building yourself admin tools is. Is a critical part of being, you know, really successful. Like, this admin section obviously shouldn't be available to everybody right now. It is. It needs to be. It needs to be better. So it did redesign this page a little bit. Although I'm still not a huge fan of it, I still could. Could have it do a lot. I don't like the header. I don't like the footer. The header and footer are ugly and boring. The cool thing about this is, you know, you can tell it. You can tell it things like that, and then it will say, okay, it's ugly and boring. So therefore, I need to do something with it. It header. Copy that. Boom. Right? So even though it's in the middle of trying to design something, I gave it, you know, another thing, and I'm gonna. I'm gonna have it, you know, do this. It's gonna go look at it. It's gonna try to figure it out, and then hopefully we get a much better header. Okay, now, this is important. I want you to notice this. See how the white text is showing here and then here it's gray.
Yeah.
This means that it's heard you. This means that it has not heard you. Right. Occasionally, the agent will get stuck or it won't hear.
