This is a YouTube video titled "The Definition of Leadership" featuring Dean Graziosi, created on October 16, 2024. In this excerpt, Dean discusses the chaotic state of the world and emphasizes the importance of stepping up as leaders by tapping into our full potential, referencing a quote by Dale Carnegie.
And can we agree that the outside world is crazier than it's ever been? Like, shit's just sideways out there in so many different ways. And when the outside world gets crazy, the only thing we can do is step up and be that next generation leader, that leader that lives in all of us. And being a leader doesn't mean it's to control other people. Being a leader means that you tap into your full potential. Dale Carnegie had one of the greatest quotes ever that lasted a lifetime. For me, I heard it probably 20 years ago. Is the biggest plight of the human race is knowing you have more potential but not utilizing it right. We want to stop playing small. We know we have more to give, more to do, more to serve, more to give other people.
