Are you fighting for mediocrity? Think about that question. Especially when things are shifting like they are. These are uncertain times. Worn out word, but that's the best way to describe it. It's very uncertain. Do you know where things are going to be over the next 12, 18 months? I surely don't. I can guess. We can estimate. We can read the past, we can look into the future. We can listen to experts. Uncertainty. The description of that is not being certain of where things are going. And when that happens, your confidence shrinks. We tend to play small. We tend to freeze. Our beliefs start to shrink. Now listen, in a perfect world, our beliefs are still too small. We are fighting in so many cases to get in the middle. The one common denominator of super successful people is they have stretched their beliefs. They go beyond what most people do and there's not a lot of competition there. So though things are uncertain, I'm going to challenge you today to stretch your beliefs. Go bigger, go stronger. It's the time to do it.
